One Year ago today a left wing Mad Man… a foreigner… aided by the failings of the New Zealand Police carried out the most barbaric act of Terrorism our Nation had ever seen in modern times.
Today is a day to remember the innocent victims of this heinous crime.
There is little reason for me personally to mention the religious affiliation of the victims other than to say that their lost is felt by all New Zealanders of good will… including Christians like myself.
I wish that was all we should be meditating upon today… but its not.
This is also a time to reflect at how Draconian and Agenda driven the Ardern government has behaved since in taking the lowest level of political opportunism to use this tragedy to ram through their own Anti-freedom, anti-New Zealand culture Jackbooted Power grabs.
The small Muslim community of New Zealand has been used by Ardern as a Political football… not only to propel herself onto the international stage, but also to justify the unprecedented curtailment of their fellow citizens rights and liberties.
How is that supposed to ‘improve social relations?
Its not… it only serves to create angst.
Its little wonder they did not want Arderns virtue signally circus to come to town for a National memorial day!
They just want to move on… and remember this tragedy in their own way … yet Ardern was hell bent on getting her Publicity Extravaganza onto the world stage so she could ‘strut her stuff’ and boast about how she has implemented sweeping legislations … all WOKE UN Policies… because this is *All about Her*….
If it were not for the risk that Covid-19 posed to her Mass Public relations campaign… we would be watching a grand Ardern spectacle as I write these words… in total disregard for the expressed wishes of the Muslim community in Christchurch.
It was only cancelled at the last minute.
Thats how she rolls.
History will prove how the government has acted against our Nation was at least as monstrous a crime as the terrorist’s foul deed.

As the calendar clicked over into 2020 I was wallowing under a cloud at how oppressive Ardern’s regime and her henchmen The New Zealand Police has been behaving with regards to the Police raid on Right Minds Social media Commentator and critic of the Ardern Globalist doctrine and Concerned Citizen who made a Submission in opposition to the Firearms Amendment Act… Conservative Thinker Dieuwe de Boer.
The Police had evidently used his submission to the bill as ‘pretext’ to invade and ransack his home and traumatise his family… finding nothing…. yet leaving him (and the Independent NZ Blogging community) a clear message from the regime… of the consequences contrary opinions to the State Agenda could expect to be treated if they dare express them in the public domain.
This shocking act of Political Gansterism was just the latest in a series of such raids on independent Kiwi social media commentators … a clear systematic pattern now evident to all who are awake… one which the so-called mainstream media have done their part to condition the sheeple to endorse as a legitimate suppression of ‘Far Right extremism’.
I had predicted this Jackbooted activity would commence (here) given the Gun confiscation amnesty had been such an utter failure… the Police eager to ‘Punish’ those who had in any way attempted to protest against their new tyrannies…. and because the raid on de Boer’s family home was well covered by several Bloggers there was little I could have added to the discussion, and so I chose to share these commentaries rather than write another one myself.

And If that was not enough to depress the Concern citizens of New Zealand… the media kept pumping out the bad news that the State Juggernaut was steam rolling forward with ‘more ‘Hate speech legislation’… and more betrayal of the ‘Full and Final Treaty settlement process’ (re: Arderns utter disregard for the Law with respect to Inhumatao).

Academics and the Media have been promoting sugar taxes… and Taxes on Meat and dairy… Hospitals are changing their menus, not to improve Patients health but for the so-called Politically correct rationale of making their operations ‘more environmentally sustainable’.
I was feeling the weight of the relentless Millitarisation of the New Zealand police as being the new and accepted ‘Post Christchurch ‘Norm’ … having been sold to the public via the same lies that were used to justify the concurrent disarmament of Law abiding New Zealanders… that the Christchurch attack ‘had forever changed the rules of the game’… and that We New Zealanders must accept a heavy curtailment of our rights across the board… because we are being told our rights and liberties were ‘dangerous’… and therefore the Police needed far more Powers.
Today if the police pay you a visit they will always be armed… and they will treat you as if you are dangerous irrespective of the reason they have come to see you about.

