The contrast could not be more stark between Martin Luther Kings dream and the ambitions of co-leader of the far left racist radical Maori Party… Debbie Ngarewa Packer.
Packer recently endorsed and promoted a malicious public petition that extorted Synlait Dairy Company into wrongfully sacking their then employee Lee Williams because he critisised the He Puapua report and the Maori Party on his Youtube channel ‘Cross the Rubicon’.

Lee Williams has now filed a personal grievance case against Synlait for wrongful dismissal, Packer however is yet to face any censure for her abuse of Office from her colleagues in parliament in regards to her involvement in such an illegal activity that bodes ill for workers rights to Free Speech in New Zealand.
This failure on the part of New Zealand’s parliament and the police to bring Packer and those involved to justice speaks volumes about corruption and cowardice in high places.
She is getting away with behavior that goes far beyond mere bullying to the extortion of a business and the destruction of a man’s life simply because she did not approve of him publicly expressing his personal beliefs.

Members of Parliament have to accept that some citizens will disagree and critisise them!
That is part of a Free Society… They have the right to do so.
That she instead decided to support his ruin speaks volumes about her respect for freedom and democracy!
She expects to enjoy immunity from critisism!

She is getting away Scot free because parliament today is peopled with spineless unprincipled weasels more interested in their own comforts than in standing up against a nasty Racist Radical in their very midst!
Had a Pakeha MP been involved in such activities against a Maori citizen exercising their rights to free speech all hell would have broken loose!
Yet because the perpetrator of this blatantly bigoted abuse of power is a member of the favoured race against whom it is virtually a crime to criticize… and that the victim of her abuse is a loud mouth White man ‘who does not know his place’… Parliament sits in silence!
The systemic racism that demonizes anyone who talks about the systemic Racism as being racist is why this Evil has been allowed to flourish and take over the levers of power.
We see this in what has happened to Lee Williams being labeled ‘a white supremacist’ and We see this in how the Far left radicals slander Judith Collins and David Seymour.
I have to ask why these two Party Leaders have not called Packer to account in parliament?
We already know that Seymour has a personal dislike for Lee Williams that he is allowing to corrupt his getting involved on his behalf.

Some may wonder where were Ardern’s ‘Hate Police’?… you know… paying visits to the hateful radicals and racists, questioning those involved in the Deplatforming of Lee Williams?
No. The Police have only a brief to harass ‘White Politically incorrect Extremists’…individuals who dare to run their own you tube channels keeping within Lawful bounds.
Hate on the Far left gets a free pass.

Interestingly Lee Williams, Vinny Eastwood and Co who suffered deplatforming were not obsessed … in fact not even interested about getting anyone deplatformed.
They didn’t rally people to harass, and extort, and to cancel others.
For Haters they sure were amateur’s!
That’s what the Real Racist hateful radicals in New Zealand do all day long, yet as they are all on the far Left they have enjoyed political immunity… just as Black Lives Matter and Antifa do in the US.
The duplicity in all this is rank!
This is the sorry state… the gross inequity of how the powers that be function in New Zealand!

Martin Luther King fought for unity and racal equality before the law, The Maori Party and co fights for separatism and racial inequality before the Law aided and abetted by Far Left Radicals like Jacinda Ardern and the Greens.

Today’s post will highlight the sort of radicalism and hate these politicians propagate in the cotton-wool minds of ignorant youths and others… the Useful idiots and foot-soldiers doing much of the dirty work who look up to these contemptible Charlitans as exemplars.

As a Libertarian free speech is something I feel very strongly about.
In being moved by my conscience into writing about the string of Kiwi Youtubers and radio show hosts who have been deplatformed this year I must say has been very unpleasant and I would prefer to have nothing to do with it.
Unfortunately that is not possible given the people I am going to write about today have been involved in malicious and hateful activities, attacking and undermining New Zealand citizens lawful and rightful free speech, and destroying peoples lives.
This must be stopped, and these people need to be exposed, and held to account.

The Twitter screenshots above are a tiny fraction of evidence that could be presented exposing a dozen or more Leftist activists involved in prolific and ongoing deplatorming attacks against the free speech of other New Zealanders.
The actual scale of the problem is undoubtedly far wider than that!
The seriousness of this with respect to Free discourse and it’s implication for New Zealand democracy should it continue unchecked is difficult to exaggerate.
Something must be done about it.

It would be relatively easy for some counter revolutionary group not constrained by morality to simply serve this nasty gang with ‘Utu’… Reciprocity… ie render unto them in kind as they have been doing unto others… and boasting about it.
These haters are as exposed as their victims were and vulnerable to being doxed, having their employers harassed and extorted for the sake of getting them fired, Public Petitions could be run calling them Hateful Racists, Far Left Extremists, etc.
Their YouTube channels could be systematically trawled for any ‘vulnerabilities’… statements that might be construed as being Racist, threatening, hateful, etc and then attacked via mass ‘reporting’ to Youtube via their automated Moderation systems.
Their Paypal accounts which they have published online soliciting donations could also be shut down by complaints to Paypal, etc esp given they are using their accounts to promote hate, racial intolerance, etc.

All these things and more could be done… justifiably so…. by anyone who was prepared to stoop to such methods… as these are the things these Far Left extremists and racist Radicals have been doing to many people over the last several months… and longer.

These nasty haters actually endorse this vile behaviour as legitimate political activity… they exclaim ‘Deplatforming Works’… and revel in cancelling others.

All these things being so, should they themselves become targets for deplatforming these people would have absolutely no right to complain about it… and yet they would howl like stuck pigs!

Having received a small measure of ‘Backlash’ for what they have been doing they have already began to cry about suffering ‘Hate’ from ‘The Far Right’, never admitting to themselves that they are only reaping a tiny fraction of what they themselves have sown!
They attacked first.
It never occurs to them that what they have been doing is evidence of their own hateful Racism and extremism!
They could never contemplate such a possibility.
Not only are they consumed with malice, these people are professional grievers.
Just as in their deluded minds Maori are over represented in prisons because of ‘institutionalised racism’ and ‘Police profiling’ rather than the because Maori themselves commit more crimes than any other demographic… by a country mile… so too when ever they receive ‘push back’ for their malicious extortion, slander, and deplatforming operation they make out they are suffering ‘Far right abuse’ rather than reaping Karma for their own flagrant misdeeds.

This is how these deranged racists operate.
Falsely claiming to be the perpetual victims of injustice and race hate is how they justify their own hateful deeds against Pakeha.

Everything about their politics and methods are repugnant to me.

I myself would never stoop so low as to mimic these haters!
Their actions and racist mindset brings shame upon Maoridom.
Politics is a branch of ethics, and how individuals, activists, and politicians carry themselves in stormy times is a reflection of their own character, psyche, values, and ideals.
Socialist Ideology is full of toxic ideas that corrupt the soul.
They practice the belief that ‘the end justifies the means’ and as they have no higher scruples to restrain them, literally nothing is unconscionable or beyond the pale for socialist radicals seeking to achieve their selfish goals.
They leave pain, chaos, and destruction in their wake.
They seek to reverse social progress… the march towards more Freedom and Self Reliance, and regress backwards into Tyranny and Tribal slavery.

They are the very embodiment of hypocrisy… as they pretend they are noble and selfless, and yet they are driven by the most base of selfish human emotions.
They are motivated by vanity.
They seek to destroy those they envy.
A big part of why the likes of Marc Daalder and Byron C Clark attacked Lee Williams and Vinny Eastwood’s you tube channels is because they enjoyed far bigger followings than they do themselves!
And being incapable of beating these Youtubers by dint of their own content, they resort to dirty deeds to destroy them.

These Leftists are pathetic.
If they were respectful of Free Speech, I would simply ignore their existence, yet because they are so consumed with hate that they now engage in anti-freedom,, anti-democratic practices, they must be stopped.
And yet this cannot be achieved by employing the same disgusting tactics they employ.

I choose to walk the higher path.

I shall fight them via more honorable and civilised means… via free speech.
I will expose them with the truth of their own actions, and having been exposed I hope that people in a position to do something about it… members of parliament, or lawyers, or journalists, using whatever legitimate means are available will stop this extortion racket that is attacking Free Speech in New Zealand, and serve up some justice!

This vile practice of deplatforming and extortion must be put down.
Perhaps some sort of legislation needs to be forthcoming to protect Free speech on line from the sort of hateful collusion these people have been engaging in that abuses Internet moderation systems to silence lawful legitimate free speech.

What I am suggesting is the very opposite thing that is being proposed and implemented by the Arden Regime with respect to laws governing the internet.
Comrade Ardern seeks to use the Law to restrict rights, and curtail Free Speech.
What I am suggesting is using the Law to uphold legitimate rights, and protect free speech.

Today I am about to talk about Phil’s equally unpleasant opposite… a far left extremist racist… one Anna McAllister.
She is as equally disturbed As Phil Arps, and just as committed to racism and bigotry and hate as he.
She is a hater of White people… Pakeha… and she harbors a deep malevolence towards them which she was spoon fed at University. She was taught to hate by being indoctrinated in Anti-colonisation propaganda and radical historic revisionism.

It is no exaggeration to say that her hatred manifests itself in Satanic cruel ways.
She enjoys destroying peoples lives and revels in their pain.
Truly Savage.

All the information I am sharing today about Anna McAlister and associates is in the public domain, publicly shared by these Radicals themselves, and others so no nefarious means were used in obtaining this material, the primary sources being social media.

Anna is one very nasty piece of work. She takes pleasure in the pain of others… specifically in the pain of Pakeha… white people.

I had the misfortune of entering ‘Anna’s World’ having been encouraged to “Go take a look for yourself on Twitter at how Anna and her posse of far left deplatformers were gloating about what they had done to Lee Williams”… taking perverse pleasure in the misery and destruction they were instrumental in bringing upon him.
What I found on Anna’s Twitter stream was almost unbelievable if I were not seeing it with my own eyes.
Her Twitter page is a mad house, and literally seethes with malice towards White people.
It also displays many other traits of a psychologically unbalanced mind.
I shall do my best to refrain from discussing much of her personal revelations that I find alarming because it has no relevance to the business at hand, It behooves me to mention a couple of distasteful things I would prefer to avoid except that they are relevant to this conversation and understanding how her mind ticks.

Lets inquire into how Far Left Racist Maori radicals like Anna have proliferated in New Zealand.
Anna serves as an exemplar and an education into Far Left Maori Radicalism.
It’s impossible to cover every attribute Anna embodies of Maori radicalism, yet hopefully by the time I have finished this post it will be clear as to why writing this was unpleasant for me, and why it is that I pity rather than hate Anna for what she has become, and what she has been doing.

Back in 2013 I wrote a Blogpost called ‘WHERE HATERS COME FROM.’

In this post I talked about how some children grow up to become hateful and dangerous radicals from their home environment… taught to hate by their hateful elders… this is an inter-generational perpetuation of hateful ideas and prejudices.
I focused on some examples of Islamic Extremist Terrorism, and show that the same process involved in raising an Islamic Terrorist is often involved in raising Hateful Racist Maori Radicals like Hone Harawera.
Hone sat at the feet of his infamous Maori Radical and activist mother Titewhai Harawera, and imbibed her undiluted racist contempt for Pakeha straight from the spring.
How then can anyone be surprised that she raised a little racist radical whose mind she filled with her own twisted thoughts and emotions?
Hate breeds hate, and by sowing hate into the hearts of their children, these parents perpetuate hate into the future, and poison the minds of their own children, turning them into hateful bigots…little carbon copies of themselves.
Hone had not experienced any oppression at the hands of ‘evil Pakeha’.
He therefore had to be trained to hate.

Did Anna McAllister have a similar upbringing as Hone?
I don’t know… it is possible… and yet in New Zealand today it not necessary to have had such an upbringing to explain how young people like Anna can become radicalised.
It is sufficient to explain her hateful racism by looking at how prolific and accepted the toxic ideas that underpin Maori radicalism have become over the past 50 years, and how they have been assimilated into the National education system, and official narratives underpinning the Treaty Settlement racket, and modern fabrication of ‘Treaty partnership’.

Many people today have been fooled into thinking the Maori Separatist movement grew up from long remembered injustices committed by ‘Greedy invading White people’, and therefore represents a legitimate struggle for restitution.
That is pure ‘Fake news’… old school style communist propaganda.

The modern ‘Maori Sovereignty movement’ sprung up via Far Left Communist subversion founded upon ‘Anti British Imperialist’s’ doctrines designed to ‘Divide and conquer’ nations all over the globe for Communism.
Communists looking to spread their ideology were well versed in which demographics were most easily converted to their way of thinking.
Contentious events in New Zealand’s past were ‘Taylor made’ for sowing racial discord, and creating social unrest… vital ingredients for a Communist takeover.
Maori became the targets for this Leftist subversion which first required them to be radicalised into militant activists.
They needed to be taught to hate and claim to be the victims of British imperialism.
The Left have utilised this basic strategy ever since.
It has served them well.
They have almost brought our Nation to it’s knees, and nothing symbolises this more succinctly that having Far Left Tyrant Jacinda Adern at the helm.

