The Australian Jewish Association (AJA) is urging all Members of Parliament to reject the draft ‘hate speech’ bill

AJA CEO Robert Gregory said:

“Antisemitism has surged in Australia under the Albanese Government, and it is clear that decisive action is required. While the proposed bill contains some potentially useful measures, the manner in which it is being rushed through Parliament is deeply concerning.

This process denies Australians the opportunity to properly scrutinise and comment on legislation of significant consequence. I have spoken with members of the Jewish community who are shocked that measures purportedly designed to protect them are being introduced without genuine consultation. The Australian Jewish Association was invited to make a submission but was given less than two days to do so, despite the significance of this legislation.

The Government’s haste is particularly offensive given its failure to act on the Segal Report, which was handed to it in July 2025 by the Special Envoy on Antisemitism, an envoy the Government itself appointed.

It is also unclear what problem this bill is intended to solve. The Bondi Beach Chanukah massacre was allegedly motivated by radical Islamic ideology, yet the proposed legislation goes out of its way to avoid confronting that reality. By excluding radical Islamic extremism, it is difficult to see how this legislation will have any impact on preventing future Bondi-style attacks. If the legislation is expanded, as expected, it could perversely result in victims being prosecuted for criticising the ideology that inspired the violence against them.

Furthermore, the bill’s carve-out for hate preachers fatally undermines its effectiveness.

There are serious concerns that the Government intends to expand this bill to cover additional ‘protected attributes’, potentially criminalising the sincerely held views of many Australians, particularly people of faith. Ironically, many of the victims of the Bondi Beach attack were religious Jews whose traditional beliefs may themselves fall foul of future expansions of this legislation. For that reason, this bill will rightly be seen as an attack on religious freedom.

Any government that proposes to criminalise speech must act in a sober, cautious, and bipartisan manner. Governments should concern themselves only with the most egregious forms of speech, such as direct incitement to violence. This bill risks regulating subjective opinions and relies on vague concepts such as ‘intimidation’. Australia risks heading down the same path as the United Kingdom, where thousands of people are arrested each year merely for expressing opinions.

I am deeply concerned that invoking the Jewish community as the justification for this deeply flawed bill will, in fact, lead to an increase in antisemitism.

I have consulted with leaders from other religious organisations, and they share these concerns. Legislation of this magnitude must command broad community support. Australians, both Jewish and non-Jewish, must be given the opportunity to have their voices heard. I urge all Members of Parliament to reject this bill.”

My Commentary….
Just as I believe the case was with NZs Radical Globalist PM Jacinda Ardern and her Gun Confiscation legislation which immediately dropped just days after the Christchurch Terror attack,
Many Australians believe the Albanese Labour Regime has had their 500 page draft legislation… ‘The Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism Bill 2026’… that outlaws criticism of his governments immigration policies, and bans the patriotic fervor of Australians for their own heritage and culture was sitting ready to go in a draw waiting for the opportunity to rush it through into law.

Like Ardern, Albanese has attempted to use The murderous Terror attack on Jews at Bondi by Islamic extremists as pretext to call parliament back into session early so as to push through this absolutely shocking piece of legislation into Law before the people of Australia have time to rally against it.

The Bill is supposed to combat Antisemitism.
It does nothing of the sort.

Thankfully… due to outrage expressed on the Social Media platform X none of the other parties in the Australian parliament are prepared to support his bill… and as you can see (above statement)… not even the Jewish community supports it.

The above statement by the Australian Jewish Association clearly states that the bill utterly fails to address Islamic extremism which was the key factor involved in the Bondi Attack, and also the legislation is a violation of Australians Rights, and Religious liberty including the religious liberty of Australian Jews!

The proposed legislation is being described as even worse than what the Starmer Regime has enacted in Britain under which 12000 Britons exercising their legitimate rights have been arrested for newly enacted ‘Speech crimes’.

He has exposed his hand. This was an attempted MASSIVE power grab that had it succeeded would have mobilized the police against them in any attempts they made to prevent their Nation being irrevocably changed… for the worse!
Australians now have all the evidence they need to see Albanese for the snake in the grass that he is.

Racism and Culture Clash. The WEF Powder Keg designed to destroy Western Civilisation.

