In the pre-Revolutionary era, British courts in London secretly issued general warrants to British government agents in America. The warrants were not based on any probable cause of crime or individual articulable suspicion; they did not name the person or thing to be seized or identify the place to be searched. They authorized agents to search where they wished and seize what they found.
The use of general warrants was so offensive to our Colonial ancestors that it whipped up more serious opposition to British rule and support for the revolutionaries than the “no taxation without representation” argument did. And when it came time for Americans to write the Constitution, they prohibited general warrants in the Fourth Amendment, the whole purpose of which was to guarantee the right to be left alone by forcing the government to focus on bad guys and prohibit it from engaging in fishing expeditions. But the fishing expeditions would come.
In 1978, Congress passed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), which was intended to rein in the government spying on Americans that had been unleashed by the Nixon administration. FISA established a secret court and permitted it to issue warrants authorizing spying on agents of foreign governments when physically present in the United States.
People born in foreign countries who are here for benevolent or benign or even evil purposes have the same constitutional protections as those of us born here. That’s because the critical parts of the Constitution that insulate human freedom from the government’s reach protect “persons,” not just citizens. But FISA ignored that…

I will start with my criticism of the Police… because they are supposed to walk the high road and set an example of Character and Justice, and when the Police become Brutal, Unjust, and corrupt… this is an absolute catastrophe for the society.
This being so I believe *When a Policeman is accused of committing a crime*… this must be openly and thoroughly investigated so that the people can see the process is not slopped in favor of allowing Bad police to escape justice… and when found guilty… because of the professional Responsibility they have in our society… they should face *Heavier penalties* than Civilians who commit the same offences.
They are supposed to be well Trained legal professionals… brave… and of high character… which implies that they care about the people in the communities they serve… and when they commit a Crime… they are betraying the trust that our society places on their uniform.
What is also means is that *The Legal machinery that investigates and prosecutes Bad Police* must be scrupulously independent of the police themselves… and this includes *the attitudes of the Judiciary*, must be above reproach… ie Not be seen to convict defendants simply upon the statements of Police, or excuse criminality perpetrated by the Police.
Thus Like the Police… the Legal system must be transparently Just …. anything less and the people loose faith in justice… and Chaos and dis-order ensues.
Policeman must fear the Judiciary, knowing that they themselves are not above the Law, and will held to account with the full weight of the Law should they cross the line.
*None of this is happening* So it is not surprising that with the advent of The Cellphone Video camera, countless videos are steaming on line of absolutely abominable crimes being committed by police against ordinary people… grand mothers, Young men, etc.
This behavior is nothing new, but today the police are being caught on video.
Yet still… even with video evidence and multiple witnesses most of these corrupt police escape justice…
Some places insist their officers wear body Cams… and these precincts witness a drop in complaints against police for obvious reasons… the police behave better when they are carrying a video that will be examined by their superiors.
I agree with Ex Cop David Champion that one of cost effective things that could be done to help stop Police criminality is to issue all Police on the Beat with Body Cams, and *Any violence, police shootings, etc* that officers say ‘their cameras fell off’… etc should automatically call their version of events int question, and cause high suspicion of Criminality on their part.
Police, etc, cannot be lawfully allowed to withhold footage from independent investigators, or the press, without some sort of judicial process for special cases.
When Faith in the Justness of the Law, The Police, and the Courts has been corroded… Chaos ensues… police will start getting shot more often.
When Faith in the Justness of the Law, The trustworthiness of the Police, and the Fairness and integrity of the Courts is high… the People will be happy… the people will think of the Police as they ought…their friends…. and they will trust that Bad Police will not be tolerated, but will face the consequences of their evil deeds.