Further research has vindicated my suspicions…

Anna says she spent 6 years at University … “The time I spent studying was vital in my hīkoi of reclaiming Māori knowledge, lost through intergenerational colonisation. For many Māori, university can be the first opportunity they’re given to deeply and critically understand this country and its troubled history. It is a shameful fact that most of us finish our public education with little to no awareness of the history of colonisation in Aotearoa and the impact it continues to have on Māori.” from here

The angry brown woman: My issue with art schools

Anna McAlister’s Radicalisation and hatred towards Pakeha was manufactured in State University!
Though her pathway to Radical race hatred differed slightly from that of Hone Harawerea, fundamentally it was the same.
Like Hone, Anna has not personally experienced any Real oppression at the hands of ‘evil Pakeha’.
She too had to be trained to hate via mythical tales of the past…. fabrications of the Far left.
The only difference being Hone learned to hate Pakeha from his mother while Anna was radicalised at State University.
She is representative of the vile lies and indoctrination going on there!
Our Universities are factories for the mass production of Leftist radicals!
This has been known for a long time and yet is hardly ever talked about.
This is why Treaty separatism has become an overwhelming scourge in our land.

One of the most dangerous powers that foolish nations grant to their governments is control of the education of their children.
This is a standard practice in Totalitarian States whereby the youth are conditioned to think the way those in power want them to think.
The late great Herbert Spencer warned what would happen should free nations allow their governments to usurp control of Education.
What is really bonkers is that so many New Zealanders don’t appreciate how politically corrupt our own education system has become.

And WHY MANDATORY STATE EDUCATION?

That Anna studied at Massey University should also give those in the know an ‘ahhhh’ moment!
Massey is the epicenter of Far left Woke radicalism in New Zealand academia!
I have mentioned this in previous blogposts… parents be warned… send your children there at their peril!
They are highly likely to return unto you politically Radicalised and mentally lobomised.

Leftist Racist State radicalisation, political indoctrination and the race-hatred it fosters within Maori towards Pakeha is demonstrated in the ‘Educated’ character of Anna McAllister and others just like her.
It has it’s parallels in Nazi Germany when the German state propagandised that the Jews were also greedy foreign invaders that were responsible for ‘indigenous Germans’ poverty and woe.

None of these facts are openly discussed these days in respect to far left radicalisation.
These are the dirty secrets that underpin the Politics of Jacinda Ardern, The Greens, and The Maori Party.

I could write a book on this subject and still not do full justice to the truthfulness of what I have here declared. We don’t have time, or space for that. I must however point out just one more characteristics Anna displays that betrays the toxic falsehoods she has been taught to harbour in her heart.
I must address her affinity to Satanism.

Anna’s musings about Satanism has relevance to her ideas that underpin her hatred towards Pakeha.
Her Satanic attitude towards Christianity may be understood as a facet of her indoctrinated Racism and skewed views about New Zealand’s Colonial past.
She see’s Christianity as an Evil Ideology that lulled Maori into a stupor that rendered them passive and prepared the way for the take over of their land.
This is a complete fabrication and outrageous slander against some of the greatest human beings every to grace these shores.
The Church Missionary Society was instrumental in the abolition of Slavery in the British Empire and it was this very same Humanitarian Society that sent missionaries to New Zealand to bring the light of the Gospel to Maori.
They left the comforts of Civilisation at the hazard of their own lives to teach Maori about Jesus Christ so that they might be saved from the darkness of Superstition, Cannibalism, Endless Tribal warfare and subsistence living.

These are irrefutable recorded facts!
The mana of many missionaries was unquestionable in the eyes of Contemporary Chiefs of the highest rank!

Anna’s Education would mention none of this.
Leftist Subversives seeking to turn Maori into thorns in the side of Capitalist New Zealand has no use for such truths!
They must twist and deform everything to render their subject absolutely and fanatically committed to the Far Left Revolution.

It must be understood that the Far left is fundamentally Anti-Christian.
Marx claimed his Politics were foundered upon ‘Scientific Materialism’… Atheism, and that ‘Religion is the opiate of the Masses’.
The implementation of his ideas have resulted in mass genocides in the 20th century on never before seen scales where Far Left communists attempted to stamp out Religion.
This is still going on in Communist Nations today such as China and North Korea.
Communism cannot tolerate belief systems that teach the plebs there exists higher authority than the State.
This murderous hatred for Religion and for ‘British Imperialism’ has been deployed to paint the Missionaries who came to New Zealand as Deceivers and Devils, who via cunning softened up the Naïve Maori population into allowing Colonisation to take place.
This is nothing short of a Satanic Lie!
This vile mischaracterisation of the heroic humanitarian missionaries can only be entertained by extreme ignorance.
Anna’s Satanism is a hallmark of a person who has had their minds poisoned towards Christianity to turn her into what she has now become… a Racist Far left radical.

When considering how a young Maori girl has become so radicalised and filled with such hatred as is on open display with Anna McAllister we might ask from where does she take her political cues?
Who are her mentors?
This is important.

We do not have to look any further than the Racist hate filled radicals of the Far left Maori Party.
These racist radicals not only preach race hate against Pakeha for imagined wrongs committed 150 years ago, they virtually endorse every single Far Left Radical idea such as Global Warming, Transgender indoctrination, Support for Hamas Terrorism against Israel,etc.
Virtually all of the supposed racist crimes of colonisation that such separatists framed as ‘breaches of the treaty’ are pure fictions, and again only hold currency in an environment of ignorance about the true history of the colonisation of New Zealand.
Yet even if they were true that cannot justify the Race-hatred harboured by the likes of Maori Party MP and Co-leader Debbie Ngarewa-Packer against Pakeha living today who had nothing to do with colonisation and they themselves are as ‘Tangatawhenua’ as any Maori… ie People of the land… Born here… and their ancestors are buried here, and they have even intermarried and become genetically entwined with Maori themselves!

These are Facts.

There is not a single Maori radical today who does not share some of the colonizer genes… including Anna McAllister and Debbie Packer!
That is how big a scam this whole ‘Treaty separatism’ is because physically there is no legitimate racial division!
Reality exposes the political lie.

While the gullible, and Naeve, and indoctrinated radicals like Anna McAlister look up to the Maori Party Bigots, hapily many many more Maori refuse to associate themselves with the racist Radicals of the Separatist movement.
The Maori Population is estimated at 850,500 or 16% of all New Zealanders.
In 2020 the Maori party gained less than 2% of the party vote which demonstrates that The Maori Party in no way can be construed to represent Maori.
A little bit of research also shows that despite 5 decades on intense Left wing propaganda almost half of all Maori still chose not to even be on the Maori Electoral roll!
That is a testament of courageous moral fortitude and common sence!
Instead… turning their backs on Racist separatism they are registered on the General Roll standing side by side as equals with the rest of New Zealand.
Ask yourselves why is it that *this truth* is not being taught by the State to Maori?
It’s like the State wants to maintain the lie that to be a Maori, you must support political apartheid.
When you appreciate just how small a support base the Maori Party has it just goes to show how much bluster and grand standing they are engaged in falsely portraying themselves as the Voice of Maoridom.
Esp in this they are provable Frauds.

And this brings me to my final point… the absolute hypocrisy of Anna in what she has been doing.

Here we see Anna being extremely angry that a Herald reporter tried to contact her at work.
She exclaims how most of her work colleagues don’t know ‘the full extent’ of her activism.
And tries to say that her political activities have *nothing to do with her day job*!!!!
She said that simply by asking to speak with her at her place of work *was a huge breach of her privacy*!!!!!

Now think about this in respect to what she and her gang of leftists did to Lee Williams and his day job!
They created a Public Petition that threatened his employers Synlait Dairy Company’s reputation by insinuating they support White supremacy!
Now considering what Anna tweeted about her own privacy and separation between her own activism from her employment… where were her considerations for Lee Williams on these accounts?
Simply put… she does not give a shit about them!
Her admission here does reveal she is fully cognizant that her own actions in attacking peoples jobs and livelihoods are immoral and yet she not only is a serial offender, she openly celebrates the misery she causes!
This group of hateful abusers of Free Speech must be stopped.
Blackmail and extortion are crimes, It is my hope that some legal expert can see what is going on here and bring charges against these people for their malicious activities.
For the sake of Free Speech New Zealanders must Rally and demand justice for Lee Williams.

I am appalled by the malicious attacks Anna McAllister and co have perpetrated against other New Zealanders, esp how far they have gone to destroy Lee Williams life.
Their absolute disregard for Democratic principles, esp Free Speech caused me to stand up in defense of Lee Williams and commit myself to seeing these haters brought to heel.
Their activities and behavior cannot be tolerated in a Free Society.
They are tramping upon the rights of others.
I can appreciate that people like Lee Williams have just reason enough to hate them… and yet I cannot bring myself to hate them.
Because of all the monumental lies that abound today I can only I pity them having become ensnared in the grand delusions and lies of Far Left wing Propaganda.
In truth my heart is filled with sadness that part-Maori like Anna have been taught to habour racism in their hearts, and taught to hate Christianity.
I have no doubt that Anna will consider me her enemy… if only she could know my love for the Maori People and for All New Zealanders, and that like the Missionaries of old… I want to use my life to bring light and liberty to those in darkness.
Jesus Himself said “And ye shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you Free”.

Deplatforming is a truly despicable act that not only silences citizens exercising their legitimate democratic rights, but often also involves slander and extortion of third parties… threats to business reputations and results in the devastation of peoples lives.

The date of this Twitter post correlates perfectly with the deplatforming of Kiwi Vinny Eastwood from Youtube. Vinny’s channel boasted more subscribers than any mainstream NZ media outlet.
Now it’s gone. In January this year Daalder labeled Vinny ‘Far Right’.

This Blogpost is the first in the series I am writing to expose an active Far Left extremist deplatforming gang that has been attacking New Zealand political commentators on radio, and on You Tube. This operation has been coined ‘The Great Deplatforming of Matariki 2021’ by the Racist Radicals and Alt Leftists committing these abuses.
I will be focusing today on the activities and ideas of one of New Zealand’s most malicious peddlers of Far Left Extremism and misinformation.
Newsroom’s Propagandist Marc Daalder.
My next Blog will zero in on Daalders ideological followers and fellow deplatformers… a nasty bunch of Racist radicals and far left nut jobs who have been engaged in despicable deeds.

Attacks on free speech via cancel culture, deplatforming, esp on the internet have reached frightening Levels both here in New Zealand and globally to the degree that they threaten Democracy!
These Attacks come from one direction… the Far Left, with the Woke Technocrats controlling the internet the Left have been blatantly stacking the deck in favour of their own political prejudices, and acting as the chief arbiters of what may or may not be expressed on line.
This exposes the voting public to heavy political bias.

This corruption of the public square is very much welcomed and encouraged by globalist socialist parties and politicians all working to overthrow capitalism, and traditional Christian values upon which Western civilisation is founded.
Socialists despise individual rights and liberties that set limits to government power.
As a result of the ascendency of Leftist ideology Western nations have become a mere shadow of what they once were.
Freedom and independence are in retreat as Leftist Socialism spreads like a cancerous growth… mostly via the tyrannical control of the flow of Information.
Leftist propaganda and Toxic doctrines infect minds en Masse creating hysteria and Psychotic outrage.
The hate, the racism, the sexism generated by the Woke Left is very real and extreme, and yet it is all cloaked in the fake garb of ‘social justice’, and ‘saving the planet’… fake virtue and fake virtue signaling.

One of the greatest political scams being foisted upon western populations today by the Far Left via mass propaganda campaigns and mis-information is that Western Societies are in grave danger from ‘Far Right Extremism’ and that this threat justifies heavy censorship, deplatforming, of political commentators the left themselves deem to be far right exponents, and also is being used to justify the criminalization of opinions and speech that does not conform with leftist ideals.
This is the real hidden reason why there is a push across Western societies for new hate speech legislations and censorship powers… it has zero to do with humanitarianism, and everything to do with seizing absolute power and the establish a New World Order.

Wolf in Sheep’s clothing, Jacinda Ardern has proven to be the most opaque and devious PM in the history of New Zealand, most of the time keeping her ultimate ambitions as closely guarded secrets because her Far Left ideals are in sharp variance with mainstream New Zealand’s hopes and aspirations, which is why she must veil her activities, and implement her agenda with the least public discourse as possible.

Ardern exposed her true colours in a Pro-Globalist speech she made at the UN in 2019 when she rebuked calls made by Trump for ‘More Nationalism’.
Trump had called world leaders to focus on problems at home as that is where their primary loyalty ought to be.
Ardern exclaimed…”Experiences in recent years should lead us to all question whether any of us ever truly operate in isolation anymore.”, and “Our globalised, borderless world asks us to be guardians not just for our people, but for all people.”

This speech rang alarm bells for many New Zealanders as it indicated Ardern was seeking to sell out our nation to Socialist Globalism.

In keeping with this under Ardern in New Zealand signed up to the UN Global Compact on Migration which at the time sparked concerns about the abrogation of our national sovereignty and included a section not merely to propagandise the public into accepting open boarders, but also included advocacy for censorship and ‘hate speech laws’ that framed any opposition to the UN scheme as being ‘hateful Xenophobia’… to be criminalised.
It is obvious to some Kiwis that to achieve the Socialist Globalist New world Order will require an incremental strategy that first puts in place the tyrannical tools to manipulate the public into acquiescence, minimise any possibility of public protests, and punish critics as ‘far right mongers of hate against ‘vulnerable minorities’.

