With the approaching coronation of King Charles, the question of remaining in the Commonwealth inevitably bubbles to the surface. The screen shot above shows that Polls have been running in Canada to this very question.
It has always been the ambition of Cold War Communism to overthrow ‘British imperialism’ and set up their own quazi-‘Imperialism’ of Global Socialism, and they have set about achieving these objectives via ‘a long march’ infiltrating all tiers of Social institutions esp Education, and also by the strategy of ‘Divide and Conquer’… agitation for rebellion amongst ‘Indigenous populations’…. creating Social unrest, and Racial strife all designed to Weaken and Destroy British based democracies like New Zealand.
It has always been a Marxist wet dream to see the Commonwealth fragment.
This being so, whenever the question of New Zealand leaving the Commonwealth has come up, it has always been a thorny issue for me as a Libertarian.
I do believe it is the natural order of progression for a Nation to become fully independent… a Republic, yet the question must be asked… What sort of Republic would be established?
If the answer is to be an Apartheid Socialist Republic (which is what the Leftist radicals want) then as far as I’ve been concerned New Zealand fares much better to remain under the Civilised wing of Great Britain, and her Rule of Law, and The system of Equal Rights! And also maintaining our Commonwealth fraternity of shared enlightenment values.
This is what Queen Elizabeth represented. She was an anchor that slowed down the disintegration of values and as such there was great merit in remaining in her Commonwealth.
She lived long, and people were free under her rule, to the degree that she did not impose her personal beliefs via the Law as was normal in previous ages. She governed as an exemplar of Character and personal virtue.
She has gone now, and King Charles is about to be Coronated with Diadem, holding the Orb, and Scepter… mystical relics that imbues Sovereignty and Awe!
Or at least that is how it’s all supposed to work!
Charles has had plenty of time to contemplate his succession, and he more than anyone appreciates the challenge of being/ becoming a rightful ‘King’ in the hearts and minds of myriads of people… The majority of whom are Moderns… educated, democratic… steeped in enlightenment values, and who put little weight on the mystical powers of the Baubles of office.

Having watched several conversational You Tube videos I was very impressed… for example his videos discussing ‘Mob violence’ and The Kyle Rittenhouse trial (Below).
It must be remembered that Ayoob speaks from ‘the US Legal perspective’ which varies from State to State and from my home country New Zealand’s Legal system.
Given the current Civil Unrest that has been purposefully orchestrated in US cities by the George Soros/ Democrat funded Criminal organisations posing as ‘Protest movements’ for the sake of destabilizing their society (and especially to blacken Trumps otherwise spectacular Presidency) … the destruction, violence, murder, and chaos the ensued… and what transpired with regards to Kyle Rittenhouse in the midst of all this obviously stimulated Ayoob’s commentary on these related subjects, and what a wealth of insight and good advice he proffers!
Not only on the legalities that saw Rittenhouse being acquitted of any wrongdoing, but also on the nuances of being in a situation where there is Mob violence occurring… how best to handle your self defense in that situation.
Avoiding the cesspool… He made no personal commentary on the politics of these events.
Watching Ayoob Videos we can see he certainly is no ‘Whack Anti-Police Gun Lunatic’ … much of his advice seeks to de-escalate any tensions when interactions occur between Gun owners and Police (for example when you get a knock at the door at 3am in the morning… or when you have a firearm and are pulled over).
He promotes respect and understanding… and speaks from first hand experience seeking peaceful outcomes.
That is about all I have to say about my impressions of this self defense firearms expert.

Postscript: Guns, Civil Unrest, and the Globalist Agenda.
The following ruminations I thought best to add as a postscript given they are my thoughts that should not be inferred to have anything to do with Massad Ayoob’s personal beliefs about the state of the world… of which I have no idea.
New Zealand needs our own ‘Second Amendment’.
This became esp obvious with regards to the Christchurch Terror attack and the Governments Jackbooted response.
Ardern exploited the attack as an opportunity to push her anti-gun population disarmament agenda.
Self Defense and Gun Laws are matters of great importance to the Libertarian ideology of a Free society… which are at complete variance from the Socialist Totalitarian Police State in which Tyranny reigns unchecked upon a defenseless and subjugated slave and brainwashed population who believe their Prison walls are keeping them safe.
New Zealanders do ‘technically’ have the legal right to self defense yet it is very nuanced and we don’t have the legal right as citizens to own pistols for self-defence.
As a Libertarian I advocate for Law reform to recognise our just right to do so yet we have a Government, and Police force, and social conditioned Sheepish population that are antagonistic to this legitimate right being recognised in Law… so I have no delusions about the Nil prospects of this law reform happening any time soon.
Keep this in mind when we contemplate how defenseless this policy left the victims of Brenton Tarrant in his Barbaric Massacres at the Christchurch Mosques in 2018.
I made this point as I prepared to deliver an oral submission to the Government inquiry into how this atrocity occurred and what could be done to prevent such a thing happening again… yet Bizarrely… having initially received the invitation to speak… They failed to inform me of a place and time to appear… so my argument that was founded upon Bearing arms for self defense was not herd in the public hearing.
The Ardern Reigime and Police had always sought to confiscate Guns from Law abiding New Zealanders and reduce their legal rights… and to pseudo-justify this approach… the last thing they wanted is to face open reasoned criticism against their oppressive agenda.
I had already made a written submission that was ‘supposedly considered’ and put into the public record.
All I could do is put my undelivered oral submission onto ‘Eternal Vigilance Blog’ and share it on social media.
IMO it is conspiracy fact… an open secret spoken out loud and at the same time denied… that the Globalist Cabal of Schwab/ Soros Socialist minions are seeking to overthrow Western democracies and install their New World Order and we can see a whole raft of suicidal policies being enacted by these traitors against the best interests of their own peoples.
The madness of their policies is starting to cause massive pains and social backlash… The Truckers protest in Cannada, The Farmers rebellion in the Netherlands, and the *Real insurrection* in Shri Lanka. Even Brexit can be seen in this light.

