Stefan Molyneux is a Canadian political pundit and internet celebrity. In 2005, Molyneux began a podcast called Freedomain Radio (FDR) and in 2006 he started a YouTube channel. Today he has a large cult following. As of July 2018 his YouTube channel has 798,445 subscribers and has had 247,260,366 views.

By now many Kiwis will have heard of Stefan Molyneux, thanks to protesters—including Auckland’s mayor Phil Goff, the Auckland Peace Action group, and Federation of Islamic Associations of New Zealand (FIANZ) president Hazim Arafeh—trying to shut down an event at which Molyneux was booked to speak. At this stage it’s unclear whether or not the event will go ahead as scheduled. What is clear is that these days Molyneux is both full of himself and full of the proverbial.

But Molyneux used to be all right.

Molyneux used to be a fresh and fervid anarchist. Now he’s lapsed back into full-blown statism.

Like all animals, human beings want to dominate and exploit the resources around them. At first, we mostly hunted and fished and ate off the land—but then something magical and terrible happened to our minds.

We became, alone among the animals, afraid of death, and of future loss. And this was the start of a great tragedy, and an even greater possibility.

You see, when we become afraid of death, of injury and imprisonment, we becoame controllable—and so valuable—in a way that no other resource could ever be.

The greatest resource for any human being to control is not natural resources, or tools, or animals or land—but other human beings.

You can frighten an animal, because animals are afraid of pain in the moment, but you cannot frighten an animal with a loss of liberty, with torture or imprisonment in the future, because animals have very little sense of tomorrow.

You cannot threaten a cow with torture, or a sheep with death. You cannot swing a sword at a tree and scream at it to produce more fruit, or hold a burning torch to a field and demand more wheat.

You cannot get more eggs by threatening a hen—but you can get a man to give you his eggs by threatening him.

This human farming has been the most profitable—and destructive—occupation throughout history and it is now reaching its destructive climax.

Human society cannot be rationally understood until it is seen for what it is: a series of farms where human farmers own human livestock.

Some people get confused because governments provide healthcare and water and education and roads, and thus imagine that there is some benevolence at work.

Nothing could be further from the reality.

Farmers provide healthcare and irrigation and training to their livestock.

Some people get confused because we are allowed certain liberties, and thus imagine that our governments protect our freedoms.

But farmers plant their crops a certain distance apart to increase their yields—and will allow certain animals larger stalls or fields if it means they will produce more meat and milk.

In your country, your tax farm, your farmer grants you certain freedoms not because he cares about your liberties, but because he wants to increase his profits.

Are you beginning to see the nature of the cage you were born into?

There have been four major phases of human farming.

The first phase, in ancient Egypt, was direct and brutal human compulsion. Human bodies were controlled, but the creative productivity of the human mind remained beyond the reach of the whip and the brand and the shackles. Slaves remained woefully under-productive, and required enormous resources to control.

The second phase was the Roman model, wherein slaves were granted some capacity for freedom, ingenuity and creativity, which raised their productivity. This increased the wealth of Rome, and thus the tax income of the Roman government—and with this additional wealth, Rome became an empire, destroying the economic freedoms that fed its power, and collapsed.

I’m sure that this does not seem entirely unfamiliar.

After the collapse of Rome, the feudal model introduced the concept of livestock ownership and taxation. Instead of being directly owned, peasants farmed land that they could retain as long as they paid off the local warlords. This model eventually broke down due to the continual subdivision of productive land, and was destroyed during the Enclosure movement, when land was consolidated and hundreds of thousands of peasants were kicked off their ancestral lands, because new farming techniques made larger farms more productive with fewer people.

The increased productivity of the later Middle Ages created the excess food required for the expansion of towns and cities, which in turn gave rise to the modern democratic model of human ownership.

As displaced peasants flooded into the cities, a huge stock of cheap human capital became available to the rising industrialists—and the ruling class of human farmers quickly realized that they could make more money by letting their livestock choose their own occupations.

Under the democratic model, direct slave ownership has been replaced by the Mafia model. The Mafia rarely owns businesses directly, but rather sends thugs around once a month to steal from the business owners.

You are now allowed to choose your own occupation, which raises your productivity—and thus the taxes you can pay to your masters.