This is the game plan the Machiavellian Globalists are implementing with precision, and it just so happens that all this grand scheming by our Woke Globalist PM did not escape the attention of several Kiwi based Independent Youtubers who began to make you tube videos in which they expressed their opinions about what they believed was going on.
They are not Racists. They are not Far Right, but conservatives.
They are seeking Racial Equality before the Law. not systemic entrenched racism… its the leftists like Ardern who advocate for that!

One was the ordinary working bloke Lee Williams, who some of you will know was the target of the hateful and malicious campaign by the nasty far left radicals which are the central topic of this blogpost.
Not only intent on getting him deplatformed from You tube, these Sociopaths also set about to destroy his life. Another You tuber who made videos highly critical of Jacinda Ardern was a guy called Damien De Ment.
By making videos critical of the Far Left Socialist Agenda these two guy became the focus of Far Left hatred, and were then targeted for slander and deplatforming.

Daalder is an Igor-like minion and worshipper of our own personification of Woke-Evil the ‘Free Hugs’ ‘Rush through oppressive Legislation’ Prime minister Jacinda Ardern.

We shall see that Mark Daalder was on the hunt for targets to become the focus of his Radical Left vehemence when at some point Lee Williams and Damien De Ment came to his attention, possibly when they both spoke at an anti-lockdown protest in Auckland.

Having discovered they had expressed criticism of the UN Global Compact for Migration on their You tube channels was all Marc needed for his purposes.
Marc knew this could be used as propaganda to frame them as ‘Far Right extremists’ and he set about to sell this narrative to the New Zealand public.

In an article written in September 2020, Daalder would label both Lee Williams and Damien De Ment ‘Far Right Speakers’.
The protest was peaceful and aptly named ‘The Liberty March’, and organised to voice legitimate concerns about how the Ardern government had acted in an oppressive manner in her handling of the Covid 19 pandemic.

Marc Daalder’s Noowsroom article (Far-right speakers featured at anti-lockdown march Sept15 2020) is a textbook piece of Left wing propaganda designed to discredit public protests against Left Wing Socialist Prime minister Jacinda Ardern by associating the protest with the Boogie man of ‘Far Right Extremism’.

When investigating what sort of ‘reporter’ Marc Daalder is we do not find an objective thinker applying high journalistic integrity. No.
Marc is not hogtied by pesky and antiquated ethics of Journalism.
We find a Far left Radical, a Propagandist and Spin Doctor for Leftist Globalism, a schemer, and peddler of misinformation.

The above screenshot is from Daalders Twitter profile descripting himself as ‘Senior Political Reporter at Newsroom NZ covering Covid-19, Climate Change, far-right extremism and misinformation, tech and energy.
That is basically a bullet point checklist for a textbook Far Left Wing Propagandist, and subsequent analysis of his published articles confirms this in spades.
Any Newspaper, or media outlet that was seeking to build a reputation for quality Journalism with high integrity looking to employ reporters capable of producing objective and well balanced accounts of newsworthy events… Marc Daalder would not qualify let alone be ‘Senior Reporter’. It would be impossible for him to present ‘the other side’ of any story with fairness.

Note how he self identifies as a reporter on ‘Far Right Extremism and Miss-information’.
His political prejudice could not be more overt, and the inference to be drawn here is that manufacturing Leftist counter-propaganda is his specialty.
Seeing the world through his glasses automatically means labeling any criticism of leftist ideology as ‘Far right miss-information’.
The skew on reality is that when you are seeking to ‘normalise’ far left extremism, you must sell the lie that mere Conservatism now occupies ‘Far Right’.

Lefties like Daalder think the best way to mount a counter-offensive is not to employ sound arguments, but to slander their character, then insinuate they are dangerous and ought to be censored and deplatformed.

Marc retweeted a whole series of graphs that demonstrated to fellow radicals the efficacy of deplatforming in reducing the reach cancelled Youtubers.

The question I ask is who at Newsroom is ‘Senior Political Reporter for ***Left Wing Extremism and Misinformation***???
Nobody.
They probably don’t believe Far left extremism even exists.
What about the serious dangers posed by Maori Radicalism?
Who at Newsroom is investigating and reporting on this well known variant of Racist Extremism?
What about Green extremists?

Anyone remember the would-be Terrorist cell Tame Iti and the Radical Greens running around in the Urewera’s training for Terrorist attacks?
What were *their beliefs and ambitions*?
And are these same ideas being promoted today?
If so by whom?

Such ‘Activist Journalism’ practiced by Daalder is straight out of the Woke Far Left handbook… so too is bragging about it, otherwise known as ‘Virtue signaling.

He sees himself as being a bit like an armchair superman fighting super villain’s, though his target Lee Williams was not actually a criminal, and not actually doing anything wrong, but was simply guilty of having his own contrary opinions which he shared from his soapbox on Youtube… you know… exercising his democratic rights to free speech!

What part if any did Marc Daalder’s minions play in the Deplatforming of John Banks from Magic Talk Radio show, that ultimately also claimed Sean Plunket I have no evidence, and yet we can clearly See Daalder is making a point of slandering Talk back host Peter William’s.
Daalder obviously would twitter his joy should we loose yet another commentator with the courage to question the activities of the Ardern regime.
While this gang of Extortionists are at work there is every possibility that Peter Williams will some time be deplatformed.
Daalder already accuses Peter of granting a platform to ‘Anti-Vaxxers’ when all Williams was doing was informing the public about how dodgy Jacinda Arden’s Roll out of the Covid vaccination was! Lawyer Sue Grey took the Ardern regime to court for breaking the Health act… and won! Everybody knows the Terrorist Brenton Tarrant was not even a New Zealander!

In truth all the toxic Leftist doctrines about ‘Pakeha Oppression’ and ‘Colonial injustices’ not only ferments real race hate from many Maori towards Pakeha, it also prevents Maori from taking ownership of their own plight that they themselves are responsible for the high crime rates, incarcerations, poor health, etc which is the first vital step towards escaping their shocking social statistics.

So much more could be said about Daalders warped political perspectives.
Part 2 will expose several of the truly malicious and disturbed Leftist radicals who extorted Synlait Dairy company, costing Lee Williams his Job, and much more.
Hopefully by the end of it just how despicable the practice of deplatforming is will be apparent to all.

I believe this business demonstrates the need for Anti-discrimination protections to render this sort of deplatforming operation and extortion racket Illegal.
It is so dangerous to the right to free speech.

Having written this blogpost, I know I will become the focus of these nasty radicals… because that is how they roll.
This is not a task I take any pleasure in.
They will probably start plotting my downfall.

Was I dreaming… or did the New Zealand Act Party just completed a National tour boldly announcing they were making Free Speech one of their main election platforms this election cycle?

Did David Seymour really mean it when he said that Act was New Zealand’s Free Speech Party?

Free Speech in New Zealand has been under serious attack in recent times, especially under the tyranny of radical Leftist Socialist Jacinda Ardern.
Not only did she release the Thought Police in the wake of the Christchurch Terrorist attack, she and her emasculated sidekick Andrew Little have drafted new ‘Hate Speech Legislation’ which they intend incrementally enacting as opportunity arises.

The latest being the ‘Films, Videos, and Publications Classification (Urgent Interim Classification Of Publications And Prevention of Online Harm) Amendment Bill’.

Ardern has trotted the Globe promoting government control and censorship of the internet with her ‘Christchurch call’.

Her serpentine Deputy PM Winston Peters signed New Zealand up the the Global Compact on migration which contains injunctions not only to ‘sell’ mass immigration to docile populations, but also to censor and criminalise critics and protesters who oppose this globalist agenda.

New Zealand has seen international high profile Non-woke (and white) personalities and speakers de-platformed, and some of our own have also been forbidden to speak… most notably Ex PM Don Brash was forbidden to deliver a speech at Massey University because the Vice Chancellor Jan Thomas considered Brash’s opposition to Waitangi Treaty separatism, and Race based electoral system as being ‘Racist’.

Stale Pale Males promoting racial equality before the law not welcome!

Massey University has become a cesspool of Radical leftist Wokery… parents be warned sending your impressionable young there!
They are highly likely to return to you lobotomised, radicalised, lost and gender-confused.

The rise of Leftist intolerance to Free speech and open dialogue in New Zealand mirrors a global militancy and oppressive ideological tactic coming from the Radical left, and it is in response to this threat to our democracy that I and several other Independent thinkers contributed to a book called ‘Free Speech Under Attack’ (Tross Publishing) which looked at the various ways Free Speech was being undermined and censored in Woke New Zealand, and it was for the same reasons that David Seymour’s Act Party decided to make Free Speech a Party Election platform.
In Britain we have seen Street Preachers being arrested for sharing their Christian Faith.
In Canada Police have used ‘Covid 19’ restrictions to Jail several pastors because they insisted on Preaching to their flocks on Sundays in peaceful civil disobedience.

It was also at this time that Don Brash and some of his colleagues formed ‘The Free Speech Coalition’ to take on the ‘Cancel Culture’ and heavy political prejudices that were on display by Woke folk in high Aotearoaian places.
The Coalition recently rebranded themselves as ‘The Free Speech Union’, and yet recent events have dampened my hope that finally New Zealand had a lobby Group, and a political party that were going to stand up for Free speech in New Zealand… esp for the ‘little people who are so easily trampled underfoot these days by rampant workery!

Much to my sorrow… it appears as if both the Act Party and the Free Speech Union are as useless as Tits on a Bull!

It pains me to say this because I have had such high hopes which are being dashed because of their failure to Rally for what I see as the greatest attack on Free Speech in New Zealand since Ardern released the flying monkeys to threatening Social media users following the Christchurch Terror attack!

The case is pivotal to free speech in New Zealand, to the degree that if nothing is done to get justice for the victim of this vicious violation of his rights, this bodes Deathly ill for the rights of all of us… esp those of us who are critical of the powers that be!
This case is absolutely central to our democracy, and the perpetrators of this great injustice… and there are many of them… rollic and gloat upon their success on destroying a mans life… and silencing one of their vocal opponents.

What they have done to this Good man, they intend doing to more people just like him… Vocal independent Kiwis with no means of defending themselves from this malicious and hateful Mob activity.

Don Brash had enough powerful friends and ‘public capital’/ celebrity status not to be absolutely decimated by the Maori Party, and their Woke white collaborators.
The man I am talking about has suffered a complete wipe out… and yet not a Peep has been herd… not even a murmur in his defense from Act or the Free Speech Union!

Why?

let me recount what evils have been at work, and what has befallen one of New Zealand’s Rare Brave Independent Social Media commentators… and why our Country should be alarmed!

Over the past month South Island based Independent Citizen Journalist and You Tube Commentator Lee Williams has been systematically attacked by Maori Party activists… these attacks being fully supported by Maori Party MPs, which has resulted in his wrongful dismissal from Synlait Dairy Company, Him being robbed by ‘Go Fund Me’ crowd fund raising site of thousands of Dollars that were willingly donated by friends and supporters to help him. He has suffered further injustice and bigotry from Westpac who shut down a personal Bank account he had with them, and ultimately now he has lost his You Tube Channel with near 16 000 followers.

Lee’s ‘crimes’ were for daring to critisise Maori Party politics and the He Pua pua Report that seeks to surrender the nation to Maori under the pretense of ‘honouring’ the UN declaration of Indigenous rights’, and for making Spoof/Satire videos mocking Maori Party MP Rawiri Waititi… who…we are supposed to believe that because he is *a Maori*… that this renders him somehow morally beyond being humorously caricaturised… almost like Mohammed… a Politically incorrect crime!

We apparently live in a politically post-Humor post-ridicule age.
They don’t seem to have been able to contend with Lee via normal civilised political debate. No.
For these ‘insults’ they went out after him… to destroy his life.

Lee has been unjustly slandered, and illtreated by all of the businesses I mentioned above because Maori Party activists have been harassing and extorting everyone and anyone with whom Lee has any association… targeting his Income, and financial arrangements, and now he has lost even his You Tube Channel.. all without any form of due process by which he could defend himself from the vile slander of being accused of being a White Supremacist and a Racist.

Lee is neither a racist nor a white supremacist!
To label him such is a classic Socialist ploy to discredit their opponents!

The truth is the Radical Woke Left have hijacked the political discourse and skewed what truly and historically defines ‘Far Alt Right/ White supremacist / Nationalist’ to mean anyone who disagrees with their own Radical Far Left doctrines.
To lump Lee in the same political boat as Phill Arps is a despicable sleight of hand ruse.
Lee is in fact a Conservative… who holds traditionally Kiwi values and beliefs, and that is why he has butted heads with Radical Socialists like Ardern and the Maori Party… because these Leftist radicals hate traditional New Zealand, and are systematically and intentionally seeking it’s overthrow!
It is no exaggeration to say the Ardern government is radically subversive and treasonous.
They are in fact seeking to render holding traditional values and beliefs to be ‘Hate crimes’.

I have also written a previous Blog about Lees plight and the malicious political attack he has been enduring here… in which I made the observation that Lee’s troubles with Synlait Dairy company is not the first time brave outspoken New Zealanders have fallen prey to these despicable tactics. It has happened before…

These underhanded and Machiavellian tactics cause New Zealanders to shut their mouths to the vile antics and policies of these radicals out of fear of coming under attack themselves.
These despicable tactics are running amok across Western societies because of a failure of Parliaments to recognize this subversive political behavior for what it really is.
Hateful, malevolent, and anti-democratic.”