Why am I bothering to write a commentary on the Historical writings of James Cowan?
I have loved reading and the subject of history from my fifth birthday when my grandparents bought me a big fat illustrated history of the world.
Primarily I have a passion for history.. for its own sake…to educate myself.
Having grown up it was inevitable that I should loose my childhood innocence… my eyes have been opened to the world of political intrigues. The lust for unearned wealth and to gain unjust Power are a re-occurrent theme throughout human history… ubiquitous to all times, places… and races.

What is the historical truth about the European colonisation of New Zealand?
This post is my introduction to this study of Cowan’s important publications.
At the time of writing this I am currently only about 20% of the way through reading volume 1.
By the end of writing my commentary, I hope to have given many proofs taken from Cowan, that affirm the correctness of my personal position which is a forthright repudiation of Modern Treaty grievance and Apartheid and the lies they are founded upon.
Will Cowan’s account vindicate my perspective?
Even if they do… do his opinions have any weight?
Why should we trust him?
In studying his accounts to what degree will my current views be further entrenched or be confronted with facts that demand contrition and correction on my part?
It is always a good thing to stand corrected… it is a positive good, and yet the corrupt detest facts that contradict their prejudices.
I will consciously resist the urge to overlook uncomfortable facts. Indeed these are opportunities to grow deeper understandings.
Having read about 10% (of both volumes) already he has presented me with many justifications… and challenges.
These will make for interesting commentary in future posts.
I am already learning much… and look forward to reading more.

” James Cowan (1870–1943) grew up on Waikato land confiscated from Māori. The family farm included part of the Ōrākau battlefield.
It was here that Rewi Maniapoto, when asked to surrender, had famously told the British that he would fight on ‘forever and ever’ (‘Ka whawhai tonu mātou, Āke! Āke! Āke!’). Cowan’s lifelong fascination with colonial history grew out of his childhood experiences.
During the first decades of the 20th century Cowan wrote more than 30 books and hundreds of articles on New Zealand history, Māori ethnography and travel. He read widely, and did much to shape the way New Zealanders viewed their past.
He is best known for the two-volume The New Zealand Wars: a history of the Maori campaigns and the pioneering period (1922–23). Cowan died in 1943.”
We are concerning ourselves with his two volumes on the Rebellions.
The term ‘Rebellions’ is more accurate than the term ‘Wars’ as calling these wars does not correctly identify the type and nature of the disputes.
We can glean a lot about Cowan from that very concise statement.
He grew up in the decades following the Waikato war, and lived among Waikato Maori… at the heart of the Kingite struggle, and saw the defeated Rebels as heroic warriors.
From the first chapters this disposition is evident in his writing yet he adds some balance by noting the heroism of such men as Governor Grey.
He is generous with his approbations on both sides of the disputes.
So far so good!
With respect to Rewi Mainiapoto, I hope to write a post on him in due course when Cowan deals with the Kingites. The romanticism of our day grossly distorts the true nature of the conflicts by excessive lionisation of the murderous savage rebels, and villainising the heroic colonials who valiantly thwarted the Rebels genocidal ambitions. In the end Rewi Maniapoto would recant his part in taking up arms… having despised the council of a Chiefly ally who predicted the sorry outcome that would befall the rebels.
The slant that Romanticises those who advocated for violence, can be seen in the Maniapoto quotation above.
From my own studies it is rare indeed to encounter any writer from the beginning who did not to some degree evidence this embellished perspective.
The tendency almost universally favors the Rebels… which is the very opposite of what modern revisionists claim… ie they insist that history has been unfair to them, and that Maori have been the victim of 150+ years of systematic ‘White supremacist’ indoctrination.
This is utterly false.
The truth is Pakeha like Cowan grew up with Maori friends and neigbours and did not harbour Racist ideals, or look down upon them… this is evident in the contemporary records… and was evident in the very nature of New Zealand society until the Far Left Racist radical separatists started their toxic political campaign in the early 1970s.
Getting back to Cowan’s accounts of the conflicts…
Myself… as a person who has read a decent amount of classic War histories such as Herodotus’s account of Leonidas and the 300 at Thermopile , The works of Xenophon, Josephus, and much more I affirm Cowan’s writing style as being on a par with these…. first rate and on this basis alone we can appreciate why he is held in high regard.
It is the type of writing style that propagates a love of history in youth and adults alike.
Cowan has been a chief inspiration for many New Zealand historians ever since.
It helps that New Zealand’s birth is part of an heroic and contentious age.
It was a time when Men were really ‘Great’.
Cowan states that our history is as rich in character and exploits as the histories of many other Western nations and his writing style and attention to details vindicates this claim.

