“Why I am Not a Communist” by Bertrand Russell

“Why I am Not a Communist”
by Bertrand Russell

russell

“I am completely at a loss to understand how it came about that some people who are both humane and intelligent could find something to admire in the vast slave camp produced by Stalin.”

In relation to any political doctrine there are two questions to be asked: (1) Are its theoretical tenets true? (2) Is its practical policy likely to increase human happiness? For my part, I think the theoretical tenets of Communism are false, and I think its practical maxims are such as to produce an immeasurable increase of human misery.

The theoretical doctrines of Communism are for the most part derived from Marx. My objections to Marx are of two sorts: one, that he was muddle-headed; and the other, that his thinking was almost entirely inspired by hatred. The doctrine of surplus value, which is supposed to demonstrate the exploitation of wage-earners under capitalism, is arrived at: (a) by surreptitiously accepting Malthus’s doctrine of population, which Marx and all his disciples explicitly repudiate; (b) by applying Ricardo’s theory of value to wages, but not to the prices of manufactured articles. He is entirely satisfied with the result, not because it is in accordance with the facts or because it is logically coherent, but because it is calculated to rouse fury in wage-earners. Marx’s doctrine that all historical events have been motivated by class conflicts is a rash and untrue extension to world history of certain features prominent in England and France a hundred years ago. His belief that there is a cosmic force called Dialectical Materialism which governs human history independently of human volitions, is mere mythology. His theoretical errors, however, would not have mattered so much but for the fact that, like Tertullian and Carlyle, his chief desire was to see his enemies punished, and he cared little what happened to his friends in the process.

Marx’s doctrine was bad enough, but the developments which it underwent under Lenin and Stalin made it much worse. Marx had taught that there would be a revolutionary transitional period following the victory of the proletariat in a civil war and that during this period the proletariat, in accordance with the usual practice after a civil war, would deprive its vanquished enemies of political power. This period was to be that of the dictatorship of the proletariat. It should not be forgotten that in Marx’s prophetic vision the victory of the proletariat was to come after it had grown to be the vast majority of the population. The dictatorship of the proletariat therefore as conceived by Marx was not essentially anti-democratic. In the Russia of 1917, however, the proletariat was a small percentage of the population, the great majority being peasants. it was decreed that the Bolshevik party was the class-conscious part of the proletariat, and that a small committee of its leaders was the class-conscious part of the Bolshevik party. The dictatorship of the proletariat thus came to be the dictatorship of a small committee, and ultimately of one man – Stalin. As the sole class-conscious proletarian, Stalin condemned millions of peasants to death by starvation and millions of others to forced labour in concentration camps. He even went so far as to decree that the laws of heredity are henceforth to be different from what they used to be, and that the germ-plasm is to obey Soviet decrees but that that reactionary priest Mendel. I am completely at a loss to understand how it came about that some people who are both humane and intelligent could find something to admire in the vast slave camp produced by Stalin.

I have always disagreed with Marx. My first hostile criticism of him was published in 1896. But my objections to modern Communism go deeper than my objections to Marx. It is the abandonment of democracy that I find particularly disastrous. A minority resting its powers upon the activities of secret police is bound to be cruel, oppressive and obscuarantist. The dangers of the irresponsible power cane to be generally recognized during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, but those who have forgotten all that was painfully learnt during the days of absolute monarchy, and have gone back to what was worst in the middle ages under the curious delusion that they were in the vanguard of progress.

There are signs that in course of time the Russian régime will become more liberal. But, although this is possible, it is very far from certain. In the meantime, all those who value not only art and science but a sufficiency of bread and freedom from the fear that a careless word by their children to a schoolteacher may condemn them to forced labour in a Siberian wilderness, must do what lies in their power to preserve in their own countries a less servile and more prosperous manner of life.

There are those who, oppressed by the evils of Communism, are led to the conclusion that the only effective way to combat these evils is by means of a world war. I think this a mistake. At one time such a policy might have been possible, but now war has become so terrible and Communism has become so powerful that no one can tell what would be left after a world war, and whatever might be left would probably be at least as bad as present -day Communism. This forecast does not depend upon the inevitable effects of mass destruction by means of hydrogen and cobalt bombs and perhaps of ingeniously propagated plagues. The way to combat Communism is not war. What is needed in addition to such armaments as will deter Communists from attacking the West, is a diminution of the grounds for discontent in the less prosperous parts of the non-communist world. In most of the countries of Asia, there is abject poverty which the West ought to alleviate as far as it lies in its power to do so. There is also a great bitterness which was caused by the centuries of European insolent domination in Asia. This ought to be dealt with by a combination of patient tact with dramatic announcements renouncing such relics of white domination as survive in Asia. Communism is a doctrine bred of poverty, hatred and strife. Its spread can only be arrested by diminishing the area of poverty and hatred.