I must add this one particular comment on the Law itself…. *End the War on Drugs*…. This is a Law and order Disaster that fosters extreme violence by the Police … sanctioned by society… that can be reciprocated by those involved in the Drug trade.
Just as Alcohol Prohibition gave rise to Al Capone, Police Corruption, and Machine Gun Massacres… The War on drugs has repeated the grievous injustices and chaos.
Ending Prohibition ended so much unnecessary violence and chaos from both sides of the Law.
It is that only the willfully ignorant say that the police are the good guys… Countless videos on line testify to how lawless and thuggish they have become… and of course a Natural social backlash is in progress.
It is right that there is Public outrage about the un-justifiable killing and brutality of police, and The Police do need serious Cultural reforms… yet still… Outrage cannot justify the sorts of shocking behavior that is being perpetrated …Rioting, Looting, and Cop Killing.
Political Organisations like ‘Black lives Matter’ have sprung up with their own agendas… and to the degree that they seek to highlight a systemic problem within the police, they are to be commended and supported, yet sadly such organisations appear to be filled with *Racists themselves*… Blacks whom call whites ‘Crackers’… and who are taking opportunity to vent their personal prejudices and to Excuse the most lawless and despicable behavior under the guise of ‘Protesting Police brutality… Police Racism…. Etc’
They are conspicuous in their silence when Police brutalize or murder white people… obviously this does not fit well with *their Narrative that Police brutality is focused on Blacks*
These people claim to be a Civil rights movement, yet by their actions they Betray the ideals and values of the Great Black Civil rights activists of History…. Martin Luther King, Booker T Washington, Frederick Douglas… whom refused to dish up Racism for Racism… Hate for Hate…. but instead preached Unity, and Brotherhood *with White America*.
Furthermore ‘Black lives matter’, and many in the Media *Fail to identify the massive Cultural deviancy* that is behind the dire social statistics of the Black demographic…. and Falsely attribute the Lions share of the causes underpinning the squallar, unemployment,and crime which are characteristic of Black neighborhoods *on Racism*…rather than an absolute lacking of Personal ethics and good values on their own part.
It is all very well to expect the Police to walk the highest path… and set the standard for virtue…. yet when you have Black communities that are so violent and crime ridden… filled with all the absolute Mind rotting Gangsta Rapp… It is not surprising that having walked the beat for years… that many Police carry suspicion 24/7 against Swagger Cap wearing Jeromes, and have one finger on the trigger at all times.
The Police are *human*…. and they get sick and tired of the Getto Bullshit that so many Gang Bangas dish out that it is all too easy to treat *Them all* as scum…. when only perhaps 75% of the are…
These hypocrites running ‘Black lives matter’, are to a large degree *Rasists themselves*… they are willing to destroy their cities when a Policeman shoots an unarmed boy in a case of mistaken identity … yet never hit the streets to protest against the thousands of Little Homies who get shot by other little homies.
The following statement is as applicable to my own Maori Demographic here in New Zealand as it does to Black America.

The world is really damn big, and there are a lot of people on it. No kidding, right? But the near incomprehensible number of humans on the planet allows for massive manipulation and deception. To wit, if I could merely choose which events and stories you hear about—even if everything I tell you is completely true and accurate—I would have massive control over your perceptions, control over your thoughts and fears, and therefore a lot of control even over your actions. If, for example, I made sure you were told about it—and saw the gruesome images—every single time someone was injured by a chainsaw (which happens about 80 times a day), you would think it was an intolerable, shocking epidemic… a crisis! If you weren’t very good at statistics and critical thought, you might even be joining the call to have chainsaws banned, or at least licensed and heavily regulated.
As another example, if I made sure you heard about it, in lurid detail, every time someone with red hair mistreated an animal, and you were exposed to that day after day, over time you would—whether consciously, subconsciously, or both—start to think that redheads are all sadistic animal torturers. Just due to the sheer numbers of people on the planet, there could be a news channel that reported only redheads mistreating animals, without repeating the same story twice, and without ever running out of stories (provided they had a way to find all those stories). For those who want to check the math, there are estimated to be somewhere around 100,000,000 redheads in the world. If even one out of every 100,000 of those was nasty to an animal at some point, that would give our “Redheads Being Mean to Animals Network” around three unique stories a day, for a year, never mentioning the same individual twice. (After a year you could probably start over with the list of people without the viewers noticing.)
The point is, if YOUR perception of any group—any race, religion, nationality, fans of a particular band, people who wear a certain fashion, people born in a certain month, etc.—is based on what you see on a screen, or hear on the radio, keep in mind that you are allowing someone else to mold your opinions for you. And if your view of that group doesn’t match your own direct, firsthand experiences, then you are probably being lied to, and someone is probably intentionally instilling fear or hatred in you in order to serve their own agenda.
Take it from an anarchist, living in a world of people who are being taught to fear anarchists.

