I would like to express my grave concerns about this bill.
I believe it to be corrosive to the wellbeing and democratic health of our nation.
I believe it is an attack upon bona fide free speech and will be used to suffocate religious liberty, and therefore I oppose it.
For a healthy democracy to endure New Zealand needs to maintain an open public forum where tuff and uncomfortable discourse can be engaged without fear.
An open Forum that is not hobbled by pitiable cries of hurt feelings, not wrapped in cotton wool for the sake of precious and dainty hearts, or cut short by the whimsical taking of offence, effectively muzzling plain speech and making the public expression of certain views and opinions crimes.
Only an open forum truly represents a tolerant society.
A society that will not countenance opinions that are at variance with the Governments agenda, is the very opposite thing of tolerant.
It is a closed and oppressive society.
A free society *tolerates* dissenting opinions and understands that allowing them to circulate as part of an open forum and debate for the public to make up their own minds about is at the very heart of a healthy and free society.
The *Anti-freedom mentality* sees contrary opinions as *only bad*.
In truth… like a Black canvas allows a white picture to be more clearly seen, so too bad and weak arguments are opportunities for superior reasoning to shine.

Intentional ambiguity leaves the reality to become painfully apparent after the bill has become law.
Assent is sort to this bill via the ruse… ‘Who could possibly protest the suppression of ‘hate’ and ‘harm’?
The bill states that take down notices may be issued when ‘(c) the Inspector believes, on reasonable grounds, that the online publication is objectionable’… hence the scope of Free speech in NZ will be limited to conform to what some Thought Police Official ‘believes’.
This bill is totalitarian as it leave nothing beyond it’s scope because Woke social Justice warriors literally take offence at *everything*.

All it takes to trigger the censorship powers is for someone ‘to submit a complaint.’, and for some Orwellian ‘Inspector’ from ‘the Ministry of Truth’ (Read Orwell’s 1984) to deem any utterance as ‘probably harmful to the public good’.
I see no safeguards protecting unwelcome statements of fact from being deemed offensive and therefore ‘harmful’.

By rigorously implementing censorship and punishment’s for wrong think, and by conveniently giving a green light to officially endorsed ‘right think’.
With not a single well defined objective principle in sight that can be easily grasped and applied equally to all, censorship shall proceed on a purely arbitrary basis.
There could not be a more pernicious idea to justice and freedom than the rationale that speech legislation needs to be broad and open ended, and that it simply shall not be abused because the standard that shall be applied is that the agents of the State will ‘instinctually recognize hate speech when they see it’.
You could not formulate a law more open to abuse and prejudice.
Let me list a few specific examples of offensive, hateful, and bigoted ideas that shall conveniently pass through the gauntlet unhindered.
When hate and prejudice is leveled at White people, it will be condoned.
When sexism and disadvantage fall against men and boys it will be condoned.
When Doctors refuse to tow the Official line on such things as vaccines or lockdowns but dare to promote alternatives their appeals to the public will be taken down and they will be threatened into silence.
When Christians are forbidden to express their long held beliefs, this suppression will be officially sanctioned.
Not a single contempt filled Maori Radical, or Man-hating Feminist, or bitter irreligionist will be suffered to curtail their guile.
Any written complaints against these hate mongers will be summarily dismissed.
They shall enjoy their free speech, but no one else will as these are seen as the trail blazers of the New woke Socialist ‘inclusive’ Utopia.

Groups that oppose The Globalist narrative need to set up an alternative presence on other platforms as many of their members will have their personal pages here on FB shut down. Unless we use some foresight and prepare, groups that advocate for Truths and values at variance with the Globalist agenda will be silenced because they failed to realise they left themselves completely under the power of The Globalists social media giants.
We simply must have a plan B ready.

They may go to extreme lengths to distance themselves from the divisive angst of partisan Politics and yet this is a forlorn hope… a delusion.

I know many Bikers here have no interest in politics yet that does not mean Politics has no interest in Bikers… and in controlling what they do and think.

