As I only found out about this Bill a few days ago, and leaned that the Public’s right to make submissions was also closing by midnight tonight, I made my own submission in haste, and for that reason it is not my best work by a long shot… and yet given how the Diabolical Engine of Comrade Ardern Steams forward, I simply had to submit something.
I have made a couple of spelling fixes to what I submitted… etc.
Some people might think my submission is whack.
I certainly know some of my ‘recommendations’ will be open to challenge in the sense that it might be a struggle for me to be able to justify them completely via Libertarian principles, and I am happy to discuss any criticisms on that basis… I simply have not had time to chew on these matters to the degree that I can offer a fully cogent argument. I was running on intuition that I will be able to defend most of what I have said.
I also decided I needed to be fully open about my religious views about what is at stake.
I realise many readers will take these views to completely discredit me as a serious thinker… you are entitled to your own opinion in that regard… yet I stand unapologetically by what I have said.

New Zealanders currently have no shortage of ways and means to identify ourselves.
New Zealanders have been able to conduct plenty of business globally, and securely via the internet so we must ask… why all of a sudden does this government feel the need to pass this legislation?
Please spare me the trite about this being a genuine need and request by the people for such legislation.
The desire is not coming from the people… but from ideologues in power … with a nefarious agenda they are not prepared to openly admit.
This is about a grand scheme… a globalist centralisation of power and legimisation of the Global ID system into New Zealand Law.
Step by incremental step.
This ID system is the foundation for that planned Global Government, a Social credit system that discriminates every individual persons ‘privilege’s’ dependent on their compliance with the powers that be, and a new Global monetary system whereby all transactions are sanctioned, and monitored by the Evil Eye.
This is happening because our current financial systems have been driven into the ground, and yet the super wealthy, and powerful see this as an opportunity to further entrench their own Domination over the masses.
This Digital ID system is the basis for a planned New World order without privacy.

All these things require a Global digital Id be allocated to every human being.
Since Jacinda Ardern has become Prime minister of New Zealand our Rights and Liberties have been severely degraded by relentless and systematic legislative assault. Our nation has been intentionally consciously driven head long into financial ruin.
None of this was fated.. or unavoidable… because of unfortunate circumstances.
All of it has been deliberate… calculated. And History will condemn what has been done!

Every MP who has aided Ardern in these infamous achievements must take their share of culpability.
So much of her legislative legacy has been enacted in blatantly anti-democratic fashion… under the guise of ‘Emergencies’.
For example Jacinda Ardern expounded her socialist doctrine that ‘Gun ownership is not a right… but a privilege’ … and yet her succeeding legislative measures and dictates show us Ardern does not believe we the people have any rights at all that are beyond her power to over rule!
For example the New Zealand Bill of rights section 11 which state no New Zealander can be compelled to take medical treatments against their will… evidently this too Ardern sees not really as a right… but yet just another ‘privilege’ government temporarily entertained.. but now revokes… despite having publicly stated she would never do such a thing!
If a New Zealander does not own their own body… We have no rights!
Ardern is a Socialist Tyrant and is molding our country to more resemble North Korea, and China every day!
Our Parliament is filled with spineless, clueless, morally bankrupt weasels who allow Arden to enact her radical Socialist Globalist ambitions that are not shared by anywhere near a majority of Kiwis!

It is Undemocratic in it’s enactment because of the lack of time given for public submissions.
It is Undemocratic because of the lack of public notification that this legislation is even eminent!
I guarantee that if a poll was taken that only a tiny percentage definitely in the single digits are even aware of what you Sneaky devils are up to!
And this is intentional on your part… you want to quietly enact this legislation… without the public catching on to what you are doing… because then you would face the anger of the people!
This legislation is part of *A Global framework* for a Global system… a New World Order!
This will underpin a new cashless Global financial system that is planned under the title ‘The Great Reset’.
And this makes what you are doing treasonous to the Nation of New Zealand and our National Independence and our Democratic Sovereignty.
Little New Zealand is well on the way to being swallowed up by the Globalist system.
New Zealanders would never voluntarily surrender these things and you all know it!
That is why you are today quietly… sneakily enacting this Bill… and we know it will become law… despite how the balance of public submissions fall… as these processes have become a travesty… merely feigning ‘due process’.