Your few freedoms are preserved because they are profitable to your owners.

The great challenge of the democratic model is that increases in wealth and freedom threaten the farmers. The ruling classes initially profit from a relatively free market in capital and labor, but as their human livestock become more used to their freedoms and growing wealth, they begin to question why they need rulers at all.

Ah well. Nobody ever said that human farming was easy.

Keeping the tax livestock securely in the compounds of the ruling classes is a three phase process.

The first is to indoctrinate the young through government “education”. As the wealth of democratic countries grew, government schools were universally inflicted in order to control the thoughts and souls of the livestock.

The second phase is to turn citizens against each other through the creation of dependent livestock.

It is very difficult to rule human beings directly through force—and where it can be achieved, it remains cripplingly under-productive, as can be seen in North Korea. Human beings do not breed well or produce efficiently in direct captivity.

But if human beings believe that they are free, then they will produce much more for their farmers.

The best way to maintain this illusion of freedom is to put some of the livestock on the payroll of the farmer.

Those cows that become dependent on the existing hierarchy will then attack any other cows who point out the violence, hypocrisy and immorality of human ownership.

Freedom is slavery, and slavery is freedom.

If you can get the cows to attack each other whenever anybody brings up the reality of their situation, then you don’t have to spend nearly as much controlling them directly.

Those cows who become dependent upon the stolen largesse of the farmer will violently oppose any questioning of the virtue of human ownership—and the intellectual and artistic classes, always and forever dependent upon the farmers—will say, to anyone who demands freedom from human ownership: “You will harm your fellow cows.”

The livestock are thus kept enclosed by shifting the moral responsibility for the destructiveness of a violent system to those who demand real freedom.

The third phase is to invent continual external threats, so that the frightened livestock cling to the “protection” of the human farmers.

This system of human farming is now nearing its end.

The terrible tragedies of modern Western economic systems has occurred not in spite of, but because of, past economic freedoms.

The massive increases in Western wealth throughout the 19th century resulted from economic freedom—and it was this very increase in wealth that fed the size and power of the state.

Whenever the livestock become exponentially more productive, you get a corresponding increase in the number of farmers and their dependents.

The growth of the state is always proportional to the preceding economic freedoms.

Economic freedoms create wealth, and the wealth attracts more thieves and political parasites, whose greed then destroys the economic freedoms.

In other words, freedom metastasizes the cancer of the state.

The government that starts off the smallest will always end up the largest.

This is why there can be no viable and sustainable alternative to a truly free and peaceful society.

A society without political rulers, without human ownership, without the violence of taxation and statism.

To be truly free is both very easy, and very hard.

We avoid the horror of our enslavement because it is so painful to see it directly.

We dance around the endless violence of our dying system because we fear the attacks of our fellow livestock.

But we can only be kept in the cages we refuse to see.

Wake up.

To see the farm is to leave it.

And so on. There’s nothing particularly original in Molyneux’s claims. For example, the idea that we’re slaves who think we’re free was suggested by Aldous Huxley. It’s pretty much a variation on pānem et circēnsēs (“bread and circuses”) which goes back to the satirical Roman poet Juvenal circa 100 AD.

But is Molyneux right or are we living in a free world? In an important sense it’s a matter of perspective, and a matter of personal preference. Even in an ideal state of affairs—Molyneux’s “truly free and peaceful” society, a society “without political rulers, without human ownership, without the violence of taxation and statism”—people would voluntarily trade some of their absolute freedoms for security, and call the residual freedoms “liberty”. The nature of “the cage you were born into” is one that suits some people, who are relatively more free in virtue of the fact that they have no desire to leave.

What does Molyneux in 2010 tell us about Molyneux’s predicament now?

Molyneux is a free-range slave, the property of Canada’s ruling class. But he seems to have forgotten this. He’s bought back into the illusion that the government is the servant of the people.

Ask not what your slave-owner can do for you—ask what you can do for your slave owner.

Molyneux has reversed this paraphrase of JFK’s dictum.

Ask not what you can do for your slave owner—ask what your slave-owner can do for you.