In such cases the last resort is for the people to enact the principles of the 2nd amendment. They have that right… in fact it is a Duty.

It will be interesting to see what happens as until all Legal avenues have been exhausted the Republicans have remained calm, yet now that it looks like they have been betrayed by the Supreme Court… what will the do?
The Supreme court probably has done ‘a Chamberlain’… thinking ‘Peace in our time’ is better than defending the constitution and having a civil war… possibly an end of the Union… and yet It is doubtful they have avoided this.
Some fights cannot be avoided… only delayed… and usually that delay works to strengthen the Evil powers, and weaken the Good… Like the postponement of abolition of Slavery for the sake of the Union simply delayed the war and made it more bloody… So too By allowing Biden and Harris to assume power and ‘act as if they are the legitimate government… and allowing them take command of the Military, and giving them opportunity to pass anti-second amendment legislations… all this serves the power of Evil.
I believe we are witnessing the foundation of the Global Kingdom of the Antichrist.
Evil prevails when good men do nothing… and that is what is happening with respect to the Supreme Court.
There is only a few legal avenues left. Sidney Powell’s court case will be the final hope.
Yet if it pleases God to allow the Prince of Darkness to begin his final infernal plot… even her noble efforts will not prevail against the corruption, and we all better share the Gospel with our friends and loved ones because the Rapture is at hand… the door of Grace is about to close for all those who reject Christ… Strong delusions are afoot so that the wicked might all be deceived and take the Mark of the Beast.

It operates as a virtual monopoly which of itself would not be a problem if it upheld fairness and impartiality, and defended freedom of expression, yet instead it functions in the complete opposite manor.

As one of the internet giants run by Liberal elites Facebook has been deplatforming many of the worlds most popular and vocal critics of Leftist liberal globalism, yet these newsworthy acts of partisan censorship are merely the visible portion of the censorship iceberg, as Facebook has invested heavily in AI tech that filters every word… every photo of even the least significant activist or critic.
They employ an army of ‘Woke Community Standards’ commissars who investigate Reprobates whom have been dobbed in by the legions of leftist minions who report any commentary they find ‘offensive’ to their own tastes.
They have a check list of ‘Identity politics’, and woke agendas that they use to monitor their fellow citizens to insure they all stay in line.
All done under the guise of protecting ‘vulnerable minorities’ and fighting ‘fake news’ etc etc, yet equating to censorship of any opinions that call the validity of the many woke agendas into question.
Facebook’s dragnet captures thousands of lesser caliber yet still ardent vocal dissidents and activists who refuse to allow Leftist globalism and all their woke ideologies to go unchallenged.
This mass rounding up and suppression of the active little voices embedded in every community who have virtually no redress must surely constitute a serious violation of the principles of democratic freedom of speech.
Not to be cowered into silence, I have at all times refused to self-censor for my own sake, instead I have remained vocal on all points, yet as predicted, a month before the New Zealand General Election in which Jacinda Ardern is hoping for re-election I have been thrown in Facebook jail… effectively removing my ability to electioneer against Ardern and for the alternative parties and policies I believe are preferable.
They have ghosted my profile page and *all my commentary* of the past 10 years.
How many other vocal Kiwi Critics have also conveniently been ghosted at this critical time?
There is no way for us to know.
This is election rigging.
My sphere of influence is not great… probably less than a few dozen like-minded friends.
Some of my Facebook pages have up to 3500 followers, yet how many people really give a damn that I, Tim Wikiriwhi or a few dozen other ‘fringe’ Kiwi thinkers are gone at this critical point in the election cycle?
Not many.
Oblivious to the fact that Rome is burning, Most people dont give a toss we vigilant critics are silenced because they are *part of the great herd*.
By their math everything is fine… they dismiss our contrary views as not adding any value to the political dialogue.
Most of them *applaud this censorship* because they don’t like their complicity and complacency being called out by pesky Gad flies like myself… and there is every probability that I have been banned because some ‘hater’ took offence to one of my truth bombs and reported me to the Woke Gestapo.
Ironically many of these same Groupthinkers also like to posture themselves as defenders of ‘oppressed minorities’, all the while endorsing trampling underfoot the minority of free thinkers who call their Groupthink into question.
The one unforgivable vice is to disagree or question *their ideological perceptions about how the world works.*

