The New Gun Prohibition is a massive weakening of our Nations Defense capability.
You have to have rocks in your head if you believe New Zealand PM Jacinda Ardern’s new Firearms prohibitions outlawing Citizens from owning Semiautomatic Rifles and high capacity magazines has made our Nation safer.
Removing these Rifles from Citizens will render our Nation far less capable of National defense, which given how weak New Zealand’s Defense forces are already, we need to have a large percentage of our population well armed and competent as auxiliaries to our meager Armed forces for National defense against invasion.
Ardern and in fact our entire parliament except Act’s David Seymour have shown total disregard for the obvious and monumental *strategic foolishness* of removing this Citizen arsenal involving 10s of thousands of semi automatic Rifes and their Ammunition.
The Deterrent value against foreign invasion and terror attacks of having large numbers of these guns in skilled private hands is reason enough to condemn outright the new Arms amendments.
Armed private citizens with ARs have taken out terrorists attacking churches, etc ending the murder… saving lives … well before any Police were on site… this truth is what the New Zealand government wants to hide.
Where was New Zealands First’s Great defender of Gun Rights… and Minister of Defense, Ron Mark when this shameful, Unjust, and borderline Treasonous legislation was being passed? Cowering in the corner behind his Autocratic Party Leader Winston Peters!
The New Zealand gun fraternity used to look up to Ron Mark… as he postured himself as being New Zealand’s most Pro-gun Member of Parliament, yet we have seen his true colours!
YELLOW! Too scared of his Shady Boss Winston Peters to really put New Zealand first defend our country from this wicked legislation.
We have herd Zilch from him during this time of crisis… his silence is *Deafening!*
This equates to a betrayal of the New Zealand gun community and the people of New Zealand as a whole… our Minister of Defense is surrendering our Nations citizen arsenal to the tyrants he serves.
New Zealand has been subject to a heavy Propaganda campaign designed to keep us in a state of panic, so as to justify the States ongoing extreme tactics by the police and maintain ‘political momentum’ / pressure with respect to the governments gun Confiscations and new Strong Arm that treats *everyone* as a potential terrorist or hate-monger.
The Police said that ANZAC day celebrations had to be cancelled, and that Ramadan religious gatherings also should be cancelled due to ‘ongoing security threats’… yet *nothing happened* in either case… nor did the Police release *any proof* that such threats were real… and despite the fact that Winston Peters flew all the way to Turkey to convince The madman Dictator Erogan that the attack was a one-off anomaly and that there exists no security threat to Muslims in New Zealand.
All this tells me New Zealand is being taken over by a Police State.

And Everyone must have noticed that after the Christchurch Terror attack that the Government stationed Armed Police with AR Rifles and high capacity Magazines?
Just about every article written about the New Zealand Police post Christchurch attack … whether about their disgusting Sunday morning Dawn raids, or about them guarding some Mosque or public event shows them en masse brandishing AR Rifles and high capacity magazines.
What this shows the thinking observer is obviously how highly regarded the AR is by the Police for the purpose of anti-terrorist defense (and for rounding up dissidents).
This being so it is clear that the new Gun Prohibitions against ARs is 100% opposed to *We the people* possessing these arms that are *the best defense* against being slaughtered en masse by terrorists who are guaranteed that should the wish to attack any public place… a church… or a mosque… they will meet zero self defense… ie New Zealanders are sitting ducks thanks to the tyrannic Anti gun… anti-self defense policies of our out of control Government and Police.
Not content with simply the demoralising effect of having theses guns on display during their recent harassment on the Gun community,*These Maniacs have been pointing their loaded Guns at Children!* That is such an outrage! to think the general public has been taught *NEVER POINT A GUN AT ANOTHER HUMAN BEING* never point a gun at anything you dont want to *Destroy*… yet these Mindless Minions think nothing of the Trauma they are inflicting upon the innocent… *This is what a Police state looks like*.
And when Ardern gives the Nod the armed Police standing guard around mosques will disappear.
In my submission opposing the New Gun prohibitions I said….
So I am saying that if New Zealand really wants to be safer… we should stop believing the empty promised of Jacinda Ardern… that her nanny state will keep us safe!
Instead we should instead be recognising New Zealanders rights to look to their own defense!
We should have more respect for the right to self defense… and more respect for Guns and the security they provide!
After what happened in Christchurch, if anyone is likely to be skeptical of Arderns bogus promises to keep them safe it will be immigrants and Muslims!
I would not blame NZ Muslims who witnessed what happened to instead desire the right to provide for their own defense!
The Government may be temporarily stationing Police outside mosques for the time being… until *they* assume the terrorist risk has diminished… and then the cops will pack up their guns and leave!
Yip… at some point the cops will leave mosques and churches absolutely defenseless again… just as they were before the attacks!
This bill does nothing to increase their security… it leaves them absolutely exposed to the next psychopath!
The solution is Obvious!
Everyone… Mosques, churches, everyone should be making provisions for their own security… which would include having armed guards… and better still concealed carry armed worshipers!
This is reality people!
The world is not a daycare center for children!
In this world dangerous. evil people exist, and the government cannot keep us safe.
And so when you do the math you find that the Governments rationale with regards to these new Gun Prohibitions does not hold water.
We see that the Police are absolutely out of control and are already confiscating Guns from Law abiding Citizens with absolute disregard for the September deadline or the fact that The Buyback scheme has not even been sorted out!
The Police are no longer acting in the interests of the People they are supposed to serve but are instead acting as a self-interested Power in cahoots with our Parliament that has thrown our rights and due process in the bin under the pretext of ‘a crisis’ and ‘Keeping us safe’.
The Ardern government thinks nothing of violating the Principle of the division of powers in allowing the police to write further Gun regulations and confiscations… as they so desire!
And we dont even hear a peep out of Nationals Simon Bridges on this issue *despite the fact that he is a high profile Lawyer!
This is because he’s not a man of Principle either.
And New Zealanders are such timid sheep as to let it all this happen without protest.
Of course all the reports of Armed raids with the Police terrorizing Families… some for simply exercising their rights to express their opposition to what the Government and Police are doing on social media is having a *suppressing effect* on open dialogue… some people comment on News articles about the Police raids warning people to take care what they say… lest they too get put on ‘the police list’.
Now this fear of speaking out… fear of protesting …effect works in the Jack boots favour as it renders the public incapable of rallying to their own defense… it makes it easier for the Police to continue picking off victims one by one, and so I say it is absolutely *essential* that in such times the people of New Zealand dig deep and find the courage to speak up… and rally together *in spite of the risks* that the Police may turn up at your door with Guns.
I am fully aware that by talking this way publicly, and by communicating with some of the people who have been raided that there is the highest probability that I am myself on the ‘watch list’, and that the Police would love to shut me down.
It is a terrible thing that I have had to explain this to my Wife and 8 year old child… Its traumatising.
You can understand how the actions of the Police are causing many people to shut their mouths and blend in with the herd.
*And this is what it was like in Nazi Germany, Stalin’s USSR, Kim Jung Un’s North Korea, China, etc etc!
People afraid to critisise their governments… and fearful of their politicized Police!
*Can you believe it that I am talking about this *vile evil* happening here in New Zealand????
just a few months ago it was inconceivable that we would be facing such an escalation of tyranny in such a short time… over a one off event.
The Resulting Tyranny is a far greater threat to our Nation than the horrific crime of Brenton Tarant… in fact I believe we are even more exposed to such events than ever before because of the Government has used this event to grab more power for itself, and not addressed the Peoples right to self defense at all!

