The Verdict is in… as predicted… ‘Closing the Gaps’ Socialism has been a disaster for Maori and New Zealand as a whole.

various-012

The Verdict is in… as predicted… ‘Closing the Gaps’ Socialism has been a disaster for Maori and New Zealand as a whole.
The New Zealand Herald reported ….

“A 12-year-old girl hiding in a kindergarten after midnight was bitten by a police dog when she did not respond to an officer’s calls.

The child was one of 29 youths to have police dogs used against them in just six months, a statistic the Children’s Commissioner says is “surprising” and the Maori Party says is “completely unacceptable”.

Tactical Operations police data obtained by the Herald on Sunday shows youths made up 20 per cent of incidents where dogs were used. Of those youths, more than 60 per cent stated their ethnicity as Maori.

In general, Maori were 12 times as likely to face a dog as Pakeha.

Maori were also more likely to be hit by a baton, shot with a taser or blasted with pepper spray, the statistics showed. Overall, a person who was Maori was seven times more likely to incur the use of police force than Pakeha. Pacific Islanders were also more likely to encounter force, at a rate of 3-1.”

*******

Now these are absolutely socking statistics esp in light of the fact that Maori only make up approximately 15% of the population!

What the hell is going on here?
I see several factors are at play.

It may surprise some readers that though I am a Libertarian, I don’t hesitate to join chorus with my political antagonists the Maori Party in leveling heavy condemnation against the Police for their atrocious unprofessionalism with regards to their use of gratuitous violence.
There is virtually no excuse to release your attack dog on children of any race.
Wearing a badge is no excuse for such horrific behavior reminiscent of the very worst dictatorships.

Such Evil police work *must contribute to future Social troubles as their victims grow up believing (rightly) the system to be evil*…

Nanny State has corrupted the Police force by denying the principles of Individual Rights and Liberties, and the fact that the State is not our Master… but our servants.
The Police are no longer guided by the principles of Justice but have become the enforcers of Party political Agendas,

Read how Legalized force attracts Thugs and Bullies …Here.

Yet an even greater condemnation must be leveled at the Maori party themselves and their Co-conspirators in National, Labour, and the Greens all of whom have an even more fundamental culpability in these atrocious statistics than the police do.

The truth is that even after we taken due consideration of the detrimental affects of terrible policing into account… we are still left with the stark fact that the ongoing state of Maori criminality is flourishing under decades of politically manufactured conditions that were supposed to alleviate them!

In fact *The Police themselves* undoubtedly have their side of the story to tell of Rampant Juvenile delinquency and crime from Maori Youth and Adults completely out of proportion to their numerical presence.
The Police are at the Blunt end of decades of atrocious parenting by Maori, an absolutely shocking lack of teaching and mentoring of personal ethics, leading to Inter-generational criminality…. all fostered by a Multi-billion dollar failure of Political social engineering.

In what alternate reality do academics exist in which they expect to gain positive social outcomes from teaching Maori Boys to take pride in themselves as being ‘Staunch Warriors’,yet also that they and their people are the victims of systemic Pakeha Greed and oppression?
What you get is poisoned violent and hateful minds… full of blame and a desire for UTU.
Exactly the political capital you want if your aims are to foster separatism and grievance rather than Social harmony.

************************
We cannot expect the Maori or Mana party to change their stripes yet I ask at what point will socialists of both National and Labour admit their social experiments on Maori dont work but actually make life much worse?
By what yardstick… if even Pragmatic experience let alone Just principles have not sufficient weight for them to realise their socialism does not improve the living standards of the underclass… but only serves to ensnare them in greater dependence … and corrodes self reliance and self responsibility like a potent Caustic?
Do they even give a damn?
I suspect the only thing they really care about is keeping hold of political power at any price!
Only via Blind stupidity and a malevolent hatred for Freedom, and capitalism can Centerist leaning socialists of both the left and right continue to peddle there failed policies and erroneous ideology.

Rampant Nanny State Socialism had been picking up momentum for many many decades before I took an interest in politics.
Yet even as a novice in things political I could see huge problems from having suffered first hand the evils of Nanny State… and intuitively began my quest for more freedom, less Government.
By 2000 I had joined the Libertarianz Party, right when Helen Clark announced Her policies for ‘Closing the Gaps’… it was what she called one of her Labour Governments ‘Flag ships’

Read here… ‘Closing the gaps: giving all New Zealanders a chance to participate.’

Prime Minister Helen Clark said today that the government’s determination to close the economic and social gaps which have developed between Mäori and Pacific people and other New Zealanders, is vividly reflected in the Budget.

“The government has identified these gaps as one of the greatest challenges facing the country,” Helen Clark said.

“Unless we start addressing this problem we will permanently consign a section of our people to the economic scrapheap, and risk a breakdown of social order and cohesion.

“No country can get ahead if a significant proportion of its citizens are left behind….” read more

The Wahine.

It was and is a ship of fools. (Closing the Gaps)

All along My Libertarian Colleagues and my self warned of the ship wreak that inevitability lay ahead by continuing on these co ordinates… We knew it with certainty…. and we despaired for the suffering we knew must befall those vulnerable people targeted by this race based Nanny statism… yet we were painted by the Media and others as heartless because we refused to endorse welfarism, and Special treatment for Maori… yet Reality has vindicate us… we were right… and our warnings were benevolent… and those pretending to be the ‘Caring ones’… have proven to be 100% failures… and of malevolent hearts because they refuse to change course in the face of overwhelming evidence that Socialism is Bankrupt.