When I wrote those words Lee’s employment with Synlait was ‘suspended’ while they deliberated among themselves how they were going to get out of this ugly mess the Maori radicals had created.
I had written to them via an open letter to inform them of the true nature of the extortion they were experiencing at the hands of malevolent Political subversives hoping they might do the right, honorable, and Legal thing… and refuse to play the ball these Maori Radicals were throwing… and yet I was not at all surprised when soon after I was informed that Synlait chose to take the low road… and unlawfully dismiss Lee on false grounds… saying he had committed serious misconduct by damaging Synlait’s reputation.

Lee had done no such thing… it was the Maori Radicals and Maori Party who had engineered this entire scam!
Lee has a very strong grounds for a personal grievance case against Synlait for wrongful dismissal… and yet to do this will take Legal and financial support.
And that is just the first step in getting justice for Lee and setting a very much needed legal precedent that will protect all New Zealanders Free speech from such extortion with respect to their employment.

Yet that is only the start… the defenders of the Right to Free Speech must go after and prosecute the ring leaders and even the MPs involved in this scandal.
The only hope I see is that the Act Party, and The Free Speech Union get up off their couches and get to work!
For the sake of our nation!

OPEN LETTER TO SYNLAIT DAIRY COMPANY DEFENDING YOU TUBER LEE WILLIAMS DEMOCRATIC RIGHT TO CRITISISE THE POLITICAL POLICIES OF THE MAORI PARTY.

I am declaring an SOS emergency call out to theses self appointed champions, and indeed to anyone out there who cares about Free Speech in New Zealand, to take up Lee’s cause… because if what has been done to him is allowed to go unchallenged, it will set a string of Anti-free speech precedents that will leave Free Speech activists and critics of the government without Legal protection from oppression and persecution by the Powers that be.
This is a crisis for our Democracy.
At a minimum should the perpetrators of this racket get away Scot-free, this injustice will only emboldened them to continue to target others the disapprove of… and destroy their lives too.

I find it incredulous to suppose that Act, or the Free Speech Union are unaware of Lee’s plight, or the seriousness of his case for Free Speech in our country, which leads me to the alternative conclusion that they know about what has been going on, and yet are unwilling to lift a finger to help Lee.
For what good reasons have you failed to step up in Lee’s defense?

Is it because Lee has been accused of being ‘A White Superracist’?

Of All Lobby groups and Political parties in New Zealand *you two organisations* have the least excuse for inaction as you full well know the evils of the Maori Party and the dirty tactics they employ… and the slander they throw about like confetti upon anyone who dares challenge their patently Racist and self serving politics.

I want to explore what possible point of contention that may be hindering these self proclaimed defenders of Free Speech from taking up Lee’s cause.
To put it bluntly… they may not like Lee.

Ie the reason they might not be jumping to Lee’s defense *is personal*???
They may have found his behavior on his you tube channel as being ‘vulgar’.
Maybe these people actually believe Lee really is some sort of ‘Far Right Racist’… hence somehow ‘deserves’ what has happened to him.
Maybe they are even pleased to see his Channel wiped out?
Do they think that free speech should only be a right for the refined, cultured, and eloquent… ie for themselves… and their own?
What about the rest of us ordinary uncouth non-politically correct Cretans?
Don’t our rights to speak our minds matter?

I will be the first to admit that some of Lee’s video’s did make me cringe, in particular his ‘Satire’ video’s…
I have already stated on another post that I do not endorse all of Lee’s perspectives… and yet I condemn in the strongest terms what has been done to him for the sake of silencing him, censoring him, and punishing’s him for simply exercising his legitimate rights to free speech and criticizing politicians and Members of Parliament.

Lee has been a vocal supporter of Donald Trump.
Lee has been a scathing critic of Jacinda Ardern.
And I know Lee has been critical of both Act Leader David Seymour’s support for the UN Migration Pact, and of Don Brash’s Anti-Trump views… could it be from a personal agnst that these Heavy hitters are choosing to let him burn?
If so… that would signify very poor character on their part, because to truly be a champion of free speech, a person must be willing to defend the free speech even of one’s own critics and opponents.
Conversely should they wake up, and rally in Lee’s defense, that would demonstrate High character and integrity on their part.

Lee is a very critical person who does not pull his punches.
Lee speaks his mind, openly expresses his disappointment when politicians support things Lee believes to be wrong, He calls MPs… even our Prime Minster Jacinda Ardern corrupt! Treasonous Globalist! etc, which of course is his right to say, I have said similar things oft myself here at Eternal Vigilance Blog which is to say Lee and I do share many similar views on a broad range of topics… which is why by and large I enjoyed watching Lee’s channel. I respected his forthright expositions. And yet as I have already said… I felt his satire was imprudent and in bad taste.

Yet I still understand why he did it!

He did it from *shear principle* that The Maori Party have no *Divine Right* not to be mocked… no Divine right not to have the Piss taken out of them… and certainly no divine right not to be offended!

It is an essential aspect of Freedom in a democracy that citizens may mock, chide, criticize, and take the mickey out of politicians and elected members of parliament… and even prime ministers, and presidents!

*Citizens have the right to be as Eloquent or as Obnoxious as they please!*

It is a defining characteristic of Tyranny where it is illegal to take the piss out of the Leadership of the Nation, or be forbidden in criticizing any policy or institution.

It is in fact a Right and Custom in Free Nations to intentionally take the piss out of Politicians.
It is an Artform… And a Nations Comedians are often the greatest exponents of Free Speech… even in Bad Taste… It tells the Politicians that they work for us… that they are our servants… and that as such they have no right to expect to be protected from the vocal ire of the people.
We are not their slaves.

All this has in recent times come under threat by the Politically Correct Thought Police. And we know that Jacinda Ardern and Andrew Little have drafted up ‘Hate Speech laws’ and would love to render what Lee did to be ‘an actual hate crime!’.

Brittish Comic Greats Rowan Atkinson and John Cleese are scathing in their critism of Politically Correct Tyranny… ‘Fascism pretending to be manners’.

Lee’s You Tube Channel is nothing more… and nothing less than an ordinary Man making full use of the technology at his disposal to exercise his democratic rights!
And as such he should be defended to the fullest extent!
There is a pompous and power-mad sickness in this world that thinks only ‘important people’ should be able to disseminate their ‘high falutin’ ideals and opinions… and that the beer swillin rabble should shut up and obey… know our place!
Well the Internet has changed the game… and the Little people now have an opportunity to be herd!
This is what the powers that be hate and want to monopolise for themselves.
To Tyrants, Lee represents the worst of the peasants… Brash, Loud and independent thinking!
Unlike the rest of the useful idiots… he has ideas of his own!
So they dream up excuses for why he should be silenced.

Lee’s satire was not particularly well done, and yet it did solicit a laugh… the point is that it was all within the bounds of Free speech… even if a bit offensive. To Lee’s perspective, Rawiri Waititi deserved to mocked… and Lee was exercising his Full Right to do so!
If Rawiri Waititi took offence to it… well tuff titties!
We live in a free country don’t we????

Well is New Zealand still a free country…. or not?

Even without further hate speech legislation when you look at what the Maori Party, Synlait, Westpac, and You Tube have done to Lee Williams… so far without any justification or recompence… the proposition that New Zealand is still a free country must be called into question.
The right to free speech is absolutely vital for a Democracy.
Yet unless those who profess to defend the rights of New Zealanders to Free Speech take up Lee’s cause, no ones Job is safe.
No ones Banking is safe.
And with this sort of extortion running amok New Zealanders with shut their traps in fear… and Free speech will be no more.
Only Madmen like myself will cry out to the void.

The so-called justification Tyrants like Ardern use for introducing Hate speech laws is that they are necessary for protecting ‘vulnerable demographics’… and yet should it become illegal to spoof Maori Party MPs… would this really be an example of ‘protecting a vulnerable demographic?
HARDLY!
Maori Party MPs a a bunch of privileged Bullies!
Invoking hate speech laws to prohibit ridiculing their antics… like breaking out in Haka in parliament every time they don’t get their own way would only serve to further entrench their ‘Maori Supremacy’.

Act Party Free Speech National Tour of New Zealand. Hamilton Meeting 7-5-21

Last night I attended Act Party Leader David Seymour’s Hamilton free speech meeting.
This was part of his nationwide ‘Free Speech Tour’.
7-5-21.
It was held in the Wintec Bill Gallagher Center downtown Hamilton.
It was a full house, approximately 200 Hamiltonians came along to hear David speak.

David had already visited 12 other towns with similarly good attendance, which he said was a testimony to both New Zealanders strong democratic spirit, and also their concern about the current government’s drive to muzzle free speech.
In my opinion, this turnout is also a response to how David Seymour has been distinguishing himself and the Act party as ‘the freedom party’.
Up until the last election David Seymour was a lone voice in parliament speaking out against proposed hate speech legislation and other Socialist interventions rushed through into law ‘under urgency’ bypassing safeguards and due process.
It was David Seymour’s decision to take a stand on such issues, including standing against Ardern’s gun confiscations that was behind Acts success at the last election.
Many New Zealanders are far from impressed with Ardern’s quickstep march towards a Socialist Police State which is sharply at variance with the Kiwi spirit of freedom and self reliance.
In past decades New Zealand has suffered a decline in independence, and yet the pace with which Radical leftist ideology is being imposed under Ardern, has caused alarm even among many conservative thinkers and this was reflected in the audience.
Today David Seymour rightfully enjoys the position in the public eye of most outspoken member of parliament for free speech, and now has 9 other Act Party MP by his side.
It is a position he has earned, and should his team continue on this righteous trajectory I forsooth Act’s star will remain in ascension, and they will increase their presence in Parliament.

By design David told the audience that he wanted to keep the meeting to an hour in length including Q+A, which many people will have been happy with… not me!
I believe the importance of the topic easily justified double that!
There are many troubling aspects of what is going on that were not aired, yet I guess the difference between a public meeting, and a ‘Convention’ is that meetings generally are shorter.
This being so David’s speech was no lecture, but simple and brief.

He spoke about free speech as being an essential component of what it means to be a human individual, and that it’s suppression is an attack upon human dignity.
He spoke about free speech as being absolutely essential for a healthy democracy because free speech cannot stand where there is tyranny, and tyranny cannot stand where there is free speech.
He spoke about free speech as the enlightened means by which civil society openly discusses and solves it’s problems.
He spoke about how proposed hate speech laws threaten to suppress open discourse about politically charged subjects from fear of being visited by the thought Police, and getting flagged as being a person who has expressed ‘hateful opinions’… which could impact upon such things as job applications.
He committed the Act party to working to prevent any hate speech legislation becoming law, yet admitted that because the Ardern government enjoys a 65% majority in parliament there is probably little Act can do to prevent such legislation becoming Law should it be pushed through this term. In that case he committed Act to repealing any such laws that might shortly come into force, including the wordy ‘Films, Videos, and Publications Classification (Urgent Interim Classification Of Publications And Prevention of Online Harm) Amendment Bill’ which he described as Government ‘filters of online content’… and dangerous.
He said one means by which the repeal of any new restriction of free speech could be undertaken was via public referenda, yet to make that a reality would take a petition of parliament with 300 000 signatures. Not a small task… but do-able if those people who care about this issue… such as those who attended the Act tour meetings throughout the country, committed themselves to help them achieve these goals.
Thus David finished the formal part of the meeting with an appeal for active support for Act and their free speech initiatives, and also for financial donations.
Act party membership costs only $20 for 3 years… “A Bargain!” said Seymour… alluring to Act’s ‘market philosophies’ as the solution to so many social issues.

David Seymour has an engaging speaking manor, skillfully throwing in a joke and a laugh here and there.
When asked ‘why is there a distinguishable pattern and common theme between what is happening here in NZ and what is going on all across Western nations… does he believe a grand scheme was at work?’
He responded by pointing to the general dearth of intelligence within parliament, making it in his estimation highly unlikely they are mentally competent to participate in a grand evil conspiracy… rather their evil policies can simply be understood from their overt stupidity!
He does not appear to grasp that far be it their stupidity renders their adherence to a grand scheme unlikely… but more gullibly so!
They are following a well articulated socialist global agenda.
David said many top NZ bureaucrats and politicians are friends, and that no doubt they talk among themselves about what they hope to achieve… in their minds things they believe will make New Zealand a better place.
(My thoughts: They dream of imposing a Leftist totalitarian police state!)

One lady in the audience was a migrant from Great Britain and ex high court lawyer who spoke about how hate speech laws were wreaking havoc there. Seymour agreed and pointed out how far they had slidden remarking also how Britain had up until recently Laws prohibiting the intentional causing of offence, yet these were overturned by the public backlash, including outspoken activism by comic Rowan Atkinson. Seymour joked about how frightening it would be to be confronted by redoubtable Mr Bean!
I chuckled, because I think David Seymour himself bears amusing resemblance to Mr Bean!
Jokes aside, David Seymour and Act are to be highly commended for doing this tour and for making free speech one of their primary concerns this election cycle.

