I am sharing VJM Publishing’s podcast in the name of Free Speech.
I have had many on line conversations with Vincent, and read many of his articles of which I would only agree with about 50% of his content, and I would assume he would only agree with about 50% of my own work.
Vincent in fact published a series of critiques on a book on Free Speech to which I contributed several chapters, in which he endorsed portions and critisised others.
All this is good.
Why?
Because that is what freedom and independent thought is all about!
And that is the reason why I am sharing his podcast today… not because I agree or endorse Vincent’s positions, but simply because I respect him as a fellow free thinker.
On top of this Vincent is one of the New Zealand internet content creators who received an unwelcome visit from Ardern’s thought police questioning him about some of the things he has published on line.
I clash with Vincent on a broad range of topics from religion to economics, yet in my view he has put out some fine arguments advocating ending the prohibition of Cannabis.
That is one topic upon which we are in accord.
The common assertion that internet users ought to *only share posts, articles, new stories with which they 100% agree with… or 100% accept as being 100% factual otherwise they should be censored and punished is of itself not only a Draconian restriction on freedom, It is patently absurd!
Who agrees with anyone else 100%?
And why should an article of brilliance and insight be rendered ‘un-sharable’ simply because of a few points of difference or error?
I personally will not accept such terms and restrictions on my internet usage… often times I share things that I totally disagree with because I want to discuss the issues raised!
And so it is with the works of VJM Publishing.
I will not be cowered from sharing his material out of fear that in doing so, I may attract the unwelcome evil eye of the Thought Police whom have him under their gaze.
And if you have watched his first Podcast you cannot help but be amused!
He already has me cracking up!
In all seriousness though he is not jesting about the state of New Zealand under the current Ardern Regime and how it is becoming more risky by the hour to be a vocal Free thinking New Zealander and critic of the Police State that is growing up about us under Our Great Leaders direction.
Free speech in New Zealand and abroad is a topic dear to my heart and I have written countless blogposts on this subject.
I share Vincent’s concerns the advance of the Ardern Regimes Though Police and that at some time in the future… when they have eliminated all the Big Fish who dare speak things they disapprove of… that then they will turn their attention to me.
It is of note to appreciate that since writing that post, talk back radio host Sean Plunket, whose social media post I shared has himself become a victim of Censorship and deplatforming having lost his job at Mediaworks for daring to sympathize with a fellow broadcaster John Banks who had been tarred a feathered for making true statements that none the less were taken as ‘racist’ and ‘offensive’ to Maori.

These Radio presenters made the mistake of thinking we still have free speech in New Zealand.
We don’t… thanks to the Ardern Regime.
We live under an ever expanding Socialist Police State.
‘A woman who filmed herself abusing a police officer at Ihumātao has issued an apology.
Manukau resident Anikaaro Harawira-Havili, 32, said she “went too far” when she swore at an officer and told him to go back to his own country at the south Auckland protest site on Monday.
“I can honestly admit I obviously overreacted. I was totally in the hype and anger of the moment,” she said…’
I ask what sort of apology is it when you dont even admit what you did wrong?
It’s not an apology at all but a refusal to apologise.
I think this fact highlights a very important attribute common to Maori Radicals… they live in a state of self denial.
They refuse to see their own wrongs.
They willfully perpetuate a mindset of cognitive dissonance to the facts of reality.
Anyway before I explain how this all underpins the delusions of Activists like Anikaaro Harawira and Pania Newton, let me first state that what follows is not written in the spirit of malice towards them, but in the spirit of exposing the delusions that underpin the whole grievance industry and Maori radicalism.
It is not my intention to ‘get personal’ about these particular individuals… I am hoping hoping to break down false ideas and let the light shine through… so let me state for the record that I dont harbour ill will towards these woman… though they may harbour ill will towards me should they read my opinions… yet ill leave such conjectures to fate.
I do not doubt the sincerity of their beliefs… but I question their validity.
Sincerity does not automatically make false ideas right.
I will also acknowledge the fact that at least Anikaaro admitted she was carried away with the ‘hype of the moment’… and who among us has not in the throws of intense moments said things we later regret?
I would like now to talk about some facts that she reveled about herself….
“In terms of being a racist, I’m of Māori, English and Scottish descent. I also have a Tongan son. “….
And there you have it folks!
This admission carries far more weight than she intends, out of a desire to deny her ingrained racism that she has imbibed from Racist Maori Radical doctrines… for a fleeting moment she drops her Maori Radical persona and admits to… or rather conveniently appeals to the fact that she is a descendant of British colonials herself*!
Think about that for a while with regard to the claims she and her friends are peddling at Ihumatao… she is in fact protesting *against herself!*
She is a Pakeha too!
Like myself Anikaaro is a New Zealander descendant from *both Maori and Pakeha*… from both Native and Colonialist.
This fact betrays something very obvious and important as by her very existence we can deduce that at some point in her Maori lineage her elders forgot about the colonial strife and eventually got on fine enough with Pakeha to actually *intermarry*… and thus she is the fruit of this union…. she is actually representative and physical embodiment of Hobson’s Pledge at Waitangi!
‘He Iwi Tahi Tatau’… we are now *one people*!
Yet sadly we can be assured this admission on her part is not something she is proud of… its actually something she buries so that she can then play at being *an oppressed Maori*, and to do this she must harbour a secret shame at her own lineage on the Paeha side to be able to stand up in public and accuse them of being racist oppressors…whereas I myself am not ashamed of my Pakeha heritage… because I dont buy into that false narrative.
I dont see British colonization as a great evil, and I love *New Zealand* as it is… which is was a beautiful melding of English and Maori cultures… until Maori radicalism came along and began to subvert this harmony and Rob Pakeha of their proud heritage as Pioneers and nation builders, and instead portray Pakeha as racist invaders!
Well Anikaaro… your own Blood betrays your assertions… you are the child of the union and integration between these two historic groups… and your distinctions are from a by gone age that no longer exists now… except in your head.
And you in fact are representative of the voluntary union of Maori and Pakeha!
So this is the fraud that underpins such protests as are happening at Ihumatao, because these people pretend they are a distinct and oppressed minority and the victims of another distinct group ‘of oppressors’ when in reality no such distinctions can be made *because the so called victim belongs to *both groups* making her both victim and oppressor!
Mathematically speaking… They cancel each other out!
Taking this to its ultimate logical conclusion we get to the heart of the matter… and that is these deluded people deny reality and truth… and seek to claim to be something that they are not…. The fact is they are attempting to pretend *they are not Pakeha* themselves… they have successfully fooled themselves and want the country to also buy into their fantasy … that they can with a straight face claim to be ‘Maori victims’…. yet they are not…. Their claim is false… they are not Maori in the sense that Maori were Maori in the 19th century.
This itself evidences the very opposite truth in opposition to the claim of being a member of a segregated and oppressed people… It is in fact a testament to One-ness with pakeha and a success story of mutual integration…. and peaceful coexistence… what was once two separate human families have become One, and so this whole treaty grievance industry is a farce!
Now as I have already said I myself have both Maori and Pakeha blood too, and yet it is important to clearly state that the truth does not prohibit Anikaaro from celebrating her Maori-ness.
I have no problem at all with Maori-Pakiha descendants like her preferring to identify themselves more with their Native heritage… and enjoy that inheritance… and to embrace that cultural heritage… yet that is a completely different kettle of fish to what is going on with treaty separatism!
We need to make an important distinction between the right of people like Anikaaro to freely embrace Maori culture,which is legitimate, from their illegitimate Political ambitions and claims that They are a distinct race of people who should have superior rights!
Treaty separatism is a vile racist scam.
There is no reason why we should not establish One law for all, and have liberty and equality… and for ;Maori to carry on enjoying their own heritage *as equals*…. its just the all the handouts and special treatment will *stop* and Maori like her will have to lose her fake sense of ‘superior entitlement* to live and enjoy this country.
Ending treaty separatism is in fact a moral imperative for our Nation.
Maori like Anikaaro need to snap out of their malevolent racist ideas and must start respecting their Non-Maori neighbours as fellow countrymen of equal status and rights to themselves!
That is what ending racism looks like… yet that is precisely what our government is refusing to do… instead our government *perpetuates separatism and grievance* … ie the government perpetuates *racism* and Apartheid.
Its time New Zealanders kicked these types of politicians out and get some who will end all this racist governance and establish one law for all!
One last point…. maybe Anikaaro will also deny she is ashamed of her Pakeha blood… after all why should *she assume* any perceived ‘collective guilt’ for oppression that she places on her colonizing ancestors account?
After all *she might argue that herself has not acted in an oppressive manor towards Maori!
Yet what would such an argument do but sweep the entire presumption that under pins Maori Radicals demands for compensation from he contemporary Pakeha kin?
For what is true of herself is equally true of all Pakeha living today… non of them has engaged in Colonial oppression any more than she has!
What more No Maori living today has been the victim of colonial oppression… all claims that are being held up and assumed to be colonial injustice all happened generations before they were born!
So just as ‘Collective guilt’ is a scam… so too is their claims of ‘collective victimism’… the noting that simply because they are descended from a certain ethic group… that they can thereby claim their ‘victimhood’.
Its all too shameful and absurd to be countenanced!
How the hell did New Zealanders allow their nation to be hijacked by such twisted logic???
And how long will you allow this lunacy to continue ?

