I was left very disappointed with David Seymour after watching an argument he had with deplatformed You tuber Lee Williams who had his life destroyed by a gang of Maori radicals and Far left deplatformers.
I want to talk about what David Seymour said, and why it is extremely disappointing for me and many others who are fighting for free speech in New Zealand, and had high hopes that David Seymour was serious about making Free Speech a priority ‘flagship’ for Act next election.
I will recap what has happened to Lee William’s to give context to his confrontation with Seymour and after having listened to Seymour’s comments, why he saw red and publicly accused Seymour of being a fraud.
Truly an ugly and unfortunate spectacle.
People (and Seymour) need to ask themselves why Lee Williams is a kettle on the boil.
Too many simply write him off as angry mad man, and that his loud display is proof positive of his extremist temperament.
While no doubt Lee is passionate and cares deeply about the frightening political direction our nation is being taken, the notion that Lee has no reasonable or justifiable reason for being angry can only be entertained through ignorance of what he has endured… and why.
That Lee openly speaks his mind with little regard about ‘spooking the sheeple’… without applying politically expedient filters is one reason why politicians like David Seymour look at Lee as a ‘Hot Potato’… a political liability… someone with whom it involves a high element of risk being associated with… and Lee’s loud antics at Seymour’s meeting will have reinforced this danger in David’s mind.
Why would a political party get involved with that?
Yet I ask David Seymour to put on Lee’s boots and walk in them for a few miles… maybe in doing this David might get a better perspective.
He may realise that Lee has every reason to be angry, and that it is a mistake on his part, and an act of moral cowardice not to take up the fight for free speech on Lee’s behalf.
This is bigger than Lee. It’s not even really about Lee
And it was a big mistake to make out that it is.
Any Act supporters reading this please raise these points with David and get him to see reason. It takes high character to put personal dislikes aside and to honestly give your opposition an objective ear. Does David Seymour possess this hallmark of greatness?
To recap what happened to Lee in as few words as possible. Why Lee has every right to be angry, and why David ought to have known this.
Lee Williams was the star of his own You Tube channel ‘Cross the Rubicon’ in which he regularly made videos expressing his personal views on political news and events of the day.
His views not only critisied what was going on here in New Zealand, but also extended to US Politics, Britain, The UN, Davos, etc.
He is a supporter of Trump, and of Brexit, a heavy critic of Socialist globalism, and in New Zealand Lee has been scathing of Jacinda Ardern, The Greens, and The Maori Party.
All of Lee’s activism on You tube has been completely above board… completely legal.
Lee has been exercising his democratic right to free speech, both in public on the street, and his You tube channel has been his soapbox on line.
We live in very volatile times politically speaking, and with such topics as the Christchurch Terrorist attack, The Covid 19 pandemic and lockdowns, all the global warming hysteria and legislations, to be a political commentator in such times there is a hell of a lot going on to be critical and righteously angry about!
The Western world has been speeding along the rails towards becoming Woke Police States!
And so such serious and alarming political activities generate a requisite level of outrage in response, and no one in New Zealand wears their heart on their sleeve more openly than Lee Williams.
It is unavoidable for the independent voice not to wallow in matters of great controversy and if a commentator choses to stand apart and not be shackled by the ‘politically correct narrative’ being peddled by mainstream media, it goes without saying that such independent voices ‘trigger’ outrage from the precious woke SJW communities infested by far left radicals who cant handle the truth.
I will admit that by my own reckoning Lee often hurts his own cause by hot headed remarks yet still Lee is never guilty of crossing the line of free speech into inciting violence.
Lee’s anger is always in context of some perceived evil and injustice that is being committed… usually by Woke politicians like the Maori Party, or Far left lobby groups and yet he never crosses the line into *Racism*.
At his worst he is guilty of politically incorrect humor. One BFD contributor said this about Lee’s now infamous Satire:

It must be remembered that Lee was spoofing *a racist politician*, not Maori. Rawhiri Waititi breaks out into a haka every time something does not go his way!
He’s an embarrassment to himself and Maori and deserves ridicule.
The only problem is that by expressing critisism of the Woke agenda Lee has drawn the attention of Far left extremists who misrepresent Lee as being ‘White supremist’ ‘Far Right extremist’,etc.
Sadly this Leftist slander is devastatingly effective as it is swallowed whole by so many naïve people.
Most of these people are obsessed neurotic’s.
And these Far left extremists then targeted Lee for deplatforming and ruin that went far beyond that!

What is truly Gob-smacking to me having watched David Seymour’s reasoning as to why he refused to help Lee is that David does not seem to understand that the Right of Free speech became one of the pillars of Free Society *for the very purpose of protecting the rights of such controversial voices as Lee Williams*!
The right of Free speech is only called upon to defend people who cause public outrage and offence from being suppressed by the powers that be.
For the free speech of those who are parroting the popular and fashionable views of the status quo *Never come under threat of being censored*.

Lee’s opinions about the Maori party, his satire, parody, and critisim of Ardern and the He Pua Pua report certainly outraged the Maori party and Far Left activists!
It is a fact that his opinions made him a prime target for the left wing practice of deplatforming to punish his ‘wrong-think’ and silence him to prevent his opinions gaining popularity.
They speak of their opposition ‘spreading mis-information’, or of ‘Dog whistling’, or of ‘Radicalisation of would-be terrorists’, etc… anything to excuse cancelling them.
So deplatforming is all about venting malicious political malice, and the subversion of Free speech for the sake of the control of information in the public sphere… for the sake of power.
It has zero to do with ‘protecting vunerable minorities’
That Media people like Marc Daalder and even members of Parliament like Maori Party MP Debbie Ngarewa-Packer promoted extortion and the deplatforming of a New Zealand voter.. to silence and destroy him ought to have made made David Seymour sit up straight and take notice!
That David Seymour thinks that Lee deserves what happened to him… that it was all above board, and that his personal total destruction was his own doing… ‘reaping what he has sown’ beggars belief!
Are you really surprised Lee blew his stack when you [David] said such things to his face… while grinning like the Cheshire cat?
David! You really stuck your foot in your mouth this time!
You need to have a re-think!
Lee was wrong to suggest David Seymour has not been vocally opposed to The He PuaPua Report. David has made many public statements saying it was dangerous separatism.
Lee William’s Loud denunciation of Seymour was a public embarrassment to Seymour.
It was even reported in the media, and all this will have angered him.
Yet still this blogpost is an appeal to David not to allow his Ego to overthrow his own reasoning faculties, as to do so risks Act’s reputation as being the Free Speech party that is currently keeping them buoyant in the polls.
I want to point out to David that despite his altercation with Lee, there is an even bigger threat to Act’s rising Star should David not ‘Man up’ and take up Lee’s cause.
That danger is surrendering the platform of Free Speech to National and Judith Collins who has recently shown interest by joining the Free Speech Union.
This move by Collins was both good news for New Zealand, and strategically wise for National.
Seymour can no longer think Act has the political market for free speech cornered.
If Judith Collins can outshine Seymour as the Champion of Free Speech in New Zealand Act will be loose traction to National.
Seymour needs to up his game and despite what he thinks about Lee Williams, His case is a massive opportunity for Act to shine, and take the fight back against the Leftist Cancel culture!
Yet this same opportunity could be snapped up by Judith Collins.
David’s now public excuses for not supporting Lee gives Collins an opportunity to publicly question Seymour’s real commitment to free speech.
The Free Speech Union have already steeped up to the plate.
The rest of New Zealand is wondering ‘where the hell is Act?
Is David first and foremost a brave man of principle, or a cowardly schemer?
Having seen the video circulating on Social media, and having read the News articles, this is the question now hanging over David’s head in the minds of many potential Act voters… and given how lame an excuse David made for not supporting Lee who can blame them?
Twitter posts reveal that even the Leftist deplatformers are surprised Seymour refused to help!
Let’s see if David Seymour is man enough to realise his ‘miscalculations’ and change course.
He needs to put his ‘Big boy’ pants on and have the Nads to admit he has been wrong about this matter, and is prepared to put the argument behind him for the sake of Free speech for New Zealanders.
I have talked to Lee Williams and have explained to him what I was going to write today and that if David Seymour was prepared to set his differences with Lee aside, would Lee also be prepared to set his angst towards Seymour aside for the sake of co operation for the common cause?
Lee said he definitely would!
Should these two men be able to make peace for the sake of Free speech this would go a long way to repairing *both their reputations* in the Free speech advocacy fraternity.
It would demonstrate high character and putting principle and the good of our nation above personal gripes.
Real men ought to know that it is not necessary to actually personally *like* another person before prudence dictates you ought to co operate.
Real men will set aside clashes of personality and act professionally.
Currently this animosity and failure to co operate only benefits the hateful anti-free speech left.
David needs to grasp that in Lee’s case, should what happened to him at Synlait be allowed to stand this will set a dire precedent against free speech for Kiwi workers rights!
The Free Speech Union have realised what happened to Lee with respect to being cancelled by Westpac that this bodes ill for free speech with respect to citizens financial arrangements.
Seymour needs to grasp that the Maori Party needs to be hauled over the coals for supporting the petition that extorted Synlait Dairy company into wrongfully dismissing Lee.
These are not only absolutely necessary engagements for the sake of free speech, they also represent an opportunity for either Act or National to rise to pre-eminence in the name of free speech, and to strike at the Racist radicals of the Maori Party, and hopefully in someway lead to the punishment and bust up of the Far Left extremist deplatforming gang responsible for what happened to Lee and others.
Even without Ardren’s new Hate speech laws, until these things are put right and the malicious left wing extremists are brought to justice, the best and most outspoken New Zealanders remain under threat from being deplatformed by the far Left radicals and activists.
I hope for the sake of our country David Seymour will take some time to ponder what I have said here.

This corruption of the public square is very much welcomed and encouraged by globalist socialist parties and politicians all working to overthrow capitalism, and traditional Christian values upon which Western civilisation is founded.
Socialists despise individual rights and liberties that set limits to government power.