James Cowan is considered by many the foremost historian on the series of Maori Rebellions that occurred in the decades following the Treaty of Waitangi in which British Sovereignty was established.
I want to examine his work and see if such pre-eminence granted him in this subject is well founded, or not?
I am chiefly concerned about objective truth… not writing style.
How much authority and truthfulness ought to be justly ascribed to his writings?
This is not simply a matter of ‘taste’… if he agrees with me he is ‘right’… if he disagrees with me… he is ‘wrong’.
There is too much at stake to leave history in a fog of ambiguity… and simply a matter of subjective opinion.
If you love history proper what matters is *Truth*.
What matters is doing justice to history.
We need to evaluate Cowan’s objectivity and power to reach legitimate conclusions.
We must distinguish what are recorded statements that were spoken by the people involved from mere speculations about their motives that really belong to the writer… not the subject.
This temper is essential if any hope of sifting the wheat from the chaff is to be achieved.
How ought we to consider his personal opinions, insights, and embellishments he uses to add colour to bare Objective facts, and by which we can perceive his leanings?
Does Cowan evidence gross ‘Euro-centric propensities’? or any other skew that needs to be appreciated when evaluating his works?
How fairly does Cowan treat the character of the various actors he is writing about?
These are the sorts of questions that shall be at the forefront of my study.
I will also be looking to clarify the root causes of the Rebellions.
According to Cowan… what were in his view the main chief causes for the various outbreaks of hostilities?
These rebellions were in breach of the Treaty and a challenge to British Sovereignty.
Cowan speaks of this fundamental point from the beginning… eg Regarding Hekes Rebellion at Russell …Chapter 5 Titled ‘The first British march inland’ … Cowan states…
” On the 27th April an expedition totaling 470 officers and men under Lieut-Colonel Hulme, of the “Slains Castle,” the “Velocity.” and the schooner “Aurora,” with the object of re-establishing the Queens Soverignty at Kororareka and carrying the war into the enemies country.”…
The paramount importance of this fact stands in stark contrast to the patent falsehoods and denials of modern revisionists that Maori like Heke were in Rebellion to the sovereignty which had been ceded to the British Crown at Waitangi in 1840.
Instead they pedal the modern innovation of ‘co governance’ and ‘Treaty partnership’.
Chief Tamati Waka Nene.
I would never suggest that British governance of the day (nor any government anywhere) was not without it’s flaws… yet from the facts of recorded history and logic we see it was ‘Old world’ Tribalistic Maori Like Heke who from self interest butted heads with the legitimate British authority.
Can anyone looking back be surprised that such disputes would arise simply by the nature of the situation???
Given all factors and conditions of the times these things were virtually inevitable!
There was no malicious intent on the part of the newly established British rule to provoke hostilities from Ngapuhi.
Violence was initiated by Heke… yet most of the Nagapuhi Chiefs supported the Governor… esp Tamati Waka Nene who fought against Heke on the side of the Colonial Governor.
The hypocrisy of the Modern Revisionist is that they play the victim… when in reality they themselves are distorting history for political advantage and financial gain and the expense of the rest of New Zealanders. Their Racism and Political Corruption is patent… and yet we are not allowed to say as much. Broadcasters, and Public figures get deplatformed when ever they dare to challenge the foundations of the new Race based power structure.
With the establishment of British rule via the Treaty upon a land in which Chiefs were used to governing their own affairs… we should not be surprised that discontent and suspicions arose… for that was the norm between Hapu… and Iwi, and to transition from that state of Anarchy to building *A Nation* whereby the Law prevails rather than the Taiaha would take time.. and big changes.
These changes were implicit in the establishment of British rule.
The anarchy of inter-Tribal warfare… esp now the Tribes all had muskets… could not be tolerated in a civil society… and it was expressly for the sake of ending the Bloody tribal wars that the Maori Chiefs invited the British crown to establish the rule of Law.
It had nothing to do with ‘White racism’ using their terrible ‘technological advantages’ to plan and execute a Holocaust upon the indigenous population… to exterminate them and take their lands.
Hone (John) Heke.
Each major outbreak of rebellion was of course the result of some contentious issue… the first one mentioned in Cowan’s works is the rebellion of Hone (John) Heke at Russell (Kororaeka) in 1845… the chief cause of which being newly establish heavy Customs duties being imposed on trade goods drove away traffic from the port.
The imposition of these customs duties (1841) was obviously an attempt by the Governor to defray costs of running the colony (established by Te Tiriti O Waitangi in 1840) from the British Crown.
It is an interesting lesion in economics that raising heavy taxes is very bad for trade and the prosperity of any economy.
Pre-treaty Russell was the key port in New Zealand. Ngapuhi Chiefs like Heke had been making a lot of money from the shipping and trade that visited the Bay of Islands in those times and had even levied their own ‘Port dues’ on every ship, and they also traded in prostitution, and ship’s stores to whalers.
More on Heke will be forthcoming (next chapter of my commentary), it suffices for now to mention that after the Treaty and the establishment of other centers of settlement and industry around the country… out of reach of the Governors ability to enforce tariffs the post-treaty imposition of Customs duties in the Bay of Islands put trade into decline and this adversely affected Hone Heke’s ‘Business’ and income.
Read about this in Chapter 3, pages 16,17.
Hence Heke was not happy about how things were unfolding after the treaty… and despite the fact that he had been partly civilized and educated at Henry Williams Mission Station, being still at heart a wild Cannibal Maori Warrior Chief, he chose to deal with this situation the ‘traditional way’ Maori Warrior Chiefs took care of ‘problems’… by taking up arms.
The rebellions were power struggles… a coming to terms with the new order, yet contrary to the politically manufactured assertions of the Modern revisionist of our times, there was no overt nefarious plot by Pakeha… no overt bad faith or willful breaches of the Treaty involved on their part.
‘Good’ Governor Grey. Respected by all including the first ‘Maori King’ Potatau.
Mistakes were made and sometime the curcumstances were beyond control yet one of the spectacular facts about the Birth of New Zealand as a Nation was that it happened during the time of enlightenment ideals.
Slavery had been abolished in the British empire.
The Treaty recognised the rights of All New Zealanders as Equals… British Subjects… including Maori.
And New Zealand was fortunate to have the highest caliber Statemen like ‘Good’ Governor George Grey at the helm during its birth pangs.
Was there no greed?
Was there no weasel business dealings?
It would be stupefyingly silly to pretend that instances of chicanery did not occur culpability being on either side… for such is sadly human nature… and yet it is a bare face lie to assert that the Colonisation of New Zealand by Europeans was an invasion based upon deception… and that it involved systematic Racist oppression of Maori.
We should not be surprised that some chiefs took it upon themselves to rebel when things went in directions that did not satisfy their self interest.
Such rebellion is completely understandable given the weak state of the governing power of young colony, the short passage of time that had elapsed from the signing of the Treaty, and the nature of the Maori Tribal ‘norms’ that still prevailed. Were it not for the Good will of Chiefs like Waka Nene who chose to honour the Treaty and support the Colonial Powers against rebels like Heke… the colony in New Zealand would have been short lived indeed.
Cowan himself makes the point the ongoing settlements of the Pakeha post treaty existed by ‘sufferance’ given the numerical superiority of Maori in the early years.
This means the greater percentage of Maori themselves could see the many advantages the industrious British settlers brought to their shores.

