This is yet another blog post that I have been paralyzed by the shear magnitude of the task involved in doing justice to the subject … and so have again literally left it to the last hours to attempt… as I have no more time to wallow in self-doubt about my writing skills.
The day is literally at hand, and so I am compelled to write this in spite of my fears that I will shortchange the virtuous.
I am of course talking about the Fake day of remembrance that Maori radicals have managed to manipulate our government into officially endorsing and even providing Tax payer money of 1 million dollars annually to fund what will prove to be a gigantic day of propaganda designed to present the wars as an injustice committed by the Colonial government against so-called ‘righteous and peaceful tribes’ for the sake of stealing their lands… as if the aggression was on the side of the Colonial government… driven by greed… and in violation of the Treaty of Waitangi.

We have already seen ‘Waitangi day’ being absolutely hijacked by the Racist radicals and turned from what was supposed to be a day of celebrations for the unification of Maori and European Settlers as one people, under the benevolent sovereignty of the British crown … into a day of Race hate and propagation for Separatism and special privileges for Maori.

Why on earth you may ask has the government set us up to endure more of the same vile opportunism for the lies and hatred from a small but highly politicized section of our society who are hell bent on propigating grievous racial divisions for the sake of their own political agenda of extortion?
The answer is simple… The National party was in Bed with some of New Zealand’s most prominent Racial separatists sitting in the shameful Racist seats of our parliament all members of one of the most racist political parties… the Maori party!
Ie the reason the National government has given this opportunity to ferment even greater racial division was because they have been selling out our country to these racist seats for decades!

A very warped and dishonest account of events and the wars of the 1860s will be rammed down the throats of our entire nation tomorrow.
No good will come of this travesty!
Truth will be the first and greatest victim… followed by ongoing and increasing injustices against the vastly superior numbers of New Zelander’s many of whom are completely oblivious to the fact that they are being taken for a ride!
These are the fools who are the ‘enablers’ … those whose accent empowers the Racists to achieve their vile ambitions.

Yet many of us Kiwi will immediately realise this day is just a big Charade… the familiar pantomime is again being acted out by the same old troupe of actors…with a sprinkling of new zealots… yet with the same old plot… like some badly written sitcom.

Due to decades of False revisionist history being spoon fed to the sheeple in our Education system by radicals… some who have risen into political prominence by peddling their lies… such as Auckland University Radical Pita Sharples… later to be Co-leader of The Maori Party… sufficient numbers of Non-Maori New Zealanders have swallowed the separatist narrative of Pakeha Greed and have taken on a collective guilt trip… and are supporting their own political oppression!
Though they undoubtedly know that they themselves have not acted in a racist manor towards Maori… yet in their eagerness to deny any hint that they themselves support the ill treatment of Maori have assumed they are guilty by simply being a descendant of the colonials… whom have been painted as being Greedy Bastards… or because they will perceive that because they have benefited from the colonial system (as everyone… including Maori has)… that because of the claims of the Maori radicals… that somehow they themselves have wrongly profited… so they assume they owe Maori ‘Reparations’.
This is why so many Pakeha do not balk at the Billions of Tax dollars getting handed over to racists instead of being spent on Hospitals, schools, Medicines, etc.
They believe the hype that *They are responsible* for the present low condition and terrible social statistics that are wielded like a Mere by the radicals as evidence of Pakeha oppression when in reality it is the shocking lack of Personal ethics, and lack self responsibility why Maori are responsible for their own misery…themselves!
They are the ones who stuff their faces with unhealthy food.
They are the ones who Drink themselves stupid rather than saving their money to better themselves.
They are the ones who commit violence and thefts and end up in jail.
All the while refusing to take ownership of their own problems… all the while listening to the lies and agitations of their political elites who profit from the ongoing misery of their people… and who blame the Pakeha for everything!

This is what Waitangi day has come to represent, and is the vile mentality that will be prominent tomorrow and will underpin ‘the remberance day ‘ of the wars of the 1860s.

Now that was the easy part of this post… the part that is most familiar to most New Zealanders, the harder part that I can now only lightly touch upon is the actual history of the wars themselves and what they really were all about.
This is difficult because to do it with justice would require massive volumes.
It would require a monumental amount references to historic events and records, all the while having to counter-argue against the Tidal wave of Political propaganda and revisionist lies that have twisted history to suit the narrative of Maori as victims of Colonial oppression.

None the less I must give at least a brief commentary on the over-all principles and motives that were in play at those times…
I cannot here engage in dealing with specific accusations leveled at various battles against the Colonial troops by those that have a political vested interest to sully the reputations of some of our countries greatest heroes… like Major Von Tempsky…. a man of Outstanding Heroism and exploits… An Enlightened thinker of High Character and Art… a true Renaissance Man… and who gave his life for Law and order , Peace in this country and good will between Maori and Pakeha that lasted 100 years… and who also until recent times was honored as one of our greatest historic figures.
He was revered by friend and foe alike!
It is the rightful legacy of such Great heroes and the honor they are due that is being robbed by despicable liars for their own financial and political gain.
Even his enemies worshiped his mana as a mighty and fearless warrior.
Today he has suffered Post humorous Political character assassination by the vested interests who seek to hide the rightful guilt that belongs to the rebellious tribes who caused war against the Colonial government by open rebellion to the treaty for the sake of pushing the Pakeha into the sea and re-establishing Maori sovereignty under the Tainui King.
They thought they would easily win…and slaughter the Pakeha… ‘Like cutting grass’.
These wars were not about land at all!
They were about Sovereignty!