Ardern exposed her true colours in a Pro-Globalist speech she made at the UN in 2019 when she rebuked calls made by Trump for ‘More Nationalism’.
Trump had called world leaders to focus on problems at home as that is where their primary loyalty ought to be.
Ardern exclaimed…”Experiences in recent years should lead us to all question whether any of us ever truly operate in isolation anymore.”, and “Our globalised, borderless world asks us to be guardians not just for our people, but for all people.”
This speech rang alarm bells for many New Zealanders as it indicated Ardern was seeking to sell out our nation to Socialist Globalism.
In keeping with this under Ardern in New Zealand signed up to the UN Global Compact on Migration which at the time sparked concerns about the abrogation of our national sovereignty and included a section not merely to propagandise the public into accepting open boarders, but also included advocacy for censorship and ‘hate speech laws’ that framed any opposition to the UN scheme as being ‘hateful Xenophobia’… to be criminalised.
It is obvious to some Kiwis that to achieve the Socialist Globalist New world Order will require an incremental strategy that first puts in place the tyrannical tools to manipulate the public into acquiescence, minimise any possibility of public protests, and punish critics as ‘far right mongers of hate against ‘vulnerable minorities’.
This is the game plan the Machiavellian Globalists are implementing with precision, and it just so happens that all this grand scheming by our Woke Globalist PM did not escape the attention of several Kiwi based Independent Youtubers who began to make you tube videos in which they expressed their opinions about what they believed was going on.
They are not Racists. They are not Far Right, but conservatives.
They are seeking Racial Equality before the Law. not systemic entrenched racism… its the leftists like Ardern who advocate for that!
One was the ordinary working bloke Lee Williams, who some of you will know was the target of the hateful and malicious campaign by the nasty far left radicals which are the central topic of this blogpost.
Not only intent on getting him deplatformed from You tube, these Sociopaths also set about to destroy his life. Another You tuber who made videos highly critical of Jacinda Ardern was a guy called Damien De Ment.
By making videos critical of the Far Left Socialist Agenda these two guy became the focus of Far Left hatred, and were then targeted for slander and deplatforming.

In an article written in September 2020, Daalder would label both Lee Williams and Damien De Ment ‘Far Right Speakers’.
The protest was peaceful and aptly named ‘The Liberty March’, and organised to voice legitimate concerns about how the Ardern government had acted in an oppressive manner in her handling of the Covid 19 pandemic.

When investigating what sort of ‘reporter’ Marc Daalder is we do not find an objective thinker applying high journalistic integrity. No.
Marc is not hogtied by pesky and antiquated ethics of Journalism.
We find a Far left Radical, a Propagandist and Spin Doctor for Leftist Globalism, a schemer, and peddler of misinformation.

Any Newspaper, or media outlet that was seeking to build a reputation for quality Journalism with high integrity looking to employ reporters capable of producing objective and well balanced accounts of newsworthy events… Marc Daalder would not qualify let alone be ‘Senior Reporter’. It would be impossible for him to present ‘the other side’ of any story with fairness.
Note how he self identifies as a reporter on ‘Far Right Extremism and Miss-information’.
His political prejudice could not be more overt, and the inference to be drawn here is that manufacturing Leftist counter-propaganda is his specialty.
Seeing the world through his glasses automatically means labeling any criticism of leftist ideology as ‘Far right miss-information’.
The skew on reality is that when you are seeking to ‘normalise’ far left extremism, you must sell the lie that mere Conservatism now occupies ‘Far Right’.
Lefties like Daalder think the best way to mount a counter-offensive is not to employ sound arguments, but to slander their character, then insinuate they are dangerous and ought to be censored and deplatformed.
Marc retweeted a whole series of graphs that demonstrated to fellow radicals the efficacy of deplatforming in reducing the reach cancelled Youtubers.
The question I ask is who at Newsroom is ‘Senior Political Reporter for ***Left Wing Extremism and Misinformation***???
Nobody.
They probably don’t believe Far left extremism even exists.
What about the serious dangers posed by Maori Radicalism?
Who at Newsroom is investigating and reporting on this well known variant of Racist Extremism?
What about Green extremists?
Anyone remember the would-be Terrorist cell Tame Iti and the Radical Greens running around in the Urewera’s training for Terrorist attacks?
What were *their beliefs and ambitions*?
And are these same ideas being promoted today?
If so by whom?
Deafening silence.

What part if any did Marc Daalder’s minions play in the Deplatforming of John Banks from Magic Talk Radio show, that ultimately also claimed Sean Plunket I have no evidence, and yet we can clearly See Daalder is making a point of slandering Talk back host Peter William’s.
Daalder obviously would twitter his joy should we loose yet another commentator with the courage to question the activities of the Ardern regime.
While this gang of Extortionists are at work there is every possibility that Peter Williams will some time be deplatformed.
Daalder already accuses Peter of granting a platform to ‘Anti-Vaxxers’ when all Williams was doing was informing the public about how dodgy Jacinda Arden’s Roll out of the Covid vaccination was! Lawyer Sue Grey took the Ardern regime to court for breaking the Health act… and won! Yet instead of complying with the spirit of the Law, Ardern and co rushed through legislation in the dead of nite… again without public consultation to legalise their formerly illegal vaccination scheme!
New Zealanders must wake up to the fact that the far left have been busy censoring people who hold fundamentally the same ideals they themselves and appreciate the blatant Bias and Anti-Free Speech toxic rubbish which flows for Daalders pen for what it really is!
It certainly is not reasonable to suggest that New Zealand based ‘Far Right Extremists’ had anything at all to do with the horrific Christchurch Terror attack against Muslims and yet Daalder does his very best to try and implicate Lee Williams in that tragedy by saying Lee was visited by Police twice after the March 15 Terror Attack… that is how despicably dishonest he is!
That the police started harassing innocent New Zealanders in the wake of that event was a gross violation of their rights, and the beginning of Ardern’s ‘Thought Police’ mentality.
Obviously this meets with Daalders personal stamp of approval!

Ardern has trotted the Globe promoting government control and censorship of the internet with her ‘Christchurch call’.
Her serpentine Deputy PM Winston Peters signed New Zealand up the the Global Compact on migration which contains injunctions not only to ‘sell’ mass immigration to docile populations, but also to censor and criminalise critics and protesters who oppose this globalist agenda.
New Zealand has seen international high profile Non-woke (and white) personalities and speakers de-platformed, and some of our own have also been forbidden to speak… most notably Ex PM Don Brash was forbidden to deliver a speech at Massey University because the Vice Chancellor Jan Thomas considered Brash’s opposition to Waitangi Treaty separatism, and Race based electoral system as being ‘Racist’.

The rise of Leftist intolerance to Free speech and open dialogue in New Zealand mirrors a global militancy and oppressive ideological tactic coming from the Radical left, and it is in response to this threat to our democracy that I and several other Independent thinkers contributed to a book called ‘Free Speech Under Attack’ (Tross Publishing) which looked at the various ways Free Speech was being undermined and censored in Woke New Zealand, and it was for the same reasons that David Seymour’s Act Party decided to make Free Speech a Party Election platform.
In Britain we have seen Street Preachers being arrested for sharing their Christian Faith.
In Canada Police have used ‘Covid 19’ restrictions to Jail several pastors because they insisted on Preaching to their flocks on Sundays in peaceful civil disobedience.
It was also at this time that Don Brash and some of his colleagues formed ‘The Free Speech Coalition’ to take on the ‘Cancel Culture’ and heavy political prejudices that were on display by Woke folk in high Aotearoaian places.
The Coalition recently rebranded themselves as ‘The Free Speech Union’, and yet recent events have dampened my hope that finally New Zealand had a lobby Group, and a political party that were going to stand up for Free speech in New Zealand… esp for the ‘little people who are so easily trampled underfoot these days by rampant workery!
Much to my sorrow… it appears as if both the Act Party and the Free Speech Union are as useless as Tits on a Bull!
It pains me to say this because I have had such high hopes which are being dashed because of their failure to Rally for what I see as the greatest attack on Free Speech in New Zealand since Ardern released the flying monkeys to threatening Social media users following the Christchurch Terror attack!
The case is pivotal to free speech in New Zealand, to the degree that if nothing is done to get justice for the victim of this vicious violation of his rights, this bodes Deathly ill for the rights of all of us… esp those of us who are critical of the powers that be!
This case is absolutely central to our democracy, and the perpetrators of this great injustice… and there are many of them… rollic and gloat upon their success on destroying a mans life… and silencing one of their vocal opponents.
What they have done to this Good man, they intend doing to more people just like him… Vocal independent Kiwis with no means of defending themselves from this malicious and hateful Mob activity.
Don Brash had enough powerful friends and ‘public capital’/ celebrity status not to be absolutely decimated by the Maori Party, and their Woke white collaborators.
The man I am talking about has suffered a complete wipe out… and yet not a Peep has been herd… not even a murmur in his defense from Act or the Free Speech Union!

let me recount what evils have been at work, and what has befallen one of New Zealand’s Rare Brave Independent Social Media commentators… and why our Country should be alarmed!
Over the past month South Island based Independent Citizen Journalist and You Tube Commentator Lee Williams has been systematically attacked by Maori Party activists… these attacks being fully supported by Maori Party MPs, which has resulted in his wrongful dismissal from Synlait Dairy Company, Him being robbed by ‘Go Fund Me’ crowd fund raising site of thousands of Dollars that were willingly donated by friends and supporters to help him. He has suffered further injustice and bigotry from Westpac who shut down a personal Bank account he had with them, and ultimately now he has lost his You Tube Channel with near 16 000 followers.
Lee’s ‘crimes’ were for daring to critisise Maori Party politics and the He Pua pua Report that seeks to surrender the nation to Maori under the pretense of ‘honouring’ the UN declaration of Indigenous rights’, and for making Spoof/Satire videos mocking Maori Party MP Rawiri Waititi… who…we are supposed to believe that because he is *a Maori*… that this renders him somehow morally beyond being humorously caricaturised… almost like Mohammed… a Politically incorrect crime!
We apparently live in a politically post-Humor post-ridicule age.
They don’t seem to have been able to contend with Lee via normal civilised political debate. No.
For these ‘insults’ they went out after him… to destroy his life.
Lee has been unjustly slandered, and illtreated by all of the businesses I mentioned above because Maori Party activists have been harassing and extorting everyone and anyone with whom Lee has any association… targeting his Income, and financial arrangements, and now he has lost even his You Tube Channel.. all without any form of due process by which he could defend himself from the vile slander of being accused of being a White Supremacist and a Racist.
Lee is neither a racist nor a white supremacist!
To label him such is a classic Socialist ploy to discredit their opponents!

