The news that John Tamihere’s Waipareira Trust has lost its Charities Services registration should come as no surprise. Tamihere has rorted the system for decades, behaving like a cartel boss who thinks he’s untouchable. And why wouldn’t he? Political parties have enabled him for years, entrusting millions of taxpayer dollars to this guy without holding him accountable.
THE MĀORI-MONEY CARTEL:
COVID was Tamihere’s cash cow. Between 2020 and 2022, Waipareira revealed it received $15.6 million in COVID funding from the government.
That’s just the tip of the iceberg. Let’s talk about Whānau Ora, which has been cashed in on to the tune of over $1.185 billion since 2010:

▪️2014: $68 million
▪️2015: $49.8 million over four years
▪️2016: $40 million over four years + $11.38 million transferred from MSD
▪️2017: $10 million over four years
▪️2019: $80 million over four years

That’s $1.185 billion in Whānau Ora funding—and that’s not even counting the other government contracts Tamihere has picked up with Te Puni Kōkiri, ACC, Oranga Tamariki, Statistics NZ, the Electoral Commission and more.
Whānau Ora operates under the Ministry of Māori Development, but John Tamihere, as CEO of the Whānau Ora Commissioning Agency (WOCA), has made himself the gatekeeper of all Māori funding. This was orchestrated by Tariana Turia in 2014, funnelling all Māori funding through Whānau Ora and into Tamihere’s hands. Since then, he’s overseen the distribution of millions of funding to various Māori organisations, where Waipareira gets the lion’s share, where he also happens to be CEO.
It doesn’t stop there. Tamihere is also the chairman of NUMA (National Urban Māori Authority), following in the footsteps of Willie Jackson, who previously chaired NUMA and led the Manukau Urban Māori Authority (MUMA). Jackson, now in Parliament, has used his political influence to channel funding to these urban Māori authorities, including Waipareira.
THE GREAT ENABLERS…NATIONAL & LABOUR:
But where is the accountability? Who has been signing off on these massive sums? Let’s name them:

All of the political parties currently in Parliament have enabled this corruption at some level. Winston Peters himself pointed out on Wednesday that he often used to work with Willie Jackson’s mother, the founder and initial CEO of MUMA. NZ First and Shane Jones have also come under fire in past years for their $3 billion Provincial Growth Fund which has been littered with accusations of conflicts of interest and labelled a slush fund for their mates.
MĀORI HAVE BEEN ROBBED:
Te Pāti Māori and their recent hikoi would have you believe that the Pākehā have taken everything from Māori, yet they undermine Māori mana daily by taking from their own people right under their noses.
Billions of dollars have been funnelled into the hands of a few elites, yet urban Māori in cities like Auckland are worse off today than they were in 2010. Where is the practical help? Where is the real support for grassroots Māori? The truth is, most urban Māori would say they’ve seen none of this money. It’s lining the pockets of elites like Tamihere and his political cronies.
If you are Māori and live in a city like Auckland, or are attached to an Iwi…ask yourself this honest question…when did you last receive a cent from these Urban Māori Authorities, or from your Iwi? All the while they are racking up excessive amounts of assets, paying Tamihere & Co exorbitant salaries and accumulating massive surpluses from unspent funds.
I see the realities every day through the volunteer work of ManUp and Legacy. We pick up the pieces of broken Māori families who are struggling because of a lack of government support. I’ve got the authority to call out the corrupt actions of Tamihere and Jackson because I’m on the ground, doing the work they claim to care about.
The lack of meaningful support for grassroots Māori has driven many into desperation. With few options available, far too many have become homeless. Many have turned to gangs for money and support—seeking the stability and security that their leaders and the political system have failed to provide. This is a tragedy, a direct consequence of leaders prioritising their own power and influence over the well-being of the people they claim to serve.
The real losers here are everyday Māori. Funds meant to empower whānau have been diverted to serve the political ambitions of a select few. It’s time for accountability. It’s time for change. And it’s time to stop them ripping off our own people.
Before you mock me, or criticise me, just remember the facts don’t lie. For all of the Māori funding that has flowed, Māori statistics have got worse in every area…crime, prisons, domestic violence, health, education, housing, mental health, and poverty.
MĀORI ELITE SWAMP:
It’s no wonder so many Māori leaders cosy up to John Tamihere and Willie Jackson, perpetuating a cycle of power and influence that ultimately sells out our people. From Iwi leaders to individuals like Hone Harawira and Matthew Tukaki, the connections are undeniable. Tamihere has wielded unprecedented power with taxpayer funding for Māori initiatives, creating an ecosystem where Te Pāti Māori has been a clear benefactor of this corruption. Don’t forget Tamihere is the President and Purse String holder of Te Pāti Māori. Their political campaigns reek of misconduct, and the entanglements are staggering.
Take Takutai Tarsh Kemp, for example—once on the board of Whānau Ora and CEO of Manurewa Marae, her connections epitomise the overlapping roles within this corrupt network. Even Rawiri Waititi, Te Pāti Māori’s co-leader, is Tamihere’s son-in-law, and his wife, also Tamihere’s daughter, was the party campaign manager, further demonstrating how deeply these ties run. Willie Jackson’s complicity as part of this cartel should see him removed from any position of influence.
What’s worse, Te Pāti Māori’s candidates have gained their positions in Parliament through corrupt practices, making a mockery of the democratic system. They should be ousted immediately. Their continued presence in Parliament is not only a stain on our political institutions but also an insult to the very people they claim to represent. New Zealand deserves leaders who earn their positions through integrity, not deceit.
New Zealand has never seen political corruption reach these depths.
As one of the few Māori leaders of a large organization untainted by their dealings, I have no hesitation in calling out this betrayal of our people.
This is a moment of reckoning—one that demands transparency, accountability, and integrity for the sake of Māori and all New Zealanders.
It’s time to put an end to this era of manipulation and corruption. Only then can we begin to rebuild trust and empower grassroots Māori to thrive without exploitation or neglect.