17 years after Helen Clark spoke about ‘Closing the gaps’ virtually all key sociological measurements show that Maori are not prospering despite all the so-called Treaty settlements, the Billion dollar Whanau Ora initiatives, the Positive descriptive legislation… all the so-called renaissance in Maori Culture…

All this Institutional racism that comes from a political class of activist Maori wracked with a sadistic Racist bigotry… and their sympathetic opposite… a faction of masochistic Pakeha in the mainstream parties that impose a collective guilt trip on the bulk of New Zealanders who are in reality guilty of nothing more than being born Non-Maori… and whom are expected to be contented with being rendered second class citizens.

The Irony is that all this political dis-advantage leveled against Pakeha is that it has tended to make them much less reliant on the State than Maori… more self-reliant… more self-responsible… and thereby far healthier… far better standards of living… far more personal success… and far less criminal… thus far less likely to suffer at the hands of a dysfunctional Police force that has lost its way… on so many levels.

The Socialist recipe of positive discrimination for Maori may have gotten them their own State TV Stations, Their own Universities and Polyteks, They may even have control of great Economic powerhouses like fisheries and Shopping malls… which of course brings wealth to tribal and political elites… Yet down where the ordinary people dwell the story is completely different.

The Victim mindset that Maori are being spoon fed by their political class from above whom profit from the growing racial segregation and grievance industry … drizzled with copious helpings of a sence of entitlement for the un-earned… topped off with the Poison Cherry of being molly coddled via legal favoritism… massive special interest bureaucracies, and easier access to Government handouts… has not closed the Gaps… but entrenched them in misery!
The truth is being taught that your lowly condition has nothing to do with your personal ethics and responsibility… and instead the system encourages Blame and makes it easier to get access to and become dependent upon welfare, etc only serves to guarantee those ordinary Maori who buy into all the rubbish about being oppressed… will never lift themselves out of the hole they are in… and where poverty and lack of the ethics of self responsibility have become a cultural norm… We can absolutely predict with mathematical precision that Criminality will thrive there.

And this is precisely what we see in the Statistics.
This is what the Statistics prove.

Maori TV is nothing more than a propaganda machine designed to keep Maori ensnared as pawns in the games being played by the vile racists and Professional griever Lobbyists whom capitalise from maintaining Racial division and tensions.

******************************

The only way to reverse this downward spiral for Maori, and save their Children from the vicious Jaws of Police Hell hounds and Thugs in Uniforms is not merely to retrain the Police… throwing out the Unfit personality types that now infest the force…But most importantly to Reverse *all the Nanny state Socialist Laws and institutions* that must in turn be substituted with an ethos of self- reliance and responsibility on equal terms with everyone else … absolutely smashing the toxic policies of Dependence and grievance.

This is incontrovertible!
Socialism is an absolute Failure!
Worse!
Socialism is an Evil Political Scam!
Yet we can guarantee that the Socialists in Politics and the vested interest employed in their engines of State will *never admit* that their policies are harming Maori, or that Freedom and Equality before the law will provide the optimum social environment for Maori to work their own way up and out of this Socially engineered trap they have been led into.

The ultimate charade about socialism is their claim of being an Ideology for those with caring hearts!
In reality Socialism is a hotbed of Special interest of the lowest character… coming from a Malevolent hatred of personal freedom and responsibility and Capitalism.
Socialists are Crack addicted to political power and Nanny State coercion esp over the economic sphere… while maintaining a pretension of caring for the underclass.
Little wonder as Satan himself appears to the gullible as an Angel of light.
Maori are not a victim of Pakeha Greed… But of the Greed and malice of their own Political Class!

Its time to end all the racial separatism and Nannyism!
Not only for Justices sake… but for the sake of the Next Generations of Maori… and New Zealanders as whole whom suffer the effects of a Maori Crime wave, and expense of out of control welfare dependency.

If you are not moved by the facts to abandon Treaty separatism and Nanny state welfarism and coercion you can have no claim to either the moral high ground or pragmatic Humanity.
That ground clearly belongs (as it always has) to the Libertarians…the advocates of Racial Equality before the Law… and more Freedom, and less Government.

Libertraianism is a socially concerned political ideology that understands there are no political short cuts… no conflict between just principle and the best pragmatic outcomes… and that he who truly governs best… governs least.

P.S… I could go on and on about how Nanny state destroys lives.
Eg We could discuss how the war on Drugs is so disproportionately detrimental to Maori yet ironically their Political class are again at the forefront of maintaining and extending the oppressive war that criminalizes people and causes them to despise the Law, and society.
So there are plenty of injustices to rise against… yet they have nothing to do with institutional racism *against Maori*.
Like most socialist tyranny it is sold under the pretense of being for our own good.

Won’t somebody else please feed the children?

I got an email from Metiria Turei, co-leader of the Greens.

Education is the best route out of poverty. But hungry kids can’t learn and are left trapped in the poverty cycle. Let’s break that cycle lunchbox by lunchbox. We can feed the country’s hungry kids, if we work together.

692ef837-39b3-4ced-9d6c-36d90db046c0

I have taken over the Feed the Kids Bill which Hone Harawira introduced to Parliament. The Bill is at a crucial stage of its progress – part way through its First Reading – and may be voted on as early as next Wednesday 5 November.

The way the numbers stack up in the new Parliament the Bill will be voted down unless we can persuade the National Party to change its position and support it to go to Select Committee.

If the Bill goes to Select Committee, MPs will be able hear from  parents, kids, teachers and others about what they think are the best solutions for feeding hungry kids at school. There are lots of ideas about how school food could be delivered and who should get it. The key thing is to have the public debate about addressing child poverty, and come up with the best solution for helping hungry kids.