‘Businessman pleads guilty to distributing objectionable material after sharing Christchurch attack videos’
“Christchurch businessman Philip Arps pleaded guilty to two charges of distributing objectionable material following the Christchurch Mosque attacks on March 15th.
The charges have been laid under the Films, Videos and Publications Classifications Act.
One charge was for sharing the gunman’s live stream with up to 30 people. The other was for Arps requesting the material to be modified. This included adding cross hairs and a kill count to then be made into a “meme” for widespread publication…”
IMO a super-crappy and devious aspect of this case is that by holding this guy so long in jail before being able to make a plea the State has been able to pressure him into making *a guilty plea*… whose Agents via a series of ‘little talks’ about how much trouble he is in and how long a sentence he risks by going to trial with an ‘unrepentant’ attitude.
‘Better to plead guilty’ and ask for mercy….
And so he has effectively *prosecuted and convicted himself*!!!
The Police and State *Love guilty Pleas* for Political crimes! (Lets watch and see what happens with Benton Tarant… the State certainly does not want an open trial for him!)
Such a Guilty Plea not only means that the Crown has been saved from actually *having to present a solid case* but also our whole country has been robbed of the opportunity to see all the facts and details of how the police conducted themselves… etc… and to see *what real evidence* they had… and if these charges can be successfully lawfully defeated.

It is difficult to find many New Zealanders who have any sympathy for Arps… not only because most people find his behavioral and personal political opinions repugnant but also out of fear that if you dare to say anything negative about what the Government and Police are doing to him… you will be labeled a ‘White Nationalist/ Supremacist sympathiser’.
However I belong to several Political forums that have discussed this case and some people have shown the strength of character and wisdom to understand the dire implications of what has been done to this guy… and how extreme is the punishment they are threatening him… and all New Zealanders with should they dare to defy Censorship Laws and express views that the Government seeks to suppress.
And these Brave souls have spoken out against what is happening with this case, yet they are met with very sheepish responses that parrot the *official line* as to why Life feeds need to be ‘Filtered’ and censored… and these sheeple inevitably suggest that it is ‘indecent’ and risks ‘copy cat’ crimes to allow guys like Arps to go unpunished.
I have a few points I want to say to people who support what the government is doing… and plans to do with greater ‘Hate speech’ legislation and heavy handed curbs on live feeds to social media…who watched the video before it was taken down and outlawed will have enjoyed it, or would complain that after several days and sober reflection that facebook and other media *Voluntarily* removed it, yet I want to suggest to you that the fugitive aspects of allowing *the government* to force Social media not merely to Ban it *after some sort of due process* but to apply heavily controls on live streaming to the net as they are doing now… one of the ‘controls’ being delays on streaming for people with less than 100 followers… effectively halting live streaming for the bulk of *private citizens* while leaving a monopoly for mainstream media, etc… and this is *all about controlling the narrative* that the Government will allow the public to see….
Understand that *it is the Government* who hates the freedom and the power the internet provides the people.
For Example… Who has been embarrassed the most by the advent of the Cell phone camera?
The Police!
Live streaming Police corruption and injustice has been a Great eye opener to the general public… and a curse to the Government, and they have been trying to ‘Ban’ people from sharing this stuff on line…. and so while they have given you a list of lame excuses to believe why controlling the net is ‘for your own precious good’… in reality there are a thousand far more important reasons they dont want you to think about as to why the government is *not acting* in the best interest of the people, but out of their same old motive for Power and control.
The very same thing is easily provable with respect to the New Firearms prohibitions… the government controlling the narrative have all the sheeple thinking their new laws are wonderfully progressive despite the fact that they have punished thousands of innocent people, and taken away their rights, and made our whole nation more defenseless… the only people who really gained are the government… and their ability to keep the disarmed population under their yoke… their ability to throw them in jail with less resistance… etc.
And of course the Party state wants to control the narrative on all current affairs and what information reaches the voting population.
The Governments of the world have also pulled a massive moral swifty on all this as if Facebook as a service provider is responsible for what private citizens post.
they are no more responsible than Bill gates is for his Computers being used for Child pornography, or Smith and Wesson are for their guns being used in bank robberies.
So by threatening to hold Facebook liable for things like Brenton Tarrants video is outrageous.
Likewise with the foolish idea that it is the Governments job to keep us ‘safe’.
Ie How the hell can anyone think that the Police can be in all places at all times?
And would not that idea be itself an abomination to personal privacy and Liberty?
The truth is we must be allowed to take care of *Our own safety*! that is a fundamental right!

And I would also suggest *special attention* will be made on those of us who have made public statements, Blogs, etc that protest all these heavy handed government actions and policies.
I will therefore assume because my Activism has been directly engaging the Government via submissions to the new firearms amendments, and because of my commitment to ending the entrenched racism of Treaty separatism… political views that have been deemed to be ‘Racist’ by The Minister of Justice Andrew Little… the guy who signs off on granting the Police and security services authority to spy on New Zealand citizens… that there is a greater than 50% probability that My name is on that list.
This is what the Nazis did…. The *Real Nazis* are doing the watching rather than the people being watched, yet the way the Spin doctors present the narrative its people like me who want Freedom and equality before the law who is to be deemed to be ‘A radical’…
This very point was raised by Chairman of the New Zealand Council for Civil Liberties Thomas Beagle… ” said he had “strong concerns” about government surveillance of people.
“What we would expect is that if police were [monitoring] people that they actually proved the reason they need to do it to the appropriate authorities and got the appropriate warrants,” he said.
“Our main criteria is that we expect there to be the appropriate checks and balances and that there’s got to be more than just a political view for there to be any form of government surveillance.”
Police declined to say how many warrants had been issued to monitor people since March 15.”

Submission on the Arms (Prohibited Firearms, Magazines, and Parts) Amendment Bill.