And what is Molyneux asking? He’s asking his owners’ friends (NZ’s ruling class) to let him cross into and speak in their slave pen, and at the same time asking his owners (Canada’s ruling class) and their friends (Western governments) to keep Muslims out! The irony is rich. Molyneux requires permission to leave Canada and permission to enter New Zealand, and he’s only been given permission at the last minute and he’s only allowed to be here in Aotearoa for 10 days.

Stefan Molyneux will be allowed into the country for 10 days, Immigration Minister Iain Lees-Galloway announced on Friday morning.

Today’s Molyneux is an immigration alarmist. I predict he’ll have about as much success stopping Muslim immigration as climate change alarmists will have stopping anthropogenic global warming. None at all. And this is for the simple reason that setting immigration policies is not up to Molyneux or to any of his fan base. Immigration policies are set, not by human cattle, but by human farmers. And they stand to profit from mass immigration just as much as they do from burning fossil fuels.

One of the greatest dangers to the conservation of Western culture that Southern and Molyneux want to come to New Zealand to warn us about are those that stem from allowing a large influx of migrants and Refugees…from a starkly different culture.
Migrants who have no intention of assimilating their host nations culture or values and fervently harbour anti-Western ideas… such as outlawing critics of their religion … and that accommodating these alien ideas will spell the end of the Religious liberty we have enjoyed …founded upon tolerance and equality.
This should not be a surprise to anyone… and obviously measures need to be in place to protect the degrading of our rights and Liberties.
The price of Liberty is Eternal Vigilance… Our Heritage of Liberty and tolerance needs to be rigorously defended!

Well… Sadly… We see that the Islamic community in New Zealand already has leadership that thinks nothing of lobbying government to prevent speakers coming here they perceive as being critics of Islam!
And we already have Liberal Politicians who have zero respect for conserving Western culture more than willing to accommodate them!

“[She] abuses her right of freedom of speech. She’s just going to give a talk in which she’s just going to insult all of us,” Mr Arafeh said.

“I don’t think insulting Muslims comes under free speech, that’s an abuse of freedom of speech.

“I’m talking on behalf of 50,000 to 60,000 Muslims in New Zealand who are going to face a very hard time by all the comments she is going to make.”

The last time I remember anything like this was when New Zealanders were denied opportunity to listen to the arguments of Holocaust denier and Historian David Irving… a Man who was later jailed for the crime of having an opinion contrary to The Politicians and academics of Europe.

They have no legitimate right to start lobbying the government to pass Laws that infringe upon our legitimate freedoms… or to expect special treatment.
As long as they peacefully go about their own business their is no reason why they cannot carry on enjoying their own culture and beliefs, yet if there is an in-congruence between their culture and that of their hosts… if anyone must culturally change and assimilate… it is the Immigrant… and refuge… not the Citizens of the host country.
If this condition is unacceptable to them… they should leave.

Like Citizens… They may voice their disagreements… yet they certainly dont have the legitimate right to lobby Government to Ban speakers whom are critics of Islam… any more that I have the right to lobby Government to ban critics of Christianity!
If I dont like what some speakers are saying I can ignore them… or take the opportunity to present a rational argument as to why they are in error… or challenge them to Public debate… or if I feel the need I may organise *A Peaceful* and civilized demonstration rally… Yet The Idea that certain speakers may be prevented from holding their meetings because of threats of violence from intolerant groups is absolutely unforgivable!
It is the Governments Job to see to it that Law and order prevails against such thuggery… and that the right to free speech be upheld… against the barbarians who think violence is the way to suppress their critics… rather than civilised debate…
Failure of Government to see to it that Controversial speakers are well guarded… and that the events take place is to let the Mob Rule!

And again we see that it is *The Wacko* Lefties with their ‘Social Justice Warriors’… ‘Antifa’, etc who have no qualms about resorting to Violent protest… rioting… and vandalism.
These things are crimes… not protests… and the Criminals should be thrown in Jails… and be made to pay for any property damage they cause.

In no way are they like the principled protests of Martin Luther King and his civil Rights movement, and ought to placed in stark contrast to them.
Even when engaged in ‘civil disobedience’… They were Never violent… never destructive of property… never angry… but full of Love and high ideals… and they won!

