Typical for me… I procrastinated and worried so long about this proposed new Legislation that I allowed the deadline for public submissions to creep right up to the final hours.

I oppose Judith Colin’s ‘Gene Technology Bill’ as a most dangerous and subversive proposal that not only threatens to destroy our nations reputation for producing the safest and best food in the world, it also seeks to enact laws that trample the New Zealand Bill of rights under foot, by permanently legislating away New Zealanders rights to refuse medical treatments. This is esp outrageous given the whole world is trying to recover from the massive damage done to the national economies of the world because of Gross Mismanagement of the Covid 19 Pandemic including thousands of Deaths and injuries caused by the Vaccines.
Let us not forget Covid 19 was a genetically modified organism Engineered in a Lab!
That Judith Collins has included these sections in her bill that directly attack New Zealanders rights, and seeks to set up very lax non-parliamentary processes whereby medications and other intrusions can be imposed upon us exposes her ( in my opinion) as an extremely corrupt politician that does not have the peoples interests at heart.
The very purpose of having a Bill of rights is supposed to be a safeguard of citizens rights that blocks legislation like this Gene Technology Bill from being passed into law!
I call upon this committee not to allow this violation… but instead to reject the Bill because it seeks to contravene and nullify the New Zealand Bill of rights.
The notion that New Zealanders should surrender our rights to the determinations of an unelected medical bureaucrat simply on the basis of ‘any Two foreign health agencies recommending some medical intervention be mandatory’ …. is an absolute travesty!
How easily will it be to find merely ‘two’ out of hundreds of ‘Foreign Health authorities’ that will recommend mandatory medical interventions!
The world is awash with such institutions that pay no mind to such things as the rights of individuals!
It’s ridiculous!
That is to place the medical determinations of New Zealand into foreign hands!
*We don’t give a dern what foolish and tyrannical decisions are made in foreign counties… or dodgy international bodies like the WHO!
We demand our National independence and rights be upheld including the rights of New Zealand Citizens to refuse medical treatments.
We demand Politicians like Judith Collins pull her tyrannical head back in and acknowledge the NZ Bill of rights!
That’s her obligation as a servant of the citizens of New Zealand.
We are a democracy. Members of parliament are supposed to serve us the people of New Zealand… not their own financial interests… selling out our country to giant international corporations.
New Zealand currently has robust legislation that protects our National interests in Farming and food production from the very real dangers that are inherent in Genetic engineering and Gene technology.
The current laws protect New Zealand farmers and Consumers from Genetically modified organisms escaping into our environment or being put into our Food by stealth.
The desire to do away with these safeguards comes not from the people of New Zealand but from Mega corporations ‘Big Food’… who are interested to taking control of our entire food industries… for profit for the fat few… with zero benefits for the general public.
The way this would work is Big Food will get to contaminate our environment with patented Frankenstein organisms… and push small farmers and families out of business and reap obscene profits for themselves… having destroyed organic farming in New Zealand… and farming as a Kiwi family way of life.
We The people are not ignorant of what Judith Collins is trying to do!
She is trying to force Genetically modified organisms and Gene technology on to us against our will.
We don’t want GE Food… we are not so stupid as to believe any of the bogus claims the GE Food will deliver any significant benefits to the average Kiwi.

We demand any Product sold in New Zealand containing GE organisms be clearly labeled so we can avoid purchasing such dodgy Corporate muck and instead support Pure NZ Goodness.

Therefore it is upon Libertarian first principles that I demand the Government prohibit all GM’GE organisms and Gene Technologies unless they are grown under such strict and secure conditions that guarantees they will not contaminate the property or crops of others.
The problem for Big Food and Judith Collins is that Robust protections that insist on rigid containment of Gene technologies make them unviable and unprofitable…

I hope The committee informs Parliament that you have received strong public opposition to this Bill. and recommend the Bill be scrapped, and that current protections that control Gene technology be maintained… not loosened.
Secondly that The Bill be rejected because of it’s tyrannical sections which empower Health officials to impose mandatory Medical interventions, with contravene the New Zealand Bill of Rights, esp in regard to section 11 and New Zealanders Right to refuse medical treatments…

