They are at it again! This Labour government might be about to be kicked into touch yet they are hell bent of attacking Free speech and controlling On=line content via creating a new un-unelected Censorship Authority to carry on wreaking havoc on our country after they have lost supreme power.

On the Proposals for a New Regulatory Body within the Safer On-line Services and Media Platforms Discussion Document.

To the committee.

This is my written submission opposing the government proposal to create a new appointed regulatory body that will essentially prohibit New Zealanders sharing their personal views, and opinions on line which do not conform to the narrow one sided opinions of Gov appointed gatekeepers under the guise of ‘protecting vulnerable minorities’.

The new authority will not be subject to the democratic process.
That is unacceptable and dangerous.

I reject the idea that the creation of such a regulatory authority will make New Zealanders safer.

I believe it will have the opposite effect because it will curtail the most essential attribute for a free and civil society… The right to free speech, which includes the right to hold and express views that are contrary to those of the government of the day.

Free speech is essential to the safety of the people, including minorities as their views, opinions, and general liberty are protected by the same principles of Law… equally applied.
History shows that Government regulation of free speech puts populations in grave danger!

This government has tried to enact hate speech laws in the recent past yet met with strong public outrage and yet here we are… the same meddlesome radicals hoping to enact their own designs through the back door while the people are unaware.
The majority of New Zealanders do not even know these proposals are being pushed forward!
This is an attempt to subvert democracy and enact this regulatory body by stealth!
Where was all the Public advertising that you were planning this curtailment of their free speech on line?
Where was your invitations to the public to have their say?
Zero!
This can be juxtaposed with all the Gov mass advertising telling the people to get vaccinated!
Obviously this government thinks free speech is not a matter of great Pubic importance!
In truth this government considers free speech an impediment to the implementation of their radical agenda.

So on the basis that this proposal will not face thorough public notification and consultation, I hold this committee to desist from moving forward with the proposals in the discussion document as they have no legitimate mandate from the New Zealand people.

I had to receive my short notice of your intended power grab from independent free speech watchdogs ‘The Free Speech Union’, and Hobson’s Pledge!
This exposes the underhand nature of what is afoot… You wanted to minimise public input because you know what you are proposing goes against the will of the majority.
For the same reason this Government has pushed through so many radical new laws under urgency when there has been no legitimate justification for doing so!
They have done this to sidestep the Legal safeguards that are supposed to prevent Radicals corrupting our Democracy.
This has been the least transparent, most undemocratic Government in the history of our nation.
They are running our country into the dirt!

This Radical Labour Government is in it’s death throes.
Jacinda Ardern quit her post knowing the writing was on the wall.
This Government cannot claim to represent us.
To enact this proposal will be an act of subversion against our democracy.

Let me now propose the correct way the rights of minorities and individuals are legitimately protected in a free and civil society.
Rather than by creating more Bureaucratic monstrosities and apartheid laws, the proper means to protect minorities is the entrenchment of a Bill of Equal Rights that Parliament and corporations must honor as the highest laws of the land.

It can be rightly argued that an absolute democracy ( Democratically elected parliament with absolute power) is nothing more than arbitrary mob rule and that as such minorities and individuals can and do get trampled under foot. This is what a Bill of Rights *with teeth* prevents.

The unspoken rationale for creating the proposed new on line Authority is to steer the public discourse, preventing popular dissenting voices from successfully rallying the people against Government desired social reforms and policies. The rationale is if Free speech is allowed to reign this will thwart unpopular Government interventions thereby perpetuating the imagined oppression of select minorities the woke socialists wish to ‘elevate’.
The means by which they now seek to achieve this (by censoring opinion) to control the public discourse is extremely partisan.

The establishment of Apartheid institutions such as this proposed Authority will corrupt the democratic process of which free speech and the right to dissent is fundamental.
Instead of fighting Racism These patently Racist laws and institutions entrench racism!
They ferment prejudices and disrupt racial harmony.

The proper way to protect minorities from mob rule is by having an iron clad Bill of Rights which Parliaments must respect. This way minorities and individuals *are guaranteed the same rights* as everyone else. So that they cannot be legally oppressed as they have full redress to the Law and the principle of equality of rights!

Clearly the aims of the present Government is not true justice as defined by equality before the Law, but to grant special rights, privileges, and advantages to their pet demographics with one hand, while actively suppressing, disadvantaging, and trampling the rights of Demographics they disfavor.

This is how ‘Critical Theory’ and ‘Identity politics’ functions. It is diametrically opposed to equal rights, and justice, and the traditional enlightened ideals and values which made New Zealand a first world nation and makes our country such an exceptional place to live.

New Zealand is not a racist country!
New Zealand is not a bigoted Nation!
Any pretenses to the contrary are Radical Political constructs with no basis in fact or reality.
For example it is a travesty to sugest the greatest threat to New Zealand society is ‘White Nationalism… White supremacy’!
That is an outrageous slander against the good character of the New Zealand people!
It is a political lie!
On-line hate is not a serious problem in New Zealand that warrants this heavy handed intervention.
Critical Theory is in fact a recipe for creating Racist and bigoted societies fragmented by pitting one demographic against another.

It is easy to foresee the new regulatory Authority would seek to suppress opinions like mine from being desseminated on line.
I would be censored out of existence in the on-line public square.
I would most likely be maligned by this Regulator and defamed as a hateful and dangerous racist, and would have no way to defend my name.
Their Hate speech laws could even threaten me with jail.
The idea is that people like me should not participate in public discourse, but shut up… and allow the government to impose it’s will unchallenged.