I could Blog on the latest news of arsewipe NZ Bankers and ‘Tax working group’ who think that a 10% capital gains tax would be wonderful because it could be expected to deliver a 10.8% reduction on house prices…. forget the vested interest bankers have in pouring poop on any investment decisions you may dare to make that they dont get the biggest cut…. and of course *the government* is just itching… like a meth addict… to get that 10 %.

I could blog about the latest conundrum in archaeology in the holy land… with respect to a Clay figurine’s decapitated head and the arguements as to which *biblical figure* the head depicts… all options being recorded in the Bible (yes… the bible is history folks… not fairy tales).
But lets ignore the facts… too inconvenient for the many.

I could blog about The most vile politician in New Zealand today…. the guy who is such a snake that he suckered me to voting for him…. Winston Peters… now acting Prime minister… and the dirty coalition deals he did with the super dishonest Jarcinda Ardern… and how ridiculous it is that the NZ Herald thinks that Peters… the Political Dinosaur… will struggle to wear Jacaranda’s Pull up nappies and trendy little disco PM boots!

and lets ignore the ‘Gay abandon’ Shane Jones and Whinnie have flamboyantly Twerked in farmers faces with respect to their choreographed condemnation of ‘Fonterra executives’ for their massive losses in China!
You simply cant get greater shyster political Posturing for the sake of ones own ends… by duping a powerful demographic than that!

I could talk about the absolute pathetic wallowing of National party Leader Simon Bridges pandering to the Greens … ‘Global warming agenda’… in the face of propaganda that Antarctica is melting… despite the fact that NASA says it is growing… a pathetic…. act of desperation on his part!

And on and on it goes…. as we sail towards the abyss of stupidity!
I would quit completely and pray for comets to fall from the sky if it were not for my Children… and their children… and your children… who must inherit this Catastrophe from us… A Generation of abject failures.

The Great Teacher and Student. Anthony McClean and Anthony Mulder

Anthony McClean, Portia McPhail, Anthony Mulder, Tara Gregory, Huan (Tom) Hsu, Natasha Bray, and Floyd Fernandes drowned in the Mangatepopo Gorge. (Stuff)

Today marks the 10th anniversary of the river tragedy that took the lives of 6 Elim Christian School students and their teacher Anthony McClean.
Such a terrible event, Yet from the first time I herd the story of Anthony’s heroic exploit I have been overwhelmed and affected by a sense of awe at his humanity and sense of Christian duty that he demonstrated on this fateful day, and though 6 others lost their lives this blogpost is my personal tribute to him in particular… as an exemplar of character and the sort of loving soul that every parent desires in a tutor of their children.

When the River surged trapping the group in a dire situation, Anthony was faced with a Great moral Dilemma… abandon his pupils and Save himself… or… strive to save a physically disabled student cerebral palsy sufferer Tom Hsu, 16, by tying him to his own back and to risk his own life for their sake.
Visualizing this in my mind, I am transported in time and space to witnessing this act of heroism first hand…and I am overcome.
His heroism cost him his life… they died together… yet ten years later the example he set still moves and inspires me and thousands of other New Zealanders.
It ranks in the highest order of Noble deeds… Christ-like… who said “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends…” John15vs13.
His action is the equal of any Teacher who has in such moments of fate… given their lives for their students, and I am reminded of such stories we often read about when there is a US school massacre… the teachers who put themselves between the killers and their Pupils… May God Bless and Keep them all.

This is the spirit of Altruism… the voluntary self sacrifice of personal benefits… out of love…for the sake of others.
True Heroism is not about personal glory, and is impossible for the person who puts their own life as the highest value.
This is taking the Vocation of teaching to its Highest end… placing the life of your students ahead of your own.

Teachers like Anthony McClean demonstrate the *Real virtue* of the vocation… Teaching was never about High wages and Fame… and all about being able to fulfill your personal desire to serve others… The opportunity and privilege to instill wisdom and values in the youth under your care… to empower them to take care of themselves, raise happy and healthy families, and to live great and fulfilling lives.
And the best teachers teach the most important lessons of character… by example… living (and dying) by the values they expound.
Teachers who dont have this quality may be technically smart… yet can never be *Great*… and when any troubles arise… even minor troubles… they will put their own interests ahead of your children.
What parent can have confidence in a Selfish teacher to look after their child, and instill values?