Why am I bothering to write a commentary on the Historical writings of James Cowan?
I have loved reading and the subject of history from my fifth birthday when my grandparents bought me a big fat illustrated history of the world.
Primarily I have a passion for history.. for its own sake…to educate myself.
Having grown up it was inevitable that I should loose my childhood innocence… my eyes have been opened to the world of political intrigues. The lust for unearned wealth and to gain unjust Power are a re-occurrent theme throughout human history… ubiquitous to all times, places… and races.
There are no noble savages.
And yet… amazingly enough… there is a delicate… faltering… thread of progress that has raised many modern people out of squalor and misery and given them standards of living barely dreamt about in past ages.
The defense of the values and ideals which underpin Human betterment are a sacred duty to those of us who have seen the light.
We must be eternally vigilant and on guard for the forces of darkness… certain lobby groups… and self interested parties …. motivated by envy and greed are ceaseless in their conspiracies to destroy… for rapine… and plunder… and to accrue political power.
History declares evil has no Racial preference. Lets look at what the history books say and evaluate their authenticity.
How did the historian James Cowan view the collonisation of New Zealand?
This commentary series on James Cowan’s two volumes ‘The New Zealand Wars’ is part of my ongoing investigations into New Zealand history with regards to old world Maori culture, European colonisation, and modern day far left radical ideology and politics which have been progressively rammed down the throats of New Zealanders over the past 50 years.
It is my contention that these modern political doctrines are grotesque fabrications, perpetrating frauds and extortions, and wreaking havoc and social unrest in our once blessed nation.
They rely on ignorance and the falsification of history.
In these ambitions they display the common base traits of the dark side of humanity.
I realise these are heavy assertions.
Can I vindicate my positions?
I believe I can, because my historical perspective about the colonisation of New Zealand was the conservative position not too many decades ago… not radical by any means… before the subversive Marxist doctrines took hold.
These doctrines were not drawn from concrete facts but specifically formulated to cause strife and unrest.
To divide and conquer.
And they have to a large extent been successful in their subversion.
Though still the greater percentage of New Zealanders find their claims incredulous… none the less in academia and Political circles their lies have become ‘Officially sanctioned’.
I am seeking to confront these charlatans head on… with the facts!
The great lie they are peddling is to deceive the nation that it is my Anti-Grievance and Anti-Separatist leanings that ought to be seen as radical and misguided.
They would have you believe that my striving for Constitutional Racal equality before the law… is somehow… racist!

What is the historical truth about the European colonisation of New Zealand?
This post is my introduction to this study of Cowan’s important publications.
At the time of writing this I am currently only about 20% of the way through reading volume 1.
By the end of writing my commentary, I hope to have given many proofs taken from Cowan, that affirm the correctness of my personal position which is a forthright repudiation of Modern Treaty grievance and Apartheid and the lies they are founded upon.
Will Cowan’s account vindicate my perspective?
Even if they do… do his opinions have any weight?
Why should we trust him?
In studying his accounts to what degree will my current views be further entrenched or be confronted with facts that demand contrition and correction on my part?
It is always a good thing to stand corrected… it is a positive good, and yet the corrupt detest facts that contradict their prejudices.
I will consciously resist the urge to overlook uncomfortable facts. Indeed these are opportunities to grow deeper understandings.
Having read about 10% (of both volumes) already he has presented me with many justifications… and challenges.
These will make for interesting commentary in future posts.

It was here that Rewi Maniapoto, when asked to surrender, had famously told the British that he would fight on ‘forever and ever’ (‘Ka whawhai tonu mātou, Āke! Āke! Āke!’). Cowan’s lifelong fascination with colonial history grew out of his childhood experiences.