Having a good grasp of world history is essential for any New Zealander, if they are to have any hope in grasping just how different the British colonisation of New Zealand was compaired to the colonisation of other countries like America, and Australia.
The revisionist Narrative that has been foisted upon our nation by successive governments control of the Media and education system *relies on the ignorance* of the New Zealand population.
To understand the colonisation of New Zealand correctly a person must understand all the great milestones in the Development of the British Empire, including the Reformation, The revolutions, the colonization of America, The enlightenment, the American Declaration of independence, the Abolition of Slavery in the British empire, and esp the political scene in Britain before 1840.
Most importantly people need to appreciate the Character of the main players involved in the colonisation of New Zealand… their motives… and the great pains they went through to ensure the well being of the indigenous population… the injunctions to guard against rapine… the legal safeguards employed that show the benevolent concern for the Maori people.
Its all there in the history books for anyone to go read for themselves… yet that is precisely the history Our socialist government and the Radicals *dont want you to understand* because it blows gigantic holes in their revisionist narrative that paints the colonisation of New Zealand as a racist invasion.
So it is that an appreciation of the big picture is essential as such understanding sets the proper historical context for how the colonisation of New Zealand actually happened.
Without turning this post into a book length exposition I will focus on just one aspect of this story of New Zealand’s British Colonisation that has inadvertently been made very relevant by current events… of the private company Fletcher Buildings housing developments at Ihumatao.
I want to talk about the political septic swamp that has been highlighted at Ihunatao that is typical of the whole treaty grievance industry… esp the corrupt Political opportunism and modus opperandi of the likes of NZ PM Jacinda Ardern and the Greens.
I would like to point out an extreme irony taking place!
How ironic it is that Green Party MPs and radical activists and protesters are attempting to smear the Fletcher housing development in an evil light claiming that their Housing scheme at Ihumatao as being ‘Colonisation in action’!
Yes they want to make out this is another case of Pakeha greed and oppression of ‘poor Maori’!
Unfortunately many people who are rightly affronted by these radical claims will still themselves be of the opinion that the British colonisation of New Zealand was driven by Greed and racism… as that is the narrative they have been spoon fed by our government… none the less these people will deny that what Flectcher Building is doing can be so construed to be ‘Colonisation in action’.
It is rather simply Land development in a modern society, building much needed housing for a city in dire need.
I agree with such an evaluation… yet still let me now point out that how Fletchers have behaved in this affair *is in a very positive way* comparative to how a very historic Colonial Company envisioned that colonisation and development ought to take place… following a code of high ethics and high moral values, and Good will towards Maori.
I am referring to Edward Gibbon Wakefield, and his New Zealand company.
In modern times both Wakefield and The New Zealand Company have suffered extreme post-humus character assignations by those with malevolent political agendas, determined to bury the enlightened truth about the colonisation of New Zealand, and supplant it with a Bastardisation of history… rewriting colonisation as a Racist scheme of systematic oppression and greed!
Yet as I have already said… such Modern revisionist propaganda relies upon ignorant and unlearned ears.
So let me now explain why I actually accept the argument that Fletchers development in many ways can be seen as ‘Colonisation in action’.
I say it’s actually 100% true… but not in the negative sense that these haters and nutbar Green party Mps suggest… but in a very positive way Fletchers is demonstrating a principle that was first enunciated by Edward Gibbon Wakefield and later published in his great work ‘the Art of colonisation 1849 ‘ which proves the very opposite *motivation* was at the heat of British colonistaion of New Zealand.
Not only was Wakfields motivation the relief of overcrowding and poverty in Britain, but also the welfare and betterment of the ‘native’ population of New Zealand.
Early 19th century ‘Aotearoa’ (NZ) was Stone Age and barbarous.
Cannibalism and tribal warfare were the norm.
European whalers were working the Seas and had established Drinking and whoredom at Russell… then known as the ‘black hole of the Pacific’… and as such tensions began to mount between thes lawless Riffraf and the Maori People…
The level of poverty here is best described as third world… yet it was out of a Protestant Christian belief in spreading the light of the Gospel into the darkest regions of the earth in obedience to their divine calling that ‘Mechanic Missionaries’ first arrived here from the Church missionary society… bringing with them the arts of the Modern world… and preaching the brotherhood of mankind.
It was the Missionaries along with NZ Resident James Bugsby whose council led the Coalition of Maori Chiefs tp petition the English Crown to bring New Zealand under their imperial wing and establish the rule of Law.
New Zealand was the last nation on Earth to be colonsied by Britain, and as such Britain (esp Wakefield) had learned a great deal from their past endeavors… esp the painful lessons of the American revolution and declaration of Independence.
Before 1840, England at the very time of Wakefield was writing ‘The Art of Colonisation’ had already abolished slavery, and was experiencing a wave of Humanitarian ideals esp with regard to the Equality of all human beings.
It is a matter of public record that Hobson’s instructions (which he did with Bugsby’s aid) was to treat with the Indigenous people of New Zealand for their voluntary session of sovereignty over the country to the British Crown in exchange for their establishment of Law and Order… and their Protection from France.
Though the Expanse of British Empire was at it Zenith in power and domination, still she was very reluctant in accepting responsibility for New Zealand.
Not only was it on the opposite side of the world, Britain had sustained heavy financial burdens and troubles from it’s colonies and was in no mood for more of the same.
The Treaty of Waitangi is a testament to the beneficent attitude of Britain towards the Maori People, and their concerns for them that they be fairly treated during the inevitable colonisation of New Zealand that was already in process.
The 2nd clause of the Treaty that allows for Maori to sell any lands they were willing to part with directly to the British Crown, not only was it a safeguard against Land Sharks swindling them. but also reflects a fundamental principle of Wakefield’s ‘Art of Colinisation’ whereby Land is acquired *and Pooled* by the government, surveyed, given title, and systematically on sold to Colonists at a rate that would prevent a Glut of available land being on the market and thus by this means maintain property values.
This is an economic lesson he learned by appreciating the disasters that unfolded during the un-systemaic colonisation of other countries like Australia.
By controlling the Land supply to the market, Wakefield argued that the colonial government will be able to get better prices… and use the money for infrastructure, Public works, and cover the expenses of Government administration (sparing British taxpayers of an extra burden).
Wakefield’s ‘Art’ of colonisation and development was *self funding* and designed to insure the indigenous population were fairly treated .
Furthermore… not only was Wakfield’s enlightened principles embodied in the Treaty of Waitangi… a treaty designed for the welfare of the Maori people, making them equal Brittish subjects with their Pakeha neighbours… enjoying all the same rights… and having the same protections of the Law… Wakefield’s ‘New Zealand Company’ planned to bring a controlled and steady flow of Migrants from England (bringing relief from the squalor and overcrowding of British cities that had resulted from the industrial revolution and subsequent urbanization)… Migrants of the Best moral character and enterprise (unlike the convicts who were shipped to Australia), and to purchase land to create settlements… towns… and his plans for such settlements not only called for respect of the indigenous population, but also included allotments for them *within the settlements*!
not only does this display an inclusive disposition towards Maori-pakeha co-existence and mutual assimilation, and association, Wakfield also had a grasp of economic realities and benefits that are derived when wilderness is converted into a hub of human activity.
Property goes from being of small value, into being highly valued when it is a part of a thriving community, via the law of supply and demand!
Wakefied knew that the allotments given to the indigenous folk living within the community would increase exponentially in value, comparative to when the land lay as unoccupied waste.
And Wakfield was keen to see the indigenous population enjoy their portion of such gains that come from colonisation!
Likewise when we jump forward almost 2 centuries we see from the deal reportedly done between themselves and Te Kawerau a Maki that Fletcher Building has acted in both a generous and inclusive manor and insured that the tribes people will also benefit from the development!
And it is my contention that in truth this reflects the true spirit by which the historic collonisation of New Zealand!
This is why both Maori and Pakeha cultures have assimilated each other to the degree that via intermarriage we have become *one people*… New Zealanders!
And this truth is 100% at variance with the filthy and slanderous lies being peddled by the hate-filled and greed driven racist radicals who profit from Treaty separatism!
We are seeing here with Fletcher’s voluntarily reaching an accord with the Tribal hierarchy Te Kawerau a Maki… taking pains to respect the tribes sacred places, and providing them with allotments within the new ‘settlement’ mirrors very well with the intents of Wakefields ‘Art of colonisation’… and as the development will enhance the value of land in the area, so too will the tribe benefit from the capital gains that will accrue upon the properties they have.
There is of course one difficulty with ‘Tribalism’ when it comes to Property that tends to devalue land and restrict development… when Land titles are locked into some sort of Tribal commons as this can inhibit the ‘fungibility’ of the title… hindering investment… making it harder to leverage mortgages, etc… yet all these types of problems are not the fault of ‘Evil Colonial oppression’, but of how collective tribal land titles are not conducive to Free enterprise.
This is a whole story in itself that is not within the scope of this post… the important point is however how Fletcher Building have demonstrated a very respectful and beneficial attitude towards the Tribe…which is in fact well in keeping with the whole colonisation process of New Zealand… yet and these facts are at variance with the malicious claims being made by Protesting Radicals!
So lets list some Ihumatao facts.
1. The claim that the Ihumatao land was forcefully taken from the tribe during the Land confiscations after the wars of the 1860s *is False*!
There are maps available that clearly show the pastel of land is well outside the demarcation of confiscated land.
2. The Tribe signed a full and final Treaty settlement with Treaty negotiations Minister Chris Finlayson in 22 feb 2014
3. The Green and Labour party Ministers voted in support of this settlement in parliament.
4. Fletchers has set about to achieve their Building scheme fully compliant with the law… gaining all the necessary consents, and even went the extra mile in gaining the Blessing of the Tribal hierarchy… voluntarily Gifting Te Kawerau a Maki back an area that was of cultural significance to them, plus allotments within the development in which their people will be able to live!
We have come to expect the Nut-bar and ignoramus Green party to be completely devoid of reason and so it is no surprise to see their MPs standing among the trespassing and deluded protesters. yet by failing to maintain her distance Jacinda Ardern has acted in an extremely foolish, dangerous, and illegal manor by putting her foot into this swap… suggesting that her government supports the protesters and that Flecthers must halt their development and sit across the table with these protesters whom have *zero factual or Legal basis* for claims upon that land and its use!
Act party’s David Seymour has publicly stated that Jacinda Ardern is encouraging illegal behaviour (here)
And Tribal leader David Rankin say he is going to lay a complaint against Ardern with the Police for overstepping her Executive authority as PM and interfering in a legal agreement…
“A senior member of the iwi, Mr Rankin said he would lodge a complaint with police that the Prime Minister used her position to interfere in a legal transaction and as a consequence would deprive the iwi of dozens of homes which Fletchers had contracted to provide to the mana whenua.”… read more here
She has even tried to prevent media asking about Ihumātao read here
The sane portions of the New Zealand population have had a guts full of the Treaty grievance Radicals and witnessing the fact that these radicals show contempt even for treaty settlements upon which the ink has barely dried… and that Jacinda Ardern herself thinks she can arbitrarily trample underfoot legal contracts show that she has little compunction against abusing her powers as PM.
Now I have little doubt that my blog post will have caused some people to reading this to wish a pox upon my house… those whom have been thoroughly brainwashed into the belief that the colonisation of New Zealand by the British was one sort of ‘mega Crime against humanity’, none the less it is my testimony that to believe such a thing is a vile injustice upon the many great and noble characters who are a part of New Zealand’s British heritage, whom are routinely defamed and vilanized.
I make no apology for standing up in their defense… and in fact calling for an end to this slander, and for New Zealanders to give these great pioneers the admiration and respect they deserve!
Current affairs at Ihumatao also demonstrate the historic fact that even when the best of intentions to make fair Land deals with tribes, that often troublemakers will still make counter-claims of injustice against people who have acted with honest intent and within the law. Historically speaking Many of the notable disputes over land can be understood by the fact that prior to the establishment of British law, surveying, and land titles, in Pre-colonial New Zealand ‘ownership of land’ was virtually only by ‘occupation’ and secured only by force of arms… and constantly violently contested in tribal wars.
It was Christianity and British Rule that eventually brought an end to this Brutal and endless struggle and established peace between the tribes.
Wakefield’s grave in Wellington should be a national monument!
Every school child should learn about the Military exploits of Gustavus Von Tempsky!
And yet we live in such times in which Celebrating our British heritage is almost illegal.
Just look at all the lies being told about Captain James Cook!
Look how the hate-filled racist radicals want to remove his monuments!
The Colonial history of New Zealand is fabulous!
Full of heroism, and toil, and enterprise that was the foundation for the world famous New Zealand character!
It was via breaking in this wilderness and transforming it into a modern enlightened society that our Mettle was forged!
This is the source of why our Tiny nation has always produced the greatest Troupes, and athletes… and world leaders in Civil reforms!
I was no accident that Everest was conquered by a New Zealander!
Yet I fear that our best is now behind us!
Our nation has been taken over by a bunch of whinging and emasculated and self immolating SJWs who have been taught to hate their own skins.
Why do you New Zealanders tolerate the historic vandalism of these ingrates… these dangerous and divisive radicals?