Please help this happen, by emailing John Key, asking that National support my Bill at least to Select Committee.

Because of the potentially short timeframe, you’ll need to send your emails as soon as possible and before Monday 3 November at the latest.

I’m probably not going to email John Key but if I did I wouldn’t be urging him not to support the bill. At least, not on its First Reading. If National Party MPs vote for the bill on its First Reading, it can go to the Select Committee stage. I agree with Turei that

The key thing is to have the public debate about addressing child poverty, and come up with the best solution for helping hungry kids.

Won’t somebody else please feed the children? No doubt the best long-term solution for helping hungry kids is not state food. But as quick-fix statist solutions go this one is surely unexceptionable. Paying state(-funded) schools to feed hungry kids is an advance on paying state(-funded) parents to feed them, isn’t it? The Bill targets the funding for school food at Decile 1 and 2 schools, too. The Feed the Kids program could probably be nearly fully funded by concomitant deductions in the benefits or WFF tax breaks of the parents of those children attending the schools in question. Isn’t this an advance for “a hand up, not a handout” safety net state welfare system? Or am I missing some serious unintended consequences?

I went to primary school in the U.K. in the early ’70s. We had school milk at morning break and school dinners at lunchtime. Morning milk was a third pint of silver top, and lunch was typically a dollop of mince meat, a dollop of mashed potatoes and a spoonful of (mushy?) peas. Followed by a serving of stodgy pudding and watery custard. All lovingly served by the matronly school dinner ladies. It all seemed perfectly normal, because it was. (But then came Thatcher the Milk Snatcher …)

Dinner ladies serving lunch at a school in Derby.

While our MPs debate the merits or otherwise of the bill, and alternative statist approaches such as the existing “income management” regime, my thoughts are with the children who continue to go to school without breakfast or lunch. Children like the early John Banks who grew up in poverty in the 1950s. “Of course, I support sandwiches and food in schools,” says Banks. “I would have loved some sandwiches and some food in schools, but that is not the answer.”

So what is the answer?

According to Banks, the way out of child poverty is children living in homes “with unconditional love, and I never knew anything about that,” and having access to a world-class education. But the state cannot provide unconditional love.

According to the Bible, it comes down to us. James tells us simply

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. (NIV)

Children whose parents send them to school sans breakfast and lunch are, in effect, orphans. Won’t somebody please feed the children?

Cannibalising the cannabis vote (Part 2)

The Aotearoa Legalise Cannabis Party‘s electorate candidates did well in last Saturday’s general election. (See Part 1.) But the ALCP’s share of the party vote was down.

The 2014 GENERAL ELECTION – PRELIMINARY RESULT gives us 0.41% of the party vote. That’s roughly 20% down on 2011’s final result of 0.52%, and pretty much back to where we were in 2008. (But we’re projected to be 0.45% after special votes are counted.)

With cannabis law reform happening in many jurisdictions around the world (e.g., Jamaica, Uruguary, Colorado, Washington) and the “synthetic cannabis” industry derailing itself this year here in New Zealand, cannabis law reform was supposed to have been much more of an election issue. But it wasn’t. So what happened?

Before we get to that, let’s take a look at our party vote performance in previous MMP elections. The ALCP first contested the general election in 1996, which was New Zealands first under the Mixed-Member Proportional system. (See NEW ZEALAND ELECTION RESULTS.)

Year 1996 1999 2002 2005 2008 2011 2014
Percent 1.66 1.10 0.64 0.25 0.41 0.52 0.41

The 1996 general election saw the ALCP’s best party vote result. Subsequently, its vote share steadily declined to an all-time low of 0.25% three elections later in 2005. It’s risen since then, to 0.52% of the party vote in 2011. Last Saturday’s result is a slight dip, but as much as 20% down on 2011’s result nonetheless. How to explain all this?

I think a big part of the explanation is obvious. After 1996 and again after 1999, cannabis law reform voters came to the realisation that a vote for the ALCP was a “wasted” vote. Wasted in the sense that it was extremely unlikely that the ALCP would ever reach the 5% threshold and have MPs enter Parliament. Nonetheless, a vote for the ALCP is worthwhile as a protest vote, worthwhile because protesting is worthwhile and it’s absolutely clear what AlCP voters are protesting about: cannabis prohibition.

But cannabis law reformers want more than just to protest, they also want to effect change. And I think another part of the explanation of the decline in the ALCP’s party vote share in 2002 and 2005 is that the cannabis vote was cannibalised by the Green Party. In 1996 Nandor Tanczos and Metiria Turei were candidates on the ALCP’s list. In 1999 Nandor Tanczos was on the Green Party’s list and entered Parliament. By 2002 it was obvious to cannabis law reform voters that in the dreadlocked skateboarding Rastafarian MP the CLR cause had a champion in Parliament, and in 2002 Nandor Tanczos was joined by Metiria Turei (after her 1999 stint with the McGillicuddy Serious Party). (Nandor Tanczos has since left the toxic hellhole that is New Zealand’s Parliament. Metiria Turei remains and is now the Green Party’s co-leader with Russel Norman.)