Lord Christopher Monckton- ‘CLIMATE OF FREEDOM’ TOUR of NEW ZEALAND -APRIL 2013-Itinerary

lord m
Lord Christopher Monckton

An Old Libertarian Comrade Robin Thomsen invited me go with him next week to hear Lord Christopher Monckton Debunking Global warming/ man made climate change.
I will be there with bells on! (very cool manly bells that is!)
Monday @ Waikato Uni
7pm.
It would be great to see other Libertarians there too.

warmist scientists
Muppet science… seems legit.

While I am pondering this subject I remembered reading a while ago that The Warmists had figured out that… Quote:
“People with very strong free-market support had very high skepticism of climate change,” said John Cook, a cognitive psychology doctoral candidate at the University of Queensland.”
He goes on…
“Such individuals also tend to distrust scientists and scientific processes such as peer review…”

Now what is telling about this is that if this is true (and I believe the first part is), then obviously the reverse is also obviously true… ie that Climate change is supported predominately by Quote: ” Retarded Anti-Capitalist Socialists whom hate the free market and believe the State should regulate all trade and Reasources”… said Libertarian Hunk, Tim Wikiriwhi in the greatest blog Ever… Eternal vigilance.
He goes on…
” John Cook is simply another State paid flunkey! The truth is Free thinkers do not have any faith in the heavily Politicized scientific community whose pay checks are dependant upon their manufacture of Pseudo-scientific hysteria mongering which generates mass phobia of free enterprise and conveniently recommends heavy handed government regulation of trade, virtually an end to private property, and absolute control of the earths natural resources, whereas the Earth worshipping Luddite Retards snort it like Cocaine! ”

Lord Christopher Monckton
‘CLIMATE OF FREEDOM’ TOUR- APRIL 2013

During April 2013 Lord Christopher Monckton will be in New Zealand to speak on Climate Change and its underlying idealogical framework, the United Nations Agenda 21 and the threat this is to freedom. The tour is entitled Climate of Freedom.

While few of us are familiar with Agenda 21 we are likely to have heard the term “Sustainable Development”, “Smart Growth”, or “Renewable Energy”. We may think that this is a “not in my backyard” issue that we can take or leave as we wish. But if you conduct even a cursory Google search for some of the key concepts of Agenda 21 you will find that most New Zealand local government long term policy has been explicitly implementing Agenda 21 for nearly 20 years, and that this dictates many aspects of YOUR life.

Understanding the underlying goals and intentions of Agenda 21 makes the Global warming, and Climate Change debate infinitely clearer. The motivations, purposes and methodology of those who persist in alarmism on this topic, despite the mounting scientific evidence to the contrary and the 16 year ‘pause’ in rising global average surface temperatures is more transparent. As the evidence increasingly contradicts the theory of greenhouse gas impacts on global temperatures the alarm is morphing to climate disruption, climate chaos, extreme weather and other scary stuff, since the temperatures are not keeping in step with rising CO2.

Historic battles. The Libertarian struggle against Drug Prohibition. Why BZP should have been kept Legal.

ellie_goulding_bright_lights_png

In my opinion Ellie Goulding typifies the BZP experience.
Sight, sound, and stamina are enhanced.
Everything is shiney.
Alcohol consumption is minimised.
Many friends have raved on about how great an experience they had going to concerts, etc when I brought along my plastic jar of ‘The Good stuff’.
Back in those happy times this was completely legal.
Of course the Wowzers could not tollerate that!
**************

The following is a pamphlet I wrote back in 2007-2008 hoping to rally public support to keep BZP legal in New Zealand, It is preceeded by a letter I also wrote at the time.
Libertarians were unsuccessful in halting the Ban…no surprise, considering the question was being ‘investigated’by the Draconian Nanny Statist and Cold war socialist Jim Anderton.
This was at the height of Nanny State Power… under the Labour Clark/ Wilson/ Yates Regime.

I put this up on our blog today because I have just recently made contact with a person whom was a major player in the new industry of legal highs in New Zealand. He was a very impressive personality in that he was able to argue the merrits of his business, and counter many of the prohibitionists claims that his products were unsafe.
I am keen to discuss this subject with such a knowledgable insider.
I also post it for posterity’s sake, as a testimony to some more of my exploits as a libertarian activist.
It represents an ongoing battle against the Drug war which is not only tyrannical, but serves Criminal interests, and works against healthier legal alternatives to alcohol and many illicit substances.
Many of the claims I make in this pamphlet have proven to be true.
It’s rationale is applicable to exposing the evils of the War on drugs in general, thus it is still very relevant, and the Re-legalisation of BZP and Cannabis are still matters of unsettled and ongoing injustice.

I think my piece suited the Pamphlet format better than this Blogpost… Oh well.

Party Pills
Monday, 30 January, 2006 5:15 PM

How happy it is to be able to purchase party pills over the counter, knowing the profit is not going to criminal organisations but helping honest businessmen and there families to prosper.
No need to call the police!
No problem!
This is what it would be like if cannabis was legalised as well!
Since adding party pills to my shopping list I have noticed a reduction in my consumption of alcohol.
It is easy to regulate the level of enjoyment, one for a nice cruise, two for a stag night, etc
The buzz can be as good as any joint, which makes a mockery of the prohibition of Cannabis!
The Anti-Fun brigade fears that New Zealanders will see the benefits of having a legal recreational drug trade and so urgently seek to raise a big enough stink to make criminals of those peacefully engaged in such activities.
Little wonder why young people show no regard for accepted social norms or the Political Correct rules and regulations of Nanny State!
They are phoney! They are oppressive! They suck!
They are the obsessive delusions of twisted little busy bodies!
Get Off My Cloud and stop perverting the law!