Articles like this one … ‘NZ’s new internet laws – sensible censorship?‘ absolutely fail to highlight the *fundamental anti-free speech modus opperadi of Globalist liberalism*.
It talks about the possibility of Internet censorship legislative powers being usurped by government for their own political ends as if that was something highly unlikely instead of truly expounding the very real threat: The globalists expressed determination to utterly end Internet freedom and instead use internet domination as a means of mass indoctrination for their own political ends.
I have been thrown in Facebook jail many times, each time my sentence increasing in length, yet this Facebook lag is different.
This time I assume will be for 90 days. I may get out… maybe… yet well after the general election and period of coalition talks.
The reason I don’t know if I will ever have my page back or when is because when I was notified by facebook I could no longer use my page they did not state the term of my imprisonment, only that I could ‘appeal’ by clicking on the tab.
When I did this another window opened in which they wanted ‘ID validation’, I entered my Cell phone number and received a code to populate a box.
Next they asked me for a Photo… it was then that I realised I was being asked to voluntarily populate their AI systems with my personal Data which they could deem as being authenticated.
I realise I had just been duped into giving them my cellphone number which acts as a personal GPS Tracker. (yet another invasion of personal privacy the whole world has blindly accepted as the new normal and the price for being plugged into the Matrix)
Step by imperceptible step… then by leaps and bounds… we give way to the machine.
Buggered if I was going to voluntarily give The Beast/ Facebook a certified photo by which they (and the powers that be) can use to calibrate their facial recognition systems.. FFS all I want to do is use the internet like an ordinary (yet Free) person… not sign up to some sort of Cult whereby I surrender all my personal independence and dignity!
(So many people will willingly allow a computer chip to be implanted into their right hands or foreheads… just for the sake of convenience of not having to carry a wallet or remember PIN numbers!… this is where all this sheepish submission to the Godless machine leads!)

It does not take a rocket scientist to infer they already are pretty sure about what I look like and that their AI was scanning for a pic with the correct faceprint dimensions.
There is in fact no justification for such a request… except that this will become part of the ‘New Normal’ here in New Zealand… as it has become in Totalitarian China.
I believe they wanted an authorized/validated image that enhanced their system to make ‘legally admissible’/ evidential determinations about my internet activity that could be used to prosecute me in the future on any number of fronts whereby I have made criticisms of Government programs, agendas, etc… whether it be sharing posts critical of Covid 19 lockdowns, promoted the use of hydroxychloroquine or vitamins to fight the Rona, spread videos of Police brutality, condemned ongoing Racist Treaty separatism, etc.
Facial recognition software is not new… but what is disturbing about all this is when you think about how ‘China-like’ New Zealand is rapidly becoming in the wake of the Christchurch Terror attack, and Covid 19.
The Socialist Globalists never let a good crisis go to waste… in fact they have become very artful in making mountains out of molehills…. the sheeple are easily spooked.
New reports tell us the NZ Police are investing in Facial recognition tek… without any public consent process.
New Zealanders protesting against Ardern’s Covid19 lockdowns report intimidation by special Police drones filming them all… just like The Chinese Communist Party did to the Pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong before the mass arrests of dissidents.