These are serious matters.
The powers that be seeking to establish this new authority do not wish the conversation to be taken in this direction for obvious reasons.
They don’t like opinions like mine that express concerns their new engine will be used for nefarious political ends. They take umbrage at the very thought their personal views might be considered dangerous and hateful! How dare I!
As we speak they are attempting to de-legitimise and disqualify submissions like mine under the guise of being ‘hateful’ ‘offensive’, and thereby not be obliged to register them and make them publicly available for scrutiny.

Tell me whose interests are really served by this raft of curtailments of long established democratic rights?

They want to maintain the pretense that the proposed authority will make the internet ‘safer’ for certain groups and will lose little sleep that their Thought Police will suffocate dissenters like me.
In fact they salivate at having such power.
I’m a member of a particular minority they despise!
I’m the type of ‘dangerous’ thinker they wish to keep everyone ‘safe’ from!
In reality I am a defender of truth and freedom and an enlightened advocate for limited government and equality before the law.
Values and ideals held by a majority of New Zealanders… The group the Socialist radicals wish to subjugate.
I have no hate in my heart.
I am passionate about protecting Freedom and National independence for my children’s sake… and their children.

Why do you think most New Zealander strongly oppose the government setting up such an Authority which will curtail their On-line freedoms?

We know such an authority will be used to prevent criticism and protests against the governments radical socialist agenda which stands in opposition to New Zealanders long held traditional values and ideals… and that is why this governments agenda can accurately be described as radical and hostile.
The proposals are in fact seeking to impose Racial prejudices into law under the pretense of combating racism!
I am of Maori decent yet the proposals frighten me because they give powers to censor dissenting views which seek to rally the people of New Zealand to defend our national interests, and resist the Globalist socialist agendas being planned abroad by powerful organizations which is nothing short of surrendering our National sovereignty.

It is no exaggeration to say that should this new Authority be enacted that it will be done so without any mandate of the Majority of New Zealanders but against their well established and previously clearly expressed will… that of strong and overwhelming opposition to the furtherment of institutional Racial separatism. This is easily gleaned from the many other attempts New Zealand Governments have tried to further entrench separatism, yet were faced with overwhelming expressions of public objection.
Examples of this are plentiful, such as the 2013 Government Constitutional Review.
Now the Radicals, having had their aims thwarted by the safeguards of Democratic due process, now seek to achieve their apartheid goals by subverting public consultation processes, referendums, and other impediments that have been put in place to prevent our Government and Laws being highjacked by Radicals against the will of the people.

Regarding The concept of Te Ao Māori (Māori world view)
What a travesty!
The truth is there is no such thing as ‘The Maori position’. The Pro-Maori position, etc. *That is a politically manufactured travesty*,
Like all peoples (such as the Pakeha) despite decades of propaganda and indoctrination in the State education system, we Maori don’t all think the same things, believe the same ideas, etc.
The notion that People can be so easily compatmentalised is shambolic!

Thinking Maori individuals can and do exist on all sides of any debate… They are not all locked in ‘Group think’… slaves to their tribes, or their ethnicity. It is therefore a scam to pretend any hand picked body of Bureaucrats will be ‘representative’ of Maori.

In the same way that the majority of Maori do not support the regressive and divisive views of Te Pati Maori!
Yet we can be sure your new Regulatory board will be peopled with Radicals who peddle Te Pati Maori type wares cloaked under the guise of being ‘The Official Maori World View’.
Most Maori today are not stuck in the past but happily share modern Western Values and concepts with the rest of New Zealand. ‘He Iwi Tahi Tatau’ We have become one people in the true spirit of the Treaty of Waitangi. While we still enjoy many aspects of our cultural heritage we do not appreciate nor desire to be hog tied to the past, values, and backward concepts that may have held currency long ago.
So any idea of an Official ‘Maori view’ being today distinct from all other Kiwis is a false political construct designed to institutionalise Racial divide and prevent citizens from being able to voice their abhorrence for such a contemptible, and divisive scheme. To speak against this scheme will be deemed to be *Anti-Maori and Hateful Racism*.
This is a claim Te Pati Maori Radicals make all day every day!
That is the sort of politics this new authority will represent.

The idea of entrenching an ‘Official Maori world view’ is a scheme that seeks to reverse the progress of the last 150 years and Re insnare most Maori back under tribalism.
The very act of speaking out against these racist schemes will be deemed to be ‘Anti-Maori’ and rendered a thought crime!
How can a democracy work when Political Parties Like Te Pati Maori, The Greens, and Labour make all sorts of derogatory claims about Pakeha New Zealanders, and twist historic reality to suit their own agenda, accruing more and more Authority, Power, and Tax money unto themselves all the while the rest of New Zealand must sit in silence while they are being defamed, defrauded, and disenfranchised?
This is what happens under an apartheid State!
This is real racial prejudice!
This is what your proposal seeks to establish and why it is an abomination!