The rising tide of ‘White Pride’ we are currently seeing is a Newtonian reaction to 50 years of ‘Black Pride’ and the systematic prejudice against White people and their culture… so in this sense it is both natural and expected.
Just as the ‘Black Pride’ movement was founded upon the positive idea of raising Black people to a position of Equal social status, yet deteriorated into an anti-white racist cancer, so too does this new wave of ‘White pride’ run the same risks.

The very idea of ‘Pride in race’ is fraught with the hazard of degenerating into Race hatred.

Enlightened people shun the very notion of ‘Racial pride’.
They see themselves primarily as Human beings. Individuals.
Members of Humanity as a whole.
This does away with Race.
This does away with Tribe.
It’s ok to be a member of a tribe, and to enjoy your tribal culture… yet that ought to be secondary to your higher Ideals in which you consider all human beings as Equals.. Created By God with equal rights.

So then… while we must expect White people to shrug off the slanderous and racist slurs that have been heaped upon them by the Far Left, and restore their own dignity and self worth, they can only claim legitimacy as long as they refrain from lifting themselves up at the expense of putting other races down…
And this is already a very great problem as we can see Far Right extremists are mingling among the White sectors of our society and recruiting gullible souls into their toxic ideology.
Fools who allow themselves to be deceived into thinking the attack on our Culture and society is fundamentally about race… rather than ideology.

They will even use Agent provocateurs to spark violence… as they did in Jan 6 at the US Capitol.

The truly sad part about this is that many Britons that have legitimate grievances about Mass migration are resorting to illegitimate means of Protest.
Rioting, violence, and destroying property is a Leftist extremist modus opperandi.
Instead the British people should be engaging in Mass peaceful protest.
That alone prevents the Powers that be deploying Draconian measures to quell violence… which is actually a legitimate function of the Government… to maintain Law and Order.

Where are the dissident leaders calling for *non-violent* peaceful resistance and civil disobedience?

This are the only legitimate means of Protest.

Resorting to arms is only a final recourse and it is literally to overthrow the corrupt government… so unless the British people actually want *a revolution*, they ought to shun violence, and instead gather in mass and demand Starmer and co Resign, and have new elections… no one who having promoted Mass migration or the woke agender being fit to stand for office.

^^^ We as individuals had no say into what race we were born into, therefore we can take no credit for that races supposed past achievements any more than we should accept blame for their supposed past evils. Yet we can as individuals choose how we ourselves shall live… ie we can take credit for our personal virtues, and responsibility for our personal misdeeds.

Collective blame, etc is Unjust… wrong.

Annette Bosworth aka Dr. Boz, who ‘had all the people she loved vaccinated,’ uploaded a video to YouTube discussing a study detailing Covid vaccine harms, which she described as ‘the biggest crime in the history of medicine’.

My commentary…

Here are some of the main points I gleaned listening to her… that stood out to me.
She concludes.
1. The Cov MRNA shots should never have been described as vaccines… but as Gene Therapy.
2. Because of emergency ordinary safety trials were skipped, yet in the small rushed initial trials that were conducted… the numbers were falsified by dodgy practices… yet even then it was estimated that it too 100 000 vaccine shots to save 2 lives from cov 19… but at the same time those same 100 000 shots would cause 27 deaths by adverse reactions.
*There were 14 times the deaths by the vax than lives assumed to be saved by the vax*
3.Death dates were substituted with the date the deaths were reported… fudging the numbers of death in the trials by 2 extra deaths of individuals who died before the cut off date, yet were not reported until after the cut of date for the trial data. This sleight of hand made the vaccine appear safer that it really was.
4. The shots tested in the trials were made via ‘process 1’ and were contaminant free, yet the mass produced shots given to the bulk of humanity were made via ‘process 2’ and were highly contaminated with DNA far above regulatory standards in orders of magnitude… and this can cause cancers.
5. That the MRNA Gene therapy shots had no ‘off switch’ to stop the body producing spike proteins, and in the cases of Deaths by myocarditis autopsy’s found spike proteins being manufactured and present in the Heart tissues of the deceased.

It should be noted that since Dr Bosworth made this video that The study she is quoting from has since been retracted due to concerns with the validity and accuracy of some of the sources, something that Dr. Boz even said she expected to happen in her video, saying that people should view the study *while it’s still there*.

