One very important point to appreciate in the video above that I want to discuss here is how in a Canadian Free Speech hearing, was how a hand picked Muslim ‘hate speech law proponent’ was allowed to present his very dishonest opinions about Alexandre Bissonnette who shot six members of a Quebec City mosque in 2017, and The Christchurch Anti-Muslim terrorist Brenton Tarrant saying these killers were ‘Pro-Conservative’.
This slant was correctly rebutted by Canadian Conservative party MP Michael Cooper who labeled this testimony Slanderous and defamatory … lacking in credibility… and then went on to prove that Tarrant was opposed conservatism by quoting from Tarrants own Manifesto (that is conveniently banned in New Zealand under threats of Jail) in which Tarrent expressly states that he rejects conservatism and that the closest Political system to which he subscribes is *Communist China!*
This clearly marks Tarrant *as a LEFTIST*
And the very fact that there is a murderously dangerous anti-muslim Alt-Left is a fact that the left are desperate to keep from the Public mind.
The left seeks to deceive the public into thinking that only the so-called ‘Alt right’ are ‘islamiphobic’ and so by default any so-called ‘anti-Muslim activities’ *can all be blamed on Alt right extremism*… this is why they lump conservatives with Nazis.

Without any warning… I woke up the other day to find I had been locked out of my Facebook social media page for 30 days… I was told that my sentence was this long ‘because you continue to post things that violate Facebook community standards’.
My Heinous crime this time?

It was a harmless joke!
The context was not malicious whatsoever… I was not glorifying Hitler… was not engaging in antisemitism or anything… yet this Ban is a demonstration of the Lefty PC Tyranny that prevails at facebook and that There is no Free Speech there… no room for Adult dialogue… or humour, and so if anything this Ban should tell the Freedom lover that it is time to find a new Social media home.
The inconvenience of being shut out of one of my main means of communication with my people, and the fact that there was no warning, rhyme, or valid reason for what they did has not stimulated me into being a more woke individual… the very opposite … hence the Classy Baboons Arse photoshop of the Zucc… made by my 8 year old son! 🙂

That this should have happened to me is no surprise… its happened to me before several times over the most petty reasons, and this type of lefty SJW ‘offence taking’ Prejudice, Bans and deplatforming has become so general and commonplace of Facebook that sadly it has become normal and worse… it has become *accepted*… even by many people who are supposed to be ruggard free thinkers.
I had however anticipated that I would get Zucced sometime in the near future and so like several of my Facebook friends and groups, I have set myself up an alternative Social media presence at MeWe.
Having a ban from Facebook for a month will have some beneficial consequences in that I have begun to aclimatise myself to the Mewe format, and have searched and found… much to my joy… several Libertarian personalities whose activism and insights I enjoy and admire… yet of course there is currently only a fraction of Libertarians and groups there compared to facebook… and that is the Power facebook holds… even over people who despise the the political bias and censorship that tyrannizes over all.
So many people submit to it because their families and friends are there… maybe they have a business presence there… and their favorite groups are there too.
Whatmore most of us have developed an unhealthy facebook addiction having assimilated facebook into our lives and routine… all these factors make the thought of migrating elsewhere to a platform that currently is comparatively lacking in content…. like a crack addict contemplating going cold turkey!
Yet This Blog post is an appeal to you facebook addicts who love freedom and who wish to remain in contact with some of the Best Freethinkers to at least create yourself a Mewe account and try to at least visit your meWe page daily… and to regularly encourage your Family, friends, and groups, to do the same.
It is this way that Mewe will start to become far more fun and a genuine alternative to the Gargantuan Facebook Beast.
I am of two minds as to what other actions I should take… Its my opinion that facebooks Left wing prejudices renders it dangerous to Freedom in society, and that is unworthy of our custom, and on that principle alone It makes sense to *Punish facebook* by withdrawing ourselves… and the more people who do so the better, yet again why should any Libertarian ‘Permanently ban themselves’ from such a powerful Social media site… esp when despite their heinous prejudices …there are still so many befits to be gained there?
The Libertarian rebel in me says… no!… I will not leave… that is to surrender to what the Lefty SJWs desires!
Better to start focusing on developing a Mewe community, yet also continue activism on facebook… regularly using facebook to promote Mewe…. regularly using facebook to critisise Facebook…. and of course using facebook to rebut Left wing (and right wing) delusions, articles, and activities.
Its via pro-active foresight that Liberty lovers stay empowered rather than slowly being crushed into submission out of fear of being deplatformed… Zucced.
And facebook users should be looking out for your friends… if they ‘disappear’ … stop responding to your comments, and posts, etc there is a high probability they have been Zucced, and so they cant post, cant reply to you messages, etc and so unless you have set yourself up an alternative Social media presence (like on Mewe) or they have set up a second Facebook account under a pseudonym that you know about… it is as easy as pie for facebook to sever your communications with your closest social media friends, Family, etc.
Anyway I wont be back on facebook for 3 more weeks, though at no stage was i aware that posting a joke pic of Adolf Hitler would get me in trouble with the facebook Gestapo!

One day I am sure I will get my entire facebook presence deplatformed and probably my blog will also get banned too so I am appealing to my Family and friends to set themselves up a mewe account so we can stay in contact should these things eventuate…. Update: In the past few years I have had several conversations with Phil Arps via social media, and gave him opportunity to tell me his side of events. I spoke frankly with him about what I wrote below, and he responded cordially.
One of the most vile and Machiavellian ploys being used by the left today to discredit their political opponents and critics… esp those whose they cant defeat in open debate … those they seek to silence… those they seek to persecute and disparage the Public from paying them any heed, is to falsely label them ‘Alt Right’… White supremacists…. ‘extremists… etc.
The most common types to suffer this abuse are Conservatives and Libertarians.
This post is my attempt to expose this well known tactic, by presenting an *actual example* of a Real Alt Right Nationalist white supremacist … aka A Nazi… to serve as a template to show just how dishonest the left are when they label likes of Hobson’s Pledge *Don Brash* ‘Alt right’ etc.
That there does exist some genuine Alt Right Neo-Nazi Racists in New Zealand is not in dispute, yet they are *an infinitesimal minority*, yet again it is the desire of our devious agenda driven Left wing Government to greatly exaggerate the scale of this extremist group and the danger they pose to others so as to justify Heavy handed legislation against free speech, voluntary association, and extreme Jack booted behaviour by the Police.
Since the Christchurch Terror attack, all it takes to be raided by Armed Police now in New Zealand is for some radical left Social justice warrior to call a police hot line and finger anyone they disagree with … any critics of Arderns Government as being ‘Alt Right’.
The New Zealand Police have now become Politicized and are now acting as ‘Thought Police’ intimidating Critics of Ardern and themselves.
I want to discuss how and why the Police and government are demonstrating a very *left handed* bias when it comes racism and who they are choosing to focus their heavy handed attention upon , and talk a bit about the concepts of ‘Left, right, center, and Libertarianism yet let me first present to you a poster child exemplar for what a real New Zealand Alt Right Nationalist and White Supremacist looks, acts, and talks like.

