This Blogpost has been a bloody nightmare to write… and will probably suck just as badly to read!
Not only is it Obscene in length, containing last weeks news that has been thoroughly covered by other writers when it was actually current … The whole theme I was trying to lay out simply didnt work!
There has been too much crap going on!
Yet because I have spent 3 days writing this sod of a thing, I am too peeved to just Euthanize it … letting it die quietly… with dignity…

As the calendar clicked over into 2020 I was wallowing under a cloud at how oppressive Ardern’s regime and her henchmen The New Zealand Police has been behaving with regards to the Police raid on Right Minds Social media Commentator and critic of the Ardern Globalist doctrine and Concerned Citizen who made a Submission in opposition to the Firearms Amendment Act… Conservative Thinker Dieuwe de Boer.

The Police had evidently used his submission to the bill as ‘pretext’ to invade and ransack his home and traumatise his family… finding nothing…. yet leaving him (and the Independent NZ Blogging community) a clear message from the regime… of the consequences contrary opinions to the State Agenda could expect to be treated if they dare express them in the public domain.

This shocking act of Political Gansterism was just the latest in a series of such raids on independent Kiwi social media commentators … a clear systematic pattern now evident to all who are awake… one which the so-called mainstream media have done their part to condition the sheeple to endorse as a legitimate suppression of ‘Far Right extremism’.

I had predicted this Jackbooted activity would commence (here) given the Gun confiscation amnesty had been such an utter failure… the Police eager to ‘Punish’ those who had in any way attempted to protest against their new tyrannies…. and because the raid on de Boer’s family home was well covered by several Bloggers there was little I could have added to the discussion, and so I chose to share these commentaries rather than write another one myself.

And If that was not enough to depress the Concern citizens of New Zealand… the media kept pumping out the bad news that the State Juggernaut was steam rolling forward with ‘more ‘Hate speech legislation’… and more betrayal of the ‘Full and Final Treaty settlement process’ (re: Arderns utter disregard for the Law with respect to Inhumatao).

Anti-freedom Social engineers are constantly baying for more heavy handed socialism.
Academics and the Media have been promoting sugar taxes… and Taxes on Meat and dairy… Hospitals are changing their menus, not to improve Patients health but for the so-called Politically correct rationale of making their operations ‘more environmentally sustainable’.

I was feeling the weight of the relentless Millitarisation of the New Zealand police as being the new and accepted ‘Post Christchurch ‘Norm’ … having been sold to the public via the same lies that were used to justify the concurrent disarmament of Law abiding New Zealanders… that the Christchurch attack ‘had forever changed the rules of the game’… and that We New Zealanders must accept a heavy curtailment of our rights across the board… because we are being told our rights and liberties were ‘dangerous’… and therefore the Police needed far more Powers.
Today if the police pay you a visit they will always be armed… and they will treat you as if you are dangerous irrespective of the reason they have come to see you about.

Until Ardern took office, that B.S only happened in Communist shitholes or in Gun ho America!
certainly not here in Gods own!
Yet in the blink of an eye The New Zealand Police have become a serious danger to the New Zealand Public and they waive loaded guns in people faces on a regular basis and have shot more people in the past 10 years than in the previous 40… and at an accelerating rate…

Ardern has used the Christchurch terror attack as an excuse to implement her own tyranical ambitions under the guise of making New Zealand safer… and the fools believed her… and allowed her to make us less safe!
Less safe from Terrorism, and certainly less safe from her Tyrannical Police State.
She has not disarmed any criminals… but has disarmed Law abiding New Zealanders.
It is no coincidence that she has attacked New Zealanders Gun Rights and seeks to destroy our rights to Free Speech… which is the right to call her out for imposing her oppressive new Laws.

This is what the 2nd amendment is all about and why New Zealand needs a new constitution that contains these truths which outlaws the government from passing such Laws as they have just recently done with the Arms Amendment bill.

Wake Up New Zealand!
You are living under a fast growing Police State!
There is a battle going on over the minds of our nation that if we loose… the Government will fully control what views and opinions your children will imbibe… and determine what beliefs they eventually subscribe to… and what values they hold!

This post appeared on my FB alternative Social Media News feed.
‘VJM Publishing’ is a New Zealand Based Independent commentator and Blogger who dares to march to the beat of their own drum with complete disregard to what passes as ‘the official narrative’.
I dont subscribe to much of what they publish, yet I greatly respect independence of mind… and the courage to speak out against corrupt powers that be… and in this sense VJM publishing is very much kindred spirit to Eternal Vigilance Blog… and it is *always* disturbing to me when I read about such activities by the New Zealand Police that involve people who have only exercised their legitimate rights to expressing their own opinions and beliefs without engaging in threats.
It is not essential prerequisites for me to either agree with the opinions being expressed, or the manor in which they were delivered for me to appreciate that *Every time the Police visit someone in New Zealand because of the Lawful expression of their own opinions that this is an extreme danger to *The Rights of all of us to Free speech*… and that the worst possible thing for our country is to allow ourselves to fall into apathy… and for us to become inured at this serious breach of proper Police conduct… and socially conditioned to the degree that it no longer triggers alarm… but becomes acceptable… and routine…. and the act of protest against it then becoming ‘radical’ and ‘suspicious’ .. in the herd mentality.