These thoughts and others have been weighing heavy on my soul and because of a sense of utter helplessness to prevent the advance of Leviathan I have been suffering despair for the future… despair for my Children and Grand children… will they grow strong enough in Fortitude and wisdom… in Faith, and Truth to be able to walk the path that the Children of God must walk… and endure the Powerful delusions that will be propagated against the truth?
I am fearful that they will not be strong enough to resist and to endure… for I know what a monumental trial lies ahead for Christians and Libertarians.
And yet in the past few weeks several monumental things have happened that have reminded me of the importance of maintaining a positive faith.
When things look dark it is easy to get tunnel vision and to focus on the gloom… yet I am happy to say that I have today good reason to think that The Powers of Light are not yet defeated, and that Though things are dire… that still resistance is on several fronts causing the minions of Satan to retreat… and the first of those was January 31… BREXIT!

This is of itself a very depressing fact, and yet the National party Leader Simon Bridges has made Several announcements that do in fact constitute some important improvements on what Ardern and Labour are peddling.
In particular he has said he wants the farcical Treaty settlement process to be fully wound up by 2024, He says that the waitangi tribunal should eventually go, and also wants to see an end to the Apartheid electoral system and race based seats in parliament!
Both these things are of the highest importance to me and so while ‘Regeim change’ will not exactly be reason for dancing in the street as would be the case if New Zealand elected a Libertarian party into office, none the less there are at least some reasons to be more positive than the current misery.
Given that Arderns recent meddling, having ignored the *Legal* status of Treaty grievances at Ihumatau as being full and finally settled , is threatening to completely put our nation back to square one

Happy New Year ‘Eternal Vigilantes’!
The inquiry above was private message to me via Facebook from a friend, and it was important enough to inspire this first ‘Eternal Vigilance’ Blog Post for 2020.
It is a fair question, and also supplies a common explanation as to why many Christians perceive the idea of cannabis law reform as being a negative step into chaos… thus think they should oppose legalisation.
So what follows is a relatively short explanation as to why I believe such a perspective is disastrously misguided.
I hope to show why as a Christian myself I am an enthusiastic supporter of cannabis legalization… on the strongest grounds of Justice and Good Christian values and ideals.
First I suggest Christians seeking to investigate this legal matter, should ask themselves…
“Who commits the greater Evil… a peaceful person getting high… or the person who calls upon an oppressive State to throw people in jail and ruining their lives because they enjoy cannabis?”
“What basis can you justify *your personal beliefs* as being a good enough reason to call for the persecution of others who dont share your opinions?”
“Have they not an equal right to their own opinion… how would you like it if they forced their personal beliefs upon you?”
“Do you seriously believe you have the Divine right to legally persecute Pot smokers?”
“Where is Freedom and the virtue of following your own conscience in any of this oppressive politics?”
This year’s General Election will include 2 ‘peoples referendum’. One on Legalising Euthenasia, and the other on Ending Cannabis Prohibition.
So these questions are being talked about by the politically awake sections of New Zealand, the Media, Social networks, etc as people either seek to be better informed on what is at stake, or seek to sway others into similar opinions to their own.
For Me the subject of Ending the War on drugs, esp the legalisation of Cannabis is one that I have spent a large amount of time advocating.
I have been an activist seeking to End cannabis prohibition for over 2 decades, in fact this was the topic that first got me interested in Politics and freedom as I had been in the West Auckland ‘Pot Scene’ as a teenager from the mid 80s… even before I became a Christian at the age of 18.
The Drug war was in full swing back then… yet despite the oppression, Pot was everywhere in West Auckland… Prohibition certainly *did not prevent* young people from getting plenty of it… and even though The Jack booted police raids and the criminalisation of youth was very oppressive… it did not deter young people from smoking it…. it just made them more defiant… and hate the police… and the society that was treating them like scum…. Cannabis was Sociable… Cannabis was enjoyable… and that was that…. no amount of Heavy handed Draconian Police raids and jails was ever going to stamp it out…
Cannabis use in New Zealand is among the very highest of all Western Nations.
Most adults have at some stage tried cannabis and a very large portion regularly do so.
The Police have had a war on Cannabis…. and cannabis has won!
The admission that the Drug war has failed is now a matter of Global realisation… New approaches are being implemented….
Many Nations have now legalised cannabis and have regulated markets.
Cannabis is also now recognised for having many health and medicinal benefits.
Where law reform has occurred recreational use has not increased, and Crime stats have improved.