My Pamphlet…and some momentos (sadly empty) from the Libertarian struggle aganst prohibiton

Self Control and Freedom vs the Police State.
Party Pills and the Law
By Tim Wikiriwhi
(LIBZ LOGO HERE)
www.libertarianz.org.nz

“We’ve got to fight for the right to party!” …Party pills and the Law.
by Tim Wikiriwhi, Libertarianz party spokesman..

The Spin-doctors already have their speeches ready …of wheels flying off their axels and drug crazed terror at our door, ZERO TOLERANCE, Send in Red Squad!
Waiting for an enquiry report on the issue was merely a formality.
Why waste time with the truth when pushing one’s own barrow is much more fun and politically acceptable to the sheeple?

The availability of legal Party pills (BZP) has made a very interesting challenge against drug prohibition in general, and it is for this reason alone not because of any great evil caused by BZP that the Prohibitionists are hell bent on banning them irrespective of right reason and justice.
They are relying on their old tactics of playing on the fears and ignorance of conservative New Zealanders.
To call New Zealand a liberal nation in the light of such thing’s as the Smoking ban is to deny the fact we Kiwi’s are but hen pecked children tied fast to the apron strings of Nanny State. It’s time we all grew up and said good bye to that old hag!
Enough is enough!

Al Capone and Mr Asia will love to see Party pills banned.
That will mean more profits coming their way in sales of their illicit products like P, E, or H. Likewise many Breweries and Distilleries (A dealers) would be expecting a boon as young people are forced to drink alcohol as their only legal recreational drug. Our state is directly responsible for this monopoly!
The ban will increase the potential for huffing solvents, LPG etc.
BZP will become another potentially exploitable product for criminal organisations and another motive for armed robbery, and murder as prices soar.
Because BZP is pleasurable, demand will always be there.
Banning it will not change this, just as drug tests don’t stop drug problems in prisons or worksites.
(Only a personal work ethic can stop drug use at work, and only a growing personal preference to be drug free will reduce demand for alcohol and drugs in general)
Use of BZP will continue via the black market, yet product safety and quality will be reduced as a consequence of not being able to manufacture it in a legitimate fashion.
Children will become exposed to both the Underworld and to a Draconian police force.
Victims of State oppression have their sense of justice seriously undermined creating a mindset for a life of anti-social behaviour.
These are the very real adverse affects to be expected to result from the ban… an increase in injustice, a perversion of police duties, and a reduction of social order and further entrenchment of our nations alcoholism.
The cotton wool of Nanny state becomes more suffocating and the ethics of self responsibility takes another hit!

It is time NZ society had a rethink about how recreational drugs are controlled and managed. It is time they stopped bigots like Jim Anderton’s use of perverse law to persecute and criminalize our young adults and put them on the wrong side of the law. This is to strip our children of their rights and expose them to tyranny.
Jim’s draconian ‘cures’ only worsens the diseases!
Police must be retrained to distinguish and police real crimes whilst protecting the liberty of individuals peacefully pursuing their own happiness, what ever, however they choose to spend their time.
Jim Anderton’s Ban will further stretch police resources.

Education needs to be severed from political interference that currently promotes dictatorship instead of self reliance.

It is not the job of the Government or the Police force to make up for the deficiencies in Self-moral responsibility that flow from generations of ignorance and lack of parental responsibility.
Such lesions not imbibed at home means a painful learning curve out in the big wide world…yet these lessons must be learned. They cannot be faked. The level of freedom and civilisation in any society is proportional to the collective sum of the moral codes of it’s individual members including their level of political enlightenment.
This is fundamental of Human Co-existence. As individuals we are sovereign over our own bodies and must function via our own inner compass as individuals, not as a herd via pontifications from a bully with a big stick.
Jim Anderton’s proposals to ban BZP destroys these vital ethics by making the state into a tyranny and a mockery of law and order.
In Jim Anderton’s political philosophy we are merely sheep to be herded at his command…and of course we are expected to adore him as ‘the good shepherd”(sic)
Personally I hold nothing but contempt for such a simpleton tyrant!
No apparent gain resultant from unjust powers can ever justify their wickedness even if it is only a small fringe minority who suffer!

Forget Jim’s Ban!
How ought we deal with the current levels of social disorder in regards to alcohol?
How ought we deal with BZP and recreational drugs in general?
What we do with our own bodies is up to us by right!
Helen Clark does not own your body, you do and because the health of your body is your concern, you ought to take good care of it and understand that your choices may have either good or evil effects upon one of your most precious possessions…your own body!
Thus it is that whether we are contemplating skydiving or cigarette smoking, the same ethic of free choice and self-responsibility apply.