Joint statement from Fletcher Building and Te Kawerau Iwi Tribal Authority & Settlement Trust.
With regards to the weekend’s ‘Reclamation Festival’ at Ihumatao, Fletcher Residential Limited, the Makaurau Marae Maori Trust Board and The Te Kawerau Iwi Settlement Trust & Tribal Authority, collectively the land owner of the Oruarangi Road SHA site and mana whenua of Ihumatao feel it is appropriate to remind the media that:
– The land at Oruarangi Road is a designated Special Housing Area, on privately-owned land that has been farmed extensively for the last 150 years. It is located between the existing village of Ihumatao, the edge of the Auckland Airport business precinct and the Otuataua Stonefields Reserve.
– Plans for the site have been developed in partnership with mana whenua in such a way that supports their sustainable kaitiakitanga of the surrounding area. This includes devoting a quarter of the site along the boundary of the Stonefields Reserve to protect and enhance connectivity, especially from the village. This piece of land within the development area will be the first time since the land confiscations of 1863 that land will be returned to mana whenua. The agreement to have this land returned to mana whenua was negotiated between Fletchers, Makaurau Marae Maori Trust and Te Kawerau Iwi Tribal Authority. Auckland City Council was consulted during this process.
– The protest group SOUL does not represent mana whenua of Ihumatao.
– Members of the United Confederation of Tribes along with members of the so called, “Kaitiaki village” do not represent mana whenua of Ihumatao.
– Pania Newton who previously led the SOUL protest group is not mana whenua nor has she been mandated to represent mana whenua of Ihumatao. Pania has wilfully misled SOUL followers and the general public regarding ‘land issues’ at Ihumatao.
– Pania, her supporters and SOUL followers continue to unlawfully occupy the privately owned site preventing the development of much needed new housing, which through the partnership between Fletcher and mandated mana whenua representation, will provide housing opportunities for descendants with whakapapa and strong cultural connections to return to the area.

As a Libertarian Maori Living in such times as we do, and having spent two decades fighting the racist separatism that has been imposed upon our Nation under the general pretense of ‘Honoring the Treaty of Waitangi’ I have become weary… Fatigued… to the point that I often struggle to summon the strength to get myself up upon my soap box to decry the latest Racist, slanderous, and Fallacious claims made daily by Socialist academics and politicians leveled at Pakeha New Zealanders, yet despite my exhaustion the latest outrage by the ‘Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) demands I once again raise my voice in disgust.
Having now deemed a political pamphlet distributed by the Political Lobby group ‘Onelaw4all’ as a‘Racist’ pamphlet likely to cause ‘serious offence’ and must not be distributed I see this as farcical, and yet another example of patent hypocrisy and pretentious arrogance against a legitimate political perspective that is calling for the abolition of treaty separatism.
The Ideals contained within that pamphlet are definitively *Anti-racist* in nature!
The pamphlet is an exposition that condemns the systemic racism of our government today!
These are the facts that the Ardern government (and obviously many of within the ASA) seek to shield from the gaze of the New Zealand Public.
The ASA is self-appointed Non-governmental organisation that falsely claims to be be ‘an authority’ whose judgments and opinions they now expect to be binding upon Political lobby groups and parties such as OneLaw4All.
The Truth is the ASA has no such Legal authority… esp no authority to prohibit Political pamphlets that express the valid opinions of a large portion of the New Zealand people!
Yet Because Onelaw4all exposes the travesty of Waitangi separatism, Andrew Little seeks to use his position of power to push for legislation to prohibit these contrary political views from being freely expounded in the Public sphere.
It is from that motive that he scurrilously labels the tract as ‘Racist’, ‘offensive’, and attacks it’s veracity… as by slinging such muddy accusations he is practicing Textbook lefty Liberal modus opperadi… By arbitrarily painting 1law4all as malicious and deranged, he is laying the groundwork and pseudo justification for perusing the forceful legislative suppression of His own ideological opponents.
The Judgement the ASA have passed upon the OneLaw4all pamphlet obviously was not arrived at via any sort of robust process or hearing that could withstand rigorous scrutiny.
I question what degree of objective investigations… if any… were performed on the content before arriving at their verdict???
It appears they have simply taken upon themselves to label it as ‘Racist’, ‘Miss-leading’, ‘contains False statements’, and ‘likely to cause serious offence’… upon no more solid grounds than their own Political opinions, prejudices and ignorance! They are merely parroting verbatim what Andrew Little said to the media back in April!
It is preposterous to expect that New Zealanders who subscribe to the contents of the Pamphlet, and know that it’s claims are grounded in historic facts, and who are quite within their democratic rights to organise themselves, and to solicit support from the public for their Political values and policies will pay the slightest heed to this so-called Toothless and Corrupt Authority!
The very point of Free speech, and open debate, in a democracy is to *allow the people to hear for themselves*,discuss and weigh the merits of various arguments *for themselves* *NOT* for some Pompous organisation to do all the thinking for them… and try and ‘spare the people from hearing arguments they may not like’… and effectively make political judgments and decisions for them!
It is only when Citizens are fully informed that they can then cast votes founded upon the dictate of their own mind and conscience.
The truth is there are Political interests who dont want the New Zealand voter to be fully informed!
OneLaw4all asserts that it is our Current government whom via separatist policies are the culprits practicing all the Racism here, that it is the Governments manufactured Treaty narrative that is Misleading, contains false statements, and that all this shameful institutionalised Prejudice causes grievous offence to a great portion of the New Zealand people!
You see the duplicity of those within the ASA who obviously dont give a toss *about how hateful and offensive and racist and unjust, the Governments Treaty separatist policies and institutions are!
Why? because the bigots within the ASA are complicit with the prevailing Politically correct racism and prejudices of the status quo.
They should stick to judging Toothpaste advertising and the like… ie stay withing the narrow confines of their expressed objectives…stay out of practicing partisan politics and matters of legitimate Free speech!
Opposition to the Separatist Status quo… those who want to establish One Law for all are not confined to a few fringe dwelling loons either!
Polls indicate that such a view may in fact be above 50% of the New Zealand population, and includes many notable New Zealanders, and despite what the ASA assumes… Maori like myself also Support the views and claims as expounded in this now infamous document.

I have challenged the official narrative and revisionist history that is used to excuse the governments Racist meddling and laws, and so I know what I am talking about when I say that the current Treaty separatism is a massive racist fraud that is being perpetrated upon the people of New Zealand and I am prepared to step up upon any public forum, against any academic or politician who is willing to debate me.
And though the said pamphlet does not contain any of my own contributions it does contain several from individuals I know personally and admire, and whose opinions I share, and so I take it upon myself to express my indignation at the Advertising Standards authority for labeling my Values, Principles, and well founded historic assertions as being something that should not be allowed to be propagated and ‘Removed from circulation’!
Basically they are trying to make all my work for the last two decades Illegal!

In Truth, historically speaking the colonization of New Zealand stands in stark contrast to how colonization unfolded in other parts of the Empire.
For Starter New Zealand was Colonized in the midst of the most enlightened Era in which England had abolished slavery!
The Treaty of Waitangi is a document of unparalleled enlightened values that attempted to safeguard Maori interests by granting them Full Rights as British subjects!
Yet when Pakeha New Zealanders stand up to defend themselves and their Ancestry from the bigotry heaped upon them by Socialists and radicals, they are the ones being vilified as racists… they are the ones being to ‘to go home’!
This is very same evil that our Woke PM Jacinda Ardern spoke publicly against when she condemned US President Donald Trump when he said that of the ‘Squad’ of Radical Liberal democrats did not like America… they could leave!
In the light of such posturing, we should ask how then can she reconcile her patently contradictory stance by which she supports the ongoing vilification of the descendants of Pakeha immigration?
Obviously she cheery picks her moments to ‘Virtue signal’ whenever it serves to further her own political objectives!
The truth is that People who support the establishment of One Law for all… like myself.. a Maori, and Don Brash are *humanitarians* fighting systemic racism for the principle of Equality before the Law!
I fight Waitangi apartheid not only because it is racist and unjust, but also because it has ensnared the Maori people in poverty and welfare dependence and is the chief cause why Maori are doing so poorly across the board as measurable by every social metric.