I confess that I party voted Green once (I’m pretty sure it was in 2002) and for exactly the reason just outlined. I’m sorry. 🙁

Giving my CLR vote to the Greens turned out to be a mistake. (Even though in my book Nandor Tanczos was, and still is, cool.) It was a mistake for two reasons. Because, beyond legalising a couple of strains of industrial hemp, the Greens have done nothing for cannabis law reform despite having had Parliamentary representation for 18 years now. And my vote for the watermelons (green on the outside, red on the inside) no doubt helped further their far-left agenda. Fortunately, in 2003 I saw the light of liberty, identified as a libertarian, and joined the Libertarianz Party. 🙂

Fast forward to 2014 and the cannabis vote was again cannibalised. This time by the Internet Party who basically copied the ALCP’s cannabis policy (stopping only just short of full, Colorado-style legalisation) and announced it barely two weeks out from the election. With much song and dance, since Internet Party leader Laila Harre’s partner in crime, the Mana Movement’s leader Hone Harawira, balked and gave the Internet Party’s policy pronouncement a great deal of extra publicity. (See, e.g., Internet Mana leaders fall out over weed and Mana leader angry at cannabis plan.)

It’s hard to tell how many party votes went to the Internet Mana Party that would otherwise have gone to the ALCP, given that the IMPs gained only 1.26% of the party vote (although projected to rise to 1.37% after special votes are counted). I’d like to think it was at least as many party votes as we lost compared to our 2011 election result.

This time I wasn’t anywhere near stupid or unprincipled enough to give my party vote to the IMPs. But those who were and did also made an electoral mistake. We witnessed InternetMana self-destructing over cannabis policy. Hone Harawira lost his (inaptly named) Te Tai Tokerau seat to Labour’s Kelvin Davis, and so all those CLR voters who voted IMPs flushed their party votes straight down the toilet. They should have protested instead! Then at least we’d know that they voted for cannabis law reform.

Regardless, perhaps John Key will hear the CLR message and legalise cannabis in the Fifth National Government’s third Parliamentary term.

What’s The Likelihood of Cannabis Law Reform in John Key’s Third Term?

Cannibalising the cannabis vote (Part 1)

The Aotearoa Legalise Cannabis Party took a big hit in Saturday’s general election. I don’t mind saying that I’m somewhat disappointed. (It’s my party – I’m the Vice President – and I’ll cry if I want to.)

The 2014 GENERAL ELECTION – PRELIMINARY RESULT gives us 0.41% of the party vote. That’s roughly 20% down on 2011’s final result of 0.52%, and pretty much back to where we were in 2008.

This time around was supposed to have been our election. With many jurisdictions around the world decriminalising (e.g., Jamaica) and some countries (Uruguay) and US states (Colorado, Washington) outright legalising, globally the tide has turned on cannabis prohibition. Consciousnesses were supposed to have been raised and cannabis law reform was supposed to have been much more of an election issue. But it wasn’t.

I was optimistic that we’d double our vote and achieve 1%. I never doubted that we’d stay safely above 0.5%. But we didn’t. So what went wrong?

Before we get to that, let’s take some big bong hits. All our candidates did well in their electorates, and their individual successes are worth celebrating.

Preliminary vote counts are highlighted in the table below, with some comparable figures from the NEW ZEALAND ELECTION RESULTS from the previous two general elections in 2011 and 2008. (Figures in brackets may not be the same candidate, the same electorate or the same party. Two out of the three.)

Candidate 2014 2011 2008 Electorate
KINGI, Emma-Jane Mihaere 838 703 Te Tai Tonga
DOMBROSKI, Jamie 608 439 New Plymouth
GRAY, Abe 466 (398) (483) Dunedin North
CRAWFORD, Julian 395 (398) (483) Dunedin South
WILKINSON, Robert 373 (254) (487) Christchurch Central
GOODE, Richard 332 332 (64) Mana
MANNING, Romana Marnz 307 352 Tukituki
McDERMOTT, Adrian 267 (319) Te Atatu
GREGORY, Alistair 258 (404) (407) Wellington Central
LYE, Jeff 221 (331) Kelston
(559) (788) Te Tai Tokerau
WILKINSON, Steven (203) 450 623 West Coast-Tasman
MACDONALD, Fred (107) 253 Otaki

Clear star of the show is Emma-Jane Kingi harvesting 838 votes in the southernmost Maori electorate of Te Tai Tonga. EJ, you rock! Also a very strong showing from Jamie Dombroski harvesting 608 votes in the New Plymouth electorate. Solid numbers too from the ALCP’s Leader Julian Crawford and Deputy Leader Abe Gray in the Dunedin South and Dunedin North electorates respectively. (The numbers in brackets are Julian’s results from 2011 and 2008 when he ran in the Dunedin North electorate.) And well done to budding newcomer Robert Wilkinson representing the party in the Christchurch Central electorate.

I’m happy enough with my own preliminary result of 332 votes in the Mana electorate. I expect a few more votes when the special votes are counted and the Electoral Commission announces the final results early next month. But my tally right now is exactly the same as last time. It’s significant that I got over 5 times as many votes standing under the ALCP banner this time and in 2011 as I did in 2008 when I was a Libertarianz Party candidate. Whose mast you nail your own colours to matters a great deal. I’ve included a couple of candidates in the table above who stood as ALCP candidates in previous elections, but who went their own ways this time. Both Steven Wilkinson and Fred Macdonald stood as Independents, and both more than halved their yields.

Satisfying results from our other candidates too, albeit slightly down on previous figures at this stage. I’d anticipated a few more votes for rising star Alistair Gregory who ran a stellar campaign in Wellington Central. In fact, the not quite comparable numbers in brackets are votes won in previous elections by Michael Appleby, the ALCP’s locally well-known leader and brand-recognised figurehead since the party’s inception in 1996 until he stood aside late last year. Suffice it to say, Ali had big shoes to fill.

