Swallowing Brontosauri: The great fossil fuel delusion.

Many years ago I herd a very interesting theory, which immediately struck a chord.
Simply put … It made much more sense than the common assumptions.
What is un-questioningly accepted as Scientific Fact and ‘Common wisdom’ is patently absurd.

What am I on about?
Oil and Gas are falsely assumed to be a fossil fuels…. the reality is *there are no Fossil Fuels!*
They are all simply naturally occurring accumulations of Organic compounds of which the Earth is made.

The idea that Oil and gas reserves are the remains of Prehistoric Creatures and vegetation which were somehow buried in massive deposits before decomposition is quite frankly Ridiculous!

Apart from the fact that you can make make oil, gas, and coal via industrial processes from Wood, etc,
the delusion that Oil and Gas are ‘fossil fuels’ was argued from the fact that oil samples under a microscope revealed ‘cellular’ materials.
Yet it later turned out that these Biological ‘bits and pieces’ are not the remnants of Dinosaurs and trees (as supposed, and taught to the Masses) but are the remnants of Bacteria which have since been discovered to live in the Oil deep down below the surface of the Earth.

What is known as Earth’s ‘Biosphere’ … the regions of which Living organisms may be found extends from deep within the Earth itself right up into High altitudes of the atmosphere.
Thermopiles have been found living as deep as 5km underground.

And recent discoveries in Space exploration are now rendering the Fossil fuel hypothesis even more untenable.
Surely the Lie cannot continue much longer… can it???

Just recently vast quantities of liquid “hydrocarbons’ have been discovered in places like Saturn’s moon Titan … and because there have never existed living creatures on theses moons…. it proves that Hydrocarbons form in abundance within our solar system via other natural processes… On Earth carbon is converted internally under heat and pressure etc.
On Titan, it is the cold which liquefies the naturally abundant Gases and ‘Oils’ rain from the sky and form lakes, etc.
All it takes is the right conditions… no Dinosaurs… no forests required.

Suspicion that Oil was not a Fossil fuel has been suspected for Decades… even longer, yet the belief persisted and is perpetuated because it suits the Oil companies to sell it at a premium, and to the Doomsday Greenies whom cry out that ‘fossil fuels’ are a Non-renewable resource that are being Rapaciously consumed… that there is an Oil crisis ahead… and so Capitalism must be stopped, and that heavy handed State control of these ‘limited Resources’ was essential to prevent the eminent ‘Dooms Day’ … The collapse of modern civilisation and Technology…. and a reversion back into the dark age.

These are the same freaks whom also push ‘Climate change’ hysteria…. which also according to them is fast bringing Global catastrophe…. and so…. ‘surprise surprise’… requires the State to seize control of all the worlds resources and restrain Human liberty.
Putting an end to the assumed Decadence of owning your own Gas guzzers with Ginormous ‘Carbon footprints’… etc

Yet there is no crisis (At least not from Green house gasses or a shortage of Oil!)… no need to surrender the world to a Global Fascist/Commy State….alias Leviathan.

Oil and Gas are constantly being made within the Earth’s crust… out of the Earth itself.
Drained reservoirs refill.
The Idea that Oil and Gas are ‘fossil fuels is one of the great myths of our age.
It demonstrates Humanities infinite capacity to swallow Brontosaurus sized delusions and politically manufactured pseudo-science.
Yet because the Fossil fuel myth it is so utterly believed by the great bulk of humanity, I know that not many people reading this will believe me.
They will say I’m Nuts.
How dare I question the orthodox view?

Disasters waiting to happen #1

The United Kingdom’s red flag law was one of the Locomotive Acts enacted in the second half of the 19th century, requiring drivers of self-propelled vehicles (i.e., early automobiles) to take certain safety precautions, including waving a red flag in front of the vehicle as a warning.

Firstly, at least three persons shall be employed to drive or conduct such locomotive, and if more than two waggons or carriages he attached thereto, an additional person shall be employed, who shall take charge of such waggons or carriages :

Secondly, one of such persons, while any locomotive is in motion, shall precede such locomotive on foot by not less than sixty yards, and shall carry a red flag constantly displayed, and shall warn the riders and drivers of horses of the approach of such locomotives, and shall signal the driver thereof when it shall be necessary to stop, and shall assist horses, and carriages drawn by horses, passing the same,

The legislators behind the Locomotive Acts well recognised two salient facts. Firstly, that by far the greatest hazard on our roads is other road users. Secondly, that the faster you go the bigger the mess.

The most draconic restrictions and speed limits were imposed by the 1865 act (the “Red Flag Act”) which required all road locomotives, which included automobiles, to travel at a maximum of 4 mph (6 km/h) in the country and 2 mph (3 km/h)in the city – as well as requiring a man carrying a red flag to walk in front of road vehicles hauling multiple wagons.