When the defenders broke out of the Orakau Pa, he led his men in a ruthless pursuit but strongly disapproved when the British troops killed some of the wounded and women. He encouraged his men to intervene in order to prevent these atrocities.”

After 20 years of British rule via the colonial government and the growing settlement of the Nation the Chiefs and Maori Aristocracy became jealous of the growing powers of the government and were watching an inevitable reduction in their own powers and ‘mana’ over their own tribes as their people voluntarily embraced Pakeha ways, manors, beliefs that were not conducive to maintaining faith and submission to the old Hierarchy… and just as is typical for humanity the world over… when powerful vest interests feel threatened… they plot.
And so a few of the Tribes decided they would rebel and try and overthrow the Government and become masters of the country themselves… and they tried to convince many of the other tribes to join their rebellion yet were unsuccessful.
There are records of all this and one famous account that when Kingitanga Tainui emissaries approach Ngapuhi to join the rebellion that they were mocked!
Ngapuhi said they would rather be governed by an English woman than any Tainui King!
So perhaps one of the greatest proofs of the lies of today’s Radicals and their historic revisionism is the undeniable fat that the wars were not Maori verses Pakeha… But Maori and Pakeha vs a handful of murderous tribes in rebellion of the treaty!

On the left is my copy of ‘The Defenders of New Zealand and Maori history of the war’ in which both sides of the conflict are presented.

And what is also not taught in our schools is that the rebellious tribes were murdering people and making war preparations to attack Auckland, and that they were duly warned by Govenor Grey to desist their rebellious activities… if they desired to keep their rights as enunciated by the treaty!
What is not being taught in our schools or spoken of in our media is that troops were only deployed after Governor Greys warnings were spurned and war preparations and attacks on setters continued.
He fore-warned them that if war broke out they would loose land as punishment for violating the treaty
And when the rebellions were suppressed, Land was confiscated as punishment for their murderous rebellion and as a deterrent against future rebellions… ie The treaty was not backed by a toothless lion and that there was to be a heavy price to be paid by any chief or tribe that rebelled.
And so it was the confiscations that were the chief reasons that quelled any ideas about rebellion for the next 100 years!

“Some have said that these conviscations were wrong and they have contravened the articles of the treaty of Waitangi, but the chiefs placed in the hands of the Queen of England, the sovereignty and authority to make laws. Some sections of the Maori people violated that authority, war arose and blood was spilled. The Law came into opperation and land was taken in payment. This itself is Maori custom – revenge- plunder to avenge a wrong. It was their chiefs who ceded that right to the queen. The conviscations can not therefore be objected to in the light of the Treaty”.

Furthermore the suppression of the rebellion was committed to General Cameron… a man famous for his compassion towards the Maori rebels… a man who respected their bravery… a man who was reluctant to use excessive force to the degree that he was derided for being too weak in his execution of the war… yet you will struggle to find any honest accounts of his humanitarianism on modern biographies written by prejudiced academics who purposefully downplay the virtues of those on the colonial side yet exacerbate their vises, while whitewashing the crimes and motives of the rebels.
This is an entire industry these Days…. the falsification of history by academics and the Monumental extortion of manufactured grievance.

And this is what will be on full display tomorrow.

Now in finishing and having presented my contentions as to why the wars happened and how it was the Rebellious Maori tribes who violated the treaty… not the colonial government who acted lawfully in full accord with the Treaty let me put in this caveat: Though I assert that the Radicals claims that the wars were started by the government out of lust for land and Greed to be fraudulent this should never be construed to say that there were never any individual instances of greed on the part of some settlers… nor any instances of ‘war crimes’ committed during any of the battles… of course there would have been some… yet these were not endemic or evidences of systemic corruption… and of course these sorts of things would have been committed intermittently by both sides… and it is telling that you will never ever hear any admissions of … even of the possibility that the Rebels committed atrocities even though they have been fully documented!
This shows just how absolutely un-objective the Radical separatists are and how their entire arguments are the very definition of extreme prejudice…falsehoods… the pure fabrication of vested interests with vile agendas
A classic example of this is how the radicals have managed to get our corrupt government to accepting a sanitized revisionist account of the historic murder and cannibalization of a christian Minister C S Volkner by the rebels. Read about that here

The colonization of New Zealand was not an invasion against the will of the Natives.
The truth is that Maori themselves petitioned the throne of England to establish their Rule here to maintain peace between the settlers and themselves and to protect them from France who were planning to take New Zealand for themselves. And the reluctant British parliament moved to save them in the nick of time!
The Treaty itself is a document of the highest humanitarian Ideas that stands like a shining light in the history of the world having been formulated by benevolent Men with genuine concern for the Maori people in an age of enlightenment in the British empire… have only a few years before abolished slavery!

Weakness and complicity has allowed the 100 year peace that was established via the suppression of the rebellion by the colonial forces to be shattered… and another Cold war of rebellion to be taking place… not with arms… but via political subversion and lies!
it is actually part of a Global socialist agenda against what they call ‘British/ European imperialism’ and it was the socialist who invented the evil doctrines of ‘indigenous rights’… that overturn the principle of justice as being Equal and colourblind and instead insists so-called indigenous people have more rights than so-called ‘invaders’.

Go study the history of our Nation… not from modern revisionist sources… but buy up Old books written in the early 2oth century… or earlier.

P.S… So many things I have had to leave unsaid here yet I will add one final comment.
All of this business hinges upon the idea of ‘State sovereignty’ I have not had opportunity to present any arguments to why this is whole concept is flawed and that enlightened minds do not endorse Sovereign states but instead argue for the Sovereignty of the individual and how this does away with Factions fighting over political power and advantage.
That will have to wait for future expositions.