My/our recommendations
I make the following recommendations… that will be ignored because you don’t care about the rights and Freedom of New Zealanders … or our independent National sovereignty… still… I ask that you make no laws that shall erode our right to use Cash, or to make private non-electronic transactions.
I ask that you make no laws that make having digital Ids compulsory.
I ask you expressly prohibit New Zealanders from being allocated any digital ID without their consent and make it illegal for any private companies operating in New Zealand to make subscribing to a global digital ID system as a mandatory condition for any business transaction.
I ask you absolutely prohibit any Global initiative to remove cash as a means of transactions.
I ask you make it absolutely illegal for Banks to freeze accounts on the basis that Citizens refuse to switch over to a cashless system, and make it law that all banks must continue to honor cash withdrawals, All businesses must accept cash, and all businesses and individuals must pay their employees in cash should they so desire it.
I ask that it be stipulated in law that no NZ Government agency can demand of any New Zealand citizen that they must accept and use a Digital ID to enjoy any of their rights, or to have full access to government services.
I stipulate these things to safeguard New Zealanders rights from being compelled into subjection to any globalist scheme designed to entrap individuals and prevent them from being able to participate in New Zealand society, to provide for themselves, to run businesses, to work, buy, and sell, unless they submit to the Global ID system and cashless society.
Failure to do these things will evidence the true intention of this Bill… to take away New Zealanders privacy and autonomy, and to ensnare us all in the New World order for which none of us have voted for.
Finally I state that it is without shame I make my submission as a Christian Libertarian.
I know that the spirit of Antichrist is at work in the hearts and minds of many in power today… esp Jacinda Ardern… and that these evil people see Christianity as an enemy of everything they seek to achieve… and they are right!
No Christian can support their Evil New World Order.

The other day I was chatting with a friend about all the lockdowns and government demands everyone get vaxed.
He thinks Jacinda Ardern has well and truly lost the plot!
He is a very mild non-political young man who just wants to get on with the business of living, yet he had no trouble recognising just how evil Ardern has become… how she is turning our nation into a Police State!
He was expressing his personal growing angst about being imprisoned in the Waikato and said it meant he was missing out on seeing Family outside the blockade.
I told him he was far from alone in his feelings, and asked if he had any idea at how many Hamiltonians showed up to the Anti-Covid 19 lockdown and Anti-Compulsory Vaccination protest that had occurred in the Weekend at Claudlands showground?
What protests?
He had no idea any such public protests even occurred?
He assumed what the media had told him… that resistance to the Ardern Strategy was tiny and only a small bunch of whackos were resisting getting the Jab.

He was shocked when I showed him some photos of the event which I had down loaded from ‘The Freedom and Rights Coalition’ web page… Thousands of Hamiltonians protesting! (Est 5000)
My friend is like so many New Zealanders who have had a guts full of Arderns incompetence and Tyranny yet who are being kept in the dark about the scale of outrage other New Zealanders are also feeling and that he is far from alone!
Among other outrages, almost 9500 business went belly up last month, and this sort of disastrous consequence of Arderns Jackbooted policies is now fueling a popular uprising. People are incensed by her indifference to their suffering and have had a guts full of her complete disregard for their Rights and liberties.
30-10-21 was a day of National Protest in which tens of thousands of New Zealanders gathered together in defiance of the Ardern regimes illegitimate and oppressive legal prohibitions that seek to circumvent New Zealanders Democratic rights!
The estimated 5000 peaceful protester’s in Hamilton were not standing alone as there were significantly larger demonstrations taking place simultaneously in both Auckland and Wellington.

The diabolical nature of the Ardern Regime (and Socialist Globalist regimes across Western civilisation) is that they have been using their powers to impose Covid 19 restrictions to prevent the voting public from gathering together to demonstrate their opposition to the financial ruin they are generating and the Police States they are cultivating while demanding the people shut up and let it happen!
Under the sham of Public safety Anti-democratic Covid restrictions prohibiting Public gatherings make it risky for citizens to assemble and by controlling the media has allowed the Government to pull the wool over a vast percentage of the population… that no resistance is even being attempted.
Individuals who are alarmed at what is happening are isolated.
Many of those who are bravely resisting compliance with big Bully Ardern in solitude feel as if their struggle is hopeless, because they are not aware of any support groups for their plight.

To those whom have been holding out for their rights I am writing this blog post to say Despair no more! The Freedoms and Rights Coalition has put out the call to Kiwis to rise up in exercise of our legitimate democratic rights to gather together and protest against Comrade Ardern’s oppression!
Too many Kiwi only get their information from the Mainstream.
Jacinda Ardern has New Zealand’s media snuggly tucked into her back-pocket.
Our Card-carrying Media are operating like a wing of the Governments Propaganda department… filtering news stories and censoring themselves… the effect is that New Zealanders think the whole country Loves Ardern and is falling into line. because they only hear stories that promote Ardern.
The Truth is quite different.
Ardern is economically devastating our nation… almost 9500 businesses folded last month!
A popular protest movement is growing fast.
Big protests have already taken place without almost any Mainstream media coverage… and the stories that have emerged have down played the numbers of people protesting and made out it is just the whacko-conspiracy nut jobs.
The Truth is Ardern’s tyranny is uniting the people against her… The people protesting are both young and Old, Maori and Pakeha… it is a beautiful thing to behold!