In the recent past the Police only collected photographs and fingerprints of suspects, and criminals… Law abiding people had the right to ‘privacy in their person’… they could not be randomly stopped, searched and asked for ID’s, photographed, etc… by the police… yet slowly… step by step the sheeple allowed creeping intrusive encroachments into their private sphere… under the guise of being ‘Good citizens’… and the ruse that ‘you have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide…’ yet what they did not realise is that they were giving the State the ability to create ‘Henrich Himmler type files’… on everyone… to be used by the state for whatever political purposes the Overlords desire!
That is what happens when the state is ‘allowed’ to collect data on all citizens, rather than only those who are involved in criminal activities.
I decided rather than submit a definitively athorised Photo ID into their system, I would forfeit my right of appeal as not only was there virtually no chance of my appeal being successful, I also refuse to genuflect to their Machine… and voluntarily feed and empower their evil system.
This will potentially cost me a lot… not only will I loose contact with many friends and family, but Facebook have censored my entire Social media commentary for the past 10 years… with the flick of a switch.
It is a great loss because I foolishly allowed Facebook to have such power by only publishing many of my thoughts and arguments on their site.
Threatened with such heavy personal costs for resistance, many people will surrender to the machine rather than risk such a great personal loss… and this is the trap and the power Facebook now has over a Billion souls.
This is where the powers that control the internet are taking the whole world. All the mindless sheeple of our age don’t see anything wrong with it… in fact this is ‘The new normal’… and it has been heading in this direction slowly and surely for at least the past few decades… literally everything… Job applications, shopping, banking, all are done impersonally via clicking tabs and filling out fields in a database. At the end you are allocated a number.
99% of the time this is all good. Nothing sinister.
Ordering a pizza has never been easier, yet this ‘new normal’ has a darker side… It is socially conditioning us all… from the age of 3… to blindly ‘trust’ the Machine… to Obey the Machine… to submit to the machine… and to view those who *dont like this new way of doing things* as being crack pots.
Most people have become oblivious to the fact that in the stratosphere high above the machine is controlled by powerful vested interests… the game Admins… the Puppet Masters.
This process has institutionalized… assimilated… the entire human race into the machine… The Matrix.
And this machine cannot be reasoned with… that is one of it’s essential attributes… you either comply, or find yourself alienated from cyber-society, and today that can virtually make you an outcaste in the *Real World*.
You will struggle to function, to do business, and soon even to buy and sell.
If the current trend is allowed to progress unchallenged and unabated things look pretty grim for the future, however I say we must not wallow in abject defeatism because despite the scale of what is going on I believe the solution is not so difficult to implement if we wake up and determine not to surrender.
All this Electronic slavery can be put in check by legislation that defends independence and privacy, while retaining most of the benefits that the internet provides.
Some efficiencies may have to be… ought to be… sacrificed for the sake of individual Rights, Privacy, and Liberty… not the other way around.
Our Humanity and personhood should not be sacrificed to the machine.
We are *not numbers*.
What I am saying is that our ‘Bill of rights’ has not yet been amended to protect our rights and liberty from Cyber-tyranny.
How can the basic premises of Liberty and rights be translated to set strict limits on the encroachments of Governments and Mega-Corporations via the Machine?
This is an important conversation that needs to be had… I dont pretend to be an expert on this, yet I do know that delay is allowing Governments and the Liberal Internet Giants to treat us like slaves.
There are many lessons to be learned from what is going on yet I want to mention several…. Firstly we as a nation must resist at all costs the move to a cashless society.
The importance of this is so monumental with respect to personal privacy and freedom that it cannot be overstated.
The Bible in the Book of Revelation (chapter13) famously predicted the coming Globalist Era and said compliance to this antichrist system would cost each individual their immortal soul!
We need to ensure the right to pay for goods and services via cash is upheld.
This will prevent our society from becoming fully enslaved to the machine and cause businesses to retain some level of humanity.
WE should start to express our outrage when businesses shut down ‘branches’ and stores at which customers can speak face to face with them rather than the only communications being ‘on line’.
We as a people should certainly get back in the habit of *Buying and reading printed books* and when any news article of importance is published on line we should be printing off copies and keeping them in files, because the one thing I learned from having my entire facebook presence wiped out for the crime of being critical of Socialist lefty ideology is how easily the ‘Book burners’ can wipe out any trace of dissident arguments with the flick of a switch… if the only repository of these works are online… in the Machine.
The right to use cash may require extra legislative protections, yet other things like buying books rather than reading E Books, and printing articles for safe keeping are not activities that entail legislative changes but enlightened minds that articulate the threat, and pro-actively form and promote *good habits* in the population that are conducive to maintaining freedom and that take away power from the machine.
I am not at all saying the internet does not provide humanity with awesome good things… yet I am saying it’s power for Evil is at least as equal to its power for good… and that we must snap out of our complacency and allowing the vested interests controlling this machine Carte blanche to absolutely disregard our individuality, our privacy, our rights to free speech and association, and have the ability to completely erase a persons life’s work for the simple reason that it exposes their Evil doings and ambitions.
We need to turn the tables on the Regulators and censors and curtail *their license and tyrannical bents* to trample our personal liberty and opinions underfoot!
Realise that a Constitution and Bill of Rights don’t exist to control you as an individual but exists to control Governments and other Powerful entities from enslaving us, and treating us like their cattle!
If we need to make constitutional amendments to defend individual freedom from internet tyranny… then let us formulate what these ought to be, and get them enshrined!
There is a need for urgency here.
Strong delusions are upon us.