There is a strong argument that a Legalised yet regulated market for cannabis will actually reduce the amount available to under-aged users that is currently a significant problem under prohibition… just as having Licensed alcohol sales *reduces access* to underage drinkers… it cannot 100% prevent access… yet does significantly reduce it for a number of reasons… esp that venders will lose their licences to sell if they are caught supplying underage youth.
I got arrested several times before the age of 20, and those experiences taught me that *it was the system that was Evil*… not me. I knew that smoking weed was not like Violence to others… or like Theft… ie that my Pot smoking was no different to having a few beers… and that as long as I did not harm others that it was wrong for the government to punish me for enjoying myself with my friends.
This mistreatment by the system via these oppressive laws only served to alienate the pot smoking community and make them more sympathetic towards the *real criminal community*… having been made criminals themselves by the State… and so in this way does the unjust prohibition of cannabis *cause large numbers of citizens to lose faith in the justice of that societies Law and order* and Muddies the water of clarity as to what really ought to constitute a crime… and what does not justly meet the criteria by which it should be criminalised.
Via these unjust laws, the system is *actually manufacturing criminals out of peaceful people* from a bigoted and fanatical desire to force these people to comply to the Bigots demands.
When cannabis prohibition ends this will be a massive boon to our society on the law and order front as it will fix a situation that is a monstrosity of injustice and Bad Law. in fact I predict the legalisation of cannabis will easily prove to be the greatest law reform that will make our society safer, and more just so far this millennium!
I can think of no other law reform in the past 20 years that will have had as comparatively significant improvement in social justice and redeeming such a large section of the population from criminalisation… and with it a jump in respect for law and order in general.
I know this from first hand experience as to just how corrosive suffering the sting of cannabis prohibition by the state was to my own young perceptions about the justness of society and how alienating the legal persecution of pot smokers is.
It was from these experienced based insights that I began as a young man in my 20s to start my political activism to ‘Free the weed’.
25 plus years later… after many speeches at Jay days, and blog posts, etc and the effort of countless other Activists and heroes like Dakta Green, Chris Fowlie, Nandor Tanczos New Zealand is finally going to put the question of ending the War on cannabis to public referendum, and there is every reason to be positive that the People will call for an end to prohibition in favour of a decriminalized and regulated legal use similar to Alcohol regulations.
I have many more points that I could raise on this issue, yet the points above suffice as an introduction to how I became an activist to end prohibition and some of the most weighty reasons why calling for Law reform is justified… and urgent.

Now I would specifically like to address why I say *Christians* ought to also support the referendum to end prohibition.
I am a Christian, and the first argument I would use to convince other Christians into supporting Law reform is because *Christians are supposed to stand up for the oppressed*… not cheer for their persecution!
When the Pharisee Saul was confronted on the Damascus Road by the risen Christ (later to become Paul The Apostle of Grace) he forsook moral legalism and never again took up stones to throw at Sinners, Heretics, or infidels.
God Gave him a New Gospel… the Gospel of Grace… That Christ had taken all the sins of the world upon himself on the cross and that Whosoever will Believe the Gospel will be saved… without works…. we are free from the Law that Condemns us.
By the cross are we sinners set free.
Having been freely forgiven for our own sins how then can a Christian justify being so legalistic and judgmental of others… by supporting oppressive laws like Cannabis prohibition?
You need to grasp this important fact…. that calling for an end to an unjust jack booted law is not the same thing as endorsing any such activities!
As a Christian I support the fact that Homosexuality is no longer a crime… or that a woman can no longer be burned at the stake for witchcraft… or that Prostitutes are no longer jailed… yet in none of these cases does that mean I endorse homosexuality, witchcraft, prostitution, etc!
It simply means I do not believe it is just to use the force of the Law and police to attack and control such activities… that (like smoking weed) are all non-violent… that are all in fact matters of adult Free choice… just like choosing to follow Christ is a personal freewill choice that cannot be compelled.
I dont want people to believe and practice witchcraft, yet it is not just… nor the true Christian way for me to impose my personal beliefs upon others by force of Law… who in reality have the same and equal liberty I have to peacefully follow their own conscience on religious matters.. and questions of religious ethics… just as I do.
And I have Free speech via which I can work to persuade unbelievers of the truth.
I have no use whatsoever for Laws to compel others against their will.
The reality is that *only the feeble minded* will demand the Legal system oppress sinners and infidels because they cannot summon a powerful enough reason based argument that is able to convince others to voluntarily abandon their vises and false beliefs.
Furthermore the *need to oppress* people who do not willingly follow the same values as you do *is definitive of the vile oppressive anti freedom… anti-equality of rights mentality and unenlightened ignorance that underpins the psyche of supporters of Tyranny and persecution.
Hardly Christ like attributes.