Though these wars happened over 150 years ago Far Left Political Radical activists and politicians in recent decades have twisted history into a bludgeon with which to destroy Racial Harmony that had grown up in the years of peace and good will that grew out from peace between the races, an end to tribal anarchy, and the establishment of the rule of Law.

Conservative Christian Pastor Carl Bromley has come under the Evil Eye several times over the past year.
He received visits from the NZ Police with regards to maintaining his religious right to hold small worship services in the face of a Covid Lockdown despite no cases of Covid being detected in the entire South Island.
This proved the lockdowns have little to do with medical science/ public health and everything to do with power and control… forcing mindless obedience and compliance… and breaking Christian resistance to tyranny.

It has been in response to such overt tyranny and rights violations that has alarmed many ordinary New Zealanders… how Draconian our nation has become under Comrade Ardern’s heavy hand.
Many are joining the growing peaceful protest movement against compulsory vaccinations, mask mandates, and lockdowns.
Some of the biggest demonstrations in the history of our nation have been going on in recent months all across the country and outside the Beehive, largely ignored by the compromised Mainstream media who are failing in their moral duty to keep NZ Citizens informed about real News that affects them. Whenever such protests are mentioned it is always in derogatory terms and purposeful falsehoods about the numbers of protesters in attendance.
All part of a concerted effort to Keep New Zealanders scared, Isolated, and in the dark about the scale of Democratic resistance to Ardern’s Globalist Tyranny.