In the past David Seymour has taken many positions with which I strongly disagree, however as things stand there are no political parties that come close to Acts resolve to defend such a fundamental principle of liberty as freedom of speech.
It is under Jacinda Arderns power mad gaze, and she is hell bent on silencing all dissent .
Her ambitions are nothing short of overthrowing New Zealand’s traditions, values, ideals, and even our national autonomy is in danger as she imposes the dictates of the UN, for example the UN Global Compact for Migration which itself proscribes heavy censorship and prosecutions for anyone who complains about it.
We also know with certainty that Arden regime seeks to use the education system to indoctrinate future generations in such Radical leftist doctrines as ‘Critical Race Theory’ and ‘Transgender ideology’.
Both are an attack on the Christian foundations of Western civilisation.
These radical socialists in power first need to grant themselves the legal authority to suppress public opposition before they ramp up their globalist woke scheme… which is why hate speech, and ‘online harm’ legislation is such a dangerous Machiavellian precursor.
They want to make it illegal for parents to complain about the radical political indoctrination of their children!
These things being so Freedom loving New Zealander need to think hard about who they are going to vote for next election, and whether or not they will help David Seymour and Act succeed in their ambitions to ensure future generations of Kiwi will have the right to speak their minds in public.

Free speech is necessary is because free individuals will never agree on everything… even among friends.
‘Evil prevails when good men do nothing’
Act is far from perfect… far from Libertarian, yet as things stand I believe getting in behind them on this absolutely critical right… at this absolutely critical juncture in time… is the right thing to do.

The Free Speech Coalition is relaunching as a trade union under the name “Free Speech Union” and has successfully registered under the Employment Relations Act.

I recently watched an exposition on Freemasonry that provoked me to spend some time surfing the net looking at what interesting materials I could find on the subject.
While searching the internet this evening, researching the Masonic Secret society, and the ‘Lucis Trust’… a Satanic organisation dedicated to ‘a New World Order’ that offers ‘consultancy services’ to the United Nations.

I watched a short You tube documentary on Alice A Bailey, whom the Lucis Trust claims as their Esoteric philosophical founder… several clicks later I was watching another video called The devils 10 Commandments located in the United Nations Building!!! A MUST SEE

Within the opening minute of this video it made what is purported to be a quote from Adolf Hitler on his plans for Christianity to give way to some sort of restoration of Germanic Old Paganism…

Quote… “The Old beliefs will be brought back again… The whole secret knowledge of nature, of the divine, of the demonic. We will wash off the Christian Veneer, and bring out a religion peculiar to our own race.”

The Nazis obsession with the Occult is well documented yet still this was not where I was expecting to be led.
Still as a Christian this quotation touches on a subject of interest to me, and anyone who has spent any time studying Hitler and the Nazis, that quote certainly embodies what ought to be well understood about the basic premises of Hitler’s fundamental beliefs. He was no Christian!

Putting aside for the moment my investigations into the Masons and the Lucis Trust, I decided to see if I could find corroboration on the net that Hitler did in fact make that statement… so I put that quote into Duck Duck Go and it listed some hits… one of which is the article by Kerry Bolton… ‘Hitler, Christianity, and the Third Reich.’

I am completely unfamiliar with the tenor of this site yet just from looking at the Websites Header gives me the creeps… It looks to me like some whack far right site… ‘New Consciousness, New Order, New People’ type jargon could hardly be mistaken for anything else… and yet I might be wrong about that… I simply do not have the time right now to investigate this sidetrack, yet browsing Kerry Bolton’s ‘Essay’ I found it a very interesting read. Well written, and worth making a blog about so that my friends and readers could check it out for themselves.

I have no clue who Kerry Bolton is or what his personal ideals and values are. I must write a disclaimer that I distance myself from any association with the ‘Far right’ to which he may subscribe or the website ‘National vanguard’.
It is simply a matter of ethics to correctly credit the authorship and website.
That is as far as Eternal Vigilance blog has to do with the source.

I am a Libertarian who is as opposed to far right socialist tyranny as I am opposed to far left socialist tyranny.
It is sad that We live in such times that make inserting such disclaimers a matter of self-preservation due to the threat of being ‘investigated by the police’ for simply sharing opinions and articles on the internet which they might deem to be ‘Dangerous’ or ‘hateful’… or from sources they have flagged as ‘Extremist’, etc.
Thanks to the censorship tyranny and surveillance of Jacinda Ardern’s Post-Christchurch Terror attack Police state … constantly hunting for ‘White supremacist Boogiemen’ Kiwi bloggers like myself are reaching the point where we will need to attach permanent disclaimers to any subject we write about that does not ascribe to the official Politically correct perspective… or our own views for that matter.

All this aside Bolton’s essay itself appears to me to be an objective history upon the subject stated in the title.
It is in fact one of the clearest and well reasoned articles I have read in a very long time on this subject.
I believe it to be a highly informative read that stands on it’s own merits.
He sites his sources.

As a student of Political history whose personal library contains many books on The Nazis, I find the article compelling, and truthful, and exposes the folly and ignorance of the many people who try and implicate the Nazis and Hitler himself as being ‘Christian’.
This dishonesty is committed by intellectually and spiritually twisted minds seeking to bring the Christian faith into disrepute.
Hitler was at his core a Machiavellian Liar and would mold his speeches and propaganda to suit his own immediate ends.
Any statements he made that appeared at face value to be supportive of Christianity was always a ruse by which he gained the submission of German Christians to his aims.
His real intents was always to destroy Christianity once his war ambitions were accomplished.
Anyone with half a brain can see that his deeds and modus opperandi were the very antithesis of Christianity.
Hitler was a type of the Antichrist, and his persecution of the Jews was Satanic.
He lifted himself up and committed great evils before God, whom visited him with Judgment and Justice.

I am sharing VJM Publishing’s podcast in the name of Free Speech.
I have had many on line conversations with Vincent, and read many of his articles of which I would only agree with about 50% of his content, and I would assume he would only agree with about 50% of my own work.
Vincent in fact published a series of critiques on a book on Free Speech to which I contributed several chapters, in which he endorsed portions and critisised others.
All this is good.
Why?
Because that is what freedom and independent thought is all about!
And that is the reason why I am sharing his podcast today… not because I agree or endorse Vincent’s positions, but simply because I respect him as a fellow free thinker.
On top of this Vincent is one of the New Zealand internet content creators who received an unwelcome visit from Ardern’s thought police questioning him about some of the things he has published on line.

I clash with Vincent on a broad range of topics from religion to economics, yet in my view he has put out some fine arguments advocating ending the prohibition of Cannabis.
That is one topic upon which we are in accord.

The common assertion that internet users ought to *only share posts, articles, new stories with which they 100% agree with… or 100% accept as being 100% factual otherwise they should be censored and punished is of itself not only a Draconian restriction on freedom, It is patently absurd!
Who agrees with anyone else 100%?
And why should an article of brilliance and insight be rendered ‘un-sharable’ simply because of a few points of difference or error?
I personally will not accept such terms and restrictions on my internet usage… often times I share things that I totally disagree with because I want to discuss the issues raised!

And so it is with the works of VJM Publishing.
I will not be cowered from sharing his material out of fear that in doing so, I may attract the unwelcome evil eye of the Thought Police whom have him under their gaze.

And if you have watched his first Podcast you cannot help but be amused!
He already has me cracking up!

I would like to express my grave concerns about this bill.
I believe it to be corrosive to the wellbeing and democratic health of our nation.
I believe it is an attack upon bona fide free speech and will be used to suffocate religious liberty, and therefore I oppose it.

For a healthy democracy to endure New Zealand needs to maintain an open public forum where tuff and uncomfortable discourse can be engaged without fear.
An open Forum that is not hobbled by pitiable cries of hurt feelings, not wrapped in cotton wool for the sake of precious and dainty hearts, or cut short by the whimsical taking of offence, effectively muzzling plain speech and making the public expression of certain views and opinions crimes.

Only an open forum truly represents a tolerant society.
A society that will not countenance opinions that are at variance with the Governments agenda, is the very opposite thing of tolerant.
It is a closed and oppressive society.

A free society *tolerates* dissenting opinions and understands that allowing them to circulate as part of an open forum and debate for the public to make up their own minds about is at the very heart of a healthy and free society.
The *Anti-freedom mentality* sees contrary opinions as *only bad*.
In truth… like a Black canvas allows a white picture to be more clearly seen, so too bad and weak arguments are opportunities for superior reasoning to shine.
Yet when it is the official narrative that turns out to be dull and the dissenter shines with superior proofs, this is when the Powers that be are provoked and resort to calling their opponents ‘haters’, ‘harmful’, etc to justify silencing them before the general public grasp the official narrative they are being spoon fed is not the best evaluation of the facts.

The vital question is this… How can the people appreciate they have been fed propaganda if the dissenting opinions have all been censored?
They can’t… they are trapped in a spiders web.
The people pushing this bill are seeking subversive powers, and that is what makes this bill a danger to our nation.
These Ideologues relish the power to make their own opinions law and to dictate what is acceptable for the voting public to hear and to think.

There are serious and intentional ambiguities that expose the people of New Zealand to open ended and whimsical prohibitions and dangers that are starkly apparent.
This legislation is too loose.
It has no safeguards against arbitrary judgements and partisan abuses.

This legislation does not spring from any genuine need or shortfall in current Legal protections for citizens.
It is mere pretense to claim otherwise.
The scourge of Politically Correct madness that has gripped western civilization is the underlying intent underpinning this bill.

Censorship is being advocated by the use of ambiguous yet derogatory terms such as ‘harmful’, ‘objectionable’. ‘hateful’, ‘offensive’, ‘misinformation’, ‘fake news’, etc.
Intentional ambiguity leaves the reality to become painfully apparent after the bill has become law.
Assent is sort to this bill via the ruse… ‘Who could possibly protest the suppression of ‘hate’ and ‘harm’?

The bill states that take down notices may be issued when ‘(c) the Inspector believes, on reasonable grounds, that the online publication is objectionable’… hence the scope of Free speech in NZ will be limited to conform to what some Thought Police Official ‘believes’.

This bill is totalitarian as it leave nothing beyond it’s scope because Woke social Justice warriors literally take offence at *everything*.
Not even Dr Seuss is safe!
All it takes to trigger the censorship powers is for someone ‘to submit a complaint.’, and for some Orwellian ‘Inspector’ from ‘the Ministry of Truth’ (Read Orwell’s 1984) to deem any utterance as ‘probably harmful to the public good’.

I see no safeguards protecting unwelcome statements of fact from being deemed offensive and therefore ‘harmful’.

This Bill exposes all citizens at all times to the danger of being found upon the wrong side of the line.
Once in operation it will intimidate the people into silent obedient conformity.
The self-censorship that will ensue out of fear will be the greatest controlling factor of all.
esp after the State makes a few examples out of foolhardy dissidents or better still when some Kiwi Icons discover how quickly they have become public pariah’s for daring to commit the equivalent of Politically incorrect Blasphemy.
When the mighty are brought to their knees… fear will keep the rest of the people in their place.
None will dare tell an off-colour joke. No Sarcasm. They shall become crimes.
Take care not to allow your weary heart to thoughtlessly commit any perceivable micro-aggressions!
You will have to be reeducated to understand and embrace the new rules this bill really entails.

Ambiguity leaves caprice for overlooking any truly malicious speech congruent with politically correct prejudices and bigotry.
Political operatives will use the ambiguities in two ways.
By rigorously implementing censorship and punishment’s for wrong think, and by conveniently giving a green light to officially endorsed ‘right think’.
With not a single well defined objective principle in sight that can be easily grasped and applied equally to all, censorship shall proceed on a purely arbitrary basis.
There could not be a more pernicious idea to justice and freedom than the rationale that speech legislation needs to be broad and open ended, and that it simply shall not be abused because the standard that shall be applied is that the agents of the State will ‘instinctually recognize hate speech when they see it’.
You could not formulate a law more open to abuse and prejudice.

Let me list a few specific examples of offensive, hateful, and bigoted ideas that shall conveniently pass through the gauntlet unhindered.
When hate and prejudice is leveled at White people, it will be condoned.
When sexism and disadvantage fall against men and boys it will be condoned.
When Doctors refuse to tow the Official line on such things as vaccines or lockdowns but dare to promote alternatives their appeals to the public will be taken down and they will be threatened into silence.
When Christians are forbidden to express their long held beliefs, this suppression will be officially sanctioned.
Not a single contempt filled Maori Radical, or Man-hating Feminist, or bitter irreligionist will be suffered to curtail their guile.
Any written complaints against these hate mongers will be summarily dismissed.
They shall enjoy their free speech, but no one else will as these are seen as the trail blazers of the New woke Socialist ‘inclusive’ Utopia.
The New Zealand we grew up in will be gone…. destroyed.
As George Orwell penned in ‘Animal Farm’… the once ‘oppressed’ become the next oppressors.
This is not progress!
It is a new tyranny.

Statements critical of Treaty separatism, Climate change, open immigration, transgender sex theory, vaccinations, abortion, or any promotion of traditional Christian values… shall be deemed as harmful, offensive, misinformation, conspiracy theory, etc and ‘against the public good’ and therefore illegal.
Platforms carrying such content will be forced to ‘take it down’.
Only one narrative can be allowed… The Official narrative.
This is the death of democracy and the death of freedom and societies that function like this are definitively oppressive.