Te Pati Maori Radicals are a different breed of politician that only succeeds because of the apartheid electoral system which allows them to have no concerns about what the general public think about them. They don’t have to appeal to the general public to get elected. They only have to pander to the interests of a select section of the whole population and they gear their antics to that mindset… they are actors and performance artists… ‘let me sing you the song of my people’… type stuff.
The one thing these radicals fear *is a general referendum* because then… unlike the elections… there fate will be determined by *the general population* whom they have spent their careers slandering and poking their Tongues and Fingers at.
Binding referendums are a dangerous tool upon which there needs to be clear limits, yet *When a truly democratic process is allowed to take place… Their Politics is doomed*.
The only reason a referendum is called for on this issue is because Parliament is too feeble to make a sound judgement for the well being of the General public. The Law to rid New Zealand of every racist institution would never pass via parliament yet it is guaranteed to pass by popular referendum… which shows just how *non-representative* parliaments are when they are filled with unprincipled woke socialist Boneheads and cowards.
On this issue Seymour stands head and shoulders above the rest because his bill is founded upon Just and reasonable principles.
Not a single cogent nuanced argument has been leveled against his bill. (I can think of several arguments myself that would work far better than anything opposition MP have tabled)… and look at how pathetic Luxons rationale is as to why he is instructing National to oppose the bill!
Its yet another example of the shame and cowardice of the entire National party Caucus. If I was a National party MP I would lead a challenge against Luxon for this and I would refuse to reject the bill.
As for the haka…
There are already rules for behavior in the house. They just need to be enforced.
One thing is certain… The antics of Te Pati Maori in parliament have hurt the mana of the Haka in the eyes of the international community.
They are getting sick of it… they don’t appreciate it… and there is no valid reason why they should.
The Haka has been abused and this is sad.
I believe the haka has great value for New Zealanders when it is used at appropriate times… Less is more…. more is less. ‘More’ devalues it.
What the Maori Party did in parliament was blatant abuse.
Two Maori were contending in the house for their side of the debate. One behaved with Civility and made reasonable arguments. The other had no arguments but instead broke out into a frenzy and created a spectacle.
IMO one Maori (David Seymour) represents a modern day Maori of Mana and enlightenment… a man of Reason.
The other Maori (Hana-Rawhiti Maipi-Clarke) represents a delusion. A regressive caricature … trapped in the past… of a savage Age in which War and violence were how disputes were settled rather than via Reason and the rule of law.
So of these two Maori… which exemplifies a role model we would want today’s young Maori to emulate and aspire to be like?