Carl Bromley is no sheep!
He is one such conservative New Zealander and Christian who has become alarmed at what has been going on under Ardern and has been actively doing his part to defend the Kiwi dream.
True to his Christian values and deep sense of community, He has been doing so in a completely peaceful manor motivated by high ideals and charity.
This is the sort of man he is… and yet the evil political powers of our day have an agenda they seek to Ram trough which is at sharp variance with New Zealand’s freedom loving, self reliant, and independent ways, and it is good people like Carl who stand in their way.
He and his ilk must therefore be stomped into submission and silenced.
Voice your disapproval of the Powers that be?… Lose your firearms license!
That’s how the system works now in NZ…esp if you are poor and cannot afford expensive lawyers.
By taking the side of freedom this peaceful Good man has found himself exposed to the hate and violence of Far left Radicals, and under the spotlight of a newly politicised Police State.
Peacefully fulfilling his moral duty as a concerned citizen and member of a Democratic society, Carl attends public rallies and protests.
These rallies are usually openly advertised… time and place on Social media sites… and this makes it possible for Radical Far Left Purple haired Gender confused supporters of Ardern’s tyranny to turn up and create trouble.
They have zero respect for Free speech and live to create chaos.
It was while attending such a rally that Carl was assaulted by a Far left Radical, and having also been slandered on-line Carl lodged a complaint with the Police.
They chose to ignore it.
Such is the state of our Nation… White Male Christian freedom advocates can be slandered and assaulted with Official impunity… esp when they have been flagged as being ‘Anti-government racist radicals’.
Like so many Vocal defenders of Kiwi Freedom and rights Carl has no doubt been put on the Police Shit list…(they have these now for political dissenters, bloggers, etc) while the real dangerous malicious radicals of the Far left operate openly… virtually with official sanction… as they share much in common with our Socialist PM.
Being flagged as a possible dangerous Extremist not only will make it harder for people like Carl to get the police to act on any complaints they make, it opens them up to being the target of Police intimidation and injustice.
This is happening now in New Zealand.
New Laws expose New Zealanders to heavy Police intrusions on the smallest of pretext.
Under such a climate all it takes to trigger a heavy handed response from the NZ Police is for some petty minded and malicious person who has a grudge against someone like Carl to make a false complaint.
And there is now a gang of Nasty Left wing Antifa types operating in New Zealand doing precisely this.
And they have been destroying peoples lives.
Please bear with me as I stitch together how what has happened to Carl fits into the big picture.
His is not an isolated case.
One high profile example of the activities of this malicious Far left Deplatform Gang’s was the sacking of Independent You Tuber and political commentator Lee Williams.
Lee, via his ‘Cross the Rubicon’ You Tube channel was very critical of Jacinda Ardern’s globalist politics, and was also locked into an online ideological war with several members of the Radical Far left Deplatform Gang.
Jealous of Lee Williams growing You tube following These nasty underhanded radicals used slanderous lies to blackmail Lee’s then Employers Synlait Dairy company with ‘Employing White Supremacist’s’. Synlait caved into this extortion and sacked Lee for the sake of avoiding damage to their companies reputation.
Lee is not a White Supremacist!
Lee in fact challenged systemic racism embedded in the New Zealand system in favour of racial quality before the law!
That was Lee’s crime… pointing out the corrupt racism inherent in our system.
Yet the Liars prevailed and Lee’s life was destroyed.
To escape the persecution he was facing Lee left New Zealand.
All this made the national news (except the truth about this being a Far left extremist extortion Con job).
Lee’s struggles were better covered by independent media sites like The BFD, and Blogs like ‘Eternal vigilance’, and others.
Lee got zero justice from the New Zealand Police for what he endured… The fraudulent slander and extortion that led to his unfair dismissal.
Why?
Because Lee in their book was flagged as a ‘troublemaker’ who does not deserve fair treatment.
So Like Carl’s complaint to the Police about being assaulted… Lee’s injustice also was not investigated.
The deplatforming gang faced zero legal consequences for their extortion racket, which will have only served to embolden them to continue.
Lee’s condemnation of Ardern’s Apartheid ambitions centered around her secreting of the He Pua Pua report that is a blueprint for handing over vast resources and powers to Maori Tribal Elites reached the halls of Power in particular Ardern’s Collaborators in the Maori Party.
These MPs joined in on the extortion of Synlait Dairy company, and persecution of Lee… some even calling for his residency to be revoked and for him to be deported.
All this because Lee spoke his personal political views on a small Youtube channel!
With this sort of persecution going on for anyone voicing dissenting opinions, you can easily imagine the dampening effect this has had on open political discourse in New Zealand.
You can be sure New Zealand Intelligence services opened up a Dossier on Williams and began collating who his associate were, etc, with a view of painting them as ‘Potential Domestic Terrorists’.