A Friend of mine has been looking on government websites for any offical reference to Justice minister Andrew Little’s Hate speech Law proposals or Bill as he is wanting to fill a submission in defense of Free speech.
As yet there is nothing to be found.
Freedom Lovers and concerned New Zealanders have been waiting for a year now for Andrew Little to table his much touted ‘Hate Speech Bill’.
However for reasons we can only speculate on he is keeping us in the dark as to when he intends to start the parliamentary process to make his aims Law.
As minions of UN Ardern and Little have used the Christchurch atrocity to argue that New Zealands current situation on Free speech is ‘too lenient’.
He is also the one who has authorised the New Zealand Police to visit and harass Independent Social media voices for sharing opinions that are critical of his regime’s agenda.
Labeling them ‘Extremists’.
Their agenda has been clearly stated in such things as the UN Global Compact on Immigration that demands governments implement restrictions on free speech that voice opposition to their Open Boarders, Mass Migration plans, or simply express alarm at the erosion of their culture and the escalation of crime committed by lawless migrants and refugees.
As the first few months passed from his announcement that he was pursuing the introduction of hate speech legislation we assumed he was in the process of doing ‘due diligence’ in preparation of the speedy introduction of his bill, yet now as time ticks on The bill has not yet been tabled.
Why?
Little did in fact conciser using the excuse of ‘Combating false information’ in the lead up up to the forthcoming referenda on Cannabis law reform and The Right to die with dignity for the terminally ill as justification to table his Bill… yet seems to have backed away from that ruse.
Could it be that he is anticipating a huge public backlash and as such does not think it expedient to drop his bill before the general election scheduled for later this year?
Jacinda Ardern may enjoy massive Global popularity from woke folk far and wide, her popularity at home is always in flux to the degree that it is far from guaranteed she can lead her coalition into a second term in power.
They may fear that introduction of the bill before the election could be political suicide, yet after the election they could present it.
That Little was prepared to use the referenda as an excuse to pass his anti-free speech legislation should ring Alarm bells as that was a clear indicator of how they really intend to *control information* and steer the democratic process towards the desired outcome of their own agenda by controlling the Public narrative!
Little has also made it clear he considers The desire of many New Zealanders to abolish the Race based electoral system and Maori seats in parliament (institutions he personally endorses and utilises) as ‘Hateful’.
This is yet another example of how these Socialists seek to suppress legitimate views and arguments from being herd in the public square.
That is the Death of Democracy and freedom!
That is why we must oppose Little’s diabolical ambitions will every ounce of our being!
It is time for New Zealanders to stand in defense of our Freedom, Values, and way of life from systematic destruction and imposition of The Socialist Totalitarian New world Order that stands in opposition to virtually everything we hold dear!
They seek to reduce us all to slaves… this in no exaggeration.