FEDS INDICT NEVADA RANCHER CLIVEN BUNDY
Rancher faces 42 years in prison and up to $1.5 million in fines
The complaint claims the rancher spearheaded a conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States, in addition to five other charges: Assault on a Federal Law Enforcement Officer; Use and Carry of a Firearm In Relation to a Crime of Violence; Obstruction of the Administration of Justice; Interference with Commerce by Extortion; and, Aiding and Abetting.
From the indictment, discussing the 2014 “Bundy standoff” in Bunkerville:
“The 200 Followers in the wash included a significant number brandishing or raising their assault rifles in front of the officers. Some of these gunmen took tactically superior positions on high ground, while others moved in and out of the crowd, masking their movements behind other unarmed Followers. The most immediate threat to the officers came from the bridges where gunmen took sniper positions behind concrete barriers, their assault rifles aimed directly at the officers below.”
“To achieve his objectives,” the complaint reads, “BUNDY and his co-conspirators recruited, organized and led a force of hundreds of people to threaten and use force and violence to prevent the law enforcement officers from discharging their duties and to coerce their consent to abandon the cattle that were, pursuant to court order, lawfully in their care and custody and which they were duty bound to protect.”
The indictment goes on to say officers “believed they were going to be shot and killed,” suggesting some of the people who stood by Bundy during the epic standoff could be charged as well.”

Yet is The Law really on Reid’s side …. or the Bundy’s?
If what has been said about Reids vested interest in pushing the Ranchers out of Nevada is true, then it may surprise many sheeple to hear that the Armed Ranchers and Militia *acted Lawfully* in taking up arms and resisting the unjust and tyrannical demands of the Bureau of Land Management, and getting the illegally confiscated Bundy cattle back.
They were claiming their Second amendment Rights… which trumps any and all legislations and dictates which would have the Bundy’s submit to the will of the BLM.
This sort of situation is exactly why the Founding Fathers enshrined the second amendment.
It is the Lawful right to Bear arms in self defence against corrupt and tyrannical government.

Reid’s comments clearly indicate this crisis is not over by a long shot and there is every reason to Fear ‘Waco type’ repercussions.

Hello from New Zealand, Watching events over there with concern, and blogging it .
Very good observations regarding the Black opps going on, and I think this is a cIear indication that the Obama administration/ Powers that be are more concerned with maintaining power in the face of what the whole world knows is a potential Civil war/ revolution to overthrow a corrupt government that has bankrupted and enslaved America,than with any external terrorist threats.
They are acutely aware that *it is Americans* who are still Patriotic to the founding principles of your nation that are Vigilant enough to see what the Tyrants are up to… and vocal enough to be raising the alarm… and now are bold enough to take a stand… who are now the greatest threat… not to Americans… but to *the US Government government which has become absolutely corrupt* and in violation of the Constitution on virtually every count.
*This puts the law on the side of the Protesters and Outlaws the tyrannical system.
So I think it is obvious that the build up there is not about grabbing farms and minerals at all… but about *The Big Picture*…. suppressing this protest and murder from becoming the spark of Revolution.
And these ‘Non-descript’ Military people will be Specially picked *Americans* who have been trained to have no compunction about shooting fellow Americans… as they did to Lavoy… and they will think nothing to covering their evils with lies and subversion… as they did with planting a 9mm on Lavoy.