To The Committee,
Kai Ora. I think it is important to explain a little about what motivates me to make this submission to provide context for what I am about to say.
This is only necessary because of the prejudiced identity politics practiced by a vast majority of New Zealand’s parliamentarians, who love to associate contrary opinions with ‘Hate groups’ and ‘Extremists’, etc and thereby dismissing their critics without a fair hearing.
1. I am not a Gun fanatic or Right wing racist extremist.
I am an Independent Libertarian Activist and Blogger, formally a member, spokesman, and Parliamentary candidate for the once illustrious, yet now defunct Libertarianz Party.
I now continue my Libertarian activities as an Independent.
Libertarians are *Not* Far Right. Only the Ignorant and malevolent label Libertarians thus.
In Ignorance Socialist Steeped New Zealand treats Libertarians as if they are some sort of Cult, yet in America Libertarianism is embedded in their political history and is rightly associated with a Love of Liberty and maintaining a stance of Eternal vigilance against the expansion of the State, and it’s ever creeping encroachments upon the inalienable rights and liberties of the people.
Libertarians believe in Limited Government, and reject the socialist idea that every social problem has a political solution, instead we believe in self reliance and self responsibility, and voluntary community action.
These are important Ideals and values, and Principles as they set limits to what are the legitimate spheres of operation for any Government leaving a large sphere of Independence, liberty and self responsibility for the people in which the state has no right to encroach.
If it does so, it has crossed the line of legitimate action and is then usurping unjust powers and committing crimes against the Citizens… this what a Good constitution and Bill of Rights is supposed defend the people from…. Bad Oppressive Laws… and Dangerous over-zealous Political powers.
It is truly tragic that these principles are so alien to voting New Zealanders… not so in America.

I am not a Gun owner, nor am I any sort of Gun fanatic, I love BBQ meat yet I dont like killing animals… yet still I have a deep concern about this Bill because of its patent ideological bent, and its dire effects upon the rights and Liberties of New Zealand Citizens.
That is what concerns me.
The government is turning our Nation into a Police State… right before my eyes… this is what concerns me!
I am a father of three… Grandfather of two, and I am greatly concerned about Government encroachments that threaten My Children’s Future liberty and Safety.
Like everyone else I am appalled by the Christchurch Atrocity and yet I believe this Bill will not make our country safer, but will achieve the very opposite thing… make us all less safe from terrorism. It will make our country an even more attractive target.
I have made many submissions over the years on a broad range of Bills from Prostitution law reform, ACC Levies, Constitutional Reviews, and most recently on the question of the entrenchment of the Maori seats.
I have spent years fighting Racial separatism, and advocating One Law for all New Zealanders.
I have been a vocal supporter of New Zealand providing a safe haven for Refugees, and I have promoted religious liberty and tolerance.
I have stood for Parliament many times over the past two decades in the Hamilton West electorate and for City Council, and so I am far from a political Novice.
In all these endevours I have been motivated by, and an advocate for the same Basics principles and values… the defense of rights and liberties of Individuals from Oppressive government and Law.
I am well aware of the political ideas and Current Socialist agenda that is unscrupulously attempting to capitalise from the resent atrocity in Christchurch, to pass this diabolical Bill into law, and other anti-freedom legislation.
2. The deceitful way this Bill is being rushed into law without rigorous Due process and ample time for Public Debate and protest.
I appreciate this opportunity to voice my opinion in written form to this committee on such an important Bill and request the opportunity to also present an Oral submission as well… if indeed Government intends to bother with such normal Formalities and due processes?
Given the absolutely unscrupulous charade that is afoot with regards to pretending this Submissions process is in any way legitimate, the rush by parliament to enact this bill without proper debate, and because they have made it clear that it is a foregone conclusion that this Bill will pass… I suspect there is no time allocated for Oral submissions.
All this renders this public submissions process to be a farce!
Nonetheless… for the record… I make my written submission in protest against this whole travesty of justice.
That the New Zealand public have only been given a week to submit to this committee is nothing short of an attempt to ram through law for which Parliament has no true mandate from the people!
When this current bunch was elected in 2017 there was not a hint that such drastic legislation may be implemented and so there is no way Members of Parliament can say they are representative of their electorates on these Issues and no Doubt if this Bill was was the topic for an election there would be far more Public input that would reveal just how many New Zealanders are opposed to this Bill… This is a significant number of voters, and they have a voice Jacinda Ardern does not want to hear!
The way parliament is ramming this legislation trough, they have acted in a very underhanded manor in only granting one week for public submissions.
Forgive me for thinking that no matter how many Submissions in protest against this Bill make the deadline, or how well reasoned and righteous are the arguments contained therein, that Parliament will barely consider any of them. They will simply throw them in the bin and enact their legislation anyway… rendering this pretense at Public consultation just a Charade.
Dark days have come to New Zealand!, not only regarding the tragedy of the Christchurch Mass Murder, but also the equally atrocious loss of Rights and liberties that is now being imposed upon our beautiful country… in its wake… by our thoughtless and malicious Nanny State Government that has total disregard for the rights and liberties of the people and only care about imposing their will upon us… treating us all like peasants who must be kept under with an Iron hand… without a proper opportunity to voice our protest!
Forgive my temper… yet I vigorously protest that such heavy handed legislation is being rushed into law without *Real* Public consultation or opportunity to mount proper public protest.
We all know that Parliament are seeking to impose their personal prejudices against Gun ownership, and hoping to get away with such a massive abuse of power by speeding this tyranny into law *in the heat of public emotion* with respect to the Christ Church Terror attack.
Using ‘Urgency’ under such Crises take away the rights of the people in such a manor is the tried and true modus opperandi of Tyrants from time immemorial!
Machiavelli himself would be impressed
If the quality of my submission is poor, and rambling, and emotive, I am not to blame!

This submission had to be written in unreasonable haste due to the Governments purposefully super tight Deadline!
By giving the public only a week to write submissions *they Know* this will seriously reduce the number of Negative submissions made in time.
The information informing the public for submissions on this Bill and deadline has not been sufficiently displayed or advertised, but virtually hidden.
This was yet another patently shady device used by the Government to hinder opposition from having a voice on this bill… and my hastily written submission therefore reflects my anger about all this Machiavellianism!
In rushing through this Bill, the Government has shown contempt for the safeguards of my rights and Liberties, and so I reward them in kind… Contempt for their shameful abuse of power and twisting of the legislative process.
3. The dishonesty which has preceded this Bill and the massive injustices it will commit.
That this legislation is being steamrolled into law… with only pretense to due process is a testament to its vile and underhanded nature!
If this Bill was at all sound and prudent, and truthful… it could withstand a thorough and robust, and ordinary Public process!
Yet those pushing the bill seek to circumvent the people having a proper say… and that Parliament sits in silent accord is frightening!
Only the Uneducated… or the indoctrinated fail to see what skulduggery is at hand… or appreciate what is really at stake… the erosion of Rights… the implementation of a socialist agenda…. and maintaining the sheepish delusion that The more Helpless the State renders us all… the safer we will be!

