  1. Mark, I don’t know the answer to your first question.

    The answer to your second question is that Peter Dunne’s already thought of that. His latest bright idea is to ban anything that gets you high before it hits the shelves.

  2. The War on drugs is actually a War against an Adults Only : FREEDOM OF CHOICE in favour of: Freedom FROM Choice !
    Shame of these Politicians who promote it.. they are saying its OK to be a chain smoker or an alcoholic but it you choose anything else.. “YOUR BUSTED”