This is the first of a series of blog posts I hope to do leading up to October 28 this year.
This date has been set as the first official day of remembrance for the New Zealand wars of the 1860s.
This day of remembrance is itself something that has been pushed for by Maori radicals whom seek to use this event to propagate their lies/ revisionist history that presents the Maori Rebels (And Maori in general as being the victims of systemic violent Pakeha Greed.

You will note that I have not called these wars by the ‘Politically correct’ name by which they have become known by spoon fed New Zealanders… ‘The Land Wars’… as I know this title to be to be a malicious fabrication designed to mis-direct the New Zealand people away from what the wars were *Really all about* … and what was *Really at stake* back in 1860s… and what is in fact *Really at stake* today.
The real purpose motivating these Activist Maori whom have whom have managed to get the 28th of October to be an official day of remembrance.

If there is at all any good reason for New Zealand to look so far back, and have a Day of remembrance for those events…The Activists certainly dont have these good intentions in mind, yet seek to use this day for very malicious political ends.
Via their twisted re-interpretation of history they seek to propagate greater Racial divisions between Maori and Pakeha… and to use this Dissension to generate fraudulent grievances…. to wrestle more money and power from ‘settlements’.

These Maori have become professional Extortioners… and have Duped the New Zealand people via the Fools and scoundrels in parliament of Billions of dollars.

It grieves me to have to talk about such nasty Machiavellian Political activities that stirs up uncomfortable feelings in people whom have no desire for ill will with their Fellow countrymen of Maori decent… People who would prefer to distance themselves from this ugly business… yet I call upon you to stand with me against the Political lies and malevolence that is being pushed through as Official doctrine, and is having real world effects… not only exacerbating Race relation troubles… not only extorting mountains of Tax dollars… but is changing the very fabric of our society… creating an apartheid system that will be inherited by our children… and unless we stand up for the truth… Our Children themselves will be taught and believe lies.

If that happens it will be because Those of us who know the truth were too intimidated by the controversy we face… to step up to defend both what is true… and what is just.

Not only that, but the reputation of the true Heroes… some of New Zealand’s Greatest defenders… whom fought for the Treaty of Waitangi, against Murderous Tribes in rebellion will forever be spat upon.

I personally find all this unconscionable.
I personally intend to do what what I can to see to it that the lies are exposed, and the Reputations of these heroic and righteous men get their due respect.

These wars were not ‘Land wars’…ie a greedy grab for tribal land by the Pakeha powers!
They were wars of rebellion by Maori Chiefs whom saw Colonization as a threat to their Mana and power…esp as their people began to exit their tribal lands and go live independently , and thus they hatched a plan to get rid of the Treaty, and the British Sovereignty, law and order, and to push the Pakeha back into the sea.
This is what Kingitanga (installing a Maori King) was all about.
And it was these Rebel Maori whom began to prey on the the colonials…and make war preparations conveniently close to Auckland… which they intended to Sack.

I will expand on all this in the following months, and will site my references, yet today I would just like to touch on one particular event that demonstrates what was at stake for New Zealand… and the sort of evils that were poised to devastate this country… and to start to prove that had it not been for bravery of the Colonial forces, Von Tempsky and Forrest Rangers, and later the Armed constabulary, and the Faithful Maori tribes whom preferred the peace of treaty of Waitangi to the tribal wars that were before it… and certainly preferred the Rule of Victoria to the prospect of subjection to a Tainui king… Our history would be completely different.
New Zealand would not be the Great first world Nation… God’s own… that we enjoy today.

All that above is merely my explanation for why I am about to post on a truly horrific murder committed by the Rebel Maori in the mid 1860s… The Hau Hau murder and cannibalism of of The Reverand C.S. Volkner.

We have first hand accounts of what transpired by a Man who was there by fellow Missionary Rev Thomas Grace. (You can find an excerpt by Thomas Grace in Trevor Bently’s ‘Transgressing Tikanga’. The excerpt is verbatum, while Bently’s own commentaries are often blatantly skewed Modern Revisionism… not supported by the records… be warned!)

From Rev Grace’s account we read that Volkner was a Man of high Christian Character and was every measure of what defined the Heroic and Christian Missionary of those times.
He had worked or many years among the Maori at Opotiki whom he loved and worked to bring the Gospel.
His efforts had resulted in a new church having just been erected at the time these events transpired.
Having travelled to Auckland, A band of Rebel Religious Fanatics of the Pai Marire Cult (Hau Hau) had arrived in Opotiki and managed to deceive and corrupt the very Maori whom Volkner considered his friends and brothers and sisters in Christ.
Though having been warned not to return to Opotiki, Volkner displayed the heroic character by ignoring concerns for his personal safety and instead governed by his love of the Maori people of Opotiki determined to run the hazard and return there.
Cautiously He left his wife in Auckland, the plan being she would follow later once The Rev was satisfied the situation was permitting.
There was a War going on, and the murderous Hau Hau had no intention of allowing this influential Christian of high mana to regain the souls of Opotiki for Christ and the Queen, and so these devils conspired a plot for his destruction. Saying he was a spy for the Government to justify his murder.
We can be certain that the accusation was a pure fabrication.
Volkner was hung, decapitated, his blood was drunken, and his eyes gouged out and eaten by Kereopa, thereafter deemed by his friends to be known as ‘The Eye Eater’.