I spent a week preparing myself for this Oral submission, though we were given a mere 5 minutes to present our arguments.
The idea that such a stingy allocation equates to sound due process… that the Government is ‘interested’ and ‘listening’ to citizens concerns before passing legislation is farcical… Nonetheless there is little point crying about it.
With this in mind I Ruthlessly ignored a thousand equally important factors I would have loved to have been able to present, I managed to focus my submission to a single main theme… the end result being notes 4 times the material that I would be able to speak in 5 minutes… which meant before I even walked in the door I had to sacrifice 75% of this already narrow presentation… leaving me with a mere 1/4 of a single thread of argument… and I guess I am supposed to feel honored to have been able to present that tiny snipet.
There’s nothing Important at stake after all… just the Future Freedom of My Children and theirs!!!!
Only the fact that my country is sinking into a Jackbooted Police State!
I Prayed for Calmness and wisdom, yet still I could not prevent myself from becoming emotional as I presented my case.
In the end I did not even manage to finish that meager portion… yet fortunately I brought 6 printed copies of my full oral submission that I was able to give to the Clark, and so That was a more positive outcome than my 5 minute presentation.
I admit that I was quite nervous about delivering my submission as I had visions of being raked over the coals at question time with regards to how scathing my earlier written submission was… as it turned out my paranoia was unfounded.
Having watched a few submissions, I was expecting the Chair to tell me when I was at 4 minutes so that I could round up on my final points, and maybe field a question or two, yet for some reason she did not give me a 4 minute signal and so I spoke right up to the bell and finished rather abruptly.
I did not hang about long after my delivery as i was expected back at work, yet the ratio was about 5:1 against the Bill.
I left when one submitter began to say they supported the Bill.
The Secretary of The council of Licenced Firearms Owners (COLFO) Nicole Mckee was present and I introduced myself to her and we had a short chat about proceedings.
She was a very pleasant lady, and gave me her card.
Though she had already presented an Oral submission as a COLFO representative at an earlier Hearing, she was in attendance to hear the submissions, and to offer encouragement and advice to others making submissions.

Oral submission on the (New Zealand) Arms Legislation Bill.
To the Finance and Expenditure Committee
Good Morning.
In my written submission I made many statements about why I reject the re-establishment of a gun register.
In these Hearings the Committee will have herd testimony from a broad range of experts on Guns, and the gun community, social services, etc
My contribution is from a different quarter.
I do not own any firearms.
I want talk about this bill from the perspective of a Father and Grandfather and very concerned and observant citizen who has been witnessing over the past year that New Zealanders Individual Freedom across the board have been coming under siege … not from Terrorism but from oppressive politics.
Our Rights which have been a birthright for generations are threatened from a rapidly expanding Police State.
The Bill before us is all part of this insidious regressive process and that is why I call upon you to reject it in totality.
via such activities as this Bill and the Arms amendment Act, and the belligerent attitude of Parliament and the police, our Cultural heritage and very fabric of our nation are being systematically undermined.
It is frightening to witness these changes that are being hastily implemented by this parliament in the space of less than a year.
let me quickly give a few examples.
The Waikato is a place that has always held the Best Armistice Remembrance days… and I have always attended them …. bringing my family to look at all the military displays and memorabilia… esp all the old machine guns that collectors brought along… and you could sit and chat with them as they proudly described Epic Battles and Heroic Deeds performed by the New Zealand troups… and others.
Each year this events grew bigger and better… except for this year… Something terrible has happened and it is not the Terrorist attack… as some may assume, but the atmosphere that now exists because owning machine Guns and semiautomatics has become a crime!
All the machine-guns and semi-automatics that were normally there ….were gone!
Yet they were all Taonga!
National Treasures!
This parliament has succeeded in the space of a year to create an atmosphere under which to enjoy our Martial traditions and history… and Arms… is now virtually *a thought crime!*
The difference in this year’s event was appalling…
The guts has been ripped out of the Event.
Attendance was very low, and when I talked with those people who were still running stalls and displays they virtually all told me they believed the cause of the dirth was the new Anti-gun laws.
I fear the viability of this long held remembrance event is now in jeopardy.
Multiply this sad situation across the country and the magnitude of the ‘New Anti-Gun era’ being fostered onto our country by the Government becomes apparent…. and it is shocking to me.
I was told of other cancelled events.
On top of this I have seen News reports that the Guns and arms that RSAs have had on display for decades are now under threat of destruction … all because of Parliaments and the Police’s callous and arrogant attitudes and agenda!
Lest we forget…
What was the reason New Zealanders fought two world wars?
It was to liberate Nations from invading Tyranny and to Defeat Evil Totalitarian Ideologies and powers that threatened the life and liberty of ourselves, our Friends, and neighbors!