When asked why she had broken out in the haka Hana said “that is all I know… to be Maori”.
That speaks a thousand words as to why she is unfit to be in parliament!

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed three bills Tuesday to crack down on the use of artificial intelligence to create false images or videos in political ads ahead of the 2024 election.
A new law, set to take effect immediately, makes it illegal to create and publish deepfakes related to elections 120 days before Election Day and 60 days thereafter. It also allows courts to stop distribution of the materials and impose civil penalties.
“Safeguarding the integrity of elections is essential to democracy, and it’s critical that we ensure AI is not deployed to undermine the public’s trust through disinformation -– especially in today’s fraught political climate,” Newsom said in a statement. “These measures will help to combat the harmful use of deepfakes in political ads and other content, one of several areas in which the state is being proactive to foster transparent and trustworthy AI.”

First let me say… I’m a Libertarian… and that is why I worry about AI and where it is taking us.
I’m going to say something that might upset some people… yet I’m going to say it anyway… it’s not something written in stone… more a work in progress… Thinking… pondering out loud and I will be happy to hear other people’s thoughts about it as in my opinion it is one of the Biggest questions of our times… it has to do with AI and protecting Individual rights… and democracy… and defending Truth. It has to do with how fast technology is being developed… and deployed… with almost no public discussion… little debate… and virtually no legal protections of rights.
Companies and governments are taking full advantage of *the vacuum* of Public discourse that might lead to the formulation *of Rules*… *of Laws* that might prevent Governments and businesses utilizing Technology as they currently are using it and or plan to use it… eg a cashless society, digital currency based upon Digital Identification using such things as retina scans… and now I’m getting to the thorny part… AI generated ‘videos’ that Take a persons *image* … indistinguishable from them… add their voice in their exact tones… and proceed to produce a fraudulent video (maybe having sex) or whatever.
Most people here on X will have already linked what I’m saying to the New Law made by California Governor Newsom which makes it illegal to make what he calls ‘Fake AI Election videos’.
All the way from the top (Elon Musk) people have mocked him for this saying he’s ‘violating free speech’… ‘making humour illegal’ etc… the idea being that the use of AI in this way is no different that someone drawing a cartoon or acting in a satirical spoof… yet I’m not so sure.
I worry this attitude fails to grasp just how dangerous AI is in this type of domain… how it might *really be used for serious Frauds… frame ups… and yes… to pervert democracy.
I wonder if lets say there had been time for a thorough public discourse that what AI really represents might be better understood… and rules put in place to protect freedom… protect truth… and curtain frightening powers from being deployed against the citizenry?
I’m wondering if there is a fundamental difference between Cartoons/ traditional satire etc… and the Use of AI which can be indistinguishable from real life?
Has a line been crossed?
Do we fundamentally have a right to… own our own image/name? (as distinguishable from a drawing or a lookalike?)
Ie is it false to say banning election AI videos is a violation of freedom? Could it not instead be a very essential protection of individual rights necessary to enact in law now that Pandora’s box has been opened?
Could it be that all AI videos should lawfully carry an AI icon in the corner to make it clear these videos are computer generated and not real recordings?
Maybe that is what is needed to cage this beast that is about to run amok and be used and abused by the powerful and unscrupulous alike?
Come on people… surely I can’t be the only one who can see that anarchy is prevailing at present… and that that is what people like the WEF are happy about because it means they can set up their tyrannical systems free from any bothersome legal restrictions founded upon individual rights!
I am certainly no Newsom fan… yet I dare to ask the question whether he was actually right about this one.

It is a thought crime to be critical of the ‘Official narrative’… ie… to question the presumption that colonisation was a gigantic racist crime committed against Maori.
The Maori King has actively participated in pushing this narrative, esp in respect to the city of Hamilton… seeking to tear down it’s monuments, efface it’s street names etc.. all part of an ideology of ‘De-colonisation’ whereby Non Maori New Zealanders and their history and their culture are being systematically denigrated and maligned.
Not a single admission that Maori have greatly profited from colonisation is ever admitted.