Government Spin doctors and their lackeys in the media talked of 15-16 000 firearms being affected by the new prohibitions, and that any proposed Gun buyback program may cost Taxpayers ‘merely tens of Millions’, yet now that the bill has been tabled, a New Zealand Gun Council tells us this legislation will immediately criminalise 250 thousand Citizens who have committed no crime and that should a buyback program be implemented it is far more likely to cost taxpayers 500 million dollars!
Such Gross and purposefully misleading under-estimates by the government of the scale of those affected and the cost to taxpayers is tantamount to Fraud!
Despite Ardern’s spin that this Bill is ‘just a start’… The Real scale of this Bill shows again she has deceived the people of New Zealand. This bill show Parliament are not making minor adjustments , but Sweeping Gun restrictions of Gigantic magnitude… without opportunity for the public to protest or Rally strong opposition!
This is Far reaching legislation by stealth…. not Open transparency… not how principled Statesmen would act!
Winston Peters admits the Government does not have a clue how much the Buy back will cost, yet he estimates $300 million.
At every point… from start to finish, the intent of those pushing this Bill has been to defraud the Gun owners of New Zealand with absolute disregard for Principles of Justice, due process, or that sanctity of their Rights!
4. The underhanded and prejudiced political agenda of Identity Politics that seeks to oppress Targeted demographics, while absolving the Bigotry of other favoured groups … its racist!
This Bill is founded upon very skewed rationale (that the more defenseless well all are… the safer we will all be), and is accompanied with a policy of Censorship, and Unscrupulous Heavy handed agenda driven Police activity that is turning into a wave of oppression destroying lives!
The Christchurch Terror attack has given the Left the only pretext they need to bring the heavy hand of the law against minorities they themselves hate… ie anyone who disagrees with the Governments liberal immigration and refugee policies, or is critical of Islam, or who even voices disgust when Islamic terrorists commit atrocities.
We are told that ‘Hate speech laws’ are soon to follow.
All these curtailments on Freedom and despite all the posturing and Head scarves… this agenda has virtually nothing to do with the Christchurch attack… and everything to do with the Anti-Gun Liberal Ideology of our Celebrity PM and her minions!

When asked if he thought this same sort of Gun Controls as this Bill entails will make Society safer he responded with “I think this will make a safer world for tyrannical Governments and a safer world for Criminals who dont give up their Guns”.
5. Breton Tarrant and the Christchurch Terror attack.
This hasty process is not conducive to making Good Law, and cannot avoid great injustices upon Law abiding New Zealanders.
It is yet another example of the same sort of legislative bumbling foolishness that allowed the Radical Racist Maori separatist Tame Iti and his dangerous Radical Green Terrorists who in 2007 were caught training in the Ureweras to escape being convicted of terrorism… *because those anti-terrorist laws were poorly written… and rushed through into law to meet unrealistic deadlines during the same sort of hysterical Hype after 911!
Because of that, Dangerous terrorists caught red handed escaped Justice!
So Obviously by what is happening now with this Arms (Prohibited Firearms, Magazines, and Parts) Amendment Bill is that New Zealand Parliament has an incredibly short memory… and infact have learned absolutely nothing from history!

Ardern and the NZ Chief Censor does not want New Zealanders to contemplate this fact that their proposed Arms (Prohibited Firearms, Magazines, and Parts) Amendment Bill is playing into Tarrants hands… and so they banned his manifesto!
Yet Banning the manifesto does nothing to change the facts!
Its just designed to make it harder for people like me to share these facts and wake up the people of New Zealand from their Stupor.

6.The Right to Self defense from Criminals, Terrorists, and Tyrants.
Now returning to Libertarianism and the Universal principles of justice, there is a subject… a right of which it is virtually forbidden to talk about these days in such Socialist infected societies as our own that worship nanny state.
Though it is an innate right and a principle of Natural justice it is nonetheless *almost illegal* in this country… and something that even the New Zealand gun lobby cowers from asserting… I am of course talking about the right to self defense, and in particular and relevant to this Bill I am talking about the right to bear the means of self defense.. Guns… not only against violent criminals… but also against tyrannical governments that show complete disregard for the rights of the people.
Yes… I am talking about that inalienable human right that is embodied in the American 2nd amendment… and why not only is it right, true, and just… but that also the Christchurch terrorist attack actually exposes the Great lie and delusional rationale of Gun prohibitionists like Jacinda Ardern, and leftist Liberal anti-Gun Socialists across the globe…. and that lie is that Nanny state Law and the Police will keep everybody safe from Criminals and Terrorists and so there is no legitimate need for people to have Guns, or any regard for their own safety as far as self defense is concerned!
Thats right… I am saying the Deaths of 50 innocent people in Christchurch may be to a large degree blamed upon New Zealand’s anti-gun rights laws and attitudes!
Why is it not routine for Mosques and churches to station armed guards for their own defense?

7. No second amendment in New Zealand does not mean New Zealanders dont have the right to bear arms!
A friend of mine parroted these naive sentiments… “We in NZ don’t have a 2nd Amendment for gun ownership in the way you are suggesting.
Gun ownership is a privilege not a right allowed under the direction of the government. If the rules change they change we have to comply. Pretending that we are Americans will not work here sorry. We are now have a new law that we will have to comply with whether we like it or not.”.
I had to school him…. “The second amendment does not ‘grant’ a privilege to the American people at the generosity of the US government… what the second amendment does is *Enunciate a natural right that all human beings have* and that is why it tells the government *they shall pass no law that violates this natural human right* .
So that we kiwi dont have a second amendment *does not mean* we dont have the natural right to bear arms… the means of self defense… we do have that right irrespective of what our government thinks or wants.. or compels!
The problem we have is that our backward Nation has no protection of our rights from tyrants and socialists like Ardern… and so we are exposed to the evil of a government that can trample upon our rights… yet that does not make it just… it means we are the victims of oppressive government and evil laws.”
This is precisely what is happening now with is Bill being rushed into law… It would not be possible if we had a constitution that embodied the just principles of the second Amendment.
So I am saying that if New Zealand really wants to be safer… we should stop believing the empty promised of Jacinda Ardern… that her nanny state will keep us safe!
Instead we should instead be recognising New Zealanders rights to look to their own defense!
We should have more respect for the right to self defense… and more respect for Guns and the security they provide!
After what happened in Christchurch, if anyone is likely to be skeptical of Arderns bogus promises to keep them safe it will be immigrants and Muslims!
I would not blame NZ Muslims who witnessed what happened to instead desire the right to provide for their own defense!
The Government may be temporarily stationing Police outside mosques for the time being… until *they* assume the terrorist risk has diminished… and then the cops will pack up their guns and leave!
Yip… at some point the cops will leave mosques and churches absolutely defenseless again… just as they were before the attacks!
This bill does nothing to increase their security… it leaves them absolutely exposed to the next psychopath!
The solution is Obvious!
Everyone… Mosques, churches, everyone should be making provisions for their own security… which would include having armed guards… and better still concealed carry armed worshipers!