Volkner was a Martyr for Christ and just one of the many Great Anglicans Missionaries who dedicated their lives to the salvation and improvement of the Maori People.
Though born in Germany, and was sent by the North German Missionary Society to Taranaki, Volkner offered his services to the Anglican Church Missionary Society.

CHAPTER IV. Murder and Pillage.
The Hauhaus continued their journey up the Wanganui River until they reached Taupo. The Reverend T. S. Grace was stationed as a missionary at Taupo, and had to flee from his post.1 The apostles Kereopa and Patara, who were now the leaders of the party, began to pillage and murder. They broke into the now evacuated house of Mr. Grace, and promptly appropriated its contents.2 The Maoris at Taupo became converts to Pai Marire, no doubt largely in self-defence from the fanatics.

At Taupo the Hauhaus divided into their two parties as previously arranged. The result was one party reached Opotiki on March 1st, 1865, while the other reached Turanga on March 16th, 1865. These two parties must be dealt with separately.

The party for Opotiki found the tribe at that place already in a state of excitement. The Hauhaus boasted of their successes, and this further inflamed the simmering discontent of the Opotiki natives. The people of Opotiki had sympathised in the Waikato War, and some had taken part. Various circumstances had caused their minister (the Reverend C. S. Volkner)1 to be suspected of being in secret correspondence with the Government on the subject of their disaffection.2
Mr. Volkner had several times visited Auckland. This aggravated the suspicion already current about him. Actually he was continually troubled by the thought of the miserable conditions of his people.3 It was for the purpose of ameliorating their conditions that he made his last trip to Auckland.

On March 2nd, 1865, the Reverends C. S. Volkner and T. S. Grace arrived at Opotiki on the “H.M.S. Eclipse.”4 A Taranaki native named Wiwini immediately went on board and asked Morris Levy, one of the crew, for his Hebrew prayer book. The native pretended to read it and expressed great satisfaction at be-coming possessed of so great a treasure.1 Mr. Volkner’s natives then came on shore to cry for him, because they knew what was going to happen. Shortly after everybody on board the schooner was ordered on shore. On landing Mr. Volkner went up to the people and offered his hand, but no one would shake hands with him. The two missionaries, at the command of Kereopa, were marched off to the Roman Catholic Chapel.2 Finally they were locked in a hut with the sailors. However, Captain Levy, who had piloted the boat, was allowed his freedom, because, being a Jew, he was considered a sort of Hauhau.3
In the evening there was a Runanga (meeting) of the chiefs. It was decided to hang Mr. Volkner, but Mr. Grace was to be kept a prisoner until Patara returned to Opotiki, as Mr. Grace was a stranger to the place.4 The majority of the tribe voted for the death of their pastor, with a few notable exceptions — Tiwai and Te Ranapia.

The following day a number of armed men came, and, after going through some ceremonies in front of the house, called to Mr. Volkner to accompany them. Mr. Grace pressed again and again to go with him, but was forced back and told his turn would come next.1 Volkner was taken away to the Church, where Kereopa dressed himself in the coat and waistcoat of his victim. Volkner was then led to a willow-tree, which was improvised as a gallows. Te Ranapia, seeing the Hauhaus pass, attempted a rescue, but was upset into a deep creek.2 Volkner was permitted to pray, and was then hoisted up. After being suspended for about two minutes he was lowered, and then Kereopa went up and shot him through the body; he was then run up again with a jerk.3 An hour later the body was lowered and the head cut off.4 Mr. Grace describes in his diary for that day the events that followed:—
“The scene where this was done was most dreadful. They were eager to taste his blood, and many rubbed it on their faces. Some of his old friends took part in all this! From my own observance, the people appeared to be half lunatic, and so worked up by their religion as to be ready for any work of the devil.”1
Kereopa carried the murdered man’s head to St. Stephen’s Church, and placed it on the reading desk in front of him, together with the communion cup of the missionary’s blood.2 Kereopa forced out Mr. Volkner’s eyes and swallowed them, and declared that this was a symbol of the way he would deal with the Queen and the Parliament of England.3″

The eating of a chiefs eyes was an ancient Heathen Maori practice designed to prevent the Chiefs eyes becoming Stars in the heavens above.

Now when reading *anything* from the Government University it is important to note that these institutions today are thoroughly infested with Revisionist Academics who *if anything* will attempt to slope such stories in favor of the rebels… Blame the victim… attempt to divert blame… etc etc, yet this horrible event is a fact of our past that clearly demonstrates the particularly diabolical characteristics of the Hauhaus.

Modernists have attempted to downplay these events and the government has caved in to their Revisionism… granting this murderer a pardon along with ‘Treaty settlements’. Read here.

Yet Nothing can undo the Grim facts about the fate of Volkner at the hands of these savages.
Their rebellion embodies an important aspect of what was behind the thinking of Rebel Maori’s in general… and it was not merely a desire to establish Maori Rule… but also a desire to revert back to the savage ways of the Pre-colonial past.
The rebels sought to reject Christianity, and the ethics it had established here even before the treaty via the heroic works of the Christian missionaries…
Nothing Typifies this better than their act of cannibalism… Eating his eyes…Drinking the Volkners Blood from his severed head!

The Hauhau were dangerous lunitics.. adherents to a satanic cult… and incorporated violent Political agenda…

The Christian Missionaries via their preaching had basically eradicated this endemic evil by the time of the treaty.
The Rebels wanted it reinstated… yet thankfully… in the Name of The British Monarch… via the Right of Sovereignty ceeded to her by the treaty… The Rebel tribes were confronted and defeated in Battle, and the rest is history!
The Land Confiscations that followed were to punish the rebel tribes… to prevent future rebellions… and all this is in perfect harmony with the Treaty… As Governor Grey had warned before he sent troups… and as Sir Aparana Ngata would later validate…

“Let me issue a word of warning to those who are in a habit of bandying the name of the Treaty around to be very careful lest it be made the means of incurring certain liabilities made under the law which we do not know now and which are being borne only by the Pakeha”.