Without Doubt Phil Arps, who has just been convicted for sharing Brenton Tarant’s Prohibited Live footage of his Murderous Killing spree is a dangerous and Evil Alt Right Nationalist White supremacist… a Criminal who deserves to be behind bars.
Though I dont support the censorship of Tarrant’s manifesto… or the rationale that was given to justify it becoming a criminal offence to possess it or share it, nor do I agree with the extremely heavy penalties that apply to sharing the ‘prohibited’ video footage… and despite the fact that I believe the New zealand Police has been acting in a very Jack booted mannor themselves… post Christchurch… pointing guns in the faces of children, etc… still… despite all that… I congratulate the New Zealand Police for arresting Arps as he clearly represented a danger to Non-whites, Migrants, and Muslims.
I contend that even without the censorship of the Video, … or any New Hate speech legislation that New Zealand already has regulations against Threats of violence that Arps has violated many times, and justify him being Prosecuted and heavily punished.
Even if the Video was not outlawed, there still is probably a sufficient case to prosecute him for his intention to get the video doctored so that it had ‘Cross hairs’ going from victim to victim… so that he and his mates could use it to intimidate others, and watch it with Glee while drinking beer in Tarants honor, Eating Popcorn, and planning what crimes they might perpetrate against the focal point of their vile Racism and Bigotry… the Muslim community of Christchurch.
I believe that an argument may be made that his intent to doctor the video in such a way constitutes yet more threats and intimidation to commit violence against his local and peaceful Islamic community… the very community that lost 50 souls in Tarants cowardly and barbarous attack.
and as it turns out… even if such a case could not be made in that regard… the public has just found out that Arps has made explicit threats *Countless times* that he intends to commit murder against Muslims, and Jews.
All the censorship, and secrecy the Government and Police have shrouded around Tarrant and Arps (and another… including a youth who shared the banned manifesto *Before it was prohibited*)… has meant that the New Zealand public have been left in the dark about these very important cases… and I think this secrecy is outrageous as we the people have *the right* to know what the hell is going on and why… yet after News Hub ran their story ‘Opinion: Why we ran the video of the white supremacist and the pig’s head’ Many New Zealanders including myself got their first glimpse at what sort of person Phil Arps *Really is* and the Crimes that he has been committing against the Islamic community in Christchurch.
This is when We got to see *What a genuine Alt Right Nationalist White Supremacist looks like… how they behave… and how they think… driven by Evil… harboring malevolent intents against Non- whites, Migrants, etc… mimicking attitudes common in Nazi Germany in the 1920-40s.
So Phil Arps *is a genuine Alt right Nationalist White supremacist Hater*… a Loathsome racist… a danger to civil society that upholds Liberty and equality before the law for all.
Promoting Tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
The limits on free speech is not whether or not someone may be offended by what someone else has said, but whether or not incitement to or threats of violence have been made, thus Australian Rugby Legend Israel Folau was completely within his right to quote the bible that says sinners… including homosexuals… are in danger of Gods wrath.
This is nothing new to be said in western nations, nothing to loose your job over… until Left wing radicals who hate Christianity, have managed to totally dominate the political landscape and weaponise ‘Taking offence’ via the pseudo-moral construct of ‘Hate speech’… a construct that attempts to totally destroy the right to free speech in any nation that accepts its legitimacy.
What Ardern and the NZ Police need to remember is that a free and equal society *tolerates Free speech* and dissenting opinions, and the right to hold and expound religious opinions that may be critical of others…. *This is fundamental* to freedom and toleration…. *not a Police state that attempts to outlaw the people from expressing their religious views simply because another group dont like what they are hearing!
This Liberty is founded upon a body of enlightenment truths learned and fought for from centuries of struggle and is what has distinguished western Liberty from Tyranny of all sorts, from Fascim, from Communism, and from Islamic and even Christian forms of tyranny…. and why in most western nations Christians, Muslims, Jews, Atheists , and Hindus, have all been able to peacefully coexist… each group peacefully following their own consciences…under a social compact of equality before the law.
And all this was going just fine here until the foreign terrorist and psychopath Brenton Tarrant brought his murderous hatred to our shores!
yet instead of appreciating how good New Zealand really was in regard to these matters… the Ardern government took opportunity to destroy it all and impose tyrannical restrictions on guns and free speech!
They are manufacturing a crisis that never even existed here.
I’m Glad they have put Arps in jail. they should have done that a long time ago… they had enough laws in place to do so… yet now they are way out of hand and i hope the people of New Zealand put them back in their place!
Neither Arp or Tarrant are representative of any real crisis endemic in New Zealand!
There are Race relations problems here to be sure, yet they stream from a completely *different quarter*… and they too are the result of a politically manufactured crisis.
I want to talk about *Racist Doctrines that come from the far left* that likewise works to destroy yet another foundational principle of Western freedom… the principle of racial equality before the law.
Their divisive doctrines of ‘indigenous rights’… and ‘White privilege’ … ‘Treaty partnership’ etc etc have spawned deep racial divisions and a loathesome horde of racists of Colour… against Pakeha (New Zealanders of white European descent).
These left wing Racists far outnumber their Far right counterparts, and represent a far greater danger to New Zealand society than *real* white supremacists do.
But to talk about this blatant form of racism is to risk being labeled ‘A White Supremacist’.
Because of the failure of our Government to uphold the principle of Racial equality before the Law *Left wing Racist ideology has penetrated our government* and established an apartheid system complete with Race based Laws and institutions and created a two tier society based upon race.
Not only does this Officially endorsed form of Left wing racism now affect government policy, it also affects how they view critics of this institutionalized racism like Don Brash and his Anti-Treaty separatist lobby ‘Hobsons pledge’, and myself who has been a Libertarian activist calling for an end to Waitangi apartheid politics that has sprung up from Racist Radical separatist on the far left.
And yet neither *Don Brash, nor myself*… nor the hundreds of thousands of New Zealanders who have had a guts full of the institutionalized racism that has sprung up under the guise of ‘honoring the treaty’… are Alt right Nationalists/ white supremacists… yet it is all too easy for the left wing politicians like Andrew Little and Tariana Turia to label anyone who opposes their Racist politics as being ‘Far right’… and racist.
The truth is that Don Brash’s desire (and mine) to end Race based Laws in New Zealand is as antithetical to Alt Right racism as it is to Alt Left racism.
The Leftwing racist radicals of New Zealand are the Maori separatist movement… yet these radicals have managed to find support within the mainstream political parties mainly because they have taken control of the guaranteed Race based seats in our parliament, and the two big parties have fallen over themselves to bribe the radicals in these seats into coalition deals for the sake of control of the government and country.
Its a well known corruption of our democratic system now know as ‘Brown mail’.(a phrase coined by Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters)
And if we step back we see this same Machiavellian mechanism being used by left wing socialists right across democratic Western societies whereby any critics of Left wing policies that involve matters of Racial or cultural content… eg people who are not happy with the way immigration is being managed… these people are being labeled ‘Far right nationalists’.
An example of a Far left Racist Radical organisation in the US that pretends to be representing oppressed Blacks is *Black lives Matter*.
this organisation is very much like the Maori radical separatist movement in that they are infested with White-haters who advocate radical left wing ideology all the way up to establishing full blown Communism in the US and here in New Zealand.
Another Violent Radical left wing group that was founded in the US that is causing Riots and violence, and is spreading throughout western Democracies … yet is not meeting with Due Police restraint is ANTIFA… with their ‘Punch A Nazi’… most people getting punched are not like Phil Arps… are not supporters of Adolph Hitler… but are often little skinny White Teens wearing MAGA caps!
And by far and large these Violent left wing scum get away with it because the Police forces are soft on left wing violence and racism.

The irony is it’s ANTIFA who are acting Like NAZIs … they are the Intolerant hateful Barbarians calling for virtually everything to be banned, and attacking anyone who holds a different opinion to their own!