8.Legislating a bad and oppressive idea cannot make it just.
The only thing that stops a bad guy with a Gun… is a good guy with a Gun!
Rights are not the gifts of Government.
Our Rights are innate to us as Human individuals, and We the people form a government to protect those rights… not to take them away!
The Government are not our masters… but the servants of the people… We dont have our rights by your permission!
It will not matter if all 120 MPs from all sides of the Floor vote for this bill to be made law… This will not make such a law Right, or Just, Or Good, or effective… It will merely render our nation less free and more Police State-like.
No Divine Right King or Parliament can justly circumvent the inalienable rights of Individuals.
Any such decree and Law is corrupt and not morally binding upon any one…

Thus it is my final word that I vehemently oppose this Bill with all my heart and soul, and strength and might!
I believe it is not only Bad legislation, Unjust, and oppressive, I also believe it is absolutely counter productive to the express purpose of making our country more safe from Terrorism.
Instead I believe *Greater Liberty* with respect to Gun ownership and self defense is not only far more pragmatically logical, but also morally just.
I therefore recommend that the Arms (Prohibited Firearms, Magazines, and Parts) Amendment Bill be scrapped, and that instead the government should make legal provisions for New Zealand private Citizens and associations, and businesses to legally look to their own defense and to do so with the requisite lawful use of Fire arms for self defense.
May God have mercy upon the victims of Breton Tarrant.

Its interesting to note that the new Ardern scheme does not include the Police rounding up ‘Maori sovereignty’ racist radicals whose mouths are filled with race hatred, and whom along with Green extremists have been caught red handed planning terrorism… have all new Zealanders forgotten about Tame iti and the Greens who were caught in the Urewara ranges terrorist training camp?
Has everyone forgotten the true chain of events by which these dangerous radicals escaped justice… not because they were innocent, but because of Police bumbling and poorly written anti-terrorist legislation that had been too hastily written in the wake of 911?

You can see that if the average non-celebrity, Good, Peaceful, and well meaning Critic of the Liberal agenda is banned from Facebook and social media that they have effectively been denied a voice and have been eliminated from the Public debate.
And how in fact are these Internet Giants like Facebook supposed to enact this Grand scheme of suppression of anti-liberal free speech on their Social media platforms in compliance of what Leftist governments are now demanding?
Despite the latest statements by facebook that they will deploy new AI tec to filter live streams in an effort to prevent terrorist live streaming, why is it that *no body* is standing up and pointing to the Elephant in the room that *no AI algorithm* can be written that can justly filter the wheat from the chaff of public dialogue… and that because of this fact of reality even the most sophisticated and ingenious AI will still result in the unjust censorship of thousand of innocent people… will certainly result in political prejudice… all for the sake of a diabolical and delusional fantasy of the left that the Internet can be so policed and restricted?
All for the impossible task and expressed sake of thwarting a tiny minority on Madmen!
And how can Facebook fulfill the deluded promise they are making to Liberal governments that they will ban All so-called right wing White nationalist, anti migrant sentiment from their platforms in places like Europe without cutting off 50% of their users given how mainstream Right wing nationalism has become in those parts of the world?
And then consider the alternative to 100% AI censorship… relying on social net workers themselves to report instances of posts and comments that ‘Violate facebook community standards’.

Media Giants like Facebook cannot be expected to hire enough Objectively minded moderators to manually consider and process the sheer number of false reports and so Facebook must then to some degree rely on automated responses… that again results in unjust bans much to the delight of the Malevolent serial activist ‘reporter’… a vile creature who has zero respect for the free speech of others with whom they disagree… and hate!

So We must look for help elsewhere… New Zealand is in Crisis yet there appears to be No political party willing to stand up for our rights and liberties.
New Zealand desperately needs a New Libertarian Party!
Unless there is a massive public backlash against all this and unless Facebook grows a pair of Gonads and tells the governments of the world that they will no longer pander to the suppression of free speech under political duress… that they will no longer buy into the Political line that they are themselves as a company are in any way responsible for what their users think or say…. and that they will instead defend Liberty and be prepared to face Governments in court for their unreasonable and oppressive demands… that the truth is that it is just as *impossible* to justly moderate social media to the extent these deranged and power crazed socialists expect as it is for the police to crack down on any one and everyone under the pretext of preventing future Terrorist attacks…. and that on both counts Freedom works better for the good of society while Censorship, harassment, and gun prohibitions only serve the interests of Terrorists and Tyrants and the expense of the Liberty and safety of the people… only if we all rise up in protest and put an end to all this leftist power-tripping madness will there be any hope that future elections will be Free and fair,… *only then* can we hope that our children will grow up Free.