If there ever was cause for suspicion of ill intent in this bill it surely must be by creating indemnity for officials from accountability for any injustices incurred by innocent parties wrongfully censored or punished.
‘No action to lie against Officials’… So no consequences for abuse of power!
Should this Bill not be scrapped, to safeguard free speech these indemnity clauses should be reversed making any misuse and abuses by officials an offence.
Heads should roll!

Big Sister is watching.
In The closing years of the last decade the Gargantuan Internet/ Tech Corporations formed a cozy relationship with Socialist governments.
They share political outlook, and working in collusion they successfully shut down a significant portion of political opposition from being able to get their counter-narratives herd by the voting populations. Enough to skew elections.
They did this via de-platforming and censorship on an unprecedented scale, yet as a backlash *alternative social media and video streaming platforms have sprung up in the name of free speech* and those who suffered mass censorship from this unholy alliance have migrated to new platforms that allow them to congregate and share their views.
This makes these new platforms a threat to the Leftist woke monopoly as the single source of truth.
Platforms independent of the Leftist Cabal today allow countless numbers to slip through the Socialist Net.
Via legislation such as this bill we see these socialist governments mobilizing to crush these new platforms where dissent is starting to flourish thereby restoring their Politically correct stranglehold on information.
This regulatory activity is much to the advantage of the Establishment Mega corporations who have been losing market share and control as Freedom lovers exodus their skewed platforms.
This legislation will plug the leakage.
The fanatical Zeal of Woke leftist Globalists like Ardern and her minions will not be content with anything less than total control of all information either On line, or off.

The result if this bill becomes law will be Police raids and intimidation of Political dissidents.
Mass social conditioning.
Thought Police.
It is not creating a tolerant society but a political correct tyranny.
It is establishing intolerance as the rule, and offence taking as the means of silencing opposition.
This is not Social progress but a headlong regressive slide backwards.

There is good reason why the UN has been labeled as the modern day ‘Tower of Babel’ in that it seeks to place all of the Nations of the world back under one Brutal Godless King to rule them all… just as Nimrod ruled before God broke up his kingdom and scattered the Nations for the very purpose of placing limits on Human Power and Authority.
Nimrod was a type/ an example/ a forerunner of the Antichrist to come.
It is no coincidence that the Socialists seek to reunify that which God himself divided, and to restore the power of a Global Dictatorship.
The socialists are the minions… the children of Satan… doing his bidding,

The level of Guile harbored against Good people who stand in the way of the approaching flood… esp against Donald Trump… is at psychotic levels… even among those who ought to know better.

One particular group who demonstrate a sever rabidity of the mind and who are incapable of rational thought when it comes to Trump are the Anarchists.
Many of them… most of them (the only one I know of who is not like this is Victor Pross) are completely consumed by contempt as to be incapable of objective discussion… none more so that the petty Self important Anarchist spokesman for American Anarchists Larken Rose.
Now Rose couldn’t think his way out of a wet paper bag… his arguments are always puerile and founded upon falsehoods, and no one displays a complete lack of character better than he as he revels in the ill fortunes of those he despises.

One of his Fans shared this with me today to get my reaction, knowing I myself have been a Stalwart supporter of the Case against the Democrat Party of grand Scale Election fraud, and that I have had hopes that this would be upheld in Court… esp the Supreme Court.

Though it looks like my hopes may indeed be dashed I am at peace in my own convictions and faith.
I am not in the dark… as many.

It still is not game over, yet it does appear that *despite mountains of evidence* and the fact that *Constitutional Laws were violated* and Electoral safeguards were flouted in every way imaginable… that those most trusted to defend the Nation from being taken over by these very means, are themselves either too spineless to make the call, or have themselves been compromised.
Ie they want Trump out… and Biden in… because they have been duped into believing the Globalist lies of Covid, Global warming, and the Great Reset… ie the Supreme Court has become politically activist.

In such cases the last resort is for the people to enact the principles of the 2nd amendment. They have that right… in fact it is a Duty.
To take up arms against the Usurpers.
Ultimately Tyranny can only prevail when the people slumber or have been rendered helpless by Arms control.
It will be interesting to see what happens as until all Legal avenues have been exhausted the Republicans have remained calm, yet now that it looks like they have been betrayed by the Supreme Court… what will the do?
The Supreme court probably has done ‘a Chamberlain’… thinking ‘Peace in our time’ is better than defending the constitution and having a civil war… possibly an end of the Union… and yet It is doubtful they have avoided this.
Some fights cannot be avoided… only delayed… and usually that delay works to strengthen the Evil powers, and weaken the Good… Like the postponement of abolition of Slavery for the sake of the Union simply delayed the war and made it more bloody… So too By allowing Biden and Harris to assume power and ‘act as if they are the legitimate government… and allowing them take command of the Military, and giving them opportunity to pass anti-second amendment legislations… all this serves the power of Evil.
I believe we are witnessing the foundation of the Global Kingdom of the Antichrist.
Evil prevails when good men do nothing… and that is what is happening with respect to the Supreme Court.
There is only a few legal avenues left. Sidney Powell’s court case will be the final hope.
Yet if it pleases God to allow the Prince of Darkness to begin his final infernal plot… even her noble efforts will not prevail against the corruption, and we all better share the Gospel with our friends and loved ones because the Rapture is at hand… the door of Grace is about to close for all those who reject Christ… Strong delusions are afoot so that the wicked might all be deceived and take the Mark of the Beast.

The corruption of Humanity will be complete.

This time will at first appear (3.5 years) the dawn of a golden age as the Antichrist will appear to be a ‘Christ like’ Savoir riding ‘a white horse’… yet he is Satan’s King.
Then Chaos shall descend upon the Earth for 3.5 years and Death, plagues, and destruction shall swallow up Humanity… and the Angel thrusts in his sickle….
When God decides the e3nd of the age of Grace has arrived, these things cannot be prevented.
The Great Lie will prevail… and that is precisely what I am seeing happening right now.
This is a signal for Christians to stop storing up things for the future but instead busy themselves with the gospel that the final remnants of those who are to be saved hear and receive the gospel… for our time is coming to a close.
The faith of many will fail them. Though they will still be saved… ‘the salt of the Earth’ will have lost it’s saltiness’ and the Rot will quickly spread… a spirit of blasphemy and contempt for the Bible will spread like a disease… times will not be easy for the Christians…. until the Day of Redemption… the Rapture.

With regard to the up and coming referendum on the right to assisted death for the terminally ill, and to politics in general, a fundamental question asked by Libertarians is Who owns your life?
Answer: You do! Not society.

Upon that basis I believe a Yes vote for the right to assisted dying for the terminally ill is the moral vote because it is the only consistent position with the principle that (politically speaking) *you own yourself*.
Otherwise you become the slave/ property of society.

The above statement is clear cut, yet not without controversy.
The ‘No’ voters think this reform erodes the sanctity of Human life. So argues the New Conservative party.
I say it does the very opposite thing.
It removes power from the State and gives it back to individuals to make their own choices.

I myself am both a Libertarian, and a Christian, yet many Christians will not be able to reconcile my ‘Yes vote’ with how they interpret ‘Christian values’, and in fact many people… both believers and infidels can’t imagine how Christianity and Libertarianism can be coherently united and consistent in application.

More on these nuances later, first of all I want to talk about the curious mental gymnastics I am forced to engage in this election whereby my votes on both referendums will be in conflict with the expressed policies of the political party I have decided to support. New Conservatives.

Insanity?
I forgive people for this default starting assumption.
Hopefully those of you who find my decisions incredulous will take the trouble to read this post whereby I will do my best to extricate myself from being written off as a nutbar.

I know that my choices will win few friends, and will more likely annoy any I already have because splitting my votes will tend to draw the ire and consternation of *all camps*.
Nonetheless this is the course I am choosing to navigate.

We here in New Zealand live in chaotic times politically speaking, and the two referenda being run in unison with the national elections are two highly polarising subjects… which is why they have become referenda as neither of the two large parties have the Nads to legislate these reforms, or run with them as election policies.

The assisted dying referendum for the terminally ill has come about because of a bill presented to parliament by Act Leader David Seymour.

I will be supporting Seymour’s reform, yet I won’t be giving Act my party vote.

Even though Act have never been a great party, deciding not to vote Act this election was not an easy decision to make, as what other party even remotely represents my essential values?
On several key matters of personal freedom David Seymour had stood head and shoulders above the rest of parliament in how he conducted himself this election cycle, with respect to the issues of free Speech, and his opposition to the shameful way the new Firearms prohibitions were enacted.

In the light of these noble actions I was definitely leaning towards giving Act my vote and encouraging others to do the same, yet as time progressed, Seymour’s virtues became overshadowed by other unconscionable actions he would proceed to commit which have undermined my support.

With regards to the new abortion Legislation he not only supported late term abortions but also failed to vote for a proposed amendment that would have defended the rights of babies born alive after botched Abortions to receive medical aid rather than being neglected to die.
The whole basis of the pro-abortion arguments are that a woman is sovereign over her own body and the government has no authority to dictate what she does within her own body… yet once a baby has in fact been born… is *outside* the woman’s body, then they ought to have the full rights of an independent human being!
I consider these failings by David Seymour to be morally reprehensible.
And how disgusting that such laws were passed under a parliament led by a Woke PM who claims she entered politics ‘For the Children’!!!!
Seymour is fully complicit in this foul business.

I was also disgusted with the way he treated some of his most loyal candidates with regards to this elections Act party list, and I have always disliked what I see as a general lack of spine on some of the most important social issues facing our Nation such as ending the Race based seats in parliament, and his support for the UN Global compact on migration.

These are not attributes of a leader I can endorse.

In the not too distant past voting for me was a far less convoluted enterprise.
During the first decade of this new Millennium voting was relatively easy because New Zealand had a vibrant Libertarian Party for whom I could cast my vote with confidence, and for many elections in the second decade, I stood as a Libertarian Independent, and so obviously I at least knew which candidate I would support.. yet the question of where to place my party vote has never been an easy decision since the Libertarianz Party disbanded.

It is a matter of political folklore that the Act Party are a ‘Libertarian party’, yet this is to the largest extent a myth.
A myth that is mostly to the detriment of Libertarianism.
Politics in New Zealand truly is a confounding mess and almost madness to try and untangle… which causes many not to bother trying.

Act may have been founded with the aid of some Libertarian minded people, yet there were also many Ex Labour Party Neo-liberal Bigwigs like Roger Douglas and Richard Prebble, and so instead of advocating any Libertarian social reforms, Act quickly became a Crony Capitalist/’National Socialist party’ that supported some Free market Economics, yet maintained Welfare State socialism with regards to virtually everything else.

Take a look at the picture (above) that exposes how far the National party have drifted from their original charter!
If only they had remained true to their original aspirations upon which they were founded!

Act became the most Right Wing party of New Zealand.. to the right of National.. a lobby to bludgeon Left wing heavy Taxation Anti-Business ambitions of Labor and their more radical minions yet despite lofty rhetoric Act absolutely failed to stand for any reforms on individual liberty.
This has remained the case throughout their history perhaps with the one exception during the party leadership by the Great New Zealander Don Brash.

It was under Brash that Act came anywhere near a forthright stand on any law reform that was a matter of personal freedom, when Brash came out on TV in favour of ending cannabis prohibition.
His party associates like John Banks nearly had a heart attack!
Brash stint with Act was short, and any mention of Cannabis law reform left when he did.
Act has always and only played lip service to being the party of small government and personal freedom.
This is because apart from Brash the Party has been run by a bunch of Ball-less wonders.
The most disappointing for me was Jamie Whyte… because of all of them he knew better.
Most of them put money matters above personal liberty and social justice.

Act are not Nazis, yet their party is part way down a continuum at the end of which is full blown fascism.

Labour are not Communists, yet their party is well down the continuum at the end of which stands full blown Communism. Today under Ardern their policies and loyalties lie not with the interests of New Zealanders but with UN Socialist Globalism.

By labeling Act as ‘Libertarian’ the leftist media managed to confound Libertarianism with being Far right.
This is disgraceful slander.
Libertarianism is fundamentally different to every other political ideology.

Act’s alignment with *Fascism* rather than true capitalism and Freedom, is why the True Libertarians who initially helped found Act, quickly realised what was afoot and jumped ship.
They formed their own genuine Libertarian party, and so Act became just another Party against whom the Libertarianz party had to cross swords.

For more than a decade the Libertarianz Party fought valiantly for Individual liberty and rights against ever expanding Government encroachment, yet sadly after years of courageous activism they were forced to throw in the towel from lack of traction and financial support.

MMp’s 5% mark to get an MP into parliament is in my opinion far too high, and represents a barrier to breaking the stranglehold the two major parties enjoy.
The Political playing field is also heavily tilted in favour of maintaining the status quo, and New Zealanders themselves are heavily conditioned to their chains.
The Libertarianz party could not sustain itself against the overwhelming odds.

Freedom lovers failed to rally under their noble banner from a delusion of ‘wasting their votes’.
Well… I ask… where did casting your votes for other parties get our Nation?
Because New Zealanders did not heed the Libertarians on their Soap boxes, and rally behind them is why our nation now experiences the dawning of an era of Tyranny!

I implore Freedom lovers to not make the same mistake!
Stop voting for the very parties that have abandoned our values and taken our nation towards complete enslavement!