I suspect They are waiting for some ‘Opportunity’ to present itself… some sort of ‘Stupid yet nasty’ hate crime to occur… preferably by a ‘White supremacist’ … something the media can make a National carnival out of it for a few weeks… so that he can pounce on the Public ‘outrage’ and rely on his legislation getting full support from MPs who all want to jump on the Pious bandwagon against ‘Hate crimes’…. that’s how they do business.
Such an opportunity could happen at any time.
We saw Ardern spring into action to pass Heavy Gun prohibitions in the wake of the Christchurch attack.
Her confiscations have not made our Nation more safe but less so.
She has in fact unleashed a police state upon us!
Ardern cloaked her Brazen opportunism of the Public hysteria generated by this horrendous crime committed by a foreign terrorist under a Hadjib… and hugs.
And again with the Covid-19 pseudo-pandemic she demonstrated the Socialist maxim “Never let a good emergency go to waste”
That is how you get Draconian Laws passed in our parliament.
While we await these Machiavellians to make their move We should be getting our public submissions ready as no doubt they will give us minimum opportunity to respond.
So much for ‘the most transparent regime ever!
Rushing trough Evil Legislation that tramples over our rights has also become their Modus opperandi.
I did written submissions on the last two firearms confiscation bills, and an Oral sub on the last tranche yet this Public Submission process is little more than a token charade… like a public haka… the Committee simply ignores everything they hear and recommends Parliament to proceed. Its a total scam.
It would be interesting to trace back trough all the bills of the last 20 years and get the stats on how many Committees hearing public submission actually recommended the bills be dropped, and have sited Reasons given by Public submission as being valid concerns.
I would bet $5.00 that there has not been a single instance that Public submissions have affected such an outcome.
Still our Submissions become a matter of public record and so may become useful Ammunition if every some principled MP tries to abolish any of these vile Legislative Acts.
They will have a mountain of Pubic Submissions to help them undermine and overthrow these Evil dictates.
Hopefully we can make Ardern, Peters, and Little pay at election time… Unfortunately for us National has been in cahoots with Ardern and co so in reality they are no better.
Bridges is a Tyrannical Turnip…. Colin’s is a Jackboot lover too!
So regime change would be largely just another Charade.
This post is a Rally call for Kiwis to prepare submissions in opposition to the Anti-Free speech legislation En Masse.
We Need to *Swamp the bastards* with a literal mountain of Public outrage that they would dare to trample over our Rights to free Speech and assembly!
Despite the formidable Hurdles before us We need a wave of Public submissions to exceed any quantity ever received on any other Bill!
That is how critical this matter is to the Future well being of our Country!
We need to absolutely Crush and Politician who seeks to impose the UN Globalist agenda upon us at the ex pence of our Independence and rights!
Maybe we should not even wait for little to table his bill before we start sending our submission directly to MPs, Party Hqs, and the Media.
We should create dedicated Social media pages to publish them also.
Its time for action stations!
Get those submissions started in opposition to any new restrictions on free speech and rally your friends and family to do the same.

Apart from moderated debates, this sort of civilised warfare was then, as it is today a fantasy. An idealized Charade that attempts to sell the ideal that certain mortals walk a ‘Higher path’ than the rest of us Savages whom are consumed with Base appetites and drives.
Such dialogues are of course tools by which the interplay can be followed between various rationale… they can even be carried on by fictitious characters and Gods.