We are concerning ourselves with his two volumes on the Rebellions.
The term ‘Rebellions’ is more accurate than the term ‘Wars’ as calling these wars does not correctly identify the type and nature of the disputes.
We can glean a lot about Cowan from that very concise statement.
He grew up in the decades following the Waikato war, and lived among Waikato Maori… at the heart of the Kingite struggle, and saw the defeated Rebels as heroic warriors.
From the first chapters this disposition is evident in his writing yet he adds some balance by noting the heroism of such men as Governor Grey.
He is generous with his approbations on both sides of the disputes.
So far so good!
With respect to Rewi Mainiapoto, I hope to write a post on him in due course when Cowan deals with the Kingites. The romanticism of our day grossly distorts the true nature of the conflicts by excessive lionisation of the murderous savage rebels, and villainising the heroic colonials who valiantly thwarted the Rebels genocidal ambitions. In the end Rewi Maniapoto would recant his part in taking up arms… having despised the council of a Chiefly ally who predicted the sorry outcome that would befall the rebels.
The slant that Romanticises those who advocated for violence, can be seen in the Maniapoto quotation above.
From my own studies it is rare indeed to encounter any writer from the beginning who did not to some degree evidence this embellished perspective.
The tendency almost universally favors the Rebels… which is the very opposite of what modern revisionists claim… ie they insist that history has been unfair to them, and that Maori have been the victim of 150+ years of systematic ‘White supremacist’ indoctrination.
This is utterly false.
The truth is Pakeha like Cowan grew up with Maori friends and neigbours and did not harbour Racist ideals, or look down upon them… this is evident in the contemporary records… and was evident in the very nature of New Zealand society until the Far Left Racist radical separatists started their toxic political campaign in the early 1970s.
Getting back to Cowan’s accounts of the conflicts…
Myself… as a person who has read a decent amount of classic War histories such as Herodotus’s account of Leonidas and the 300 at Thermopile , The works of Xenophon, Josephus, and much more I affirm Cowan’s writing style as being on a par with these…. first rate and on this basis alone we can appreciate why he is held in high regard.
It is the type of writing style that propagates a love of history in youth and adults alike.
Cowan has been a chief inspiration for many New Zealand historians ever since.
It helps that New Zealand’s birth is part of an heroic and contentious age.
It was a time when Men were really ‘Great’.
Cowan states that our history is as rich in character and exploits as the histories of many other Western nations and his writing style and attention to details vindicates this claim.