The Impetus for this ‘Waitangi’ of the tribes in Ngaruawhia was to discuss and plot what united resistance they intend to mount against the newly formed National-Act-NZ First coalition government that ran for election on promises to halt the Radical Ardern Labour He Pua Pua Agenda she was imposing without mandate from the people of New Zealand… much to their alarm… and for which the people of New Zealand spoke at election time 2023.
Under Ardern Maori Radicalism and institutionalized racism was expanded at a truly staggering pace.
All government departments became Maorified to the point that the average New Zealander did not even know what they stood for any more!
She sought to rob New Zealanders of their control over water… and so much more… All in the dead of night… Employing every trick in the book… the least transparent government ever!
Disgrace: Ex NZ PM Radical Socialist Jacinda Ardern who deserted her party by quitting her post, and hypocritically accepted a Damehood.
By far New Zealand’s worst and most disastrous Prime minister she was however loved by the radical tribal interests and Neo-marxist academics who hate Traditional New Zealand and sought to disfigure and destroy it.
Ardern could see the writing was on the wall and jumped ship rather than face sacking for her treasonous activities by an angry population.
She got off lightly, yet the damage she did… the racial divisions she exacerbated… and the riches and power she apportioned to tribal interests has now placed race relations in dire jeopardy as those vested interests whom have become accustom to enjoying such political advantages will be willing to go extreme lengths to keep hold of them.
Winston Peters (NZ First party), PM Chris Luxon (National Party) , and David Seymour (Act Party) all rode into office promising to end Ardern’s Racial Political Agenda, and to reverse much of what she and previous governments had done.
Now is the time they must deliver on these promises, yet rest assured Waitangi Apartheid will not be dismantled without courage, and unwavering resolve in the face of extreme resistance that could at times spill over into violent protest.
This is what the big Hui is all about!

Note also that the Racist radical movement… those who primarily vote for the Maori Party or the Greens do not represent the Maori people but are a minority.
It must be remembered that most Maori are not even registered on the separatist Maori electoral roll but choose to be on the general roll with their fellow Kiwis.
The separatists intend to make it very difficult for the New Government to reform our apartheid system.

When it comes to protesting no other single interest lobby group is as well organized or as willing to resort to violence as the Maori Radicals are.
Not even the Radical environmentalists.
The unspoken truth is that Maori Radicalism poses by far the greatest threat to the safety and well being of the New Zealand public.

Depending on how committed the new government is to pushing back institutionalised racial separatism will determine just how extreme the lengths will be that the rabid separatists will go.

There are already signs that they are not up to the task… that they will falter… that they will not bind themselves together in an oath to fulfill their election promises and work to put an end to the Waitangi extortion racket, but instead will vacillate and engage in petty politics… none the less those of us Kiwis who are committed to those ends, must put aside any past angst we may harbour about National-Act-NZ First.. and use all our strength, hearts, and minds to embolden them to take on this formidable and urgent task of ending Treaty Separatism and grievance… once and for all!

I agreed with much of your address (You tube vid below). I understand your concerns. Many of your insights were legitimate, yet appreciate that 50 years of the politics of separatism has created a divide that makes everything seem like ‘Us against them’, yet that most certainly is not how things should be.
New Zealanders interests are not at variance with each other. We should all respect each others rights as equals.
I am a messenger of good will. I have a message Maori leadership needs to hear because if they truly care about their people’s wellbeing and future rather than just political power for themselves I have a transformative message that has the potential to deliver great gains that Socialism and separatism has utterly failed to deliver.
This is why I have a clear conscience, and speak with boldness, and with urgency. Because as long as the lies and hate that underpin treaty separatism are maintained… the people suffer.
Was there anyone at your Hui who proposed these ideas?
If not the people were not given a full perspective, nor are all options for today’s political climate being considered.
As a Maori Libertarian and Christian I sincerely believe it is in everyone’s best interest… esp Maori to bring Treaty separatism and grievance to an end.
I am willing to lay out how freedom and equality will in no way hinder Maori from full enjoyment of their Culture, on the contrary it will remove from it an association with nasty racist politics.
I believe Maori Leadership can be transformed away from sowing race hate and social unrest towards harmony and true self-empowerment and that this is the real remedy for Maori problems with vice, poverty, and crime because it puts an end to *the victimhood mentality* that is propagated by the Anti-colonisation propagandists, It explodes the myth that politicians and governments are the source of wellbeing and prosperity, and at last makes each individual Maori responsible for their own moral outcomes, and future prosperity.