The truth is the Radical Woke Left have hijacked the political discourse and skewed what truly and historically defines ‘Far Alt Right/ White supremacist / Nationalist’ to mean anyone who disagrees with their own Radical Far Left doctrines.
To lump Lee in the same political boat as Phill Arps is a despicable sleight of hand ruse.
Lee is in fact a Conservative… who holds traditionally Kiwi values and beliefs, and that is why he has butted heads with Radical Socialists like Ardern and the Maori Party… because these Leftist radicals hate traditional New Zealand, and are systematically and intentionally seeking it’s overthrow!
It is no exaggeration to say the Ardern government is radically subversive and treasonous.
They are in fact seeking to render holding traditional values and beliefs to be ‘Hate crimes’.
I have also written a previous Blog about Lees plight and the malicious political attack he has been enduring here… in which I made the observation that Lee’s troubles with Synlait Dairy company is not the first time brave outspoken New Zealanders have fallen prey to these despicable tactics. These underhanded and Machiavellian tactics cause New Zealanders to shut their mouths to the vile antics and policies of these radicals out of fear of coming under attack themselves.
These despicable tactics are running amok across Western societies because of a failure of Parliaments to recognize this subversive political behavior for what it really is.

When I wrote those words Lee’s employment with Synlait was ‘suspended’ while they deliberated among themselves how they were going to get out of this ugly mess the Maori radicals had created.
I had written to them via an open letter to inform them of the true nature of the extortion they were experiencing at the hands of malevolent Political subversives hoping they might do the right, honorable, and Legal thing… and refuse to play the ball these Maori Radicals were throwing… and yet I was not at all surprised when soon after I was informed that Synlait chose to take the low road… and unlawfully dismiss Lee on false grounds… saying he had committed serious misconduct by damaging Synlait’s reputation.
Lee had done no such thing… it was the Maori Radicals and Maori Party who had engineered this entire scam!
Lee has a very strong grounds for a personal grievance case against Synlait for wrongful dismissal… and yet to do this will take Legal and financial support.
And that is just the first step in getting justice for Lee and setting a very much needed legal precedent that will protect all New Zealanders Free speech from such extortion with respect to their employment.
Yet that is only the start… the defenders of the Right to Free Speech must go after and prosecute the ring leaders and even the MPs involved in this scandal.
The only hope I see is that the Act Party, and The Free Speech Union get up off their couches and get to work!

To grasp the serious implications of what has been done to Lee, and how absolutely essential it is to Free Speech in New Zealand that Justice is served upon those who have behaved in such ignorant and malicious manner, please read my earlier Blogpost…
I am declaring an SOS emergency call out to theses self appointed champions, and indeed to anyone out there who cares about Free Speech in New Zealand, to take up Lee’s cause… because if what has been done to him is allowed to go unchallenged, it will set a string of Anti-free speech precedents that will leave Free Speech activists and critics of the government without Legal protection from oppression and persecution by the Powers that be.
This is a crisis for our Democracy.
At a minimum should the perpetrators of this racket get away Scot-free, this injustice will only emboldened them to continue to target others the disapprove of… and destroy their lives too.
I find it incredulous to suppose that Act, or the Free Speech Union are unaware of Lee’s plight, or the seriousness of his case for Free Speech in our country, which leads me to the alternative conclusion that they know about what has been going on, and yet are unwilling to lift a finger to help Lee.
For what good reasons have you failed to step up in Lee’s defense?
Is it because Lee has been accused of being ‘A White Superracist’?
Of All Lobby groups and Political parties in New Zealand *you two organisations* have the least excuse for inaction as you full well know the evils of the Maori Party and the dirty tactics they employ… and the slander they throw about like confetti upon anyone who dares challenge their patently Racist and self serving politics.
I want to explore what possible point of contention that may be hindering these self proclaimed defenders of Free Speech from taking up Lee’s cause.
To put it bluntly… they may not like Lee.
Ie the reason they might not be jumping to Lee’s defense *is personal*???
They may have found his behavior on his you tube channel as being ‘vulgar’.
Maybe these people actually believe Lee really is some sort of ‘Far Right Racist’… hence somehow ‘deserves’ what has happened to him.
Maybe they are even pleased to see his Channel wiped out?
Do they think that free speech should only be a right for the refined, cultured, and eloquent… ie for themselves… and their own?
What about the rest of us ordinary uncouth non-politically correct Cretans?
Don’t our rights to speak our minds matter?
I will be the first to admit that some of Lee’s video’s did make me cringe, in particular his ‘Satire’ video’s…
I have already stated on another post that I do not endorse all of Lee’s perspectives… and yet I condemn in the strongest terms what has been done to him for the sake of silencing him, censoring him, and punishing’s him for simply exercising his legitimate rights to free speech and criticizing politicians and Members of Parliament.
Lee has been a vocal supporter of Donald Trump.
Lee has been a scathing critic of Jacinda Ardern.
And I know Lee has been critical of both Act Leader David Seymour’s support for the UN Migration Pact, and of Don Brash’s Anti-Trump views… could it be from a personal agnst that these Heavy hitters are choosing to let him burn?
If so… that would signify very poor character on their part, because to truly be a champion of free speech, a person must be willing to defend the free speech even of one’s own critics and opponents.
Conversely should they wake up, and rally in Lee’s defense, that would demonstrate High character and integrity on their part.
Lee is a very critical person who does not pull his punches.
Lee speaks his mind, openly expresses his disappointment when politicians support things Lee believes to be wrong, He calls MPs… even our Prime Minster Jacinda Ardern corrupt! Treasonous Globalist! etc, which of course is his right to say, I have said similar things oft myself here at Eternal Vigilance Blog which is to say Lee and I do share many similar views on a broad range of topics… which is why by and large I enjoyed watching Lee’s channel. I respected his forthright expositions. And yet as I have already said… I felt his satire was imprudent and in bad taste.
Yet I still understand why he did it!
He did it from *shear principle* that The Maori Party have no *Divine Right* not to be mocked… no Divine right not to have the Piss taken out of them… and certainly no divine right not to be offended!
It is an essential aspect of Freedom in a democracy that citizens may mock, chide, criticize, and take the mickey out of politicians and elected members of parliament… and even prime ministers, and presidents!
*Citizens have the right to be as Eloquent or as Obnoxious as they please!*
It is a defining characteristic of Tyranny where it is illegal to take the piss out of the Leadership of the Nation, or be forbidden in criticizing any policy or institution.
It is in fact a Right and Custom in Free Nations to intentionally take the piss out of Politicians.
It is an Artform… And a Nations Comedians are often the greatest exponents of Free Speech… even in Bad Taste… It tells the Politicians that they work for us… that they are our servants… and that as such they have no right to expect to be protected from the vocal ire of the people.

Fauchi lied point blank to Rand Paul while under oath denying he had funded ‘gain of function experimentation’ on bat viruses at Wuhan China.
Fauchi knew waaaaay back that the Covid 19 gene sequence had hallmarks of being the product of gene splicing yet worked like a devil to bury the idea that the virus had escaped from the Lab.
He had a personal vested interest to mislead the public.
He discussed this in emails, yet even before this became public knowledge independent thinkers had already asked this question, done the math; and concluded that it was too much of a coincidence that Covid 19 broke out just down the road from the Wuhan lab for that high probability to be ignored.
It was in fact the most obvious source.
Despite this the Social media tech giants set about to silence the voices of questioning citizens and independent experts who wanted to debate such matters.
Fauchi’s opinions and Fauchi worship were the only narrative allowed to be aired.
Even US President Donald Trump got censored when he said this was the most likely scenario.

Ardern lied about such things as having the legal authority to order in and mass distribute the Frankenshots to the New Zealand population, and when taken to the High Court by Lawyer and Social activist Sue Grey it was determined that Arden and co were breaking the Law… that in fact her regime did not have the legal authority to bypass safety protocols and rush general distribution of an experimental vaxx by exploiting existing special dispensations … so… unfazed by mere Laws… she simply rushed through legislation in the dead of night to magically make her Covid 19 overreach legit!
Her government used the excuse ‘We thought we were legal’… yet does that defense work in court for ordinary citizens? No!
Where is the punishment for such a massive violation of Public Health Law designed to protect New Zealanders from precisely the sort of actions power mad and unscrupulous Ardern was involved in… as was the Nuremburg code!
What also is of importance to realise about this saga is that had not Sue Grey and co called out The Ardern regime upon their unlawful activities… they would have happily deceived the New Zealand public about the legality of their activities!
And even though Ardern and co abused their powers by legalising their own unlawful activities, Sue Grey and co are to be commended for being eternally vigilant for what their parliament is doing.
It is up to us voters at election time to ensure these Machiavellians are thrown out!
Without punishment / consequences politicians like her escape the political condemnation due for such behaviour which would virtually guarantee they step down from office and have no hope of re-election.