When ever the Left writes an opinion piece that links Radical Nazis like Phil Arps with moderate conservative ‘center right’ critics they are perpetrating Political Slander of the highest order
An example of this is here … where by the conservative center right Facebook administrator of ‘Right Minds NZ’ Dieuwe De Boer is listed as being a part of the ‘Organised Far Right in Aotearoa/NZ’
At least the author has the honesty to admit De Boer is *a conservative*… not Alt right… yet still it is outrageous to include him in an article labeled ‘An Introduction to the Organised Far Right in Aotearoa/NZ’.
This is how the left opperates.
And governments across Western Civilisation are now sending out the police to harass voices of dissent, treating them as ‘dangerous radicals’ ‘hatemongers’ etc when in reality by far the majority of them are not Radicals at all… but conservatives protesting the rapid growth of the Police state being driven by the Left.
New Zealanders are being intimidated by the police for expressing their political opinions on Social media… exercising their right to fee speech… no threats… no hate… just critisisms of what our government is doing.
This is how dangerous and hateful the left wing has become… and yet how blind to it all the Mainstream Media and mainstream parties have become…. and because of this failure on the part of the media and Mainstream political parties… those who have had a guts full of militant left wing Aggression are far more likely to gravitate to the far right, given they can find no reasonable and determined opposition in the main body of the Center right.
Thus we should not be surprised to see the rise of Far right Groups and parties… though here in New Zealand the numbers have been very low… yet because the heavily slopped activities of Arderns government and the police post Christchurch, and their attempts to suppress free speech… we can expect the numbers of the Alt Right here not to subside… but to grow… all because the likes of the National party are not acting as a Conservative opposition party against all this left wing radicalism.
The truly *conservative center right voice* is no longer the Nz National party that has fallen so far left as to be almost indistinguishable from Labour… the Conservative right are now Epsom Mp’s David Seymour’s Act Party, Hobsons Pledge, and Libertarians like myself who voice our opposition to left wing radicalism and racism, yet also express our opposition to Alt right radicalism and racism…. yet the great propaganda lie is that we are Alt right… that because we want to end racial privilege to Maori that we are therefore Racist white supremacists… etc etc… all absolutely despicable lies… and yet willfully lapped up by the media, and the Left.
This is such a massive subject that I will have to make a second post that goes into detail about the so-called ‘left/ Right’ political spectrum and how cumbersome it is and how it is an insufficient… way too simplistic tool to describe individuals and various party co-ordinates within the whole political paradigm.
I will simply finish here with a photo of my own result having completed a political quiz that shows political positions on a two dimensional graph rather than on the one dimensional linear straight line from left to right that is taught in Zombie school politics class or law.

There are many different versions of this quiz that have different questions, and get different results.
For people like myself I often dont like the way many of the questions are framed, nor the limited ‘answers’ available to pick from… (like most political polls)… and yet usually I end up just on the left side and in the middle of the Libertarian lower half of the compass… yet in the one I post below I ended up just to the right, and closer to the demarcation line between Libertarian and authoritarian (not happy about that!) … yet most importantly *still in the Libertarian sector of the compass* which is the *very opposite sector to Socialist authoritarianism of both the Left and right!
Liberarianism is one of the Hardest political ideologies to sell because on one hand when we critisise the left we get called fascists, and again when we critisisze the Right we get called communists! Both equally false… both equally despicable slanders

Where Phil Arps would register I have represented with the Swastika High up on the Authoritarian scale and to the hard right.
Jacinda Ardern would register near the top (but not at the top) and near the far left (but not at the far left extreme).
The most important thing though is not so much how far to the left or the right a person scores but more how high or low a persons views puts them into authoritarianism… and the use of political power,force, and coercion, as opposed to how Libertarian a person is… those who believe in personal liberty, self reliance, self responsibility,free speech, and volunaty community actions.

Ardern and the Police are playing their part in Brenton Tarrants diabolical plan… and they are doing there best to shut down voices like my own who use free speech on the internet to warn the Public what is going on, and to call the people of New Zealand to rally and protest against this *Police state* that has been foisted upon us in a mere matter of months.

Ardern and in fact our entire parliament except Act’s David Seymour have shown total disregard for the obvious and monumental *strategic foolishness* of removing this Citizen arsenal involving 10s of thousands of semi automatic Rifes and their Ammunition.
The Deterrent value against foreign invasion and terror attacks of having large numbers of these guns in skilled private hands is reason enough to condemn outright the new Arms amendments.
Armed private citizens with ARs have taken out terrorists attacking churches, etc ending the murder… saving lives … well before any Police were on site… this truth is what the New Zealand government wants to hide.
Where was New Zealands First’s Great defender of Gun Rights… and Minister of Defense, Ron Mark when this shameful, Unjust, and borderline Treasonous legislation was being passed? Cowering in the corner behind his Autocratic Party Leader Winston Peters!

The Police said that ANZAC day celebrations had to be cancelled, and that Ramadan religious gatherings also should be cancelled due to ‘ongoing security threats’… yet *nothing happened* in either case… nor did the Police release *any proof* that such threats were real… and despite the fact that Winston Peters flew all the way to Turkey to convince The madman Dictator Erogan that the attack was a one-off anomaly and that there exists no security threat to Muslims in New Zealand.
All this tells me New Zealand is being taken over by a Police State.

And Everyone must have noticed that after the Christchurch Terror attack that the Government stationed Armed Police with AR Rifles and high capacity Magazines?
Just about every article written about the New Zealand Police post Christchurch attack … whether about their disgusting Sunday morning Dawn raids, or about them guarding some Mosque or public event shows them en masse brandishing AR Rifles and high capacity magazines.
What this shows the thinking observer is obviously how highly regarded the AR is by the Police for the purpose of anti-terrorist defense (and for rounding up dissidents).
This being so it is clear that the new Gun Prohibitions against ARs is 100% opposed to *We the people* possessing these arms that are *the best defense* against being slaughtered en masse by terrorists who are guaranteed that should the wish to attack any public place… a church… or a mosque… they will meet zero self defense… ie New Zealanders are sitting ducks thanks to the tyrannic Anti gun… anti-self defense policies of our out of control Government and Police.
Not content with simply the demoralising effect of having theses guns on display during their recent harassment on the Gun community,*These Maniacs have been pointing their loaded Guns at Children!* That is such an outrage! to think the general public has been taught *NEVER POINT A GUN AT ANOTHER HUMAN BEING* never point a gun at anything you dont want to *Destroy*… yet these Mindless Minions think nothing of the Trauma they are inflicting upon the innocent… *This is what a Police state looks like*.

So I am saying that if New Zealand really wants to be safer… we should stop believing the empty promised of Jacinda Ardern… that her nanny state will keep us safe!
Instead we should instead be recognising New Zealanders rights to look to their own defense!
We should have more respect for the right to self defense… and more respect for Guns and the security they provide!
After what happened in Christchurch, if anyone is likely to be skeptical of Arderns bogus promises to keep them safe it will be immigrants and Muslims!
I would not blame NZ Muslims who witnessed what happened to instead desire the right to provide for their own defense!
The Government may be temporarily stationing Police outside mosques for the time being… until *they* assume the terrorist risk has diminished… and then the cops will pack up their guns and leave!
Yip… at some point the cops will leave mosques and churches absolutely defenseless again… just as they were before the attacks!
This bill does nothing to increase their security… it leaves them absolutely exposed to the next psychopath!
The solution is Obvious!
Everyone… Mosques, churches, everyone should be making provisions for their own security… which would include having armed guards… and better still concealed carry armed worshipers!

