Ken Ham is ‘famous’ for his full scale ‘Noah’s Ark’ at ‘Ark Encounter’ Theme park in Williamstown Kentucky, and was also the founder of the Christian Apologetics organisation ‘Answers in Genesis’ in which he expounds a ‘literalist’ interpretation of the Book esp the 6 literal days of creation approximately 6000 years ago.

I Like and respect Ken Ham, though I differ from him in many doctrinal aspects.
This is one of those times…
Below is a top snippet of the post he made on X.
I’ll put his whole message below my critique as it is in his very first paragraph that he exposes his misinterpretation of God’s word.
And it is a serious false doctrine he is expounding.
Please understand I like Ken, though I disagree with him in many areas, I am fully convinced of his sincerity and dedication to Christ.
When we see our Christian Brothers and sisters going off track it is our duty to try and guide them back towards the truth.
That is what I’m seeking to do here, and I pray the Lord get this message to Ken, and gives him a receptive heart… for these are *Essential doctrinal truths*.
My Reply…. Wow Ken! This is extremely disappointing to see you don’t understand the difference between Christ’s Kingdom ministry to the Children of Israel, from Paul’s God-given Commission to the gentiles with the new revelation of the gospel of grace!
I have a message from the Lord for you.
I pray you have the eyes to see it for it is of the greatest importance.
Christ’s ministry was specifically to the Jews, to fulfil the promises God made to their Fathers.
Jesus lived under the Law, and preached The Law.
His message to ‘the lost sheep of the house of Israel’ was ‘Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand’.
His preaching *called the Jews to prepare themselves, Cleans themselves that they might be found *worthy* to enter his kingdom. That is where all Christ’s *extreme* doctrines about ‘turning the other cheek’ and selling all your possessions, etc comes from. The Jew had to be prepared to forsake all Wealth and status gained under the system of Mammon and be prepared to walk into Christ’s kingdom *naked* if need be. This was a test of their hearts, their true values, their commitment to God over the world. You even had to ‘Endure unto the end’… to be worthy to enter Christ’s Kingdom.
*Yet the Jews Rejected their Messiah *Twice*!
Once when the betrayed him to the Romans, and he was crucified, and again after Peter and the 11 Preached the Risen Christ to Israel in the Early Book of Acts… signified by the Stoning of Stephen.
*That is when God saved Saul/Paul and appointed him ‘The Apostle of the Gentiles’… and revealed to him the hidden mysteries of the Cross and Resurrection of Christ in the Gospel of God’s Grace. A completely different gospel to what Christ preached to the Jews.
Our Gospel of the Cross is that Christ died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again from the dead on the third day in victory over sin and death.
Our Gospel says *Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved* Romans 10vs13
Get that!
Calling upon the Name of the Lord *IS Sufficient* for we are not under the Law… but grace. We do not have to ‘make ourselves worthy’ to be saved. Salvation is the gift of God… without works. It is completely the work of Christ on the Cross. *His Blood is sufficient*.
I hope you find this message to be from the Lord… to you… for it is essential the Christians understand why we take our doctrines *of Grace* from the letters of Paul… our God-sent Minister of the Gentiles.
Romans 10vs13 is *our truth for this age and Gospel of Grace*… by faith alone.
Matthew 7vs21 was for the Jews under Christ’s Kingdom gospel… Faith Plus works.
This is why it is so important that we.. *Rightly Divide the Word of Truth* 2Tim2vs15 KJV because Doctrines change throughout the scriptures and one of the biggest changes happened between The Jews under the Law… vs Christians under God’s grace… free from the Law.
So unlike the Jews hearing Christs appeal ‘Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand’… whereby they had to be prepared to sacrifice *everything* to be found worthy. Our Salvation today has nothing to do with *our worthiness* *our efforts* *our endurance*.
Our Salvation is fully insured by The Blood, Cross, and Resurrection of Christ. *His worthiness*, His Efforts, his endurance, etc.