Submission on ‘Aotearoa New Zealand’s Histories in the New Zealand Curriculum’

My submission on the curriculum is written from several perspectives.
Firstly, that of a Father and Grandfather whose children will be subject to this curriculum, thus I speak in exercising my parental responsibility and rights.
I am also a private student of New Zealand history, and have studied it with passion my whole adult life and so it is a subject close to my own heart.
My studies have been carried on independent of any curriculum. I have wandered through the pages of our history wheresoever my mind has carried me.
This is an important fact that goes a long way to explain why I am able to write what follows.
Secondly I speak as a citizen and active participant in our democracy with respect to what We the people expect from our servants… the government.
Thirdly I speak as a Kiwi of both Maori and Pakeha descent who is acutely aware of the radical separatist politics which is currently running amok, subverting the truth for political gain and causing massive racial division and strife.
My Libertarian principles enlighten me to the Ideal that there ought to be a constitutionally protected separation between the State, and the education of our youth.
This is because the State being a political power is disposed to propagate the political ideology and agenda of the people and parties in power, this inevitably threatens the integrity and objective quality of what is instilled into the minds of the innocent, when the truth is seen as being antagonistic to the ambitions of those in power.
Given opportunity the State will misuse the Education system to influence the next generation of voters to benefit their own political aims.
This is why allowing the State to control the education system and to dictate the curriculum is extremely dangerous to truth, freedom, and democracy.
The threat is not only real, it can easily be seen in action today on a variety of subjects.
This ought to be a grave concern to all honest and enlightened parents and teachers alike.
Most people know this type of political indoctrination is commonplace in Totalitarian States like North Korea, and China.
Far Less will admit the current bunch of MPs in the Beehive demonstrate the very same tendencies.
There is great cause for alarm at what is going on across the spectrum of education, yet in no other subject is politicisation more insidious than in the mutilation of our epic colonial history.
Any public discussion on a history curriculum cannot be undertaken without keeping this dangerous reality at the forefront of our concerns, and working to insure separatist politics do not absolutely corrupt this enterprise.
There are powerful vested interests at work seeking to hijack this curriculum and twist it to serving their own political advantages, which depend upon the perpetuation of racial angst and divide.
This is the real reason our politicians seek to make New Zealand History a compulsory subject.
It’s called mass social conditioning.
My submission below will give a few examples of the political sleight of hand going on via historical revisionism, yet will also set down a few ideas about how despite the many dangers involved, it could be possible to mitigate them, and make this enterprise conform more closely to the professed intention of teaching actual New Zealand History rather than a politicised false narrative.
There is no way that I could have made this submission without first stating these uncomfortable things, and yet still, having sent my own son to a public primary School for the past 5 years, and participated school activities, I must declare that I have been very happy with the way my son has been taught, and nurtured there.
I do not have anything but good things to say about the teachers and quality of my son’s time at primary school.
I hope this statement quells any notion that I have no appreciation of the quality and integrity of the average teacher and school.
My purpose in writing this is not to undermine good people with the best of intentions and genuine vocational aspirations, doing a good job.
My criticisms and warnings are system and ethos based, not personal, save for the politically corrupt actors with nefarious designs embedded both above and within the structure who seek to use the education system to indoctrinate our children in their own woke partisan political opinions. .
I do not harbour any delusions that Nanny State will divest itself from education any time soon, and so it would be pointless to write a submission that hinged upon such a forlorn hope.
I would not waste your time if that was the heart of my submission.
The best I can hope for presently is to make some positive suggestions that might aid the good teachers and staff at schools to be able to provide the best quality education and history under the circumstances.
To the genuine teachers of History and sociology, this submission is written in your defense, to assist you in having a curriculum that you can be proud to teach… because of adherence to truth, and the value it adds to student education.
I myself spring from a family of civil servants, and educators who instilled in me some of their zeal for civic duty and a desire to serve their communities.
Let me now begin my Submission proper.
Such weighty matters cannot be ‘breezed over’, yet still I will keep my submission as succinct as possible.
The love of power and money is the root of every form of evil.
How easily Machiavellian political operators turn outwardly noble intentions into tools for exploitation.
When we raise the prospect of Governments teaching children what to believe about their own heritage, we are treading upon quicksand.
There is every reason to lament that what will be taught to future generations of Kiwi via compulsory ‘New Zealand History’ will not be history at all, but a heavily partisan political re-hash in which the truth takes second place to a preferred constructed narrative, that is not only a litany of falsehoods but also will inevitably tend to deepen racial divides… which is the intended purpose of the revisionism.
To sow discord, to poke tender spots, to enflame fires that have all but run their coarse, to invigorate political tensions to ensure these troubles are inherited by future generations… perpetually… thereby shoring up the foundations of the various Racist Apartheid political institutions that we have gullibly established, bequeathing these monstrosities to posterity.
Instead of well written and nuanced objective history, the curriculum is in grave danger of being subverted to teach radical revisionism which has sprung up via the Treaty Settlement process involving hundreds of millions of dollars.
Paid, credentialed, ‘historians for hire’ have tailor-made narratives for the express purpose of gaining large settlements.
In no way has this process been an attempt at objective history, but by their very nature these ‘histories’ are purposefully ‘adversarial’ designed to sway proceedings in the here and now, attempting to claim injustices have been suffered by the claimants, and to foist blame for pitiable outcomes upon the ‘White dominated colonial New Zealand State.
These cases themselves have not been herd in genuinely objective courts nor subjected to anything nearing rigorous legal scrutiny to determine whether the claims are well founded, but instead have been herd by the notoriously un-objective Waitangi Tribunal.
Under such heavy motivation to skew the truth in one direction, this is not how objective history can be ascertained and then recycled as the basis for a national curriculum!
Yet this is precisely what is going on!
We are talking about Politicised history.. not objective history!
Such Historians as Dr Vincent O’Malley have made a career out of writing such skewed narratives for commission to be used in the Political arena.
What is at stake for our nation besides the exchange of large sums of taxpayer money, the deepening corruption of our Legal system and government with Race based Laws and institutions… all things detrimental to the future wellbeing of our nation. In Truth nothing short of our National heritage and Identity itself is under mortal attack!
Will there be a Hamilton City in the future?
Will there be any monuments to Captain Cook?
Or will the only culture allowed to be celebrated here in New Zealand be a false Idealised Maori culture?
Must all Pakeha be ashamed of their roots?
Will such hollow myths as ‘Maori being the caretakers of the land’, become canonised?
There is no real history in these things, but pure woke politically correct propaganda.
The politisisation of New Zealand history and the threat it poses to our National Identity can be observed via recent events in Hamilton City whereby the City Council in partnership with Tainui employed professional historian Dr O Malley to produce a ‘Historical report’ to ‘help city councilors’ evaluate the claims of Radical Activists that have been harasing the city and vandalising one of it’s colonial monuments.
These Activists protest the name of Hamilton City, and the names of several streets as ‘offensive memorials to colonial oppressors and war criminals’ who are said to have participated in atrocities against their forefathers in an unjust war.
The Activists demand the name of Hamilton to be stripped from the city, and replaced with ‘Kirikiriroa’.
The streets Grey St, Bryce St, and Vontempsky st, are to be renamed.
Though having no mandate from the people of Hamilton city to pursue such radical propositions, the spineless Council removed the ‘offending statue’ of Captain Hamilton from the town square, and by engaging the services of Dr O Malley Hamilton City Council demonstrated they were giving all this craziness serious consideration!
When Dr O Malley tabled his report, as predicted his narrative 100% endorsed the claims of the Maori Radicals!
Is it any wonder the report contains such prejudice given one of the principle parties which commissioned his report was Tainui, one of the antagonists in the war of the 1860s, and who were defeated?
Being a trained and credentialed ‘Historian’ Dr O Malley’s report is supposed to be historically ‘Authoritative’, and yet it was compromised from the very beginning.
The Report stated that the war was an invasion, and wholly motivated by lust for Taunui lands.
This narrative paints the Pakeha as being greedy and corrupt and guilty of atrocities.
Absent was any culpability for the war on Tainui’s part.
Hamilton City Council was then going to hold a public hearing to receive public submissions upon the report, before deciding what would be done.
This process was interrupted by Covid 19.
I myself wrote an extensive (yet not exhaustive) rebuttal of the O Malley Report which can be found on line here.
I presented well documented records and accounts of the war and character of the accused that was in sharp contrast to what Dr O Malley had tabled, and that there were good reasons why these men were honoured and memorialised with monuments, and that these memorials must stand as a testimony to our rich history for future generations to ponder.
So here we have a demonstration of how politically charged the subject New Zealand history is.
We have the Truth, and we have Radicals seeking to pervert history for their own political and financial gain.
Protesting, feigning grievance at the hands of Pakeha has netted Tainui elites Hundreds of millions of dollars.
Will our School history classes now be used to facilitate this extortion racket… to a greater degree than is already the case?
New Zealand historian Paul Moon talks about this very thing in an article he wrote ( Stuff Sep 13, 2019)
“Given this importance, the Government’s decision to ensure all school students will be taught our country’s history is to be applauded.
Perhaps the most common response to emerge from the announcement is “which history?” or the more prejudicial “whose history?”. And there’s the rub. History is no mere list of dates and facts. It is often a contest between sometimes different ways of seeing the past, and what particular events in that past ought to be more pronounced. Many of these interpretations tend to chafe on contact with each other, resulting in history being a discipline that has to accommodate a wide range of views. Maybe this is why successive politicians have been reluctant to support compulsory New Zealand history in schools – it seems too contentious. Of course, there are risks that, if done poorly, compulsory history in our schools could veer into the realm of indoctrination. It is no coincidence that one of the first functions authoritarian regimes undertake on assuming power is to produce new history books in order to emphasise the “correct” version of history that is passed on to students. “

This is what Governor Hobson said as he shook the hand of each chief who signed the Treaty of Waitangi.
Dr O’Malley would do well to remember this historical fact.
The Treaty united Maori with the rest of New Zealand under British sovereignty.
The modern politically driven construct of ‘Treaty partnership’ contravenes the first clause of the Treaty of Waitangi whereby sovereignty was ceded to the British Crown.
Instead the nefarious school of thought to which Dr O Malley subscribes claims sovereignty was never ceded but supposed to be shared.
I will provide historical validation that sovereignty was ceded from no less an authority than Sir Apirana Ngata shortly, yet from the fundamental fallacy of ‘Treaty partnership’ Dr O Malley insists that the Kingitanga movement was not a breach of the Treaty… despite this being exactly how it was seen by the British government and settlers at the time, and from this false determination he then proceeds to make a case that the cause of the wars were fundamentally that of colonialist greed for Land, rather than what History proper records… That the Kingitanga movement was a rebellion against the Treaty and that it was Tainui who began the war preparations, and instigated the dispute.
The war in the Waikato with the Kingites was about sovereignty not greed on the part of the settlers… not lust for land.
It was about the establishment of A Maori Kingdom separate from the British Empire… a clear breach of the treaty and why the war with Britain was provoked.