And so when you do the math you find that the Governments rationale with regards to these new Gun Prohibitions does not hold water.
We see that the Police are absolutely out of control and are already confiscating Guns from Law abiding Citizens with absolute disregard for the September deadline or the fact that The Buyback scheme has not even been sorted out!
The Police are no longer acting in the interests of the People they are supposed to serve but are instead acting as a self-interested Power in cahoots with our Parliament that has thrown our rights and due process in the bin under the pretext of ‘a crisis’ and ‘Keeping us safe’.
The Ardern government thinks nothing of violating the Principle of the division of powers in allowing the police to write further Gun regulations and confiscations… as they so desire!
And we dont even hear a peep out of Nationals Simon Bridges on this issue *despite the fact that he is a high profile Lawyer!
This is because he’s not a man of Principle either.
And New Zealanders are such timid sheep as to let it all this happen without protest.
Of course all the reports of Armed raids with the Police terrorizing Families… some for simply exercising their rights to express their opposition to what the Government and Police are doing on social media is having a *suppressing effect* on open dialogue… some people comment on News articles about the Police raids warning people to take care what they say… lest they too get put on ‘the police list’.
Now this fear of speaking out… fear of protesting …effect works in the Jack boots favour as it renders the public incapable of rallying to their own defense… it makes it easier for the Police to continue picking off victims one by one, and so I say it is absolutely *essential* that in such times the people of New Zealand dig deep and find the courage to speak up… and rally together *in spite of the risks* that the Police may turn up at your door with Guns.
I am fully aware that by talking this way publicly, and by communicating with some of the people who have been raided that there is the highest probability that I am myself on the ‘watch list’, and that the Police would love to shut me down.
It is a terrible thing that I have had to explain this to my Wife and 8 year old child… Its traumatising.
You can understand how the actions of the Police are causing many people to shut their mouths and blend in with the herd.
*And this is what it was like in Nazi Germany, Stalin’s USSR, Kim Jung Un’s North Korea, China, etc etc!
People afraid to critisise their governments… and fearful of their politicized Police!

IMO a super-crappy and devious aspect of this case is that by holding this guy so long in jail before being able to make a plea the State has been able to pressure him into making *a guilty plea*… whose Agents via a series of ‘little talks’ about how much trouble he is in and how long a sentence he risks by going to trial with an ‘unrepentant’ attitude.
‘Better to plead guilty’ and ask for mercy….
And so he has effectively *prosecuted and convicted himself*!!!
The Police and State *Love guilty Pleas* for Political crimes! (Lets watch and see what happens with Benton Tarant… the State certainly does not want an open trial for him!)
Such a Guilty Plea not only means that the Crown has been saved from actually *having to present a solid case* but also our whole country has been robbed of the opportunity to see all the facts and details of how the police conducted themselves… etc… and to see *what real evidence* they had… and if these charges can be successfully lawfully defeated.

It is difficult to find many New Zealanders who have any sympathy for Arps… not only because most people find his behavioral and personal political opinions repugnant but also out of fear that if you dare to say anything negative about what the Government and Police are doing to him… you will be labeled a ‘White Nationalist/ Supremacist sympathiser’.
However I belong to several Political forums that have discussed this case and some people have shown the strength of character and wisdom to understand the dire implications of what has been done to this guy… and how extreme is the punishment they are threatening him… and all New Zealanders with should they dare to defy Censorship Laws and express views that the Government seeks to suppress.
And these Brave souls have spoken out against what is happening with this case, yet they are met with very sheepish responses that parrot the *official line* as to why Life feeds need to be ‘Filtered’ and censored… and these sheeple inevitably suggest that it is ‘indecent’ and risks ‘copy cat’ crimes to allow guys like Arps to go unpunished.
I have a few points I want to say to people who support what the government is doing… and plans to do with greater ‘Hate speech’ legislation and heavy handed curbs on live feeds to social media…who watched the video before it was taken down and outlawed will have enjoyed it, or would complain that after several days and sober reflection that facebook and other media *Voluntarily* removed it, yet I want to suggest to you that the fugitive aspects of allowing *the government* to force Social media not merely to Ban it *after some sort of due process* but to apply heavily controls on live streaming to the net as they are doing now… one of the ‘controls’ being delays on streaming for people with less than 100 followers… effectively halting live streaming for the bulk of *private citizens* while leaving a monopoly for mainstream media, etc… and this is *all about controlling the narrative* that the Government will allow the public to see….
Understand that *it is the Government* who hates the freedom and the power the internet provides the people.
For Example… Who has been embarrassed the most by the advent of the Cell phone camera?

The Governments of the world have also pulled a massive moral swifty on all this as if Facebook as a service provider is responsible for what private citizens post.
they are no more responsible than Bill gates is for his Computers being used for Child pornography, or Smith and Wesson are for their guns being used in bank robberies.
So by threatening to hold Facebook liable for things like Brenton Tarrants video is outrageous.
Likewise with the foolish idea that it is the Governments job to keep us ‘safe’.
Ie How the hell can anyone think that the Police can be in all places at all times?
And would not that idea be itself an abomination to personal privacy and Liberty?

This very point was raised by Chairman of the New Zealand Council for Civil Liberties Thomas Beagle… ” said he had “strong concerns” about government surveillance of people.
“What we would expect is that if police were [monitoring] people that they actually proved the reason they need to do it to the appropriate authorities and got the appropriate warrants,” he said.
“Our main criteria is that we expect there to be the appropriate checks and balances and that there’s got to be more than just a political view for there to be any form of government surveillance.”
Police declined to say how many warrants had been issued to monitor people since March 15.”

“Hate Speech Laws and Blasphemous Libel: A Tale of Hypocrisy.
A few months ago, the Honourable Andrew Little quite rightly proposed a bill that eventually removed the last blasphemy law (s 123 of the Crimes Act 1961) from our statute books.
Before its removal, the effect of s 123 was to make it an offence to vilify or degrade Christianity with an intent to cause serious offence or by abusing sacred objects or beliefs (Bowman v Secular Society Ltd).
Section 123(3) went on to specify: “It is not an offence against this section to express in good faith and in decent language, or to attempt to establish by arguments used in good faith and conveyed in decent language, any opinion whatever on any religious subject”.
Thus the cumulative effect of s 123 was to make it an offence to vilify or degrade Christianity either in bad faith, or using indecent language.
At any rate, the repeal of s 123 was premised on concerns about the right to free expression. The necessary implication being that speech is *protected* notwithstanding that it is expressed in bad faith or indecent language, and vilifies Christianity.
If free speech grounds a right to vilify Christianity in bad faith or using indecent language, there is similarly a right to vilify any other religion in bad faith or using indecent language.
And yet I’m told that the latter would be legally actionable hate speech…”

Submission on the Arms (Prohibited Firearms, Magazines, and Parts) Amendment Bill.

