I dont expect to win much favour with my fellow New Zealanders for this post… except from the victims of assaults that have been ignored by a corrupt justice system.
New Zealand is a country reeling under Sexism… the onslaught of Militant feminism which has managed to completely institutionalise the hatred of Men.
Men are supposed to apologize for being Men, and woman get away with Assault.
Woman dont get prosecuted for their assaults on men… and so the statistics dont reflect the truth that woman are as violent as men… in fact the System acts as ‘Enabler’.
Men have been virtually driven out of early child care for fear of being labeled Pedophiles.
You have to have your head in the sand not to know about the grievous injustices thousands of Kiwi men suffer at the hands of the Police, Cyfs, and family court system… yet I want to talk about a High profile case that has media attention… yet has virtually escaped criticism… The Assault on a member of the New Zealand Pariament that is not being prosecuted… because the perpetrator is a woman.

I am of course referring to Dildo throwing State employed lefty Activist Josie Butler, and her assault with a dildo on Economic Development Minister Steven Joyce at Waitangi.
While most of the country laughs about her exploits… yet another act of violence committed by a woman against a man goes unpunished… and unrecorded in official statistics.
It is one of thousands of unrecorded unprosecuted assaults by woman on men.

Now I am no fan of the National party… not a supporter of Steven Joyce, yet I am outraged that such a blatant assault is going un-prosecuted… yet I am not surprised given the typical Sexist attitude of the New Zealand police to allowing woman to escape prosecution for their assaults on men.
The police were there!
They witnessed the whole thing, and led her away from the scene… yet no prosecution!
The media enjoyed every minute without a word of condemnation!
Imagine if it had been a man who had assaulted a woman MP!
We can be sure that police charges would have been forth coming and a conviction secured.

From >here< I know of several cases where Men have been assaulted by their woman partners, and have laid complaints with the police, and presented substantial evidence yet the police have failed to prosecute. This Dildo throwing incident is public knowledge... yet is laughed about... and that is the general attitude that surrounds Woman violence towards men. We have white Ribbon days... highlighting Male violence towards woman... Why is it not simply a day dedicated towards violence in general? Why is there no 'Black ribbon day highlighting Woman violence towards Men? Because Feminist have managed to manipulate the public mind into thinking that when it come to violence that woman are always the victims, and men always the perpetrators. This means that The Public simple dont consider woman violence towards men as being a real issue! Just how endemic this problem is would highlighted if the police did their Job and began to prosecute woman for their violence... then the statistics would better reflect the truth! When the Police start prosecuting woman for their violence, then more men will come forward… because the current system *discourages men from reporting that they are the victims of Female violence*
And if we are to have justice… we must stop allowing ourselves to be ignored by the system.
And the prosecution of the Lefty woman would be a great place to start!
She deserves a criminal record as much as any man whom has assaulted a woman.
By allowing her to get away with this high profile assault simple encourages woman to commit violence.
The Left wing are notorious for their crimes which they attempt to pseudo-legitimise under the term direct action and ‘Civil disobedience’… yet there is nothing civil about assaulting a person with a dildo… for political gain.
I therefore demand the police prosecute this woman for the sake of Justice.

Harley Davidson rider James Evans, who has been stopped a startling 21 times since buying his fatboy motorcycle in 2012, finally filmed his latest incident.

Queensland Police Media have responded to Jamie’s video saying riders and the public have “nothing to fear” from the increased police presence. Jamie is a member of the Misfits Social Motorcycle Club and wears a “Misfits” vest when he rides… “I’ve been advised by the police on many occasions to take the vest off, but I will always wear my vest. I’m proud of it,” he says.
…However, the harassment has now got to the stage where he says he can’t take his nine-year-old son for a ride. “How do you explain to a nine-year-old that police aren’t bad but I ride a bike so they see me as being bad. We have today received a message along with some disturbing pictures from a social rider in Queensland.
We cannot share the pictures or mention the persons name on here as this may be going to court and we respect the request made by the victim of anonymity

At approx 7pm on Friday night this rider was pulled over for a ‘Random’ breath test and following this he was advised that there was to be a search of his bike and himself which he consented to. Nothing was found and so the male police officer asked him to remove his clothes at the side of the road for a strip search, he did not consent to this, aside from this not being a requirement for an RBT anyway last we heard, he was not comfortable as there was also a female officer present.