Revisionist historians like Dr O’Malley for the last 50 years have eroded our nations pioneering pride and sense of unity to the degree that Treaty partnership concepts, and the notion that colonisation as a whole was one gigantic racist crime… (Marxist Dogma) have become ‘official doctrine’ via a shameful process of successive political parties and governments retreating and pandering to radical separatist Maori activism… for the sake of gaining the support of the radicals occupying the Maori seats in parliament which so often have held the parliamentary balance of power.
All this politics makes for very poor history.
New Zealand has been in the throes of systematic indoctrination for the past 50 years, and this is why today the legacy of these great men, Sir George Grey, Bryce, Hamilton, and Von Tempsky and others like Captain Cook are under relentless attack.
“Some have said that the land confiscations were wrong and they contravened the articles of the Treaty of Waitangi, but the chiefs placed in the hands of the Queen of England, the sovereignty and authority to make laws. Some sections of the Maori people violated that authority. War arose and blood was spilled. The Law came into operation and land was taken in payment. This in itself is Maori custom-revenge-plunder to avenge a wrong. It was their chiefs who ceded that right to the queen. The confiscations cannot therefore be objected to in the light of the Treaty ”

“Black Lives Matter-inspired demonstrations against symbols of history, in New Zealand and around the world, have focused on monuments to Europeans, but Ngapuhi leader, David Rankin, has called on Tainui to take down Turangawaewae Marae, which, he said, his iwi had long regarded as a symbol of enslavement and oppression.
The marae, he said, represented a dark period in the iwi’s history, when Tainui slavers abused his people to build their marae and grow crops for them.
“For us in the North, Turangawaewae Marae is a symbol of that slavery, murder and cannibalism, and so needs to be pulled down,” he said.
“The wealth that Tainui generated was made on the backs of Ngapuhi slaves.”
He had the support of his Te Matarahurahu hapu, whose ancestors were among those captured by Tainui, and used as slaves. Sometimes slaves had become part of the communities of their captors, but in this case they were eventually killed and eaten.
“Tainui famously acquired corn by disembowelling my ancestor and removing the kernels in his stomach for seed,” he said.
“Tainui has a moral obligation to pull down that marae, which for us is a symbol of cultural hatred, and if they don’t pull it down, then we will come down and do the job for them.”

It is at this point I ask… Will the true nature of Pre-colonial life and intertribal warfare be taught in the NZ curriculum? or instead will that all be revised and rehashed too into some politically sanitised and idealisd mythical race of Nobel Savages?
Only if the truth about what life was like for the average Maori in pre-European times is understood, can any real judgement be made about whether or not subsequent British colonisation was a boon or a great evil upon the Maori race.
As an Independent thinking Maori I quite enjoy life in 21st century New Zealand!
I certainly prefer it to living in a reed hut with dirt floors in constant fear of being attacked by neighboring tribes and eaten!
When the truth is understood, only ignorant or prejudiced minds can maintain that British colonisation brought evils upon Maori.
That perspective cannot stand in the light of day!
Given there is a radical political revisionist narrative being imposed upon our nation how can it be hoped that a new history curriculum will be a benefit to our children?
How then can conscientious History Teachers save themselves from becoming the indoctrinators of Radical Political propaganda, as has already become the case in so many other subjects, and threatens to expand in to such areas as Gender Identity?
What follows are a few ideas which could serve to help teachers maintain professional integrity as teachers rather than State indoctrinators.
My proposal for the curriculum.
We have established that there are competing views of New Zealand History.
Because modern historical revisionism is currently being heavily imposed upon our society at all levels, it’s too much for me to expect this heavily politicised false narrative be kept out of our nations history curriculum.
This being so I propose this perspective be counterpoised by the far more well established ‘classical interpretation’ of New Zealand history *also* being included in the curriculum.
This would be an education in itself as it would at least teach students the importance of critical thinking skills because of the reality that there can be more than one perspective of history, and that they must honestly weigh up which narrative is best supported by the facts… an undertaking all thinking people ought to be doing rather than simply and unquestioningly swallowing what ever single narrative they are being spoon fed.
I perceive how these conflicting viewpoints might be interwoven into a single class of quality education, should the caliber of Teachers be of high enough character to do objective justice to two different perspectives, placing them in juxtaposition so that students can perceive the nature of the controversies. Thesis, and Antithesis.
Alternatively the History Curriculum could be divided in two sections, The Classical perspective class, and the so-called Modern Revisionist perspective.
This would be interesting because when both perspectives are laid side by side, this would test the integrity and tolerance of School faculties, the advocates of each perspective having to refrain from demanding the opposite perspective be suppressed.
I can already predict that those who desire the youth to prefer the modern revisionist perspective will also be the party that will be most antagonistic, and prone to attacking those of the classical perspective.
Given that both perspectives ought to be on equal standing, so that the students themselves can ponder which perspective is best supported by the facts, or whether a third perspective grows up… a Synthesis might develope… who can tell?
As things stand these renewed disputes are far from settled.
This is a controversy that must be debated in the public sphere and unless political pressure is used to give advantage to the fables of modern revisionism, free and open debate will ensure the true history ultimately prevails, and the politicised false narrative will fall by the wayside.
Part of the genius of my proposal (forgive my vanity) is that for such a scheme to work would require all parties, teachers, administrators, and students to co-exist and co-operate on the basis of Equality and tolerance… two very valuable virtues for students to attain, and vital for a free society in which people of different perspectives agree to peacefully co-exist in community with one another, respecting each others equal dignity and freedom.
This is how New Zealand used to be until a mere handful of decades ago before Leftist Racist Radicals began their shrill agitation that gave birth to Treaty separatism.
I do not believe the factions promoting Treaty separatism have the strength of character to be respectful and civilized should the Curriculum provide a balancing counterpoise to their prejudiced views.
Schools in a Free society ought to focus on teaching children how to think, how to apply principles, and discover truths for themselves rather than being factories of indoctrination and telling students what they must think.
This distinction is stark, because in a free society the ‘Zeitgeist’ or culture of that community will be ‘organic’ and free to modify itself at will… and founded upon reason rather than coercion, whereas indoctrination is the norm under Totalitarian States whereby the State dictates what the subjects must think… or else.
The dire situation we face today however is there are Radical Socialists in parliament who are actively rendering our nation less free, and more akin to Totalitarian Police States like North Korea and China whereby the Governments dictate what shall be taught with less and less dissenting views allowed.
We may already have moved past the point whereby our National Freedoms might be saved, because the current Government and a large activist, noisy portion of our population are already radicalised to the point whereby they will not countenance any views being expressed that challenge their own narrow woke radical views.
What the future will be for our Children and theirs will be determined by such important decisions as are being considered here and now.
The form our future government and laws will take shall be determined by what sort of ideas and perspectives our children are presently taught.
“He who controls the past, controls the future” warns George Orwell.
The Radicals know this as well as I do and that is why they will fight like demons to insure their ‘revolutionary propaganda’ holds a monopoly over the minds of future generations.
Indoctrination and conditioning being the order of the day.
This is the very opposite thing to having a Free and independent thinking population of self reliant and self responsible citizens.
Currently Politically correct politicians seek to create a herd of indoctrinated sheeple, incapable of thinking outside the box those in power have socially engineered.
Censorship, Deplatforming, and Laws which allow people to be punished for ‘wrong think’ are the hall marks of Tyranny…yet this is the way our society is heading under the guise of a caring Nanny State.
Jails will begin to fill with those who defiantly continue to dissent in the public square from the official line.
I implore the committee to consider my proposal for the history curriculum. To understand the very real dangers for our Nations future I have expounded upon in my submission, and be honest and objective enough to insure our children understand *Both perspectives* so that they may judge for themselves.
Let us foremostly instruct them in the truth that history is a subject that is open to all sorts of interpretation and therefore they must question and take the time to ponder rather than simply thinking a single perspective can be safely swallowed whole.
If you only succeed in helping youth understand this *one truth* you will have given them a very powerful tool with which they will be able to navigate themselves in life with respect to history and given them a principle whereby they can guard themselves against False historic narratives written for tyrannical ends.
Schools and universities in Western Nations used to be the vanguards of Free Speech and open debate upon the sharp Political questions of the day.
Sadly those days are quickly fading.
Instead we now have Universities etc which seek to shut down debates, and De-platform the voices of dissent and critisism, , while promoting the Politically correct and woke narratives of the powers that be.
In this way our schools have become far more like those in totalitarian states whereby only the official line is permitted to be advocated on campus.
It is not uncommon these days to see students marching for more Tyranny, less Freedom!
This is what happens when Schools are dictated to by political agenda.
PM Jacinda Ardern seeks to use the education system to condition future generations into accepting the establishment of a full blown Apartheid State under the guise of fulfilling the principles within the UN Declaration of Indigenous Rights.
Re: The He Puapua Report.
Should public submissions and appeals like mine fall upon deaf ears, and the forthcoming history curriculum turn out to be nothing short of an absolutely corrupt Radical Anti-colonial Historic revisionism, accompanied with it’s Global counterpart, the psychotic Neo-Marxist Radical doctrine of ‘Critical Race Theory’, I would hope such toxic doctrines and Fake history will be met with mass parental protests.
Unless the History Curriculum is so framed as to present an honest account which does not patently serve to politically radicalise our children, Parents ought to unite and organise themselves to boycott any School which is so ideologically sloped as to try and use their history classes to brainwash our children.
Currently there is a rising backlash from communities all around the globe calling out Critical Race theory for the Marxist Toxic Racism that it is.
This includes many Parents of ethnic minorities who are sick to death of being used as a Left wing political football.
I would hope that good teachers would also stand in solidarity with parents to resist the Political pressures to use History classes to peddle political propaganda.
The true history of New Zealand from the 19th century is a fabulously enlightened story of the unification of two worlds, and the forming of one Nation.
There were some serious bumps in the road yet our Nation was born in an age in which Britain had ended slavery and recognised the brotherhood of all humanity.
It is a history that all New Zealanders can be proud of.
The spirit of unity as New Zealanders is the true current that flows through the pages of the New Zealand story.
We must not allow the bigotry and falsehoods of a tiny minority of racist radicals and Marxists destroy our Colonial monuments and rob us of such a fine and proud heritage.
Ironically, this recent period of Racist radicalism and historic revisionism, has itself become part of the overall history of our nation which it may be hoped future generations will look back upon these times as an aberration not to be repeated. A period in which The New Zealand dream came under threat by dangerous Marxist activists and radical politicians, and this knowledge will arm future generations to defend themselves should this evil ideology attempt to rise again from the dead.