I leave you with the question…. why do you think these words of Sir Apirana Ngata …one of the Greatest Maori Leaders of all time… are not being taught in our schools and universities?

‘Meth now easier to get than cannabis in Northland, locals say’….

Methamphetamine has become easier to source in Northland than marijuana, according to locals.

Whangarei defence lawyer Kelly Ellis said according to her clients, P was soaring in availability over cannabis, which had long been considered the country’s preferred illegal drug.

“It makes sense, let’s get real about it,” she said.

“Meth is much more lucrative and much easier to do than having to carry smelly bags of cannabis around the place.”

Ellis deals with people at “the pointy end” of the drug trade, including meth users, dealers and manufacturers.

She said gang presence in the north had increased rapidly over the past five years, and what were once tinnie houses had converted to dealing the much harder drug.

The seizure of half a tonne of P from 90 Mile Beach in June was an indication of the size of New Zealand’s meth problem, she said.

“If you look at that as being a basic economic indicator of availability versus demand, it seems demand is not outstripping supply.”

Chris Fowlie, president of the New Zealand reform marijuana advocacy group NORML, said he too had heard meth was easier to come by than cannabis in Northland.

”People can’t find cannabis but they know where to get meth from a tinnie house,” he said.

“Gangs really do run the show because of fear of people growing their own.”

Detective Inspector Kevin Burke said the take-down of 12 local labs last year, on top of the June bust, was another indication of the “significant problem” meth had become.

“It illustrates, in addition to the importation of methamphetamine, there’s still a demand clearly for homegrown methamphetamine,” he said.

“At the end of the day it’s profit-driven and people are prepared to run the risk.”

The war on drugs has failed. Now what?

“The bad news is that there are still some governments that believe drug prohibition is possible. They still insist on continuing a flawed war launched by former President Nixon in the early 1970s. They cling to outdated ideas. They rely more on ideology than evidence. Some of them are simply ignorant to the harms generated by irrational drug policy.

Here are three ways that the war on drugs has fallen short.

First, the war on drugs has utterly failed to reduce the supply of illicit drugs on international markets. Fumigation, eradication, and crop substitution programmes have had almost no effect on aggregate production of cocaine, heroin, or marijuana. In spite of massive investments by the U.S. and others in Bolivia, Colombia and Peru – the countries responsible for almost 100% of cocaine production – coca cultivation is in fact stable over the past decade. If anything, they’ve only succeeded in making life more miserable for poor communities and farmers.

Second, counter-narcotics policies have also been unable to contain transit of drugs from Latin America to North American and European markets. About 90% of the cocaine consumed in the United States comes from Colombia, while 90% of the cocaine used by Europeans is from Peru. Virtually all of this product is transferred through countries in Central America, the Caribbean and South America. Not only has it persisted unabated, but its transfer has also greatly expanded corruption of politicians, customs officials, police and has spread violence and increased consumption throughout these regions….”

“The war on drugs is futile. So why not just decriminalize meth?”

It’s not a sentiment you’d expect from senior officials in any authoritarian country — let alone from a strait-laced army general, draped in medals, who came to power in a coup.

But Thailand’s top law enforcement officer is now pursuing this radical notion with vigor.

He’s talking openly about a potential new diktat, issued by military rulers, that would allow citizens to smoke meth without fearing prison.

“The world has lost the war on drugs,” said Thailand’s Justice Minister Paiboon Khumchaya, according to Reuters. “Not only Thailand.”

These are startling statements in a country that, as it stands, still executes drug traffickers.

The Thai government’s drug policy is quite harsh. After all, in recent decades, the nation’s police have largely mimicked the zealous drug war mindset propagated by the United States.

Yet now, seemingly out of nowhere, this typically rigid junta is spouting soft views on narcotics — namely meth — that fall somewhere to the left of many Colorado stoners.

“This is unprecedented,” says Pascal Tanguay, a Bangkok-based associate with the International Drug Policy Consortium. “They’ve actually been talking about different models from decriminalization to full-fledged legalization.”

Here is the back story.

In the pre-Revolutionary era, British courts in London secretly issued general warrants to British government agents in America. The warrants were not based on any probable cause of crime or individual articulable suspicion; they did not name the person or thing to be seized or identify the place to be searched. They authorized agents to search where they wished and seize what they found.

The use of general warrants was so offensive to our Colonial ancestors that it whipped up more serious opposition to British rule and support for the revolutionaries than the “no taxation without representation” argument did. And when it came time for Americans to write the Constitution, they prohibited general warrants in the Fourth Amendment, the whole purpose of which was to guarantee the right to be left alone by forcing the government to focus on bad guys and prohibit it from engaging in fishing expeditions. But the fishing expeditions would come.

In 1978, Congress passed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), which was intended to rein in the government spying on Americans that had been unleashed by the Nixon administration. FISA established a secret court and permitted it to issue warrants authorizing spying on agents of foreign governments when physically present in the United States.

People born in foreign countries who are here for benevolent or benign or even evil purposes have the same constitutional protections as those of us born here. That’s because the critical parts of the Constitution that insulate human freedom from the government’s reach protect “persons,” not just citizens. But FISA ignored that…

As a New Zealand Libertarian and foreign observer of the US elections, the activities of The US Libertarian Party have been of the greatest personal interest… much more so than the insane rantings of Clinton and Trump.