What follows is my First Facebook post after been let out of Facebook jail yesterday…
I have posted it hear as not only was it the seed for the blog post above I also want to save it here just in case my facebook page gets Zucced.
So I am now out of Facebook Jail.
My crime was to publish the fact that Jacinda Ardern is a Puppet of the Christchurch terrorist… doing exactly what he expressly hoped and rightly expected leftist politicians like her would do in his manifesto ‘The Great Replacement’.
I quoted the relevant passage from the manifesto where he said this *Before doing so* was made a crime by our tyrannical state Chief Censor David Shanks who should be ashamed of himself for his violation of our rights and liberties under threat of up to 14 years jail…. for sharing a document of historic significance that is available to the whole world to freely discuss… except for us sad little Kiwi sheeple thanks to fact that we are being run by incompetent and tyrannical imbeciles.
Many people on my friends list probably did not miss any of my posts… those who either do not bother to read them anyway… others would have smirked and have enjoyed the fact that I was jailed because they despise my Libertarian values and opinions and worship Jacinda Ardern, and Lord her heavy hand.
Some will consider this first post out of jail to be foolhardy and think I ought to ‘tone down’ my opinions, rather than risk being thrown in jail again… or even receiving a knock at my door… yet I pity you fear driven sheeple that at such a time as this when our country requires bold defense of our rights, and the actions of our Parliament are punishing, and censoring, and making criminals out of innocent people… that you have already been reduced to cowering slaves.
Now without mentioning any names while in jail I was still able to read posts on my news feed and I became aware of a serious act of oppression and suppression of one individual by the Police over this business. They are not a personal friend. They are just someone I friended because they made many libertarian oriented posts that I agree with, and I even signed onto one of their ‘rights pages’… and from their personal posts that were written about their ‘visits from the police’, I am very concerned about what is happening to our rights and liberties… and yet this person then disclosed the fact that they are a ‘White Nationalist’… but apparently not ‘White supremacist’.
This was a surprise for me to hear this and had I known this before I friended them and joined their page I would certainly have done *Neither!*.
I have no desire to associate with White Bigots, than Maori Bigots, or any other type of racist Bigotry!
Anyone who is familiar with my Libertarian activism over the last 20 years knows I am passionate about racial equality before the law, and not opposed to immigration, or Refugees, and that I have been vocal in the defense of these values and principles.
And so I am choosing to dis-associate myself from this individual just as I have done in the past from others whom have displayed Racist ‘white nationalist’ or ‘Maori separatist’ overtones.
Nonetheless and despite the fact that the Christchurch Terrorist was a White Nationalist Environmental Extremist Fascist I still condemn heavy handed Police treatment of people like this guy, and believe such treatment will only serve to pour Gasoline on the fire!
By oppressing and suppressing the views of people like this you are not only committing a crime against them… you will certainly provoke outrage and radicalise unstable members who would otherwise would have remained benign… and so this sort of Draconian management of the problem will result in *The very opposite* outcome of what is intended by our simpleton government and their minions.
Free speech acts not only as one of our only defenses against Tyranny… one of the most potent means of defeating Evil ideologies… it also acts as a pressure relief valve for people who dont like the status quo… they can blow off steam… and we can either ignore them, or challenge them via reason, etc yet as soon as you start to oppress them and suppress them this puts a cap on the pressure cooker and cranks up the heat… and you can then *expect an explosion* (im not talking about nutters who call for rape and murder).
So these are my first thoughts having been released. and Hopefully I am not thrown straight back in jail for critisising our Great leaders…. yet I will not be reduced to being their mute slave.
Some one I know was at their childs school purchasing Schoolbooks for the new year when another parent struggling with a Big stack of stationary was asked if she would like a bag, it was then that my friend said she had plenty of bags at home and asked the school staff if they would like her to drop them in, yet they declined her offer exclaiming “Oh we dont used plastic bags at this school!”.
Obviously this was part of their ‘Conscientious Environmentalism’.
‘How virtuous’ one might think… ‘Great example for the children!’ one might think… and yet again… how disingenuous given the ecological fact that the more often a plastic bag is utilized… the less wasteful… the more ‘environmentally friendly’ it becomes… when you do the math… so this school is *Not* really acting conscientiously but is actually ‘not thinking’… I think thier no plastic bag policy is simply pretentious ‘virtue signalling’ and pushing a populist Liberal anti-plastic bag agenda… which has managed to get the New Zealand government to impose a freakish prohibition on Supermarkets using ‘single use’ plastic bags to carry groceries from the counter… yet you can still put your various veges into their own plastic bags… etc etc, and now for 15 cents you can buy Plastic bags that are far more substantial than the old ones with handles and Big Word ‘REUSE, REUSE, REUSE’ printed on them! 😀
Its just plain weird.
The whole thing is absurd and I am sure that mathematically this new prohibition has achieved less than nothing for the New Zealand environment… and yet no doubt there are thousands of Anti-plastic bag Liberals who are gushing with delight when they see the thousands of socially engineered Shoppers using hessian baggies to transport their purchases to their Fossil fuel burners.
And of course this is only the beginning of theses Environmentalist lobby to use Government force to impose their personal values on their subject Neighbours.
What will be their next target? Disposable paper cups and straws have already been targeted… what about Disposable paper towels?
They are already hard at work trying to discourage people from buying Meat and dairy products, and are lobbying for Tax increases on these things as we speak!
This is how Socialism works… how socialism despises Freedom… and encourages Taxes,Tyranny and oppression to grow… all under the cloak of virtue… ‘Saving the planet’… etc etc.
And absolutely nothing is safe from their Self righteous gaze.

For the Masses of zealous Eco-warriors they have little concern for how they achieve their goals… to them ‘the end justifies the means’.
To them if Government crushes *their values* and refuses to impose *their whims* ‘Government is Evil’, yet when Woke Party political people wield the power and they use it to Crush the values of those they despise… all of a sudden ‘Government is Awesome!’.
Socialism is all about Power and Control.
Their ‘Woke’ agenda is that they hate the dairy and Meat industries and want to force everyone into becoming vegetarians, and to do this they go to extreme lengths in their propaganda to demonise these things and make out that they are on a crusade for ‘Better Diets and Health’ when in reality they simply want to destroy their ideological enemies… people who enjoy Steak and Ice cream… and there is no extreme to which they will not stoop to Legislate away our freedom to choose for ourselves.
Yet Let me state for the record that Socialism *is immoral*… Socialism is *Anti-virtue/pro-slavery*!!!
Walk with me a while and i’ll explain how Socialism can take Good Values and turn them into the evil tools of oppression… it can take virtuous ideals and make them the tools of Evil powers… and this current plastic bag ban is a great example.
Now I know of a good and decent person (whose name is not important for the purpose of this monologue) who from reading and watching all the horror stories about ‘Massive floating islands of plastic waste in the oceans… photos of Fish and birds with plastic items trapping them, or carcasses on the beach with plastic spilling out of their entrails , etc (some of these images are obviously Politically fabricated for propaganda purposes) she has become very concerned about Plastic waste in the environment to the degree that she will wash out all the plastic packaging from their household usage, and store it all, and then travel to wherever necessary to ensure it is either recycled or otherwise ‘ethically disposed of’.
Even though I believe New Zealanders suffer a gigantic amount of deceptive Propaganda about Environmentalism, I would never suggest that her concerns for the environment are not of themselves virtuous, or that her activities and self imposed disciplines with respect to plastic were not completely within her rights so to act… and that as long as she was doing these things voluntarily… even if some of her behavior was not actually achieving *any real world benefits to the environment* … she is absolutely within her right to try and live her life according to her own values and the dictates of her heart…That is what having personal values and beliefs are all about! That is what *self responsibility is all about* … and this is what a free society is all about… having a society of enlightened self responsible citizens who voluntarily follow virtue!
And ultimately… if by any means the world is to be saved from Evil… That is how you go about saving the environment!
Multipy this type of personal voluntary action, and that is how you have a population that does not need a policeman in every bush to prevent them from littering… or Government Laws to prevent them from making poor choices when they shop.