To the management of Synlait Dairy Company.
I write to you in defense of Dairy worker and independent You Tuber Lee Williams for the purpose of explaining why Synlait must not dismiss Lee because to do so would be wrongful.
Your company has become ensnared in a dirty political game through no fault of your own, and for this you have my sympathy.
Take courage, most New Zealanders understand this.
New Zealanders are not blind to what is going on.
This is a matter of National importance.
Lee and Synlait are but the latest victims of despicable systematic, politically motivated attacks upon your names and character.
These attacks are attempting to circumvent the rights of free citizens to speak out against the political policies of Racist radicals peddling a blatantly racist agenda by threatening their reputations and livelihoods.
I am in this instance talking about the unscrupulous behavior of the Maori Party, who are a notorious bunch of racist radicals who do not even represent what most Maori people believe, let alone what most New Zealanders believe, yet still because of the way they operate in labeling anyone who speaks out against their racist agenda as being ‘White Supremacist’ most New Zealanders are too scared to stand up against them.
I am well aware of the pressure Synlait will be feeling having become the focus of their attention, and that the last thing you want is to be dragged through ongoing ugly public protests with a bunch of ill behaved radicals saying all sorts of nasty things about your company… until you give them what they want… the head of your worker… Lee Williams.
Every time companies cave in to such demands only serves to embolden this type of political extortion.
The latest occurrence was when Media Works Corp decided to ‘let go’ 2 of their best broadcasters, John Banks and Sean Plunket, because like Lee, they dared to take less than agreeable positions with the racist radical agenda that divides New Zealand into a two tier society… First class citizens being those with special indigenous rights… and Second Class citizenship goes to all the rest.
If you complain about being rendered a second class citizen, the Maori party will call you racist!
Woke left wing activists successfully applied the very same pressure Synlait is now experiencing to several of Mediaworks major advertisers who then threatened to pull their advertising revenues from Media works unless they ‘deplatformed’ Ex Mayor of Auckland John Banks.
Fellow Radio Works talk show host Sean Plunket made ‘the mistake’ of speaking up for Banks.
When the despicable tactics of the radical Left got the results they hoped for New Zealand lost two prominent public voices brave enough to challenge the racist policies of the Maori Party and others in parliament.
Now they have turned their sights on defender of the Kiwi Dream, and You Tuber Lee Williams.
These tactics are what has become known globally as ‘Cancel culture’ and are a clear demonstration of how leftist militant political activists are systematically undermining legitimate free speech, and attacking their critics… not in a civilised manor with superior reason and facts, but with Bulling and threats, and slander… going for their throats by attacking their jobs and livelihoods.
These underhanded and Machiavellian tactics cause New Zealanders to shut their mouths to the vile antics and policies of these radicals out of fear of coming under attack themselves.
These despicable tactics are running amok across Western societies because of a failure of Parliaments to recognize this subversive political behavior for what it really is.

The Lust for power is the root of every form of evil.
Let me make this clear.
It is outrageous slander to label anyone who disagrees with the separatist policies and financial largess going on in our parliament today as being ‘White Supremacist’.
I myself am of Maori descent, and I stand with Lee, as do the majority of New Zealanders in opposition to the racially divisive agenda commonly known as ‘Treaty Separatism’.
Lee, a migrant from Britain, in his private life is a passionate defender of the Ideals and values that made New Zealand great.
Far be it that his attitude should be frowned upon!
He ought to be highly commended, esp given the caustic political environment of our times under which brave and principled people come under attack for defending such fundamental principles as racial equality before the law.
Lee did not ask me to write this.
I do not personally know Lee, nor do I agree with everything he says yet from watching his videos I can tell he is a good worker as he is often seen on his Go Pro walking in the cold and dark to work while the rest of the community are still lights out… snuggly tucked into their beds.
Synlait is fortunate to have such a conscientious man with strong work ethic on their team.
I understand the predicament he has now found himself, not because of any evil he has done, but because he has chosen to take a stand against Political corruption in high places.
He is a fighter for all that is Good about New Zealand that has become endangered by the Radical politics of Treaty separatism.
Lee now needs the Good people of New Zealand to stand up in his defense, and I for one will not cower from coming to his aid, and giving him my moral support out of fear the radical mob might turn their attention upon me.
Synlait must not submit to this Political harassment. It was a big mistake to suspend Lee because now you have sullied yourselves in private matters that are legally none of your concern.
That we are talking about *private matters* here… about what workers do in their own time… in their private lives… Lawful things that are not crimes.
These facts show the swampy ground Synlait is treading upon in suspending Lee.
In truth this should never have been made a question of his employment with your company. That it has become so is no fault of Lee, but yet another frightening example of how Radical Leftist political activists with malevolent intentions are working to ruin the lives of their political critics.
Getting people like Lee the sack from their jobs by labeling them as racists is one of their nasty tactics, and they are applying this tactic here and now, attempting to drive a wedge between Lee and his source of income… how he provides for himself.
Synlait must not allow themselves to be manipulated in such a despicable way… out of fear of being slandered in the public sphere by radical activists for refusing to play their dirty games.
You would do well to contemplate the fact that Rugby Australia had to apologise and reach a hefty settlement with Israel Folau because in dismissing Israel for things he said in private on Social media they violated Israel Folau’s rights. Though this case was in Australia, the principle is the very same as your situation with Lee Williams. If you recall, Rugby Australia had suspended Israel because he had privately expressed his Christian beliefs that among other things that Homosexuality is a sin, for which Rugby Australia had taken offence.
This is symptomatic of the vehement Social intolerance and spirit of persecution which has sprung up in Western Nations today in which private citizens come under threat simply for expressing their own personal views. And all this we are told is supposed to be making our societies ‘less hateful’.
In reality it is making our Nations Less free, and more like oppressive Socialist dictatorships, and Police States.
The only legitimate reasons Synlait might have for dismissing Lee is for serious misconduct at work, or for criminal activities.
Certainly not because of the shrill and venom filled cries of Racist radicals baying for Lee’s blood.
This is a shameful politically driven ‘witch hunt’ that must be called out for what it is and rigorously opposed.
This sort of political Bully tactics cannot be condoned.
The MPs behind this evil witch hunt should be dragged over the coals for such a malicious attempt to destroy a mans life… simply because he opposes their politics and aims.
That New Zealand countenances parliamentarians and policies that divide our nation according to race… that is the *Real Racism* New Zealand suffers.
I believe the best course for Synlait to take forward would be to engage Legal representation and make a complaint to Parliament for the behavior of Maori Party MP Debbie Ngarewa for her despicable actions that have caused your company harm to its reputation, and the well being of one of your staff… for personal political gain, esp her creation/promotion of a ‘Change.Org’ on line petition with the title ‘Synlait- Stop Employing White Supremacists’.
This crosses legal boundaries, and is a form of defamation and intimidation, and it is in the public interest that this corrupt political behavior by members of parliament be called to account.
When you read what his accusers actually say… they attack Lee because he dares to warn the public about what he perceives as the dangers of the ‘He Puapua report’… a document that Jacinda Ardern was keeping secret from the New Zealand public but an unredacted copy was leaked to the Opposition.
These same concerns that Lee expressed on You Tube have also been highlighted by the Leader of the National Party Judith Collins!
Is Judith also a ‘Far Right White Supremacist’?
The ‘He Puapua Report’ is a government commissioned blueprint upon how New Zealand might be systematically and fundamentally changed under the pretext of honoring the UN Declaration of indigenous rights, itself a document signed by the Key led National Government in 2010 which New Zealanders were told at the time was not binding.
Judeth Colin’s has publicly called out Jacinda Ardern for working in stealth towards the goals listed in the report, and asked the PM to start ‘an open public conversation’ about the contents of He Puapua to lay on the table what is at stake.
Yet here we see that the Maori party has straight away gone on the attack when Lee Williams has dared to start expressing his view on this subject… which the National party Leader herself has said we need to have public discussion!
Can we have any sort of public discussion if the Maori party is able to get people fired from their employment for simply not going along with Maori Party ambitions regarding the He Puapua Report?
The petition against Synlait and Lee Williams not only accuses Lee of ‘disseminating extreme white supremacist material’ but also say’s “Synlait espouses values such as diversity, inclusion and thriving communities. This is entirely at odds with the violent rhetoric of their employee Lee Williams.
We call upon Synlait to review his contract, in reflection of their espoused values, and make it clear that they give nothing to racism, most especially a paycheque.”
Now there is so much vile contradiction and hypocrisy in that statement (above) that beggars belief!
I will only have space here to mention a few.
Firstly Lee does not advocate or incite any violence and it is a patent falsehood and slander to say otherwise.
On the contrary it is the Maori Party themselves who disseminate ‘extreme racist materials’, and are attempting to perpetuate Real harm/violence against Lee Williams by seeking to destroy his livelihood!
This is the sort of staggering dishonesty and malicious nature of Lee’s accusers… and the whole country knows this… even if few have the moral spine to say so.
Also, and most importantly, the case at hand has very serious implications for our country’s democratic processes.
It is the right of Citizens, and permanent residents to critisise the political policies of Parties and members of parliament.
The Maori Party MPs have no special rights that render *their political views* as sacrosanct… above reproach, and the idea that anyone who disagrees with them can be labeled a racist and a white supremist is an outrage!
Offensive in the extreme and nothing more than a fallacious Ad Hominem attack upon the character of their detractors.
Maori party policies must withstand the rigors of public scrutiny and criticism just as every other political parties wares must do for this alone is how democracy justly functions.
That New Zealanders and residents should have their jobs and livelihoods placed in jeopardy for expressing legitimate dissent is despicable!
Synlaits Legal response should definitely incorporate these counter claims against the perpetrators of this witch hunt.
Some sort of Legal ‘Cease and Desist’ Order should be sort to prevent the ongoing harassment of Synlait and its employees.
Ultimately the goal should be to turn the tables upon the real Bad actors in all of this, and set a precedent whereby New Zealand Businesses and Employers demonstrate the proper demarcation between employees private affairs, and what rightfully may be deemed to be within the bounds of a fair employment contract.
A persons privately held political views cannot become the basis for discrimination in Employment contracts because this violates that persons democratic rights.
Nor should a person lose their job for lawfully and peacefully exercising their right to free speech simply because it is critical of the political policies of any Party or members of parliament.
This highlights just how dangerous are our Socialist politicians current attempts to legislate Free speech into the criminal codes because in so doing they will be able to construe what is currently lawful criticism of government policy as an actual criminal offence.
These are the grave dangers we face today as a Nation.
It is my sincere hope that Synlait takes the high road and boldly choses to defend itself, and your employee Lee Williams from this malicious activity.
In so doing you will be doing our nation a great service in defense of Free Speech, and worker rights for which the great percentage of New Zealanders will be grateful.