The following blog post is written in disgust… not racism… though it does focus on what is happening to a particular racial demographic… the Maori people… *My People*…
My disgust centers upon the vile lies and socialist politics that subverts the truth and fails to correctly identify the *real causes* for why…despite decades of social engineering and Billions of Tax dollars of special treatment, Maori remain trapped in State dependence, and fill up New Zealand’s Jails.
Its about how our Government falsely and relentlessly attributes Maori Social failings to ‘Oppression and racism’ suffered from ‘Colonisation’ when in reality Maori are victims of the delusions that derive from this very Deceitful and toxic Socialist ideology.
One of my latest blog posts here poured scorn on a recently completed and heavily funded Government inquiry into the question of Maori Criminality that is starkly out of all proportion to their number comparative to all other racial demographics, and the resultant report called ‘‘He Waka Roimata or A Vessel of Tears’ recently tabled for the government to consider.
This report is supposed to give MPs guidance and insights into the root causes of why Maori have such disastrous social statistics. esp in relation to crime and Jail.
The release of this report, and its utterly contemptible conclusions are what have spurred me to blogging on this Current affair, as I utterly reject its main premises as not merely missing the mark by a thousand miles, but because it is a work of Evil political agenda driven propaganda… not an objective inquiry leading to sound conclusions… and it is outrageous that this fraudulent report is going to be used as a guide to Future Government policy!
We can see that the result will be precisely what Socialists intended to do all along *even before the inquiry was undertaken*… like so many of the farcical processes acted out for the sake of pulling the wool over the eyes of the public before Socialist enact their heavy handed and expensive agendas.
Such Inquiries pretend to be ‘sound governance practice’… ‘due diligence’ feigning ‘due process’… with copious helpings of ‘Public consultation’… garnering ‘expert opinion’… etc etc … when we know the result has been pre-determined and will entail Hundreds of Millions of Taxpayer dollars more being spent expanding State interventions and apartheid politics… yet because all this Nonsense does not correctly identify the root causes of Maori criminality and poverty, it is with mathematical certainty doomed to failure just as all the Socialist Apartheid politics of the last 50 years has proven to be.
They are not only continuing to Flog this dead horse… continuing with political ideas that are proven failures, these Socialist Politicians are doing what they always do… *Enabling* and *perpetuating* the misery!

The Fundamental truth that Current Socialist Apartheid politics and Welfare dependence are 100 times more destructive to Maori individuals well being than the so-called ‘culture shock’ of 19 century English Colonisation can be proven at all points if only people will open their eyes and ears… and esp their minds to considering *alternative perspectives* to the ones that they have been spoon fed by Socialist politicians and their ‘Education system’.
Today’s blog will consider just one aspect of detrimental choices and behaviour that makes life harder for those people who make this choice… just one reason why many Maori will find themselves welfare dependent… yet it has little to do with their race.
Upon reading the following only the belligerent minded will not already appreciate what I am about to say as being so basic and irrefutable that it barely requires being stated, yet I must do so to demonstrate the dynamics of Falsely labeling *personal individual choices* as ‘systemic racism’.
Failure to Call out Maori for their own poor choices, and instead blaming the Pakeha for their woes virtually guarantees succeeding generations of Maori will continue to wallow in the mire… and continue to cultivate Race hatred for their Pakeha neighbours!
And from hatred comes violence and crime.
So lets talk about the vital issues of Self responsibility, and personal choices… issues Socialists avoid like the plague in favour of an ideology of *Blaming others* .
Socialism thrives on victimism… they envisage an endless struggle between Oppressor and the oppressed.
They Never associate personal outcomes with personal choices and responsibility.
Instead they seek to circumvent personal responsibility via Nanny State interventions, Prohibitions, and compulsions.
Life is Tough!
And yet Good Parents attempt to raise their children to take responsibility for their own actions.
Yet ‘Adulting’ can be very difficult… especially when it comes to self discipline and voluntarily obeying and maintaining morals and values you know in the long term to be wise and beneficial… all the while resisting urges and temptations to indulge in vice, or ‘short cuts’… for immediate short term benefit and gratification… that are gained at the expense of others… and ultimately… ourselves.
There will always be a personal price to pay for Bad choices!
Call it Karma… reaping what you sow…. etc.
Though this is tuff… nonetheless these truths are *vital* for every individual to apprehend… irrespective of Race.
Despite what the Morally bankrupt Academics of our day preach in our institutions of learning about ‘cultural relativism’… in truth the same essential morals, values, and principles apply equally to all… and your success or failure as an individual depends upon how well you grasp these essential truths… and how resolved you are to following Virtue as your guide…and in maintaining them in your personal walk.
I want to apply this theme to the story at the top of this post… 50cent and the Mobster Puk Kireka’s Heavy Gang Facial tattoo…and how this demonstrates the Truth about a lack in self responsibility as being the Primary source of the Maori peoples sorry social conditions… not Colonisation.
50 cent derided Puk because his personal choice to get that tattoo is guaranteed to make his life harder ‘in the big wide world’… esp with respect to future employment… and employment is one of the *most essential factors* in being self reliant and independent human being!
The ability to Earn an honest dollar.
So unless you are Filthy Rich and dont need a Job, obviously getting that sort of Tattoo may therefore be considered to be *a bad personal choice* because is will undoubtedly negatively impact on that persons ability to uprightly take care of themselves.
It is a Bad choice not restricted to Maori, but by people of all races, and yet it is a Bad personal choice made to a much higher degree by young Maori Men… usually to impress their Peers.. or to serve as a type of ‘War paint’… that this person is ‘Staunch’… ‘Bad ass’… etc to intimidate others or cause others to be wary of messing with them… I am of course taking about Tattoos… esp Face, neck, lower arms and hand tattoos that are impossible/ difficult to conceal.
And it is the higher prevalence of such tattoos among Maori men that is but one factor that works to lower Maori Social statistical outcomes… not colonisation.
I will discuss Traditional ‘Moko’ in the postscript.
Many of these Tattoos are purposefully ‘aggressive’, most often of very poor quality, and often associated with fringe subcultures,Gangs, and Jail.
I appreciate that when you are raised in a poor community (not a personal choice children make), and immersed in Gang culture (which is often family related, or Neighborhood related, yet ultimately still a life style choice to participate in) these Tattoos are considered to be ‘positive goods’… emblems of belonging… have urban warfare value… even value when it comes to ‘Hooking up’.
This is what life appears to be ‘all about’ to young people immersed in it, yet they are setting themselves up for a very hard lesson in life that the Greater world… the world in which better quality of life exists, will not be at all impressed.
This whole ‘Culture’ is a study in personal ethics and choices that too easily is talked about by socialists who make excuses for Bad personal choices by their pet demographics they instead frame as ‘helpless victims’ of ‘social failings’ and oppression rather than individual choices.
If only More Youth would have the wisdom and foresight to appreciate how bad a decision to get a facial tattoo can be… unfortunately many youth dont get good parenting or mentor-ship that sets an example worthy to be emulated… unfortunately Young Maori men take their roll models from older siblings, Uncles, etc… Gang Members… heavily tattooed… Hard Drinkers… drug users… and quick to use their fists if they feel ‘disrespected’.
Thus the older generation of Maori have to accept that their own life choices play a very strong part in the choices their youth will make… for better or ill.
What sort of examples did Puk’s Whanau set for him?
None of this has anything to do with ‘Colonisation’ or Pakeha oppression.
It has everything to do with a culture of poor judgement, poor ethics, poor values, and poor exemplars.
Maori have enjoyed decades of Political and legal favoritism and yet Socialists never cease to insist Maori are oppressed.
In reality Maori criminality is a testament to Maori failure to honour the Treaty!
That Racism has little to do with this particular issue can be seen with the well known case of ‘Devast8’… White boy Mark Cropp.
“A man with ‘Devast8’ tattooed across his face, who last year opened up about his job struggles as he tried to turn his life around, is back before the courts.”
The fact is that these types of Tattoos carry definite social stigma and are justly associated with Anti-social behavior, and crime.
And this Sigma has nothing to do with race.. and nothing to do with ‘Bigotry’… A White person with a Facial ‘White Power’ tattoo with find his lot in life just as difficult as any Maori with ‘Black Power’
Its a simple fact that Employers, Landlords will with good reason think twice about employing or renting to a person with heavy tattoos
That this trait is very predominant among young Maori… ie that many Maori men have heavy Facial tattoos,Hands, Neck… and also carry high statistical gang affiliations is why their demographic is proportionally heavily affected, yet in reality New Zealanders are collectively a heavily Tattooed People… New Zealand has a high statistical Tattoo count from all ethnic backgrounds… yet not so much on the face.
The Internet is full of accounts of Non Maori… White Individuals who have a harder time in life because of their facial tattoos.
Its an internationally recognised problem for individuals.
Many people will not even bother to read this post simply because the facts are so obvious!
That the serious negative consequences result from this sort of personal behavior by young people has nothing to do with systemic racism, and everything to do with having made very bad choices that will impact negatively upon your future is something so Obvious that many people will wonder why I bothered to write this?
As I have explained in the very first paragraph… This post is about exposing the Lies of socialism that try and blame ‘Colonialism and White Prejudices’ for the poor social conditions/ High Criminality of Maori, and in the process deny the fact that the *real causes* are the lack of Self responsibility for their personal choices… and that blaming Colonisation and White racism is a disgusting lie for political ends, that not only slanders Pakeha, but attempts to justify *Racist politics* extorting hundreds of millions of dollars all the while failing to address the real Moral crisis that is impoverishing Maori and ensnaring them in Socialist dependency.
Let me finish by saying most of the insights on the importance of personal ethics I have expressed are not things I have learned in school but truths I have lived.
I spent my youth as part of the Fringe subculture in rebellion to ‘conservative society’, in which tattoos were the norm, and in which many foolish values are embraced as being ‘Cool’ ‘Staunch’.
I have many Tattoos. Tattoos I wish I did not have, yet fortunately they are not on my Face, Hands, Neck, or lower arms.
I like Tattoos, yet for religious reasons I regret mine, and discourage anyone from getting them… and if they do implore they do so on discrete areas of the body that can be covered at times of Work, Job interviews, etc… because for most professional interactions with wider society having overt tattoos will be a disadvantage.
It is pointless for the Tattoo community to act as if they are somehow being ‘oppressed’ by ‘bigoted’ outsiders for ‘Judging them’ because of their Tattoos when its a patent fact that Tattoos and criminality… Tattoos and Gangs…, etc are not mythical associations but factual… and that not only are a large percentage of tattoos purposefully intended to send a message of ‘Baddassness’ but that even the Tattooed community judge each other by their tattoos… eg a Tattooed Maori is highly likely to immediately hate a Pakeha with a white power Tattoo… and so when you analyse all this you can easily see that deriving *First impressions about a persons character* from their Tattoos is a universal habit founded upon some very valid associations.
Yet sometimes these first impressions can be wrong… and of course there are many Great people with Facial Tattoos.
People can change… Criminals can reform… First appearances can be very deceiving… People do form judgments by first appearances and may will not bother to investigate further whether or not their first impressions were correct.
It has just been reported that Puk Kireka actually wants to change his ways and is seeking donations from the public to fund his education.