James Cowan is considered by many the foremost historian on the series of Maori Rebellions that occurred in the decades following the Treaty of Waitangi in which British Sovereignty was established.
I want to examine his work and see if such pre-eminence granted him in this subject is well founded, or not?
I am chiefly concerned about objective truth… not writing style.
How much authority and truthfulness ought to be justly ascribed to his writings?
This is not simply a matter of ‘taste’… if he agrees with me he is ‘right’… if he disagrees with me… he is ‘wrong’.
There is too much at stake to leave history in a fog of ambiguity… and simply a matter of subjective opinion.
If you love history proper what matters is *Truth*.
What matters is doing justice to history.
We need to evaluate Cowan’s objectivity and power to reach legitimate conclusions.
We must distinguish what are recorded statements that were spoken by the people involved from mere speculations about their motives that really belong to the writer… not the subject.
This temper is essential if any hope of sifting the wheat from the chaff is to be achieved.
How ought we to consider his personal opinions, insights, and embellishments he uses to add colour to bare Objective facts, and by which we can perceive his leanings?
Does Cowan evidence gross ‘Euro-centric propensities’? or any other skew that needs to be appreciated when evaluating his works?
How fairly does Cowan treat the character of the various actors he is writing about?
These are the sorts of questions that shall be at the forefront of my study.
I will also be looking to clarify the root causes of the Rebellions.
According to Cowan… what were in his view the main chief causes for the various outbreaks of hostilities?
These rebellions were in breach of the Treaty and a challenge to British Sovereignty.
Cowan speaks of this fundamental point from the beginning… eg Regarding Hekes Rebellion at Russell …Chapter 5 Titled ‘The first British march inland’ … Cowan states…
” On the 27th April an expedition totaling 470 officers and men under Lieut-Colonel Hulme, of the “Slains Castle,” the “Velocity.” and the schooner “Aurora,” with the object of re-establishing the Queens Soverignty at Kororareka and carrying the war into the enemies country.”…
The paramount importance of this fact stands in stark contrast to the patent falsehoods and denials of modern revisionists that Maori like Heke were in Rebellion to the sovereignty which had been ceded to the British Crown at Waitangi in 1840.
Instead they pedal the modern innovation of ‘co governance’ and ‘Treaty partnership’.
Chief Tamati Waka Nene.
I would never suggest that British governance of the day (nor any government anywhere) was not without it’s flaws… yet from the facts of recorded history and logic we see it was ‘Old world’ Tribalistic Maori Like Heke who from self interest butted heads with the legitimate British authority.
Can anyone looking back be surprised that such disputes would arise simply by the nature of the situation???
Given all factors and conditions of the times these things were virtually inevitable!
There was no malicious intent on the part of the newly established British rule to provoke hostilities from Ngapuhi.
Violence was initiated by Heke… yet most of the Nagapuhi Chiefs supported the Governor… esp Tamati Waka Nene who fought against Heke on the side of the Colonial Governor.
The hypocrisy of the Modern Revisionist is that they play the victim… when in reality they themselves are distorting history for political advantage and financial gain and the expense of the rest of New Zealanders. Their Racism and Political Corruption is patent… and yet we are not allowed to say as much. Broadcasters, and Public figures get deplatformed when ever they dare to challenge the foundations of the new Race based power structure.
With the establishment of British rule via the Treaty upon a land in which Chiefs were used to governing their own affairs… we should not be surprised that discontent and suspicions arose… for that was the norm between Hapu… and Iwi, and to transition from that state of Anarchy to building *A Nation* whereby the Law prevails rather than the Taiaha would take time.. and big changes.
These changes were implicit in the establishment of British rule.