This is a subject I have taken some personal interest in without studying the subject.
Here are my thoughts.
1. Put rocks in a fire and test which sort withstand the heat.

I brief explanation of who I am.
I am a New Zealand Citizen living in the Waikato.
I have been actively involved in both local body and National Politics for over 20 years.

I recommend that Book to the committee as it is very pertinent to this business at hand, and in fact it predicted Bills like this one would be forthcoming and tried to warn the public about the real dangers involved in allowing politicians to erode our rights to Free speech.
I also have an 11 year old son in his last year at primary school, and 2 grandchildren also in primary school.
I am speaking up for their futures sake.
So that gives you a bit of my background, and will help you to appreciate that this subject is something I am both informed and passionate about.

Words are not violence and it is a moral abomination to conflate the two.
Before passing her oppressive new firearm prohibitions New Zealand Prime minister Jacinda Ardern said “Gun ownership’ is not a right, but a privilege”
Now it appears she is at it again… she obviously is of the opinion, that Free speech is not a right… but a privilege too… which she intends to take away.
She wants to decide what it is lawful for New Zealanders to express…
To the average disinterested citizen, and to those with only shallow understanding of politics This bill appears almost ‘benign’.
They will assume from what little the media has said about the proposals as simply the government trying to be nice to the less fortunate, to those they say are getting picked on and bullied… nobody likes bullies!
Many will assume this because this is how this bill has been sold to the public.
WE are supposed to believe this bill is making it illegal for nasty people to bully the weak and vulnerable on line or in print… and if that so… most fools will think that’s just fine!
So it appears. This is the rationale that is being used to get this bill passed into law so that the government and police have the legal authority to take down what they deem to be ‘Harmful or Offensive’ … and to grant themselves… the officials wielding these new powers legal indemnity should it be discovered that their censorship, or punishment’s was wrong and caused distress and harm to citizens.
Those of us who pay more attention to politics and have a far greater understanding of the importance of the right of Free Speech know with certainty that this Bill is in fact a component of a far larger political agenda, and that this bill if it passes will allow Radical Political ideologues to begin attacking the fundamental rights of their political opponents and critics.
And when this is understood it becomes clear that this bill is extremely dangerous to the well being of Freedom in this country, and to our democratic processes.
This is the first point I wish to make in my submission… That far from being just a nice ‘feel good’ piece of legislation that will only negatively effect nasty bullies and bigots, this bill is in fact a piece of subversive power grabbing by politicians with evil intentions cloaked under a guise of ‘caring for the vulnerable’.
Now I mentioned Political Ideologues… what/ who am I talking about?
A chief example, but far from being alone is our current Labour Party Prime minister Jacinda Ardern, and she may be described to be a Radical leftist Socialist who peddles the Woke, Globalist, Politically Correct Agenda and narrative.
Most people listening to my submission will understand those terms… Leftist, Socialist, Globalist, Woke, Politically Correct, and I will add the final term ‘Social Justice Warrior’
These terms embody what I described above as the ‘Radical Political Ideology’ that is already being systematically indoctrinated into our society, yet will be accelerated and intensified once this Bill becomes Law…. because once this law is passed, It will make it virtually impossible to criticise this process of indoctrination.
And this is at the heart of the scheme to make this law.
Now can I justify my use of the term ‘Radical’ in describing the political ideology Jacinda Ardern and comrades advocate and intend using every portion of Government power at their disposal to socially engineer and impress upon our Nation?
Yes I can. And the reason I can call her political ambitions ‘Radical’ is because they are at enmity with what we can describe as New Zealand’s traditional values upon which our nation was built, and which still hold sway… despite massive indoctrination campaigns via our education systems and the media.
This Governmental indoctrination is also being heavily assisted by the so-called ‘Community standards’ of Woke Dominated Social media companies which suppress the vast percentage of dissention opinions.
Social media Giants Like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube have their own version of this Bill already in operation on their platforms and it is resulting in Censorship of Anti-woke Dissenting opinions on a monumental scale… Enough to cause alarm to the degree that this partisan censorship is affecting elections.
Why may describe the Political Ideology of Woke as being radical?
Because Leftist Political Operatives around the Globe despise the prevailing values and beliefs of Western societies, they are attempting to execute an ideological revolution to overthrow the current ethos, and replace it with their own political ideals… and they intend using the force legislation like this Bill to achieve it, rather than via the only legitimate means congruent with a free society…. Free speech and persuasion in an open Public forum or equal rights.
And these are the second and third points I wish to make clear in todays submission.
This bill is a precursor to the imposition of political ideals and values by force that are highly controversial, that are at variance with the values and ideals of significant portions of our population, and that if this bill passes it will effectively remove New Zealand citizens rights to critisise the governments intended Indoctrination, in Schools, On Line, and in the media… because it is *on line* where today the majority of Pubic dialogue, Political debate, and commentary is carried on.
The internet is the new public domain, and an independent person can garner a considerable influence online… via the voluntary nature by which the public can freely access Websites, Blogs, Youtube videos, etc… and it is on these internet platforms that New Zealanders of all varieties can rightfully and democratically express their political opinions publicly… and a vast percentage of these opinions are scathing of what Radical Ideologues like Jacinda Arden are attempting to impose upon our Nation. The Ideologues pushing this bill intend to suppress and control this public backlash they know is inevitable when they crank up their Woke indoctrination esp in schools. They are prepared to use the force of the Law to ‘Take down’ content from the net they don’t like because it may generate greater public resistance to their Woke agenda.
Getting these censorship laws passed will criminalise dissenting opinions so that Parents, Radio show hosts, Journalists, and activists will fear being prosecuted should they dare to challenge the Radical left indoctrination that Woke ideologues intend using the Education system and media to propagate… against the will of Parents and citizens.
This Bill may therefore rightfully be deemed to be subversive to our Democracy.. because it attacks free speech, and will result in partisan censorship of the type that would impress Joseph Goebbels.
It is proper that I highlight the fundamentals of how a healthy Democracy functions in a free society.
The vital elements that must be maintained for Citizens to be able to make informed votes in choosing the candidates they wish to have representing their interests in parliament.
This is important, because when we look at these fundamentals, we see how it is the the Political ambitions of the Woke Radicals opposes itself to these fundamentals… which is why they desire to throttle free speech via this Bill.
The general tenor and dominating ethos of a free society is nothing more than the sum of the Beliefs and values freely held individually by the citizenry.
For example New Zealand has been described as holding very strong Judeo-Christian values and ideals, which is an inheritance from our ancestors. There are obviously many other influences that have shaped our National character yet this example serves the purpose of this discussion.
The History of Christianity’s influence on the political history of the world is a monumental topic. There have in darker times been Eras in which Christian Nations have harbored strong bigotries and practiced barbarous injustices, and yet there also grew in ‘Christiandom’ the ideals of the Equality of Human beings, and their inalienable God given rights and liberties… and it has been from these foundations that step by step Western nations became freer and more just, and along with this progressive march so too did standards of living rise and rise and rise.
Slavery was abolished, The persecution of Witches and Homosexuals was brought to an end. Woman gained the voting franchise. The rights of people to peacefully practice religions other than Christianity became so accepted and tolerated as to make it a struggle even to imagine living in those darker times when things were very different.
I massive reason why this progress occurred was because of the growth of the recognition of Free Speech… and the growth of other fundamentals to expanded and strengthened democracy.
With the process of Time even in New Zealand’s relatively short history as a nation modeled on English Law and Order we can see the National character has morphed so that Christian Ideals do not hold as great a sway as they once did… and yet the basic values are still there… and the Enlightenment principles of individual rights, and tolerance … though fading… have not yet been totally forgotten…
Thus these ideals still are freely held by a large portion of our Countrymen and they still determine the values they hold dear.
The Radical Woke Politicians despise these values and want to overthrow them… not via the legitimate means of propagating their alternative Woke beliefs via argument and persuasion in an open forum, in competition with other views, but instead by circumventing this just means of achieving their goal… ie by allowing the people to voluntarily embrace their new values and beliefs.
The problem they have is that far too many New Zealanders don’t want what they are selling!
And the radicals don’t care because deep down these leftist don’t believe in Rights and liberties… they believe in the all powerful Totalitarian State.
Hijacking the government, and using the powers of the law, and the engines of State to impose their alternative values… into the minds of the youth… against their parents will… by making it illegal for anyone to critisise what they are doing!
This has always been a part of Socialist political science.
These woke socialists are in fact taking western societies *Backwards* into less free more oppressive times… employing means that have historically proven to be the modus opperandi of tyrants and dictatorships… and they don’t care… as long as they have the power and it is those who oppose them who suffer.
These are the ugly truths that are kept out of sight… out of mind… while this bill works its way into Law.
I implore the committee to listen to the warnings of Citizens like myself.
I am confident that majority of submissions you have received from the public and those most well reasoned ask you to reject this Bill.
It is therefore your duty to report this back to parliament and do not recommend it passing into law.
Do not be party to this subversion of our Democracy and our rights to criticize the Woke Globalist agenda.
The Woke ideology is evil. Fools are free to believe it, yet it must never be allowed to usurp our Government and turn it against those citizens who oppose it.