I watched many of the Libertarian debates between the hopeful candidates, and was a little disappointed… yet not surprised, when Gary Johnson was Victorious.
Though my preferences would have been John Mcaffe, or Austin Peterson because of their superior adherence to Libertarian philosophy (Gary absolutely blew it for me when he said a Jewish Baker should be forced to bake Nazi Cakes)… none the less *On the whole* Gary Still appeared to stand head and shoulders above the competition he faces from the two major party candidates, Trump and Clinton.

Yet as time passes…and the election gets closer… the high ground is eroding from under his feet…
Most of us already understood that Gary is a seasoned Election strategist… as opposed to an adroit man of principle… and it is chiefly for this reason that he was chosen by the moderate elements to represent the party… while the more principled elements were shaking their heads… some vowing not to endorse the Party choice.
Others like myself were willing to swallow our disappointment… and wash down the unpleasant aftertaste with several stiff drinks… and determine to get in behind Johnson…. for the sake of the Party… and America. (See my post script about how the internet allows foreigners to participate in such elections)

Yet as time passes… we suffer reflux.

What is *almost treachery* is Gary Johnson and side kick William Weld have been busy declaring *More Statist positions*, than he did during the selection process…*And that’s dishonest*.

A fundamental issue appears to be getting out of hand.
It is very different for a candidate and Party Representative to *hold personal opinions* about issues… like the legitimacy of Global warming…. quite another to unilaterally *make party policy*…. that contradicts their/our fundamental principles… as Gary has done.
… And I’m not sure why the Libertarians Party has not called him in to lay down a few limits to his Autocratic attitudes.
One would think that being *The Libertarian Party candidate for President* that he would be coming up with *Free market ideas* that people could embrace to satisfy their fears about global warming (whether it is true or not)…. yet he appears to be devoid of such innovative thoughts that embody our fundamental beliefs… that good ideas dont need compulsion… instead he is repairing to the *same Anti-liberty* type ideas as *Carbon taxes*… yet with not very clever sophistry… re-branded this Statist Tax … as a ‘Fee’.

Weld has come out stating he would support certain new Gun Restrictions.

So I am calling out The US Libertraians Party Executive and asking why they have not called in Johnson and Weld and laid down a few basic Limits to their Policy commitments and promises.
They ought to be free to express their personal views, yet make it clear that they are such… not party policy, and when suggesting *Any solutions* to problems, they must fall within the scope of *Libertarian principle*… or be considered void… and dishonest by the party.
Johnson and Weld should be expected to make *Retractions* on their remarks about *Carbon Fees*, forced Vaccinations, and *Gun restrictions*… and other statements they have made that are not in conformity with Libertarian fundamentals.

The sooner this is done… the better.
The way things are going a lot of Libertarians are in danger of Vomiting.
Johnson and Weld are beginning to morph into a grotesque Republican/ Democratic party mutation…
It is with concern, yet also a desire to minimize destructive schism that I make this Blog post, and appeal.

Standing up at Public Rallys Day after day…. and trying not to sound like a stuck record… answering lots of tricky questions… it’s easy to put your foot in your mouth…. and very hard to pull it back out again later.
Maybe this pressure has caused Gary to make the odd statement that upon reflection, he regrets?
He should Man up about it.
Plus The Libertarian party must not break down due to in fighting… Gary Needs Full support, yet He must do his part to show himself worthy.
He must not recklessly put Votes ahead of Principle.
He must think smarter… win the support of the people… by smarter, innovative ideas that will work towards the desired end… yet via means that are righteous… in accord with Libertarian Ideals.

Gary!
That you are the Best successful party candidate for president this election is without debate.
You are standing against Two of the most Unfit individuals in History.

You Beat two very worthy principled Men… John Mcaffe, and Austin Peterson.
Dont blow the trust your Libertarian Countrymen have placed in you by continuing to make Policy statements that you know violate Party principles.
*You dont have a mandate to make your personal opinions party policy*
Stop acting like a Dictator.
Start proving you will respect the principles upon which the constitution is founded.
You are Scary Dude… and making a mockery of our cherished ideals.

It’s interesting to me that though I am on the opposite side of the world, and cannot vote in the US elections, that none-the-less via the Internet, I can still play a small part in it all… by critiquing the happenings… and being active in promoting the Libertarian candidate.
This is a relatively new phenomena … a consequence of the world wide web… and you can see why ‘The Political powers that be would dearly love to slap censorship onto the net so that they could better manipulate what information is being spread about the elections.
The same may be said of *Legal proceedings*… esp in cases involving *The Government* criminalizing and jailing Citizens for ‘Political crimes’… such as is happening *right now* with regards to the Bundy Ranchers, and the Kangaroo court case proceedings with regards to the Oregon stand off.
Not only is the Judge loading the Bases with regards to the Jury, but is also *Banning the court case from being Live streamed*… like some Third-world tyranny… the Evil powers that be seek to *avoid transparency* …. so that they can crucify/ crush their Political adversaries… whom actually have the Law of the land (The constitution) on their side.
The activities of such principled Americans as Gavin Siems appears to be falling on Deaf ears.
The people of America and the Media slumber while the evil powers that be are busy Treading the constitution and the rights, and due process of their greatest Sons…. underfoot.
It appears that “White Christian Cowboys lives dont matter… to America…. because they stand ‘outside the Politically correct demographics’ that the Liberals have given a monopoly of victimization by the State.
Ie they are not Gay, Not Black, Not Woman,Not Clinton supporters,….
What is happening in Oregon ought to be High on the Libertarian Party candidates list of topics to discuss at every opportunity… at election meetings and in interviews… doing their bit to bust wide open the Dirty dealings that are being done in the dark.