About two years the Nation watched as Cliven Bundy stood in opposition against an unjust seizure of his ranch and grazing rights by the BLM. The event grew as patriotic Americans responded to his aid. The growing protest was ultimately successful in forcing the BLM to turn tail and retreat in face of the growing support that they could no longer control. Fast forward now to January 2, 2016 and we have a similar situation with the BLM is small town out west called Burns, Oregon. Since the start of this protest, the Main Stream Media (MSM) has been putting forth articles and news reports using such adjectives as “armed militants”, “right wing racists”, “terrorists” or “armed thugs”. Every story I read or listened to was basically the same, always one sided. I follow the belief that there are 3 sides to every story; you could call it her side, his side and the Truth. So when only one side is ever told, it is safe to assume that there is an agenda afoot. An agenda the MSM never speaks about.
So in my quest to get to the Truth, I decided to take an eight day vacation from my full time job to travel 3,000 miles via plane and car to that small town out west call Burns. What you are about to read is exactly what I witnessed and learned from my westward trip. I hope that this article, and those to follow, will help you see through the smokescreen of lies the media, at the bequest of our federal government , have been and are still telling us as the means to controlling the narrative.
Contrary to the MSM stories one finds on the situation in Burns Oregon, the real terrorist in Burns Oregon are not the framer, ranchers or loggers, nor are they the patriotic first responders. The farmer, ranchers and loggers are salt of the earth people, they are hardworking folks who bust their butts every day to earn a living as many of us do on a daily basis. The Patriotic first responders, men and women who have left behind their lives, families, friends and jobs in order to come to Burns to bring attention to the illegal land grabs and the usurpation of our Constitution. These people present no threat to the people of Burns as evidenced by the fact that they frequent the local stores, shops, restaurants and bars without any issues.
At first glance, it is easy to accept the media story that Sheriff David Ward invited the FBI to take over local control of the situation to help protect the citizens of Burns Oregon from a band of “armed occupiers”. But that is for another article. So let’s take a closer look at several key issues that most may not be seeing.
In past decades whenever there was a civil protest it was customary for the local police and maybe the use of the state police to control and insure that the protest remains peaceful. During the protests of the late 60’s when demonstration began turning violent, State’s at the request of their Governors started to call in the National Guard to assist the police in maintaining order and protecting the public.
The question to ask is why didn’t Oregon Governor, Kate Brown, in accordance with Title 32 of the United States Code, call for the Oregon National Guard to assist in any local police action in response to the “armed occupiers” at the Malheur Refuge. Could it be that Gov. Kate Brown was appointed to her position, not elected by the People of her State, as was Sheriff David Ward of Harney County? Could it be that these appointed officials are beholden, not the good People of Oregon, but strictly to those entities that placed them in their position and power. Another unusual fact is that Special Agent Greg Bretzing in charge of the Malhuer Refuge Occupation happens to be linked to a Nation Security breach along with other fraud and corruption violation, as reported by The Shasta Lantern. But, here in Burns the situation is much different and potentially much more ominous and deadly, as evidenced by the murder of LaVoy Finicum, by agencies yet to be fully disclosed. Authorities acting under the color of law but not in adherence to our laws, first closed down the Burns school system, even though the “armed occupiers”, of which only 4 are now remaining, are located 30 plus miles from downtown Burns in the middle of nowhere. WHY? Why was this necessary?
Road blocks, closures and check points are now common place in in and around Burns. Many of the local people have claimed that they are being randomly pulled over by “authorities” demanding they provide their ID’s for just driving down the street. There are locals being stopped at armed check points and forced out of their vehicle at gun point while their personal belongings and vehicle are thoroughly searched.
One rancher, Thom Davis, related his story in which he had a slowly dying horse on the range that needed to be humanly put down in order to relieve its suffering. The only trouble being that he was not that far from one of these check points and feared that should he have ended the horse’s suffering with a shot to the head, he too would have suffered the same fate. A fate that was later confirmed when he talked to the sheriff.
In another case the authorities actually took their vehicle a quarter mile beyond the check point and made them walk to get it.
Yet, in another case, Alexandra Puckett, described in a facebook post, the treatment and gun point threats from authorities that her husband and his mom encountered while trying only to feed their cows.
These actions taken by authorities have more in common with those of a Military Occupying Force in Iraq or Afghanistan they do with normal police actions here in American. The terrorization of Burns and throughout Harney County is, by no stretch of the imagination, being conducted by the ever increasing militarization of Federal and State agencies. With many reports of in conjunction with an illegal and unconstitutional buildup of a foreign mercenary army of PMC’s, an invading army if you will, acting under the color of law but not in adherence to our laws. Claim as they do that they are FBI, their tactics and use of vehicle void of any US military or alphabet agency marking or insignias, and lack of compliance with US Law, even when asked they present no documentation that they are indeed FBI. Additionally, other armored assets from distant counties are in Burns. I ask, Is all this really necessary to protect the public from 4 people still at the Refuge located 30 miles away, armed with a few rifles and hand guns, and already contained by authorities so they cannot escape from there. Or is something else going on here?