He then thought he should film anything further that might occur and when he advised the officer he was going to video any further interactions the officer attempted to take his phone away which he resisted and we have seen pictures of the injuries to his face and his arms which occurred during the struggle.

Once again if you think only club members are affected think again this was a social rider – not riding a Harley and wearing his vest with a few patches that were not club patches – EVERYONE is being targeted and we hope that this account reaches the people who are reviewing the VLAD laws as this is another account of the unacceptable nature of the laws and legislations which need to be abolished.

PLEASE SHARE and especially to the wider public who do not ride and need to understand why we are so passionate about the removal of the laws and we ask this question – how many car drivers were stopped at that same RBT last night and how many of them were subjected to further searches and asked to strip off at the side of the road?

“Gang expansion in Nelson ‘won’t be tolerated'” – police….

The expansion of organised criminal gangs in Nelson will be not be tolerated, police say.

The comments follow reports that the Hells Angels has overthrown the longstanding Lost Breed motorcycle gang in Nelson.

Sources said the Lost Breed disbanded in late December after at least one senior member defected to the Hells Angels.

It is understood the Hells Angels has also taken over the Lost Breed gang pad in Fuji Court, Stoke.

Tasman police district commander Superintendent Karyn Malthus said police were working to “confirm and understand” what has happened.
However, she said the expansion of any gang in Nelson Bays “won’t be tolerated” by police.

“I think it’s intolerable to have gangs in our society full stop. We have a concerted focus against it. Whether it is the Lost Breed or the Hells Angels, they will get the same focus from police,” Malthus said.

“It is something that we will focus our energies on in combating organised crime – absolutely.”

Malthus declined to comment on what she described as “gossip and innuendo” around the Hells Angels’ expansion in Nelson.

She said gangs generally “only exist for criminal activity and we have to accept that, yes, methamphetamine plays a major part in their day-to-day business”.

The Hells Angels has been linked to the methamphetamine trade in New Zealand.

Detective Sergeant Chris Roberts, officer in charge of the Tasman Organised Crime Unit, said police will act on any information and intelligence they get regarding gang criminal offending in the region.

“It’s business as usual for us. If there’s any offending we can look at, we will. Certainly we don’t want criminal gangs expanding in the district. If they’re there to commit offences, they’ll be policed accordingly.”

He said there had been no suggestion of “inter-gang friction” in the region.

“If that came to the fore we’d be out there looking to deal to it,” Roberts said. “That’s what we’re here for – to protect the public and to continue preventing crime.”

Now I have nothing against the Police arresting violent dangerous criminals…. nothing against the Police breaking up organised crime syndicates… yet the way parliaments like Australia function is that they use shitty excuses like Gang violence to pass Evil laws which end up violating the rights and liberties of Everyone… and give the Police evil powers to Fuck over peaceful people who are not guilty of any wrong doing…. Like most bikers…. and that is what is happening in Australia. *Right now*… and what most of the arsehole sheeple of New Zealand (who dont ride) would love to see happen here.

And on this subject of ‘organised crime’…. instead of passing such nasty anti-freedom laws… which actually make more people hate the Police, parliament should end the war on drugs… That would put an end to a massive proportion of the violence that is associated with organised crime and bikers.
A reform like that would actually *improve* relations between the people and the police.
And Biker clubs that don’t get involved in serious organized crime could be left in peace… as they should be.
There are also principles of justice which ought to protect the freedom of association of everyone… just because a some gang members may commit certain crimes, this is not justification for holding *other members* of that gang responsible for the crimes of their associates.

*Yet many in the police… the courts… politicians… and most of the sheeple despise such principles and safeguards for individual liberty and justice because it makes their job harder to do…. they prefer the easy way… the un-principled bigoted way… that panders to their hatred… and dont give a shit about principles of justice…. they simply want the power to fuck over people and groups they hate or fear.

And in the process Liberty and thousands of innocent people get stomped on by the system… but hey that’s just business as usual in shitty Socialist democracies that fill their jails with peaceful people.

Voluntary exsanguination

There’s been a lot of heartbreak and hostility in recent years over the issue of voluntary euthanasia, which remains illegal in New Zealand—for now.

Euthanasia activism began in New Zealand in 1978 when some secular humanists formed the Auckland Voluntary Euthanasia Society.