It is public knowledge that Carl Bromely is a close friend of Lee Williams.
Carl is a man who stood up in defense of Lee when he was undergoing his ordeal.
This activity puts yet another X against his name in Police files.
Even if we put aside Carl’s own defiance regarding his right to worship, his mere association with Lee Williams is reason alone for us to suspect the New Zealand Police have a low opinion of Carl and care little about what injustices he suffers at the hands of Far Left extremists.
To the far Left, virtually everybody else on the political spectrum is considered ‘far right’.
From his bold defense of Lee Williams Carl will have drawn upon himself the malevolent attention of the Deplatforming Gang who destroyed his friends life.
You don’t need to be Sherlock Holmes to suspect that Carl Bromley is most likely the latest target of this well known Far Left Deplatforming Gang.
The police ought to have been aware of the high probability the complaint questioning Carl’s fitness to hold a firearms license was a malicious lie.
If this proves to be true it makes what the Police did to Carl Bromely not simply an act of gross incompetence… but a serious pre-meditated injustice.
Either the Police were easily fooled into committing violence against an innocent man, or they knew the complaint was fraudulent yet moved to take Carl’s gun anyway!
That’s blatant corruption!
Carl called the complaint ‘Bogus’ and we can be certain that it was Bogus because of Carl’s impeccable character.
Carl has Zero Police record, yet given how the Gun Laws work and Police powers and discretion, it is very difficult *for anyone* to srutinise whether or not the Police are acting upon accurate information because the whole process is cloaked in secrecy… so basically… unless you can raise a ton of cash for Lawyers etc… The Police can do whatever they please… and fabricate bogus arguments that arbitrarily call *anyone’s character or mental fitness* into question to quazi-justify their Draconian activities.
Where is the impartial oversight in how such cases are executed whereby abuses can be called out?
This must be investigated.
The veracity of the complaint that was used to raid Carls home must be scrutised.
At a minimum this raid shows that there is a lack of safeguards protecting citizens from suffering such an arbitrary home invasion by the police and confiscation of legitimately held firearms.
The Far Left Deplatforming gang must broken up, and face criminal charges.
These things must be done and yet the political corruption of our democracy is far more serious than the activities of a malicious gang of Far left Nut jobs.
The Police need to own up to their grievous error and return Carl’s lawful property.
They need to compensate him for the damages they caused and the torment they inflicted on his wife.
And most importantly they must expunge from his records any hint of wrongdoing that might stain his reputation in the future.
There is the serious matter of the attitude of the Police towards a Good Kiwi Citizen who had done nothing wrong, but simply expressed his vocal critisism of the government of the day.
I want you my reader to understand how the Ardern Regime has politisised the Police and turned them into an instrument for attacking the democratic rights of New Zealanders who want to see Ardern thrown out of office… via the democratic process… which includes the rights to free speech, to assemble, and to protest.
These are absolutely essential for the just functionality of a democratic system of governance whereby those in power only hold office by the ongoing consent of the governed.
What must be understood is that not only did Ardern shamelessly capitalise on the Christchurch Terror attack to confiscate New Zealand citizens guns, She also used this atrocity as a justification for weaponising the Police against her political opponents.
Notice how holding religious views, or political opinions outside the mainstream is viewed as Potential Terrorist traits.
And the assertion that our ‘Open internet’ makes us vulnerable to terrorist attacks!
Hmmmm so the government should take control of the internet… ‘to keep us safe from terrorism’… yeah right!
That way they could block Youtube channels Like Lee’s and Carl’s that critisise Ardern’s genius!
Yes! that will make New Zealand ‘Safer from terrorism’.
(I’m joking.)
Notice how the democratic right to protest has been lumped next to terrorism by the simple addition of the word ‘Violent’. So in the mindset of the Police, anyone who attends a protest could be a potential Terrorist.
Is that really a fair and just… or sane way for the Police to look at Citizens exercising their Democratic rights?
Is the likelihood of New Zealand suffering a serious Terrorist attack really ‘Medium’ or Low?
It serves Ardern’s Political purposes to say the likelihood of terrorist attack is “Medium, feasible, and could well occur” because this allows her to put the Police and army in a state of Active preparation.
“Get out there and find those Anti-government Far Right White supremacist religious Extremist Domestic terrorists!!!! Start by snooping about on You Tube! Anyone who does not like Jacinda Ardern is probably a terrorist!”
The government’s own counter terrorist web page states…
“Our strongest defence against terrorism is a cohesive, resilient society.”
With this in mind it must be pointed out that heavy handed Police raids etc *has the very opposite effect!*
Such draconian behaviour is not conducive to harmonious social order but fosters resentment and outrage… and rightly so!
If the Police wanted to promote a cohesive resilient society they would respect the rights of the people to hold their own views.
They should respect liberty and enforce the law fairly and without political prejudice.
And yet we see at so many points Arderns ‘Inclusive Society’ excludes anyone who disagrees with her personal Political ideology.
Ardern demands obedience and submission by all.
We are expected to allow her to do what ever she pleases without murmur.
That is not how a Free society functions.
That is how a Dictatorship functions.
By becoming heavy handed the Police themselves are creating civil unrest.
Wake up!
While I personally believe the threat of Terrorism is extremely low, given how belligerent Ardern has been towards the rights of the New Zealand people, and mobilising the Police against her detractors… the threat of Anti-Ardern Protests turning ugly is inevitably on the rise.
Ardern seeks to use the Police as a shield while she continues to radically alter our Nation with absolute contempt for due process and the safeguards that would normally prevent such Autocratic behavior.
She has seen the growing protests. She knows she no longer enjoys the support of the people.
This is why under Ardern protests are being viewed by Police as potential Terrorist activities.
Democracy is fundamentally about the peaceful transfer of power based upon the will of the people, yet socialist dictators once in power have a long history of subverting democracy for the sake of retaining power… at any price.
Peaceful, good natured, freedom loving Carl Bromley, as a religious person who holds strong resentment for what Comrade Ardern is doing tick’s a heck of a lot of her government’s ‘Counter-Terrorism ‘ Boxes’, and we can be sure that they wanted to take away his guns ( make no mistake… they would like to take away everyone’s guns!).
Getting a fake complaint was what they were waiting for… and all they needed to do precisely that.
This fixation on ‘Domestic terrorism’ is a psychological contagion that has poisoned the New Zealand Polices outlook towards the people they serve.