A Facebook page for his ranch announced that Cliven Bundy, who came to the national spotlight in a fight with the federal Bureau of Land Management over grazing rights for his cattle in 2014, was heading to Oregon earlier Wednesday.
"It's time," the post said. "Cliven Bundy is headed to the Harney County Resource Center in Burns Oregon."
After landing in Portland, Oregon, Bundy was taken into federal custody, the FBI said.
It's not clear what he's been charged with. The FBI said authorities would make charging information available on Thursday morning.
Bundy's son, Ammon, was one of the leaders of the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. He was arrested last month.
The refuge's current occupiers said -- during a purported live stream of a conference call between protesters, activists and conservative Nevada lawmaker Michele Fiore -- they were prepared to leave Thursday morning...."

What makes me sick is all the Anti-refugee mongers who call this desperate bid for safety… ‘an invasion’.
It’s a typical ploy to justify their cold hearted cowardice and bigotry… and preference for the millions of displaced people to Die at their gate rather than face the troubles that come with granting these people refuge.
Recent events in Europe regarding Gangs of migrants molesting woman are of course very disturbing for any civilised human being… including most migrants, yet of course there exists that massive Faction of Far Right extremists who …. being the complete Fascist Racist Barbarians that they are… use these incidents as an excuse to run rampant and vent their hatred upon anyone that is not the same colour as they are… destroying Kabab shops etc, owned by people who have had nothing to do with the troubles.
This is Collectivism at it’s finest!
Tribalism… in which the rationale is that it is ok to blame *all members* of any hated demographic for the crimes of a small minority of their members.
And Recent media sensationalism tends to promote the Alarm without balance.
By Balance I am not simply referring to One eyed reporting that never seems to give room in their articles for migrants to express *Their outrage and disgust* for the activities of the delinquent migrants… giving the impression that they all think and act the same way.
On top of this nobody ever balances the problems Europe faces with it’s refugees with what the alternatives would be like if they had refused refuge… The absolute carnage, and chaos.
Though the situation is dire… and Lawlessness is brewwing, It is my firm belief that these troubles are far far less than would be faced if these Masses of desperate people had been locked out.
My point being *The Crisis was/is Real*… and because Shit is hitting the fan… one way or another it was never going to be an easy road… an easy solution!
So without appreciating this and keeping this reality at the forefront of our minds, The anti-refugee propaganda is able to paint the benevolence of people like Angela Merkel, and the Germans who supported her as being a tremendous mistake… wooly headed foolishness…. treachery even.
As an insulated observer from afar, I still face moral dilemmas in my vocal support for the Refugees in Europe because it is not My wife… my daughters who are endangered by these gangs of drunken deviant Migrant men.
The conundrum being for people like myself is that we can either be Vocal advocates on behalf of the Plight of the refugees, or Vocal Fearmongers highlighting the danger many Muslim men pose to woman, or We could simply remain silent.
Yet still no matter what position we choose… we remain isolated and to a large extent, not intimately affected by what is happening.
I have chosen to support the Refugees because I believe their plight is the greatest, and their need for heroic humanitarianism the most acute, and that silence in the face of Children being Bombed, and washing up on beaches to be almost as reprehensible as the bigotry that willfully turns a blind eye.
I understand the issues regarding the dangers of a large influx of un-vetted migrants… esp from Islamic nations with customs and mentalities that are backwards and oppressive by Western liberal standards,and I under ordinary circumstances, I would never expect nations to allow it without some rudimentary process by which they agree that their entry and stay is conditional to their peaceful and respectful behavior… yet because of the humanitarian crisis which required a brave and humane response…. such a process simply was not possible.
This means the process must be systematically done *Now*… with all Refugees whom have entered Europe… weeding out those whom display threatening characteristics.
Failure by the authorities to keep the peace and control the trouble makers will result in even more violence against innocent parties… of both Citizens and migrants.
I will not delude myself about the powder keg that blow up at any moment, not simply because of the uncivilized attitude of these migrant gangs towards woman, but also because of Gangs the Fascist Right.
*Both these factions* generate more hatred, violence, and multiply the numbers of innocent victims.
All the while Isis Laughs…. and spreads its wings.
Two more problems in Western democracies which make it harder and more dangerous to receive masses of unvetted Refugees is most of these nations have dis-armed their own citizens leaving them defenseless should they be confronted by criminals, and secondly because of their Welfare systems which are already sucking the life blood out of their productive sectors.
That Influxes of refugees threaten to overwhelm these socialist innovations… the socialists are getting nasty and harbor hatred for Refugees.
Socialism is ultimately Heartlessly selfish.