When will you wake up to the fact that all your decades of so-called socialist ‘positive discriminations’ designed to raise Maori out of their dire social statistics are a complete failure?
The true problems facing the Maori people today is not racial oppression, but poor ethics, backward ideas, and a massive lack of self responsibility!
All your socialism and victim blaming of the Pakeha has rendered them basket cases!
They take zero ownership of their own circumstances.
If they are ever to rise out of the mire they must quit all the blame and take ownership for their criminality.
They must take ownership for their own ill health.
Socialism traps people in Dependence upon the State!
It does not promote Moral fibre and strong self-reliance!
Maori are already the most politically favoured race in New Zealand by a country mile. Yet that truth never prevents them from claiming to be the perpetual victims of Racism.

Socialism is a totalitarian ideology that treats populations like hapless puppets rather than free Self governing individuals with rights… to be manipulated, and cajoled into conforming
to Socialist aims… all under the guise of Social justice as conceived by them… The self-professing benevolent Puppet masters.
They are forever attacking freedom and forever hungry for more power and authority.
They know best! That is what they believe and they expect us to surrender our own values and beliefs and bend to their superior will.
To question their motives and wisdom is to be considered a Hateful bigot and crackpot.
The thing is we New Zealanders are not so easily fooled! We know who really are the dangerous Crackpots and extremists whose values are at variance with the people and traditions of our country!
The race question is just one Free speech issue your proposed regulator threatens to suffocate.
Other socialist schemes will also become forbidden to dissent… such as on matters of Immigration, Vaccination, Climate Change policy, Matters of Sex Education, sexuality, etc. as it is easy to predict ‘scope creep’ from this new body and the very idea of ‘A Maori World View’ must be by it’s very nature.. an ‘All encompassing Wholistic paradigm’ with tentacles reaching into all things political.

We Freedom loving New Zealanders will not tolerate our Free nation being hijacked by Radicals hell bent on destroying the foundations of Freedom… esp Free Speech.
We shall peacefully resist at every step, as is our right.

We must always be vigilant, and fearful, and view with suspicion any political party or vested interest that seeks to pass laws that restrict free speech.
Guard it as you would your own family for, should this right be whittled away and lost, so too will other precious rights fall in quick succession and, if you fail to defend this essential right, you will bequeath to your children a life of virtual slavery and indoctrination.

There are members of our parliament whose true allegiances lie with a corporation of Foreign interests such as the World Economic Forum, The United Nations, The World Health Organisation… who desire to destroy the foundations, values, and traditions that underpin Western Nations, and which have caused them to prosper far above other portions of the world.
These Globalist organisations have a plan by which they seek to usurp the Sovereignty and Independence of prosperous Nations like New Zealand.
They desire to cripple our democratic foundations whereby the people elect their own leaders for the sake of putting their nation and peoples interests first.
This creates a bulwark that stands in the way of the Globalist scheme for a New World Order, Global digital currency and ID system.
That is why the Golbalists know nationalistic democracies like the one we have in NZ must be weakened, so that their Global schemes can be imposed… most of which is contrary to the best interests of these First world nations.
The people are not fools. We can see when politicians are betraying our interests. And when they do this we protest, and we sack them.
The Globalists plan requires politicians of divided loyalty to gain control over their nations internet and regulate what citizens may or may not say on line.
Then they can control dissent and prohibit online discussion and protests against the implementation of the Globalist agenda.
You may mock my opinions. That’s fine. Just remember I have the right to hold and express them on line and out on the street.
I have the right to participate in the Democratic processes of this country,

In conclusion I reiterate my absolute opposition to the establishment of this Un-elected regulator of New Zealanders On-line activities.
I believe Free Speech must be upheld for All New Zealanders and that no ‘official Narratives’ be allowed to be ‘blueprints’ for what New Zealanders are allowed to Think, or say.
It is not hateful to hold and express values and beliefs that dissent from the Government of the days opinions and theories’.. or even ‘Science’. It is a right that must remain protected By Law for that is vital for any Free society to exist.

The small Bay of Plenty Town of Opotiki was centre stage for New Zealand news this week after a regional Gang Boss was murdered.
The victim was Mongrel Mob ‘Barbarians’ Chapter President Stephen Rota Taiatini.
Word is he was taken out… Run down by a Ute… following shortly after MM associates did a hit on a rival gang residence, thus fueling fears of a Gang war.

News media report the town became ‘locked down’, not by Police investigating the crime, but was ‘taken over’ by the Mongrel Mob, as gang members from far and wide congregated in Opotiki in a display of Gang solidarity and strength.
They were controlling who was allowed in and out of certain areas.

Gang ‘Tangi’ are some of the biggest funerals that happen in New Zealand, esp when the deceased is a Gang Boss.
Hundreds of motorcycles, trucks, and gang sleds rumbling about, doing burn outs and other general Thuggy deeds. Schools shut down for fears of children’s safety.
Media says the Police are out numbered and have lost control of the situation.

This could not have happened at a worse time for New Zealand’s crumbling Woke Labour government.
Jacinda Ardern destroyed the Kiwi Dream and then abandoned her country leaving her political comrades to bear the fallout of her incompetence, our angry nation reeling under heavy inflation and a violent crime wave.
True to her own megalomania she now gives zero fucks about what’s happening in her wake. She’s ‘reluctantly’ accepted a Damehood, and is moving on to far more important things.
It has been the fate of Chris Hipkins to inherit her legacy and despite trying to back peddle on many of Ardern’s unpopular Woke policies, Labour is looking at defeat to a National and Act Party coalition.