Yet most New Zealanders are completely unaware that the tide is turning against Comrade Ardern’s Dictatorship… and yet it is!
I wrote about our corrupt media back in 2012 yet they have gotten ten times worse now under Ardern and her blatant bribery… with strings attached… and all the woke Leftist Anti-free speech doctrines that have sprung up in the last decade…. Read LOST PLOT. WORLD PRESS FREEDOM DAY.
Because the Media have sold out to the government it is very difficult for the word to reach the people about planned protests.
That is what makes spreading the word so important to this movement.
Supporters are using their social media pages, and emails, texts, etc.
I was told only the day before that these events were planned, and knowing that they would not receive any objective press, I decided I would go see the event so that I could report back to the New Zealand public.
I needed to get the exercise, and this would be far more interesting than walking in my local park…again.
Many people were practicing peaceful Civil disobedience… not wearing any masks, and not social distancing, others (much less) were wearing masks and standing apart, and as I believe that for the sake of not generating unnecessary animosity against this righteous cause, nor to give pretext to the Police to break up the Demonstration and start arresting people, I chose to wear a mask (most of the time) and try to keep my distance as much as possible, and I appreciate why so many people were choosing to defy these oppressive and farcical measures.
The thing to remember is that whether or not people chose to wear masks and social distance, and despite the way such protesters are portrayed in the Ardern funded media as being reckless loons whose behavior is an endangerment to the Law abiding (AKA Compliant and Complicit Sheeple), this is in fact an example of Civil disobedience at it’s highest form… because these people were simply exercising their legitimate rights!
In fact it was a display of the Bold assertion and exercise of their rights that the Ardern Régime has attempted to tread underfoot via passing unjust and oppressive Laws!
Ironically… Had she not done so… Had she actually done the right thing and respected the rights of the people… there would have been no need to protest!
So Ardern herself is the chief author of this entire mess!
She is a Tyrant, and it is the Right and moral duty of a free and enlightened people to Rally against her!
Ardern’s Tyranny is a far greater threat to our Nations well being than Covid 19!
Every hour she is at the helm the people of New Zealand lose their freedoms, and livelihoods, and our Nation becomes more like China!
Under the belief that Covid 19 was truly a raging fury, Long suffering Kiwis have quietly tolerated Ardern’s ever creeping Authorotarianism, yet she has finally crossed the line and has now turned massive sections of the People against her.
They have had enough!
They have gotten wise to the fact that the dangers posed by Covid 19 have been grossly exaggerated in the extreme to cause panic and compliance.

Let those who are scared of Covid 19 wear masks all day and stay locked up safe in their homes!
They have no right to demand everyone else share their paranoia or be confined to their homes simply to make the propagandised and traumatised neurotics feel comfortable in their sheepish cowardly delusions.
It is shameful that though I cannot tell you the name of the chief Waikato Coordinator and speaker as I have not yet been able to discover it.
When I do, I shall edit this article to include it for this man is heroically leading this protest movement from the Front!
I do know that he is a Christian Pastor… Amen Brother!
I did not hear the beginning of his speech, and yet the portions which I did hear filled me with respect and courage!
I agreed with every word!
His manner (and his Mana) was profound!
He spoke of his motivation for doing this as being love… not anger.
He said he hoped this whole movement would be characterised by love and peaceful action, and unity.
He said he knew that Covid 19 was a real disease, but that he was not scared of it.
He spoke of keeping the whole event as short as possible for the sake of not being unduly burdensome and testing on the Police.
He said he had already been finned for organising a previous protest and expected to be finned again for this one, yet he told the crowd he was ok with that and not to be angry with the Police. He said there were many good people in the Police force who have been placed in a very difficult position by the Ardern Government.
And most of all, and in finishing he made the most rousing call for the people to put their fears aside and boldly stand up for Freedom!
As a Libertarian, that was a special moment that near brought tears to my eyes!
In my 20 years of Activism I had never seen or herd anything as glorious as this!
I realised that Freedom is not dead in New Zealand!
There is hope!
Finally he said a karakia (prayer) for the people, and our country and referenced the National Anthem that had been sung at the beginning of the event (I missed that).
He prayed that ‘The God of Nations’ would “Defend our Free land” and have grace upon our country and bless the people present and the task they were undertaking for Freedom and justice sake… and that New Zealand would not in this hour be lost.
He called upon God in Jesus Name… and the people… Old and Young, Maori, Pakeha, and many other hues with heads bowed said Amen.