I wish Puk Kireka every success in his endevour to step up and create a better life for himself!
It will be very hard with that Heavy Facial Tattoo… Yet not impossible… He will have to find the inner strength to persevere.
Maybe getting it removed would be in his own best interest… these are the sorts of tuff choices he must make for his own future.
I hope he also mentors his younger Whanau into not making the same detrimental life choices that he himself made… in this way he can help them to have a better life… a smoother path… Break out of Poverty and crime… and is not this what we all want for Maori?
They must turn their backs on the lies of Socialism and race hate against the Pakeha… turn away from blaming Colonisation which has brought 1000 times more benefits and opportunities to these shores than the socialist claims of the evils of ‘Land alienation and loss of culture’.

Without spending too much time talking about the ‘Old World’ tradition of Moko (of which I make no claims of expertise) I just want to make a few passing points.
Firstly I want to say their is a world of difference between ‘Tribal art’ and Gang tattoos.
I also want to point out that Facial Moko even back in Pre-Colonial times was not universal, and that the notion that any contemporary Maori thinking that by getting a Facial Moko today somehow makes them ‘A greater Maori’ or somehow symbolises them as being ‘more passionate’ about Old world Maori culture… I cant help but to consider such motives as being Poor judgement

Tattoos in Old times may have been associated with high Mana, and imbued *ferocity* to a Warriors presence in war (and on the street… and in jails… all reason why Modern Gangs love Facial Tattoos)… yet that same ferocity will work to defeat you in times of Peace… outside Gang culture…in the modern world where prosperity and Freedom from Crime and jail is to be found… so a person must weigh up the positive personal consequences they perceive of Getting a facial tattoo that they like, from any negative social costs such a Tattoo may carry in affecting their ability to prosper… and this is a personal choice… not a matter of prejudice…
Socialism is built upon a mountain of lies that must be maintained at all cost lest the light of truth should penetrate the fog and expose the rot and the deception.

This is precisely the sort of vile Political ideology that has just been served up under a report ‘He Waka Roimata or A Vessel of Tears’ that pretends to be ‘an inquiry’ when in reality its just a Partisan Ideological media release designed to dupe the public into accepting Left wing political agenda and program.

Getting back to my original topic about the Lies that underpin the Racist Socialist agenda and their ideological excuse that Rampant Maori Criminality may be blamed on ‘Colonisation’, let me remind people of what New Zealand first MP and Minister of Regional Economic Development Shane Jones recently said….

Author of ‘Once were Warriors’ Allan Duff also copped a lot of hate from Maori for challenging their Culture of Blame and perpetual victimism.
The Movie was an indictment against the attitudes… and ‘culture of violence’ prevalent within Maoridom and it exposed the sort of mentality that causes Maori people to end up in prison… Nothing to do with ‘white men’s oppression’ and everything to do with the lack of Values.
In The sequel ‘What becomes of the broken Hearted’ Jake the Muss meets some Maori Guys who were using their time and talents much more constructively, and Jake tries to re-invent himself… to become a better man… and that folks… is the road to redemption!

Update: In the past few years I have had several conversations with Phil Arps via social media, and gave him opportunity to tell me his side of events. I spoke frankly with him about what I wrote below, and he responded cordially.
One of the most vile and Machiavellian ploys being used by the left today to discredit their political opponents and critics… esp those whose they cant defeat in open debate … those they seek to silence… those they seek to persecute and disparage the Public from paying them any heed, is to falsely label them ‘Alt Right’… White supremacists…. ‘extremists… etc.

Without Doubt Phil Arps, who has just been convicted for sharing Brenton Tarant’s Prohibited Live footage of his Murderous Killing spree is a dangerous and Evil Alt Right Nationalist White supremacist… a Criminal who deserves to be behind bars.
Though I dont support the censorship of Tarrant’s manifesto… or the rationale that was given to justify it becoming a criminal offence to possess it or share it, nor do I agree with the extremely heavy penalties that apply to sharing the ‘prohibited’ video footage… and despite the fact that I believe the New zealand Police has been acting in a very Jack booted mannor themselves… post Christchurch… pointing guns in the faces of children, etc… still… despite all that… I congratulate the New Zealand Police for arresting Arps as he clearly represented a danger to Non-whites, Migrants, and Muslims.
I contend that even without the censorship of the Video, … or any New Hate speech legislation that New Zealand already has regulations against Threats of violence that Arps has violated many times, and justify him being Prosecuted and heavily punished.
Even if the Video was not outlawed, there still is probably a sufficient case to prosecute him for his intention to get the video doctored so that it had ‘Cross hairs’ going from victim to victim… so that he and his mates could use it to intimidate others, and watch it with Glee while drinking beer in Tarants honor, Eating Popcorn, and planning what crimes they might perpetrate against the focal point of their vile Racism and Bigotry… the Muslim community of Christchurch.
I believe that an argument may be made that his intent to doctor the video in such a way constitutes yet more threats and intimidation to commit violence against his local and peaceful Islamic community… the very community that lost 50 souls in Tarants cowardly and barbarous attack.
and as it turns out… even if such a case could not be made in that regard… the public has just found out that Arps has made explicit threats *Countless times* that he intends to commit murder against Muslims, and Jews.
All the censorship, and secrecy the Government and Police have shrouded around Tarrant and Arps (and another… including a youth who shared the banned manifesto *Before it was prohibited*)… has meant that the New Zealand public have been left in the dark about these very important cases… and I think this secrecy is outrageous as we the people have *the right* to know what the hell is going on and why… yet after News Hub ran their story ‘Opinion: Why we ran the video of the white supremacist and the pig’s head’ Many New Zealanders including myself got their first glimpse at what sort of person Phil Arps *Really is* and the Crimes that he has been committing against the Islamic community in Christchurch.
This is when We got to see *What a genuine Alt Right Nationalist White Supremacist looks like… how they behave… and how they think… driven by Evil… harboring malevolent intents against Non- whites, Migrants, etc… mimicking attitudes common in Nazi Germany in the 1920-40s.
So Phil Arps *is a genuine Alt right Nationalist White supremacist Hater*… a Loathsome racist… a danger to civil society that upholds Liberty and equality before the law for all.
Promoting Tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
The limits on free speech is not whether or not someone may be offended by what someone else has said, but whether or not incitement to or threats of violence have been made, thus Australian Rugby Legend Israel Folau was completely within his right to quote the bible that says sinners… including homosexuals… are in danger of Gods wrath.
This is nothing new to be said in western nations, nothing to loose your job over… until Left wing radicals who hate Christianity, have managed to totally dominate the political landscape and weaponise ‘Taking offence’ via the pseudo-moral construct of ‘Hate speech’… a construct that attempts to totally destroy the right to free speech in any nation that accepts its legitimacy.
What Ardern and the NZ Police need to remember is that a free and equal society *tolerates Free speech* and dissenting opinions, and the right to hold and expound religious opinions that may be critical of others…. *This is fundamental* to freedom and toleration…. *not a Police state that attempts to outlaw the people from expressing their religious views simply because another group dont like what they are hearing!
This Liberty is founded upon a body of enlightenment truths learned and fought for from centuries of struggle and is what has distinguished western Liberty from Tyranny of all sorts, from Fascim, from Communism, and from Islamic and even Christian forms of tyranny…. and why in most western nations Christians, Muslims, Jews, Atheists , and Hindus, have all been able to peacefully coexist… each group peacefully following their own consciences…under a social compact of equality before the law.
And all this was going just fine here until the foreign terrorist and psychopath Brenton Tarrant brought his murderous hatred to our shores!
yet instead of appreciating how good New Zealand really was in regard to these matters… the Ardern government took opportunity to destroy it all and impose tyrannical restrictions on guns and free speech!
They are manufacturing a crisis that never even existed here.
I’m Glad they have put Arps in jail. they should have done that a long time ago… they had enough laws in place to do so… yet now they are way out of hand and i hope the people of New Zealand put them back in their place!
Neither Arp or Tarrant are representative of any real crisis endemic in New Zealand!
There are Race relations problems here to be sure, yet they stream from a completely *different quarter*… and they too are the result of a politically manufactured crisis.
I want to talk about *Racist Doctrines that come from the far left* that likewise works to destroy yet another foundational principle of Western freedom… the principle of racial equality before the law.
Their divisive doctrines of ‘indigenous rights’… and ‘White privilege’ … ‘Treaty partnership’ etc etc have spawned deep racial divisions and a loathesome horde of racists of Colour… against Pakeha (New Zealanders of white European descent).
These left wing Racists far outnumber their Far right counterparts, and represent a far greater danger to New Zealand society than *real* white supremacists do.
But to talk about this blatant form of racism is to risk being labeled ‘A White Supremacist’.
Because of the failure of our Government to uphold the principle of Racial equality before the Law *Left wing Racist ideology has penetrated our government* and established an apartheid system complete with Race based Laws and institutions and created a two tier society based upon race.
Not only does this Officially endorsed form of Left wing racism now affect government policy, it also affects how they view critics of this institutionalized racism like Don Brash and his Anti-Treaty separatist lobby ‘Hobsons pledge’, and myself who has been a Libertarian activist calling for an end to Waitangi apartheid politics that has sprung up from Racist Radical separatist on the far left.
And yet neither *Don Brash, nor myself*… nor the hundreds of thousands of New Zealanders who have had a guts full of the institutionalized racism that has sprung up under the guise of ‘honoring the treaty’… are Alt right Nationalists/ white supremacists… yet it is all too easy for the left wing politicians like Andrew Little and Tariana Turia to label anyone who opposes their Racist politics as being ‘Far right’… and racist.
The truth is that Don Brash’s desire (and mine) to end Race based Laws in New Zealand is as antithetical to Alt Right racism as it is to Alt Left racism.
The Leftwing racist radicals of New Zealand are the Maori separatist movement… yet these radicals have managed to find support within the mainstream political parties mainly because they have taken control of the guaranteed Race based seats in our parliament, and the two big parties have fallen over themselves to bribe the radicals in these seats into coalition deals for the sake of control of the government and country.