Taking away New Zealanders most powerful firearms is an extremely foolish thing to do with respect to Homeland security!
God forbid that we should face a foreign invasion …. yet when an enemy knows that we have been disarmed by our own Government … that only serves to encourage them to attack us!
Far from reducing the likely hood of future terrorist attacks … by taking away the nations best guns you are making us all weaker… in resolve and in arms !
And you have succeeded in making our country a much more juicy target… ie much much less safe!
In New Zealand we have no Constitutional protection from Mob rule or the arbitrary whims of Parliament as our Bill of Rights is not worth the paper it is printed on!
We dont have a ‘Second amendment as the US does
and that is the only reason why This government and Police has been able to get away with taking us down this low road… and running Ruff shod over the rights of Gun owners…
yet this does not make what you have been doing right… even if it is Legal…
This is not the rule of Law…which is the rule of just principle…. what you guys are doing is an unprincipled exercise of arbitrary power!
It is a well understood principle of Liberty that The Police should never be allowed any part in writing the laws they are being paid to enforce!
It places too much power in their hands and is a dangerous opportunity for them to put their own interests ahead of the Rights and liberties of the people they serve….
The Police are not our masters, but our servants and from how their hierarchy have been behaving lately its high time they were reminded of this fact!
I have been actively promoting the Idea that New Zealand desperately needs a New Constitution to prevent this sort of abuse of legislative power currently afoot.
A constitution that does among other things embodies the principles of the US second amendment… yet in the absence of this today… here and now …. all I can do is appeal to this committees conscience.
I hope my submission has succeeded to some degree in giving you pause… to contemplate what direction this legislation and others like hate speech laws will carry our Nation…. and that is backwards… making us less free… and making us Weaker… more vulnerable… and more dependent…
It does not have to be this way… This committee could recommend to parliament that there is a far better and more principled ways to move forward after what happened in Christchurch….
That they should reject this program of Gun restrictions and registers… and instead boldly defend the great freedoms we have enjoyed in this country for generations… respecting our Culture and traditions that have made living here so wonderful.
Please Act now before the Police destroy all our Cultural treasures in arms!

Update: I edited this argument slightly to fit the Supplementary Order Paper 408 -Arms legislation bill and submitted it with the following recommendation….
“I recommend this bill be rejected in total, and an independent review be taken as to how Parliament and Jacinda Ardern have circumvented due process to rush these Arms Prohibitions into Law without a legitimate mandate from the people (ie the people did not vote them into government on these serious legislative changes), or at least first waiting for the Royal Commission of Inquiry Report into the Christchurch Terror attack before making any decisions on Arms Legislation.
I would also hope such an Inquiry would investigate why the terms of reference for the Royal Commission did not allow them to investigate the process in which the arms amendment act was hastily enacted, whether the act will prevent any future attacks, or why the Commission were not instructed to thoroughly investigate the Police in how they granted Brenten Tarrant a Licence. These shortcomings in the terms of reference smacks of a political cover up as it Hog ties the commission from investigating these most essential questions.
If it is found that the Police did not fulfill their Duties correctly in granting Tarrant a licence, this would indicate that this whole series of Arms prohibitions and regulations that is being Ram Rodded home is a devious miscarriage of justice against New Zealand citizens and gun owners, because Arms legislation as it stood was already sufficient to prevent the Christchurch event if only the Police had done their Job properly.
And If all this proved to be true then the activities of Jacinda Ardern, The New Zealand Police Hierarchy should be held accountable for political corruption, and legitimacy of the Arms amendment act itself must be called into question… and preferably abolished.”