Libertarian philosophy is capable of correcting the social mindset of this generation, literally reforming criminals and inspiring self-esteem founded upon self responsibility.
It is this philosophy of rights that must underpin the ethics of adults who use recreational drugs, weather Alcohol…BZP….or Rota power.
People with these ethics clearly established in their heart so as to be a part of their self esteem, while they may swear and become bad mannered, they don’t become violent, even when they have had too much to drink because such behaviour has become abhorrent, and appears barbarous to their inner being. (Respect thy neighbour)
It is this kind of inner being that is vital to civil society i.e. moral awareness.
Libertarianism compliments and embodies universally accepted ethical concepts and creates the liberty for individual personal beliefs to function as the real guides to life and Higher Laws rather than mere human convention backed up by brute force e.g. I am a Christian Libertarian …you may be a Hindu or Islamic one, etc.

We must also learn that all Citizen’s have the very real right to self defence and to bare the means of self defence and so if a drunken hoon is shot while trying to rob a Gas station, Liquor store or Dairy, that is a lesion in justice for everyone especially any would-be bandits.
The Libertaian party is a strong advocate of personal, home, business defence and are fighting for these rights to be Constitutionally protected ending the current denial and criminalisations of the status quo.

The Libertarianz party say the state stranglehold over our health system must be abolished. Thousands on waiting lists are being dropped.
State Healthcare is a giant scam and a complete failure!
The health system overload is constantly used as vindication for suppression of our rights and liberties, re smoking, drinking, fatty foods etc.
By removing the state from health we remove this source of tyranny and lay our healthcare to the proper door…our own!
Smokers will probably have to pay higher heath insurance (yet Smoke Taxes would be abolished so they probably will be able to afford the extra costs!)
It’s their life…It’s their choice.

talibanderton_thumb[3]
Jim BANderton.
The travesty of his ‘due process and the facade of ‘Justice being seen to be done’… like a Nazi’s trial against ‘enemies of the state’… the ban of BZP was a forgone conclusion from the moment he was appointed to lead the public inquiry.

Jim Anderton’s ban is corrupt, anti freedom, anti private property, anti free trade, and must be defeated.
Just as the Farmers have successfully protested against dog tagging, so must shop keepers and party patrons alike become activists in the Libertarian attempt to chop Jim Anderton and his ‘fun police’ down to size!
Let’s stop his meddling!
And in the long term, lets fight for Constitutional chains to bind government from attempting such violations of our right and liberties in the future!

Important Note: Any youth reading this pamphlet needs to understand that their behaviour and that of their friends has a lot to do with the outcome of this issue and others such as the drinking age.
Because we live under a government that wields unrestricted powers young people are in constant danger of being stripped of their rights under the pretext that they are not adult enough to govern themselves. Breaking bottles, Graffiti, etc is for losers and I have no problem with the Police busting such crimes!
Youth need to snap out of their self defeating childishness, and become politically aware, and self responsible. Stop mimicking Idiots of the last generation and start becoming adults of real character in your own right.
You can still have fun and be treated as Adults!
Join the Libertarianz party!
We need both moral and financial support!
The Libertarianz party has a constitution ready for public scrutiny that may be found at our website www.libertarianz.org.nz.

The Broad way. Morality by vote. Social Arbitrary Law.

mob rule

“Broad is the way that leadeth to destruction and many there be thereon.
Narrow is the way that leadeth to life and few there be that find it”
Jesus Christ.

The idea of the ‘Mandate of the majority’ in determining what ought to be Law, or how a country ought to be governed is a Pagan/ Greek idea.
It is a pseudo-morality which opposes itself to Christian Ideals of Justice.
Why then do so many Christians clamor for more democracy…less principle/ rule of Law?
Why is it that the socialists have been able to substitute the Idea of Majority Rule as being ‘the rule of law’ when it is no such thing?
Democratic whim is no more a protection of the rights of individuals than the whim of a dictator.
The Laws generated thereby are absolutely Arbitrary!
Why is this truth not taught in ours schools?

They dont teach this because the state does not want the people to slap Constitutional restraints on their power or limit their spheres of operation/ intervention.
Labour party Hench woman and Waikato University Propaganda Chief Margaret Wilson opposed the institution of a Constitution which restrained the powers of parliament. Ie she opposed the rule of Law, and desired the continuation of Totalitarian socialism.

She praised Social arbitrary law and mob rule… calling the Status quo… “Our wonderfully Fluid system…” !!!!

Remember that she was part of the Labour government who abolished Kiwi’s rights to appeal to Privy Council in England, and established the New Zealand Supreme Court.
This was a socialist Coup!

margaret

As one of New Zealand’s highest Lawyers/Legislators (Attorney General), it was in her parties vested interest to Bamboozle the people of New Zealand to keep her Party free to implement their Nanny state Agenda upon us.