I’m not surprised this report has been ‘pulled’. The Medical fraternity is heavily biased against ‘reports’ that call into question their methodology and edicts.
If you scroll through my blog posts on ‘Eternal Vigilance’ A high percentage of the Youtube videos I have included on various controversial topics that caste orthodoxy in a bad light have been axed.

It’s likely Dr Bosworth’s video will get censored… or she herself may even be pressured to remove it by the medical powers that be under duress of losing her medical practicing licenses, etc.

Update: There is developing a Covid 19 *Peer reviewed retraction scandal!*
It has been found that certain institutions have been ‘retracting’ Peer reviewed papers (like the one that Dr Bosworth used in the above article and video’s that was later reported to be ‘retracted’… without valid reason… in an obvious attempt to discredit and bury ‘inconvenient Science’ and protect the official narrative.
This is an outrage.

There have been some amazing changes at Facebook.

Mark Zuckerberger has dumped ‘Fact Checkers’ …. services provided by heavily biased, woke, and politically affiliated companies in favour of ‘community notes’ as are used on X platform, and he has also scrapped diversity and inclusion hire which prioritised Demographic identities of applicants over skills and other far more weighty attributes.

Despite many interesting confessions (on Joe Rogan Podcast) and commitments to vast improvements on facebook to restore Free Speech … very understandably thousands of people who left Facebook in disgust and have since turned up at X (Twitter) are spitting tacs that The Zuckburger has been having meetings with President elect Donald Trump.
They harbour great contempt for the many evils they believe Zuckerburg is guilty of and they are hoping he is one of many Trump will send to the gallows (metaphorically speaking) when he re-assumes power.

They see Zuck’s latest moves as nothing but a sleezy attempt to avoid the Wrath of The Don once again he is sworn into office!

The level of evil that conspired against Donald Trump and his supporters over the past 4+ has been un-believable for a first world nation to experience!
They tried to ruin him, jail him, and even assassinate him!
They have jailed some of his supporters for 4 years on absolutely bogus charges of ‘insurrection’!!
They corrupted every institution of law and order and twisted them all for the sake of persecuting their political opponents.
All of it fabricated… and all of it failed!
During all this The WEF and minions (esp Jacinda Ardern) have worked like demons to create laws in every Nation to destroy the right of free speech for their citizens.
Despite it all Trump returns victorious!

Yet now the Democrat WEF Minions are scattering like rats in fear of just retribution!

Millions of people around the globe want Zuckburger punished for his censorship which has affected elections around the globe, and during the Covid Scamdemic.

The Zuck was one of many Billionaires and powers who worked to defraud Donald Trump of Re-election in 2020.

Certainly the fear Trump could seek retribution will be a significant motivating factor for MZ in ‘demonstrating a change of heart’ by ‘fixing’ facebook.
He now admits ‘fact checkers’ have been too biased and too often ‘Got it wrong’.

Zuckerburger also blames the Biden administration for putting pressure on Facebook to censor Truth and says they ‘came after his company’ when they failed to cave into their demands.

I was one of the millions who got censored by Facebook countless times, thrown in Facebook jail right on the weeks leading up to elections, etc.
I had several of my pages axed… one on Covid 19… another on the battle of the sexes, and men’s rights.

I left Facebook because of it’s heavy political bias and censorship, so I know first hand Facebook is/was corrupt, yet still I ask Freedom lovers and Trump supporters to put their righteous indignation to the side for 5 minutes to calmly consider the following question.

Does your need for vengeance and punishment of Zuck overthrow your desire to win the information war and establish Free Speech on line… in the world?

With the WEF seeking to control the worlds internet… determined to brainwash the entire world into conforming to their dictates… seeking to censor all dissent… legislating to deploy thought police against those who post opinions detrimental to their aims.
That is a question of monumental importance!

I believe the fate of the world hangs on this very question.

Look at what is happening today in Great Britain!
Britain is no longer Great.
She has fallen under Globalist socialist Tyranny.
In the courts of WEF Puppet PM Keir Starmer’s Britain people get heaver jail sentences for Social media posts than Rapists and violent offenders do!
And this is at a time when Britain’s jails are overcrowded to the extent they are letting *real criminals* go!
Starmer is implementing WEF policies which many Western Governments around the world are trying to impose upon their people too… including Australia and New Zealand.
They want to make it illegal to question lax Immigration policies.
They want to make it illegal to say ‘Transgenderism’ is a mental health problem… gender dysphoria.
The other day I was critical about that very subject with a Woke Labour Party MP on X, when the thought occurred to me that this MP could possibly flag my posts as ‘hate speech’ and ask the NZ police to pay me a visit!