The anarchy of inter-Tribal warfare… esp now the Tribes all had muskets… could not be tolerated in a civil society… and it was expressly for the sake of ending the Bloody tribal wars that the Maori Chiefs invited the British crown to establish the rule of Law.
It had nothing to do with ‘White racism’ using their terrible ‘technological advantages’ to plan and execute a Holocaust upon the indigenous population… to exterminate them and take their lands.
Hone (John) Heke.
Each major outbreak of rebellion was of course the result of some contentious issue… the first one mentioned in Cowan’s works is the rebellion of Hone (John) Heke at Russell (Kororaeka) in 1845… the chief cause of which being newly establish heavy Customs duties being imposed on trade goods drove away traffic from the port.
The imposition of these customs duties (1841) was obviously an attempt by the Governor to defray costs of running the colony (established by Te Tiriti O Waitangi in 1840) from the British Crown.
It is an interesting lesion in economics that raising heavy taxes is very bad for trade and the prosperity of any economy.
Pre-treaty Russell was the key port in New Zealand. Ngapuhi Chiefs like Heke had been making a lot of money from the shipping and trade that visited the Bay of Islands in those times and had even levied their own ‘Port dues’ on every ship, and they also traded in prostitution, and ship’s stores to whalers.
More on Heke will be forthcoming (next chapter of my commentary), it suffices for now to mention that after the Treaty and the establishment of other centers of settlement and industry around the country… out of reach of the Governors ability to enforce tariffs the post-treaty imposition of Customs duties in the Bay of Islands put trade into decline and this adversely affected Hone Heke’s ‘Business’ and income.
Read about this in Chapter 3, pages 16,17.
Hence Heke was not happy about how things were unfolding after the treaty… and despite the fact that he had been partly civilized and educated at Henry Williams Mission Station, being still at heart a wild Cannibal Maori Warrior Chief, he chose to deal with this situation the ‘traditional way’ Maori Warrior Chiefs took care of ‘problems’… by taking up arms.
The rebellions were power struggles… a coming to terms with the new order, yet contrary to the politically manufactured assertions of the Modern revisionist of our times, there was no overt nefarious plot by Pakeha… no overt bad faith or willful breaches of the Treaty involved on their part.
‘Good’ Governor Grey. Respected by all including the first ‘Maori King’ Potatau.
Mistakes were made and sometime the curcumstances were beyond control yet one of the spectacular facts about the Birth of New Zealand as a Nation was that it happened during the time of enlightenment ideals.
Slavery had been abolished in the British empire.
The Treaty recognised the rights of All New Zealanders as Equals… British Subjects… including Maori.
And New Zealand was fortunate to have the highest caliber Statemen like ‘Good’ Governor George Grey at the helm during its birth pangs.
Was there no greed?
Was there no weasel business dealings?
It would be stupefyingly silly to pretend that instances of chicanery did not occur culpability being on either side… for such is sadly human nature… and yet it is a bare face lie to assert that the Colonisation of New Zealand by Europeans was an invasion based upon deception… and that it involved systematic Racist oppression of Maori.
We should not be surprised that some chiefs took it upon themselves to rebel when things went in directions that did not satisfy their self interest.
Such rebellion is completely understandable given the weak state of the governing power of young colony, the short passage of time that had elapsed from the signing of the Treaty, and the nature of the Maori Tribal ‘norms’ that still prevailed. Were it not for the Good will of Chiefs like Waka Nene who chose to honour the Treaty and support the Colonial Powers against rebels like Heke… the colony in New Zealand would have been short lived indeed.
Cowan himself makes the point the ongoing settlements of the Pakeha post treaty existed by ‘sufferance’ given the numerical superiority of Maori in the early years.
This means the greater percentage of Maori themselves could see the many advantages the industrious British settlers brought to their shores.