These were dark days for unpopular minorities… Party pill/ NOS bans, Anti-smoking legislations etc. Massive handouts to Racist radicals, Anti smack legislation, etc.
By comparison John Keys inept governance looks enlightened!
We don’t see anywhere near as much Nanny state legislation being generated.
He still suxs badly, yet I will give him Credit for that…

wilson

That many people will look at the list of oppressive socialist laws and think they were all good ideas …. That Nanny State is great just goes to show that had they lived in Germany in the 1930’s, they would have been raising the One armed salute to the Democratically elected Socialist Tyrant Adolf Hitler.
He was all about ‘State Health’, ‘State Education’, ‘Nationalism’, etc.
This is why is is all too common to hear sheeple exclaim… “Hitler was a genius and had a lot of great Ideas…”.

Sickening!

That Unchecked Social Democracy has bankrupted every Nation in Western Civilisation makes little difference to the Vested interests, dependent State Tit suckers whom now realise they have sucked the life blood out of their neighbors! They Clamour against state cost cutting… as if you can get more labour out of Dead slaves!
The Socialist politicians themselves refuse to admit they have ruined their Nations.
They make ridiculous statements “Austerity will cause a depression” when the truth is their largess has already Bankrupted us and that every year they continued their charade simply made things much worse!
We stagger beneath Massive Debts and Taxes!
Look at Cyprus today!
Frozen banks, and the prospect of looting the peoples savings!
It is difficult for me to feel sorry for them as the one thing that may be said about Democracy is that the Majority of people get the Government they deserve.
Ie In every Western Nation the resident sheeple have ignored the ‘Doom saying Libertarians preaching “The End is Nigh!” from their Soapboxes.
The greedy Sheeple have allowed their governments to lead them to destruction.

POLICE BRUTALITY IN HAMILTON ON A YOUNG MOTHER WHOM IS IN HER LAST YEAR OF TEACHERS TRAINING.

THIS… IS HER STORY

In the mass of coments postings my statement can’t be found , I’m being asked what’s happened…..

Corina Tairua’s Statement
Time and date of incident:Arresting Officer: D Ward
Approx 3am 17/3/13QID Number: TWZ644
Email cc: sam.kelway@tvnz.co.nz

My name is Corina Tairua. I am a mother of 7 children. Ages, 17, 16, 15, 13, 12 and 18 months. I am four papers off graduating to receive my teachin…g degree as a primary school teacher. I have never been in trouble with the police or law in my life. As I write this I am deeply traumatised by what has happened to me at the hands of the people I had always believed in and had great respect for, our police, our New Zealand police. My cousin, Sergeant Justin Tairua is a police sergeant in South Auckland police and I am extremely proud of him as is my 13 year old son who aspires to follow in his uncles steps. I’ve heard of things like this happening but somewhere in my mind I always believed that the person must have done something very wrong to suffer at the hands of police brutality. I know have a completely different point of view and am placing my heart and trust in your agency to deal with this in a manner that may restore some belief in our legal system in New Zealand.

On the 16th of March 2013 at 11pm I left my home to attend a legalised love fundraiser at Shine night club with my sober driver, Wiremu Butler (who only dropped us off), and four other friends, Logie Turner, Ethel, Piripi and Dane. We had an amazing night. During my night I consumed 4 glasses of Savion Blanc and 1 Waikato Beer. We stayed until the night ended.

At Approx 3am of the 17th of the 3rd 2013. My son in law arrived to pick us up and we were picked up at the door of Shine night club, the vehicle being double parked while we got in. When I opened my door a police woman was walking past and saw an UNOPENED can of alcoholic beverage on my carpeted floor in my vehicle. She pointed to the alcoholic beverage and said very firmly and assertively, “Tip it out! Liquor ban on this street.” I was shocked at the force in her voice so I got out of the vehicle and tipped them out immediately, without any hesitation I opened the alcoholic beverage and tipped it out. It was at this stage my friend, Piripi, got into his chair and knocked over the remaining four cans of unopened alcohol in his box which rolled across my floor onto my carpet.