I thank you for hearing my submission today. I appreciate the fact that some of you may not have liked what I said, I would only say that in itself is why Free speech is so important to a democracy.
A true Democracy allows unpopular opinions and criticisms of the powers that be to be herd in the public sphere.
Only then are the voting public able to freely weigh up all sides of any issue… and vote accordingly.
Fully informed, not merely being uncritically force fed the propaganda of those in power who desire to limit the peoples access to hearing alternative views.
Maybe I should not write the following post because it will smack of Alex Jones/ David Ike type overtones… but then again how often have their outrageous claims proven to be on the money?
Far more often than people are willing to admit.
Maybe suggesting Reptiloids have taken control is far fetched, and yet there is something very strange going on with my social media platforms.
I suspect something diabolical.
And I have my reasons.
I am getting virtually zero responses over the past month… I suspect the powers that be have figured out how to throttle my activity so that it reaches nobody.
The similarity to what happened to my Facebook account is stark.
I have been asking people if they are receiving my posts… and get zero responses… for days on end.
Just a month ago I wrote a blogpost extolling how positive things were looking on these alternative Social media sites… there was *growth*, yet almost within the space of a few days… something weird happened…. like someone threw a switch… and my Social media ‘died.’
And I have the numbers… because back in April I reported I was getting on average a new ‘follower’ on gab for every 5 posts (900/186= 4,84).
Today the math is 1300 posts/ 214 followers= 6.07= over a 20% drop!
Things should in theory be getting better… not significantly worse.
And though I don’t have the numbers… things are far worse on Mewe.
I go for days without any interactions, weeks without any contact requests.
What is going on?
I believe there is some sort of ‘filtering’ going on targeting Gab and Mewe.
Have they been ‘flagged’ by our Woke Government as Right wing extremist sites?
Have I personally been flagged for suppression because of my outspoken views and criticism of the Woke agenda?
Do the Tech Spies of Woke governments about the Globe Taylor make strategies to attack independent voices?
Highly likely given the Machiavellian bents of the Ardern regime.
They now have both the Tech and the will to do this.
I’m not a tech head so I don’t have a clue how such things might be achieved… a mysterious algorithm pinned to my IP?
Way above my pay grade.
Anyone who does not live under a rock knows that governments about the globe have been working night and day to control all information on the net.
They are busy legislating themselves power not only to censor people, but also power to punish, and jail citizens who don’t conform to their dictates and they have been setting up systems and deploying government operatives to create ‘Cyber Security Hubs’ to monitor and control the internet… virtually putting an end to the private exchange of information between ‘Users’.
New Zealand under Ardern has in fact been accelerating the governments powers in this domain using the Christchurch Terror attack as justification for the expansion of their Police State which is fundamentally a Surveillance State… The all seeing eye.
These are facts… not paranoid delusions.
Even before that horrific event, specific legislation already existed which allows Spies like the GCSB to target ‘individuals of interest’.
What criteria they employ in making a decision to put a person on their watch list?
The tendency for abuse of power means we should not be surprised if twisting the truth becomes routine… to allow them to deploy against *vocal political opponents and dissenters* rather than real dangerous fanatics.. simply by labeling activists and dissidents as ‘Extremists’, ‘Hateful’, etc.
We know that Obama spied on the Trump campaign… do you seriously believe New Zealand politicians walk a higher path than their American counterparts?
History proves otherwise.
Now when I was a facebook addict and was getting censored and thrown in Facebook jail for Politically incorrect wrong think, there was no need to suspect that Ardern Spooks were at work because we were all well aware that Facebook itself was heavily prejudiced in favour of Globalist socialism and were explicit in their declarations about censorship and deplatforming the most vocal dissenters who attacked the Woke agenda.
Yet it was there first that I began to notice a completely new way in which activists like myself were being censored… not by overt means… instead by secret ‘suffocation’… our posts simply were not reaching any of our friends or contacts…. we were speaking to the void.
After Facebook was party to the US election fraud that helped install the corrupt Joe Biden, I could no longer justify my ongoing presence on such a vile and corrupt platform and so I left and joined Mewe and Gab.
Things started off very well… these platforms though smaller were starting to hum.
But recently I have noticed it’s like some invisible hand has put the breaks on my Social media activity.
It is deja vu.
I have seen this ‘suffocation’ of my Social media reach before… yet this time I suspect it is not the platforms themselves doing this.
In fact I believe these alternative non-woke platforms are themselves coming under attack by powers that seek their destruction.
Have they come under duress to implement woke agenda censorship without informing their customers?
I believe I am witnessing some sort of intensification of Government intervention of the flow of information.
They have been investing millions… probably hundreds of millions on new tech hardware and software.
Bringing all this cyber weaponry online I suspect they can now not only covertly eavesdrop on private activity, but also suppress voices who say things the government wants to suppress.
The government under John Key already got caught abusing their powers with respect to spying with the ‘Dotcom Saga’, and it is my opinion that Jacinda Ardern has far more tyrannical inclinations and ambitions than John Key ever did.
Jacinda Ardern is in my opinion New Zealand’s worst, and most dangerous Prime minister in our nations history.
I believe she is a specially groomed and hand picked Globalist.
Propaganda is her specialty, and she has virtually our entire parliament eating out of her hand… giving her the power to destroy the freedom ,prosperity, and undermine the values that made our country spectacular.
The subject matter of this Blogpost is of the type of thinking the Government does not want the Sheeple to contemplate or discuss.
I freely admit that I have no proof, and only my own intuition that my internet is being restricted by the government.
How does an ordinary person investigate or ‘get proof’ of such cloak and dagger type intrigues?
It was only by chance that Tech Guru Kim Dotcom became suspicious that there was ‘funny business’ going on with his internet because he played online games at world class levels and noticed his internet speed were lagging for some ‘odd’ reason. He discovered the government were in fact involved in devious and illegal tampering with his internet, which when it all came out in the wash John Key was forced to ‘Deny any knowledge’ of what the Spy department under his direct control was doing, and to offer a public apology to Dotcom.
Such apologies are worthless, esp when we see the result was not to slap greater controls on the GCSB but reward them with greater power!
The Government decided to pseudo-legitimise future devious GCSB activities and violations our privacy by writing new amendments that grant them license to do it.
Speaking of the new powers government granted unto itself DotCom said “This will be the birth of a surveillance state in New Zealand,”
Has my name been added to some sort of spy ‘watch list’ for dangerous extremists?
Are the government really using their powerful cyber weaponry to suffocate my political activist outreach?
I have only my suspicions to go on.
I am here ‘Thinking out loud’, seeking to raise these questions for my people to consider with me.
I personally do not have the time or resources to ‘investigate’ what is going on with my Social media, and so I can only speculate.
The Dotcom saga does serve as an eye opener and precedent about New Zealand Governments penchant to abuse their powers.
Now with increased powers, under Comrade Ardern… in the Post-Christchurch atrocity era the political impetus to spy, censor, suppress, criminalise, punish activists and individuals who oppose themselves to the powers that be has been multiplied exponentially… and by it’s insidious nature… spying is purposefully secretive and hidden… and devious.
The justification is always claimed such activities are for the greater public good.
What is interesting to note is that even with these greater powers Brenton Tarrant still slipped past the GCSB, fooled the Police, and manage to commit his heinous crime.
So in reality none of this stuff works to make our country safer from real terrorist treats, it only serves to empower the State to trample underfoot the rights of New Zealand citizens.
Post Christchurch attack Comrade Ardern has publicly spoken at International Committees on ‘Internet Safety’ about gaining the power to detect and shut down live feeds that have characteristics they want to censor.
This ‘initiative’ goes by the name of ‘The Christchurch call’ and makes political capital from the public horror of the event to massively expand government powers over the internet.
I speculate that Government Tech Hubs now have formidable tech at their fingertips, with minimal oversite.
They will employ politically vetted operators not merely able to spy, but also to isolate individual internet users.
I suspect they now have the power to effectively put ‘targets’ in ‘virtual jail’ without them even being aware of it… that is until you figure out you have been isolated from your contacts and groups.
By doing this they are effectively rendering my online activism dead in the water…. and when you appreciate that I am very much a dissident against the current regime, critical of it’s legitimacy (Election fraud), critical of its determination to destroy free speech, and pretty much critical of all of the Governments key pillars for their overall agenda, this causes me to think that the Governments Internet spies have put me on their watch list and have somehow ‘taken over’ my internet… rerouting my activity through their systems and using some sort of system to silence me. .. you monitor me…. to look for any sort of comments or posts that might be useful to building a case against me to cease all my work, shut down my Blog, and put me in *Actual jail.*
This is where socialism leads… it does not tolerate political opposition, but creates the crime of ‘Enemy of the State*… because of *wrong think*.
Some people may think that this is just silly paranoia…. I personally think it is naïve not to understand what the State is up to with respect to Internet surveillance and fanatical zeal to control the flow of information under the guise of gaining ‘intel’ on ‘possible extremism’… which is simply their convenient excuse to violate personal privacy and spy on dissidents like myself.
And how else do you explain that all of a sudden your growing Social media activity dies?
As I am not a Tech head, I am personally at a loss as to how We the people might work to get back our internet freedom and privacy… despite the implementation of tyrannical laws, there still could be legal avenues… this blog post is simply about raising the alarm.
Getting people to think about the loss of liberty and privacy… and ask themselves what is the government really up to?
Covid 19 has also been another gigantic excuse for governments to rob populations of their rights and expand their Police States.
Protests against lockdowns, collapsing economies, fears about untested experimental vaccines has also been a monumental impetus for tyrannical leaders to try and censor dissident information reaching the general public. In many nations public protests have been banned. Big Sister Jacinda Ardern has also banked heavily upon the New Zealand Public submitting to mass vaccination and with that in mind suppressing contrary opinions about the safety of the vaccines… or the wisdom of her lockdown policies is without doubt high on her priority list.
You can add these ‘thought crimes’ to the list of reasons why I suspect that I… as one of New Zealand’s most vocal Libertarians probably am under the gaze of the Evil Eye.
‘Most caring and transparent government eva? YEAH RIGHT!
People whop seldom engage in critisism of the Woke agenda will no doubt be left to their sheepish activities, yet I would not be surprised to find out that other outspoken activists have also noticed something fishy is going on with respect to their internet outreach… viewership way down of videos, etc.