I won’t pander to defeatist cowards who don’t have the Balls to stand behind the Brave Freedom Heroes who have put themselves in the fight.
Lets be clear about this…. If you vote for any of the parties that supported Vax mandates and lockdowns (including Act, and NZ First), you will no longer have the right to complain about these evils.
*You* are the problem if you intend to support these evil F237$!
Vote for one of the new parties who are expressly for your rights or shut TF up!
The only way you can maintain your integrity and maintain any claim to be part of the Resistance to the Woke Covid Climate change Globalist’s is if you vote for one of The New Small Freedom parties… Not National. Not Act. Not NZ First.
The most common gripe I hear as to why many people think voting for one of the small New Freedom parties is ‘a waste of your vote’ is because they don’t think any of them will get past the 5% threshold to get people into parliament.
This is Bogus! Not only is it a self-fulfilling/ self-defeatist stupidity… in reality it does not matter if a party gets 5% to still be a valuable vote!
It sure would be nice to get straight into parliament, but The truth is they only need 3-4% to remain a viable fighting force after the election and set them in good stead for growing to cross the line *next election*.
This is a long term game.
Not to appreciate this is plain Naïve.
It takes a monumental amount of work and effort to build credibility and get a party across the line. These parties are only at first base.
*They need us to vote for them* so that they will take heart and carry on the fight long term.

Symbolic of many New Zealanders outrage and disgust for Jacinda Ardern’s catastrophic governance of our country over the past 6 years.

A friend sent me an email asking who I’m voting for this election.
My reply follows… This is difficult to write as by declaring my views, it will cause some people I respect do be disappointed that I have not come out in full support of them or their team.
This is not because I don’t in support them… the problem is *the Freedom moment is fractured*, making it a nightmare for people like myself who does no want to be part of this this division and wants to work to unite as many Freedom advocates together as we can for under a democracy there is strength in numbers.
Divided we fall.
That this is true has effected my leanings for this election.
I know many friends will disagree with my recommendations below.
This is why freedom and tolerance are essential for friendships and society.
If after the election a single party stands head and shoulders above the rest, that is most likely to be where I will support moving forward.
As the election is close I don’t believe I can sit on the fence in indecision any more… so I’m revealing my preference now for others to contemplate my rationale.
I will still vocally support *These small parties* right up to the elections, and I wish them all success.
Each of them has their merits, and true Freedom advocates whom have my deep respect.
Note: What follows is a reply to an old friend. It’s not meant to be Razor sharp and unassailable… It’s lightweight.