I asked permission to Screen shot VJM Publishing’s post and to blog it.
I also asked… ‘How does this make you feel?
How will this affect your future posts to the net?
Not to say that you are feeble, yet still I can already assume that such a visit will cause you… and anyone that has been intimidated in such a way by the *State to hesitate expressing opinions on specific topics that are the focus of the Governments agenda and actions…that before this visit you would have made with full conviction that they need to be said.
I can imagine if this happened to me that I would naturally feel this way myself… and it is this psychological intimidation that is such a threat to free speech… even without other actions such as prosecutions… de-platforming… etc.

Meanwhile Jacinda Ardern sips her Chardonnay. and prepares herself for her next ‘Womans day’ interview.

From my study of how best to deal with this situation, I think VJNP did very well as Legal advice suggests there is little to be gained for the targets of this Police attention, and a lot loose by voluntarily talking to them… yet I cant help but wonder if a few specific questions at the door could be informative as to which actual ‘internet conversations’ you engaged in ‘triggered’ them to schedule you for a visit.
We can already with confidence know that anyone they ‘visit’ like this is on their watch list and it is highly likely that your Internet associates are also under surveillance.
It is dangerous for you to engage them voluntarily, and even if you get arrested for some charge you still have the right to refuse to give a statement…

And so yet again here am I… alerting you once more to the fact that this Police harassment of Free speech against the critics of Ardern’s government is still ongoing… and blogging a warning to my countrymen imploring you all to rally against this tyranny that is being systematically established in our country via the ambitions of Jacinda Ardern’s Coalition government, and the acquiescence of the National party.
And of course simply by daring to stand up in opposition to this massive Police over-reach I myself can expect to become a target of this *Thought Police* agenda and ‘flagged’ for ‘observation’ and a ‘friendly visit’ from the Boys in blue.

The Conditioned members of the herd we say “lets be real about who is in the right here and who needs to learn their place.
What do these whining and seditious Plebs know about politics anyway and by what extreme vanity do they assume to defy the Political science and Moral philosophy of our Trained and credentialed political elites?

It is all means that will be justified by the ends… and it’s is a credit to her that by being far more resolved than any earlier Paternal Lawgivers that finally Our Nanny state may yet End Racism, Patriarchal Sexism, Religious Domination, homelessness and economic disparity!
Surely the sooner these dangerous rebels are all compelled to fall into line the better for everyone.’

For all Her Post Christchurch Virtue Signalling about ‘making New Zealand safer’, New Zealand’s Woke Liberal Marxist PM Jacinda Ardern’s rushed Gun confiscations do exactly *nothing* to remove firearms from the hands of Gangs and Criminals… in fact suggestions that the Gun Buy back scheme should include a legal amnesty for guns which are illegally obtained and held was flatly rejected!

Take 5 and let that fact sink in!

As a Libertarian who believes in the right to bear arms in self defense, and who sees the New Arms Act amendments as patently unjust.. and nothing short of worst kind of oppressive political opportunism against a sector of New Zealand society she holds in contempt…framed under a cloak of Lofty Statesmanship and Beneficence by a dangerous power tripper to drive home an oppressive ideological policy for which she had harbored ambitions for a very long time… Yes… I make no secret of my personal angst for what has transpired… and it is a matter I ponder upon a great deal… and of late my thoughts have focused upon this… Gob smacking aspect of the charade…. that Ardern and her minions have expressly denied the means by which Criminals may hand in their illegal weapons!

That is a Staggering fact!

And it’s a weighty proof that this whole Arms Prohibition has zero to do with making New Zealand safer, but that what is really her ambition is the systematic dis-armament of the Innocent and Law abiding people of New Zealand.
Indeed *they are the only people* who are having their firearms confiscated under the threat of jail!

Now there was quite a stir caused among the general population recently when a Leader of one of New Zealand’s most notorious Gangs… The Mongrel Mob… openly admitted that His gang would not surrender any of their guns! (Read here)
New Zealanders were confronted by the reality that the Gun confiscations would not remove ‘weapons’ from Criminals whom are most responsible for Gun crimes… yet I dont know why anyone would be surprised by this Gang Leaders frank and honest declaration… only Idiots think that Laws prevent Outlaws from doing Illegal things!
What has heavily impacted upon my ruminations of late has been *the far more mind blowing fact* that Jacinda Ardern and the Police have provided *no means* by which Gang members and Crims could hand in their illegal arms… *Even if they wanted to!*

This is a *Massive Flaw*… a gigantic stumbling block.. in achieving the desideratum these Power Trippers claim to be the fundamental purpose of the New Prohibitions… less guns in the wrong hands!

Far be it my desire to instruct the government on how to conduct their tyrannical ambitions, yet surely only fools cannot see the benefit of offering amnesty and Compensation for any illegally held firearms to be surrendered… no questions asked!

Not only can we be sure that this would remove *some guns* that are illegally held, but the Propaganda value of this move would be immense… and go a long way to quelling the angst of the law abiding Gun community that they alone have been target for disarmament!
One would think that every gun surrendered by criminals would be of much more significance in making New Zealand safer than any removed from the hands of the law abiding Citizenry … not only because it is the guns that are in criminal hands that are the greatest threat to both the police and the general public… yet especially because it is far more likely for would be future terrorists to gain their weapons on the black market… from this *this illegal cache* that is in the hands of Bad character types.
Any Fears that such an offer could generate a wave of new Gun thefts by criminals hoping to cash in on the Buy back scheme could be quashed by a caveat: that any guns handed in that were found to be stolen after the start of the gun buy back scheme would forfeit amnesty.