Anthony Mulder was one of the Students who lost his life that day… yet not before performing selfless deeds of heroism!
He positioned himself in the torrent and helped his fellow students to get across.

” Kish Proctor and Sarah Brooks, two of the survivors from the canyoning group, said Ant was an inspiration for his selfless, loving nature and steadfast belief in God.

Fellow Elim youth leader and Pakuranga College student Jessica Hancock described him as a “humble, patient, peaceful, generous and loving guy who has changed so many lives”.

Speaking after the memorial service, Ant’s friends said healing moments had been time spent in his bedroom and talking about the good times they shared with him.

Kish said Ant was voted group leader while at the Sir Edmund Hillary Outdoors Pursuits Centre because he was a seasoned tramper and led by example.

“He stood in the middle of the current and helped all of us across it,” he said.”

Let us Remember this Tragic Day… esp the Deeds of these Two Heroes.
Lets us take inspiration from their selfless actions in the Darkest of hours and endeavour to emulate them in our own lives.

While pondering and contemplating and meditating today, it occurred to me that one of the greatest ‘stumbling blocks’ to confessing faith in the Christian Gospel is the absolutely erroneous assumption by the average bible rejecting lost soul that is the idea that the God of the Bible hates them…because they are sinners… and wants to send them to damnation.

This is a very powerful misrepresentation of the truth!

The Truth is the exact opposite… God Loves them *despite the fact* that they are sinners…and *does not want* them to be Damned!
That is why He sent Christ.

To be edited: this piece will substantially improve over the next week… it is an idiosyncratic process of mine.

Criticizing the recently deceased is a Politically incorrect Sacrilege… yet I find it necessary to say a few words about Stephen Hawking, given Social media is flooded with such claims that he ‘Was the greatest mind’ of our times… even though … it is also claimed ‘almost nobody knew what he was talking about’.
His Book ‘A Brief history of Time; is claimed to be ‘the least read best seller of all time’… still virtually Everybody says they knew he was super smart.

I would like to make a few comments about why I disagree.
He may have been able to count better than I yet he was in many ways… very foolish.

Why Tim do you feel the need to write ill of the dead?

Because I see much of his adoration by the masses was not because of His Scientific achievements… but because he was a Champion of the Religion of Materialist Atheism.
His Death is in fact being used as some sort of Hero worship for Atheism and in particular his many Statements that appear to many as an un-assailable Authoritative testimony that Materialism is supported by the Facts of science.
This is an Old claim… which is patently false… yet I will have to justify my rejection of his assertion about the superiority of Materialist science over the Judaeo-Christian Theistic interpretation of science.

Why do you dare to question the so-called ‘Greatest scientific mind’ of our era?
I will delve into this shortly.

Tim… who the hell do you think you are to question such an intellectual Giant?
What… if anything at all… could a nobody like you have to say that anyone should consider of value or weight?

To this I would like to demonstrate how the thinking Ordinary man may contend with the claims of experts and authorities of highly obscure and specialized fields such as Theoretical Physics.
To bring the stratospheric claims and Ideas down to an altitude that we can make rational and informed decisions.
Many of Hawking’s adoring atheist fans will be operating on the worst kind of *Blind faith*… that *He said* science does away with God is good enough for them… so Ultimately the vast percentage of these Atheists are guilty of precisely what they say is wrong with Religion!
These Atheists are accepting pontifications from their ‘High Priest’ that they make no attempt to understand or to independently investigate if in fact they are justified in accepting Hawking’s assertions as gospel… its just that their ‘High Priest’ wore a Lab coat rather than a Cassock.

The morons even make a big deal that he died on Einsteins birthday!

On Obscure technical Theories and subjects, quite often there are available to Lay-thinkers Expositional simplifications that can greatly help form some rudimentary understanding upon which Judgments can be made… avoiding blind faith in the otherwise unsubstantiatible claims of Theorists, yet to alleviate some of the incredulity about my competence to critisise Hawking what I have to say does not need to go into particular details about his *scientific theories*, but rather I am interested in *His *Extra scientific* conclusions and conjecture* that he made public with regards to the ultimate nature of reality.

In the end I will present *Reasons* for my claims… and if these reasons are well founded, then they will stand on their own merit against the claims of Hawking.