Though these wars happened over 150 years ago Far Left Political Radical activists and politicians in recent decades have twisted history into a bludgeon with which to destroy Racial Harmony that had grown up in the years of peace and good will that grew out from peace between the races, an end to tribal anarchy, and the establishment of the rule of Law.
This suffices for the introduction of my commentary on Cowan’s 2 volumes

The commentary I have made with respect to this early rebellion in this post serving to illustrate a common theme that would play out in other outbreaks of rebellion… and how the modern Far left Radicals distort the truth.

I thought it opened yesterday, when I read the headlines on Google News. But then I remembered that we live in the post-truth era. “Officially opened” just means opened to government officials, in particular, opened to the current Prime Minister and her cronies. Plebs like us have to wait until the very early hours of this morning.
The official name of the new road is Te Ara Nui o Te Rangihaeata. Te Rangihaeata was a Ngāti Toa chief and nephew of the Ngāti Toa warlord Te Rauparaha. In August 1846 he led the Ngāti Toa forces at the battle of Battle Hill, which overlooks the new road roughly halfway between Paekakariki and Pauatahanui. Te Rangihaeata is also famous for having been a signatory to the Treaty of Waitangi in June 1840, and for his involvement with his uncle Te Rauparaha in the Wairau Affray in June 1843. During the latter confrontation, which was the first major skirmish of the Land Wars, a stray bullet killed Te Rangihaeata’s wife, Te Rongo. In an act of vengeance, Te Rangihaeata bludgeoned to death the nine special constables of the New Zealand Company who had been taken prisoner. Later, the newly appointed second Governor of New Zealand, Robert Fitzroy (former captain of the HMS Beagle), investigated the incident and exonerated Te Rangihaeata and Te Rauparaha, on the grounds that the New Zealand Company had attempted an illegal land grab.
These days New Zealand is a less bloody interesting place, but still a place blighted by corporate grift, government graft and endemic low-level corruption. Here’s a timeline of the Transmission Gully project’s 103-year history. Have a read of the history of the project, especially since construction commenced in 2014, paying particular attention to the steady stream of delays, build errors, cost overruns, and silt running into the harbour. I think it’s hardly plausible to deny that some of those involved are on the make.
Someone once said, never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence. But why not both?
As a Libertarian Maori Living in such times as we do, and having spent two decades fighting the racist separatism that has been imposed upon our Nation under the general pretense of ‘Honoring the Treaty of Waitangi’ I have become weary… Fatigued… to the point that I often struggle to summon the strength to get myself up upon my soap box to decry the latest Racist, slanderous, and Fallacious claims made daily by Socialist academics and politicians leveled at Pakeha New Zealanders, yet despite my exhaustion the latest outrage by the ‘Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) demands I once again raise my voice in disgust.
Having now deemed a political pamphlet distributed by the Political Lobby group ‘Onelaw4all’ as a‘Racist’ pamphlet likely to cause ‘serious offence’ and must not be distributed I see this as farcical, and yet another example of patent hypocrisy and pretentious arrogance against a legitimate political perspective that is calling for the abolition of treaty separatism.
The Ideals contained within that pamphlet are definitively *Anti-racist* in nature!
The pamphlet is an exposition that condemns the systemic racism of our government today!
These are the facts that the Ardern government (and obviously many of within the ASA) seek to shield from the gaze of the New Zealand Public.
The ASA is self-appointed Non-governmental organisation that falsely claims to be be ‘an authority’ whose judgments and opinions they now expect to be binding upon Political lobby groups and parties such as OneLaw4All.
The Truth is the ASA has no such Legal authority… esp no authority to prohibit Political pamphlets that express the valid opinions of a large portion of the New Zealand people!
Yet Because Onelaw4all exposes the travesty of Waitangi separatism, Andrew Little seeks to use his position of power to push for legislation to prohibit these contrary political views from being freely expounded in the Public sphere.
It is from that motive that he scurrilously labels the tract as ‘Racist’, ‘offensive’, and attacks it’s veracity… as by slinging such muddy accusations he is practicing Textbook lefty Liberal modus opperadi… By arbitrarily painting 1law4all as malicious and deranged, he is laying the groundwork and pseudo justification for perusing the forceful legislative suppression of His own ideological opponents.
The Judgement the ASA have passed upon the OneLaw4all pamphlet obviously was not arrived at via any sort of robust process or hearing that could withstand rigorous scrutiny.
I question what degree of objective investigations… if any… were performed on the content before arriving at their verdict???
It appears they have simply taken upon themselves to label it as ‘Racist’, ‘Miss-leading’, ‘contains False statements’, and ‘likely to cause serious offence’… upon no more solid grounds than their own Political opinions, prejudices and ignorance! They are merely parroting verbatim what Andrew Little said to the media back in April!
It is preposterous to expect that New Zealanders who subscribe to the contents of the Pamphlet, and know that it’s claims are grounded in historic facts, and who are quite within their democratic rights to organise themselves, and to solicit support from the public for their Political values and policies will pay the slightest heed to this so-called Toothless and Corrupt Authority!
The very point of Free speech, and open debate, in a democracy is to *allow the people to hear for themselves*,discuss and weigh the merits of various arguments *for themselves* *NOT* for some Pompous organisation to do all the thinking for them… and try and ‘spare the people from hearing arguments they may not like’… and effectively make political judgments and decisions for them!
It is only when Citizens are fully informed that they can then cast votes founded upon the dictate of their own mind and conscience.
The truth is there are Political interests who dont want the New Zealand voter to be fully informed!
OneLaw4all asserts that it is our Current government whom via separatist policies are the culprits practicing all the Racism here, that it is the Governments manufactured Treaty narrative that is Misleading, contains false statements, and that all this shameful institutionalised Prejudice causes grievous offence to a great portion of the New Zealand people!
You see the duplicity of those within the ASA who obviously dont give a toss *about how hateful and offensive and racist and unjust, the Governments Treaty separatist policies and institutions are!
Why? because the bigots within the ASA are complicit with the prevailing Politically correct racism and prejudices of the status quo.
They should stick to judging Toothpaste advertising and the like… ie stay withing the narrow confines of their expressed objectives…stay out of practicing partisan politics and matters of legitimate Free speech!
Opposition to the Separatist Status quo… those who want to establish One Law for all are not confined to a few fringe dwelling loons either!
Polls indicate that such a view may in fact be above 50% of the New Zealand population, and includes many notable New Zealanders, and despite what the ASA assumes… Maori like myself also Support the views and claims as expounded in this now infamous document.
We Are Not offended by the assertions made therein!
We are offended by the shameful way Maori are characterized by the socialist government as Social basket cases and hapless victims of British colonisation!