In reality the Draconian way the government and Police have acted in passing the new prohibitions, and their Bumbling and irrationally conceived ‘buy back’ scheme is guranteed to result in a minimum of compliance, and an even greater number of Firearms moving into Criminal hands and being available on the black market!
Precisely as Act Party’s David Seymour has warned!

Gun Buy back schemes have a history of failure…
The Truth is that even the Australian Gun Buy back scheme when they outlawed semi-automatics after the Port Arthur Massacre only succeeded in removing and estimated 20% of the newly prohibited types, leaving a whopping 80% to be retained by Australians illegally, and many now changing hands on the black market.
I have read that there are 5 million plus illegally held firearms in Australia.
“In Australia it is estimated that only about 20% of all banned self-loading rifles have been given up to the authorities,” wrote Franz Csaszar, professor of criminology at the University of Vienna, after Australia’s 1996 compensated confiscation of firearms following a mass murder in Port Arthur, Tasmania. Csaszar put the number of illegally retained arms in Australia at between two and five million.” (Read here)
We can expect a similar result here in New Zealand.

Anyway, the likelihood of the government and Police modifying their current position that only seeks to disarm Lawful Gun owners is virtually nill, and so the thrust of this Blogpost will remain on solid ground, and the entire Self interested Pre-meditation of Ardern and The New Zealand Police to trample underfoot the Rights of Law abiding citizens… making New Zealand less safe… and Less free… under the thumb of a Socialist Police State.
We all know what is coming next… even more Gun control… and esp more suppression of our rights… esp our right to Critical free speech of this Oppressive Socialist regime’s treasonous selling out of our country to the UN Globalist Agenda.

The very same policies are being enacted all across Western Civilisation… wherever Socialist Liberals have taken power.

The government has forbidden New Zealanders under threat of Jail from accessing, or owning any copies of his ‘manifesto’ by which they could apprehend for themselves just how much the Ardern government and Police are dancing to his fiddle!

Chew on those facts!

The article below which follows my commentary is very well worth reading (Or listening to on Leighton Smith Podcast 24)…. thank you Robin for sending me the link.

There is so much about this opinion piece that is weighty… esp the fact that the Left Bitch all day every day about Trumps manor when in truth he is practicing Street fighter rules… the very same ‘Urban warfare’ rules the left uses (yet cloak in PC Sheeps clothing) … and is beating the crap out of them!
*That is what Makes Trump Great*, and that is what the Left are crying about….
He is succeeding where preceding, Tamer, more congenial Men have utterly failed!
Appeasers, Compromisers, Sell outs, etc.
Only a Man with Gigantic Balls… and personal belief…. tenacity… would dare to pursue policies that would reverse the relentless drive of the globalist agenda on such fundamental things as Pandering to the UN, Climate change hysteria, and Mass Immigration.
And that is not Arrogance…. that is virtue.

Yet it amazes me how effective the incessant little whiny bitch complaints from the Global leftists are in conning such a substantial portion of the worlds population into enmity against Trump…. not because they can articulate reasoned and nuanced criticisms… but because they are so fickle… pompous.. and childish in their thinking… habitually judging things on their exterior forms… which is why people like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, and Bernie Sanders find it so easy to maintain their Support.

Lefty supporters prefer the sallow end of the pond… to the degree that they ‘block their ears’ and refuse to listen to any argument if it emanates from a person they have been told to consider Rude, Obnoxious, Un educated, etc.

The Left’s entire political platform itself is only knee deep… yet their Demagogues all are practiced at appearing ‘ Polite’, ‘Caring’, etc.
That is not to say that they are are not dirty fighters… they are absolutely Corrupt… but they do their best to cloak their Malice and hate and Political Bullying under sheepish skins of defending the oppressed… and their Sheeple dont even care when *their tyrants* trample their political adversaries underfoot… they cheer!
These same idiots rank Obama as the greatest American President of all time!
We all know just how polished a Liar Barack Obama is… a master of Oratory… yet he was in my opinion *America’s worst ever president!*

I would never claim *all* Liberal policies are wrong or without merit or that all the policies on the right are just, still the electioneering promises and scare tactics of Liberal Politicians know no bounds and they only need to gear their rhetoric the lower 75% demographic on the Political IQ bell curve to be formidable in the race for Power.
Fortunately it is also true that ‘you cant fool all of the people all of the time’ and there have been many occurrences that give reason for hope that the Lies of Liberalism and their Global Agenda can be stopped.
Many Many people are seeing through the Facade of Liberal Paternalism for the malevolent anti Freedom Tyranny that it really is.
In this Ideological struggle for power the next few years are critical.