Materialism is an absolutely Godless, Spirit-less, Miracle-less faith, and Its chief appeal to the Godless masses is that they think it does away with any notions of Moral duty, and Divine judgement, and that *all thing* must be understood, and explained, in purely Physical terms of matter and motion.
This means the Godless masses can turn their backs completely upon Religion… and morality that sets rules that they dislike.
If such a Cosmology is true, then the whole universe and everything… including Human beings are merely Matter… and the only laws we are subject to are the laws of Nature… physics, and chemistry.

As evidence of this I need go no further than point to the Rabidly anti-Christian Lefty Liberal psychosis that is gripping western civilization.
This movement is Hell bent on making Christian values and ethics *illegal*.

On a psychological basis it is relatively easy to infer Stephen Hawking’s degenerative condition of Motor Neuron Disease and subsequent life lived in a Robotic chair, will have had a large, yet non-scientific impact upon what he believed about the Ultimate nature of Reality.
He may have harbored quite contemptuous feelings towards any Idea that there could possibly be a God in the light of his affliction… and I would not pretend to write off such feelings as if they were petty, and in Fact it is very amazing testimony of faith when we see people afflicted with severely debilitating conditions *Still believing* in a Loving God!
One of the great challenges/ arguments against the existence of a Loving God is the problem of Evil.
That Human beings have a sense of Justice is one of the strange things about being human that defies Materialism (which must say Judgments of right and wrong are Objectively speaking *Meaningless*)… yet on the other-hand when a child is born with severe abnormalities… or in dire poverty… or exposed to Wars… we all question the *Fairness* of life.
It is here that I want to challenge the delusion of Scientists as Higher beings… aloof from the chaos of the human condition… the delusion they are committed to Objectivity and truth… following the evidence where ever it may lead.
I want to point out that they are most often the very opposite personality types… committed ideologues… with agendas, and vested interests to substantiating their own theories… and they are affected by the same personal experiences as the rest of us.
Because of his confinement to the chair, Stephen Hawking’s thinking must be understood in light to this to a far higher degree than just the average atheist who questions God’s existence simply because they were born poor.
Stephen Hawking was Human.
On this basis alone it would have been amazing if He had thrown his weight in behind the Idea that God exists… and we should not be at all surprised that he did not.

Nick Vujicic (Above photo)is an inspiration and an absolutely amazing man of Christian faith!
What makes his testimony so powerful is that he loves God *In spite* of his heavy physical afflictions that he was born with… no fault of his own.

Compared to Nick Vujicic faith, Stephen Hawking’s *Unbelief* is not sectacular… We may consider it what many ordinary people might think if they had to contend with the same physical imairments he suffered.
Even if Stephen Hawking did not harbour resentment towards God, still he may have taken his personal condition as evidence no loving God exists, and that feelings of injustice against such things… and the great atrocities and evils of humanity are for sentimental fools.
He may have steeled his soul and said The Universe does not care about us and our problems… it just is.

Stephen was given over to the philosophical trap of *Scientism* (look it up). It is primarily a belief that all *Real questions* ultimately have scientific answers, and that everything else (like justice) is illusory.
This automatically closes the mind to any possibility of Real things that exist *outside the scope of science*.
This is a severe hobbling of the mind.
It causes circular reasoning … ‘Because we assert all realities are Material realities, and there is no God, No Ghosts, no Miracles, any claims of a God, or Ghosts, or Miracles must be false and instead the true explanation for any phenomena must be materialistic’.
It is in light of this that any ‘inconvenient occurrence’ or phenomena must be … pseudo-scientifically rationalised to either be mundanely materialistic or Illusory.
This is not a’scientific’ world view at all… it is in fact a philosophical fallacy… that has been utterly overthrown by science itself.(I will explain this below)

Scientism is a corollary of Atheist materialism and leads to philosophical Nihilism.
It tends to travel accompanied by an absurd notion of scientific infallibility… the idea being that in primitive times Mankind was Brutish and ignorant, and worshipped Gods, and believed in Ghosts, yet with the process of time and the discovery of the scientific method *and rationalism* that the history of science has been an inexorable march of factual /’Secular’/ Materialistic truth overthrowing the miraculous fables and superstitions of the Religious… yet his is delusional… a fairy story invented by atheists!