The essential thing is for the People to stand in protest *before* such Absolute tyranny gains a strong grasp.
Given that the New Zealand people have zero stomach for Bloody Revolution and little means by which such measures might be achieved, Peaceful resistance offers the best prospects of success by far.
So I assert that Peaceful resistance is not only the Higher moral path, but also is the most pragmatic reason for hope that we shall prevail in keeping our Nation Independent and Free from the Globalist Tyranny.
But to achieve this we must Bravely stand together!

The other day I was chatting with a friend about all the lockdowns and government demands everyone get vaxed.

I told him he was far from alone in his feelings, and asked if he had any idea at how many Hamiltonians showed up to the Anti-Covid 19 lockdown and Anti-Compulsory Vaccination protest that had occurred in the Weekend at Claudlands showground?
What protests?
He had no idea any such public protests even occurred?
He assumed what the media had told him… that resistance to the Ardern Strategy was tiny and only a small bunch of whackos were resisting getting the Jab.

My friend is like so many New Zealanders who have had a guts full of Arderns incompetence and Tyranny yet who are being kept in the dark about the scale of outrage other New Zealanders are also feeling and that he is far from alone!
Among other outrages, almost 9500 business went belly up last month, and this sort of disastrous consequence of Arderns Jackbooted policies is now fueling a popular uprising. People are incensed by her indifference to their suffering and have had a guts full of her complete disregard for their Rights and liberties.
30-10-21 was a day of National Protest in which tens of thousands of New Zealanders gathered together in defiance of the Ardern regimes illegitimate and oppressive legal prohibitions that seek to circumvent New Zealanders Democratic rights!
The estimated 5000 peaceful protester’s in Hamilton were not standing alone as there were significantly larger demonstrations taking place simultaneously in both Auckland and Wellington.

The diabolical nature of the Ardern Regime (and Socialist Globalist regimes across Western civilisation) is that they have been using their powers to impose Covid 19 restrictions to prevent the voting public from gathering together to demonstrate their opposition to the financial ruin they are generating and the Police States they are cultivating while demanding the people shut up and let it happen!

Yet most New Zealanders are completely unaware that the tide is turning against Comrade Ardern’s Dictatorship… and yet it is!

Because the Media have sold out to the government it is very difficult for the word to reach the people about planned protests.
That is what makes spreading the word so important to this movement.
Supporters are using their social media pages, and emails, texts, etc.
I was told only the day before that these events were planned, and knowing that they would not receive any objective press, I decided I would go see the event so that I could report back to the New Zealand public.
I needed to get the exercise, and this would be far more interesting than walking in my local park…again.
Many people were practicing peaceful Civil disobedience… not wearing any masks, and not social distancing, others (much less) were wearing masks and standing apart, and as I believe that for the sake of not generating unnecessary animosity against this righteous cause, nor to give pretext to the Police to break up the Demonstration and start arresting people, I chose to wear a mask (most of the time) and try to keep my distance as much as possible, and I appreciate why so many people were choosing to defy these oppressive and farcical measures.
The thing to remember is that whether or not people chose to wear masks and social distance, and despite the way such protesters are portrayed in the Ardern funded media as being reckless loons whose behavior is an endangerment to the Law abiding (AKA Compliant and Complicit Sheeple), this is in fact an example of Civil disobedience at it’s highest form… because these people were simply exercising their legitimate rights!
In fact it was a display of the Bold assertion and exercise of their rights that the Ardern Régime has attempted to tread underfoot via passing unjust and oppressive Laws!
Ironically… Had she not done so… Had she actually done the right thing and respected the rights of the people… there would have been no need to protest!
So Ardern herself is the chief author of this entire mess!
She is a Tyrant, and it is the Right and moral duty of a free and enlightened people to Rally against her!
Ardern’s Tyranny is a far greater threat to our Nations well being than Covid 19!
Every hour she is at the helm the people of New Zealand lose their freedoms, and livelihoods, and our Nation becomes more like China!
Under the belief that Covid 19 was truly a raging fury, Long suffering Kiwis have quietly tolerated Ardern’s ever creeping Authorotarianism, yet she has finally crossed the line and has now turned massive sections of the People against her.
They have had enough!
They have gotten wise to the fact that the dangers posed by Covid 19 have been grossly exaggerated in the extreme to cause panic and compliance.