To The Committee,
Kai Ora. I think it is important to explain a little about what motivates me to make this submission to provide context for what I am about to say.
This is only necessary because of the prejudiced identity politics practiced by a vast majority of New Zealand’s parliamentarians, who love to associate contrary opinions with ‘Hate groups’ and ‘Extremists’, etc and thereby dismissing their critics without a fair hearing.
1. I am not a Gun fanatic or Right wing racist extremist.
I am an Independent Libertarian Activist and Blogger, formally a member, spokesman, and Parliamentary candidate for the once illustrious, yet now defunct Libertarianz Party.
I now continue my Libertarian activities as an Independent.
Libertarians are *Not* Far Right. Only the Ignorant and malevolent label Libertarians thus.
In Ignorance Socialist Steeped New Zealand treats Libertarians as if they are some sort of Cult, yet in America Libertarianism is embedded in their political history and is rightly associated with a Love of Liberty and maintaining a stance of Eternal vigilance against the expansion of the State, and it’s ever creeping encroachments upon the inalienable rights and liberties of the people.
Libertarians believe in Limited Government, and reject the socialist idea that every social problem has a political solution, instead we believe in self reliance and self responsibility, and voluntary community action.
These are important Ideals and values, and Principles as they set limits to what are the legitimate spheres of operation for any Government leaving a large sphere of Independence, liberty and self responsibility for the people in which the state has no right to encroach.
If it does so, it has crossed the line of legitimate action and is then usurping unjust powers and committing crimes against the Citizens… this what a Good constitution and Bill of Rights is supposed defend the people from…. Bad Oppressive Laws… and Dangerous over-zealous Political powers.
It is truly tragic that these principles are so alien to voting New Zealanders… not so in America.

I am not a Gun owner, nor am I any sort of Gun fanatic, I love BBQ meat yet I dont like killing animals… yet still I have a deep concern about this Bill because of its patent ideological bent, and its dire effects upon the rights and Liberties of New Zealand Citizens.
That is what concerns me.
The government is turning our Nation into a Police State… right before my eyes… this is what concerns me!
I am a father of three… Grandfather of two, and I am greatly concerned about Government encroachments that threaten My Children’s Future liberty and Safety.
Like everyone else I am appalled by the Christchurch Atrocity and yet I believe this Bill will not make our country safer, but will achieve the very opposite thing… make us all less safe from terrorism. It will make our country an even more attractive target.
I have made many submissions over the years on a broad range of Bills from Prostitution law reform, ACC Levies, Constitutional Reviews, and most recently on the question of the entrenchment of the Maori seats.
I have spent years fighting Racial separatism, and advocating One Law for all New Zealanders.
I have been a vocal supporter of New Zealand providing a safe haven for Refugees, and I have promoted religious liberty and tolerance.
I have stood for Parliament many times over the past two decades in the Hamilton West electorate and for City Council, and so I am far from a political Novice.
In all these endevours I have been motivated by, and an advocate for the same Basics principles and values… the defense of rights and liberties of Individuals from Oppressive government and Law.
I am well aware of the political ideas and Current Socialist agenda that is unscrupulously attempting to capitalise from the resent atrocity in Christchurch, to pass this diabolical Bill into law, and other anti-freedom legislation.
2. The deceitful way this Bill is being rushed into law without rigorous Due process and ample time for Public Debate and protest.
I appreciate this opportunity to voice my opinion in written form to this committee on such an important Bill and request the opportunity to also present an Oral submission as well… if indeed Government intends to bother with such normal Formalities and due processes?
Given the absolutely unscrupulous charade that is afoot with regards to pretending this Submissions process is in any way legitimate, the rush by parliament to enact this bill without proper debate, and because they have made it clear that it is a foregone conclusion that this Bill will pass… I suspect there is no time allocated for Oral submissions.
All this renders this public submissions process to be a farce!
Nonetheless… for the record… I make my written submission in protest against this whole travesty of justice.
That the New Zealand public have only been given a week to submit to this committee is nothing short of an attempt to ram through law for which Parliament has no true mandate from the people!
When this current bunch was elected in 2017 there was not a hint that such drastic legislation may be implemented and so there is no way Members of Parliament can say they are representative of their electorates on these Issues and no Doubt if this Bill was was the topic for an election there would be far more Public input that would reveal just how many New Zealanders are opposed to this Bill… This is a significant number of voters, and they have a voice Jacinda Ardern does not want to hear!
The way parliament is ramming this legislation trough, they have acted in a very underhanded manor in only granting one week for public submissions.
Forgive me for thinking that no matter how many Submissions in protest against this Bill make the deadline, or how well reasoned and righteous are the arguments contained therein, that Parliament will barely consider any of them. They will simply throw them in the bin and enact their legislation anyway… rendering this pretense at Public consultation just a Charade.
Dark days have come to New Zealand!, not only regarding the tragedy of the Christchurch Mass Murder, but also the equally atrocious loss of Rights and liberties that is now being imposed upon our beautiful country… in its wake… by our thoughtless and malicious Nanny State Government that has total disregard for the rights and liberties of the people and only care about imposing their will upon us… treating us all like peasants who must be kept under with an Iron hand… without a proper opportunity to voice our protest!
Forgive my temper… yet I vigorously protest that such heavy handed legislation is being rushed into law without *Real* Public consultation or opportunity to mount proper public protest.
We all know that Parliament are seeking to impose their personal prejudices against Gun ownership, and hoping to get away with such a massive abuse of power by speeding this tyranny into law *in the heat of public emotion* with respect to the Christ Church Terror attack.
Using ‘Urgency’ under such Crises take away the rights of the people in such a manor is the tried and true modus opperandi of Tyrants from time immemorial!