Limp wristed Policing under woke Ardern is being blamed for a huge spike in violent crime, armed robberies, and Ram raids, etc. The NZ Police having been Rainbow-ised woke-a-fied and told not to pursue criminals, but allow them to get away… for fear they might crash. The Labour Government’s ‘Dis-information project’ leading the narrative that White supremacy, and far right ideology are the greatest dangers running rampant in New Zealand communities. ( Not Crime, Not Gangs, Not Maori radicalism, Not Green Extremism) Our Radical Leftist government and their extremist auxiliaries in the Green Party and the Maori Party are retraining the NZ Police to think ordinary New Zealanders who seek to retain their traditional rights and values are New Zealand’s greatest criminal elements!

What is now happening in Opotiki demonstrates all this and so much more.
Chris Hipkins and the Police have characteristically bumbled this situation.
As soon as news of this murder reached Police HQ, Bus loads of Police should have been dispatched quick smart to Opotiki, and The Police should have been in strong enough numbers to maintain Law and Order.
That Opotiki would soon swarm with Gang members was as predictable as night follows day!
The Police ought to have been respectful of well behaved Mongrel Mob members visiting Opotiki, which they have every right to do, yet not allow them to ‘take over control of the town’ and disrupt ordinary folk safely going about their own business, And to make it clear who is in charge.
But this did not happen.

Leading opposition Party, National’s Christopher Luxon has been election campaigning on Labours Law and order catastrophe said ”
“Right now a town in New Zealand has been overtaken by a gang. Schools are closed. Public transport has been cancelled. And Chris Hipkins’ response? It’s not his job to deal with crime,” Luxon tweeted on Tuesday.

“The people in Ōpōtiki are living in fear due to gang tension. They deserve better. They deserve leadership. National will get tough on crime and restore law and order.”

The National Party leader said New Zealand can’t afford three more years of a “soft-on-crime” Labour Government.

According to Te Pati Maori (Maori Party) MP Rawiri Waititi both gangs involved in this murder are Te Whakatohea ‘whanau’, and incidentally Waititi himself belongs to this tribe, and therefore considers himself the only MP in parliament ‘worthy’ to discuss these matters.

I, TWikiriwhi, first became aware of the unfolding chaos in Opotiki from a Twitter post that included a TV1 News report. A comment was made that the display of weakness on the part of the Police… just makes the Gangs bolder and stronger…

*This is an absolutely essential dynamic to appreciate* and demonstrates why Ardern’s soft on crime approach has led to a break down in Law and order in New Zealand under her piss weak woke philosophy of ‘kindness’.

The Law will only be respected by the Lawless, when it is backed up with sufficient force to ensure compliance.
Janis-like Ardern had no qualms about bringing in the Brute squad when Peaceful protesters were protesting against her tyrannical Covid 19 dictates and woke agenda!

The contrast is stark See here. Its obvious who the Labour government considers ‘dangerous’… ie their Non-woke politically conservative critics who reject woke tyranny. No Hugs for them! They get the Jackboots!

This is basic stuff, yet Woke ideologues in power today have abandoned the fundamentals in favour of their own political delusions.

Their duplicity ought to be obvious to all.

That Law and order must be upheld and enforced is as true today as it was way back in the 1800s, when New Zealand first took root as a British colony.

This is when I decided to add my 5 cents worth to the public discourse.
I have a soft spot for Opotiki.
I like Opotiki, love that part of the Bay of Plenty and have spent many summer weekends down that way, and enjoy riding my own motorcycle through those parts.
I am also passionate about the study of New Zealand history in which some very significant events took place in Opotiki and surrounding regions in the mid 1860s.

Having laid down the preceding perspectives, my readers can understand the context in which I entered this discussion… with the following comment…

“If only Kiwis knew their history.
Trouble is not new to Opotiki. In the 1860s Maori Rebel ‘gangs’ the Hau hau murdered a peaceful Missionary there named Volkner. The Colonials gov sent Warships and fought many battles to bring the Murderers to justice. The Law must be upheld.”

This comment solicited an interesting historical discussion about the events surrounding the Murder of Christian Missionary Carl Volkner which led onto claims of injustice on the part of the Colonial Gov in their response to Volker’s horrendous murder upon the Te Whakatohea Iwi, Land confiscations, and supposed unjust trials and hangings.
The claim was “The people of Te Whakatohea were innocent…”

I will discuss this divergence of the topic in part 2 of my blog commentary.
Presently I’ll stick with my original intent.

The main point of my Twitter comment was to contrast the resolve of the 1860s Colonial government to expedite Justice for Volkner, and put down lawlessness that was spreading about the Opotiki region back then, with our current governments dismal display of incompetence and weakness in Opotiki today with this gang murder, esp the breakdown in ordinary life for the citizens of Opotiki hiding in their homes in fear of Gang outlawry that threatens to escalate into more violence and possible revenge killings.
This ain’t no Sunday picnic!
The Police had better get control of the situation before more people get shot!

The response to Volkners murder by the Colonial government which included Pro-government contingents of ‘Kaupapa’ Maori needs to be understood in context of the period of Colonial history in which there were many challenges to the Sovereignty of Queen Victoria by Rebel tribes, at which time the success of the colony hung in the balance.
Even more than this it needs to be understood that The Colonial Government was only now…. 25 years after the signing of the Treaty beginning to properly enforce British Rule, Law and order over the entire country.
Prior to this the Government was not strong enough to police the whole country, to the effect that outside the centers of colonial activity (like Russel, Auckland and Wellington) there were large tracts of Land in which British law was not enforced and in which Tribal chiefs continued to be a law unto themselves just as they had prior to the treaty.