Those who would dare to govern heap upon themselves Mammoth Moral Responsibilities, and face the most perplexing and traumatic Dilemmas in which Innocent lives are at stake.
Some will argue that a governments first/ only responsibility is to provide security to it’s own citizens… yet would letting thousands of people die at your gate tend towards ‘security’?
Not only could they out of desperation become *A real attacking horde*, the Inhumanity of such a move would play right into the Geopolitical ambitions of the Terrorist groups like Isis… making them stronger….vindicating their assertions that the West is Evil.
Would not keeping the Gates closed prove such a society to be just as heartless as Isis itself?
Would not such a cold response not prove that Evil has won… That it had gotten *inside* and rotted the Soul of the nations?
I believe so.
The Governments of Europe need to mobilize their security forces and deploy them in such a manor as to keep the Fascist gangs and Lawless Migrants in check, and start systematically processing the refugees.
Further afield The Global community needs to declare outright war against Isis, and utterly destroy them before untold more millions are murdered and displaced.

I dont profess to understand what is happening in Syria, yet from where I sit it appears to me that despite his suit and tie, Assad is a bloody and desperate tyrant.
He has a powerful Ally in Putin, who appears to think keeping Assad in power is Good for his Geopolitical ambitions.
I will never buy the Idea that Putin is at all concerned about what is best for Syria… just what is best for Russia.

These are my thoughts at present.
The scale of the Crisis is staggering.
We cannot expect anything other than ongoing chaos…. ongoing hatred… and death.
The Soul of Humanity is at stake…. If Chaos gets out of hand it will play into the hands of the two hate groups… Radical Islam represented by Isis, etc… and The Fascist Far Right who grow in numbers in all western Nations… those who Hate Merkel in Germany,…. those who want Donald Trump for President of the USA,etc.
I have already defriended many associates from my facebook page because of their Fascist Inhumanity… yet with every sensationalist media report of Refugees committing violence… the more their numbers grow… the less people desire to give help to the refugees…. which are still washing up on the beaches…

Developing ‘issues’ in European nations regarding the behavior of large groups of Male refugees and migrants is something that is of great concern yet it is not something we should be surprised to see.
It is something that they/ we should be prepared for.
There needs to be a better plan than currently appears Europe is mobilizing, lest things get way out of control and chaos and disorder ensues.
This is exactly the scenario that underpins the hysteria of the xenophobia mongers and Cold hearted who want Donald Trump to become President of the USA, and the more troubles that eventuate will give the the Anti-Refugee Rightest something to crow about.
Recent reports such as ‘Germany shocked by Cologne New Year gang assaults on women’ are very disturbing…
“The mayor of Cologne has summoned police for crisis talks after about 80 women reported sexual assaults and muggings by men on New Year’s Eve.
The scale of the attacks on women at the city’s central railway station has shocked Germany. About 1,000 drunk and aggressive young men were involved.
City police chief Wolfgang Albers called it “a completely new dimension of crime”. The men were of Arab or North African appearance, he said.
Women were also targeted in Hamburg.
But the Cologne assaults – near the city’s iconic cathedral – were the most serious, German media report. At least one woman was raped, and many were groped.
Most of the crimes reported to police were robberies. A volunteer policewoman was among those sexually molested.