The demise of the Libertarianz Party spelled the end of New Zealanders clear choice between Freedom and various levels of Tyranny.
Between Justice and various levels of oppression.
Between fairness in economics vs heavy Political obstacles.

Libertarian minded New Zealanders were cast adrift… forced to swim about in a stinking cesspool, looking for the best place to put their democratic votes.
The political climate and darkened mentality of our times have made this a very dirty business.
Most of the wares on offer by todays mongers are of dubious quality.
The Libertarian pines over his ale, looking out upon a scene of chaos, confusion, and mayhem.

Is there any hope to be found?

The question of which political parties (if any) should the Libertarian now give their vote is a highly troublesome dilemma, as at a glance there appear only shades of grey tending towards complete blackness.
It is very difficult to determine whether *any* of the parties standing ought to be supported.

The closest way to describe what voting now entails for a Kiwi Libertarian is to liken the decision making process to solving a bunch of ‘Trolley Problems’ that will be familiar to those who have to some degree studied moral philosophy.
‘The trolley problems’ are designed to highlight the many complexities involved in dealing with moral dilemmas in which *means and ends* are far from ideal.
Solution tends towards making pragmatic determinations hoping for the best outcomes attainable via the least repugnant means… for the overall sake of committing the lesser Evil.
The trouble is the lesser evil is still evil.

There is no space here or sense in attempting to fully articulate the conundrums involved. It must suffice to say this is an abhorrent ‘game’ for any Idealist to be forced to play, and being independent thinkers, the once united Libertarians have now fragmented… going their own ways… as each individual makes their own determinations as to how to solve the set of trolley problems presented to them at election time. This election is particularly significant as we also must vote on the two referenda.

In truth the most moral of men and woman, and the greatest leaders of history have had to face frightful moral dilemmas, and most of them have had to carry the weight of harsh criticism for the decisions they made from lesser mortals who would have been stupefied and paralyzed had they themselves been faced with the same crisis.
To shrink from tuff calls is symptomatic of Moral weakness.
One day we all will stand before our Maker and give account of ourselves, and it is He who shall determine the virtue of those who made tuff calls.

Two examples might be the decision to use the Atom bomb on Japan in 1945, another might be Churchill’s decision to ally with Stalin for the sake of defeating Hitler.
Both of these involve weighty moral dilemmas that provoke strong criticism to this day.

Given today’s circumstances I know a few Ex Libertarianz party members who today throw up their hands in disgust… and refuse to vote… the irony is that not voting… *is their vote*… to do nothing.
In the perspective of the Trolley problems not voting is the equivalent of never choosing to throw the lever… not intervening at all to try and mitigate any crisis that is unfolding, and allowing things to take their course… no matter how horrendous the result of their inaction might be, or how things could have turned out had they been brave enough to reach for the switch.

Most of us have heard the saying “Evil prevails when good men do nothing”.

For me *to automatically* determine to ‘do nothing’ is no escape from moral culpability in what ensues, it is in fact an abdication of moral duty… a most heinous moral failing… maybe the worst of them all!
Bible Theologians would call this ‘The sin of Omission’… and one example of this in the Bible is told by Jesus when asked about the moral duty to ‘love thy neighbour as thyself’.
He spoke of the predicament of the man who was beaten and robbed, yet the ‘Religious Jew’ walked past him without giving him any aid. It was only when the Good Samaritan came along that the man received care.
By doing nothing The Religious Jew was deemed to be wicked, and so *automatic inaction* cannot be the moral position…if there exists at all any plausible means of steering things towards a more desirable outcome without committing unconscionable evils in the process. ‘Not Voting’ cannot absolve a person from the resulting evils his inaction inevitably entails.
It’s like walking past our sick and dying country on the other side of the road as if it’s not your problem, rather than inconveniencing yourself and getting your hands dirty.

The reality is that though no registered political Party standing in October 17 is fundamentally a Libertarian party, there is still a broad range of parties standing and the fact is it still makes a massive difference which ones manage to get their hands on the levers of Power.
Lives are at stake!
Freedom is at stake!
Quality of life is at stake!
Our Children’s futures are at stake!

New Conservative candidate for Hamilton West Rudy du Plooy.

When I survey the Political landscape, despite the absence of a Libertarian party, judged by their policies and election campaigns certain parties do stand out as vastly superior to either National or Labour.
Some are worse, such as the Greens, and The Maori Party.
Some are no better such as NZ First, Top.
Many ex Libertarianz will be voting for Act, yet personally speaking of the two parties that most clearly articulate principles, and values that I considered honorable, it is the New Conservatives who come out on top.
Their forthright defense of Free speech.
Their rejection of 1080.
Repeal all the new and hastily enacted Firearms prohibitions created in the wake of the Christchurch terrorist attack.
Their defense of National sovereignty in opposition to UN Globalist slavery.
Their rejection of Ardern’s Covid 19 ‘elimination strategy, Lockdowns, and their absolute rejection of compulsory vaccinations.
No to carbon taxes, first 20k of income tax free.
Their rejection of ‘Transgender indoctrination’ in schools against parents wishes.
Their rejection of the UN Global compact on migration, etc all these clearly stated policies mean New Conservatives trump the Act Party by a country mile, and that is why I will be giving them my party vote, and having had a coffee with their Hamilton West candidate Rudy du Plooy last week I will also be giving him my candidate vote.

It is fitting that here I discuss one of NC’s most important policies, and examples of their party’s integrity and courage and that is their forthright call for the end of Treaty separatism and the race based seats in parliament.
Rudy is an immigrant from South Africa and so he has experienced the evils of Apartheid and appreciates just how violent and unjust Racist politics and bigotry can become.
That is why his party is calling for racial equality before the law.

The Treatment of White South Africans currently going on over there is appalling! Yet not a peep is raised about it by our Woke PM Ardern… because ultimately socialists like her support the oppression of White people.
Many of her own policies are heavily prejudiced against Pakeha New Zealanders, and for all her talk about humanitarian migration, she remains silent in opening New Zealand’s doors to help more oppressed white South Africans… because they are white.
This too despite the fact that White South Africans integrate well into our society as they share common traditional values… yet these are the very values socialists like her are determined to destroy.
Statistically speaking Ardern wants Less white people in New Zealand, and she can turn a blind eye to the fate of white farmers there under the contemptible socialist bromide that they are paying the dues of the white race for the past apartheid regime.
By Socialist math two wrongs do make a right.
Hence Ardern has little conscience about supporting Racist legislations under the pretense of ‘De-colonising’ New Zealand.

In New Plymouth which is a hot bed of Radical Maori separatist activism the NC candidate Murry Chong has heroically weathered a Tempest of outrage for his forthright stand against attempts to further entrench fraudulent Waitangi Apartheid and Treaty partnership doctrines and institutions there. He has suffered the most skewed press that mischaracterised his defense of Racial equality as ‘Opposition to Maori Representation’… which is a complete lie.
What he and his fellow New Conservatives oppose is the ongoing creation of special seats of power whereby Iwi can extort the rest of the people perpetually… as if they have more rights than everyone else.
They seek to rid our nation of such corrupt politics, and when the Maori seats and the rest of the apartheid institutions are abolished, He understands that Maori rights will still be protected by the Law in common with everyone else. Maori will still be able to stand of Parliament and Council, only to do so they will have to campaign before the entire community which will cut off the truly *racist radicals* for ever attaining office because their nasty bigoted views and ambitions will never fly with the whole of the people… and that is how a democracy is supposed to function!
The Racist radicals know that should apartheid politics be brought to an end… so too will their ability to extort unearned and undeserved wealth and privilege be broken.
So many New Zealanders have completely forgotten the most important fundamentals of justice and good government!

The New Conservatives have candidates in every electorate including the Maori seats.
Personally I don’t think it was the right thing to stand in those electorates, yet having said that I appreciate the Nads it takes to do so.
Their candidates in the Maori electorates will face heavy angst from many Maori who have been brainwashed into thinking their party policy to abolish the race based electoral system is a demonstration of anti-Maori bigotry. They will face threats. Yet should they maintain their composure and speak truth with eloquence they will be able to present their case with love.
Truth and principle, and Righteousness are on their side!

Act’s David Seymour in private professes that the race based system is corrupt and ruining our country yet does not have the balls to say so in public at election time.
That is cowardly. That is unprincipled scheming, and demonstrates the sort of Game playing politician he really is.
How is he any different for the scoundrel Winston Peters who betrayed his supporters last election with regards to making the abolishment of the race-based seats a bottom line for coalition talks?
Sadly… when you dig deep down… despite many good things David has done… he and Winston are not as different as he likes to think.
He too is a game player.

The Leftist radicals of Labour, the Greens, and the Maori Party demonstrate their absolute disregard for fair elections in that they have implemented a strategy of destroying New Conservative election bill boards all about the country… despite their own parties getting far more Taxpayer loot to fund their own campaigns!
Like I said earlier about the struggles of the Libertarianz Party before them… New Zealand elections are far from fair… far for being fought on a level playing field, and so The New Conservatives face an uphill battle against dirty political tactics at every step.
I urge every New Zealander who is alarmed at our headlong plunge into tyranny under Jacinda Ardern to get behind the brave and principled New Conservative party!
If 5% of us do… they will be in parliament and possibly even be included in a coalition government, most likely with National and Act.
This would position them well to lever National into making concessions in alignment with our Values and principles… away from the direction Ardern has carried us.

These are good people who hold to the traditional values that made New Zealand a great and prosperous place to live.
They care about all New Zealanders.
I attended a public meeting a few months back in Te Awamutu where I heard several candidates speak, including the party’s passionate and compassionate deputy, Elliot Ikilei.
He spoke very well, and I was particularly impressed with his insights into the many social conditions that are common for troubled youth that play a large role in such important issues in Maori criminality.
He articulated that from his experience working in this field that all the separatist rhetoric about Maori crime statistics as being evidence of systemic oppression of Maori from colonisation are absolutely false!
Instead he argued that the main driver of Maori criminality was broken homes and a lack of a Father in the house, and thus all the ‘positive discrimination’ going on in the name of ‘closing the gaps’ between Maori and the rest of the country absolutely miss the fundamental issues.
He described how the institution of the Domestic Purposes benefit *was devastating for Maori* because that was corrosive to maintaining families, promoted single parent-ism, and it’s institution correlates perfectly with the exponential growth of Maori dependence on welfare and Broken homes.
Thus Elliot understands that socialism is a dangerous trap!

I myself also know Maori must take ownership of their own violence and substance abuse… these are not evils that can be justly blamed on their Pakeha neighbours but represent the ugly truth of a serious lack of wholesome values that are requisite in having happy homes and personal prosperity in a free and modern society.
Maori need to cut with the shameful blame, and take more ownership of their own mess!

I like the New Conservative party very much.
They have their hearts in the right place.
They offer real and much needed alternatives.
None of them appear to me to be in politics for powers sake, yet they are not perfect.
They have many policies and values I myself hold dear, yet I know they are not a consistent Libertarian party.
They are Democrats… with all the weakness that entails.’
This being so I see great opportunity for improvement, and given the chance I would like to engage in healthy dialogue to see if they are open to reasonable challenge on some of their policies which I do not endorse.
I have already mentioned that I will be voting yes for the right to assisted dying.
This is at variance with the New Conservatives.
Maybe sometime soon I will write a blogpost explaining in more detail why I believe they are wrong to oppose this legal reform, yet because this current post is already insanely long, I want to finish by discussing the New Conservative policy of Citizens Binding Referenda and my intention to vote ‘yes’ for Cannabis law reform in the forthcoming referenda which is again against the expressed policy of the New Conservatives.

At the Te Awamutu meeting my friend and fellow Libertarian Robin Thomsen and I introduced ourselves to Elliot and engaged in a short conversation.
Elliot was happy to talk and spoke candidly.
After a few other subjects I broached the topic of the Cannabis Referendum and asked what his party would do should they succeed in getting into parliament, yet also the people of New Zealand vote for Cannabis legalisation?
He said his party would honor that result despite it being contrary to their own policy and hopes.

That answer was consistent with their policy of citizens binding referenda and demonstrates integrity to that political school of thought despite the result going against their own opinions as to what is best for the country.

As far as ending the war on cannabis being ‘bad’ for New Zealand I emphatically reject that position.
This is a topic I have involved myself for many years having experienced first hand the injustice of criminalising cannabis users, and understand the manifold other detrimental effects these bad laws have on our society. I have been an activist for reform for over 30 years, and in fact it was activism to ‘Free the weed’ that was my first foray into politics trying to fix a broke system.
I would jump from hedge to hedge… covertly distributing ‘NORML’ Pamphlets in Tauranga letterboxes in the dead of night.
I knew the difference between dishonesty and violence, from peacefully enjoying a doobie with friends in my own home… I knew I was being oppressed and that the Law needed to be changed.

The point I wish to finish on, and one I hope the New Conservatives are open to reconsider is the weird way in which they promote binding Citizens referenda in the face of knowing it is just as likely for the majority of people to vote for laws they believe to be *Bad* as it is for good… and I am using the Cannabis referenda as an example.