Tide is now turning against Ardern’s socialist tyranny… New Zealanders have had enough and want their lives and freedom back!
Since this weekend Ardern has met more protests including one in Whanganui which prevented her delivering a press conference.
This has started to rattle her and expose the truth that she no longer enjoys the adoration of New Zealanders.
For the first time I have seen her being asked awkward questions at an interview.
She had to call another press conference short because she was being heckled… exposing just how fragile her personality really is!
One of my social media friend made the following observation…
“PM Jacinda Ardern who’s augments are so weak that she runs away from one person that challenges her. 😏 Absolutely pathetic…”
Jacinda Ardern’s facade has now cracking, and many people who were once taken in by her Staged Act of ‘Hugs’ and talk of ‘Kindness’ now see her for the Dangerous Machiavellian she really is and has always been… a Wolf in sheeps clothing.
She is having difficulty hiding her true colours.
Her open contempt for We the people she is Lording over is staggering!

There was never any hope of getting such a total voluntarily as there are far more than 10% of the population who are personally opposed to the Ardern/ Global Vax Scheme.
These powers and rules were always going to be dropped upon New Zealanders who refuse to submit to her… punishing her political opponents… that is the minority of people willing to stand up for their Freedom and rights.
Unless she feels the indignation of the people, she will simply continue the accrual of power unto herself, and the imposition of her own will.
New Zealand will be transformed into a Chinese like Socialist State.
Should these ever-ratcheting oppressive powers succeed in getting 90% compliance, it will never be legitimately claimed that such measures are a pragmatic ‘Success’.
It will signal that Freedom in New Zealand is dead.
Take a look at Norway (Read here) which has ended all Covid Restrictions and Returned to Normal.
No Social distancing… every thing open… and they did this having only 67% fully (two shots) Vaccinated!
This is just one of many examples that exposes Ardern and her demands for 90% compliance before lifting Covid restrictions as being maniacal.
This is to completely flout the New Zealand bill of Rights section 11 which states the New Zealanders have the right to refuse medical treatments.
It does not make exceptions saying compelling medical treatments is ok…’For National emergencies’… or ‘for Pandemics’… or ‘For the common good’, etc.
It says *We have the right to refuse medical treatments* because of what happened in WW2 with Nazi Germany!
We have the right to refues medical treatments because *we own ourselves*… we are not slaves of the Government.
Yet the NZ Bill of rights is as useless as toilet paper because it is not entrenched.
And Ardern seeks to enslave us all and sell our Nation out to the Globalist New World Order.
As a Libertarian I has spent the last 20 years trying to warn New Zealanders about how open our system was to abuse of power, and that it allows the indefinite expansion of Political power at the expense of our rights.
I have warned that we need to create a new constitution that limits State powers and guarantees our Rights, Liberties, and Property.

In the Paul Watson You tube video, his comments about ‘Maori being oppressed’ in the 50s ought to be forgiven him given that is by far the most common view almost universally propagated on the net, and yet he is smart enough to see that Ardern’s new Tyranny will dis-proportionately affect/ Oppress the Maori demographic given they are the most Vaccine hesitant.
And they are *Hesitant*… not simple ‘out of touch’ or ‘out of reach’…. They don’t want the Vax… they don’t trust it or the government.
So Ironically this fight to get rid of Ardern and her tyranny will unify many disparate groups who in other times have been at variance.
Just as WW2 cause us to swallow many differences and ally ourselves for the sake of Defeating the common Axis Enemies.

The contrast could not be more stark between Martin Luther Kings dream and the ambitions of co-leader of the far left racist radical Maori Party… Debbie Ngarewa Packer.
Packer recently endorsed and promoted a malicious public petition that extorted Synlait Dairy Company into wrongfully sacking their then employee Lee Williams because he critisised the He Puapua report and the Maori Party on his Youtube channel ‘Cross the Rubicon’.
Lee Williams has now filed a personal grievance case against Synlait for wrongful dismissal, Packer however is yet to face any censure for her abuse of Office from her colleagues in parliament in regards to her involvement in such an illegal activity that bodes ill for workers rights to Free Speech in New Zealand.
This failure on the part of New Zealand’s parliament and the police to bring Packer and those involved to justice speaks volumes about corruption and cowardice in high places.
She is getting away with behavior that goes far beyond mere bullying to the extortion of a business and the destruction of a man’s life simply because she did not approve of him publicly expressing his personal beliefs.
Members of Parliament have to accept that some citizens will disagree and critisise them!
That is part of a Free Society… They have the right to do so.
That she instead decided to support his ruin speaks volumes about her respect for freedom and democracy!
She expects to enjoy immunity from critisism!