Representatives of the Status quo who did not appreciate his Expositions invented and spread malicious lies about Him … calling into question his character, nor hesitated in employing Political force against him.
It was common back then to have such ‘Troublemakers’ banished… or like the fate of Socrates whose unassailable power of Reason was rewarded with slander, and he was brought before the court ‘for corruption of the Youth’;
His prize for daring to question the legitimacy of the commonly held beliefs of his day was a cup of Hemlock.
He admitted to being a pesky Gadfly… for truths sake … his ‘crime’ was seeking to get people to question the veracity of long held backward and erroneous ideas that could not withstand scrutiny.
Free speech has always been despised by those seeking to perpetuate falsehoods and control the minds of the sheeple.
A study of Global history and of Cultures… across the ages reveals the same thing happening to a great number of the ‘Great lights’ and Reformers of their day…. I could list countless examples… yet it suffices to simply say that the struggle to attain the Liberty for the average person to publicly articulate our own views that we hold by right today in New Zealand… to which also we have become so accustom that is seems an ordinary and mundane thing …the right to criticise and question the powers that be… or to challenge the veracity of popularly held opinions is of itself a priceless high water mark of progress and Civilisation.
Its a hard won Taonga bequeathed to us by our heroic and enlightened Protestant Christian Pioneering Roots… an Ideal of the highest order hard won over centuries of struggle by the greatest human beings who have ever graced this Earth!
Free Speech is a vital and powerful sword available to all citizens they may wheedled in the Defense of their Rights and liberties from the establishment of new oppressive Laws and powers… and that is the reason why Dangerous Political operators seek to take away this defensive weapon from those they seek to subjugate.
Free Speech is a lighted Lamp to be held high to dispel the darkness of Barbarous, Backward, and unjust traditions and ideas that have yet to be vanquished, and it is for this reason that Freethinkers with New, progressive, and Better Ideas have always been in danger of being lynched by the mob who don’t take kindly to having their ingrained delusions exposed to the light.
So My friends…. Jealously defend this precious right!
*Always* be vigilant, and fearful, and view with suspicion *any Political party* or vested interest that seeks to pass laws that restrict Free speech!
Guard it as you would your own family… for in truth should this right be whittled away and lost… so too will their other precious rights fall in quick succession and if you fail to defend this essential right… you will bequeath to your Children a life of virtual slavery, and indoctrination.
Their future Depends on their Rights and Liberties being secure and it is our duty to insure they remain so on our watch until we exit the sage, and then it will be up to them to remain eternally vigilant… for it is the price of Liberty.
The gravity of what is at stake today right across Western civilisation with the Liberal Lefts Globalist agenda and their determination to curtail free speech under the guise of silencing ‘Extremism’ and ‘Hate speech’ cannot be exaggerated.
It should be easily appreciated that those Dark political interests who seek to remove the peoples right to Free Speech in a democracy must convince the population into supporting their anti- Free speech legislation, deceiving a naive by propagating the idea that free speech of itself is somehow dangerous or oppressive, or that the activists exercising their rights to free speech , and whose criticisms and opinions are subversive to the desired political agenda are themselves malevolent reprobates… and a threat to society… and this perfectly describes what Ardern’s Government is doing here in New Zealand in unison with her Comrades and counterparts in other western societies with regard to their relentless ambition to impose Hate Speech legislation that will effectively make it illegal for New Zealanders to critisise Lefty Liberal Policies or Narratives.
Hate speech legislation is effectively passing laws that use Ad Hominem Character assignation as justification for silencing dissent.
2500 years ago Socrates was legally convicted and silenced… murdered by the State under the pretense that he taught things that were ‘Corrupting the Youth’, so too Ardern and Andrew Little seek to shut down Political activism that is opposed to their various Political ambitions esp with respect to their Globalist Social Justice Warrior Agenda on Climate change, Immigration, Treaty separatism, Transgender Issues, Vaccinations, Feminism, etc.
With Liberals embedded in the Education system, Media, and controlling the Internet, they have managed to create a thick fog that now clouds the wooly public mind.
And so it is that as a freethinking individual who dares to swim against the current of Politically correct Liberalism, I must write in defense of free speech and in defense of my own Character, and the character of others who do likewise and emphatically deny that I am at all hateful, or racist, or Misogynistic, or anti-science, or callous about the environment!
Hopefully you can see just how Machiavellian this ruse of character assignation is that underpins Ardern’s hate speech agenda… the very same ruse that is being used all about Western civilization where ever Lefty Liberal minions of Globalism have gained a footing.