And if we step back we see this same Machiavellian mechanism being used by left wing socialists right across democratic Western societies whereby any critics of Left wing policies that involve matters of Racial or cultural content… eg people who are not happy with the way immigration is being managed… these people are being labeled ‘Far right nationalists’.
An example of a Far left Racist Radical organisation in the US that pretends to be representing oppressed Blacks is *Black lives Matter*.
this organisation is very much like the Maori radical separatist movement in that they are infested with White-haters who advocate radical left wing ideology all the way up to establishing full blown Communism in the US and here in New Zealand.

Thus we should not be surprised to see the rise of Far right Groups and parties… though here in New Zealand the numbers have been very low… yet because the heavily slopped activities of Arderns government and the police post Christchurch, and their attempts to suppress free speech… we can expect the numbers of the Alt Right here not to subside… but to grow… all because the likes of the National party are not acting as a Conservative opposition party against all this left wing radicalism.
The truly *conservative center right voice* is no longer the Nz National party that has fallen so far left as to be almost indistinguishable from Labour… the Conservative right are now Epsom Mp’s David Seymour’s Act Party, Hobsons Pledge, and Libertarians like myself who voice our opposition to left wing radicalism and racism, yet also express our opposition to Alt right radicalism and racism…. yet the great propaganda lie is that we are Alt right… that because we want to end racial privilege to Maori that we are therefore Racist white supremacists… etc etc… all absolutely despicable lies… and yet willfully lapped up by the media, and the Left.
This is such a massive subject that I will have to make a second post that goes into detail about the so-called ‘left/ Right’ political spectrum and how cumbersome it is and how it is an insufficient… way too simplistic tool to describe individuals and various party co-ordinates within the whole political paradigm.
I will simply finish here with a photo of my own result having completed a political quiz that shows political positions on a two dimensional graph rather than on the one dimensional linear straight line from left to right that is taught in Zombie school politics class or law.

There are many different versions of this quiz that have different questions, and get different results.
For people like myself I often dont like the way many of the questions are framed, nor the limited ‘answers’ available to pick from… (like most political polls)… and yet usually I end up just on the left side and in the middle of the Libertarian lower half of the compass… yet in the one I post below I ended up just to the right, and closer to the demarcation line between Libertarian and authoritarian (not happy about that!) … yet most importantly *still in the Libertarian sector of the compass* which is the *very opposite sector to Socialist authoritarianism of both the Left and right!

Jacinda Ardern would register near the top (but not at the top) and near the far left (but not at the far left extreme).
The most important thing though is not so much how far to the left or the right a person scores but more how high or low a persons views puts them into authoritarianism… and the use of political power,force, and coercion, as opposed to how Libertarian a person is… those who believe in personal liberty, self reliance, self responsibility,free speech, and volunaty community actions.

“Hate Speech Laws and Blasphemous Libel: A Tale of Hypocrisy.
A few months ago, the Honourable Andrew Little quite rightly proposed a bill that eventually removed the last blasphemy law (s 123 of the Crimes Act 1961) from our statute books.
Before its removal, the effect of s 123 was to make it an offence to vilify or degrade Christianity with an intent to cause serious offence or by abusing sacred objects or beliefs (Bowman v Secular Society Ltd).
Section 123(3) went on to specify: “It is not an offence against this section to express in good faith and in decent language, or to attempt to establish by arguments used in good faith and conveyed in decent language, any opinion whatever on any religious subject”.
Thus the cumulative effect of s 123 was to make it an offence to vilify or degrade Christianity either in bad faith, or using indecent language.

If free speech grounds a right to vilify Christianity in bad faith or using indecent language, there is similarly a right to vilify any other religion in bad faith or using indecent language.

For the record …..
When I decided to stand as a candidate for NZ First I knew it was going to be stepping out of my comfort zone.
I value my privacy…and as much as I have a bubbly personality…I enjoy privacy and silent times too.
The sacrifices of putting myself out in the public eye for the sake of my country was carefully considered. But I was up for the journey…believing NZ First policies best represented my views for NZ.
My SPEECH on the 11th Sept changed this journey, and exposed how racially separate our people have become.
Removing ALL race-based policies, including promising a Binding Referendum to remove the Maori Seats was what Winston Peters and NZ First stood for and campaigned on…100%.
Why was I not supported by my party…? Why did Winston dismiss my speech and brutally demean and insult me by saying “What do you expect…that’s why she’s number 38.”
That insulting slamdown was not just to me…it damaged every NZ First candidate from 2 to 56.
How did those at 39 to 56 feel…? Utterly disappointed and demeaned.
I’ve asked the party to please point out what part of my speech was NOT our policy, and if policy had changed please inform me WHEN…and inform me when the candidates were informed.
That was 13th September. No response, no reply…silence.
Oh but the party gagged me in the meantime.
Apparently my comments were inappropriate in tone, misrepresented NZ First policy, caused significant damage to the campaign position and caused concern, indeed distress, to other candidates and members of the party.
My Northcote committee said I was arrogant and selfish, and I had jettisoned any hope of a political career.
I was told to remove the link to my speech from my Facebook page.
It was even suggested I remove my whole Facebook presence.
I was then told:
1. Not to make any media statements whatsoever, or respond to any media query.
2. Not to make any social comment on any NZ First issue.
3. Not to attend any public meeting or gathering related to the election campaign on behalf of NZ First.
4. Not to undertake any campaign activity on behalf of NZ First for the remainder of the campaign.
Effectively, they gagged me and the only option I had left was to continue campaigning independently of the party. My name was already on the ballot papers as the NZ First candidate for Northcote.I still believed I had represented our policies in everything I said in my speech.
I was still waiting for a response to my questions.
To date they have NEVER responded.
Thankfully, my faith in real NZers like me was restored.
The groundswell support I received publicly and privately was absolutely INCREDIBLE.
I needed it…thank you. ?
I suddenly had people around me who had my back.
I had eyes and ears who kept me informed and a step ahead of things happening…thank you.
My speech was being misreported over the media…but I was gagged from responding to correct it.
I was particularly disturbed to be alerted to a Head Hunter’s Facebook page with a link to my speech and my face plastered over the page….”This piece of shit needs to be executed “…share this bruthas. Yes, I kid you not.
The very content of my speech wanting UNITY and one law for all…and wanting ALL New Zealanders to be treated equally, was ironically exposing the very real racial separatism I was speaking against.
So there were bully’s to endure from within NZ First, the party I was representing.
There were bully’s from Maori radicals, including gangs.
I learned how to BLOCK….a skill I had no need to know before.
BUT, I am now being disowned by the party…they want my membership revoked….they want me gone.
So for the record….this has certainly been a life-changing journey…not quite the way I had envisioned.
After reading Kyms post I was Angry.
Angry for Kym given she had stood up bravely for the Principle of racial Equality before the law yet had been utterly betrayed and marginalised by Winston Peters.
I was angry that this insider information served to confirm the view that Winston Peters had swindled voters like myself who gave NZ First our vote on the understand that should he hold the balance of power after the election, that he would secure a referendum on the issue of New Zealand’s race based Apartheid Electoral system.
This was a policy that Winston was most vocal about leading up to the election , and one that I personally held to be the most pressing issue facing our Nation today!
And it was this policy that stirred myself and many others into throwing our support behind Winston Peters and New Zealand First despite our many reservations based upon his seriously checkered past.
My reply to Kyms post was… “Had I known all this before election day I would have immediately changed my mind about giving Winston first my vote and would have raised the alarm!”
Many People who voted for Winston feel the same way, yet of course Kym could not say any of this *before the election* being duty bound not to scuttle her own party… despite the treatment she received.
She did however work to the best of her ability to get supporters to put pressure on Winston Peters to stay the course… and not Reneg on his promises.
There was much that she saw from within the party that was shocking… and raised serious alarm bells… yet she could not communicate this to the general public.
We do not hold Kym at all responsible for Winston Peters Machiavellianism.
The Sad reality was at the time leading up to Vote Day, we supporters were left to our own imaginations… Can we Trust Winston?… are we being taken for a ride?
None the less many of us were committed to trying to get the referendum… the legitimacy of these not being something I readily accent to… yet given the circumstances was at least a shot at New Zealanders voicing their desire for reform.
Her Post-election Facebook exposè (above) made concrete what many of us suspected had happened … yet had no way of knowing for sure during the election campaign period … there were ominous signs yet we were always hoping we were going to get a referendum on this absolutely vital problem… while weathering a storm of slander by our more skeptical friends…. who all claimed to ‘Know with certainty’ that we were Fools to trust Winston Peters.
We were prepared to walk through this gauntlet for the sake of the cause to end New Zealand’s shameful Apartheid system.
I knew that there was at least a 50%… even a 60% chance they would prove to be correct as I myself had spent over a decade arguing that Winston Peters was a dishonest Rouge … in fact there would hardly be anyone who has been more vocal on this issue than myself… yet I also knew that these people could no more predict the future than I can… or Read minds better than I… and that if we voters wanted to get the referendum we could not falter on rallying as many votes as we could for NZ first… yet all the while being active in notifying NZ First and Winston Peters that the only reason we were voting for him was for the sake of the referendum.
I did have to pinch myself often… and reaffirm to my self my premises for maintaining my support.
I was one of many who actively conveyed this message… tagging in Winston Peters to every post, saying he must not falter… and encouraging everyone else to do the same…. yet I only once received a second hand ‘thank you’ from a third party… the silence was deafening from Winston.
And after he failed to support Kym on her brave speech… instead he publicly derided her in spite of her speech being received by us and with Joy… and being itself in full accord with Winston’s own speeches in recent times on this Vital issue… not surprisingly support for NZ First started to falter.
For all Winston Peters vast experience in Politics it is staggering to appreciate just how foolish and self-defeating his treatment of Kym was in the media!
If only he had doubled down and fully supported Kym in her stance and had encouraged *all of the 50+ NZ First candidates* to do the same… it is very reasonable to speculate that the ensuing sensation would have delivered at least twice the number of Votes for NZ First!
Just look at the impact and publicity Kyms single speech garnered!
Winston’s duplicity shot himself and his party in the foot and left all the candidates wondering what the hell they were supposed to say!
When the low life media pounced on Kim’s speech, Big Bad Winston crumbled like an amateur!
Instead of praising and supporting her… he threw her under his Big shiny Bus!
Looking back we can now say that even at this early stage…Winston’s retreat against the Brownmail and the PC Media had begun!
When I saw this at the time, as someone who was committed to voting for NZ first on this policy alone of course it disturbed me… of course it made me begin to doubt Winston’s sincerity on this matter… yet again being only left to my thoughts… I was wondering how much weight I could really place on this sad failure of Winston.
It was easy for me to make excuses in that Winston was touring the country at the time… and was clearly tired… impossible to communicate with… as he was the man of the hour.
Despite the so-called ‘Jacinda affect’… or because of it, the number-crunchers were predicting that Winston would hold the balance of power and so be the ‘King maker’ come coalition talk time.
This fact in itself was enough for people like me committed to the cause of ending apartheid to put aside our doubts… ignore the naysayers… and stay the course… as by doing the math there was every indication that Winston would indeed be in the perfect position after the election to fulfill his election promises to us in regards to the Referendum… despite Labour categorically stating they would not support a referendum , and National making similar noises… yet not so emphatically.
And when The election was over and all the special votes were tallied… Winston had not received as many votes as he had hoped for… yet was still the most powerful man in the country given he would decide of the two Obese parties who would govern.
From a policy point of view, and given that the Maori party had been wiped out, I expected Winston to be easily able to negotiate the referendum as part of a coalition with National… though I appreciated that it was all dependent on what Winston’s true ambitions were, and what National and Labour each put on the table.
Yet all the talks were done in secret… and we the public have not been informed about any of it… even after the decision was made… and this is a travesty!
We the people deserve to know what the hell was going on!
Why the secrets now?
Winston’s duplicity came to the fore!
Straight after the election he started making noises that indicated he was about to do the dirty on us… excuses such as “A Referendum on the Maori Seats is not so important now the Maori and Mana parties have been eliminated…” to paraphrase.
This is an absolute Joke!
The Racist seats are still there… still occupied by Racists… and still perverting our government into making racist Laws and favours!
What more Winston decided he was going to get into bed with the very Party that now occupies those apartheid seats!
I now suspect Winston Peters did not even bother himself trying to negotiate for the referendum… did not play hardball on behalf of those who voted for him specifically on this policy and to whom he was morally obliged to champion in honoring his campaign promises… even though we had delivered to him the supreme power to make Ultimatums!
I have several times tried to get Winston Peters to at least explain why he was not able to swing the deal… and why he went with Labour… yet we only get silence.
Apparently Winston does not communicate with the little people.
I even suspect he was intending to go Labour very early on and knew he would not be fighting for the referendum once Labour announced they would not agree to it… yet of course he dishonestly carried on letting us believe that he was going into post election negotiations… “not for Baubles of Office… but for what was for the good of the country”.
Hollow words.
He sold us out for what was his *real goals*.
And he and his mates have again taken the Baubles of Office… over what was in our Nations best interests!
And now I must even bear my Wife’s derision for giving Winston my support… she… like many of my friends tells me she ‘Knew’ all this would come to pass.
This would have to be one of the lowest Political low points for me… yet despite being made a fool of… when I look back at how I ended up here… I still see a clear rationale… and I still believe that I voted upon Principle.
A worthy Principle.
And that as voters… we who voted for NZ First on the basis of Ending Treaty separatism did everything within our power to see that principle prevail, yet that is the limit of our strength… and the limit of our responsibility.
The Failure squarely rests upon Winston Peters, and National, and Labour… *and the voters who voted for them*.
I voted for The principle of One law for all, and New Zealand first because of people like Kym Koloni who have now joined a most heroic club… those brave souls whom have suffered threats to their safety because they have challenged Racist Laws and institutions.
Nobody else was prepared to stand up…. certainly not David Seymour and Act.
For people like me New Zealand First was the only hope.
And this was also the opinion of the lobby Group ‘Hobson’s Pledge’ . .. though not specifically endorsed… you can see this from their posts and from some of their reasoning’s why they believed we should stay the course even when Winston was making comments that raised concerns.
Despite having vocally condemning Winston for years esp his underhanded grab of the baubles of Office in 2005, I was prepared to show grace… and to give Winston one last shot at personal redemption… which is something I personally believe in… only to have my olive branch trampled underfoot by a charlatan of such a grand scale that despite all my reasoning and excuses in this blog… I still question my own intelligence for being sucked in so badly!
Given that I never stood myself for election due to financial troubles with the IRD, I am in a quandary as to how I could have acted more wisely, and will have to bear the ignominy of having cast a vote for the Used car salesman… the very poster-child of a dirty scheming modern politician… a Lawyer none the less!… for the rest of my life.