It was the realisation that for the colony to succeed that this situation had to change, and that rebellious chiefs had to be made to understand that British sovereignty and Law would be upheld across the whole nation, and that there was no forest beyond reach of Government forces, to which they could escape, that signaled the end of Lawlessness in New Zealand.

So it is that I will dig deeper into the claims she has made about what happened in the Bay of Plenty that was triggered by the Martyrdom of Carl Volkner, yet I must reiterate the motives of my heart in so doing. I harbour no evil intents towards Te Wharatohea. I wish for their prosperity and blessing.

Yet if we are to discuss the history of these events, and truth and understanding are the goals, then it will only be possible if the truth is spoken with forthright confidence without fear that it might cause offence.

No malice intended.

Because of the subject matter, and because of the heavy Politicization of Treaty claims, and other highly controversial aspects it is inevitable that some of the things I will say will not be pleasant to swallow.

This being so… It’s highly likely that despite my honorable intentions, after I have posted the second part, any further conversation could descend into animosity and the taking of offence.
Will I suffer slander as to my character for daring to state things in a way that undermines much of what is being claimed today, by vested interests as to what really happened?
We shall see.
Perhaps the dialogue will remain relatively calm and learning will achieved on both sides.
That is my sincere hope.

I’m not PC.
I believe in Free Speech.
Some turns of phrase are subtil, others are overt.
I enjoy good colorful conversation and retoric yet I also appreciate plain straight talk, esp from politicians and bureaucrats.
It is to be preferred rather than smarmy forked tonged calculated spin.
From how language is used we can glean insights into the speakers mindset.
Provocative language always seeks to steer the reader down a garden path….
We need to ask ourselves why this path?

From the title of this article you can see what motivated me to write… The Director of The Disinformation Project, Kate Hannah, recently appeared on TV 1 making extremist statements about a recent surge in what she describes as Anti-transgenda *Hate* online and that it was *genocidal* in nature!

If anyone has not figured it out yet that Woke Ex-PM Jacinda Ardern set up the Disinformation project to attack New Zealanders right to Free Speech, propagate support for Hate Speech Laws to prosecute New Zealanders who say things the regime wants suppressed, and to lobby for greater State control of the Internet…you must not have a pulse!
Ardern and Hannah are Mates…. Comrades. She was personally selected for the grand task at hand.

The Disinformation Project is Ardern’s ‘Ministry of Truth’ (Read George Orwell’s 1984)
It’s in the ‘Deplatforming Business’… Shutting down ‘Wrong-think’.

Any vale of impartiality of this arrangement is Ziggy paper thin.
They say they are fighting ‘disinformation’, the groovie thing is they autocratically get to determine what is truth and what is ‘hateful’ and ‘dangerous’!

In response to the Hannah’s TV 1 appearance one commentator on Twitter called her ‘a Dangerous Operative’… IMO this is 100% Bang on!

Thinking people in New Zealand and around the globe have noticed how in recent years the Law… and logic itself in the media seems to be skewed?
Why is it double standards have become the norm?
When we look at the background of Kate Hannah the reason for this blatant duplicity being applied across the board is revealed. (See Youtube vid below)

She is a certified Marxist and propagandist for ‘Critical Theory’. It is a doctrine of Class warfare, which pits groups in diametric opposition to each other… in a state of eternal struggle for Dominance. Oppressors vs the oppressed. Black against white, Male against female, Heterosexuals vs Queer, etc, and she interprets the outside world through that very narrow totalitarian lens.

This extremist skew makes her fundamentally the enemy of equal rights. She categorises everyone by their identities then seeks license to grant political favour to those she thinks are down trodden and puts political fetters on those she thinks have unfair advantages.
To achieve these objectives necessitates first a rigorous propaganda campaign… to soften up the people and make them more amenable to the implementation of discriminatory laws that quickly follow in it’s wake.
Creating a system of political Mass media, and Thought Police (See George Orwell’s 1984) to whom The Disinformation Project issues directives.
Ie To control the public narrative and steer society towards her imaginary Post- Christian/ Post-capitalist/ Post-Patriachal/ Post white supremist Socialist Utopia.
At no time can it be admitted these laws will affect everyone’s rights… the targets as far as the general population are told… are the fringe-dwelling minority of Far Right psychopaths… and who cares about those freaks?
Yet that is not how these laws work.

In practice she seeks to use her office to suppress the right of ordinary New Zealanders to freely express opinions that defends Whites from Black aggression, Men from Female aggression, Straights from Queer Aggression, etc or is in any way critical of these protected groups.
That is Forbidden.
These are fundamentally hateful and oppressive opinions.
And in her opinion such people should be flagged as ‘Far Right’, and put on a register of Dangerous spreaders of Disinformation.
The plan is that Critisism of protected groups is to be outlawed!

To her way of thinking Racism can only be one directional
sexism can only be one directional, etc… so queers can be as obnoxious, as rowdy, as Bigoted as they like against straight people… and that’s not hate’
In Kate’s mind that’s righteous revolution of the oppressed!
In contrast when Woman say they don’t want People with ds in their changing rooms, or ordinary New Zealanders justly complain about having Transgenderism rammed down their throats and promoted in schools like its normal… Hannah leaps up and declares *That’s Hateful!*

Because she views large sections of the population as being ‘the oppressor class’… in her mind *they have no right to defend themselves*… they cannot defend themselves… because they have ‘Oppressor’ stamped across their foreheads.
Individuality counts for nothing. That’s their immutable Identity.
They are the enemy whom she has been tasked by Ardern to knocking down, to Silence, and to subjugate.