And a Year ago… when she was voluntarily bringing her own carry bags to the supermarket so as to avoid using the plastic bags they provide for convenience… she could claim that she was acting *Conscientiously and Virtuously*… but not now… not since the Labour Green Governments silly Ban on shopping Bags… because the Government has taken away any virtue there was in this activity, and effectively turned it into an act of involuntary slavery… and Virtue is a matter of Conscious action… not compulsion.
A year ago some supermarkets (like Countdown) were picking up on this populist environmental feeling and had decided that they would voluntarily stop using plastic carry bags!
Ie They acted *without the need for a government Law to be imposed*… and though this did impose some inconvenience for shoppers and some would not have appreciated that, many others like my environmentalist friend I have been talking about would have been greatly pleased by this and no doubt would have switched shops to do her shopping at Countdown… a perfect match of Capitalism and happy consumers… which because it was mutually voluntary… and involved no coercion… *this form of getting rid of plastic carry bags was completely within the Libertarian paradigm*… completely within the requisites of virtue… and showed that Social change *can and does happen without socialist Government intervention*… *yet of course the socialist Liberal Eco-warriors of The Labour and Green Parties have zero respect for Liberty and voluntary action* and effectively *RUINED* the progress of Freedom by imposing a nationwide ban on plastic supermarket carry bags… taking away from Countdown their ‘voluntary Progressive decision and point of difference with other supermarkets’… and now These political parties act/ ‘Virtue signal’ that *their use of political power has made New Zealand Cleaner and Green* when in reality our country was already moving in that direction *without prohibitions*… via voluntary conscious action.
These are the very same Socialist Political parties that have the cheek to think they are experts on Adult behaviour and the principle of Consent!!!
Everything they do… all their policies are anti voluntary action… Pro-force… anti-consent.
Multiply this Anti-freedom… anti- Voluntary action… anti-consent mentality and activity across the board and you easily see why Socialism is oppressive and tyrannical and functions by coercion… Not enlightened voluntary actions flowing from enlightened values.
It generates a Nation of Slavish zombies… whose actions are not truly virtuous at all!
A typical example of a virtue {Environmental concern) being used as a pseudo-moral justification for Evil Political parties manufacturing evil and oppressive laws.
And Like I said above this modus opperandi is constantly at work… constantly looking for more apparent ‘virtues’ to turn into political weapons to rob their enemies of their Freedom and to further their Party political ambitions.
And the bitter irony is that despite all the brainwashing about Global warming… all the eco-indoctrination going on in the School system… and all the pretentious Veganism and ‘Woke signaling’ we see, These Liberals can still be found *Littering* on our Beaches and roads!
This is because they have not been instilled with virtue… but have instead been lobotomized!
This is the un=expected consequence of Socialism’s attempt to circumvent personal values and Voluntary actions.

The Notion that ‘the end justifies the means’ turns out to mean Any supposed desired end can be dressed up as ‘Good for society’ and then used to pass Despotic Laws.
Libertarians already know all these things, and so my post is mainly hoping to reach out to ‘Woke folk’… eco-warriors, feminists, etc to show them how their values and ideals are being contorted and fooling them into supporting Tyranny… as surely a foolish Christians have been duped by Politicians into supporting tyranny against gays, Prostitutes, Drug uses, etc etc.
This is the *vice* I am referring to… the vice of supporting Totalitarian Government that tries to circumvent Liberty and personal virtue substituting these with Compulsions and prohibitions.
This is what I mean when I say Socialism systematically turns virtues (and values) into vice.
I despise being ‘Socially Engineered’ by Nasty politicians who have Zero respect for my Rights.
I constantly shake my fist towards the Beehive when I have spontaneously decided to ‘duck in’ to the Supermarket and get a few things only to realise I dont have any re-usable Bags with me in my car… yet a mountain of them at home in the cupboard!
Blowed if I am going to buy another 3-4 Hessian bag, and so I end up staking loose items in the dirty Boot of my car and drop a few in the carpark!
All this because of arrogant politicians want to pretend at being virtuous!
Via their Evil politics they can turn otherwise good intentions and values into a great new Evil… because a virtuous ‘End’ cannot justify *Evil and Oppressive means*.
The only virtue any individual can be credited for or take self esteem from are their personal voluntary actions and ideals.
And just because I oppose oppressive environmental legislation does not mean I dont care about the planet!
It means I believe in Liberty and seeking to make the world a better place by Reason, enlightenment, and *converting individuals* to following virtue.
I am a Christian who holds Christian values and beliefs, yet I know that Christian virtues cannot be imposed upon unbelievers by political force, but can only be legitimate when voluntarily embraced by those whom have herd the Christian arguments… and believe them in liberty…. for this is *the only way* true virtues like charity work!… from the heart! So Social welfare is *not Charity* because it is funded via involuntary Taxes… It is the opposite of charity… it is a counterfeit charity of the Devil… so too is the current Ban on the use of Plastic shopping bags a *counterfeit virtue*… Socialism is a Counterfeit Morality…. Satan appears as an Angel of light… and Laughing spreads his wings.
Note: This post is not about Peaceful Muslims who practice their faith without a desire to impose their values upon others by force.
Its about *Radicalism*.