I can already tell that this Inquiry is a Scam… by checking out the ‘Terms of Reference’ which are the instructions from Parliament that set the scope of the inquiry… what Parliament wants the inquiry to investigate and what it is prohibited from investigating… well in these ‘terms of reference’ (re: the link) we see that Ardern… in cahoots with the Police have already loaded the dice both to avoid the commission finding fault with the police leading up to the event, or with the governments actions after the event:
(A) no investigation will be made to inquire *into what failures the police made in issuing Tarrant a licence*
So this inquiry is designed to feign a rigorous investigations into the root causes… and yet one of the most vital aspects that need investigating… *How the Police could issue this foreign terrorist a Licence* … is *not* part of the investigation… thereby meaning the Police will not have to explain to the Public how and why they got it so wrong!
So there goes probably the most essential aspect of this horrific affair saving the Police and Government any fears of getting caught out as in any way culpable!
(B) the Commission is expressly forbidden from inquiring
or commenting on the New Arms amendments!
So what this means is if we the public present arguments that evidences that the new arms amendments actually make us *less safe*… the Commission is expressly forbidden from investigation this further or making recommendations *that may be contrary to Arderns ambitions to confiscate more guns!
So again the terms of reference *protect the Government and Police* from any lines of inquiry that calls into question their activities and Arms prohibition agenda!
So this means it is almost pointless submitting to the commission that a far better way to make NZ safer is to *strengthen* our rights to self defense rather than diminish them … which just goes to show just how much ‘hot air’ the claim that this is an honest investigation designed to fully inquire what was done wrong and what could be done better to help prevent this happening again.
It appears as if via the terms of reference the Police may even be handed an alibi.
Though they will not be facing any investigation into how well they adhered to their responsibilities and due processes on issuing licencees, I can see that if it appears that Tarrant was a complete unknown to intelligence agencies that this will not only be used to excuse the police for issuing him a licence (though members of the Gun community question the Polices procedural rigor) There is every likelihood that this Royal commission will ‘recommend’ an escalation in Police powers and intrusions!
This is a Farcical Charade…. A Whitewash!

Scope of Inquiry
The Royal Commission is to examine:

what else State sector agencies should do to prevent such attacks in the future.
The Royal Commission also needs to investigate the accused attacker’s activities before 15 March 2019, including:
his time in Australia
his arrival and residence in New Zealand
his travel within New Zealand, and internationally
how he obtained a gun licence, weapons, and ammunition
his use of social media and other online media
his connections with others, whether in New Zealand or internationally.
Findings
The Royal Commission must make findings on:
whether State agencies had information that could have alerted them to the attack
how State agencies worked with each other and shared information
whether State agencies failed to anticipate the attack because they were focused elsewhere
whether State agencies were in some way at fault
any other matters to provide a complete report.
Recommendations
The Royal Commission must make recommendations on:
what improvements could be made to the way State agencies gather, share and analyse information
how State agency systems could be improved to prevent future attacks
any other matters to provide a complete report.
These recommendations could include changes to legislation (except firearm legislation), policy, rules, standards or practices.
What the Royal Commission can’t look at
The Royal Commission cannot inquire into:
the guilt or innocence of any individual who has been, or may be, charged with offences in relation to the attack
amendments to firearms legislation
activity by entities/organisations outside the State sector (such as media platforms)
the response to the attack once it had begun.
Consultation
The Royal Commission can consult with a range of groups, individuals and agencies to help with its inquiries. It must also appoint a person, or people, to help it engage with New Zealand’s Muslim communities.
Principles
The Royal Commission must act in a way to minimise the chance that its processes or report could be used for unlawful activities or damage the public interest.
The Royal Commission can suppress any confidential information it receives in order to protect public safety, avoid prejudicing the Government’s international relationships and maintenance of the law. In order keep this confidence, the Royal Commission may conduct its inquiry, or parts of it, in private.
Reporting
The Royal Commission must present its report, including its findings and recommendations, to the Governor-General, in writing, no later than 10 December 2019. The Royal Commission may also make interim recommendations to the Governor-General at any time.
Before presenting its final report, the Royal Commission must also determine if there are any matters that should be referred to the Intelligence and Security Committee, the Minister responsible for the intelligence and security agencies, or the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security first.
From what have seen in the news it is my opinion that the Organizers of the Race based lobby group’SOUL’ (Save Our Unique Landscape) who have instigated the ongoing protests at the Fletcher Buildings development in Ihumatao are nothing like the characters that they seek to portray themselves to be to the New Zealand public… the ‘Pacifist’ face of a righteous cause protesting a past injustice, but are in fact Dangerous schemers and opportunists harboring complete contempt for the Law.
I want to talk about their Machiavellian scheming and intents… esp the devious means by which they hope to achieve their goals yet first I need to lay out the frame of reference… the stage upon which these ‘Actors’ are plotting.
The Longer this Spectacle continues… the more the evidence mounts that they want to manipulate the situation to their own advantage and create a Riotous revolt for the express purpose of extorting from the government what they want… And Jacinda Ardern is the perfect spineless and unprincipled weakling who will cave in to their extortion and give them what they want… not because they are entitled to anything… but simply to make this mess ‘Go away’.
There is a very real danger of things getting very Ugly.
A strong and principled plan needs to be implemented in dealing with these dangerous radicals.