Is it not apparent to them that *Mob Rule* is no guarantee of Good law or justice?
I see their policy on binding referenda as their Achilles heel.
It’s a policy that actually undermines the *Real foundations of Just Law* which are the Objective principles of Justice such as personal sovereignty, and equality before the Law… and that just government has strictly limited authority over the lives of citizens, the impartial enforcement of legally binding contracts, and limited powers over only such matters pertaining to the defense of rights.
The terms and condition upon which Government is founded, and limits of it’s powers ought to be embodied in a constitution with an iron clad bill of rights upon which democratically elected Parliaments have no authority to encroach.
This is a million miles away from having a system of Mob rule… open ended social arbitrary Law whereby the greatest mob get their way.
Under such a system there is no protection for Individuals or minorities, and the Masses are notorious for being easily duped and manipulated by Charismatic demagogues.

I have much to say on these matters, and it would be my pleasure to open a dialogue with the New Conservatives about these vital political truths.

Now remember the moral dilemmas of the Trolley problems and the uncomfortable reality of having to make choices under circumstances less than ideal, via means that are less than ideal, and which also probably will result… no matter what decision is made in ends that are less than ideal?
My decision to vote ‘Yes’ on the Act Party’s Right to assisted death for the terminally ill referendum, and ‘Yes’ on the Green Party’s Cannabis Law reform Referendum, and also ‘yes’ for the New Conservative party this election are each individual decisions I have arrived at as being the most moral, and just choices available to voters this election.
I am being compelled to make compromises, and there is always an element of risk, yet ultimately from my best evaluations all these choices are the most consistent with my Christian Libertarian values and ideals.
Such is the human condition and predicament.
I don’t pretend my choices are not open to critisism… such is the nature of moral dilemma.

I hope this blogpost is instrumental in winning support for the New Conservatives from Liberty lovers, Free thinkers, and all who are concerned about the Free fall of our country into socialist tyranny.

I believe they will reach 5% if enough of us resolve to give them our support.
They deserve it.
Our Country desperately needs to steer a new course to get back to the freedom and Values we enjoyed not too many years ago before the likes of Ardern came to power.

You are obviously very informed and intelligent. As a Christian I have always believed in keeping the mind protected so that it can’t fall prey to the influences of the enemy. Happy New Year ‘Eternal Vigilantes’!

The inquiry above was private message to me via Facebook from a friend, and it was important enough to inspire this first ‘Eternal Vigilance’ Blog Post for 2020.

It is a fair question, and also supplies a common explanation as to why many Christians perceive the idea of cannabis law reform as being a negative step into chaos… thus think they should oppose legalisation.

So what follows is a relatively short explanation as to why I believe such a perspective is disastrously misguided.
I hope to show why as a Christian myself I am an enthusiastic supporter of cannabis legalization… on the strongest grounds of Justice and Good Christian values and ideals.

First I suggest Christians seeking to investigate this legal matter, should ask themselves…
“Who commits the greater Evil… a peaceful person getting high… or the person who calls upon an oppressive State to throw people in jail and ruining their lives because they enjoy cannabis?”

“What basis can you justify *your personal beliefs* as being a good enough reason to call for the persecution of others who dont share your opinions?”

“Have they not an equal right to their own opinion… how would you like it if they forced their personal beliefs upon you?”

“Do you seriously believe you have the Divine right to legally persecute Pot smokers?”

“Where is Freedom and the virtue of following your own conscience in any of this oppressive politics?”

This year’s General Election will include 2 ‘peoples referendum’. One on Legalising Euthenasia, and the other on Ending Cannabis Prohibition.
So these questions are being talked about by the politically awake sections of New Zealand, the Media, Social networks, etc as people either seek to be better informed on what is at stake, or seek to sway others into similar opinions to their own.

For Me the subject of Ending the War on drugs, esp the legalisation of Cannabis is one that I have spent a large amount of time advocating.
I have been an activist seeking to End cannabis prohibition for over 2 decades, in fact this was the topic that first got me interested in Politics and freedom as I had been in the West Auckland ‘Pot Scene’ as a teenager from the mid 80s… even before I became a Christian at the age of 18.
The Drug war was in full swing back then… yet despite the oppression, Pot was everywhere in West Auckland… Prohibition certainly *did not prevent* young people from getting plenty of it… and even though The Jack booted police raids and the criminalisation of youth was very oppressive… it did not deter young people from smoking it…. it just made them more defiant… and hate the police… and the society that was treating them like scum…. Cannabis was Sociable… Cannabis was enjoyable… and that was that…. no amount of Heavy handed Draconian Police raids and jails was ever going to stamp it out…
Cannabis use in New Zealand is among the very highest of all Western Nations.
Most adults have at some stage tried cannabis and a very large portion regularly do so.
The Police have had a war on Cannabis…. and cannabis has won!
The admission that the Drug war has failed is now a matter of Global realisation… New approaches are being implemented….
Many Nations have now legalised cannabis and have regulated markets.
Cannabis is also now recognised for having many health and medicinal benefits.
Where law reform has occurred recreational use has not increased, and Crime stats have improved.

There is a strong argument that a Legalised yet regulated market for cannabis will actually reduce the amount available to under-aged users that is currently a significant problem under prohibition… just as having Licensed alcohol sales *reduces access* to underage drinkers… it cannot 100% prevent access… yet does significantly reduce it for a number of reasons… esp that venders will lose their licences to sell if they are caught supplying underage youth.

I got arrested several times before the age of 20, and those experiences taught me that *it was the system that was Evil*… not me. I knew that smoking weed was not like Violence to others… or like Theft… ie that my Pot smoking was no different to having a few beers… and that as long as I did not harm others that it was wrong for the government to punish me for enjoying myself with my friends.
This mistreatment by the system via these oppressive laws only served to alienate the pot smoking community and make them more sympathetic towards the *real criminal community*… having been made criminals themselves by the State… and so in this way does the unjust prohibition of cannabis *cause large numbers of citizens to lose faith in the justice of that societies Law and order* and Muddies the water of clarity as to what really ought to constitute a crime… and what does not justly meet the criteria by which it should be criminalised.
Via these unjust laws, the system is *actually manufacturing criminals out of peaceful people* from a bigoted and fanatical desire to force these people to comply to the Bigots demands.

When cannabis prohibition ends this will be a massive boon to our society on the law and order front as it will fix a situation that is a monstrosity of injustice and Bad Law. in fact I predict the legalisation of cannabis will easily prove to be the greatest law reform that will make our society safer, and more just so far this millennium!
I can think of no other law reform in the past 20 years that will have had as comparatively significant improvement in social justice and redeeming such a large section of the population from criminalisation… and with it a jump in respect for law and order in general.
I know this from first hand experience as to just how corrosive suffering the sting of cannabis prohibition by the state was to my own young perceptions about the justness of society and how alienating the legal persecution of pot smokers is.
It was from these experienced based insights that I began as a young man in my 20s to start my political activism to ‘Free the weed’.
25 plus years later… after many speeches at Jay days, and blog posts, etc and the effort of countless other Activists and heroes like Dakta Green, Chris Fowlie, Nandor Tanczos New Zealand is finally going to put the question of ending the War on cannabis to public referendum, and there is every reason to be positive that the People will call for an end to prohibition in favour of a decriminalized and regulated legal use similar to Alcohol regulations.

I have many more points that I could raise on this issue, yet the points above suffice as an introduction to how I became an activist to end prohibition and some of the most weighty reasons why calling for Law reform is justified… and urgent.

Now I would specifically like to address why I say *Christians* ought to also support the referendum to end prohibition.
I am a Christian, and the first argument I would use to convince other Christians into supporting Law reform is because *Christians are supposed to stand up for the oppressed*… not cheer for their persecution!

When the Pharisee Saul was confronted on the Damascus Road by the risen Christ (later to become Paul The Apostle of Grace) he forsook moral legalism and never again took up stones to throw at Sinners, Heretics, or infidels.
God Gave him a New Gospel… the Gospel of Grace… That Christ had taken all the sins of the world upon himself on the cross and that Whosoever will Believe the Gospel will be saved… without works…. we are free from the Law that Condemns us.
By the cross are we sinners set free.

Having been freely forgiven for our own sins how then can a Christian justify being so legalistic and judgmental of others… by supporting oppressive laws like Cannabis prohibition?

You need to grasp this important fact…. that calling for an end to an unjust jack booted law is not the same thing as endorsing any such activities!

As a Christian I support the fact that Homosexuality is no longer a crime… or that a woman can no longer be burned at the stake for witchcraft… or that Prostitutes are no longer jailed… yet in none of these cases does that mean I endorse homosexuality, witchcraft, prostitution, etc!

It simply means I do not believe it is just to use the force of the Law and police to attack and control such activities… that (like smoking weed) are all non-violent… that are all in fact matters of adult Free choice… just like choosing to follow Christ is a personal freewill choice that cannot be compelled.

I dont want people to believe and practice witchcraft, yet it is not just… nor the true Christian way for me to impose my personal beliefs upon others by force of Law… who in reality have the same and equal liberty I have to peacefully follow their own conscience on religious matters.. and questions of religious ethics… just as I do.
And I have Free speech via which I can work to persuade unbelievers of the truth.
I have no use whatsoever for Laws to compel others against their will.

The reality is that *only the feeble minded* will demand the Legal system oppress sinners and infidels because they cannot summon a powerful enough reason based argument that is able to convince others to voluntarily abandon their vises and false beliefs.

Furthermore the *need to oppress* people who do not willingly follow the same values as you do *is definitive of the vile oppressive anti freedom… anti-equality of rights mentality and unenlightened ignorance that underpins the psyche of supporters of Tyranny and persecution.
Hardly Christ like attributes.

Legalised weed in no way imposes upon Christians any obligation to smoke weed or refrain from expressing their personal views about alcohol and drug use… it merely prevents them from using the Police as some sort of Religious tool to try and force sinners and infidels into submission.
Such oppressive means as the Drug war have not only proven to be a complete failure… but also are a distinctly *unChristian* means to try and get your way!

Christianity is never going to extend its true influence by such tyrannical means!
Christianity works via the preaching of the gospel!
By the power of persuasion… and by personal example!
Christians persecuting Pot smokers in the name of Christ are doing the devils work!
You are causing the Name of Christ to stink in the eyes of those you are persecuting!
You are making them think of Christ as a source of heartless oppression… not salvation!
Woe unto you when you stand before the Lord and give account of your deeds!

The moment you abandon tyrannical moral legalism and start to practice Christian love and grace towards sinners will your whole Christian ministry cease to be like the Whited sepulchers of the Pharisees… and you will become like Christ and st Paul… who took God’s messages of Love, grace, and forgiveness to the sinners…. and instead of persecuting them… you show charity and grace towards them… showing them that they are important to God, and that they have value… instead of calling for them to be dragged off to jail!
Ie you will cease to act like their hateful enemy and start to appear more as a minster of the gospel… of Peace… of Love… of mercy.

For we Christians are not under the law!
Who among us is Holy and without sin?
who among us is worthy to cast the first stone?
Why then… if you admit your own moral failings would you think yourself Pious enough to gazed down from a higher plain assuming divine sanction to impose your own hypocritical self righteous opinions on your unwilling friends and neighbours?

The bottom line is unless other peoples actions actually do you violence… and *violate your rights* rather than mere appear immoral to your personal sensibilities … there can be no justification for passing a law against them… and so if you seek to remove certain practices from society you can only do so righteously in the eyes of the Lord *via persuasion*.
He has given you no sanction to persecute sinners and infidels.

‘If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.’ Romans 12vs8.

Thus if you can convert a sinner into believing the Bible, then that is the start for them having ‘a new life’ guided by the scriptures…. by which they will voluntarily begin to reshape their behavior in line with Christian values and ideals.

*That is How Christianity is the salt of the earth… that is how Christianity leads to a better more civil society… via evangelism and standing up for the oppressed.
*IE Christianity Flourishes in freedom*… it is Freedom that is conducive to Christian evangelism and ministry…

This being so watch how the vile Socialists are trying to outlaw Christians promoting their values!

What we see from the activities of the WOKE Politically correct Social justice warrior Antifa type movements is that they are *Anti-Freedom* Pro-legalistic tyranny… and seek to use Political force to impose their lunatic and ungodly perversions upon Christians, Conservatives, and Libertarians alike.
The answer to their tyranny is not an equal yet opposite form of tyranny and persecution of the Liberal left… but the advocacy of Freedom and tolerance, and a large sphere of personal choice and responsibility.

This is why As a Christian who understands the difference between Old testament Jewish Nationalism and Moral legalism, from Gods New Dispensation of grace towards us gentiles *as individuals* via the Cross and a personal relationship and walk with God whereby we ought to choose freely to embrace Gods morally… not from Political coercion… but from our love of God and our desire to live lives pleasing to him.

We are not called to act like Pharisees…. but are supposed to be messengers of God’s mercy and grace via the good news of the cross!
Now tell me how you can reconcile this true modus opperandi of the christian faith with ongoing support for oppressive laws against peaceful people?
Persecution is not the Christian way to ‘save society’… it is definitively oppressive… the way of Satan’s Tyrants.

The People of New Zealand have the opportunity this year to abolish a grave injustice that has been perpetrated against their own Youth, friends, and neighbours and improve our societies Legal system significantly with virtually no down side.
I implore my countrymen not to let this opportunity pass without boldly voting for Law reform and an end to the Nasty and failed War on Cannabis.