As a Libertarian free speech is something I feel very strongly about.
In being moved by my conscience into writing about the string of Kiwi Youtubers and radio show hosts who have been deplatformed this year I must say has been very unpleasant and I would prefer to have nothing to do with it.
Unfortunately that is not possible given the people I am going to write about today have been involved in malicious and hateful activities, attacking and undermining New Zealand citizens lawful and rightful free speech, and destroying peoples lives.
This must be stopped, and these people need to be exposed, and held to account.
The Twitter screenshots above are a tiny fraction of evidence that could be presented exposing a dozen or more Leftist activists involved in prolific and ongoing deplatorming attacks against the free speech of other New Zealanders.
The actual scale of the problem is undoubtedly far wider than that!
The seriousness of this with respect to Free discourse and it’s implication for New Zealand democracy should it continue unchecked is difficult to exaggerate.
Something must be done about it.
It would be relatively easy for some counter revolutionary group not constrained by morality to simply serve this nasty gang with ‘Utu’… Reciprocity… ie render unto them in kind as they have been doing unto others… and boasting about it.
These haters are as exposed as their victims were and vulnerable to being doxed, having their employers harassed and extorted for the sake of getting them fired, Public Petitions could be run calling them Hateful Racists, Far Left Extremists, etc.
Their YouTube channels could be systematically trawled for any ‘vulnerabilities’… statements that might be construed as being Racist, threatening, hateful, etc and then attacked via mass ‘reporting’ to Youtube via their automated Moderation systems.
Their Paypal accounts which they have published online soliciting donations could also be shut down by complaints to Paypal, etc esp given they are using their accounts to promote hate, racial intolerance, etc.
All these things and more could be done… justifiably so…. by anyone who was prepared to stoop to such methods… as these are the things these Far Left extremists and racist Radicals have been doing to many people over the last several months… and longer.
These nasty haters actually endorse this vile behaviour as legitimate political activity… they exclaim ‘Deplatforming Works’… and revel in cancelling others.
All these things being so, should they themselves become targets for deplatforming these people would have absolutely no right to complain about it… and yet they would howl like stuck pigs!
Having received a small measure of ‘Backlash’ for what they have been doing they have already began to cry about suffering ‘Hate’ from ‘The Far Right’, never admitting to themselves that they are only reaping a tiny fraction of what they themselves have sown!
They attacked first.
It never occurs to them that what they have been doing is evidence of their own hateful Racism and extremism!
They could never contemplate such a possibility.
Not only are they consumed with malice, these people are professional grievers.
Just as in their deluded minds Maori are over represented in prisons because of ‘institutionalised racism’ and ‘Police profiling’ rather than the because Maori themselves commit more crimes than any other demographic… by a country mile… so too when ever they receive ‘push back’ for their malicious extortion, slander, and deplatforming operation they make out they are suffering ‘Far right abuse’ rather than reaping Karma for their own flagrant misdeeds.

What I found on Anna’s Twitter stream was almost unbelievable if I were not seeing it with my own eyes.
Her Twitter page is a mad house, and literally seethes with malice towards White people.
It also displays many other traits of a psychologically unbalanced mind.
I shall do my best to refrain from discussing much of her personal revelations that I find alarming because it has no relevance to the business at hand, It behooves me to mention a couple of distasteful things I would prefer to avoid except that they are relevant to this conversation and understanding how her mind ticks.
Lets inquire into how Far Left Racist Maori radicals like Anna have proliferated in New Zealand.
Anna serves as an exemplar and an education into Far Left Maori Radicalism.
It’s impossible to cover every attribute Anna embodies of Maori radicalism, yet hopefully by the time I have finished this post it will be clear as to why writing this was unpleasant for me, and why it is that I pity rather than hate Anna for what she has become, and what she has been doing.
In this post I talked about how some children grow up to become hateful and dangerous radicals from their home environment… taught to hate by their hateful elders… this is an inter-generational perpetuation of hateful ideas and prejudices.

Hate breeds hate, and by sowing hate into the hearts of their children, these parents perpetuate hate into the future, and poison the minds of their own children, turning them into hateful bigots…little carbon copies of themselves.
Hone had not experienced any oppression at the hands of ‘evil Pakeha’.
He therefore had to be trained to hate.
Did Anna McAllister have a similar upbringing as Hone?
I don’t know… it is possible… and yet in New Zealand today it not necessary to have had such an upbringing to explain how young people like Anna can become radicalised.
It is sufficient to explain her hateful racism by looking at how prolific and accepted the toxic ideas that underpin Maori radicalism have become over the past 50 years, and how they have been assimilated into the National education system, and official narratives underpinning the Treaty Settlement racket, and modern fabrication of ‘Treaty partnership’.