In 1995 National Party MP Michael Laws sought to introduce his Death with Dignity Bill. The Bill failed, as did NZ First MP Peter Brown’s Death with Dignity Bill in 2003.

More recently, in 2012 Labour MP Maryan Street submitted her ‘End of Life Choice bill’ to the private members ballot. But then Voluntary euthanasia bill withdrawn. Street admitted at the time that “”the move was simply pragmatism, she said, and she “absolutely” planned to put it back in the ballot after the election.”” Unfortunately, due to Labour’s dire defeat at the polls in 2014, Street failed to re-enter Parliament. Moves by Iain Lees-Galloway to adopt Street’s bill were scotched by new Labour leader Andrew Little.

Last year in June, Parliament received the petition of Maryan Street and 8,974 others requesting

That the House of Representatives investigate fully public attitudes towards the introduction of legislation which would permit medically-assisted dying in the event of a terminal illness or an irreversible condition which makes life unbearable.

The petition asks for a change to the existing law. The closing date for submissions is today, Monday 1 February 2016. You might have missed it.

In October last year, ACT leader David Seymour lodged a private members bill that would legalise voluntary euthanasia, the End of Life Choice Bill. Seymour’s bill may or may not get drawn from the ballot.

So that’s the state of dying in New Zealand. Our deaths remain natural, illegal, or self-inflicted. Or life goes on, sometimes in terminal pain.

Assisted suicide, or assisted dying as the Voluntary Euthanasia Society of New Zealand (Inc.) prefers to call it, is illegal in New Zealand.

Can people simply stop eating and drinking to hasten death?

Yes, stopping eating and drinking will hasten a death, eventually. This is the option many New Zealanders use now. However, it is less than optimal, can take days or weeks, and often requires palliative sedation to relieve negative symptoms of the fasting process.

But what if there’s a legal loophole, wider than a gaping arterial wound, that permits the possibility of a quick, painless, assisted and *legal* means of dying for the terminally ill whose ongoing existence does them more harm than good and who wish to end it all prematurely? I think there might be. Here’s why.

1. Giving blood is legal.

2. Taking blood is legal.

3. Refusing a blood transfusion is legal.

Therefore,

Assisted exsanguination is a legal means of voluntary euthanasia.

This simple means of dying with a little help from your friends and family is subject to some minimal legal constraints that must, of course, be observed.

The Human Tissue Act 2008 covers the legalities of taking blood. Read it and you’ll be displeased but not at all surprised to learn that blood is a “controlled human substance”. But you don’t have to be a “qualified person” to take blood, provided it is not “for therapeutic purposes or for health practitioner education or any kind of research” and the blood is not for sale or transfusion.

Libertarians uphold the right of the individual to his/her own life, liberty—and lifeblood.

My thoughts….Obviously after complying to the flashing lights on the police vehicals, and pulling over… Lavoy hits the gas pedal *when the Police open fire on them! … that is the best explanation.
I think this was all planned… and filmed to make it look like they were resisting arrest.

Then Driving in fear for their lives they met the second road block… which was set up expressly for the purpose of an execution…. they already had gunmen in the trees.
Having stopped the vehicle Lavoy jumped out of the truck with raised hands attempting to surrender.
It is ridiculous to think he was foolish enough to try and shoot his way out of that situation!
This is clear from the video.
He only drops his hands and goes for his gun *after* they have opened fire on him… murdering him in cold blood.
No doubt the Police and FBI had been pep talked into thinking and treating these guys as ‘Terrorists’.
And now they have murdered a Righteous defender of the constitution… and are waiting to see if they have gotten away with it.
Only the American people themselves can rise up at this outrage and show the evil government the consequences of their tyranny.
This is what the second amendment is all about.

The FBI says that LaVoy reached twice for a 9mm gun inside his jacket on the left hip area. However, LaVoy carried a revolver on his right hip in a holster. The video shows that LaVoy’s jacket was closed at the time he was shot. Why would a right-handed man who carries a revolver openly on his right hip choose to leave his holster behind and instead hide another man’s 9mm gun on the inside of a jacket around his left hip? It’s as preposterous as the FBI’s thoroughly debunked claim that federal agents did not start the fires that burned 80+ men, women and children alive at the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas.