To those paranoid about allowing foreign refugees to stay here.. yet dont apply the same concern for social Democrats who want to stay here… I say you are either foolish and dont appreciate the equivalent risks involved to our country’s Liberty and justice,… or deceitful… because you yourself are a socialist with zero respect for the Freedom of others.
It Acient times, there was noting Evil about having a walled city to keep the barbarians out and the existence of strict terms and conditions for entry (keeping the peace, and respecting the rights and liberties of the inhabitants)… those that enter must consent to minimum standards of conduct that are universally applicable… even outside the walls…
I have just started a New Facebook page with the above title.
Law and order are subjects I am very passionate about, esp because I have suffered from the injustices of Bad Laws enforced by unscrupulous Police… and so I know first hand how Bad Laws wrongfully enforced corrodes an individuals faith in society… causes a hate for society, and mass produces Criminals and Outlaws.
It was a near thing for me yet by the grace of God, he taught me the dynamics of these things, and why I ought to refrain from going down that dark ally… and instead ‘Keep the faith’ in Justice, and work for a more just and enlightened society.
As a Libertarian, not an Anarchist I believe in Just Government, Just Laws, and the Just enforcement of just laws.
Good Government, and Good Police respect the inalienable rights and liberties of Individuals, and their just and limited powers are delegated to them by the people (as Individuals) as an extension of the individuals right to provide for their own defense (Self defense) … yet that is as far as their legitimate function goes.
Good Cops… like Good Government are a boon to society… a Good Cop ought to be a Pillar of Ethics… a person motivated by Compassion and who sees virtue in serving the people… and this is something quite different from a Paid goon who enjoys wielding power under the pretense and pseudo-legitimacy of enforcing the Law… irrespective of *what* the nature of the law is.
If This page pours scorn, ridicule, or outrage upon events and the actions of an officer, department, or Court Ruling, please remember that this page is *Not about Hate*… It is about Justice and reform.
Good Police should be as outraged as I am, when bad police get away with injustice.
A Good cop is a person of the highest Scruple and integrity… He/ she is not in it for the money… or the power.
They will put the rights and liberties of the people they seek to serve ahead of tyrannical Party political agendas… and a Just society ought to have a constitution that embodies these ‘Higher principles’ that trumps Parliamentary whims, and has the authority to Deem The Evil ambitions of Politicians to be corrupt… and therefore void…. and therefore Criminal … and a code of Ethical conduct by which Good Cops can repair in defense of their refusal to enforce Bad laws and Evil Orders.
A Bad cop is a person who has no problems enforcing Evil laws that encroach upon the rights and liberties of the people.
Just as Satan appears as an Angel of Light, Evil Political agendas… and Bad cops always disguise themselves under the garb of Expedience, emergency, or some supposed Lofty Social and ‘Politically Correct’ Ideal.
Bad Cops even use Just Laws as pretense to commit gratuitous violence and oppression… and frame the innocent.
It is a characteristic of Evil to be able to pervert and twist good things to evil ends… and Bad cops do this all the ding dong day!
“He Resisted arrest”… “He went for my Gun”… so I shot him dead…… They know, and even have been trained how to work the system so that they can commit violence and crimes with impunity.
When the Cops are Corrupt… the wheels of society are truly falling off the wagon, and there are few things more destructive to Civil order… few Evils that generate Criminals than when people loose respect for the Law… because the powers that be… and esp the Police are corrupt and oppressive.
A society that does not vigorously expose, and prosecute Dirty Bad cops is on the road to Ruin…
Power Tends to attract the worst personality types, and it corrupts those of weak moral stature, which is a fundamental reason why Legal Powers of Force need to be very very limited, and The Government and Police need to be under constant scrutiny… and held to the highest standards of principle.
Sadly for most of the world the things I have written above are ignored, and so The Reputation of the Police is that of Oppressors… of a violent Criminal Gang within a corrupt system that protects them.

‘Meth now easier to get than cannabis in Northland, locals say’….

Methamphetamine has become easier to source in Northland than marijuana, according to locals.
Whangarei defence lawyer Kelly Ellis said according to her clients, P was soaring in availability over cannabis, which had long been considered the country’s preferred illegal drug.
“It makes sense, let’s get real about it,” she said.
“Meth is much more lucrative and much easier to do than having to carry smelly bags of cannabis around the place.”
Ellis deals with people at “the pointy end” of the drug trade, including meth users, dealers and manufacturers.
She said gang presence in the north had increased rapidly over the past five years, and what were once tinnie houses had converted to dealing the much harder drug.
The seizure of half a tonne of P from 90 Mile Beach in June was an indication of the size of New Zealand’s meth problem, she said.
“If you look at that as being a basic economic indicator of availability versus demand, it seems demand is not outstripping supply.”
Chris Fowlie, president of the New Zealand reform marijuana advocacy group NORML, said he too had heard meth was easier to come by than cannabis in Northland.
”People can’t find cannabis but they know where to get meth from a tinnie house,” he said.
“Gangs really do run the show because of fear of people growing their own.”
Detective Inspector Kevin Burke said the take-down of 12 local labs last year, on top of the June bust, was another indication of the “significant problem” meth had become.
“It illustrates, in addition to the importation of methamphetamine, there’s still a demand clearly for homegrown methamphetamine,” he said.
“At the end of the day it’s profit-driven and people are prepared to run the risk.”

The annual cannabis haul in the West Coast bush has been trending down over the past decade but P offences have sky-rocketed. Joanne Carroll takes a look at what is happening.
The West Coast has always had a reputation for being the cannabis capital of New Zealand with its isolated communities surrounded by beautiful wild bush in a climate that some say creates ideal growing conditions.
But that reputation is changing as P takes a devastating grip….”
They claim it’s easier to buy a bag of P than it is to get a cannabis tinny, and that addiction is having a flow-on effect in the community.
“Depending on who you know it’s between $550 and $1000 a gram, and in Gisborne we have kids going to school with no lunch,” says former user Tricia Walsh, who was jailed for three years on drug offences.”
“The bad news is that there are still some governments that believe drug prohibition is possible. They still insist on continuing a flawed war launched by former President Nixon in the early 1970s. They cling to outdated ideas. They rely more on ideology than evidence. Some of them are simply ignorant to the harms generated by irrational drug policy.
Here are three ways that the war on drugs has fallen short.
First, the war on drugs has utterly failed to reduce the supply of illicit drugs on international markets. Fumigation, eradication, and crop substitution programmes have had almost no effect on aggregate production of cocaine, heroin, or marijuana. In spite of massive investments by the U.S. and others in Bolivia, Colombia and Peru – the countries responsible for almost 100% of cocaine production – coca cultivation is in fact stable over the past decade. If anything, they’ve only succeeded in making life more miserable for poor communities and farmers.
Second, counter-narcotics policies have also been unable to contain transit of drugs from Latin America to North American and European markets. About 90% of the cocaine consumed in the United States comes from Colombia, while 90% of the cocaine used by Europeans is from Peru. Virtually all of this product is transferred through countries in Central America, the Caribbean and South America. Not only has it persisted unabated, but its transfer has also greatly expanded corruption of politicians, customs officials, police and has spread violence and increased consumption throughout these regions….”

“This is unprecedented,” says Pascal Tanguay, a Bangkok-based associate with the International Drug Policy Consortium. “They’ve actually been talking about different models from decriminalization to full-fledged legalization.”

According to the BBC, Fellowes claims that he has been getting his period “without bleeding” for three years now. “He says he’s so close to his best friend and flatmate Amber-May Ellis that he gets cramps when she comes on each month.” This pathetic excuse of a man says he has even taken sick days because of his “period.” That he doesn’t have.

I had no doubt that such things would eventuate, yet was not prepared to allow this secondary assumption prevent me from supporting the principle of equality before the Law.
This New fight… is something else that needed to be fought independently of the marriage law reform.
You see the difficulty in being a Christian who understands that True Christianity is Libertarian in it’s modus opperandi… and that though I support equal rights before the Law, I retain my right to peacefully live by my own christian convictions and to vocalise my moral views from a soap box in the public square.