Democracy itself must be sloped to remove any opportunity for them to gain political ascendency whereby they might regain, or perpetuate the forbidden ideas that form the dominant ethos of Society.
Using Political force to trample down the more successful demographics in society is considered Social justice!
She does not care what the majority of New Zealanders think. They should either agree with her… or be damned!

Note the date of my tweet comment above. On cue Hannah’s One New Interview dropped just a few weeks later.
She is following a set plan and working to a schedule.

Is it now apparent why blatant hypocrisy abounds?
Why common sense appears to have lost it’s currency?
Why the tail now wags the dog, and why 90% of the population must bow to the whims of men in skirts, wigs, and lipstick?
Radical Socialists like Hannah are sinking Western nations and turning our free and civil societies upside-down!

This is why New Zealanders ought to be outraged Jacinda Ardern has installed this dangerous ideologue to influence the fate of our nation’s rights to speech and access on the net!
Jacinda Ardern was a far left radical who did not give ear to the people of New Zealand.
She did not put the nation’s interests first.
She was a dictator who always pushed her own extreme political beliefs that stood at variance with the majority values of New Zealanders, and she pushed through legislation under urgency to by pass the normal safeguards that are supposed to prevent this sort of unmandated radicalism, esp the process of public consultation.
Eventually the people of New Zealand grew sick of her abuses and she was forced to resign under a cloud of well earned Public hostility… yet she left behind her a gigantic mess.
And the Disinformation Project is a large part of her despotic radical far left legacy.

The Opposing Enlightenment argument refutes the Marxist interpretation of reality. It is the traditional view held by most of New Zealanders and what made New Zealand such a wonderful place to live… for all.

In New Zealand you have the right to disagree with other people… you even have the right to express *you hate* a certain perspective… as long as you remain peaceful.
Free Speech is not violence. Some people might say things that are mean and hurtful, yet Kiwi kids have traditionally been raised to rise above any such nasty vocal jabs with the saying… “Sticks and stones may break my bones, yet words will never hurt me…”

This meme (above) popped up on my Twitter feed today.
I was not sure if the person who posted it was seriously asking this question, or was just trolling those of us who believe in Special creation and reject Evolution.
It matters not, for irrespective of the motive for making this post I took the opportunity to throw in my personal opinion about Evolution as being pseudo-science…

This quickly solicited a response that inferred the Evolution hypothesis could be falsified…
I was able to rebut this assertion with little fuss on my part.

Did my accurate rebuttal phase my antagonist in any way? No.
He simply repeated his original claim. So I expanded my original rebuttal.

Unflinching, he continued to spiel unsubstantiated evolutionary jargon as if it was science…adding he thought Darwin’s ignorance of genetics to be ‘irrelevant’!
It’s far from ‘irrelevant’ for it was only in the vacuum of ignorance about genetics that Darwin’s bunk ideas were able to take hold of the imagination.

He then tried to justify evolution by suggesting that getting new genes was not necessary for evolution (below)!!
I immediately pointed out the error of his contention, and that in fact this was more evidence against evolution…

Mutations do not result in new Genes. There has never been a new creature discovered via Mutation. Even Darwin recognised Mutation as having massive negative impacts on the fitness of Species. The math is so far against the claim that mutations are an evolutionary force as to render the postulate utterly delusional.
Evolutionists clutch at such straws notwithstanding.
Like a stuck record… and he even admitted such (saying for the third time) he repeated what he had already repeated… but also threw in some Ad Hominem attacks on my personal intelligence and learning! That’s what these people do!

This is a signature characteristic of an indoctrinated mind. When confronted with cogent arguments that are completely at variance with what they themselves have been led to believe. Instead of taking time to cognate the plausibility of what they have been proffered, instead they start to assume this line of reasoning can only come from ignorance of what they have assume to be unquestionable truths.!

At this point the poor fellow started to implode… denying his original proposition!

Realising nothing I marshalled would penetrate the stone walls of his fortified mind I felt best to draw this thread to a close… yet not without firing the obligatory parting volley!
Yet not to be bested he fired his own… not realising he again shot himself in the foot by re-asserting the notion that *Evolution would be falsifiable* *if only there were no variations*! This is a falacy of circular reasoning…
“Evolution could be falsified if we found no variations, yet because we find variations Evolution cant be falsified!”

When he said “For the third time: evolution is the change in heritable characteristics in populations of organisms…” The sneak snuck in quite a significant modification to his original contention.
At least he was trying another more nuanced approach. Yet alas thereby he sinks his own ship…

Most of you will be familiar with how Social media debates play out. They do not always flow in a linear fashion from point A to Z as it is possible to read, and re-read the debate and randomly throw in commentary as and when we feel moved to do so. This means the debate can ‘jump about’.
In this Blog article I have done my best to present the argument fairly, yet as a matter of course I have juxtaposed the screen shots in a way that best suits my argument. not in real linear time. I do not mean to disadvantage my antagonist by not declaring this home advantage I have…

Ultimately if this guy wanted to be both honest and maintain his integrity, After I had shown him how variations are explicable without any evolution, he simply ought to have retracted his original claim that Evolution could be falsified via the means of *no variation*. That is patently false. Not only that yet he set up a standard that could not be falsified… as variation is a fact.
If Evolutionists want to defend their Mythical tale as an actual scientific theory they will have to find a better argument for it’s falsifiability.