The arresting officer then yelled out that we were trying to hide alcohol from the police and we were to tip them out. At this moment a different officer, sheaporded my body into the vehicle and closed the door on me saying to the driver, Wiremu Butler, “Move the vehicle or you can be up for an arrest.” The arresting officer opened the door and said, “No. I want this vehicle searched,” and pulled the door open. I got out of the vehicle and said, “Please, can you tell me am I not aloud unopened alcohol in my vehicle on this street?” My reply was, “This is an alcohol ban area!” which was yelled in my face. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken too and said, “I am only asking a question. Please can you answer me? Am I not aloud unopened alcohol in my vehicle?” To which she replied, “Open it and tip it out.” I said, “I would like my question answered thank you. Am I not aloud unopened alcohol in my vehicle?” To which she yelled, “Arrest her!” The swiftness of this arrest was unbelievable and everybody on the street started yelling, “WHY?” My friends asked, “Why are you arresting her?” To which they replied, “Breach of liquor ban.” To which I asked again, “Have I breached the liquor ban by having unopened alcohol in my vehicle?” I was then told if I don’t stop it I am resisting arrest. However, not once did I struggle, not once did I resist as hand cuffs were being placed on my wrist behind my back. The handcuffs were placed on my arms very tightly and really hurt me. I said, “Am I being arrested?” I was told, “Yes.” I said, “Please tell me what my rights are?” A Maori police officer looked at the arresting officer and she shook her head gesturing the word no. She then begun to shove, push me across the street on the pedestrian crossing holding my arms up behind my back, above my head so that it made me bend over forward. I got to the other side of the pedestrian crossing, the pain became too much. I begged the other three officers around me to take me out of her hands as she was brutally hurting me. There were two European officers. One looked at the other, (I believe his name is Robyn, the acting police sergeant of the night) and rolled his eyes to the sky gesturing that I was nothing to be listened too. I kept begging them and begging them. I then turned to the Maaori officer and said, “Please. Please don’t leave me with her. Take me off her hands.” And he tried. The arresting officer turned to him and yelled at him, “This is my arrest” while she continued to hurt my arms. At this stage the force of her grip and the pushing up of my arms at my back became too much and my legs gave way. I fell to the ground weeping and crying and begging for someone to help me. I was then dragged by my handcuffs which felt like forever. I started to scream they kept yelling at me to get up and walk, get up and walk but my feet wouldn’t work. I was lying in the foetal position on the sidewalk on my side while she continued to drag me by my handcuffs I continued to weep hysterically for someone to help me, “please help me.” They told me to get up. I screamed, “I have social anxiety. Please stop. My bodies gone into shock!” I repeated this again, and again, and again which was ignored. They dragged me till I could be dragged no longer. I lay on the sidewalk when the Maaori officer came to say, “Let’s stand up.” So I struggled to my feet with my hands still being pushed up my back and once again begged that the arresting officer could be taken away because she was too angry with me and was taking it out by hurting me. The Maaori officer said, “Don’t struggle it will hurt more if you do.” I didn’t want to hurt anymore so I went into silence until I got into the vehicle and realised they were going to put me in the back with her, the arresting officer, at which stage I went into hysterics again begging not to be put into the back with the arresting officer. I kept telling them I was scared of her again and again and again. Once again it was suggested by the Maaori officer, he would get in the back with me to whom she said, “She’s my arrest!” quite loudly. I was then shoved in the car. She immediately got in and I knew I was in trouble. She pulled my hands back behind my head and shoved my head into the street to pin me down she just kept shoving her fingers into my arms. I said to her, “I’m sorry for whoever has hurt you in life but please stop hurting me. I suffer from depression and right now I’m a mess and I just want to die. I don’t understand why you are doing this to me. I just asked a question.” She just continued to squeeze my arm trying to hurt me into submission. Finally after what felt like forever we arrived at the police station. I got out of the vehicle then shoved along still heavy handed not understanding because I had not resisted once. I practically ran into the police station wanting to get away from her. The processing officer then received me. I said to her, “Please can you take me away from this lady? I’m scared of her.” She said, “She’s not dealing with you anymore and took me.” Behind me I heard the officers get into a disagreement. One of them was yelling, “She’s a teacher! She’s a teacher!”

I was taken into a cell and placed there by a processing officer who told me that I would be left there for an hour to calm down. I said to her, “All I did was ask a question. This is not right.” I was left in the cell and I was so scared and couldn’t sit down. It was at this stage I looked down at my arms and the bruising that had taken place just made me burst into tears. I just stood there wailing. It was not long after this the processing officer came in and took my statement, took my mug shot, my finger prints and handprints on the computer. I was very compliant, very polite but just couldn’t stop the tears which I kept apologising for. She turned to me and said, “You do not need to apologise to me anymore. It’s okay.”
During my statement I told her how much I drank throughout the night. I also said, “You can breathalyse me if you want.” She said, “That’s not necessary.” I then said to her, “Please may I ask you a question?” She said, “You can ask as many questions as you would like.” I asked her, “Are you not aloud unopened alcoholic drinks in your car where there is a liquor ban?” She said, “You are not allowed OPEN alcoholic beverages in your vehicle where there is a liquor ban.” I said, “Does that mean they’re allowed to be closed?” She once again said, “You are not allowed OPEN bottles of alcoholic beverages in your vehicle where there is a liquor ban.” I said, “But mine were closed.” She looked at me and said, “You have been arrested for breach of liquor ban” which left me completely confused. I was taken through to a desk where I was given my stuff along with the number of the arresting officer. They said you are now free to go. I said to the processing officer, “Can I please make an assault charge and can you please take photos of my arms?” She turned around, asked her colleagues, “She would like to lay charges of assault and take photos of her arms, where does she go for this?” She went and talked to them and came back. She said, “I’m sorry but you cannot lay charges against the police or get your photos taken here as it is the police you are laying the assault charge against. So it would be seen to being a conflict of interest for the police.” I said, “Ok thank you very much.” I was allowed to go home.

About 10mins after arriving home the processing officer turned up at the door with a letter for me to sign. She said to me, “The letter says you had not been arrested, and the letter is a verbal warning. If you sign the letter you would not have any criminal convictions against your name.” This sounded excellent to me although I still did not understand what I had done wrong but I did not want a criminal conviction either so I signed it thinking to myself how lovely the processing officer was to come back, bring the letter and speak so kindly to me, so I thanked her.