But I think there’s another reason that Ali’s (and Jeff’s and Adrian’s) vote counts were down a little on previously (and also why Julian’s and Abe’s vote counts were steady despite Dunsterdam being this election’s ALCP campaign headquarters). They all had competition in their electorates from Internet Party candidates. Which brings me to what I think accounts for the significant drop in the ALCP’s party vote.

The Internet-Mana Party cannibalised the cannabis law reform vote. Read more in Part 2.

My speech for the 1Law4all party 2014 AGM. Tim Wikiriwhi. 17 June. Hamilton

Copy of me and Beaker 002
Me and My Maori Grandfather Autiti Wikiriwhi back in the late 80s

Below is the full script of a speech I wrote for the One law for All party AGM which was held tonite in Hamilton.
As usual I was still typing it out a few hours before I was due to speak.
That was when I realised I had got way too carried away for the 10-12 minutes I had been allocated, and so I had to substantially Edit it down, Yet I have decided to post the full script rather than relegate all the extra stuff to the dustbin.

I have inserted ***** at the beginning and end of the two sections which I did not deliver at the meeting.

Because I had little time to work on this, it is not as good as I would have liked it to be.

1law444all

Good evening Ladies and gentlemen,
As you already know, my name is Tim Wikiriwhi, and it is an honor to be invited to address your Party AGM.

I struggled to write my speech for you tonight, not only because I am doing long hours at work, but also because you are not my usual audience whom are most often unfamiliar with the common arguments against Waitangi separatism.

Over the past week, I have been stressing out, and only really started framing this speech last night, … thus I have had little time to polish it,or memorise any portions of it, and so I apologies in advance.

It’s a bit different.
My focus tonight is on moral truths and implications rather than historical facts and figures.
I focus largely on the here and now.
It is a personal perspective.

The last thing I wanted to do is to rabbit on about things that you are probably already well aware of.

I want to talk about some of my personal experiences, though tonight is not about me, not about promoting myself.
I simply wish to edify you with some of my personal insights.

I hope you will enjoy it.

I seek to encourage, and emboldened you all to act with fervor in achieving the noble cause of establishing Racial equality before the Law.
I hope to have added a few Arrows to your Quiver for the battle which lies ahead.
And I also hope to have laid out a few Challenging thoughts for you to Mull over.

Establishing One Law 4 all is a political Ideal I believe in very deeply,
and is a principle of justice which I am very passionate about.

While I am a fitting and turning engineer by trade, and work as a self employed Contract engineer, I am also both a Libertarian, and a Christian,
having studied history, philosophy, law and politics in my spare time.

And as a consequence of my private studies, I have been actively opposing treaty separatism for nearly 15 years.

I get my Maori ancestry from my Father, who is of both of Arawa and Ngapuhi decent.

Unfortunately he was very much like ‘Jake the Muss’, a violent alcoholic, whom abused my mother until she finally left him when I was about 4 years old.

My mother, my younger brother and sister, and I went and lived with our Pakeha Grandparents…. Which in it’s self was Providential in forming the person whom stands before you now, as these wonderful human beings came to have such a massive influence in my life.

I have not seen my Father since 1971.

He never bothered to fulfill any of his Duties, yet because this ugly business happened such a long time ago, I don’t hold any real animosity towards him.
He’s a stranger to me, yet I will make the point that there is no way that he can blame his Violence and alcoholism, and lack of contact with his children on Pakeha oppression!

I say that as an adult, he was fully responsible for his own behavior, which clearly demonstrated he possessed very skewed values, and a serious lack of personal ethics.

Maybe life was not easy for him… maybe my mother wasn’t perfect either, yet there is still no excuse for how he behaved.

Allan Duffs ‘Once were warriors’ truly is an Epic, which strikes a chord amongst many Maori people, who can relate to the truth of it.

There is indeed problems with booze and violence among a great many Maori people … yet if you really look at the message of Allan Duff… You see that he doesn’t blame this moral sickness on the Pakeha…. But on Maori men’s own lack of personal ethics and self-responsibility… and a sorry culture of violence which exists among Maori themselves.

I would like to suggest to you however that this lack of self responsibility to some degree may be also understood as an un-foreseen consequence of Nanny State social welfareism… which is a significant factor among Maori, as welfarism is not conducive to strengthening values about self-reliance and self-responsibility, but instead fosters a mindset of dependence and victimism,…. Blaming ‘others’…. Blaming ‘circumstances’ for not being able to support themselves, and for wallowing in drunken stupor.

I find it hard to see how More socialism… more dependence upon special government programs is supposed to cure this… though this is precisely what the Socialists prescribe.
If anything I say it must result in greater addiction, and heavier reliance on Government… not Self-empowerment in the true sense… not Liberty, and Self responsibility.

It breeds a political class that exists purely by political means.
And we see this happening not only via welfare dependence, but also with the vastly expanding Race based institutions of Government which are multiply under the Doctrines of ‘Treaty partnership’
This Social engineering has manufactured a massive vested interest in maintaining the doctrines of treaty separatism… and is frightening to contemplate.
The longer this process continues, the harder and more painful is the road back to true liberty and self reliance… out of government dependence and the re-establishment of equality before the law.
And the harder we can expect this growing vested interest to fight to maintain it’s political advantages.

Now while I pour scorn on the claims of ‘treaty injustice’ as being a legitimate excuse for Maori living at bottom of the social heap, I would never suggest that we live in a perfect society!

There is of course plenty of injustice…. Plenty of Evils in our society which need to be addressed, yet we must take care to correctly Identify them.
I would also suggest that most of the required remedial work rightly involves removing Bad rules and regulations, not adding more!