As a Libertarian I cannot call myself a Bona fide Trump supporter, as he does many things I disagree with, yet I can say with 100% certainty that I am glad he defeated Clinton, and that he is the Man of the Hour… doing far more good than wrong, and I hope he wins in 2020 …. There is no one comparative to him in stature that can do such an effective job in putting the breaks on the Left/right Global Agenda. Trumps Arrogance is his virtue!
And as an ideological ‘Street fighting’ Non-PC activist myself, When I watch Trump I see a great man *who really does care* for his people, and for what is right… He’s genuine… he does not pull his punches… In Trump I see a kindred spirit.
Despite his failings (and there are many)…I like him… and watching as things have unfolded I have modified some of my own views… I was very critical of Trump when he was running for election.
Yet he has grown in my respect.
Fighting the Politically correctness that shields the evils and Tyranny of Lefty Liberalism, I know what its like to be down in the trenches getting dirty… Ideologically fighting the Zombies… hand to hand.
It is easy for adversaries to label me a crackpot or a ‘Savage’… or ‘an apologist for the Far right’.
I used to be quite concerned about such Ad hominem slander. yet now I realise that if you are going to fight the good fight, and not shy away from contentious issues simply to out of fear of being labeled ‘far right’.. that such cowardice is a victory for those who seek to silence your voice.
In reality *If you are not being singled out for slander by the left… I question your effectiveness!

My leftist friends (as well as many ardent #NeverTrumpers) constantly ask me if I’m not bothered by Donald Trump’s lack of decorum. They ask if I don’t think his tweets are “beneath the dignity of the office.” Here’s my answer:

There could not have been a man of more quiet dignity than George W. Bush as he suffered the outrageous lies and politically motivated hatreds that undermined his presidency. Could there be another human being on this earth who so desperately prized “collegiality” as John McCain? Has there been a nicer human being ever than Mitt Romney? And the results were always the same.

This is because, while we were playing by the rules of dignity, collegiality and propriety, the left has been, for the past 60 years, engaged in a knife fight where the only rules are those of Saul Alinsky and the Chicago mob.

I don’t find anything “dignified,” “collegial” or “proper” about lying, as Obama did, about what went down on the streets of Ferguson, Mo., or lying about the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi and imprisoning an innocent filmmaker to cover your tracks. I don’t see anything “statesmanlike” in weaponizing the Internal Revenue Service to destroy your political opponents and stifle any dissent.

But while the left has been taking a knife to anyone who stands in its way, the right has continued to act with dignity, collegiality and propriety.

With Donald Trump, this all has come to an end. Trump is America’s first wartime president in the Culture War.

During wartime, things like “dignity” and “collegiality” simply aren’t the most essential qualities one looks for in their warriors. Ulysses Grant was a drinker whose behavior in peacetime might well have seen him drummed out of the Army for conduct unbecoming. Had Abraham Lincoln applied the peacetime rules of propriety and booted Grant, the Democrats might well still be holding their slaves today. Lincoln rightly recognized that, explaining to Grant’s critics: “I cannot spare this man. He fights.”

Trump is fighting. And not only is he fighting, he’s defeating the left using its own tactics.

Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” is a book so essential to the liberals’ war against America that it was the playbook for the entire Obama administration and the subject of Hillary Clinton’s senior thesis.

Trump’s tweets may seem rash and unconsidered but, in reality, he is doing exactly what Alinsky suggested his followers do.

First, Trump isolated CNN. He made it personal. Then, just as Alinsky suggests, he employed ridicule, which Alinsky described as “the most powerful weapon of all.”

He has left CNN and its friends with two options: report the news accurately, or ratchet up the propaganda.

The problem is that, if they were to start honestly reporting the news, that would be the end of the Democratic Party they serve. It is nothing but the incessant use of fake news (i.e., propaganda) that keeps the left alive.

Imagine, for example, if CNN et al. had honestly and accurately conveyed the evils of the Obama administration’s weaponizing of the IRS to against its political opponents or his running of guns to the Mexican cartels or the truth about the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the Obama administration’s cover-up.

This leaves them no other option but to ratchet up the fake news, conjuring up the next “nothing burger” and devoting 24 hours a day to hysterical rants about how it’s “worse than Nixon.”

As they become more hysterical, they become more obvious. Each new effort only makes it more clear to any objective observer that Trump is and always has been right about the fake news media.

Do I wish we lived in a time when our president could be “collegial” and “dignified” and “proper”? Of course I do. These aren’t those times. This is war.

So, say anything you want about this president. I get it. He can be vulgar, he can be crude, he can be undignified at times. I don’t care. I can’t spare this man. He fights.

“Hate Speech Laws and Blasphemous Libel: A Tale of Hypocrisy.

A few months ago, the Honourable Andrew Little quite rightly proposed a bill that eventually removed the last blasphemy law (s 123 of the Crimes Act 1961) from our statute books.

Before its removal, the effect of s 123 was to make it an offence to vilify or degrade Christianity with an intent to cause serious offence or by abusing sacred objects or beliefs (Bowman v Secular Society Ltd).

Section 123(3) went on to specify: “It is not an offence against this section to express in good faith and in decent language, or to attempt to establish by arguments used in good faith and conveyed in decent language, any opinion whatever on any religious subject”.

Thus the cumulative effect of s 123 was to make it an offence to vilify or degrade Christianity either in bad faith, or using indecent language.

At any rate, the repeal of s 123 was premised on concerns about the right to free expression. The necessary implication being that speech is *protected* notwithstanding that it is expressed in bad faith or indecent language, and vilifies Christianity.

If free speech grounds a right to vilify Christianity in bad faith or using indecent language, there is similarly a right to vilify any other religion in bad faith or using indecent language.

And yet I’m told that the latter would be legally actionable hate speech…”

The pace with which the current Ardern government is moving towards a police state, and the destruction of freedom is truly frightening!
And there seems to be nobody in parliament standing up in opposition to any of it!