One Year ago today a left wing Mad Man… a foreigner… aided by the failings of the New Zealand Police carried out the most barbaric act of Terrorism our Nation had ever seen in modern times.
Today is a day to remember the innocent victims of this heinous crime.
There is little reason for me personally to mention the religious affiliation of the victims other than to say that their lost is felt by all New Zealanders of good will… including Christians like myself.
I wish that was all we should be meditating upon today… but its not.
This is also a time to reflect at how Draconian and Agenda driven the Ardern government has behaved since in taking the lowest level of political opportunism to use this tragedy to ram through their own Anti-freedom, anti-New Zealand culture Jackbooted Power grabs.
The small Muslim community of New Zealand has been used by Ardern as a Political football… not only to propel herself onto the international stage, but also to justify the unprecedented curtailment of their fellow citizens rights and liberties.
How is that supposed to ‘improve social relations?
Its not… it only serves to create angst.
Its little wonder they did not want Arderns virtue signally circus to come to town for a National memorial day!
They just want to move on… and remember this tragedy in their own way … yet Ardern was hell bent on getting her Publicity Extravaganza onto the world stage so she could ‘strut her stuff’ and boast about how she has implemented sweeping legislations … all WOKE UN Policies… because this is *All about Her*….
If it were not for the risk that Covid-19 posed to her Mass Public relations campaign… we would be watching a grand Ardern spectacle as I write these words… in total disregard for the expressed wishes of the Muslim community in Christchurch.
It was only cancelled at the last minute.
Thats how she rolls.
History will prove how the government has acted against our Nation was at least as monstrous a crime as the terrorist’s foul deed.

Their Armed swat teams patrolling our streets doing Police work that should be left to regular force…. intimidating our nation into silence… and compliance.

This will cause undeserved pain to some workers and businesses, and will drive up costs because if there were economic advantages in the bamboo versions the market would have naturally gravitated towards them without Miss Dictators Edict.

What is especially vile about this is that our population and businesses could have been persuaded to voluntarily make these ‘sacrifices’ and supposed ‘ethical decisions’ had the will been there to have our society one of Reason as opposed to one of Nanny State Tyranny… yet the politics and ethics of freedom are despised by Socialists like Ardern… who *always* resorts to Legal coercion to achieve her aims.
Yet hopefully she will be gone next election… not that National are any better…. Both Bridges and Collins are *Fascists* when it comes to the Police!
We can tell from their recent public announcements that they would love to set up special ‘Strike-force Raptor Units’ to harass Gangs, when in reality These Units *Harass everyone* … and represent a massive descent from Freedom into tyranny.
These facts are seen with the shameful behavior of the Police in Australia…. The attitude of these Units and how they conduct themselves towards the public is outrageous! as can be seen by many Social media posts via Citizens filming their shameful bullying and escalation of the most trivial matters into serious situations whereby the Police are the main instigators… as if Courts are not already overloaded… these Fascist Units create violent situations out of thin air.
Just the facts…..

The MPs of both Labour and National just dont get *the value of freedom*…. they just dont get it that a Free society tolerates the broadest range of personal choice and association and that the Laws should not destroy Freedom simply to make the Police’s job ‘easier’…. at the expense of the citizens rights!
The Laws are sufficient and the Police have ample powers to arrest *real criminals* without the Evil of making *wearing certain garb (Gang patches)* a crime.
The principles of Freedom of choice and association are too precious to allow the Police to arbitrarily outlaw whatever they like…. yet the sheeple are too ignorant of what is at stake to care… and that is why New Zealand is sinking into a Police State….
And with every ‘Edict’… our economy takes a hit and imperceptibly our entire quality of life is being eroded…
Then these same Politicians say… “why is homelessness and suicides increasing???”… why are children going to school without lunches? Why is everyone struggling to keep their heads above water?