Ardern exposed her true colours in a Pro-Globalist speech she made at the UN in 2019 when she rebuked calls made by Trump for ‘More Nationalism’.
Trump had called world leaders to focus on problems at home as that is where their primary loyalty ought to be.
Ardern exclaimed…”Experiences in recent years should lead us to all question whether any of us ever truly operate in isolation anymore.”, and “Our globalised, borderless world asks us to be guardians not just for our people, but for all people.”
This speech rang alarm bells for many New Zealanders as it indicated Ardern was seeking to sell out our nation to Socialist Globalism.
In keeping with this under Ardern in New Zealand signed up to the UN Global Compact on Migration which at the time sparked concerns about the abrogation of our national sovereignty and included a section not merely to propagandise the public into accepting open boarders, but also included advocacy for censorship and ‘hate speech laws’ that framed any opposition to the UN scheme as being ‘hateful Xenophobia’… to be criminalised.
It is obvious to some Kiwis that to achieve the Socialist Globalist New world Order will require an incremental strategy that first puts in place the tyrannical tools to manipulate the public into acquiescence, minimise any possibility of public protests, and punish critics as ‘far right mongers of hate against ‘vulnerable minorities’.

In truth all the toxic Leftist doctrines about ‘Pakeha Oppression’ and ‘Colonial injustices’ not only ferments real race hate from many Maori towards Pakeha, it also prevents Maori from taking ownership of their own plight that they themselves are responsible for the high crime rates, incarcerations, poor health, etc which is the first vital step towards escaping their shocking social statistics.

“Lawyer Sidney Powell is claiming that reasonable people would not have believed her allegations of voter fraud and has moved to dismiss a lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems.
Powell, a lawyer who assisted former President Donald Trump in his efforts to overturn the Nov. 3 election results, previously claimed there was evidence that Dominion had rigged the election in favor of President Joe Biden. Powell is now claiming that “reasonable people would not,” have accepted “such statements.”
In retaliation against Powell’s claims of election rigging, Dominion slapped her with a $1.3 billion lawsuit for libel. Additionally, the city of Detroit requested that Powell be disbarred and fined over her efforts to contest the election…”
Powell’s new statements will have hit the 70 million Trump supporters like a comet!

I would like to express my grave concerns about this bill.
I believe it to be corrosive to the wellbeing and democratic health of our nation.
I believe it is an attack upon bona fide free speech and will be used to suffocate religious liberty, and therefore I oppose it.
For a healthy democracy to endure New Zealand needs to maintain an open public forum where tuff and uncomfortable discourse can be engaged without fear.
An open Forum that is not hobbled by pitiable cries of hurt feelings, not wrapped in cotton wool for the sake of precious and dainty hearts, or cut short by the whimsical taking of offence, effectively muzzling plain speech and making the public expression of certain views and opinions crimes.
Only an open forum truly represents a tolerant society.
A society that will not countenance opinions that are at variance with the Governments agenda, is the very opposite thing of tolerant.
It is a closed and oppressive society.
A free society *tolerates* dissenting opinions and understands that allowing them to circulate as part of an open forum and debate for the public to make up their own minds about is at the very heart of a healthy and free society.
The *Anti-freedom mentality* sees contrary opinions as *only bad*.
In truth… like a Black canvas allows a white picture to be more clearly seen, so too bad and weak arguments are opportunities for superior reasoning to shine.
Yet when it is the official narrative that turns out to be dull and the dissenter shines with superior proofs, this is when the Powers that be are provoked and resort to calling their opponents ‘haters’, ‘harmful’, etc to justify silencing them before the general public grasp the official narrative they are being spoon fed is not the best evaluation of the facts.

The bill states that take down notices may be issued when ‘(c) the Inspector believes, on reasonable grounds, that the online publication is objectionable’… hence the scope of Free speech in NZ will be limited to conform to what some Thought Police Official ‘believes’.
This bill is totalitarian as it leave nothing beyond it’s scope because Woke social Justice warriors literally take offence at *everything*.

All it takes to trigger the censorship powers is for someone ‘to submit a complaint.’, and for some Orwellian ‘Inspector’ from ‘the Ministry of Truth’ (Read Orwell’s 1984) to deem any utterance as ‘probably harmful to the public good’.

There could not be a more pernicious idea to justice and freedom than the rationale that speech legislation needs to be broad and open ended, and that it simply shall not be abused because the standard that shall be applied is that the agents of the State will ‘instinctually recognize hate speech when they see it’.
You could not formulate a law more open to abuse and prejudice.
Let me list a few specific examples of offensive, hateful, and bigoted ideas that shall conveniently pass through the gauntlet unhindered.
When hate and prejudice is leveled at White people, it will be condoned.
When sexism and disadvantage fall against men and boys it will be condoned.
When Doctors refuse to tow the Official line on such things as vaccines or lockdowns but dare to promote alternatives their appeals to the public will be taken down and they will be threatened into silence.
When Christians are forbidden to express their long held beliefs, this suppression will be officially sanctioned.
Not a single contempt filled Maori Radical, or Man-hating Feminist, or bitter irreligionist will be suffered to curtail their guile.
Any written complaints against these hate mongers will be summarily dismissed.
They shall enjoy their free speech, but no one else will as these are seen as the trail blazers of the New woke Socialist ‘inclusive’ Utopia.