The Lefty infested New Zealand Press are hard at work lobbying for New Hate speech legislation and has acted like a Lynch mob towards Austrailian sports star Israel Folou quoting the Bible on his own social media page. and the condemnation he has received from our New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern herself, with the press goading her… begging her … to label what he said hate speech…here ‘Jacinda Ardern fires back at Israel Folau and social media comments’… while she was restrained by current legal definitions to label what he said as being a crime, she said she called it ‘Damaging’, yet we also know that her government is determined to push through New ‘hate speech’ legislation… with the same callous disregard for the rights of New Zealanders and due process they displayed with the latest Firearms prohibitions, and when you see what her minion Andrew Little thinks constitutes ‘hate speech’ if New Zealanders are not alarmed, and rise up against this abuse of power they truly deserve the expression of being a bunch of Sheep!
Unless new Zealanders wake up and stand against this sort of agenda driven anti-religious liberty… anti Free speech propaganda… Our country is doomed, and our children will not be taught anything other than what the government wants them to learn… and what they are allowed to believe… and think.

The Pamphlet called for ‘One law for all’… thats an *inclusive* Ideal in which all peoples of New Zealand are subject to the same laws… no favoritism… no discrimination… and yet he has called this *Racism*!

Quote: “The pamphlet titled One Treaty One Nation, calls for an end to state partnership with Māori, scrapping the Waitangi Tribunal, Māori electorates and wards and says Māori have benefited from colonisation lifting them out of “a violent stone age existence”.

Andrew Little who is overseeing a review of hate speech in the wake of the terrorist attacks told the Herald his view was the pamphlet is racist.

“It peddles myths about pre-European Maori society that historical scholarship does not bear out. If it demonstrates anything, it is that the author of it is an ignorant fool.”

Little is suggesting this pamphlet calling for one law for all is written by some nutcase when in reality it is expressing a view that is held by a great portion of New Zealanders including many respected politicians more than his equal and many other prominent and intelligent New Zealanders.
The Principle of Racial equality is neither ‘Anti-Maori’ nor Fringe!
It is a legitimate Political position held by thousands of New Zealanders, well reasoned, and has been a foremost topic of elections for the past 50 years!

Political writer Dr Muriel Newman has written about these things in an article named ‘A totalitarian state’ and I quote…

“Calls for restrictions on free speech by radical Government MPs should raise the alarm about our future. While the Bill of Rights protects our freedom of thought, expression, and association, as we have already seen through the Censor’s bans, these rights are fragile and can easily be taken away.

Laws to protect New Zealanders from ‘hate’ can already be found in the Crimes Act, Harmful Digital Communications Act, Human Rights Act, and the Sentencing Act. If the Government is committed to stronger deterrents, they simply need to enforce the existing laws.

As a New Zealand Libertarian and foreign observer of the US elections, the activities of The US Libertarian Party have been of the greatest personal interest… much more so than the insane rantings of Clinton and Trump.

I watched many of the Libertarian debates between the hopeful candidates, and was a little disappointed… yet not surprised, when Gary Johnson was Victorious.
Though my preferences would have been John Mcaffe, or Austin Peterson because of their superior adherence to Libertarian philosophy (Gary absolutely blew it for me when he said a Jewish Baker should be forced to bake Nazi Cakes)… none the less *On the whole* Gary Still appeared to stand head and shoulders above the competition he faces from the two major party candidates, Trump and Clinton.

Yet as time passes…and the election gets closer… the high ground is eroding from under his feet…
Most of us already understood that Gary is a seasoned Election strategist… as opposed to an adroit man of principle… and it is chiefly for this reason that he was chosen by the moderate elements to represent the party… while the more principled elements were shaking their heads… some vowing not to endorse the Party choice.
Others like myself were willing to swallow our disappointment… and wash down the unpleasant aftertaste with several stiff drinks… and determine to get in behind Johnson…. for the sake of the Party… and America. (See my post script about how the internet allows foreigners to participate in such elections)

Yet as time passes… we suffer reflux.

What is *almost treachery* is Gary Johnson and side kick William Weld have been busy declaring *More Statist positions*, than he did during the selection process…*And that’s dishonest*.

A fundamental issue appears to be getting out of hand.
It is very different for a candidate and Party Representative to *hold personal opinions* about issues… like the legitimacy of Global warming…. quite another to unilaterally *make party policy*…. that contradicts their/our fundamental principles… as Gary has done.
… And I’m not sure why the Libertarians Party has not called him in to lay down a few limits to his Autocratic attitudes.
One would think that being *The Libertarian Party candidate for President* that he would be coming up with *Free market ideas* that people could embrace to satisfy their fears about global warming (whether it is true or not)…. yet he appears to be devoid of such innovative thoughts that embody our fundamental beliefs… that good ideas dont need compulsion… instead he is repairing to the *same Anti-liberty* type ideas as *Carbon taxes*… yet with not very clever sophistry… re-branded this Statist Tax … as a ‘Fee’.

Weld has come out stating he would support certain new Gun Restrictions.