We need More Freedom, more self reliance, More voluntary community action… and less government.

With regards to Maori social statistics, I say New Zealanders have allowed themselves to be deceived via a mis-diagnosis of what really lies at the root of Maori poverty, crime and ill health.
Bad Medicine authored by the racist radical movement and their socialist allies … whom have a specific racist agenda to accrue Wealth and power.

When you think about it, It’s way too convenient to blame Maori Alcoholism and violence, etc on Pakeha for bringing booze with them on their ships, and blaming Maori lack of self-control as some sort of pitiful response to a greedy Pakeha scheme to suppress their culture, and dis-possess them of their lands.
Yet this is exactly what People like John Minto, and Tariana Turia have done.

It has been way too easy for such Ideas to be propagated by Political agitators who are taking full advantage of fatal faults within our democratic engines of State to their own devious advantage.

I am referring to our Apartheid electoral system and Race based seats in parliament , which allow Radical parliamentary hopefuls to vomit forth their lies and racism to bamboozle their captive section of society without having face the Democratic backlash of those outside their parishes…. whom they are maligning night and day.

It is imperative that these Racist seats which corrupt our democracy are abolished.

*************
The Separatist doctrines have been imbibed by the Mainstream political parties, and now are Official doctrine.

Socialists of both the left and the right expect New Zealanders to believe that Maori are not really responsible for their own actions…. Not responsible for their own poverty, but are the victims of a massive Race based political crime… which requires Political interventions to help them get back their feet.

I would like to point out to you that in reality
these doctrines have nothing to do with the Treaty of Waitangi.
This is pure Marxist anti-Western Imperialism in action.
The Treaty is merely a convenient tool by which to frame the Grievance industry.
Marx may be dead. The Soviet Union may have collapsed.
yet the Evil doctrines the invented to destroy western Capitalist civilization are alive and well and very popular in the Beehive.

What we a witnessing with regards to Treaty separatism is in fact a microcosm of Socialist democracy which is also going on in the Macro-scale Globally.

This whole treaty industry is typical Socialist Dogma.
It is a philosophy which relies upon dividing up society into various groups and treating them differently!
Creating special prohibitions against one section, and giving political favor and advantage to another!

Socialism functions by denying the principle of equality before the Law.
Socialists are forever making Laws which discriminate on the basis of Race, Sex, Age, Religion, etc etc, always growing the power and expense of running the government…. Forever increasing the burden upon the Tax-slaves backs.

It ought to be obvious that there is far more involved in achieving these goals that merely establishing Racial equality before the Law.
We need to thoroughly dismantle Nanny State.

*************^^^^
Of Course Alcoholism and violence is not monopolized by Maori alone!
These problems are Global, and there are plenty of Pakeha who also behave in these irresponsible and criminal ways.
They certainly are not ‘the victims of ‘British imperialism and greed’, thus exposing the lie that Maori Criminals and alcoholics are somehow a specially oppressed minority.

The fact is that it my Fathers problems…. Like those of all violent Drunks of every colour is fundamentally a serious lack of Personal ethics!…. and not anything at all to do with all the so-called ‘Violations of the treaty Rubbish’.
While Countless Millions have been siphoned out of the pockets of Taxpayers and hand over to enrich an aristocracy of Fat cats and Racist liars… the social statistics for Maori continue to wallow…. Esp in the area of Crime and imprisonment

Most of the ‘benchmarks’ listed as indicators by social scientists are in reality matters of personal Ethics and responsibility… and not the proper business of politicians and government interventions.

On the other hand Bad over-bearing Political interventions do reek havoc upon the populations they are imposed upon… and so it is little wonder that so many Maori are in Jail for violent crimes against tourists, Pakeha, and other Non Maori peoples…. When they have been fed the propaganda that they should envision themselves as Warriors, who are also victims of a Foreign invasion.

This is how the Political lies of Treaty separatism has generated a very Real Race hatred which is growing within the Radicalized Maori community…. And it is a Cancer upon their souls.
The Social unrest Treaty separatism is very real, and the only hope of remedy is by overthrowing the lies, and the Evil politics which generates this Race hatred, and replacing it with more enlightened and self-empowering values and ideals.

Of course I didn’t learn about the gigantic political scam that I call Waitangi apartheid through State education!

The socialists have used their virtual monopoly in Education to indoctrinate our youth with their racist propaganda.
They have been systematically brainwashing the youth of New Zealand… propagating a falsified History, and a diabolical race based political ideology for 40 years.
Thus today while older generations have witnessed this scandal taking place before their eyes, and can remember a time when New Zealanders were proud of their colonial heritage,
Sadly the Younger generations to a large extent, have been sold a completely distorted view.
They have been taught that Europeans Invaded New Zealand and Raped and pillaged the country out of sheer Greed.

The Real history of the Colonization of New Zealand is something very different.

One of the reasons that I am able to see what has happened is because I am Self-educated.
My Dear Deceased Pakeha Maternal Grandfather and my still living Grandmother were both teachers by trade, and they instilled in me a love of Books, and a love of learning.
I remember at 4th form Kelson Boys high school in the 1980’s, being forced to choose between Maori studies, and engineering… you could not do both, and my Maori Class teacher was keen for me to study Maori…. Both because I enjoyed the subject, and because of my blood, yet I chose to study engineering instead because I already had an Engineering apprentiship lined up…. I only needed to complete School certificate before I started.
When I think about that choice, I consider it a very near thing indeed!
Would I be standing here today had I decided to study ‘Maori’ instead of Engineering?
Or would I be speaking at The Internet Mana party AGM instead?
Ha ha ! 🙂
Chilling thought!