Because the mainstream media was slow to confirm early reports of this trouble, I was hesitant to accept their validity.
I condemn the mentality of those who fed their paranoia on a diet of unsubstantiated tripe, yet I equality condemn anyone who would seek to turn a blind eye to inconvenient and reprehensible truths once they have been established as fact.
The net is filled with phobia mongering lies that feeds the paranoia so that we must be wary not to buy into falsehoods.
It is easy to summon to the surface latent prejudice by posting a picture of a group of strange looking scruffy men... nonetheless it would also be absolutely naive to think there would be no problems at all developing from such massive movements of desperate and traumatized populations into countries in which they are alien.
There is a natural propensity in these situations to think in terms of ‘Us’ vs ‘Them’.
If we do the math… that 1000, or even 2000 unruly migrant men and refugees were involved in this New Years Eve violence in Germany, we will find that this equates to a mere 0.2% of the 1 000 000 people whom Germany has given refuge… yet this in itself demonstrates how tiny minorities can cause troubles far in excess of their numerical significance, and cause massive problems for the total social demographic for which they are associated.
And this appears to be the general rule for Islam in general.
A Billion Muslims have been made to carry the scorn that Non Muslims should be directing only to that small portion who support Isis and other atrocities that are committed in the name of Islam.
Time was of the essence to save these people, yet these despicable episodes prove that time is now of the essence for decisive actions in quelling Lawlessness, and keeping the peace.
Events like this challenge the Humanitarian ideals of people like myself who have actively spoken up in favor of allowing more Syrians refugees into western nations, and plays directly into the hands of those whom out of fear, indifference, and hatred would leave them all to Starve or Drown.
Leaders Like Angela Merkel whom have heroically championed the Liberal Humanitarian cause, need to formulate ‘An Art’ of managing this Mass Refuge crisis via processes in which having opened the doors to save countless innocent lives… that now they are safe out of immediate harms way… these refugee populations must now be systematically ‘processed’ ‘vetted’ ‘sworn in’, and ‘instructed as to the terms and conditions of them remaining in their host country.
The leaders, and best of these Refugees need to play an active roll in this process, being employed with ‘natives’ in the ‘management and ‘acclimatization of their countrymen, to harmonize with the Laws and cultures of their hosts.
I am not talking about forcing them to abandon their beliefs, but that they must show appreciation and gratitude.
They must behave and respect* the laws of their hosts.
Peaceful Civility and cooperation are the bottom line conditions of their welcome and continued stay.
Any trouble makers must be singled out and publicly punished/ exiled, so that Law and order prevail and the host countries don’t become the victims of their own benevolence because of arrogant ingratitude from the refugees.
The refugees need to know on no uncertain terms that misbehavior will not be tolerated, and that the strong hand of the Law will keep the peace.
That it is a grave mistake to think their hosts are weak and powerless to prevent any mob lawlessness.
Situations as have been reported to exist in sections of French cities where migrant gangs are said to run amok and seek to impose sharia Law *Cannot be allowed* to be replicated elsewhere.
Strong… yet principled measures must ensure the Rule of Law and civil society is maintained.
This is a problem which vexes me greatly… Wisdom and decisive action must prevail so that such great humanitarian aid proves to be a benefit to everyone… not a disaster.
The future of Humanitarian Aid in times of Crisis depends on mutual Good will, and wise management prevailing over the troublemakers, and cowardly Doomsday Sayers whom would prefer oceans of Corpses rather than deal with the manifold problems Mass Refugee intakes of alien populations present.
A joint effort must be made to stop troublemakers from turning the host nations against immigrants and refugees… giving the Right wing anti -immigrant factions the ‘ammunition’ they need to stop the humanitarian effort and to crush liberty and equality.
Libertarians like myself know that in the long term receiving migrants and refugees tends towards greater wealth and prosperity, yet also appreciate that in the short term, clashes of culture and unrest are almost inevitable, and that the degree to which these problems manifest themselves will be to a large degree determined by the prudent actions and plans of the leaders of both the hosts, and the guests… or the lack thereof.
These problems and dilemmas will be the focus of much of my thought for the foreseeable future.
And there needs to be a hell of a lot more thinking about the Events and conflicts that led to this mass exodus from the East… about preventing repetitions, and also about restoring peace and safety in these waste lands of death and destruction, so that they can be rebuilt and re-inhabited.
What hope does Mankind have?
We seem hell bent on War…. Nation against Nation…. Brother against Brother.
Paradise lost.
Maybe we can never hope for lasting peace… yet still maybe this fact in itself shows that the world will always require Humanitarians to boldly act, and to triumph over the Fear mongers and the haters.
From above God watches.
Everything is being recorded for the day every one of us will be summoned to give an account for ourselves before his throne of Judgement.
I admit that these moral dilemmas test my courage and conviction, and I pray for wisdom and for Goodness to prevail over Evil.