Though Winston was King Maker and he now has many baubles of Office…the election for New Zealand First was actually a failure generated by a fiasco of Party chaos and mis-management and confusion.
Though Winston had managed to con more than twice as many candidates to stand for him this election, because of the incompetence of Winston’s team leadership and the uncertainty he generated during the campain, they ended up with Far less votes than the previous election and Less seats in Parliament!
Many of MPs lost their jobs and are wondering ‘what the hell happened?’

Neither is at all appealing or preferable… and so morally speaking this situation was virtually neutral as far as my personal culpability goes as a voter…should Winston choose of go left or right… yet like I said… I did expect him to go with National… even though I think they suck … and one perverted part of me enjoys hearing all the National Party supporters squeeling like stuck pigs because Winston did not choose National!
All their decrying of MMP because they still cant get it trough their thick Meat heads that just because National got more than Labour… they did not get enough to win!
I am shocked that Jacinda Ardern is now our PM…. I think it’s ridiculous… I think Labour is ridiculous… yet I also think National is an absolute joke too!
The Idea that Bill was ‘A steady hand’ on the economy is such a delusion that beggars belief!
His Party borrowed and spent more than any other government in the history of our Nation and leaves office with our Nation Buried in debt!

Though I expect many foolish policies from this Labour Led coalition I also have hope of some good stuff… one very important law reform is far closer now with the sacking of Bill English… and that is Cannabis Law reform … something that despite the howls of all the nasty prohibitionists will deliver massively on Social Justice and Law and Order.
I am happy that there will be an attempt to recover the Dead of Pike river and investigate this Cover up.
I am also Happy that Ron Mark is Minister of Defense and that there is good reason to think the 10:80 Program… dumping toxins by the hundreds of tonnes … and the cruel deaths it inflicts will also end.
I Visited Kym yesterday and we had a great talk (hence the photo).
We discussed things in confidence I am not a liberty to mention here, yet I suggest people pay attention to her facebook page.
I dont agree with everything Kym expounds yet certainly with a great deal.
She is a Christian and an exceptionally Brave woman who stood up for what was right… Ending Racist Laws and establishing One Law for all.

Here is something from Whale Oil Blog that sums things up… “Winston made the most of those poll results and promised the nation an end to the festering apartheid problem embedded within our law and administration, Winston did this by promising his “Bottom line policy”, that he would require a “Full public referendum” on the retention of the Maori seats, NO conditions were attached or made public, just an unconditional public promise of a referendum.
Many frustrated voters looked past all Winston’s obvious faults and their concerns over other NZ First leftish Policy, to see a major reversal of the obnoxious evil of apartheid, and gave a party vote for Winston, based primarily on that one restorative policy.
Those trusting voters were DUPED, they were lied to, Winston seized his own power, by sacrificing the one policy that gave him his voting numbers and put him in that position of power.
Update: 11-8-17… The magnitude of Winston Peters deception is becoming more apparent by the day!
That he has filed legal proceedings against National party MPs The day before the election proves positively that the entire negotiations with National and Labour were one gigantic scam and yet again we have the evidence that Winston put his own interests ahead of the Good of the Country.
There never was any hope of Winston negotiating for the Referendum with National!
He had already decided he was going to use the position we gave him for his own selfish ends!
If you ever wondered why Winston Peters decided to get into bed with Labour after the election and if you were ever in any doubt, you only have to have a squizz at the papers filed with the Auckland High Court fingering those who the New Zealand First leader thought were responsible for the leak of his pension overpayment.
They were filed the day before the election and named all the National Party suspects, including the then Prime Minister Bill English, along with his Deputy Paula Bennett and the campaign manager Steven Joyce.
It was just over a week later that the same three Nats filed into the coalition casino with the gambler Peters, who unknown to them, or anybody else for that matter, had already laid his cards on the table.
The dealing had been done. Like all good gamblers, Peters kept a stony face, letting them believe they were still in the game whereas in reality they’d been dealt out when the court papers were filed against them. The notion that he could now be sitting at the same Cabinet table with them is beyond comprehension.
This is yet another blog post that I have been paralyzed by the shear magnitude of the task involved in doing justice to the subject … and so have again literally left it to the last hours to attempt… as I have no more time to wallow in self-doubt about my writing skills.
The day is literally at hand, and so I am compelled to write this in spite of my fears that I will shortchange the virtuous.
I am of course talking about the Fake day of remembrance that Maori radicals have managed to manipulate our government into officially endorsing and even providing Tax payer money of 1 million dollars annually to fund what will prove to be a gigantic day of propaganda designed to present the wars as an injustice committed by the Colonial government against so-called ‘righteous and peaceful tribes’ for the sake of stealing their lands… as if the aggression was on the side of the Colonial government… driven by greed… and in violation of the Treaty of Waitangi.
We have already seen ‘Waitangi day’ being absolutely hijacked by the Racist radicals and turned from what was supposed to be a day of celebrations for the unification of Maori and European Settlers as one people, under the benevolent sovereignty of the British crown … into a day of Race hate and propagation for Separatism and special privileges for Maori.
Why on earth you may ask has the government set us up to endure more of the same vile opportunism for the lies and hatred from a small but highly politicized section of our society who are hell bent on propigating grievous racial divisions for the sake of their own political agenda of extortion?
The answer is simple… The National party was in Bed with some of New Zealand’s most prominent Racial separatists sitting in the shameful Racist seats of our parliament all members of one of the most racist political parties… the Maori party!
Ie the reason the National government has given this opportunity to ferment even greater racial division was because they have been selling out our country to these racist seats for decades!
A very warped and dishonest account of events and the wars of the 1860s will be rammed down the throats of our entire nation tomorrow.
No good will come of this travesty!
Truth will be the first and greatest victim… followed by ongoing and increasing injustices against the vastly superior numbers of New Zelander’s many of whom are completely oblivious to the fact that they are being taken for a ride!
These are the fools who are the ‘enablers’ … those whose accent empowers the Racists to achieve their vile ambitions.
Yet many of us Kiwi will immediately realise this day is just a big Charade… the familiar pantomime is again being acted out by the same old troupe of actors…with a sprinkling of new zealots… yet with the same old plot… like some badly written sitcom.