Police forces around the world no longer stick to the letter of the law, but are trained in Globalist ideology and implement ideas and agendas that are not the law of the land.
In Britain it is common for the police to harass and arrest Christian street preachers under highly dubious charges.

That we live in such times is a disgrace!

Why should citizens living in democracies fear they might get arrested for expressing their personal opinions?
That is an attack on democracy… pure and simple.

People want justice for all the massive frauds like Covid and Climate change alarmism, and for allowing their nations to be over run with hostile aliens who hate them and and their cultures, and who flout their laws, and rape their woman… They hold Mark Zuckerberg as complicit for playing along with it all by heavily censoring Facebook.

Britain is a powder keg about to blow! Governments like Starmer’s have created a situation where a Racial civil war is looming.
Tommy Robinson is locked up for exposing the Government’s cover-up of Illegal immigrant crime.
Instead of enforcing the Law… they buried the truth.
Facebook permanently banned Tommy Robinson.

There is no doubt Facebook has collaborated with tyrannical authorities censoring dissidents and helped rig elections, etc.
These are serious charges and it is no wonder people want all the globalist traitors and tyrants… and collaborators behind bars!

I hope the axe of justice does fall on them … yet I believe we must not lose sight of the ultimate battle for free speech that is being waged… and that for the sake of victory we should be prepared to negotiate terms with some of these Bad actors when expedience demands it… for the sake of ultimate victory.
Sometimes circumstances are such that this is necessary… unpleasant though it may be.
Should Facebook be reformed that would go a long way towards turning the tide in favour of saving Western civilisation from the clutches of Schwab’s ‘Great Reset’.
That IMO would go a long way to redeeming Zuckerberg for his many evils.
Ultimately *nobody* escapes Justice.
The Zuck will one day have to stand before God Almighty and give account for his deeds.

Free speech has been extinguished in Britain, and hangs by a thin thread in most other Western nations.
This is why Trump must take care with how he deals with the Zuck.

This is what is at stake with Freedom on the internet.
The problem for tyrannical Socialist governments is the the internet and social media is more powerful than their traditionally controlled forms of media… TV, Radio, and Newspapers which had very limited reach and limited public response.

Social media and the internet with 100s of thousands of independent citizen political critics, commentators, and journalists (I like to think of myself in those terms) exposing the evil and absurd things politicians are up to is proving a bane to their Diabolical schemes and agendas.
They are hell bent on taking control of the Internet and turning it to their own Nefarious political ends.
This is why there is an ideological war going on for Freedom vs tyranny over the Internet.

It is in light of this that we need to consider what Zuckerburger is doing… just how massive a victory it is for Freedom to have this powerful Social media Giant switch sides and become another platform for global Free speech!

What a blow against the aims of the WEF!
What another massive problem for Socialist governments who are hoping to make Politically incorrect opinions illegal!
Facebook will represent millions of freedom dissident comments and arguments!

To my way of thinking… and given the super-critical situation where Global freedom hangs in the balance I believe with regard to Zuckerburger and Facebook that we should subordinate our desire for justice for the sake of winning the War for Freedom and Western Capitalism, and civilisation.

And I believe that is how Trumps mind works too.
He’s more interested in good outcomes than petty vengeance.

The Zuck Fears Trump… and that’s a good thing as it has caused him to change his business model from that which suited the WEF and Democrat Anti-Free speech Tyrants to a model that far more closely resembles a free speech platform that best suits a Free world that holds Political powers and governments to account… by the people.

I believe Trump is fighting the ‘Big’ game plan… that’s what makes him a target of the Globalists.
He stands in their way of Global power.
Should Zuckerburger maintain Facebook as a Free speech Platform I believe that will suffice Trump’s purposes.
Turning an enemy into an asset… willing or not.
Freedom wins!
Trump might also call on him to supply evidence against other adversaries who plotted to defraud him via all the Lawfare, the Russian collusion hoax, and Hunter Biden Laptop scandal… etc etc… asking facebook to censor truth.