So my Premise stands… Evolution is Pseudoscience because it is unfalsifiable.

I’d be happy to accept any challenges to this Granite solid proposition.

Ask yourself why is it necessary to cast slurs on a person’s character simply because they rigorously oppose something you hold to be true?

Blogging is fun! It is one means by which a Mans values can be pursued, yet for a working man It is often done at the expense of Sleep.
In a rare occurrence I was browsing the Admin back stage of ‘Eternal Vigilance’ and was surprised to find there are 400+ unpublished Blog articles in various stages of completeness!
Most of them are mine though some aren’t. I am not the Founder or only writer here. I’m a Usurper. Anyway I’m going to look at these 400 odd articles and post as many of my own drafts as I can irrespective of their relevance today to current events’
some will have languished in limbo for up to a decade!
I will put this opening paragraph at the top of each rescued post and will also include a ref date to when the idea to write them was born (historical last edits).
I will do a bit of editing and tidying up and ‘finish’ anything that abruptly stops mid-stream yet my intention is to spend as little effort on them as possible.
They probably will not be as substantial as my original aims which explains why many were not published. I had more to say. (My cardinal vice!)
Will they withstand the weather of Time?
Anyway this one is the first recovered post.

When the Burdick human print (human and dinosaur prints found together) hit the news atheists made all kinds of false claims and accusations about it. Claiming that creationists carved it, souvenir shops make and sell them etc..

Atheists have fought this so hard in the past it will make them mad that this evidence has resurfaced with new support. This print, which Carl Baugh pushed very hard to get it noticed was one of the reason Baugh pulled himself from the limelight. The atheists attacks on him, for this and other human prints found next to dinosaurs prints were relentless. Even to the point that it caused problems in his family as the atheists pulled out all the stops to involve them. Claiming that certain family members were interviewed and said Baugh was a fraud and was lying, even though a video of this was never produced.

The attacks got so bad that some creation ministries pulled their support of him because it was starting to effect their bottom line because many creationists were started to believe the lies atheists were telling. And some even did pages based on what the atheists said which had no merit. Baugh saw he was getting attacked by all sides and step out of it and I don’t blame him.

But this is a perfect example of how far atheists will go to destroy evidence that does not support their theory.

One of the most vilified positions of Christianity is the *Bible Believer* position of which…. as a King James Bible Man…I am a member.

With the approaching coronation of King Charles, the question of remaining in the Commonwealth inevitably bubbles to the surface. The screen shot above shows that Polls have been running in Canada to this very question.

It has always been the ambition of Cold War Communism to overthrow ‘British imperialism’ and set up their own quazi-‘Imperialism’ of Global Socialism, and they have set about achieving these objectives via ‘a long march’ infiltrating all tiers of Social institutions esp Education, and also by the strategy of ‘Divide and Conquer’… agitation for rebellion amongst ‘Indigenous populations’…. creating Social unrest, and Racial strife all designed to Weaken and Destroy British based democracies like New Zealand.
It has always been a Marxist wet dream to see the Commonwealth fragment.
This being so, whenever the question of New Zealand leaving the Commonwealth has come up, it has always been a thorny issue for me as a Libertarian.
I do believe it is the natural order of progression for a Nation to become fully independent… a Republic, yet the question must be asked… What sort of Republic would be established?
If the answer is to be an Apartheid Socialist Republic (which is what the Leftist radicals want) then as far as I’ve been concerned New Zealand fares much better to remain under the Civilised wing of Great Britain, and her Rule of Law, and The system of Equal Rights! And also maintaining our Commonwealth fraternity of shared enlightenment values.

This is what Queen Elizabeth represented. She was an anchor that slowed down the disintegration of values and as such there was great merit in remaining in her Commonwealth.
She lived long, and people were free under her rule, to the degree that she did not impose her personal beliefs via the Law as was normal in previous ages. She governed as an exemplar of Character and personal virtue.

Many Britain’s simply see the Monarchy as a Tourist attraction.
Then you have the Noisy minority of Woke Marxist extremists in every corner of the Commonwealth who want to abolish the monarchy and set up a Communist New World Order!
These people are fundamentally opposed to everything British. They despise The values of the Commonwealth, They are a dangerous and destructive element… who in their right mind would listen to these lunatics?

Is this because *His masters in the Illuminati* have commanded him to steer the British empire in this direction?

Not only is it a betrayal of the independence of the British Isles, In taking this course he is selling out the chief reason why it was a reasonable idea for Nations like New Zealand to remian in the Commonwealth!
If The King has gone Woke… then we are better of cutting ties and setting up our own Republic that retains our Sovereignty separate from Schwabs Globalist NWO.
This means we must defend Free Speech at all costs so that we can rally our people to fighting the Communist Globalists embedded in our institutions and establish a truely Free Constitutional republic.
I believe Charles has made a huge blunder.
Western civilisation hangs in the balance, yet I believe the true weight still is in favour of Commonsense, National sovereignty, and Christian/enlightenment values.

We all know what a monumental marketing blunder it was for Budweiser Beer to go woke! Totally alienating their Core Customer base. The strategy was to ‘modernize’ their brand to make it more appealing to the next generation…. It was an Epic failure!