For a healthy democracy to endure New Zealand needs to maintain an open public forum where tuff and uncomfortable discourse can be engaged without fear.
An open Forum that is not hobbled by pitiable cries of hurt feelings, not wrapped in cotton wool for the sake of precious and dainty hearts, or cut short by the whimsical taking of offence, effectively muzzling plain speech and making the public expression of certain views and opinions crimes.
Only an open forum truly represents a tolerant society.
A society that will not countenance opinions that are at variance with the Governments agenda, is the very opposite thing of Tolerance … it is a closed and oppressive society… and in my view that is what this legislation is seeking to establish… less tolerance.
It seeks to impose a world view upon a population by force because it simply cannot win over the people to voluntary acceptance in open well reasoned debate… which is the only way a healthy democracy can function.
And a Free society *tolerates* dissenting opinions and understands that allowing them to circulate as part of the Open forum and debate for the public to make up their own minds about is at the very heart of a healthy and free society.
It is part of the *Anti-freedom mentality* to see contrary opinions as *only bad*, because in truth… like a Black canvas allows a white picture painted upon it to be more clearly seen, so too bad and weak arguments are opportunities for superior Reasoning to shine.
Yet when it is the official narrative that turns out to be dull when the dissenter shines with superior proofs and reasons … this is when the Powers that be are provoked, and instead of embracing the superior rationale and changing course, they resort to calling them ‘Fake news’, haters, Harmful, etc in a bid to justify silencing them before the general public grasp that the official narrative they are being spoon fed is in fact weak and dull and not the best opinion to be derived from the facts.
The vital question is this…How can the people appreciate they have been fed propaganda if the dissenting opinions have all be censored?
They can’t… they are trapped in a spiders web.
The people pushing this bill are seeking subversive powers, and that is what makes this bill a danger to our nation.
These Ideologues relish the power to make their own opinions law and to dictate what is acceptable for the voting public to hear and to think.
There are serious and intentional ambiguities that expose the people of New Zealand to open ended and whimsical prohibitions and dangers that are starkly apparent.
This legislation is too loose.
It has no safeguards against arbitrary judgements and partisan abuses… again I say this is no accident or oversight, but intended.
This legislation does not spring from any genuine need or shortfall in current Legal protections for citizens.
It is mere pretense to claim otherwise.
The scourge of Politically Correct madness that has gripped western civilization is the underlying intent underpinning this bill.
The design is nothing short of undermining our national identity, culture, values, and the hard won freedoms and progress of the past 200 years and replace it with a narrow and hostile ideology that is at variance with National autonomy, freedom, equal rights, and limited government.
A politically correct Socialist globalist tyranny is the end game socialist ideologues are working towards for our country.