Twitter under the helm of Jack Dorsey was once just as bad as Facebook. When Elon Musk bought Twitter, and cleaned house… saving the company and turning it into a bastion of Free speech this was a massive victory against the evil powers who sort absolute control over the internet and the world.
We can credit Elon’s ‘X’ as he rebranded it as being pivotal in the Re-election of Donald Trump and in the exposure of The Coivid 19 Scamdemic.
Still it will be great for the world to have another Mega-sized alternative social media platform that is pro-free speech… in competition with X.
That’s Healthy.
Monopolies are dangerous.

When I left Facebook I dusted off my sandals against them… yet given now things have been ‘fixed’ over there… in a few months time I may re-open my account there… as a reward for the Zuck doing the right thing.
It was a big sacrifice for me to leave Facebook and in the process I lost contact with many friends and family… that was a price I had to be willing to pay to be true to my values about Truth and free speech.
Will Zuck make good on his promises to reform Facebook?
Let’s just see how things develop over the next few months.

Christian X user asks the question… “Should Porn be allowed on this platform?”

Public nudity in a free and civil society has always been a contentious issue. Even the discussion of Sex is contentious.

As a Libertarian Christian I have defended the rights of Sex workers, and Public parades such as ‘Boobs on Bikes’ from Oppressive Councils and laws that were under pressure to prohibit these things largely from Christian activist lobby groups.

Some people will wonder how as a Christian I might take such a position? I take that position because I believe in a separation of church and state, and I do not like Christianity and the bible being used as a bludgeon to persecute sinners and infidels. I believe that to be absolutely Unchristian, and also a corruption of the Law… and a violation of individual rights.

Many anti-freedom people think that by taking the side of prostitutes that I am endorsing prostitution, yet that is false. I do not want anyone (man or woman) to prostitute themselves, yet that does not mean I therefore should support laws against them.

I believe In liberty.. as a Libertarian Christian we have far more hope of saving people from prostitution if we show love for them rather than hateful oppression. Christians can still work to reduce prostitution via the gospel… which is the true Christian way to battle sin and improve the world…. all under freedom.

Now I said all this here to give context to the question raised above. Porn in Western society may be construed as being anything from showing a nipple… to full on Sex. I personally am not bothered by the former being allowed in public yet would be very bothered by the latter… so even Libertarian Tim thinks there must be a line drawn *somewhere*.

Myself… applying the principle of Equality before the law when supporting ‘Boobs parades in Hamilton’ was that if men are allowed to walk topless down the street so too should woman be lawfully allowed to. Instead of allowing woman to do so, we could instead simply create a new prohibition against men having bare chests…. yet is this the best direction for society… less freedom… more laws/rules/punishments? It’s obvious to me thats the wrong direction to take society… that leads to what is happening in the Islamic world with Burkas and Beard police.

The truth is Christians need to be tolerant of others who do not share *all* the same values and sentiments we do… yet who are still peaceful and civil. Ie seeing a boob on the street you may find offensive (I don’t) but is certainly does not violate any of your rights!

If we were to apply that to social media platforms and boobs were allowed… then anyone offended by it could scroll past that post… and even block the sender of the post…. thereby *self policing* their own content without imposing their views on others. And this is how a free and civil society really works. Tolerance… and Individuals taking responsibility for their own moral standards rather than expecting the government to act like the Taliban.

X could set up an ‘R18’ tab (maybe they already do) and users could click that tab to prevent any R18 content appearing in their feed. They probably already do this… I’m not sure. I’m fairly certain most x users don’t want explicit porn turning up in their feed, yet I’m sure the odd boob pick from a chick on the back of a motor cycle does not bother too many people????

Ultimately such questions are for the Platforms themselves to figure out… yet if they get it wrong It would impact on their User satisfaction and cause people to leave. Lets say X allowed nudity yet not explicit sex acts… at first some millions who cant handle the sight of a boob to leave. That would be an expected cost. yet eventually those numbers would recover and users would just take such stuff in their stride like adults. And personally speaking I think that is progress… an escape from the petty legalistic prudish attitudes that still support Legal oppression under the guise of Christian virtue.

If nudity was allowed on X that would not mean Christians could no longer maintain their own virtues. They might face more ‘temptation’… yet it would be up to them to overcome that as all Christian ought. Ironically It’s the more Pious types that have the most problem when confronted with a boob! Everyone else just laughs… or scrolls past.

That’s my 5 cents. 🙂

On the Proposals for a New Regulatory Body within the Safer On-line Services and Media Platforms Discussion Document.