Such is the danger of giving Politicians such a powerful tool of social engineering (State schooling), and compulsory control over our children’s minds!
Via the education system, it has thoroughly contaminated the Media which instead of being a Vanguard for freedom, and a watchdog against Corrupt government activities, The so-called ‘Free press’ act as if they are on the Government pay roll.

It is because of the sheer scale with which the lies that underpin treaty separatism have been foistered upon the population, including that absolute repudiation of the principle of Equality before the law… the Socialist doctrine of ‘Indigenous rights’ which is an ‘Anti-British imperialism doctrine specifically invented with the purposeful intent of Dividing and conquering western nations for Marxism… that the task ahead for the 1law4all party is so challenging.
This truly is an ideological struggle.

Thankfully after Decades to Racism and extortion, a large percentage of New Zealanders have had enough!
There has been an awakening, and so a sizable number are questioning the injustice of being treated as second class citizens in their own country and why they are being expected to Pay for supposed ‘wrongs’ committed generations before they were even born, to people claiming to have been wronged… Generations before they were even born.

My Pakeha Grandfather John Steele Clark was an Anglican Minister and an Awsome Dude.
He married me to my wife Joy at Mclarens Falls Tauranga in 2002

You can read about him >>>Here<<< ********************************** I am afraid that I am fast running out of time, and regret that there is so much more about these Issues I would love to discuss with you. Hopefully I will be invited to talk to you again. Yet I must quickly lay out a few final words. The truth, and the moral High ground are on your side and they are very powerful Allies! You are not racists, but are fighting a heavily entrenched and politically manufactured Racism. I wish to give you my Maori Blessing upon your cause… It is Just. It is Honorable…. And it is urgent. Not only to restore justice for Pakeha, and other Non-Maori Kiwis, but also for Maori themselves! I sincerely believe this. Equality, Freedom and justice are a boon for everyone. They are the essentials for a Free and civil society. I believe New Zealand desperately needs a written constitution which lays down the principles of Equality, Freedom, and Limited Government so as to protect the individual rights of everyone…. Irrespective of race… This is essential because it is in this way that we can assure Maori that they have nothing to fear from ending treaty separatism, and getting rid of the Racist electoral system. They can know that their equal rights and liberties are protected from mobocratic rule just like every other minority, and under Freedom and equality, they may pursue their own happiness, and revel in their own culture to their hearts desire… as long as they are prepared to accept the flipside of the coin of Justice which has liberty stamped on one side, and personal responsibility stamped on the other. And this alone is the way forward for Maori as individuals out of the social mire. If Maori are to prosper they must forsake the delusion that they are victims of some Grand crime… and throw off that Racist chip which has been foisted upon their shoulders by the Machiavellian Political charlatans in their midst. Maori need a new self image… not based upon Racial pride, but instead upon a self belief that they are Equals, and that they can, and ought to take care of themselves and prosper in Freedom. Maori need to learn the Glory and Blessings of living in a nation which has One Law for All. Thank you for listening. Tim Wikiriwhi

Be kind to Hone Harawira

1540496_10151913459877671_2098496614_o

Hone Harawira wants to execute legal high retailers, reports Whale Oil.

According to the New Zealand Herald, families demand scrapping of legal-high laws, but Mana Party Leader and Te Tai Tokerau MP Hone Harawira wants to take things a whole lot further.

Mana MP Hone Harawira … said drug retailers should be killed.

“If there is one law I could pass, it would be line up the guys who are making the most money out of this legal drug stuff, put them on TV and then publicly execute them, and then introduce a law to say the next bastard that does it is going to get the same treatment,” he said.

I don’t doubt that Harawira said this.

Let’s be clear. He wants manufacturers and retailers who are going about their legal business to be publicly executed. He would like the State to kill manufacturers and retailers who are licenced to manufacture and retail legal highs under legislation that was passed near unanimously by Parliament in July of last year.

By now, everyone knows that Hone Harawira’s addicted to hate. How should we respond to his latest not-even-barely-concealed homicidal exhortations?

Hey, Hone, here’s an idea. Instead of executing the manufacturers and retailers who are operating within the regulatory boundaries set down by the Psychoactive Substances Act 2013, let’s execute the 119 MPs who last year voted for the new law instead. Oh, wait, that includes you, Hone! (Do as I say or I’ll kill you? Do as I say *and* I’ll kill you!)

Bad idea. Repaying hate with hate is what’s made Hone the hateful man he is today. He bears a grudge against the majority of his fellow kiwis and their ancestors who behaved badly. “White motherfuckers have been raping our lands and ripping us off for centuries and all of a sudden you want me to play along with their puritanical bullshit.” (Puritanical bullshit? This from the man who wants to close down legal high shops. Right.)

There’s no mana in calling for the judicial killing of law-abiding citizens. (And none, of course, in calling for a dictatorship under John Banks.)

Here’s a better idea. Let’s treat Hone Harawira with kindness. Let’s listen to his legitimate concerns. Let’s even consider shutting down the legal highs industry, at least until such time as its products have been properly tested and have passed the safety tests that the industry itself is promoting.

In what I just said, I may sound like anything but a libertarian … but I’m still very much a libertarian. (Got that, Tim?!) God knows, I’m all for legal drugs! But I don’t want to see New Zealand’s bold regulatory experiment be judged a failure and I very much fear that I’m witnessing a train wreck in slow motion. It would be a smart move on the part of the legal highs industry to voluntarily remove its products from the shelves. Because, next to the unfortunate few (or not so few) who have suffered physical and psychological harms as a result of consuming the industry’s products, those whom the implementation of the interim period is hurting (or is going to hurt) the most … is the industry itself. IMHO.