Well firstly she is a very shallow operator who weighs lightly principles of Law… Due processes, spends almost no time in sober contemplation, but is driven by her feelings and a desire to be seen as someone who Rushes into the fray with her shallow womanly Liberalism to the rescue!
As such… at the pitiable sight of *Her own pet social demographics* waving emotive socialist Banners* She will relent to them… irrespective of whether or not their demands are just or fair.
She is consumed by her own vanity… and so another reason she is incapable of saying ‘No’ to Noisy Picketers because she is consumed about her own Political legacy as a Socialist Leader of ‘historic significance’ and to her Ego the well being of our Nation must take second place.
She is terrified at the thought that History may record that she said NO to ‘the victims of White privilege’… and she thinks nothing of breaking out the Public cheque book to make the noisy problem go away… even if her ‘solution’ is a bad one in the long term.
Ardern should never have waded in to the troubles at Ihumatao other than to say she expects the police to uphold the law and for Fletcher building to be able to commence their Development plans that they have the lawful right to do… yet she could not help herself and she has played into the hands of Troublemakers.
Ardern has overstepped her rightful authority as PM and trampled the law underfoot!
She has embroiled herself where she ought never to have set foot and in so doing has succeeded in entrenching the troublemakers who ought to be evicted *and prosecuted* for trespassing and interfering with a Lawful enterprise.
Yet now she is in a bind… and because she is so weak… the troublemakers from SOUL know that the greater the storm they can now Brew up at Ihumatau will without doubt succeed in achieving their goals… She will give into their demands… and they will chuckle to themselves that their absolute disregard for the law… and all their intimidation tactics will have given them a big payday… and this successful extortion of Weak government will only serve as a blueprint for ongoing future troubles!

Attribute to Superintendent Jill Rogers, Counties Manukau District Commander:
Police recognises the lawful right to protest. For the past two weeks, our purpose at Ihumātao has been to uphold the law and keep the peace.
We have had regular meetings with organisers to ensure protest action remains peaceful.
Yesterday, during a meeting with organisers, the protestors communicated their intent to move past the cordon and reoccupy the land. In response to this, Police was required to increase our presence at the site. Officers had to be taken off their other duties to come to the protest site.
Despite repeated warnings from police, a large group of protestors attempted to bypass the police cordon.
Police attempted to stop those trespassing, but protestors pushed their way past our staff.
The protestors eventually vacated the private land and no arrests were made. Police reject allegations that a protestor was pushed over.
There is misinformation being circulated suggesting that Police have broken agreements with protestors.
Police cannot facilitate unlawful activity by allowing protestors who have been served an eviction notice to trespass on private land.
We would like to acknowledge the incredible professionalism our staff showed yesterday evening, and throughout the last two weeks despite at times being subjected to verbal abuse, being physically shoved and even in some cases being spat on.
Police will continue to assess the situation and our operational response, including talking to the protest organisers.
Police supports any process that will achieve a successful outcome for the parties involved.

Protesters at Ihumātao are “radical rebels” who “want the world to burn”, according to MagicTalk host Sean Plunket.
Plunket let rip on the demonstrators who have been protesting at the south Auckland site for the past few weeks, after occupiers were served an eviction notice. They say the land is sacred and want a planned housing development on the site blocked.
The protesters have been in a standoff with police ever since, with tensions peaking on Monday night. Increased policing numbers were deployed, and protest leader Pania Newton claimed she had been pushed to the ground by an officer – something police reject.
A video Newshub reported on Wednesday also shows a protester racially abusing an officer.
Currently, protesters are in talks with relevant parties to find a way forward. The Prime Minister announced last month that there would be a temporary halt to construction until that happened.
But Plunket said it was clear that protesters had no legal right to be there, and should leave the site immediately.