This election is a terrible mess for those of us who want New Zealand to return to ‘the good old days’ of freedom, tolerance, etc.
In my opinion *All* the parties and politicians currently in parliament are corrupt and guilty of complicity with the radical woke agenda, Covid tyranny, massive debt, and expansion of racism. all of which are the legacy of Jacinda Ardern selling our country out to the World Economic Forum and the Great Reset.
So I will not vote for *Any of them*. I hold both National and Act, and New Zealand First as all guilty.
Yet where does that leave me?
The people of New Zealand are most likely to vote our Labour, and they will be replaced with a National-Act Government.
This will be an improvement on the Labour madness but not as great a reform as is needed, and will not save our country from the tentacles of the WEF.
Out of fear that Labour might win, many freedom people will be voting for Nat/Act.
I won’t.
The reasons being 1. They do not deserve our votes.
They will not hold inquiries into the evils of the past 6 years because the themselves went along with those evils… so they will continue the great lies… and we will be in danger of more lockdowns when ever any so-called ‘new Covid strains’ are announced.
2. There are several small new parties that have been formed by good freedom fighters who need support,
Parties that want to fix the real problems.
Parties that want to have investigations and hold the guilty to account.
Parties that actually champion *my Freedom and equality values*
It would be immoral for me to turn my back on these heroic good parties out of fear and vote for Nat/Act.
New Zealand desperately needs *New Blood* in parliament and there are some excellent Heroic New Zealanders who have stepped up.
The sad thing is they have not formed a single strong united party,
These are head strong individuals and there are personality clashes,
So they are leading their own parties, against each other. splitting / weakening the Freedom vote.
Its a real shame… The established parties can celebrate because our division in the freedom movement is self-defeating.
The parties…
The Leighton Baker Party.
The New Conservatives.
Democracy New Zealand.
NZ Loyal.
Freedoms New Zealand.
As the election approaches internal squabbles cause some of these parties to self destruct.
I still have not made a final decision as to which of these I will vote for.
Yet one will get my party vote.
If any of them have a candidate in Hamilton West. They will get my candidate vote.
If they were united we could guarantee that party would easily get past the 5% mark and into parliament, yet because they are fractured It makes it very hard… and fewer people will vote for any of them because they ‘think’ to do so ‘is a wasted vote’.
I think that is 100% wrong!
New Zealand needs to get new people into parliament. People who believe and support freedom, national independence, defends free speech, defends of our rights to chose our own medical treatments, racial equality before the law, and prohibit the education system from Woke indoctrination,
This being so I will be voting for one of these new parties, and even if they only get 3% I will stand by my vote and be happy I voted for them.
The more of us who do this the stronger result they will get, and it will uphold them to remain in the fight for the next election.
Hopefully some of them will be able to get over their differences and Unite, making them much stronger for 2026.
I may then put myself back in the game too.
The Freedoms New Zealand Party is a coalition of groups with Brian Tamaki and Lawyer Sue Grey.
This party will get a strong result. Some people don’t like Brian Tamaki… understandable… yet the man has done much to show he is for Freedom and New Zealand. Sue Grey is another wonderful Freedom fighter.
New Zealand would be much better off with these people in parliament.

Democracy NZ has an Ex National Party MP (Matt King) as Leader, and was doing extraordinarily well with a good chance of getting in to parliament, yet had a big implosion which caused a big loss of support.
New Conservatives have been in the game for several elections. They are an established party, I voted for them last time. Yet after the last election they spat the dummy and lost a lot of their top people… including Leighton baker, who now has his own party. Despite these things I have been strongly considering voting for them again.
The last election was *super suspect*.to the degree I believe there is evidenced of election fraud… I blogged about this evidence… (see Link below)
So My friend… that is how I read the cards as of today.
It really is a difficult choice.
I’m leaning towards *Freedoms New Zealand.* with one caveat… I need to clarify their position on *Co-governance*.
For me resolute opposition to that is morally non-negotiable.
I believe they have a fair chance at getting 5%, I believe their structure will allow them to assimilate some of the other parties into their coalition group… which I believe is the way forward.
This does not mean I have anything against the other small parties… I would love to support them all. Yet that can’t be done.
I have made some efforts to contact some of these parties yet received no feed back.
None of them have approached me to join them… another small party did yet it will not be registered this election, and I declined.
I have contemplated standing as an independent, yet to be fair I don’t have the spare resources to do that.

It would have been easier to make a choice… for everyone… if there was one stand out party that clearly had the greater share of top notch candidates, and popular support, yet that is not the case. All the choices have virtues and vises, strengths and weaknesses.
For example I have spent years criisising Brian Tamaki’s political antics over the last 2 decades, yet now I am considering giving his party my vote.
I believe both himself and Sue Grey have stepped up over the recent Tyranny and Woke madness of the Arden Regime and absolute lack of opposition from National and Act.
*Freedom* has become their watchword… so though undoubtedly I will not agree with many of Brian and Sues ideas and opinions, I do not hesitate to suggest that New Zealand would be much much better off with them in parliament compared to the shysters we now suffer.
They are fighting for our Freedom and Rights, and National Sovereignty… which is essential if we New Zealanders are to maintain of Democratic society in which we choose how our country will be governed… not a committee of Evil Foreign Dictators.
Friends, I know you appreciate how important this election is. You desire to make your votes count. So do I. I will not waiver from calling you all out should you decide to vote for Ardern’s collaborators Act, National, NZ First! There are Freedom Heroes who need our support!