To the committee.

This is my written submission opposing the government proposal to create a new appointed regulatory body that will essentially prohibit New Zealanders sharing their personal views, and opinions on line which do not conform to the narrow one sided opinions of Gov appointed gatekeepers under the guise of ‘protecting vulnerable minorities’.

The new authority will not be subject to the democratic process.
That is unacceptable and dangerous.

I reject the idea that the creation of such a regulatory authority will make New Zealanders safer.

I believe it will have the opposite effect because it will curtail the most essential attribute for a free and civil society… The right to free speech, which includes the right to hold and express views that are contrary to those of the government of the day.

Free speech is essential to the safety of the people, including minorities as their views, opinions, and general liberty are protected by the same principles of Law… equally applied.
History shows that Government regulation of free speech puts populations in grave danger!

This government has tried to enact hate speech laws in the recent past yet met with strong public outrage and yet here we are… the same meddlesome radicals hoping to enact their own designs through the back door while the people are unaware.
The majority of New Zealanders do not even know these proposals are being pushed forward!
This is an attempt to subvert democracy and enact this regulatory body by stealth!
Where was all the Public advertising that you were planning this curtailment of their free speech on line?
Where was your invitations to the public to have their say?
Zero!
This can be juxtaposed with all the Gov mass advertising telling the people to get vaccinated!
Obviously this government thinks free speech is not a matter of great Pubic importance!
In truth this government considers free speech an impediment to the implementation of their radical agenda.

So on the basis that this proposal will not face thorough public notification and consultation, I hold this committee to desist from moving forward with the proposals in the discussion document as they have no legitimate mandate from the New Zealand people.

I had to receive my short notice of your intended power grab from independent free speech watchdogs ‘The Free Speech Union’, and Hobson’s Pledge!
This exposes the underhand nature of what is afoot… You wanted to minimise public input because you know what you are proposing goes against the will of the majority.
For the same reason this Government has pushed through so many radical new laws under urgency when there has been no legitimate justification for doing so!
They have done this to sidestep the Legal safeguards that are supposed to prevent Radicals corrupting our Democracy.
This has been the least transparent, most undemocratic Government in the history of our nation.
They are running our country into the dirt!

This Radical Labour Government is in it’s death throes.
Jacinda Ardern quit her post knowing the writing was on the wall.
This Government cannot claim to represent us.
To enact this proposal will be an act of subversion against our democracy.

Let me now propose the correct way the rights of minorities and individuals are legitimately protected in a free and civil society.
Rather than by creating more Bureaucratic monstrosities and apartheid laws, the proper means to protect minorities is the entrenchment of a Bill of Equal Rights that Parliament and corporations must honor as the highest laws of the land.

It can be rightly argued that an absolute democracy ( Democratically elected parliament with absolute power) is nothing more than arbitrary mob rule and that as such minorities and individuals can and do get trampled under foot. This is what a Bill of Rights *with teeth* prevents.

The unspoken rationale for creating the proposed new on line Authority is to steer the public discourse, preventing popular dissenting voices from successfully rallying the people against Government desired social reforms and policies. The rationale is if Free speech is allowed to reign this will thwart unpopular Government interventions thereby perpetuating the imagined oppression of select minorities the woke socialists wish to ‘elevate’.
The means by which they now seek to achieve this (by censoring opinion) to control the public discourse is extremely partisan.

The establishment of Apartheid institutions such as this proposed Authority will corrupt the democratic process of which free speech and the right to dissent is fundamental.
Instead of fighting Racism These patently Racist laws and institutions entrench racism!
They ferment prejudices and disrupt racial harmony.

The proper way to protect minorities from mob rule is by having an iron clad Bill of Rights which Parliaments must respect. This way minorities and individuals *are guaranteed the same rights* as everyone else. So that they cannot be legally oppressed as they have full redress to the Law and the principle of equality of rights!

Clearly the aims of the present Government is not true justice as defined by equality before the Law, but to grant special rights, privileges, and advantages to their pet demographics with one hand, while actively suppressing, disadvantaging, and trampling the rights of Demographics they disfavor.

This is how ‘Critical Theory’ and ‘Identity politics’ functions. It is diametrically opposed to equal rights, and justice, and the traditional enlightened ideals and values which made New Zealand a first world nation and makes our country such an exceptional place to live.