So I am calling out The US Libertraians Party Executive and asking why they have not called in Johnson and Weld and laid down a few basic Limits to their Policy commitments and promises.
They ought to be free to express their personal views, yet make it clear that they are such… not party policy, and when suggesting *Any solutions* to problems, they must fall within the scope of *Libertarian principle*… or be considered void… and dishonest by the party.
Johnson and Weld should be expected to make *Retractions* on their remarks about *Carbon Fees*, forced Vaccinations, and *Gun restrictions*… and other statements they have made that are not in conformity with Libertarian fundamentals.

The sooner this is done… the better.
The way things are going a lot of Libertarians are in danger of Vomiting.
Johnson and Weld are beginning to morph into a grotesque Republican/ Democratic party mutation…
It is with concern, yet also a desire to minimize destructive schism that I make this Blog post, and appeal.

Standing up at Public Rallys Day after day…. and trying not to sound like a stuck record… answering lots of tricky questions… it’s easy to put your foot in your mouth…. and very hard to pull it back out again later.
Maybe this pressure has caused Gary to make the odd statement that upon reflection, he regrets?
He should Man up about it.
Plus The Libertarian party must not break down due to in fighting… Gary Needs Full support, yet He must do his part to show himself worthy.
He must not recklessly put Votes ahead of Principle.
He must think smarter… win the support of the people… by smarter, innovative ideas that will work towards the desired end… yet via means that are righteous… in accord with Libertarian Ideals.

Gary!
That you are the Best successful party candidate for president this election is without debate.
You are standing against Two of the most Unfit individuals in History.

You Beat two very worthy principled Men… John Mcaffe, and Austin Peterson.
Dont blow the trust your Libertarian Countrymen have placed in you by continuing to make Policy statements that you know violate Party principles.
*You dont have a mandate to make your personal opinions party policy*
Stop acting like a Dictator.
Start proving you will respect the principles upon which the constitution is founded.
You are Scary Dude… and making a mockery of our cherished ideals.

It’s interesting to me that though I am on the opposite side of the world, and cannot vote in the US elections, that none-the-less via the Internet, I can still play a small part in it all… by critiquing the happenings… and being active in promoting the Libertarian candidate.
This is a relatively new phenomena … a consequence of the world wide web… and you can see why ‘The Political powers that be would dearly love to slap censorship onto the net so that they could better manipulate what information is being spread about the elections.
The same may be said of *Legal proceedings*… esp in cases involving *The Government* criminalizing and jailing Citizens for ‘Political crimes’… such as is happening *right now* with regards to the Bundy Ranchers, and the Kangaroo court case proceedings with regards to the Oregon stand off.
Not only is the Judge loading the Bases with regards to the Jury, but is also *Banning the court case from being Live streamed*… like some Third-world tyranny… the Evil powers that be seek to *avoid transparency* …. so that they can crucify/ crush their Political adversaries… whom actually have the Law of the land (The constitution) on their side.
The activities of such principled Americans as Gavin Siems appears to be falling on Deaf ears.
The people of America and the Media slumber while the evil powers that be are busy Treading the constitution and the rights, and due process of their greatest Sons…. underfoot.
It appears that “White Christian Cowboys lives dont matter… to America…. because they stand ‘outside the Politically correct demographics’ that the Liberals have given a monopoly of victimization by the State.
Ie they are not Gay, Not Black, Not Woman,Not Clinton supporters,….
What is happening in Oregon ought to be High on the Libertarian Party candidates list of topics to discuss at every opportunity… at election meetings and in interviews… doing their bit to bust wide open the Dirty dealings that are being done in the dark.

Thus Political criminality will always seek to limit what the world gets to observe… and thereby limit Global criticism and condemnation… so they can more easily feign Legitimacy.
With this in mind I make a conscious effort to broadcast injustices I see happening ‘out there’ in foreign lands…. for the sake of the Righteous oppressed ‘Enemies of the State’… hoping to stir up Global outrage and protest… and make it harder for the Oppressive regimes to hide their evil political activities.
So it seems to me that to the degree that we have access of valid information from Independent sources, The Internet acts the part of ‘International observers’ … as has become normal in many countries in which fear that democratic processes will be subverted for the sake of Rigging election results, etc.
We outsiders cant vote… but we can use reason and persuasion to support the factions we believe are worthy.

As such some US Libertarians may be asking “Why should we bother to listen to someone who is, not a US citizen, and so far removed from the consequences of US Elections?
Is it not Impertinence of the highest order for outsiders to meddle in American affairs?

I answer that *Only for good reason*… ie If My arguments are sound…then it is *reason itself* that you are acknowledging… and that stands on its own merit… irrespective of it’s origin.

And I would also hope that my arguments above on the whole show that having an open Global forum works in favour Freedom of information… against the ability of powerful Political interests to control and manipulate information to the voting public and the world.

2. with regards to Gary Johnson’s phobia about Religious liberty… calling it ‘a black hole’.. and then saying he would force a Jewish baker to bake Nazi Cakes….

This pains me. Religious liberty is the fundamental Right… all the rest are corollaries…. Nor is it ‘a black hole’, the defining limits is *Equality of Liberty*… ie your religious liberty cannot impinge upon the religious liberty of others.
Thus Private property is *The space* for you to Build your temples, schools, and homes to raise your children in your faith…. and free speech is your right to express your values, make apology for your beliefs, and to worship, and propagate your beliefs.
The right to Self defense is your right to defend yourself from Evils… esp from others whom seek to persecute you for your faith, and the right to overthrow the government is your right to resist tyrannical government that impinges upon your peaceful religious liberty to live, sand worship God according to your own conscience.