Charles is the Bud-light of Kings, basing his future upon bad marketing advice. If the Monarchy no longer stands for the Classical British Ideals that underpinned the Free West then it no longer serves it’s purpose as a bulwark against barbarous encroachments.

The Big problem New Zealand has is that one of Comrade Jacinda Ardern’s most treasonous actions was to alienate New Zealand from the ANZUS alliance, preferring to snuggle up the the Chinese Dragon.
In fact the previous National Party Government…. Blinded by truck loads of Yuan had already moved us in this same direction… putting us more and more into economic dependence with this Demonic Power.
This is frightening stuff!
Despite my fears about Charles, with all the subversive voices echoing around the globe demanding apologies for colonization, and polls that claim nations don’t want Charles as their monarch, I do believe maintaining the Commonwealth is in New Zealand’s best interests as we are militarily weak, thus our only protection from being swallowed up by the likes of China is in having close mutual bonds with more powerful allies of which Great Britain and fellow Commonwealth countries like Australia are vital.

This is much to be preferred than becoming a Vassal of The Chinese Communist Party.

At The heart of all this strife is the fundamental error of Collectivist ‘Identity politics’, and the fundamental solution is Individualism.
Collectivism is ‘Tribal’ in that it compartmentalizes people into boxes and puts labels on them… their ‘Identities’. They are no longer human Individuals, but inseparable from the classification they now bear. Like Tribalism, Radical Leftist/ Neo Marxist ‘Critical theory’ pits these different Identities against each other in a state of constant struggle… The Oppressed vs the Oppressor. Individualism on the other hand says *all people*… as individuals, irrespective of race, sex, religion, wealth, etc *are equal*… we are all essentially one, and that it is wrong to judge anyone simply upon these factors.

‘Terf’ is an alt Left slander for Feminists it is ok to hate and silence because they don’t subscribe to the belief that Men that self identify as woman… are real woman. They are therefore deemed to be a class of Oppressor, and by Alt Leftists rationale the Transgenders are their ‘victims’… the oppressed.

Hopefully Prosecutions for assault will be forth coming (don’t hold your breath) particularly for the Intersex Trans-activist who poured soup over Posie Parker and her security guard, and maybe even some of the Alt Left Green Party MPs will also face Disciplinary actions.
The Green Party has a Co operation agreement with the Labour government.
Green Party Co-leader and ‘Minister for Domestic Violence’ is facing scrutiny for Sexist, Racist comments she made while walking away elated from the Mob frenzy and full of woke Bravardo about ‘White Cis-gender Males’ being the chief cause of violence!

There is however plenty of evidence she was unscathed from that happenstance, and meant every word she said.

It is being said She won the day!
IMO She did win though the way it went down was not at all the way she wanted it to go. Nor did she come here to stoke trouble but to defend woman’s rights that are in peril from that very hateful group. She was robbed of that. The Woke radicals were true to form and sunk their own ship.

This storm has been raging within the modern day feminist movement for some time now. Once Gays and feminists were United, yet the Trans-radical extreme Left have splintered Feminists into two camps.
It’s very important to distinguish Classical Feminism (which is righteous) from Rabid 4th wave Feminism (which is psychotic and hateful towards Men… that is unless they are Trans, or Gay men).

Classical Feminism has been infiltrated and hijacked by the Radical Left, yet their push to impose transgender Men into woman’s spaces has caused outrage from classically minded feminists like Kellie Jay Keen, who wake up to the fact their movement now promotes gross Anti-female fantasies.

In what was supposed to be a day for woman’s rights advocacy, turned into an absolutely disgraceful exhibition for how steeped in Far Left extremism/ Woke radicalism a significant portion of our nation has become.
Kellie was assaulted even before she had a chance to speak, while the NZ Police just stood back and let the chaos ensue.
She easily could have been killed.
Was that what the powers that be hoped would happen?

When the crowd began invading the bandstand and assaulting her people, she had to run the gauntlet through the frenzied crowd of Far Left extremists who clearly wanted to inflict harm upon her protected only by a thin shield of her own security team.
It was only after her brave team had extracted her that the Police then moved to escort her the final few steps… putting on a show for the cameras. After all appearances are important.

Somewhere in a hazy Potpourri filled lounge the decision was made to allow the woke horde to run amok… to turn this political event into a fiasco… to serve as a precedent for stopping future Free speech events that dare to advocate opinions that don’t align with the State’s Woke agenda.

She and her mate Ardern turned the focus of the Police onto their political adversaries creating the Bogus Far Right extremism narrative. Yesterday’s obscene demonstration puts paid to that Machiavellian propaganda. Comparatively speaking The far right are non-existent in NZ! There would be only a fraction of 1% of the population who can accurately be described as ‘Far right’, yet Socialist’s Like Ardern and the Greens have sort to change the definition of that to mean *anyone/everyone* who does not support their own Far left views.

IMO The NZ Media must take the Lions share of responsibility for what happened!

Posie Parker did NZ a large service by exposing the true nature of far left woke radicalism growing unchecked here in NZ, as it is in most Western Nations. She lanced the festering boil, and all the Puss and gall erupted for all to see.
Ironically while the Wokesters wax lyrical about their success in preventing Parker from speaking, in truth they harmed their cause! Their actions have caused many supporters with ethics to abandon them in disgust.
Many Gay people are also becoming more and more applauded by the actions of Trans activists. Most Gays never sort to impose themselves upon Women and Children like the Trans community is doing.