In Truth while technological advance has been fairly constant.. the theories of ‘Science’ with respect to the nature of Ultimate truth has been a succession of fallacies… each in turn being discredited usually with the aid of better technology.
Thus those that have said they place their faith *in science* rather than religion have been *proven* to have believed in one fallacy after another!
Yet this did not prevent them from claiming they had ‘absolute truth’ at each erroneous step… and claim they stood on more solid ground than the religious.
And this process is playing out as we speak with the Delusions of the theory of Evolution.

The Fool places his faith upon the shifting sands of Human scholarship and rationalism. The wise man stands upon the Rock of Divine revelation… The Bible!
It stands sure.

And a classic example of how *true science* in cosmology and physics has overthrown the Delusions of Atheist materialism has been with the conclusive proofs that the Universe had a beginning… and that one-directional time means it will also end in a type of *Death* within a finite space of time… things that Jueado-Christian Theism claimed to be so via Divine revelation!
By the beginning of the 1800s ‘Science’ was being hijacked by the atheist materialists who boldly proclaimed the Universe was eternal and the laws of physics as being absolute.
This… the materialists of the day claimed was proof that atheist materialism was founded upon ‘science’ and that it proved the Bible’s claim that the universe had a beginning was a religious superstition!
How embarrassing for them when in not too many decades later *Science* proved their most vitally essential tenet of Materialism to be false… and that the Bible was correct all along!
Via several proofs, esp the 2nd law of thermodynamics the Universe is found to have had a beginning!
The Universe is not eternal but temporal.
The Laws of Physics are not absolute… but are contingent… and this ought to have sunken the Materialist superstition like the Titanic!

Yet the fact that the materialists refused to abandon their sinking ship just goes to prove their materialist faith was not based upon science at all… but upon a fanatical prejudice against belief in God… esp a God that lays down moral laws and that Judges humanity.

Thus There are far greater and more fundamental and primary realities *outside* ‘above’and beyond this fianite universe that may be best described and rationally understood as being *Super natural*.
And these lie beyond a wall that renders physical science is impotent .. and strictly relative.

Yet Stephen Hawking was born *after* this period of ‘eternal universe’ materialist superstition in an era in which Materialists were busy trying to re-conceive their beliefs in this new era in which they now had to explain away the fact that the universe was not eternal… and some how was *Created*

Hawking Quote: “Before we understand science, it is natural to believe that God created the universe. But now science offers a more convincing explanation”.
He said during an interview with El Mundo in 2014.

Is this *really* what science represents?

Let me explain why this is a frighteningly deceptive and infantile claim!

First of all when you study the history of the philosophy of Science it is not that hard to discover the massive debt Modern science owes to The theistic world view!
At its most fundamental level Modern science was born from the belief in a Rational Divine creator who made the universe in a Rational and ordered way, and that God endowed us humans with the power of Reason so that we may comprehend his wisdom and genius by investigating the wonders he has made.
This is why virtually *all the founding fathers of the branches of *Real science* from Physics (Newton) to Genetics (Mendel) were all *Theists*.

Thus it is a false dichotomy to suggest that religion is at variance with Science!
Stephen Hawking is misleading the gullible masses from the very start.
Religion is only at variance with *wild Atheistic conjecture that is framed in pseudo-scientific terms*.. not with science proper… And Stephen Hawking is being absolutely dishonest when he claims he is speaking scientifically when he says things like ” because of a force like gravity we can explain how the universe can be created out of nothing without God…”
That is pure nonsense, and I challenge *anyone* who disputes me to prove how Gravity can create the universe out of *nothing*.
Its a patent absurdity…. sheer superstition… and those who accept Hawkings assertions on this do so in complete ignorance… solely on Blind faith… out of Cognitive dissonance.

And the Problems go further for Stephen as he needs to explain how the blind material forces… like gravity… can construct and animate Living Beings… a subject that may be out of his field of expertise … yet is in fact *Out of all scientific expertise*… because its Mind-blowing complexity defies Materialist assumptions about ‘Simple cells’ etc.