During that day I awoke and couldn’t move my body. I couldn’t hold the youngest of my 6 children, which is 18 months old, I couldn’t change her nappy. I was in excruciating pain throughout my whole back. My 12 year old daughter nursed me. I was placed in a hot bath but the pain was unbelievable so I took pain killers and asked my son-in-law-to-be to drive me to the hospital. I stayed there between 5-6 hours and had my injuries seen to and was recommended to have pain killers and a follow up visit to the G.P the following week.

Afterwards we went to the police station at approximately 2130 to try once more to lay charges of assault against the arresting officer. I was seen by Robyn, the acting police sergeant of the incident. I found him to be very unhelpful and told me I had not been assaulted at all. I showed him my bruises which he did not want to see, stating, “No. I do not want to see those,” but I showed him anyway. He said again, “That was absolutely not an assault. We are within our rights to use reasonable force.” My eldest daughter who had accompanied me to the police station asked, “Do you feel it was reasonable?” To which he replied, “Absolutely. Especially with the way you had carried on.” At this time I received a call from my legal advice. I told my legal advisor that the policemen said I had not been assaulted at all. He retracted his words saying, “That is not what I said. I said we can use reasonable force.” I told him he did say that and that this whole conversation has actually been recorded on my phone. To which he then said, “Oh. That’s fine. That was not assault. I see that as reasonable force.” (Note to reader: This recording is available should you need it.) I said, “I see this as assault when I fell to the ground and called out to you that I had depression and social anxiety please do not leave me with this woman.” To which he rolled his eyes at like that morning. I said, “You can roll your eyes, you are not a doctor and know nothing about my history.” He said, “That’s right. I’m a Policeman.” To which I replied, “Yes. Not a medical practitioner but you were made aware.” He said I was 100% resisting arrest and that I had kicked his officer yet I find this very hard to believe as I was lying on the side being dragged by my handcuffs which is at the opposite end of my body. I felt I did not resist the arrest and have witnesses stating this however, my body did fail me and shock uncontrollably which he may have seen as resisting although I made him aware of my medical history. I was then advised by my legal advisor to leave the station and not give a statement without a lawyer in the room as it sounded like he was not going to help me there. I got off the phone and he then begun to be compliant. He then begun to say I needed to get photos of my bruising and make a statement to the independent police inquiry board but I need to make a statement to him now. I said, “No Thank you.” He then said, “That’s fine but YOU NEED TO make a formal complaint and we can do that now.” I said, “No thank you. I will make it online. Thank you for your time.” I then left the building.

The following day I made my formal complaint to the independent police in verbal form as well as emailing from the MP’s office under Nanaia Mahuta’s P.A, Ryan Te Wara. Once this was done I requested an interview with Waikato Times so that the people of Hamilton knows that it is not right to be treated the way I was when dealing with police. I informed Waikato Times of the incident. I also showed them my hospital release form. During this they took photos of my bruises.

Your immediate attention in this matter would be appreciated.

Cops-Storm-onto-Private-Property-and-Knock-out-15-Year-Old-Girls-Teeth

Two more recent Stories come to mind of young girls assaulted by Jackbooted thugs in Police uniforms. One in Auckland. One in the Waikato when girls whom were obeying police orders to vacate parties they were attending suffered serious injuries because the police did not think they were moving quickly enough.

It is in the light of these sorts of despicable/ criminal/ brutal acts of violence against New Zealanders that we ought to be grateful that Kim DotCom is in a better position than most to expose this Culture of Criminality which is now endemic within the New Zealand Police.
It is also despicable to hear so many people turn a blind eye to this kind of brutanity, and excuse it… suggesting these little girls somehow ‘deserved’ the bash!
Talk about double standards!
Talk about reminiscent of Nazi Germany!

Why a new Constitution for New Zealand must protect the Individual from Mobocracy.

16681_10152406180440515_1332293287_n

Because I have failed in the attempt to organise an association of ‘Heavy hitting’ Libertarian minds to directly challenge the governments appointed Committee which is currently running a Mickey Mouse commission looking to entrench Waitangi Racism and Socialist Democratic tyranny, I am attempting to put together a ‘condensed’ submission advocating the institution of a New constitution embodying Libertarian principles for New Zealand to be submitted to Muriel Newman’s the independent Constitutional review panel.
Go Here: http://www.voxy.co.nz/politics/independent-constitution-group-invites-submissions/5/148407

This panel is primarily concerned with insuring any new Constitution guarantees Racial equality before the Law, and does not entrench the current Apartheid doctrines and institutions of Radical Indigenous racism and treaty separatism.
This independent Panel is to be highly praised for this work.
It is absolutely essential that the Government be prevented from establishing an Apartheid constitution, yet I fear the scope of this Independent lobby is not broad enough to challenge the many other injustices and usurpations perpetrated against the people of New Zealand in the name of ‘Social Democracy’ which is the prevailing ideology of 99% of MPs and their parties whom populate our parliament.