Like I said at the beginning of this Blogpost I have in fact spent the last 2 decades publicly expounding Ending Treaty separatism and establishing One Law for all.

And though the said pamphlet does not contain any of my own contributions it does contain several from individuals I know personally and admire, and whose opinions I share, and so I take it upon myself to express my indignation at the Advertising Standards authority for labeling my Values, Principles, and well founded historic assertions as being something that should not be allowed to be propagated and ‘Removed from circulation’!
Basically they are trying to make all my work for the last two decades Illegal!
Thank God they have *Zero Legal authority* to do so!
I defend the authors and contributors of the Onelaw4all pamphlet standing up for their own honour against the slanderous, Bigoted, and racist lies that are peddled by the Government against them and their ethnicity!

The blatant hypocrisy of Andrew Little and Ardern is clear for all to see in that these lefty Liberals have been falling over themselves to counter what they describe as ‘Anti-immigration’ hate speech oblivious to their own conceit in that they themselves support a very potent form of that very type of ‘Anti-immigrant’ bigotry that is systematically heaped upon a very large portion of New Zealanders…The Pakeha.

In Truth, historically speaking the colonization of New Zealand stands in stark contrast to how colonization unfolded in other parts of the Empire.
For Starter New Zealand was Colonized in the midst of the most enlightened Era in which England had abolished slavery!
The Treaty of Waitangi is a document of unparalleled enlightened values that attempted to safeguard Maori interests by granting them Full Rights as British subjects!
Yet when Pakeha New Zealanders stand up to defend themselves and their Ancestry from the bigotry heaped upon them by Socialists and radicals, they are the ones being vilified as racists… they are the ones being to ‘to go home’!
This is very same evil that our Woke PM Jacinda Ardern spoke publicly against when she condemned US President Donald Trump when he said that of the ‘Squad’ of Radical Liberal democrats did not like America… they could leave!
In the light of such posturing, we should ask how then can she reconcile her patently contradictory stance by which she supports the ongoing vilification of the descendants of Pakeha immigration?
Obviously she cheery picks her moments to ‘Virtue signal’ whenever it serves to further her own political objectives!
The truth is that People who support the establishment of One Law for all… like myself.. a Maori, and Don Brash are *humanitarians* fighting systemic racism for the principle of Equality before the Law!
I fight Waitangi apartheid not only because it is racist and unjust, but also because it has ensnared the Maori people in poverty and welfare dependence and is the chief cause why Maori are doing so poorly across the board as measurable by every social metric.

These are the speakers and activists Left wing Politicians like Auckland mayor Phil Goff try to prevent from getting Visas, or having venues to share their ideas to the voting public.

Getting back to my original topic about the Lies that underpin the Racist Socialist agenda and their ideological excuse that Rampant Maori Criminality may be blamed on ‘Colonisation’, let me remind people of what New Zealand first MP and Minister of Regional Economic Development Shane Jones recently said….
Shane Jones, fresh off rescuing a woman from an alleged brutal domestic assault, has called on Māori to stop blaming colonialism for their woes.
Jones and his wife Dot were driving in Wellington on Saturday when they noticed a “fracas” in the car behind them….
The attacker, Jones said, was a young Māori man.
“I say to our Maori people – this sort of carry-on, don’t go blaming colonialism; don’t join the chorus of idiocy I’m seeing on the East Coast where the artists don’t want Captain Cook celebrated because they’re responsible for family violence on the East Coast. That’s pathetic. I hate that soup of excuses.”
Author of ‘Once were Warriors’ Allan Duff also copped a lot of hate from Maori for challenging their Culture of Blame and perpetual victimism.
The Movie was an indictment against the attitudes… and ‘culture of violence’ prevalent within Maoridom and it exposed the sort of mentality that causes Maori people to end up in prison… Nothing to do with ‘white men’s oppression’ and everything to do with the lack of Values.
In The sequel ‘What becomes of the broken Hearted’ Jake the Muss meets some Maori Guys who were using their time and talents much more constructively, and Jake tries to re-invent himself… to become a better man… and that folks… is the road to redemption!
Once were Warriors cut very close to the bone for many Maori because of how it reflected their reality.
Like my own Father… White people were not to blame for his own lack of self control… for the bullshit running around in his head… for his violence and his drinking!

It will only come the Day the Maori People shrug off the lies of socialist victimism, and racist blame, and determine to escape Socialist welfare dependency by taking ownership for their criminality and thereby determining to *Morally change* and to embrace *Values* that embody the virtues of Hard work, forsaking vice, forsaking violence, forsaking crime, forsaking Race hatred against Pakeha, forsaking the toxic lies sewn by socialists for political gain … that they are the victims of their Pakeha neighbours greed.
Throwing Off all that Dead weight and facing the future as an opportunity to prosper … by their own efforts… In Freedom…. under equality.
None of this entails an abandonment or lessening of their own Culture or identity.
This is pure empowerment… the very opposite of socialist victimism and dependence.
And New Zealanders must fight against Left wing attempts to outlaw Political criticism and alternative opinions!
Free Speech, and Freedom to assemble and hear Critics of the Government is essential for a democracy to remain Free.
Websites, Social media platforms, etc must remain accessible to all so that the people are truly informed at elections rather than just spoon fed left wing lies.

One Law change that could significantly Help Maori would be to End cannabis prohibition!
Its a Bad/ unjust law, and while it has zero to do with racism, Maori are disproportionately affected by it.
So vote to end Prohibition in the coming referendum.

Due to Public outrage NZ Solicitor General Una Jagose KC has been forced to Withdraw her controversial guidelines she issued that instructed judges to create a two tier sentencing hierarchy which gives Maori lower sentences than non-Maori on the basis that they have ‘suffered colonisation’.
This is an outrage!
This is not Scholarly wisdom… but Marxist racist radicalism!