How can any ideological dictatorship seeking to control all information sell their diabolical scheme to the public without outing themselves as the enemies of free speech?
Simply by not articulating explicitly in the legislation itself the specific ideas and opinions they plan to make illegal as any overt admissions would expose their real intent, and how it shall negatively affect significant portions of the population and their commonly held ideas and values that Leftist Globalists intend to silence and criminalise.
Instead they take a far more cunning approach and promote their censorship by the use of ambiguous terms such as ‘harmful’, ‘objectionable’. ‘hateful’, ‘offensive’, ‘misinformation’, ‘fake news’, etc.
Framing their legislation with intentional ambiguity and open ended ill defined clauses… leaving the reality to become painfully apparent after the bill has become law.
Later on they will be at liberty to interpret these ambiguities any way they wish.
They seek to gain the assent of their fellow legislators via the ruse… ‘Who could possibly protest the suppression of ‘hate’ and ‘harm’?
The bill states that take down notices may be issued when ‘(c) the Inspector believes, on reasonable grounds, that the online publication is objectionable’… hence the scope of the people of New Zealand’s Free speech will be limited to conform to what some Thought Police Official ‘believes’.
This bill can easily be exposed as being totalitarian, as nothing is beyond it’s scope because Woke social Justice warriors literally take offence at *everything* and consider making Public complaints and calling for censorship a means of signaling their own virtue.
Not even Dr Seuss is safe!
These amendments are so worded that all it takes to trigger the censorship powers in this bill is for someone ‘to submit a complaint.’, and for some Orwellian ‘Inspector’ from ‘the Ministry of Truth’ (Read Orwell’s 1984) to deem any utterance as ‘probably harmful to the public good’.
I see no safeguards protecting unwelcome statements of fact from being deemed offensive and therefore ‘harmful’.
This bill will make the taking Offence a trump card negating any need to own up to any unwelcome facts or criticisms.
When people are being confronted or challenged about contentious matters, truthful counter claims can cause offence.
The fact that offence is caused is not legitimate grounds to forbid sharp opinions from being aired for public scrutiny.
Let the people hear and decide matters for themselves!
This Bill exposes all citizens at all times to the danger of being found upon the wrong side of the line based upon the most whimsical and petty of human vices… that of spineless and intolerant taking of offence.
This bill once it gets operating will intimidate the people into silent, obedient, conformity.
The self-censorship that will ensue out of fear will be the greatest controlling factor of all… esp after the State makes a few examples out of foolhardy dissidents or better still when some Kiwi Icons discover how quickly they have become public pariah’s for daring to commit the equivalent of Politically incorrect Blasphemy.
When the mighty are brought to their knees… fear will keep the rest of the people in their place.
None will dare tell an off-colour joke. They shall become crimes.
Ambiguity leaves the ‘Official’ the caprice of ignoring any truly malicious speech that is congruent with ‘politically correct prejudices and bigotry.
From knowing the mindset of those behind this bill we can anticipate how they intend their minions to apply this legislation … simply ask yourself if any statement or article would have the assent of our great leader The very embodiment of kindness in Jackboots… PM Jacinda Ardern.
If She thinks it is kind we can be certain that it is not hateful or ‘misinformation’ according to this Bill.
Politically indoctrinated operatives in office will use the legal ambiguities in this Bill in two ways… by rigorously implementing censorship and punishment’s for wrong think, and by conveniently giving a green light to officially endorsed ‘right think’.
With not a single well defined objective principle in sight that can be easily grasped and applied equally to all, censorship shall proceed on a purely arbitrary basis and fully dependent upon the bias of the ‘Politically correct’ powers that be.
There could not be a more pernicious idea to justice and freedom than the rationale that hate speech legislation needs to be broad and open ended, and that it simply shall not be abused because the standard that shall be applied is that the agents of the State will ‘instinctually recognize hate speech when they see it’.
You could not formulate a law more open to abuse and prejudice.
Let me list a few specific examples of really offensive, hateful, and bigoted ideas that shall conveniently pass through the Gauntlet set up by this bill… unhindered.
When hate and prejudice is leveled at White people, it will be condoned.
When sexism and disadvantage fall against men and boys it will be condoned.
When Doctors refuse to tow the Official line on such things as vaccines or lockdowns but dare to promote the efficacy of alternatives their appeals to the public will be taken down and they will be threatened into silence.
When Christians are forbidden to express their long held beliefs, this muzzling will be officially sanctioned.
We know this because these are the Identities and demographics who have been singled out by the Woke left for subjugation… and no complaining allowed.
Conversely not a single contempt filled Maori Radical, or Man-hating Feminist, or bitter irreligionist, or ribald trans-sexual despiser of heterosexuality will be suffered to tone down their guile.
Any Written complaints against these haters will be summarily dismissed.
They shall enjoy their Free Speech because they are the Champions, Heroes, and trail blazers of the New woke Socialist ‘inclusive’ Utopia.

Conversely any statements critical Of Treaty separatism, critical of Climate change, critical of open immigration, critical of transgender sex theory, critical of Covid 19 vaccinations, or is vocally opposed to abortion, or who simply promotes traditional Christian values… shall be deemed as hateful, harmful, offensive, misinformation, bigoted, conspiracy theory, etc… and in the jargon of this bill may be deemed as being… against the public good… and therefore outlawed, and any platforms carrying such content will be forced to remove it.
This is the end goal in mind.

All criticism, debate, and expression of opinions that do not rigorously abide by the official narrative become ‘forboden’ ‘wrong think’ and will be censored off all media formats so that such opinions cannot be discussed or disseminated amongst the voting public.
Only one narrative can be allowed… The Official narrative.
This is the death of democracy and the death of freedom and societies that function like this are definitively oppressive… not loving… not caring… not tolerant … not inclusive.
They are frightening, and suffocating, at any time a person who dares to speak their thoughts out loud could hear jackboots approaching their door… and have their lives ruined
If there ever was cause for suspicion of ill intent on the part of the framers of this legislation it surely must be in the clauses that create indemnity for officials from being held accountable for any injustices found to have been incurred by innocent parties wrongfully censored or punished.
‘No action to lie against Officials’… So no accountability or consequences for abuse of power!
There are no safeguards for Free speech against Official caprice.
Should this Bill not be scrapped as it ought to be, one amendment that ought to be considered to safeguard free speech from abuse of power would be reverse these indemnity clauses to in fact make any misuse and abuses by Government officials personally liable, and emphatically grant citizens the express right to redress and compensation.