This submission had to be written in unreasonable haste due to the Governments purposefully super tight Deadline!
By giving the public only a week to write submissions *they Know* this will seriously reduce the number of Negative submissions made in time.
The information informing the public for submissions on this Bill and deadline has not been sufficiently displayed or advertised, but virtually hidden.
This was yet another patently shady device used by the Government to hinder opposition from having a voice on this bill… and my hastily written submission therefore reflects my anger about all this Machiavellianism!
In rushing through this Bill, the Government has shown contempt for the safeguards of my rights and Liberties, and so I reward them in kind… Contempt for their shameful abuse of power and twisting of the legislative process.
3. The dishonesty which has preceded this Bill and the massive injustices it will commit.
That this legislation is being steamrolled into law… with only pretense to due process is a testament to its vile and underhanded nature!
If this Bill was at all sound and prudent, and truthful… it could withstand a thorough and robust, and ordinary Public process!
Yet those pushing the bill seek to circumvent the people having a proper say… and that Parliament sits in silent accord is frightening!
Only the Uneducated… or the indoctrinated fail to see what skulduggery is at hand… or appreciate what is really at stake… the erosion of Rights… the implementation of a socialist agenda…. and maintaining the sheepish delusion that The more Helpless the State renders us all… the safer we will be!
Propaganda upon Propaganda!
Government Spin doctors and their lackeys in the media talked of 15-16 000 firearms being affected by the new prohibitions, and that any proposed Gun buyback program may cost Taxpayers ‘merely tens of Millions’, yet now that the bill has been tabled, a New Zealand Gun Council tells us this legislation will immediately criminalise 250 thousand Citizens who have committed no crime and that should a buyback program be implemented it is far more likely to cost taxpayers 500 million dollars!
Such Gross and purposefully misleading under-estimates by the government of the scale of those affected and the cost to taxpayers is tantamount to Fraud!
Despite Ardern’s spin that this Bill is ‘just a start’… The Real scale of this Bill shows again she has deceived the people of New Zealand. This bill show Parliament are not making minor adjustments , but Sweeping Gun restrictions of Gigantic magnitude… without opportunity for the public to protest or Rally strong opposition!
This is Far reaching legislation by stealth…. not Open transparency… not how principled Statesmen would act!
Winston Peters admits the Government does not have a clue how much the Buy back will cost, yet he estimates $300 million.
At every point… from start to finish, the intent of those pushing this Bill has been to defraud the Gun owners of New Zealand with absolute disregard for Principles of Justice, due process, or that sanctity of their Rights!
4. The underhanded and prejudiced political agenda of Identity Politics that seeks to oppress Targeted demographics, while absolving the Bigotry of other favoured groups … its racist!
This Bill is founded upon very skewed rationale (that the more defenseless well all are… the safer we will all be), and is accompanied with a policy of Censorship, and Unscrupulous Heavy handed agenda driven Police activity that is turning into a wave of oppression destroying lives!
The Christchurch Terror attack has given the Left the only pretext they need to bring the heavy hand of the law against minorities they themselves hate… ie anyone who disagrees with the Governments liberal immigration and refugee policies, or is critical of Islam, or who even voices disgust when Islamic terrorists commit atrocities.
We are told that ‘Hate speech laws’ are soon to follow.
All these curtailments on Freedom and despite all the posturing and Head scarves… this agenda has virtually nothing to do with the Christchurch attack… and everything to do with the Anti-Gun Liberal Ideology of our Celebrity PM and her minions!
Its implementing by stealth The UN Global Agenda… and that is why we see universal cross party consensus on this matter and Arden is having a smooth path to enacting this Bill by Politicians who despise the Principles that underpin the American Constitution.
The Late US Attorney Mark K. Benenson, Once General secretary and chairman of Amnesty International USA spoke about our type of Conceited and UN agenda driven politicians who…” think of Gun owners as Primitives who need to be brought into the Modern world”.
When asked if he thought this same sort of Gun Controls as this Bill entails will make Society safer he responded with “I think this will make a safer world for tyrannical Governments and a safer world for Criminals who dont give up their Guns”.
5. Breton Tarrant and the Christchurch Terror attack.
This hasty process is not conducive to making Good Law, and cannot avoid great injustices upon Law abiding New Zealanders.
It is yet another example of the same sort of legislative bumbling foolishness that allowed the Radical Racist Maori separatist Tame Iti and his dangerous Radical Green Terrorists who in 2007 were caught training in the Ureweras to escape being convicted of terrorism… *because those anti-terrorist laws were poorly written… and rushed through into law to meet unrealistic deadlines during the same sort of hysterical Hype after 911!
Because of that, Dangerous terrorists caught red handed escaped Justice!
So Obviously by what is happening now with this Arms (Prohibited Firearms, Magazines, and Parts) Amendment Bill is that New Zealand Parliament has an incredibly short memory… and infact have learned absolutely nothing from history!
These Geniuses still have not understood the dangers of hastily written, hastily enacted legislation!
Yes…. while Jacinda Ardern is happy to incite the New Zealand people to hystera about *White Nationalists and separatists* she does not want anyone to point out the fact that Racist Bigotry works both ways and that in reality there are far more Maori Nationalists and separatists in this country than their white counterparts and these racist Maori constantly making violent treats against non-Maori New Zealanders and that we have these sorts of people in parliament!
Members of her own government.
Ardern certainly does not want New Zealanders to remember that Maori separatists were caught planning terrorism… with Homegrown New Zealand fanatical Environmentalists, planning terrorism against The people of New Zealand… and Brenton Tarrant The Christchurch Terrorist was an Environmentalist extremist and said so in him Manifesto… the Great replacement.
Where has been Arderns strong talk about New Zealand no longer tolerating the Dangerous Bigotry of Maori separatism?
You see Ardern only sees things the way she wants to interpret them… to justify her own prejudices.
Not only in his manifesto did Tarrant declare himself an ‘Eco fascist’, he also said that while planning his Terror attack, he decided to use Guns rather than other means (like bombs) specifically because he knew that not only would the Media go ape with anti-Gun hysteria, but that also Leftist politicians (like PM Ardern) across the globe would move to pass heavy Gun Prohibitions and that this would then result in more ‘Right vs left’ Conflicts and strife… esp between US 2nd amendment supporters and Liberal anti-second amendment Gun prohibitionists… and he was right!
Ardern and the NZ Chief Censor does not want New Zealanders to contemplate this fact that their proposed Arms (Prohibited Firearms, Magazines, and Parts) Amendment Bill is playing into Tarrants hands… and so they banned his manifesto!
Yet Banning the manifesto does nothing to change the facts!
Its just designed to make it harder for people like me to share these facts and wake up the people of New Zealand from their Stupor.
I would have liked to have provided this committee with verbatim quotes from ‘The Great replacement’ here in my submission, yet to do so is to risk arrest!
We pitiable New Zealanders are not supposed to access, read, or share it… and it is not clear that even for the sake of a submission to Government that if I copied and pasted it into this submission that I might still be arrested and jailed!
Contemplate that!