It is astounding that Gary appears to be oblivious to how his suggestion of Legal compulsion upon the Jewish baker to bake someone a cake against his will is tantamount to slavery… and an absolute violation of *voluntary agreement* that underpins *Free trade*!
It is Repugnant!
It’s interesting to me that all this is actually a demonstration of Johnson’s *personal* aversion to *Christian values* … He is prepared to make such outrageous statements as compelling Jews to bake Nazi Cakes… so that he may do what *he really wants to do*… force Christians to bake Gay wedding cakes.

Yet while such statements as this were made during the Party Candidate selection process, and were sufficient for many of us to prefer McAffe and Peterson to represent Libertarianism in the Elections… none the less Johnson was successful in winning the Candidacy.
Maybe it is true that Debates and Election meeting play little part in the ultimate choices people make when selecting candidates.
Maybe most people are quick to decide whether or not they like someone, and after that… the rest of the process is of little weight?

You have to be living under a rock… at the bottom of the ocean… in the Challenger Deep not to be aware of the Chaos and disorder happening in American society with regards to Police Thuggery and Black Outrage.
Each side of this Mayhem expects us to take their side, and if you dont… you must be a Racist, or a Cop Hater.

I sit on the fence… not because I dont have an opinion…. but because I say *Both sides* have malignant Ideas mixed with some Righteous outrage… Both have Blame…. both are responsible for the troubles… Both need to get their shit together.

I will start with my criticism of the Police… because they are supposed to walk the high road and set an example of Character and Justice, and when the Police become Brutal, Unjust, and corrupt… this is an absolute catastrophe for the society.
This being so I believe *When a Policeman is accused of committing a crime*… this must be openly and thoroughly investigated so that the people can see the process is not slopped in favor of allowing Bad police to escape justice… and when found guilty… because of the professional Responsibility they have in our society… they should face *Heavier penalties* than Civilians who commit the same offences.
They are supposed to be well Trained legal professionals… brave… and of high character… which implies that they care about the people in the communities they serve… and when they commit a Crime… they are betraying the trust that our society places on their uniform.
What is also means is that *The Legal machinery that investigates and prosecutes Bad Police* must be scrupulously independent of the police themselves… and this includes *the attitudes of the Judiciary*, must be above reproach… ie Not be seen to convict defendants simply upon the statements of Police, or excuse criminality perpetrated by the Police.
Thus Like the Police… the Legal system must be transparently Just …. anything less and the people loose faith in justice… and Chaos and dis-order ensues.
Policeman must fear the Judiciary, knowing that they themselves are not above the Law, and will held to account with the full weight of the Law should they cross the line.

*None of this is happening* So it is not surprising that with the advent of The Cellphone Video camera, countless videos are steaming on line of absolutely abominable crimes being committed by police against ordinary people… grand mothers, Young men, etc.
This behavior is nothing new, but today the police are being caught on video.

Yet still… even with video evidence and multiple witnesses most of these corrupt police escape justice…
Some places insist their officers wear body Cams… and these precincts witness a drop in complaints against police for obvious reasons… the police behave better when they are carrying a video that will be examined by their superiors.
I agree with Ex Cop David Champion that one of cost effective things that could be done to help stop Police criminality is to issue all Police on the Beat with Body Cams, and *Any violence, police shootings, etc* that officers say ‘their cameras fell off’… etc should automatically call their version of events int question, and cause high suspicion of Criminality on their part.

Police, etc, cannot be lawfully allowed to withhold footage from independent investigators, or the press, without some sort of judicial process for special cases.

When Faith in the Justness of the Law, The Police, and the Courts has been corroded… Chaos ensues… police will start getting shot more often.
When Faith in the Justness of the Law, The trustworthiness of the Police, and the Fairness and integrity of the Courts is high… the People will be happy… the people will think of the Police as they ought…their friends…. and they will trust that Bad Police will not be tolerated, but will face the consequences of their evil deeds.
*This is what is conducive to civil order*
*This is what will attract the best people of the highest character* into the Police force… as a High vocation of service to their communities…. which is what the Police force is Ideally meant to represent… instead of what it has become… A gang of Lawless thugs whom perpetrate extreme violence and thuggery with impunity.

I must add this one particular comment on the Law itself…. *End the War on Drugs*…. This is a Law and order Disaster that fosters extreme violence by the Police … sanctioned by society… that can be reciprocated by those involved in the Drug trade.
Just as Alcohol Prohibition gave rise to Al Capone, Police Corruption, and Machine Gun Massacres… The War on drugs has repeated the grievous injustices and chaos.
Ending Prohibition ended so much unnecessary violence and chaos from both sides of the Law.

It is that only the willfully ignorant say that the police are the good guys… Countless videos on line testify to how lawless and thuggish they have become… and of course a Natural social backlash is in progress.