The 1896 Act removed some restrictions of the 1865 act and raised the speed to 14 mph (23 km/h).

Presumably, the requirement to carry a red flag was removed because of its general inconvenience and also because 23 km/h is a bit too fast to be chasing after someone carrying a red flag not less than sixty yards in front of your relentlessly pursuing vehicle.

Consider two vehicles approaching each other from opposite directions on the open road, each travelling at today’s speed limit of 100 km/h. The difference in relative velocity is 200 km/h. The only things preventing the vehicles colliding is a gap of 2 metres of air and asphalt. With, optionally, a painted line or lines to demarcate the two lanes. Oh, and the driving ability of both drivers. The chances are the the driving ability of at least one of the drivers is below average.

Now consider what a morally reckless and especially stupid idea it is to have vehicles on the same road travelling in opposite directions at high velocity. These days, only a psychopath with a road kill paraphilia would dream of proposing such an idea! But it’s what we’ve got. I guess it evolved that way, and now we’re left with the task of incrementally fixing our roads while continuing to scrape our friends and family members off them in the meantime.

Our roading system, originally built so that vehicles travelling in opposite directions can share the same road, is, was and always will be a disaster waiting to happen.

Slimy vested interests monger fears against reform.

For at least Six Months New Zealanders have been subjected to a Propaganda campaign designed to turn them against a reform which will save them Time, and Money, and will reduce their exposure to Petty tyrants.
I am referring to the Ad campaign by the MTA fronted by Popular Driving Champion Greg Murphy designed to make the government maintain the Status quo in Warrant of Fitness legislation, which is comming up for reveiw.

This Campaign is an excellent/ Blatant example of how vested interests whom profit from heavy handed regulations and Legislations work within a democracy to prevent Reforms.
Having a Popular Celebrity in your top pocket helps immensely, and is very typical of this sort of Terrorism.

Just what are these reforms and how much money are we talking about being save by New Zealanders?
Associate Transport Minister Simon Bridges yesterday announced that cars registered after January 1 that year will need just annual checks, and new cars – after undergoing initial inspections – will not require checks for three years.
He said the changes would benefit motorists by $159 million a year. At least $1.8 billion over 30 years would be saved in inspection, compliance, justice and enforcement costs.”

And the Lions share of those millions go straight into the pockets of members of the MTA Lobby!
As a fan of Greg Murphy, his support for this Cronyism is very disappointing.

The MTA could not deny this When confronted…

MTA spokesman Ian Stronach said it was undeniable that the government’s proposals would impact its revenue, but insisted its interest was safety.

And all this talk about the old age of our fleet is bullshit because the reforms dont effect the older vehicles!

Murphy has a vested interest to front the MTA campaign to insure their continued financial support of his Career.
When you listen to the Bull shit he employs, it all about spooking the sheeple… with Emotive lies, and ridiculous assumptions. Not a scrap of evidence saying 7 more lives per year will be lost, the government has estimated 1.4 .

I believe contrary to these pessimistic guesses that there is every chance that the death toll will decrease because of greater impetus on self reliance and less dependence upon ‘the system’.
The dynamics of Liberty are so misunderstood.
Freedom ought not to be feared.

And there is plenty of evidence to support the proposition that reform will not be at the expense of lives!
A spokesman from the AA Mark Stockdale was reported in the NZ Herald Here saying…
“… government estimates that an annual WoF for all vehicles made after January 1, 2000, could boost deaths by 1.4 a year would be offset by a rise in police enforcement of unsafe and unwarranted vehicles, and increased education to help motorists keep their vehicles safe.
Most cars in New Zealand were tested every 6000km compared with every 19,000km in Britain or 30,000km in Germany.
“Yet when it comes to crash causation, only 2.5 per cent of crashes involved mechanical defects [and 0.4 per cent where it is the sole cause]. That’s the same as those countries with lesser frequencies.
“This suggests that not only is there no correlation between test frequency and mechanical safety, but that New Zealand’s higher road death rate is attributable to other factors.”
Yet The MTA is not the only vested interest keen to thwart Legislative reforms.

In another place he says of the MTA Lobby…
“could be seen as ”scare mongering” and was influenced by the MTA’s commercial interests.
MTA’s members include hundreds of garages which offer WOF checks, while the organization also owns Vehicle Testing New Zealand, the country’s largest WOF provider.

”Clearly they have a vested interest in the status quo, so they’re more concerned about their bottom line than they are about road safety,” Stockdale said.
…The AA is ”likely” to support the government’s plans, Stockdale said, however it would lobby for education of motorists to take more responsibility for car safety.