Thus Political criminality will always seek to limit what the world gets to observe… and thereby limit Global criticism and condemnation… so they can more easily feign Legitimacy.
With this in mind I make a conscious effort to broadcast injustices I see happening ‘out there’ in foreign lands…. for the sake of the Righteous oppressed ‘Enemies of the State’… hoping to stir up Global outrage and protest… and make it harder for the Oppressive regimes to hide their evil political activities.
So it seems to me that to the degree that we have access of valid information from Independent sources, The Internet acts the part of ‘International observers’ … as has become normal in many countries in which fear that democratic processes will be subverted for the sake of Rigging election results, etc.
We outsiders cant vote… but we can use reason and persuasion to support the factions we believe are worthy.

As such some US Libertarians may be asking “Why should we bother to listen to someone who is, not a US citizen, and so far removed from the consequences of US Elections?
Is it not Impertinence of the highest order for outsiders to meddle in American affairs?

I answer that *Only for good reason*… ie If My arguments are sound…then it is *reason itself* that you are acknowledging… and that stands on its own merit… irrespective of it’s origin.

And I would also hope that my arguments above on the whole show that having an open Global forum works in favour Freedom of information… against the ability of powerful Political interests to control and manipulate information to the voting public and the world.

2. with regards to Gary Johnson’s phobia about Religious liberty… calling it ‘a black hole’.. and then saying he would force a Jewish baker to bake Nazi Cakes….

This pains me. Religious liberty is the fundamental Right… all the rest are corollaries…. Nor is it ‘a black hole’, the defining limits is *Equality of Liberty*… ie your religious liberty cannot impinge upon the religious liberty of others.
Thus Private property is *The space* for you to Build your temples, schools, and homes to raise your children in your faith…. and free speech is your right to express your values, make apology for your beliefs, and to worship, and propagate your beliefs.
The right to Self defense is your right to defend yourself from Evils… esp from others whom seek to persecute you for your faith, and the right to overthrow the government is your right to resist tyrannical government that impinges upon your peaceful religious liberty to live, sand worship God according to your own conscience.

It is astounding that Gary appears to be oblivious to how his suggestion of Legal compulsion upon the Jewish baker to bake someone a cake against his will is tantamount to slavery… and an absolute violation of *voluntary agreement* that underpins *Free trade*!
It is Repugnant!
It’s interesting to me that all this is actually a demonstration of Johnson’s *personal* aversion to *Christian values* … He is prepared to make such outrageous statements as compelling Jews to bake Nazi Cakes… so that he may do what *he really wants to do*… force Christians to bake Gay wedding cakes.

Yet while such statements as this were made during the Party Candidate selection process, and were sufficient for many of us to prefer McAffe and Peterson to represent Libertarianism in the Elections… none the less Johnson was successful in winning the Candidacy.
Maybe it is true that Debates and Election meeting play little part in the ultimate choices people make when selecting candidates.
Maybe most people are quick to decide whether or not they like someone, and after that… the rest of the process is of little weight?

You have to be living under a rock… at the bottom of the ocean… in the Challenger Deep not to be aware of the Chaos and disorder happening in American society with regards to Police Thuggery and Black Outrage.
Each side of this Mayhem expects us to take their side, and if you dont… you must be a Racist, or a Cop Hater.

I sit on the fence… not because I dont have an opinion…. but because I say *Both sides* have malignant Ideas mixed with some Righteous outrage… Both have Blame…. both are responsible for the troubles… Both need to get their shit together.

I will start with my criticism of the Police… because they are supposed to walk the high road and set an example of Character and Justice, and when the Police become Brutal, Unjust, and corrupt… this is an absolute catastrophe for the society.
This being so I believe *When a Policeman is accused of committing a crime*… this must be openly and thoroughly investigated so that the people can see the process is not slopped in favor of allowing Bad police to escape justice… and when found guilty… because of the professional Responsibility they have in our society… they should face *Heavier penalties* than Civilians who commit the same offences.
They are supposed to be well Trained legal professionals… brave… and of high character… which implies that they care about the people in the communities they serve… and when they commit a Crime… they are betraying the trust that our society places on their uniform.
What is also means is that *The Legal machinery that investigates and prosecutes Bad Police* must be scrupulously independent of the police themselves… and this includes *the attitudes of the Judiciary*, must be above reproach… ie Not be seen to convict defendants simply upon the statements of Police, or excuse criminality perpetrated by the Police.
Thus Like the Police… the Legal system must be transparently Just …. anything less and the people loose faith in justice… and Chaos and dis-order ensues.
Policeman must fear the Judiciary, knowing that they themselves are not above the Law, and will held to account with the full weight of the Law should they cross the line.

*None of this is happening* So it is not surprising that with the advent of The Cellphone Video camera, countless videos are steaming on line of absolutely abominable crimes being committed by police against ordinary people… grand mothers, Young men, etc.
This behavior is nothing new, but today the police are being caught on video.

Yet still… even with video evidence and multiple witnesses most of these corrupt police escape justice…
Some places insist their officers wear body Cams… and these precincts witness a drop in complaints against police for obvious reasons… the police behave better when they are carrying a video that will be examined by their superiors.
I agree with Ex Cop David Champion that one of cost effective things that could be done to help stop Police criminality is to issue all Police on the Beat with Body Cams, and *Any violence, police shootings, etc* that officers say ‘their cameras fell off’… etc should automatically call their version of events int question, and cause high suspicion of Criminality on their part.