Let those who are scared of Covid 19 wear masks all day and stay locked up safe in their homes!
They have no right to demand everyone else share their paranoia or be confined to their homes simply to make the propagandised and traumatised neurotics feel comfortable in their sheepish cowardly delusions.
It is shameful that though I cannot tell you the name of the chief Waikato Coordinator and speaker as I have not yet been able to discover it.
When I do, I shall edit this article to include it for this man is heroically leading this protest movement from the Front!
I do know that he is a Christian Pastor… Amen Brother!
I did not hear the beginning of his speech, and yet the portions which I did hear filled me with respect and courage!
I agreed with every word!
His manner (and his Mana) was profound!
He spoke of his motivation for doing this as being love… not anger.
He said he hoped this whole movement would be characterised by love and peaceful action, and unity.
He said he knew that Covid 19 was a real disease, but that he was not scared of it.
He spoke of keeping the whole event as short as possible for the sake of not being unduly burdensome and testing on the Police.
He said he had already been finned for organising a previous protest and expected to be finned again for this one, yet he told the crowd he was ok with that and not to be angry with the Police. He said there were many good people in the Police force who have been placed in a very difficult position by the Ardern Government.
And most of all, and in finishing he made the most rousing call for the people to put their fears aside and boldly stand up for Freedom!
As a Libertarian, that was a special moment that near brought tears to my eyes!
In my 20 years of Activism I had never seen or herd anything as glorious as this!
I realised that Freedom is not dead in New Zealand!
There is hope!
Finally he said a karakia (prayer) for the people, and our country and referenced the National Anthem that had been sung at the beginning of the event (I missed that).
He prayed that ‘The God of Nations’ would “Defend our Free land” and have grace upon our country and bless the people present and the task they were undertaking for Freedom and justice sake… and that New Zealand would not in this hour be lost.
He called upon God in Jesus Name… and the people… Old and Young, Maori, Pakeha, and many other hues with heads bowed said Amen.

Tide is now turning against Ardern’s socialist tyranny… New Zealanders have had enough and want their lives and freedom back!
Since this weekend Ardern has met more protests including one in Whanganui which prevented her delivering a press conference.
This has started to rattle her and expose the truth that she no longer enjoys the adoration of New Zealanders.
For the first time I have seen her being asked awkward questions at an interview.
She had to call another press conference short because she was being heckled… exposing just how fragile her personality really is!
One of my social media friend made the following observation…
“PM Jacinda Ardern who’s augments are so weak that she runs away from one person that challenges her. 😏 Absolutely pathetic…”
Jacinda Ardern’s facade has now cracking, and many people who were once taken in by her Staged Act of ‘Hugs’ and talk of ‘Kindness’ now see her for the Dangerous Machiavellian she really is and has always been… a Wolf in sheeps clothing.
She is having difficulty hiding her true colours.

There was never any hope of getting such a total voluntarily as there are far more than 10% of the population who are personally opposed to the Ardern/ Global Vax Scheme.
These powers and rules were always going to be dropped upon New Zealanders who refuse to submit to her… punishing her political opponents… that is the minority of people willing to stand up for their Freedom and rights.
Unless she feels the indignation of the people, she will simply continue the accrual of power unto herself, and the imposition of her own will.
New Zealand will be transformed into a Chinese like Socialist State.
Should these ever-ratcheting oppressive powers succeed in getting 90% compliance, it will never be legitimately claimed that such measures are a pragmatic ‘Success’.
It will signal that Freedom in New Zealand is dead.
Take a look at Norway (Read here) which has ended all Covid Restrictions and Returned to Normal.
No Social distancing… every thing open… and they did this having only 67% fully (two shots) Vaccinated!
This is just one of many examples that exposes Ardern and her demands for 90% compliance before lifting Covid restrictions as being maniacal.
This is to completely flout the New Zealand bill of Rights section 11 which states the New Zealanders have the right to refuse medical treatments.
It does not make exceptions saying compelling medical treatments is ok…’For National emergencies’… or ‘for Pandemics’… or ‘For the common good’, etc.
It says *We have the right to refuse medical treatments* because of what happened in WW2 with Nazi Germany!
We have the right to refues medical treatments because *we own ourselves*… we are not slaves of the Government.
Yet the NZ Bill of rights is as useless as toilet paper because it is not entrenched.
And Ardern seeks to enslave us all and sell our Nation out to the Globalist New World Order.
As a Libertarian I has spent the last 20 years trying to warn New Zealanders about how open our system was to abuse of power, and that it allows the indefinite expansion of Political power at the expense of our rights.
I have warned that we need to create a new constitution that limits State powers and guarantees our Rights, Liberties, and Property.

In the Paul Watson You tube video, his comments about ‘Maori being oppressed’ in the 50s ought to be forgiven him given that is by far the most common view almost universally propagated on the net, and yet he is smart enough to see that Ardern’s new Tyranny will dis-proportionately affect/ Oppress the Maori demographic given they are the most Vaccine hesitant.

I recently watched a similar situation in Australia whereby the Thugs in uniforms were bullying a woman for not wearing a mask even though the law stated she did not have to wear one when exercising… which is another example of police willingness to break the rules, and attempt to make up the rules thinking the public are too scared or too ignorant to know the cops are scamming them.
We live in such times when the people can’t trust the police to be acting lawfully!

PS. PARENTS BE WARNED! The government is now advertising on the radio and elsewhere offering vaccines for kids ages 12 and above without informing listeners that the Pfizer shots have not been through thorough safety checks and still only have ‘Emergency use authorisation’ from the FDA which itself is only for ages *15 and over!*
There are serious health risks involved to getting the shots.
They are not ordinary true vaccines, but are completely different… they are a form of Gene therapy.
There is a massive gap in understanding what the long term affects of these shots will be.
And given children and young people are at extremely low risk from Covid 19 I believe it is callous to risk their health with these Vax.
In truth I believe it would be much better/ safer for our kids to gain immunity naturally by exposure to the virus… which has been common practice for generations, eg such thing as ‘Chicken pox parties’.