Due to decades of False revisionist history being spoon fed to the sheeple in our Education system by radicals… some who have risen into political prominence by peddling their lies… such as Auckland University Radical Pita Sharples… later to be Co-leader of The Maori Party… sufficient numbers of Non-Maori New Zealanders have swallowed the separatist narrative of Pakeha Greed and have taken on a collective guilt trip… and are supporting their own political oppression!
Though they undoubtedly know that they themselves have not acted in a racist manor towards Maori… yet in their eagerness to deny any hint that they themselves support the ill treatment of Maori have assumed they are guilty by simply being a descendant of the colonials… whom have been painted as being Greedy Bastards… or because they will perceive that because they have benefited from the colonial system (as everyone… including Maori has)… that because of the claims of the Maori radicals… that somehow they themselves have wrongly profited… so they assume they owe Maori ‘Reparations’.
This is why so many Pakeha do not balk at the Billions of Tax dollars getting handed over to racists instead of being spent on Hospitals, schools, Medicines, etc.
They believe the hype that *They are responsible* for the present low condition and terrible social statistics that are wielded like a Mere by the radicals as evidence of Pakeha oppression when in reality it is the shocking lack of Personal ethics, and lack self responsibility why Maori are responsible for their own misery…themselves!
They are the ones who stuff their faces with unhealthy food.
They are the ones who Drink themselves stupid rather than saving their money to better themselves.
They are the ones who commit violence and thefts and end up in jail.
All the while refusing to take ownership of their own problems… all the while listening to the lies and agitations of their political elites who profit from the ongoing misery of their people… and who blame the Pakeha for everything!
This is what Waitangi day has come to represent, and is the vile mentality that will be prominent tomorrow and will underpin ‘the remberance day ‘ of the wars of the 1860s.
Now that was the easy part of this post… the part that is most familiar to most New Zealanders, the harder part that I can now only lightly touch upon is the actual history of the wars themselves and what they really were all about.
This is difficult because to do it with justice would require massive volumes.
It would require a monumental amount references to historic events and records, all the while having to counter-argue against the Tidal wave of Political propaganda and revisionist lies that have twisted history to suit the narrative of Maori as victims of Colonial oppression.
None the less I must give at least a brief commentary on the over-all principles and motives that were in play at those times…
I cannot here engage in dealing with specific accusations leveled at various battles against the Colonial troops by those that have a political vested interest to sully the reputations of some of our countries greatest heroes… like Major Von Tempsky…. a man of Outstanding Heroism and exploits… An Enlightened thinker of High Character and Art… a true Renaissance Man… and who gave his life for Law and order , Peace in this country and good will between Maori and Pakeha that lasted 100 years… and who also until recent times was honored as one of our greatest historic figures.
He was revered by friend and foe alike!
It is the rightful legacy of such Great heroes and the honor they are due that is being robbed by despicable liars for their own financial and political gain.
Even his enemies worshiped his mana as a mighty and fearless warrior.
Today he has suffered Post humorous Political character assassination by the vested interests who seek to hide the rightful guilt that belongs to the rebellious tribes who caused war against the Colonial government by open rebellion to the treaty for the sake of pushing the Pakeha into the sea and re-establishing Maori sovereignty under the Tainui King.
They thought they would easily win…and slaughter the Pakeha… ‘Like cutting grass’.
These wars were not about land at all!
They were about Sovereignty!

After 20 years of British rule via the colonial government and the growing settlement of the Nation the Chiefs and Maori Aristocracy became jealous of the growing powers of the government and were watching an inevitable reduction in their own powers and ‘mana’ over their own tribes as their people voluntarily embraced Pakeha ways, manors, beliefs that were not conducive to maintaining faith and submission to the old Hierarchy… and just as is typical for humanity the world over… when powerful vest interests feel threatened… they plot.
And so a few of the Tribes decided they would rebel and try and overthrow the Government and become masters of the country themselves… and they tried to convince many of the other tribes to join their rebellion yet were unsuccessful.
There are records of all this and one famous account that when Kingitanga Tainui emissaries approach Ngapuhi to join the rebellion that they were mocked!
Ngapuhi said they would rather be governed by an English woman than any Tainui King!
So perhaps one of the greatest proofs of the lies of today’s Radicals and their historic revisionism is the undeniable fat that the wars were not Maori verses Pakeha… But Maori and Pakeha vs a handful of murderous tribes in rebellion of the treaty!
On the left is my copy of ‘The Defenders of New Zealand and Maori history of the war’ in which both sides of the conflict are presented.
And what is also not taught in our schools is that the rebellious tribes were murdering people and making war preparations to attack Auckland, and that they were duly warned by Govenor Grey to desist their rebellious activities… if they desired to keep their rights as enunciated by the treaty!
What is not being taught in our schools or spoken of in our media is that troops were only deployed after Governor Greys warnings were spurned and war preparations and attacks on setters continued.
He fore-warned them that if war broke out they would loose land as punishment for violating the treaty
And when the rebellions were suppressed, Land was confiscated as punishment for their murderous rebellion and as a deterrent against future rebellions… ie The treaty was not backed by a toothless lion and that there was to be a heavy price to be paid by any chief or tribe that rebelled.
And so it was the confiscations that were the chief reasons that quelled any ideas about rebellion for the next 100 years!
“Some have said that these conviscations were wrong and they have contravened the articles of the treaty of Waitangi, but the chiefs placed in the hands of the Queen of England, the sovereignty and authority to make laws. Some sections of the Maori people violated that authority, war arose and blood was spilled. The Law came into opperation and land was taken in payment. Furthermore the suppression of the rebellion was committed to General Cameron… a man famous for his compassion towards the Maori rebels… a man who respected their bravery… a man who was reluctant to use excessive force to the degree that he was derided for being too weak in his execution of the war… yet you will struggle to find any honest accounts of his humanitarianism on modern biographies written by prejudiced academics who purposefully downplay the virtues of those on the colonial side yet exacerbate their vises, while whitewashing the crimes and motives of the rebels.
This is an entire industry these Days…. the falsification of history by academics and the Monumental extortion of manufactured grievance.
And this is what will be on full display tomorrow.
Now in finishing and having presented my contentions as to why the wars happened and how it was the Rebellious Maori tribes who violated the treaty… not the colonial government who acted lawfully in full accord with the Treaty let me put in this caveat: Though I assert that the Radicals claims that the wars were started by the government out of lust for land and Greed to be fraudulent this should never be construed to say that there were never any individual instances of greed on the part of some settlers… nor any instances of ‘war crimes’ committed during any of the battles… of course there would have been some… yet these were not endemic or evidences of systemic corruption… and of course these sorts of things would have been committed intermittently by both sides… and it is telling that you will never ever hear any admissions of … even of the possibility that the Rebels committed atrocities even though they have been fully documented!
This shows just how absolutely un-objective the Radical separatists are and how their entire arguments are the very definition of extreme prejudice…falsehoods… the pure fabrication of vested interests with vile agendas
A classic example of this is how the radicals have managed to get our corrupt government to accepting a sanitized revisionist account of the historic murder and cannibalization of a christian Minister C S Volkner by the rebels. Read about that here
The colonization of New Zealand was not an invasion against the will of the Natives.
The truth is that Maori themselves petitioned the throne of England to establish their Rule here to maintain peace between the settlers and themselves and to protect them from France who were planning to take New Zealand for themselves. And the reluctant British parliament moved to save them in the nick of time!
The Treaty itself is a document of the highest humanitarian Ideas that stands like a shining light in the history of the world having been formulated by benevolent Men with genuine concern for the Maori people in an age of enlightenment in the British empire… have only a few years before abolished slavery!
Weakness and complicity has allowed the 100 year peace that was established via the suppression of the rebellion by the colonial forces to be shattered… and another Cold war of rebellion to be taking place… not with arms… but via political subversion and lies!
it is actually part of a Global socialist agenda against what they call ‘British/ European imperialism’ and it was the socialist who invented the evil doctrines of ‘indigenous rights’… that overturn the principle of justice as being Equal and colourblind and instead insists so-called indigenous people have more rights than so-called ‘invaders’.
We are witnessing a politically manufactured Race relations crisis, and tomorrows events will only serve to make things worse.
The National Government and their allies… Act and The Maori Party have committed another political crime against the people of New Zealand by endorsing and funding, and enabling the radical extremists to yet again peddle their lies and hate on an annual basis.

P.S… So many things I have had to leave unsaid here yet I will add one final comment.
All of this business hinges upon the idea of ‘State sovereignty’ I have not had opportunity to present any arguments to why this is whole concept is flawed and that enlightened minds do not endorse Sovereign states but instead argue for the Sovereignty of the individual and how this does away with Factions fighting over political power and advantage.
That will have to wait for future expositions.

The 28th came and went almost as if it never happened!
Apart from a few Newspaper articles and small amounts of TV coverage we may even say the Big event was a complete wash out!
I am yet to find out exactly what/why all the hype never transpired as this was supposed to be… politically Speaking in the Radical separtist movement… A Big Deal!
Was it because of the recent collapse of the Mana and Maori Parties?
What happened to the $400 000.00 of Tax payer money that was granted … of a total of 1 million on offer for this year… and 3 million more over the next 3 years?
There were supposed to be big events at various parts of the country such as Rangariri here in the Waikato yet it appears that they all failed to transpire.
I have no clue as to what happened, why, or what this all means.