It is right that there is Public outrage about the un-justifiable killing and brutality of police, and The Police do need serious Cultural reforms… yet still… Outrage cannot justify the sorts of shocking behavior that is being perpetrated …Rioting, Looting, and Cop Killing.
Political Organisations like ‘Black lives Matter’ have sprung up with their own agendas… and to the degree that they seek to highlight a systemic problem within the police, they are to be commended and supported, yet sadly such organisations appear to be filled with *Racists themselves*… Blacks whom call whites ‘Crackers’… and who are taking opportunity to vent their personal prejudices and to Excuse the most lawless and despicable behavior under the guise of ‘Protesting Police brutality… Police Racism…. Etc’

They are conspicuous in their silence when Police brutalize or murder white people… obviously this does not fit well with *their Narrative that Police brutality is focused on Blacks*

These people claim to be a Civil rights movement, yet by their actions they Betray the ideals and values of the Great Black Civil rights activists of History…. Martin Luther King, Booker T Washington, Frederick Douglas… whom refused to dish up Racism for Racism… Hate for Hate…. but instead preached Unity, and Brotherhood *with White America*.

Furthermore ‘Black lives matter’, and many in the Media *Fail to identify the massive Cultural deviancy* that is behind the dire social statistics of the Black demographic…. and Falsely attribute the Lions share of the causes underpinning the squallar, unemployment,and crime which are characteristic of Black neighborhoods *on Racism*…rather than an absolute lacking of Personal ethics and good values on their own part.

It is all very well to expect the Police to walk the highest path… and set the standard for virtue…. yet when you have Black communities that are so violent and crime ridden… filled with all the absolute Mind rotting Gangsta Rapp… It is not surprising that having walked the beat for years… that many Police carry suspicion 24/7 against Swagger Cap wearing Jeromes, and have one finger on the trigger at all times.
The Police are *human*…. and they get sick and tired of the Getto Bullshit that so many Gang Bangas dish out that it is all too easy to treat *Them all* as scum…. when only perhaps 75% of the are…
These hypocrites running ‘Black lives matter’, are to a large degree *Rasists themselves*… they are willing to destroy their cities when a Policeman shoots an unarmed boy in a case of mistaken identity … yet never hit the streets to protest against the thousands of Little Homies who get shot by other little homies.

Without blaming the victims for the injustices they suffer…or condoning the vile behavior of the Police, it is not right to deny the Ideological void…the greater Societal degeneracy that is the hall mark of our ‘Post-Christian era’ and so Prevalent… so inter-generational in certain demographics.

The Issues discussed in this blog are but a few of the symptoms of the Disease and decay Western civilization is Reeling under.
Many Nations face Bankruptcy and civil unrest… and so the Status Quo/ Powers that be are also purposefully militarizing their police forces, and attempting to grant themselves greater powers, and to erode the Rights and liberties of the people… and they want a Police force that has no compunction about putting down Public protests… They want a Population that is scared to speak up or to defend their rights… These are Dangerous times…. All this social disorder works as a pretext for the Powers that be to increase their means of population control.

The Breakdown of the Family unit…. welfare-ism,…. *The systematic rise and implementation of Socialist pseudo morality and their repudiation of Christian ethics and values* that used to underpin the principles of Freedom, self reliance, Hard work and the American Dream….

Jake Morphonios discusses breaking news regarding the elite FBI strike force that set up the ambush and murder of LaVoy Finicum. The task force is now under criminal investigation by both the Deschutes Oregon County Sheriff’s Office and the US Justice Department’s Inspector General’s Office.

It is fantastic to see that there are still some Law enforcement departments with integrity enough to perform their duty in a professional manor and test the FBI story of killing a ‘Domestic Terrorist’…. FBI via the evidence…. and what they have found is Damnable towards the FBI.
They used provocation, *Planned* and executed this murder of an upright American Patriot, in such a manor as to fabricate a litany of Lies… and this ongoing investigation could lead to criminal prosecutions of these ‘Special FBI agents’ who not only set the Ambush up in such a way as to make it impossible to stop in time, but clearly lied about their use of firearms.
For People like myself who live outside the US, it is fantastic to see how the roll of ‘Sherrif’ comes to the fore on these situations where the Feds are involved.
And it has been Sheriffs whom have been at the forefront of the defense of the Patriots and Cowboys as they have been trampled underfoot by the FBI and BLM.
*After being fired upon while still in his pick up, Lavoy decided his best hope was to get to the refuge of the Grant County Sheriff whom was expected to be in attendance of the Public meeting Lavoy and co were travelling to attend… yet he would never make it.
*This whole episode was absolutely unnecessary*.
*The Patriots were a threat to no-one*
*The FBI wanted to create an escalation*
* They carried out their Crime where there were no witnesses, nor any Cell phone coverage*
*Their blockade and firing upon the vehicle was against procedure and acted rashly*
*They Murdered Lavoy in cold blood, and needlessly endangered the lives of others*
*They almost certainly planted a gun on him*
*They blanked out the Audio and degraded to footage that was released to the public*
*They told lies about what happened, and about the use of their firearms*.
etc. etc.

*And remember that *This is a police report*…. not a propaganda piece for ‘Radical Christian domestic terrorists’.
PRAISE THE LORD! The Federal Government is facing serious resistance from many of these local State law enforcement personnel whom still uphold their oaths to the Constitution and the People they serve… *Above the political Elites* in Washington.
And The American peoples need to count on such Brave and principled Men and woman will increase by the hour as their country marches ever closer to the Fiscal Cliff… and Civil War.
*It is the Political Class and the special interests they represent that are eager to overthrow the constitution… to disarm the People and to subjugate them so that in the event of collapse, or growing unrest… the people will be in no position to overthrow them… put them in jail…. take away their power and privilege… which is their Right to do.