New Zealand is not a racist country!
New Zealand is not a bigoted Nation!
Any pretenses to the contrary are Radical Political constructs with no basis in fact or reality.
For example it is a travesty to sugest the greatest threat to New Zealand society is ‘White Nationalism… White supremacy’!
That is an outrageous slander against the good character of the New Zealand people!
It is a political lie!
On-line hate is not a serious problem in New Zealand that warrants this heavy handed intervention.
Critical Theory is in fact a recipe for creating Racist and bigoted societies fragmented by pitting one demographic against another.

It is easy to foresee the new regulatory Authority would seek to suppress opinions like mine from being desseminated on line.
I would be censored out of existence in the on-line public square.
I would most likely be maligned by this Regulator and defamed as a hateful and dangerous racist, and would have no way to defend my name.
Their Hate speech laws could even threaten me with jail.
The idea is that people like me should not participate in public discourse, but shut up… and allow the government to impose it’s will unchallenged.

These are serious matters.
The powers that be seeking to establish this new authority do not wish the conversation to be taken in this direction for obvious reasons.
They don’t like opinions like mine that express concerns their new engine will be used for nefarious political ends. They take umbrage at the very thought their personal views might be considered dangerous and hateful! How dare I!
As we speak they are attempting to de-legitimise and disqualify submissions like mine under the guise of being ‘hateful’ ‘offensive’, and thereby not be obliged to register them and make them publicly available for scrutiny.

Tell me whose interests are really served by this raft of curtailments of long established democratic rights?

They want to maintain the pretense that the proposed authority will make the internet ‘safer’ for certain groups and will lose little sleep that their Thought Police will suffocate dissenters like me.
In fact they salivate at having such power.
I’m a member of a particular minority they despise!
I’m the type of ‘dangerous’ thinker they wish to keep everyone ‘safe’ from!
In reality I am a defender of truth and freedom and an enlightened advocate for limited government and equality before the law.
Values and ideals held by a majority of New Zealanders… The group the Socialist radicals wish to subjugate.
I have no hate in my heart.
I am passionate about protecting Freedom and National independence for my children’s sake… and their children.

Why do you think most New Zealander strongly oppose the government setting up such an Authority which will curtail their On-line freedoms?

We know such an authority will be used to prevent criticism and protests against the governments radical socialist agenda which stands in opposition to New Zealanders long held traditional values and ideals… and that is why this governments agenda can accurately be described as radical and hostile.
The proposals are in fact seeking to impose Racial prejudices into law under the pretense of combating racism!
I am of Maori decent yet the proposals frighten me because they give powers to censor dissenting views which seek to rally the people of New Zealand to defend our national interests, and resist the Globalist socialist agendas being planned abroad by powerful organizations which is nothing short of surrendering our National sovereignty.

It is no exaggeration to say that should this new Authority be enacted that it will be done so without any mandate of the Majority of New Zealanders but against their well established and previously clearly expressed will… that of strong and overwhelming opposition to the furtherment of institutional Racial separatism. This is easily gleaned from the many other attempts New Zealand Governments have tried to further entrench separatism, yet were faced with overwhelming expressions of public objection.
Examples of this are plentiful, such as the 2013 Government Constitutional Review.
Now the Radicals, having had their aims thwarted by the safeguards of Democratic due process, now seek to achieve their apartheid goals by subverting public consultation processes, referendums, and other impediments that have been put in place to prevent our Government and Laws being highjacked by Radicals against the will of the people.

Regarding The concept of Te Ao Māori (Māori world view)
What a travesty!
The truth is there is no such thing as ‘The Maori position’. The Pro-Maori position, etc. *That is a politically manufactured travesty*,
Like all peoples (such as the Pakeha) despite decades of propaganda and indoctrination in the State education system, we Maori don’t all think the same things, believe the same ideas, etc.
The notion that People can be so easily compatmentalised is shambolic!

Thinking Maori individuals can and do exist on all sides of any debate… They are not all locked in ‘Group think’… slaves to their tribes, or their ethnicity. It is therefore a scam to pretend any hand picked body of Bureaucrats will be ‘representative’ of Maori.