Police, etc, cannot be lawfully allowed to withhold footage from independent investigators, or the press, without some sort of judicial process for special cases.

When Faith in the Justness of the Law, The Police, and the Courts has been corroded… Chaos ensues… police will start getting shot more often.
When Faith in the Justness of the Law, The trustworthiness of the Police, and the Fairness and integrity of the Courts is high… the People will be happy… the people will think of the Police as they ought…their friends…. and they will trust that Bad Police will not be tolerated, but will face the consequences of their evil deeds.
*This is what is conducive to civil order*
*This is what will attract the best people of the highest character* into the Police force… as a High vocation of service to their communities…. which is what the Police force is Ideally meant to represent… instead of what it has become… A gang of Lawless thugs whom perpetrate extreme violence and thuggery with impunity.

Etc’

They are conspicuous in their silence when Police brutalize or murder white people… obviously this does not fit well with *their Narrative that Police brutality is focused on Blacks*

These people claim to be a Civil rights movement, yet by their actions they Betray the ideals and values of the Great Black Civil rights activists of History…. Martin Luther King, Booker T Washington, Frederick Douglas… whom refused to dish up Racism for Racism… Hate for Hate…. but instead preached Unity, and Brotherhood *with White America*.

Furthermore ‘Black lives matter’, and many in the Media *Fail to identify the massive Cultural deviancy* that is behind the dire social statistics of the Black demographic…. and Falsely attribute the Lions share of the causes underpinning the squallar, unemployment,and crime which are characteristic of Black neighborhoods *on Racism*…rather than an absolute lacking of Personal ethics and good values on their own part.

It is all very well to expect the Police to walk the highest path… and set the standard for virtue…. yet when you have Black communities that are so violent and crime ridden… filled with all the absolute Mind rotting Gangsta Rapp… It is not surprising that having walked the beat for years… that many Police carry suspicion 24/7 against Swagger Cap wearing Jeromes, and have one finger on the trigger at all times.
The Police are *human*…. and they get sick and tired of the Getto Bullshit that so many Gang Bangas dish out that it is all too easy to treat *Them all* as scum…. when only perhaps 75% of the are…
These hypocrites running ‘Black lives matter’, are to a large degree *Rasists themselves*… they are willing to destroy their cities when a Policeman shoots an unarmed boy in a case of mistaken identity … yet never hit the streets to protest against the thousands of Little Homies who get shot by other little homies.

The following is but a small portion of the Scriptures that teach the absolute final authority for the Christian in all matters of Faith is *The Bible*… not the vain scholarship, and Foolishness of human rationalism.

On this matter…. for that is the position of Christ himself, and St Paul, and what they called the believers to be… seasoned with Meekness.

Of Course the Bible rejecting Rationalists who claim to be Christians believe all the same Atheist Dogma about the untrustworthyness, the corruption, the myth, the superstition, the backwardness of the Bible … they themselves are Dogmatic about *Not trusting* the bible… and instead repair to *Textual critics whom have been trained to treat the bible like any old Religious text*
They cloak their Anti-theistic Dogma under the claim of ‘Free thinking’… yet it is as ridged and opposed to open-mindedness about the possibility that the Bible is a supernatural Book that carries the Authority of God Almighty.

Nor is my call to believe the scriptures to imply *Non-thinking*… or a refusal to address the criticisms of the rationalists.
I have spent my life looking at the challenges being hurled at the Bible, and it is my testimony that all of them come to naught, and the word of God prevails.

This is a massive topic in itself because though The Christian is called to believe the Bible, I dont deny that Satan has been at work corrupting, and twisting, and deceiving… The Father of Lies has his Minions… whom have busied themselves so that indeed there are many corrupted manuscripts, and Evil translations… championed by wolves in sheeps clothing who hate the truth, and seek to deceive.

The essential point that separates the Bible believer from the textual critic and rationalist is not a denial that corruptions have occured, but that in spite of them… God has protected a trustworthy and unbroken line of scriptures for Humanity, in fulfillment of his divine promises.

And throughout the age has continued to work against Gods word.
Yet all this time God protected a pure stream of Truth, unmolested… known as the Textus Receptus (Received Text).

Satan still did not quit.

And without making my introduction too long… today Belief in the purity of the scriptures is in sharp decline… and the Light is fading on western civilization.
To believe the Book of Genesis today, or in hell, or in the soul, is to be labeled a religious nutcase… a person devoid of scientific understanding… etc.
King James Bibles are stacked in 2nd hand bookshops and Book fares… along with Bill Cosbys Fatherhood paperbacks, and Lance Armstrong’s auto biography.

Yet still the pure word of God is there, and easily available to any who seek the truth.
And within it’s pages it has predicted this decline of Christianity into the darkness of infidelity and unbelief… Wickedness and perversion.

So we who trust in the Lord are not in the Dark about this.

I would say that if your child claims to be Transgender, that you make sure they feel loved at home… This would be the very most important thing given the risks of suicide.
If my child said they were Gay, that would devastate me, yet I would be sure to let them know that I still loved them… fully.

But it looks like one 22-year-old university student, George Fellowes, finally put the last nail in the manhood coffin: Fellowes swears he gets his period each month.

According to the BBC, Fellowes claims that he has been getting his period “without bleeding” for three years now. “He says he’s so close to his best friend and flatmate Amber-May Ellis that he gets cramps when she comes on each month.” This pathetic excuse of a man says he has even taken sick days because of his “period.” That he doesn’t have.