Removing these Rifles from Citizens will render our Nation far less capable of National defense, which given how weak New Zealand’s Defense forces are already, we need to have a large percentage of our population well armed and competent as auxiliaries to our meager Armed forces for National defense against invasion.

The Deterrent value against foreign invasion and terror attacks of having large numbers of these guns in skilled private hands is reason enough to condemn outright the new Arms amendments.

The Police said that ANZAC day celebrations had to be cancelled, and that Ramadan religious gatherings also should be cancelled due to ‘ongoing security threats’… yet *nothing happened* in either case… nor did the Police release *any proof* that such threats were real… and despite the fact that Winston Peters flew all the way to Turkey to convince The madman Dictator Erogan that the attack was a one-off anomaly and that there exists no security threat to Muslims in New Zealand.
All this tells me New Zealand is being taken over by a Police State.

And Everyone must have noticed that after the Christchurch Terror attack that the Government stationed Armed Police with AR Rifles and high capacity Magazines?
Just about every article written about the New Zealand Police post Christchurch attack … whether about their disgusting Sunday morning Dawn raids, or about them guarding some Mosque or public event shows them en masse brandishing AR Rifles and high capacity magazines.
What this shows the thinking observer is obviously how highly regarded the AR is by the Police for the purpose of anti-terrorist defense (and for rounding up dissidents).
This being so it is clear that the new Gun Prohibitions against ARs is 100% opposed to *We the people* possessing these arms that are *the best defense* against being slaughtered en masse by terrorists who are guaranteed that should the wish to attack any public place… a church… or a mosque… they will meet zero self defense… ie New Zealanders are sitting ducks thanks to the tyrannic Anti gun… anti-self defense policies of our out of control Government and Police.

So I am saying that if New Zealand really wants to be safer… we should stop believing the empty promised of Jacinda Ardern… that her nanny state will keep us safe!
Instead we should instead be recognising New Zealanders rights to look to their own defense!
We should have more respect for the right to self defense… and more respect for Guns and the security they provide!
After what happened in Christchurch, if anyone is likely to be skeptical of Arderns bogus promises to keep them safe it will be immigrants and Muslims!
I would not blame NZ Muslims who witnessed what happened to instead desire the right to provide for their own defense!
The Government may be temporarily stationing Police outside mosques for the time being… until *they* assume the terrorist risk has diminished… and then the cops will pack up their guns and leave!
Yip… at some point the cops will leave mosques and churches absolutely defenseless again… just as they were before the attacks!
This bill does nothing to increase their security… it leaves them absolutely exposed to the next psychopath!
The solution is Obvious!
Everyone… Mosques, churches, everyone should be making provisions for their own security… which would include having armed guards… and better still concealed carry armed worshipers!

The Police are no longer acting in the interests of the People they are supposed to serve but are instead acting as a self-interested Power in cahoots with our Parliament that has thrown our rights and due process in the bin under the pretext of ‘a crisis’ and ‘Keeping us safe’.
The Ardern government thinks nothing of violating the Principle of the division of powers in allowing the police to write further Gun regulations and confiscations… as they so desire!
And we dont even hear a peep out of Nationals Simon Bridges on this issue *despite the fact that he is a high profile Lawyer!
This is because he’s not a man of Principle either.
And New Zealanders are such timid sheep as to let it all this happen without protest.
Of course all the reports of Armed raids with the Police terrorizing Families… some for simply exercising their rights to express their opposition to what the Government and Police are doing on social media is having a *suppressing effect* on open dialogue… some people comment on News articles about the Police raids warning people to take care what they say… lest they too get put on ‘the police list’.
Now this fear of speaking out… fear of protesting …effect works in the Jack boots favour as it renders the public incapable of rallying to their own defense… it makes it easier for the Police to continue picking off victims one by one, and so I say it is absolutely *essential* that in such times the people of New Zealand dig deep and find the courage to speak up… and rally together *in spite of the risks* that the Police may turn up at your door with Guns.
I am fully aware that by talking this way publicly, and by communicating with some of the people who have been raided that there is the highest probability that I am myself on the ‘watch list’, and that the Police would love to shut me down.
It is a terrible thing that I have had to explain this to my Wife and 8 year old child… Its traumatising.
You can understand how the actions of the Police are causing many people to shut their mouths and blend in with the herd.