In the same way that the majority of Maori do not support the regressive and divisive views of Te Pati Maori!
Yet we can be sure your new Regulatory board will be peopled with Radicals who peddle Te Pati Maori type wares cloaked under the guise of being ‘The Official Maori World View’.
Most Maori today are not stuck in the past but happily share modern Western Values and concepts with the rest of New Zealand. ‘He Iwi Tahi Tatau’ We have become one people in the true spirit of the Treaty of Waitangi. While we still enjoy many aspects of our cultural heritage we do not appreciate nor desire to be hog tied to the past, values, and backward concepts that may have held currency long ago.
So any idea of an Official ‘Maori view’ being today distinct from all other Kiwis is a false political construct designed to institutionalise Racial divide and prevent citizens from being able to voice their abhorrence for such a contemptible, and divisive scheme. To speak against this scheme will be deemed to be *Anti-Maori and Hateful Racism*.
This is a claim Te Pati Maori Radicals make all day every day!
That is the sort of politics this new authority will represent.

The idea of entrenching an ‘Official Maori world view’ is a scheme that seeks to reverse the progress of the last 150 years and Re insnare most Maori back under tribalism.
The very act of speaking out against these racist schemes will be deemed to be ‘Anti-Maori’ and rendered a thought crime!
How can a democracy work when Political Parties Like Te Pati Maori, The Greens, and Labour make all sorts of derogatory claims about Pakeha New Zealanders, and twist historic reality to suit their own agenda, accruing more and more Authority, Power, and Tax money unto themselves all the while the rest of New Zealand must sit in silence while they are being defamed, defrauded, and disenfranchised?
This is what happens under an apartheid State!
This is real racial prejudice!
This is what your proposal seeks to establish and why it is an abomination!

When will you wake up to the fact that all your decades of so-called socialist ‘positive discriminations’ designed to raise Maori out of their dire social statistics are a complete failure?
The true problems facing the Maori people today is not racial oppression, but poor ethics, backward ideas, and a massive lack of self responsibility!

To question their motives and wisdom is to be considered a Hateful bigot and crackpot.
The thing is we New Zealanders are not so easily fooled! We know who really are the dangerous Crackpots and extremists whose values are at variance with the people and traditions of our country!
The race question is just one Free speech issue your proposed regulator threatens to suffocate.
Other socialist schemes will also become forbidden to dissent… such as on matters of Immigration, Vaccination, Climate Change policy, Matters of Sex Education, sexuality, etc. as it is easy to predict ‘scope creep’ from this new body and the very idea of ‘A Maori World View’ must be by it’s very nature.. an ‘All encompassing Wholistic paradigm’ with tentacles reaching into all things political.

We Freedom loving New Zealanders will not tolerate our Free nation being hijacked by Radicals hell bent on destroying the foundations of Freedom… esp Free Speech.

There are members of our parliament whose true allegiances lie with a corporation of Foreign interests such as the World Economic Forum, The United Nations, The World Health Organisation… who desire to destroy the foundations, values, and traditions that underpin Western Nations, and which have caused them to prosper far above other portions of the world.
These Globalist organisations have a plan by which they seek to usurp the Sovereignty and Independence of prosperous Nations like New Zealand.
They desire to cripple our democratic foundations whereby the people elect their own leaders for the sake of putting their nation and peoples interests first.
This creates a bulwark that stands in the way of the Globalist scheme for a New World Order, Global digital currency and ID system.
That is why the Golbalists know nationalistic democracies like the one we have in NZ must be weakened, so that their Global schemes can be imposed… most of which is contrary to the best interests of these First world nations.
The people are not fools. We can see when politicians are betraying our interests. And when they do this we protest, and we sack them.
The Globalists plan requires politicians of divided loyalty to gain control over their nations internet and regulate what citizens may or may not say on line.
Then they can control dissent and prohibit online discussion and protests against the implementation of the Globalist agenda.
You may mock my opinions. That’s fine. Just remember I have the right to hold and express them on line and out on the street.
I have the right to participate in the Democratic processes of this country,

In conclusion I reiterate my absolute opposition to the establishment of this Un-elected regulator of New Zealanders On-line activities.
I believe Free Speech must be upheld for All New Zealanders and that no ‘official Narratives’ be allowed to be ‘blueprints’ for what New Zealanders are allowed to Think, or say.
It is not hateful to hold and express values and beliefs that dissent from the Government of the days opinions and theories’.. or even ‘Science’. It is a right that must remain protected By Law for that is vital for any Free society to exist.