The difficulty for me is not only that I despair having to sit out and watch everything unfold from the sideline as a spectator rather than a participant in this process.
I despair of being able to do justice to this ‘Mother of all Political Institutions’ in a brief submission.

482315_313655552096008_1763279491_n

One of the most important jobs of a Constitution is to protect the Rights and liberties of Minorities and individuals from Mob Rule.
Living in an age in which Atheist Materialism and Moral relativism dominate the thinking in academic circles it is difficult to speak of ‘Higher Law’… Moral absolutes which trump the mere whims or Legislators in large numbers.
It is difficult to get support for Ideals which set limits to the pseudo-moral justification of Legislation founded upon the mandate of the majority.
In Today’s world I cannot make appeals to Individual rights as being inalienable because they are ‘God given’… which was in times past a perfectly acceptable and rational position to take for the simple reason that so many intellectuals have tragically abandoned belief in God.
Thus I must make appeals to other arguments, in secular terms which embody arguments which such mentalities will not dismiss because of personal bias against theistic Ideas.
And most essentially these arguments must be powerful enough to expose the evil delusion that Humanitarian sentiments can justify tyrannical and oppressive political means.

The Little video below was posted on Face book by a friend (Hat tip Mark Casey) and I share it with you here because it does a very good Job or presenting the distinction between real charity and Socialism/ forced welfare…. and the travesty of that pseudo-moral justification… ‘the democratic mandate of the Majority’…
In so doing this video embodies one of the important attributes my submission to the Independent Panel must encompass.

Watch and enjoy.

This video also makes me wonder if my submission could somehow included such streaming Media?

How the census meshes with bankrupt Socialist Totalitarianism

Preamble….
On the reoccurring theme of ‘what is the proper roll of Government?’ I submit to you another post about the census yet with an extra punch.
Thomas Jefferson wrote “He who governs best Governs least”. He penned the American Declaration of Independence which actually defined what the proper duties of Government are… to defend the God given rights of the individual, which is a very limited sphere of operation which does not include the supply or control of such services as Education, hospitals, arts and sports, etc… all of which are the proper sphere of Free enterprise and private voluntary associations.

It is because western society has forgotten such enlightened principles as motivated Jefferson and the founding Fathers of America and instead have adopted a totalitarian socialist conception of government where the prevailing belief is that all of life’s problems have political solutions that western civilization teeters on the brink of Absolute economic collapse and chaos!
Keep this in mind when you read my following blog post.
Understand the gravity of the situation… the rationale that underpins the so-called justification for having the compulsory census…

^^^^ That is the Cover pic from the Government Facebook page Census NZ. Here:

It clearly demonstrates why the enlightened Kiwi is outraged by the underpinning arguments which Census NZ, and the Government use to vindicate this compulsory violation of our privacy… ie that the information gathered will be used to for their Social planning.

Bread and Circus.
Notice how this picture appeals to the unthinking… ‘the government as the font of all culture….get someone else to pay for it ‘ mentality…
‘More Drag strips, more skate parks, More Gigs and festivals, more sports…etc etc’.

Notice it completely forgets to add “More Taxes, more rates…. More Debt, more compulsions and property violations!, More Government poking it’s nose into things which are not it’s business to be involved in!

Now I like Drag strips, Concerts, etc yet I am not so stupid as to believe these things are only possible via political interventions!
I also know that every time the Government or city council builds a stadium or sports facility and events that they always run massively over budget and put us into massive debts…. And end up costing Rate payers and Tax slaves Tens of millions of dollars…. Every time!
Three examples from my home town of Hamilton will suffice as examples.

The Rugby stadium.

The V8 Supercars.

The Claudlands event center.

Each of these cost Hamilton Ratepayers many 10’s of Millions of dollars… over the price the Hamilton city council told ratepayers they would cost!
Via consecutive socialist medaling the HCC has racked up $500 million in debts!

And what needs to be appreciated is that this bankrupt situation is the norm across the globe in western socialist democracies… ie Socialist politicians are systematically bankrupting their captive populations! Debts are skyrocketing and Rates are going through the Roof!
Yet nobody seems to be waking up to the fact That City councils ought not to be involved in such ventures!
They are best left to Free enterprise, and voluntary associations, whom are much more realistic about how such things get build and on what scale.
Most importantly they don’t demand money via compulsory taxations upon the community!
Ie Little old ladies living on pensions don’t face rent increases or rates hikes to pay for the white elephants and delusions of grandeur which Big mouth big promising politicians spout at election time to get elected!
If the figures don’t add up… they don’t get built its as simple as that…. Ie economic reality prevails…. Not ridiculous socialist whim.
The sort of people whom support the Council/ government involvement in such things are either Ignorant, evil, or both!
The ignorant have not figured out that such things will turn around an bite them on the arse via higher rates, rents, and costs for necessities in goods and services, and the evil don’t give a damn if people whom don’t like Rugby, etc are forced to pay for New stadiums etc . All they care about is having a flash new place to worship their sporting Gods! They are too stupid to realize that Better stadiums and facilities could be established via legitimate means without the use of Draconian powers of compusion.