In the interim, opposition to the legal highs industry is only going to increase between now and September’s general election. New Zealand’s most influential political blogger is increasingly vocal in his opposition. Things look set to escalate up another notch early next month when the anti-synthetics brigade takes to the streets on Saturday 5 April in a coordinated nationwide protest. How is it all going to end?

All will be well that ends well if we legalise cannabis. And do so as soon as possible, i.e., now. From a public health perspective, it’s literally insane that the safer, natural alternative to the synthetic cannabinoids remains illegal while untested, synthetic substitutes are given the State seal of approval. And if we’d legalised cannabis a decade or so ago or never criminalised it in the first place, we wouldn’t be dealing with the current situation. I told you so … 🙁

Crank it up….

Hamilton and Wellington Rate payers, and Renters Beware! The Wolf of Socialism is at your Door. ‘Living wage’

Update: 21-5-13

To my horror I have just discovered that Hamilton City Council has just voted to become the First City council to be a ‘Living wage employer’!!!!
Thus all the things I have said about this Socialist threat to Wellington (below) now also applies to my home town the Tron!
The HCC intend to roll this out within the next two years.
I will be standing for City Council with the express purpose of making sure this Ruling is overturned before it gets implemented.
Tim Wikiriwhi for Hamilton Mayor!

Living Wage Aotearoa New Zealand.
Wellington leaders are currently before the Wellington City Council asking for their support for the Living Wage and for them to become a Living Wage employer. A huge turn out of support from the community. The room is absolutely packed. The Wellington Deputy Mayor says it’s the most packed the room has been in a very, very long time. — with Paul Eagle.

^^^ Notice the strategy of the Communists in targeting Government to adopt their Economic insanity!
Appreciate how easily City Councilors can be duped into signing off on this sort of ‘feel good’ socialism, considering Councilors personal income will not be effected… and they have no investors who can remove their investments, and they can simply increase their rates extortion to pay for it.

And once Government departments have embraced this madness it is a very short step to making it compulsory for everyone!
Inflation anyone?

In the meantime if City councils and government departments embrace this socialist doctrine, it will make working for the Beast a far more attractive proposition than working in the private sector, and to the simple minded this discrepancy between wages paid by the state from those offered in the private sector will appear to vindicate the notion that things work much better when done by the Government!
Most of these simpletons will never appreciate the reasons why their rents and the cost of essentials keeps rising with leaps and bounds.

Yet what these City councilors wont tell their workers is that all these types of spending increases actually threatens their Job security and that Layoffs will result when these Councils and government departments sooner or later are inevitably forced to look to cost cutting as a result of have yet again pushed up debts, rates and taxes way past bearable limits for their tax slaves to endure.
And the same thing will happen in the private sector if this doctrine becomes compulsory there too.

For the record when I stood for Mayor of Hamilton I explained to the city workers the dangers of voting for grand schemers and big spenders, and that Hamilton was facing a Debt crisis that would result in Job losses, while all the other candidates pretended all was well and promised them the moon.
I tried to communicate my Libertarian plan of privatisation… reducing Councils size and spheres of operation in such a way that would transfer employment to the private sector and reduce councils expenses and responsibilities.
Yet trying to communicate the economic benefits which would follow from such reform to Unionised workers whom are indoctrinated into believing their Job security is better protected by remaining employees of the State… is like trying to sell flies!
They were beyond reach.
No Surprise… I was not elected
Nek Minnut The City Debt Crisis hits… Rates went up, and redundancies followed.
And it’s not over yet.

Read about HCC Staff Cuts Here: NZ Herald… ‘Council staff brace for more cuts after 13 workers made redundant’

Copy of gm_little_people

And if you read my earlier post on this subject …
‘Ship of Union Fools. The Living wage.’ … you will see that I point out among other things that because of the inevitable inflation… what they deem a ‘living wage’ to be Today will not be ‘sufficient’ tomorrow!

This exposes what a crock this Socialist Idea is!
It is an open ended recipe for inflation and bankruptcy… and a threat to the incomes of those low wage earners whom it pretends to be championing!

And as another critic of this ideology rightly points out… what is a sufficient income for a single person, is completely different for what is sufficient for a person with a family of 6!
So this exposes this Socialist plot as a purely arbitrary extortion racket.

Tim Wikiriwhi
Libertarian Independent.

Wikiriwhi for Mayor! Read about my various Campaigns here:

Read how my prophecies have all come to pass Here:

I ask why the Media has not reported the truthfulness of my campaigns vs the lies of those whom got elected?

Update:
Affordible City shared a link to an excellent Scoop article from their ‘Affordible Wellington’ candidate Reagan Cutting….

Living Wage = Higher Rates!

Here is a portion…

“The Living Wage campaign group has also called on Wellington City Council to publically endorse the Living Wage Campaign and support local businesses in becoming Living Wage employers.

“While I do not think the Wellington City Council should become a union advocacy group, I can see a few fantastic ways the Council can help local businesses increase wages to their staff,” says Reagan Cutting. “They can start by cutting rates, reducing compliance costs, streamlining regulations and eliminating the hoops companies have to jump through whenever they deal with the Council. This impacts on business profitability and reduce the amount of funds available to spend on wages..”

^^^These are Excellent points… which go to prove the wisdom and benevolence of Libertarian Ecconomics vs the Folly and destructive and millitant mentality of socialism.
If only workers of NZ would liberate themselves from Socialist Unionism, and form Libertarian worker associations instead!