The FBI is lying. LaVoy’s vehicle was shot at one time at the first stop when Ryan put his hands and head out the window to speak to the feds. LaVoy’s vehicle was shot at several times as he drove away to seek the help and protection from the Grant County Sheriff. LaVoy’s windshield was shot from the front by an agent who jumped out in front of the vehicle at the second stop.

LaVoy was transporting an 18 year old girl with him who was visiting with her family to sing gospel music at the town hall they were traveling to. To save her, Shawna and Ryan Bundy, LaVoy jumped out of the vehicle with his hands in the air. He yelled out that if they were going to shoot someone, to shoot him. With his hands in the air, that is exactly what they did.

The first shot struck him on the left side of his body. His body began to buckle and his hands went down to the wound but he was ordered to put his hands back in the air. He tried to do so, but naturally returned his hands back to the wound. He turned and pointed at the vehicle, yelling out that there were women in it. Rushing up behind him, another agent put a laser pointer on LaVoy and shot him in the face. He was still moving on the ground when they shot him three more times.

It was cold-blooded murder. And the American people will not forget it. LaVoy is a martyr for the cause of justice and liberty. We will not stop fighting for our freedom. Harney County Oregon is our Bunker Hill. This is only the beginning.

You’re gonna get what’s coming.

Well, you would if it were up to me.

I have always believed that the ideal society is a meritocracy.

A meritocracy is a society in which each individual gets what he or she deserves. Anything less than this is unjust.

But that’s not saying very much. In fact, it’s not saying anything at all, unless accompanied by an account of what it is that each individual deserves. Preferably such an account will be a full-fledged moral theory, but let’s go pre-theoretical, and assume, just for the sake of my argument here, that each and every member of society deserves at least a roof over their head, a bed to sleep on, clean running water and enough to eat. Even our worst criminals are guaranteed this. (Oh, and ultra-fast broadband, of course, that most fundamental of all human rights.)

There are two main types of moral theory, viz., deontological and consequentialist. (Or three main types, if you count virtue ethics.)

Deontology (or Deontological Ethics) is an approach to Ethics that focuses on the rightness or wrongness of actions themselves, as opposed to the rightness or wrongness of the consequences of those actions (Consequentialism) or to the character and habits of the actor (Virtue Ethics).

(It’s all much more complicated, of course. Consequentialism is almost synonymous with utilitarianism, and as we all know utilitarianism is wrong, wrong, WRONG! Because Ayn Rand said so! And so did the man whom she described as “the most evil man who ever lived”! And so say I! Woe to him who creeps through the serpent-windings of utilitarianism. But, again just for the sake of my argument here, let’s not damn utilitarianism. Notwithstanding that it’s damnable.)

There are two main types of political ideology, viz., capitalism (by which I mean free trade without government intervention) and socialism (by which I mean free trade plus progressive taxation).

Now oversimplifying (somewhat more than) somewhat, capitalism is a deontological political ideology (whereby you get to keep everything you earn) and socialism is a utilitarian political ideology (whereby you get to keep a proportion of what you earn, the rest is redistributed by the state, ostensibly on the basis of need).

Capitalism basically says that you deserve to keep the fruits of your own labour, and to hell with the consequences. So capitalism is deontological in theory. And it can be considered as a species of voluntaryism. So it is virtuous in that sense. But it makes no explicit provision for caring for the poor and leads to ever-growing wealth inequality so is vicious from the point of view of utilitarianism.

Socialism, however, isn’t any better in practice. In fact, it is worse because its attempts at wealth redistribution (to achieve a more just distribution of wealth as per whatever measure of desert is used) only serve to achieve a different unjust distribution of wealth, usually by overtaxing the middle classes. (Let’s face it, the ultra-rich do indeed have more wealth than they can possibly need so are not actually any worse off if they pay a higher tax rate, and I am who to say.) So the middle classes get doubly screwed by a mixed economic system, first by unfettered capitalism and then by capitalism’s fetters.

So capitalism wins the day but it is still a badly flawed system.

Which is why I am neither a socialist nor a capitalist. I am an anarchist looking for a flavour of anarchism that has both the virtues of capitalism (it must be an entirely voluntaryist system) but yet serves to more or less guarantee that there is at least an adequate (albeit perhaps very basic) standard of living for all.

Footnote. Non-utilitarian versions of consequentialism are less vile. What if the moral basis of property rights is rule-consequentialism? Food for thought would be a great way to make a living.