6.The Right to Self defense from Criminals, Terrorists, and Tyrants.
Now returning to Libertarianism and the Universal principles of justice, there is a subject… a right of which it is virtually forbidden to talk about these days in such Socialist infected societies as our own that worship nanny state.
Though it is an innate right and a principle of Natural justice it is nonetheless *almost illegal* in this country… and something that even the New Zealand gun lobby cowers from asserting… I am of course talking about the right to self defense, and in particular and relevant to this Bill I am talking about the right to bear the means of self defense.. Guns… not only against violent criminals… but also against tyrannical governments that show complete disregard for the rights of the people.
Yes… I am talking about that inalienable human right that is embodied in the American 2nd amendment… and why not only is it right, true, and just… but that also the Christchurch terrorist attack actually exposes the Great lie and delusional rationale of Gun prohibitionists like Jacinda Ardern, and leftist Liberal anti-Gun Socialists across the globe…. and that lie is that Nanny state Law and the Police will keep everybody safe from Criminals and Terrorists and so there is no legitimate need for people to have Guns, or any regard for their own safety as far as self defense is concerned!
Thats right… I am saying the Deaths of 50 innocent people in Christchurch may be to a large degree blamed upon New Zealand’s anti-gun rights laws and attitudes!
Why is it not routine for Mosques and churches to station armed guards for their own defense?
Why do people think that is such a crazy thing to propose… esp in light of what has just taken place!
No no no! *That sort of reasoning… that sort of Conclusion* is the last thing the Government and Police want New Zealanders to arrive at!
So the whole Government propaganda machine has turned the focus away from the most basic facts, and instead made this all about their own agenda to keep the population defenseless and dependent upon the State.
To suggest that New Zealanders are lax about guns is absurd!… Its an absolute Lie!
A large share of Labour Green voting New Zealanders display a childish paranoia about guns thanks to the fact that world war two and the treat of invasion is now long forgotten, and having since been indoctrinated by nanny state into thinking of guns as evil… instead of Life saving and life affirming emblems of security and strength!
One of the chief reasons mass shootings around the globe happen in gun-free zones like the Christchurch Mosques is because coward psychopaths prefer their victims to be defenseless rather than armed and ready to shoot back!
Tarrant traveled extensively… even to Muslim countries like Turkey… observing… plotting… yet decided to carry out his attack here in NZ where the Muslims have been disarmed by the New Zealand Government!
Think about that!
This event was not a awake up call that we have been too lax with Guns… but a wake up call that it is sane to believe you can live like defenseless ducks in a coup with Nanny State looking after us!
Its a wake up call to why the founding fathers of America wrote the second amendment.
7. No second amendment in New Zealand does not mean New Zealanders dont have the right to bear arms!
A friend of mine parroted these naive sentiments… “We in NZ don’t have a 2nd Amendment for gun ownership in the way you are suggesting.
Gun ownership is a privilege not a right allowed under the direction of the government. If the rules change they change we have to comply. Pretending that we are Americans will not work here sorry. We are now have a new law that we will have to comply with whether we like it or not.”.
I had to school him…. “The second amendment does not ‘grant’ a privilege to the American people at the generosity of the US government… what the second amendment does is *Enunciate a natural right that all human beings have* and that is why it tells the government *they shall pass no law that violates this natural human right* .
So that we kiwi dont have a second amendment *does not mean* we dont have the natural right to bear arms… the means of self defense… we do have that right irrespective of what our government thinks or wants.. or compels!
The problem we have is that our backward Nation has no protection of our rights from tyrants and socialists like Ardern… and so we are exposed to the evil of a government that can trample upon our rights… yet that does not make it just… it means we are the victims of oppressive government and evil laws.”
This is precisely what is happening now with is Bill being rushed into law… It would not be possible if we had a constitution that embodied the just principles of the second Amendment.
So I am saying that if New Zealand really wants to be safer… we should stop believing the empty promised of Jacinda Ardern… that her nanny state will keep us safe!
Instead we should instead be recognising New Zealanders rights to look to their own defense!
We should have more respect for the right to self defense… and more respect for Guns and the security they provide!
After what happened in Christchurch, if anyone is likely to be skeptical of Arderns bogus promises to keep them safe it will be immigrants and Muslims!
I would not blame NZ Muslims who witnessed what happened to instead desire the right to provide for their own defense!
The Government may be temporarily stationing Police outside mosques for the time being… until *they* assume the terrorist risk has diminished… and then the cops will pack up their guns and leave!
Yip… at some point the cops will leave mosques and churches absolutely defenseless again… just as they were before the attacks!
This bill does nothing to increase their security… it leaves them absolutely exposed to the next psychopath!
The solution is Obvious!
Everyone… Mosques, churches, everyone should be making provisions for their own security… which would include having armed guards… and better still concealed carry armed worshipers!
This is reality people!
The world is not a daycare center for children!
In this world dangerous. evil people exist, and the government cannot keep us safe.
The Criminals will not hand in their Guns!
Gangs already hold illegal fire arms… Passing more laws will not disarm Criminals who do not obey the law!
We have all read comments in the news by the Mongrel Mob Boss admitting that they have hundreds of Guns and wont be handing them in. So Arderns new Gun regulations will only dis arm the gullibly Law abiding… not the outlaw communities who have always had guns illegally… just another day at the office for them!
They dont even care if they go to jail!
Because The Mob and Black power run most of those too!
8.Legislating a bad and oppressive idea cannot make it just.
The only thing that stops a bad guy with a Gun… is a good guy with a Gun!
Rights are not the gifts of Government.
Our Rights are innate to us as Human individuals, and We the people form a government to protect those rights… not to take them away!
The Government are not our masters… but the servants of the people… We dont have our rights by your permission!
It will not matter if all 120 MPs from all sides of the Floor vote for this bill to be made law… This will not make such a law Right, or Just, Or Good, or effective… It will merely render our nation less free and more Police State-like.
No Divine Right King or Parliament can justly circumvent the inalienable rights of Individuals.
Any such decree and Law is corrupt and not morally binding upon any one…
From Time immemorial Political powers have always sort to legitimize their oppression, and it has been the lot of Good Men and woman to Resist… to boldly speak out against tyranny… and unfortunately to suffer persecution and injustice.
May My Children be free of Socialist tyranny!
Perhaps as Nanny State becomes more suffocating and oppressive the people of New Zealand will experience Enlightenment …By God’s grace may a New New Zealand Libertarian Party arise soon!
AND let them establish a limited Government based up the principles of Liberty and Justice that will abolish all the evil and oppressive legislation of Nanny State, and allows the people to take care of their own affairs, and look to their own self defense. Well armed and prepared to confront the next Breton Tarrant.
If We had had such a Love of Liberty and Self defense it is far more likely he would have chosen some other nation to commit his crime.
9. My Final statement.
Thus it is my final word that I vehemently oppose this Bill with all my heart and soul, and strength and might!
I believe it is not only Bad legislation, Unjust, and oppressive, I also believe it is absolutely counter productive to the express purpose of making our country more safe from Terrorism.
Instead I believe *Greater Liberty* with respect to Gun ownership and self defense is not only far more pragmatically logical, but also morally just.
I therefore recommend that the Arms (Prohibited Firearms, Magazines, and Parts) Amendment Bill be scrapped, and that instead the government should make legal provisions for New Zealand private Citizens and associations, and businesses to legally look to their own defense and to do so with the requisite lawful use of Fire arms for self defense.
May God have mercy upon the victims of Breton Tarrant.

A person may be convicted of exhibiting an objectionable publication if what is exhibited is in all the circumstances objectionable, notwithstanding that it is a part only of a publication that is not objectionable or is a restricted publication.”… I believe that the context in which I have used portions of the Manifesto that this falls outside these ‘Objectionable’ conditions as my quotations are legitimate Public discourse on serious political issues that are the legitimate domain for free speech and open political discussion.
And so until I receive any official threats of prosecution I will not assume I am breaking any laws by not deleting it from my post… as to do so will not only detract from my protest, but also be another instances of the very topic of this blogpost… the political suppression of Free speech and dialogue.
I have just been made aware of this via this article.
Now if I was using quotations from the manifesto to incite Racism or violence… I would fear that I was acting within the context the Chief Censor means by the use of the term ‘objectionable’ and would therefore be in breach of his Ban … yet I am only quoting it in context of providing the necessary facts for my criticism of these very sorts of censorship that work for party political ends against the rights and liberties of the people.
Will they also ban all global media from New Zealand internet that quote the manifesto?
How in reality will this work?
I encourage New Zealanders not to delete any comments, blogs or posts that are written in the spirit of Free and open dialogue without malicious intent.
As It becomes more apparent what this ‘Ban’ entails, I may apply for an exemption should it be necessary to prevent my Blogposts from being suppressed, yet I hope it will not require that!

The NZ Herald appears to be still quoting from his manifesto… after the Chief censors ban.

What is also disturbing about this article is that NZ security expert condemns ‘The self educated’ as ‘dangerous to society’… ie free thinkers whose minds have not been conditioned by the system… sort of the same rationale used by the Athenian state to execute Socrates.

Update: It appears my intuitions about not being too hasty to delete the Manifesto quotations from my Blog posts like other sites have done… eg Whale oil and Rightminds… was correct.
Here is a quote from the NZ Chief Censor David Shanks… “Most people reading the publication will not be harmed by it.
“Most New Zealanders who have read this will simply find it repellent. But most New Zealanders are not the target audience. It is aimed at a small group who may be receptive to its hateful, racist and violent ideology, and who may be inspired to follow the example set by its apparent author,” said Mr Shanks.
It is an offence to possess or distribute an objectionable publication. People who have downloaded this document, or printed it, should destroy any copies, Mr Shanks said.
Those engaged in further reporting on the Christchurch attack may be tempted to consider the use of quotes from the publication that have already been used in other media reports.
“That use of excerpts in media reports may not in itself amount to a breach of the FVPCA, but ethical considerations will certainly apply,” said Mr Shanks.”