So from Beginning to end Stepehen’s claims that Materialist science ‘Better explains’ reality is shot through with holes you can drive a bus through!
It is in fact false.
He may have been a great mathematician and made many bold theories… yet he was a poor philosopher, and in Irony I say Friedrich Nietzsche would be forced to declare Hawking’s atheist conclusions “Human… all too human”.
Science has little to do with it.
Hawkings conclusions are found to be as much influenced by his personal feelings as by his terrible philosophy.

He was typically the sort of Materialist (like Dawkins) who argued for Non-design in nature yet was always invoking *Design* in his writings and comments!
Why?
Because this is the inescapable perception that confronts the scientist at every level!
From the grandeur of the cosmos to the marvelous nano technology of living cells under the electron microscope!

Hawkings challenged us to wonder about ‘the grand design’, and compared our brains to a computer (which is a typically naive materialist thing to do) … yet the obvious question that needs to be answered is *how the hell can anyone believe our brains could come to be *without a Grand Designer?*???
Even Dawkins admits that “…Biology is the study of complicated things that look like they have been designed for a purpose..”
So by comparing our Brains to computers… it is reasonable to invoke the Intelligent design argument as *that is the only way computers can come into Being* in this universe.

Think about that… The Bible declares “That from the creation of the world god is clearly seen being understood by the things that are made.”

Why would Hawking make such rash un-scientific statements about Materialism overthrowing God ?
I have already given you psychological reasons why he most likely favoured Nihilism, and the view that ultimate reality is uncaring, yet there are also powerful social pressures at stake… Because of the Current climate in academia Stephen had a professional vested interest to champion materialism… to insure his reputation and reverence among his peers whom are as committed ideologically to materialism as he was.

The thing to appreciate is that Science has now brought us to the very boundaries of our physical reality.
Tools like the Hadron Collider are attempting to crack open the very fabric of the universe to get glimpses of layers that are not normally available for us to observe.
*And the conversation* is now fully in *the supernatural domain*… yet the Materialist still chooses to ‘secularise’ this non-physical / spiritual domain that is not beholden to the Laws of physics.
They persist in pseudo-scientific terms and Anti-theistic mythology… postulating such science fictions as ‘Multiverses’, etc…
yet here we are! right where the Theists always said ultimate reality lies… and within a supernatural domain superior to and more primary than our tangible universe.
Again it is the Materialist who has been proven to be in error… and the theistic philosophy that has been vindicated.
The Materialist is *HELL BENT* on their rejection of God… not from science… but from ideological fanaticism.

Now This Blog post is already obscene in length by accepted norms, and so I will close it with two final statements.

1. I respect the guy for his heroic life.

2. Stephen Hawkings was famous for making several ‘Bets’ over the years on the validation of various theories… and it is amusing to note that he *lost* those bets… and had to buy a Penthouse magazine subscription for Kip Thorne … so Hawking’s own history says he is not at a racehorse upon which anyone should place their bets.

The New Zealand Herald ran a story on Friday march 16 titled ‘Hawking showed it’s alright to be wrong’.
The 2nd paragraph says… “Its very difficult to engage him [Hawking] in discussion, and so he has got away with pronouncements in a way that other people would not”
Higgs is quoted as saying “His celebrity status has gives him instant credibility that others do not have”
Higgs has reason to feel aggrieved.
Two years earlier Hawking had placed a very public bet US $100 bet that the Higgs Boson. a sub atomic particle theoriesd in the 1960s, would never be found…”

Hawking even warned that the quest to discover the Higgs Boson might destroy the universe!!!!

Hawking would be proven wrong on all counts.

Anyway my last point is a sad one… and that is to say that we can be certain Hawking has now lost his ultimate bet… against another famous mathematician.. Blaise Pascal… as to the existence of the Almighty.
He will know He’s lost now… and the price he will pay for his error is Terrible indeed.
We Human beings are Free will moral agents… not soul-less Robots… and so a fundamental part of what being a human is that we are responsible for our choices and actions.
We are not like rocks and stones shifting in the floodwaters… not like comets and meteors inexorably fated by the deterministic chains of the material world.
We get to chose our path… and our fate.
Please dont be deceived by the vacuous claims of people like Stephen Hawking.
The Bible says ‘Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools’.
Wrong Bet Stephen.