”There’s no evidence whatsoever from the [government’s proposals] that frequency of inspection has any bearing on vehicle safety.”

And The MTA is not the only Vested interest fighting reform.
The Revenue gathering, Power tripping Police always always bawk against any reforms and are being true to form when we read them using the exact same fear mongering tactics as the MTA to maintain the status quo.
The reforms will mean a reduction in their capacity to fine New Zealanders simply because of the date on the sticker on your windshield.

And they do the same thing when it comes to Law reform which increase liberty and reduce their powers to interfere with our lives. They are also very quick to leap at opportunities to reduce liberty and increase their powers. Eg which Drugs.
The Police revert to fear mongering every time discussion is raised about Cannabis decriminalization, and always support the introduction of New prohibitions such as have occurred against NOS, BZP and synthetic Cannabinoids.

The exceptions to this rule are so rare as to be extraordinary.

Yet to anyone with a modicum of political wisdom knows that this is to be expected from vested interests and political powers.
It’s the nature of the beast.
Though this sort of self interested activism has become the norm for the Police, it is in fact a very serious breach of the principle of the separation of powers!
The Police ought to have nothing to do with the writing or reform of any legislation as they are not impartial… they are vested interest, whom consistently lobby for their own profit and power!
This is a most vile impingement on justice!
It is crippling to the Rights and liberties of the people, and halts enlightened social progress!

It is sad to know that such patently subversive campaigns are usually successful in duping the multitudes into wanting to maintain extortion rackets, and oppression… even though the people spinning the yarns literally wear badges of Collaboration upon their chests!

I congratulate the AA for speaking out in the best interests of their members… the motoring public.
It makes I nice change from the many instances of their own complicity with tyranny when it was in their vested interest to do so… eg when they supported the government robbing drivers of their lifetime licenses… and got into the Licensing of drivers business, and when they Backed up the Auckland city council’s draconian buss lane Mega tyranny… and got into the enforcement and fines business.

RIP Mitch Lucker

Mitch Lucker, vocalist for Suicide Silence, died yesterday.

Mitch was a heavy metal dad.

Some things in life are happy accidents. Like the fact that Suicide Silence vocalist Mitch Lucker is releasing his band’s second album, ‘No Time to Bleed,’ on June 30, the same day his daughter turns two. When he’s not touring, the 24-year-old Lucker is a full time dad. “I go from two extremes,” Lucker told Noisecreep. “From being full-time on tour for three months straights to flying home and being at her beck and call until I go to bed! That’s also my job. They’re both me. I wouldn’t have it any other way!”

Being his daughter’s primary caregiver presents a conundrum for Lucker and that’s leaving her for brief spurts to tour the country. “It’s the hardest thing I deal with, but what I’m doing is the reason we have a roof over our heads and that I can take care of her. I hate being gone, but my family couldn’t survive without me going on tour. Tons of fathers out there don’t want to wake up and go to work, but they have to, in order provide. I don’t consider Suicide Silence work. I just tell her, ‘Daddy is going to leave and go play music now!'” Lucker makes the separation bearable through technology like Skype and his cell phone, saying, “It’s cool to be able to be elsewhere and hear her.”

Lucker’s daughter is probably the youngest attendee at Suicide Silence shows, too. “We put the decibel-eliminating headphones on her and she is super entertained.” Her first show wasn’t Suicide Silence, though; it was Circa Survive’s Anthony Green on a solo tour. “The bus dropped me off at the end of the Mayhem tour and that night, I took her to the show. She sat her on my shoulders. As long as there are lights, movement and music, that girl is happy. She saw me performing, telling the crowd to jump up and put their hands in air. I looked over at her in the corner on stage and she was jumping up and down and dancing, too!” And with that, Lucker pulls the phone from his mouth and says, “Hi, baby. Don’t tell mommy ‘no.’ You have to take your vitamins.” He comes back to the interview conversation, saying, “She’s gotta take her vitamins, you know?”

You only get one shot. Why’d you have to disengage, Mitch? A question that will remain unanswered.

One thing’s for sure, though. Alcohol and motorcycles don’t mix.

He’s an alcoholic, and it’s a been a big battle. And I tried to stop him. I was in front of him begging him not to leave the house. Begging him. Like, ‘Just seriously, for us, don’t leave.’ And he did. And this is what happened. I mean, It’s a wake-up call. He’s an amazing man. He’s a wonderful father and a great husband. And now he’s gonna miss out on watching [his five-year-old daughter] Kena grow, because he decided to drink and ride. Just don’t. Just think before you guys do something stupid. Please learn from this. Please.