I’m being Punished for Anti-SJW activism.
Here I sit in Facebook jail for a week for the heinous thought crime of publicly criticising New Zealand Prime minister Jacinda Ardern’s New Gun prohibitions on the net.
My sentence was immediate … without warning… and I had no idea I was posting anything that could be construed as being ‘an offence’ of any kind.
I was merely exercising my right to free speech and open dialogue as a Libertarian activist and Blogger.
The Rush to make the SJW Agenda Law and suppressing reasoned opposition..
Much to my surprise Ardern has devised a Machiavellian scheme to make her prohibitions immediate without following the normal due democratic processes… she says this will happen in due course… as if its a foregone conclusion that parliament will support her plans. and the legislation will be retrospectively enacted, and Liberals around the globe have been Lording her like she is some sort of legislative Messiah and calling upon their own governments to follow her lead… precisely like the Terrorist expressly wanted them to do!
I believe Ardern was instructed to do this by her Mentor Helen Clark, whom used this same device of retrospective legislation herself when PM to stop a high court lawsuit she was facing for election fraud and misappropriation! (search up Pledgcardgate… good luck with that as most of the information about this has conveniently ‘disappeared’ off the net… Clark being a UN Lefty Big wig… this is precisely the sort of inconvenient facts the left have successfully suppressed )
Whenever politicians use ‘retrospective legislation’ the people should be vary wary… and in the Case of Jacinda Ardern’s ‘Immediate gun ban’ she is circumventing the safety checks of due democratic process… that is supposed to prevent legislation from being implemented too hastily, and insure there is plenty of public discussion and sober minded rationale… tested in the public domain.

SJW Ardern is using the heat of emotion generated by the terror attacks to maximise the chance of getting this legislation passed without much sober contemplation by Opposition Mps or the People, therefore she certainly does not want dissenting views and criticisms about her new Gun laws or large protests before they are ratified by parliament, and so The Activist SJW Liberals running facebook… acting unilaterally yet deliberately are banning Dissenting voices like mine, and I have been prevented from posting and commenting for 7 days even though I have not violated their community standards.
They have done so out of pure political bias… while claiming I have violated their community standards… without any explanation.
This is the post that got me ‘Zucc-ed’ (Photo below)…remember there was no ban on sharing excerpts from the manifesto when I posted this… and now that it has been banned you may appreciate the truth of what I am saying… Political suppression of dissenting opinion.
As you can see, I did not write anything that can be construed as being against any of the Facebook community standards with respect to nudity, hateful, or otherwise what is commonly understood to be offensive… Nothing racist, or sexist, etc… I simply expressed my political opinion about Arderns new and corrupt Gun prohibitions, and validated my statement with a factual quote and accompanied these facts with a relevant picture for readers to investigate for themselves.

The Governments suppression and threats of Imprisonment.(please remember I wrote this passage before the Chief Censor Banned the Manifesto)
I did not share any of the video footage of the terrorist action that was put on the net, that has been outlawed by the New Zealand government, yet to my knowledge there is no prohibition on discussion or sharing the Manifesto the terrorist published on line in which he gave his reasons for why he committed this crime, and why he used guns, and it would be the height of political suppression of the truth if any such prohibition was imposed because that would muzzle the peoples right to discuss this heinous crime, and understand it, yet it appears the liberal running facebook made a completely arbitrary decision to ‘prohibit’ posts like mine on this topic.
and in so doing they display their extreme political prejudice.
I have not watched the footage and I have no desire to watch such a barbarous thing, yet still it is a gross act of suppression by the government to outlaw the video and prosecute people whom have shared it on their social media. Its suppression is part of the general desire of the government to steam roll through their oppressive new Gun control legislation without protests from the people who may watch the terrorist video and realise the government cant keep us safe from terrorism or mass murder, and demand *more gun rights* not less.
The video has been shared far and wide internationally… The Turkish president Erdoğan has used it many times for its propaganda value against Islamiphobia in the west as part of his election campaign!
yet our Government has made it a crime for us to share it… and what they have not been able to suppress by law, The social media working in cahoots have taken it upon themselves to shut down critisims of the left on their social media platforms.

This agenda driven censorship has become prolific, and demonstrates a massive political fraud being perpetrated against the entire world by the Left’s dominance over the world wide web, esp of social media like Facebook and it can be easily shown they are actively engaged in perverting the democratic processes of Western societies in favour of Leftist Political parties and their political agendas.
While it is harder for them to suppress Established sites with millions of followers, yet still because the left have lost on so many fronts in recent times to establish their Global tyranny… from Brexit, to the defeat of Hillary Clinton, they have moved against their outspoken adversaries under the guise of fighting ‘fake news’… They have suceeded in banning and marginalizing many popular voices on the right … and comparatively it has been a walk in the park to pick off small fry like me by the tens of thousands without any recompense!
By using so called ‘Community standards’ they are targeting Individuals like myself who are activists against Lefty Liberalism and thereby not only crushing well reasoned and truthful dissenting views and posts from spreading throughout the population and gaining a foothold in the public sphere, but are also projecting an atmosphere of Fear and suppression… intimidating many people from speaking their minds out of fear Facebook will punish them, and maybe even close their pages down.
This is the treat that hangs over Social media now and the threat that I now face.
Will they shut down my page?
One of my people actually told me he consciously watches what he posts out of fear he will be ‘Zucced’ as this will affect his business and livelihood!
And this is *outrageous* that the political bias of Facebook is so extreme that people are scared to be vocally critical of things like these new oppressive gun laws.
All it takes is for one slippery snake Liberal hiding in your group or friends list to report your post to the Facebook gestapo and you can find yourself jailed without any sort of due process… without the opportunity to say anything in your own defense. and of course these Snakes hiding in your grass never stand up and and say to your face they reported you… they are happy to remain hidden among your friends… These Judas types dont admit their collaboration with the gestapo to the rest of the group as they know they will be thrown out.
So there they sit… like a terrorist cell… evil malevolent minions of the powers that be… serving as the spies of the Facebook gestapo … ready to report any criticism that they dont like… Satan Laughing spreads his wings.

If there were credible competing alternative social media to Facebook, Google, and YouTube who acted in a more ethical fashion and who respected the rights of individuals to free speech and expression I would abandon the services of these prejudiced liberal companies voluntarily, and I am sure 50% of the internet would do so too, yet while they hold a virtual monopoly on social media, I refuse to ‘ban myself’ and abandon the internet to the Machiavellian Liberals!

Defending NZ Gun rights from SJW Gun confiscations and criminalisation.
Before I was ‘Zucced’ I was busy on Facebook calling for Gun owners not to surrender their rights without protest. I was encouraging them to practice peaceful civil disobedience of the most honorable type… non compliance with unjust demands from the state.
With regards to the ploy of a government ‘buy back’, I argue that even if the government tries to bribe you into surrendering your rights Gun owners need to refuse to comply… In the US New Jersey State demanded all the high capacity mags get handed in… nobody complied!

The New Zealand government does not want the NRA to help Kiwi gun owners rally and defend themselves from loosing their gun rights!
It appears these reports of large scale surrendering of guns to the police are just more propaganda designed to fool NZ gun owners into the belief that most gun owners agree with the new prohibition and in so doing demoralise any who are hoping to rally a large scale protest.
A friend of mine parroted these naive sentiments… “We in NZ don’t have a 2nd Amendment for gun ownership in the way you are suggesting.

So that we kiwi dont have a second amendment *does not mean* we dont have the natural right to bear arms… the means of self defense… we do have that right irrespective of what our government thinks or wants.. or compels!

I made this post within an hour of hearing about the terrorist attack, and in no way was their any ‘Ban’ on posting photos of the terrorist… it was quite a natural response!
Either I have again been reported by some snake, or Facebooks AI ‘Zuccbotts’ are hard at work supressing any pictures and commentary on the terrorist attack in Christchurch!

Several websites including Voat, ZeroHedge, Archive.is, LiveLeak, and others have been blocked in Australia and New Zealand in direct contravention to civil liberties that citizens are supposed to have.
