100% Sean. This is a usurpation of greater powers and authority than they were granted by Law.
This is a demonstration of the Nature of tyranny… the tendency and penchant to accrue… to claw.. to itself more and more power, at the expense of the Rights and liberties of the people.
And It hinges upon…. relies upon the acquiescence of the victim. It the expectation that you will voluntarily surrender your rights to their arbitrary self-appointment of authority over you.
The Broadcasting Standard’s Authority has been a menus and bane to Free speech ever since it’s inception. It has zero credibility and ought to be abolished.
That this action was spawned by the malice of Far left Woke activists is yet another demonstration of the importance of Free Speech! You have the right to say that in your opinion Tikanga is Mumbo-jumbo in the very same sense that Atheists may say the Bible is Mumbo-jumo… or I may say that Atheism is a superstition.
Free speech is an essential right for freedom of conscience and freedom of religion. All things The radical Woke Left seek to overthrow.

In a Public Debate some will claim they can objectively prove that it is Mumbo-jumbo.
Others will equally claim to be able to defend it with Facts and principles.
It’s up to the audience to be persuaded either way… some will agree that Tikanga is mumbo-jumbo… others will remain staunch supporters.
Whether anyone was swayed one way or the other by the debate … who knows… The Import thing is we… the people have the right to discuss such matters and form our own opinions. just because some people get ‘upset’ about what others say and think… does not give them the right to call in the Gov henchmen to punish those with whom they disagree. FUCK EM!
